The food tasted OK But a glass of standard white wine for €9.50 is probably due to "Munich."

The food and service are highly recommended. Another highlight was the cleanliness of the restrooms. This deserves an additional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Truly, truly delicious food. Unfortunately, the trend toward minimalist portions is also evident here. The main course is guaranteed not to fill anyone up; €20 for less than 100g of pasta is simply too much (or rather, too little pasta).

Very attentive service, we had a good time

The bruschetta looked good, but the tomatoes were a bit too sour. Perhaps dressed with too much vinegar. The main course, sea bream, was partly very good (the fish), but partly disappointing: the market vegetables were well seasoned, but unfortunately cooked completely soft. Personally, I prefer it with a slight bite. This softness makes it more suitable for catering in a nursing home...

Tired after three days of eating pork shanks, sausages, potatoes, and sauerkraut, we remembered watching the episode of Little Big Italy where the restaurant won! What can I say? Everything was truly excellent: exquisite food, superb desserts, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. We'll definitely be back, thank you all! 😀

We were here for lunch a few days ago and were delighted. The server was very attentive and made a real effort to accommodate our requests. They particularly appreciated the consideration given to my brother's special needs, who suffers from celiac disease. They cooked extra rice for him and even served him special bread. Overall, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant. While the restaurant is a bit too close to the castle and therefore perhaps a bit more expensive, the quality and service are definitely worth it. We were there at 1 p.m. and were practically alone; we were served lightning fast.

We went to Risotto for the first time today with friends. Very friendly staff, a pleasantly concise menu, and a pleasant atmosphere. The pineapple and pasta were delicious, and the rib-eye steak was also very good. We really enjoyed it and would gladly return.

A beautiful atmosphere with the family. The food is wonderful, presented by the chef and his choices of salmon, calamari, and pizza. I advise everyone to try the distinctive Italian restaurant, especially at night with candlelight along the street.

High-quality food; I was amazed by the quality and the search for interesting and rarely seen pairings. The goat cheese with watermelon is exceptional. The savory cheesecake with tuna tartare is very good. Beyond the quality of the food and the presentation, the icing on the cake is the hospitality. Italians, attentive to their customers, and extremely attentive to families with small children because they have them too. Our girls were pampered in every way. Exceptional, incredible. Well done. P.S.: It's not cheap, but it's Monaco, the food is excellent, so the value is fair.

Beautiful restaurant with great service. The food was good, but still had potential for improvement. I had pasta with truffles, which tasted very good, but the pasta really needed another minute; it was way too firm for me. The millefeuille was unfortunately a bit dry. But overall, all of this is just complaining at a high level.

If you're in Munich and want to try an authentic Italian restaurant, you can't miss this: fresh ingredients, gourmet recipes, and flavors that took me back to my homeland, Italy! The risotto is absolutely the best I've ever had, as is the octopus. The desserts are also a must-try, especially the tiramisu and especially the Sicilian cannoli flan. A special mention also goes to Davide and the entire staff: they've made this place a gem and a magical place, and made my family and I feel at home. You won't feel homesick here!

We loved it. I went with my wife and two daughters, and we'll be back. The food was excellent (the pizzas were delicious), the service was very friendly, and they provided us with advice at all times. And the restaurant was very cozy. If you like good Italian food, don't hesitate to visit this restaurant.

Simply Phenomenal Italian! This Italian restaurant is truly amazing! The fact that it's attended by the owners themselves makes all the difference – these Italian gentlemen were fantastic! The customer service was beyond outstanding, truly exceptional. And the food? Absolutely delicious! It's clear they genuinely know what they are doing, from the warm welcome to every exquisite dish. I highly recommend this place for an authentic and wonderful dining experience!

The truffle pasta was really delicious… The aroma was really crazy and the sauce was just the right amount of thick, which was nice. They also give you bread before the meal~ The pizza was also crispy at the end and the dough was just the right thickness! I was thankful that they said we could order with a picture, considering that we are foreigners! I want to go there again if I visit Munich again. +) And the staff at the bar(?) was really handsome… He’s a smiling angel..👍👍

Der service war sehr gut. Die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Jedoch war das Essen sehr versalzen und ein wenig kalt. Geschmacklich leider auch nur durchschnittlich und für die Portionsgrößen relativ teuer.

