We were full when we left Bella Casa. It is very likely that we were here for the first and last time, as there are competitors who can do it better for our taste. The food on site was plentiful and reasonably priced. But we missed the last kick with the pizzas, so we won't be going back there again. The service was tried hard, but here too there was a lack of routine (?). Empty glasses were overlooked, the empty bread basket stood on the table until the end and was served from all possible directions without any apparent concept. The free pizza rolls beforehand were fresh (warm) and very tasty. Serving the butter in plastic bowls with lids intended for out-of-home sales might not be the best idea... In the end, as so often… try it out and get your own impression.

I just got a calzone, a fries and a coke delivered...pizza was soggy, fries were hot but there was too much spice on them...but by the way, the coke was cold...I'll treat myself to something...and then something like that...it's a shame, not again

We tried this pizzeria for the first and last time Unfortunately the surface of our two tuna onion pizzas was burnt black!!! And therefore inedible The base of the Hawaii pizza is hard Unfortunately, the only thing that was good was the delivery service Too bad

A great pizzeria with a welcoming atmosphere. The selection of pizzas is impressive! Every pizza is freshly prepared and you can feel the attention to detail. What's particularly good is that you can order any pizza with a cheese crust. Super friendly service. The staff were attentive, friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Absolutely recommended.

Food very tasty. The pizza is nice and well seasoned and has a lot of ingredients, other dishes are also worth trying. Contrary to appearances, the appearance of the place may not convey much, but there is a really nice atmosphere and the waiters know a little Polish. Very nice service. I'm pleasantly surprised.

Super delicious food no matter what you order, 100% fresh and full of flavor.!🙏🏼 The waiter was incredibly nice and not pushy, he only came when we wanted something. We come from Mengede and will now take this route more often! It's a shame that 5 ⭐️ is the maximum otherwise it would have been 10 ⭐️❤️❤️❤️❤️ KEEP IT UP!!!❤️

I'm wondering what other people here eat, it seems like you can't tell the difference between dog food and real food Pizza is quite small, tastes probably worse than dog food and then there's a supplier who gets €50 in his hand after a bill of €28 and only wanted to give €12 back, so anyone who eats here has no taste, I can tell from the comments here you should what a shame to deliver such disgusting filth The store should be closed for something like that

Update from June 1st, 2024: Disappointing experience after previous good orders I have ordered regularly from Bella Casa in the past and have always been very pleased with the quality of the food and timely delivery. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very different from the previous ones and left me very disappointed. This time the delivery time was significantly longer than usual. Instead of the usual 45 minutes, I had to wait over 90 minutes for my order. Unfortunately, this meant that the food was no longer hot and fresh upon arrival, but lukewarm and no longer of the usual quality. I understand that there can sometimes be delays, but the significant deterioration in delivery time and the resulting quality of the food is disappointing. I hope that this was a one-time exception and that the service returns to its former reliability. It would be a shame not to be able to use a delivery service that is actually so good because of such experiences.

We ordered from Pizzeria Bella Casa. I chose a Döner alla Layel pizza and only found four pieces of Döner meat on it, which disappointed me greatly. But that wasn't all - the pizza was extremely greasy, so much so that the fat just oozed out. With 99 different pizzas on offer, you might wonder if the quality is compromised, and in this case that seems to be the case. All this for an impressive 16 euros. To be honest, the same pizza I make at home definitely tastes better.

Bella Casa is a storefront store. We have often ordered there and the deliveries have always been quick. But things are also going quickly in the store. Bella Casa is also one of the few restaurants whose focus is probably on delivery, but also has a nice shop, complete with a small play area. The only drawback could be the location due to the limited parking spaces, but otherwise I like being here :)

Bella Casa stands out for its excellent service and friendliness towards me. I always like to order my pizza here. Bella Casa is very fast but also popular. Due to its popularity, it can take a short 2-3 minutes to pick it up, but I was given a drink to wait for. I can only recommend the kebab hollondais pizza.

There were four of us there. As always, delicious food and loving service. Will come back.

I don't know if you believe me but GUYS HERE IS THE BEST CARBONARA YOU WILL EVER EAT! The staff is also very nice. It's easy to talk to everyone. I can only recommend it.

One of the best services in a pizzeria we have ever had: advice and tips on food, special requests catered for! And then the food was TOP too! Delicious. Ambience with a lot of effort and loving details - just more of a pizzeria than a restaurant.

Waren heute das erste mal hier. Hatten immer die Werbung gesehen nähe Hornbach. Darauf abgebildet ist eine Pizza in ❤️ Form. Unsere Pizzen kamen alle in Herzform an den Tisch. Nicht schlecht. Der Teig und die Pizza echt lecker. Dann hatten wir einmal das Pizzabrot bestellt. Dann kam eine Runde Pizza als Brot. Auch echt lecker. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter verdienen auch die vollen 5 Sterne. Wir kommen wieder!

Mit Pizza hat das nicht viel zu tun!!! Wir haben für einen Kindergeburtstag 2 Pizzableche bestellt. Als ich diese abgeholt habe, hab ich gesehen wie die Bleche durch einen Fertigofen gefahren wurden... wie auf einer Kirmes!!! Und die Pizza sah aus, als wenn Fertigteig benutzt wurde!!! War auch geschmacklich absolut nicht gut!!! Ich habe die Nacht auf der Toilette verbracht!!! Wie diese gute Bewertung zustande kommt, verstehe ich nicht!!! Nie wieder!!!

Sehr leckeres Essen. Wir haben 2 Dönerteller, 2 Pizzen und 10 Pizzabrötchen bestellt. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Ich konnte leider keine Fotos machen da mir das essen zu schnell aus den Händen gerissen wurde.