Sono andato con la famiglia in questo ristorante ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. Una cucina italiana (siciliana) di alto livello a Monaco di Baviera. Sono rimasto molto colpito dalla cura dei particolari dei camerieri e dalla professionalità espressa dal titolare con molta simpatia. Abbiamo preso degli antipasti veramente ottimi (la burrata e le panelle erano deliziose) ma i primi erano favolosi. Tra tutti spiccavano i tagliolini al tartufo bianco con parmigiano e aggiunta di tartufo nero. Abbiamo preso anche il risotto ai gamberetti e asparagi bianchi, paccheri ai gamberetti e zucchine e pasta alla norma. Erano tutti buonissimi. La qualità della cucina, la professionalità e la simpatia del titolare sono una garanzia per una esperienza culinaria piacevolissima. Di sicuro vale la pena tornarci e sicuramente è da consigliare a chi ama la buona cucina. Ah dimenticavo, per completare la cena non potevano mancare i cannoli siciliani. Una vera delizia per il palato.

Just a short walk from the Nymphenburg Palace, this place is incredible. We stopped for a late lunch and had a meal my husband is still dreaming about. I wanted to order the entire menu but we settled on Saffron Rissoto and Fettuccine with truffles and Alfredo. The service was fantastic, the wine crisp and cold on a hot day. Amazing. Would drive back across the city to eat here again if we were staying longer.

A memorable experience at Ristorante Risotto. The service was impeccable: courteous, attentive and surprisingly considerate of food allergies, handled with professionalism and genuine care. The dishes, a true triumph of flavors, combine creativity and tradition with a delicacy that conquers. The atmosphere, warm and refined, envelops every moment in an aura of pleasant conviviality. A place to return to is a pleasure, not an option.

A cozy restaurant within walking distance of Nymphenburg Palace. We were able to change the lunch risotto to a vegetarian version, and the risotto was very good! It also came with a salad and delicious rolls. There was plenty of space to sit outside and the parasols and tree foliage provided good protection from the sun on a warm summer day. The service was very friendly. I can warmly recommend this restaurant as a lunch spot, for example at the end of a visit to Nymphenburg Palace.

I had a very good experience at this great Italian restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. The food overall was very good, with authentic flavors that really hit the spot. But the highlight of the meal was definitely the tiramisu, easily one of the best I’ve ever had out of Italy. Light, creamy, and perfectly balanced, it was the perfect way to end a delicious meal. Highly recommended for anyone craving quality Italian cuisine and very good service!

Sometimes a casual remark backfires. We were a bit irritated that the menu didn't match the one on the website. Possibly due to the trade fair situation. We probably would have chosen a different restaurant otherwise. The wine recommendation was very good. The risotto was average.

A culinary highlight in Munich – with heart and humor! My husband and I discovered Ristorante Risotto during our visit to Munich – and we were absolutely thrilled! The appetizer, a superbly seasoned beef tartare, was a true taste experience. The risotto as the main course was also fantastic – cooked to perfection, creamy, aromatic, and simply delicious. The wine selection was also top-notch – perfectly matched and lovingly recommended. What really made this evening special, however, was the warm and humorous service. The chef himself and the waiter who served us were not only attentive and friendly, but also created a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere with their charming manner. People kept coming by, asking if everything was okay, bringing us fresh bread, salt, or simply a smile. The ambiance is cozy and tasteful – despite the location on a quiet street, you immediately feel at home and can enjoy your meal in peace and quiet. Went here with my family before a tour of the Nymphenburg Palace and it was amazing! The food was the most authentic Italian I have had outside of Italy. And the service was outstanding, friendly and fun. Best Italian in Munich!

The restaurant is quite small. We were there with children. We had a great time there. The waiter is really nice and friendly. The food was delicious! I recommend to make the reservation in advance. Only the downside is to find a parking space. Other than that is amazing. We definitely will come back!

Ristorante Risotto boasts a truly beautiful outdoor seating area in the summer – sitting outside is a real highlight. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The staff was also consistently friendly and attentive, albeit a bit overwhelmed. We had to wait quite a while for our food, and unfortunately, the quality of the food didn't live up to our expectations. Everything tasted rather average, but it was quite expensive – the value for money isn't right in our opinion. Overall, a nice place for a glass of wine outdoors, but those who value good food will probably be disappointed here.

This was a hidden gem. Authentic Italian near the Nymphenburg Palace. We were starving and decided on this place. Waiter was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We had a Spanish speaker with us and they took the time to try to communicate with him and make him feel welcome. They were able to accommodate our group of 6 and we all agreed that our food was delicious. The only downside to this restaurant was the price. My husband's pizza was €19 and my risotto was €18. We also each got two drinks so our total came to be about €64. There are cheaper things on the menu that range between €12-15 though. You are definitely paying for quality here. Either way, I would go back for a nice night out.

We had a really nice visit to Munich and dinner here topped it off perfectly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and so welcoming. But the best part was the service. I know they were down a staff member only because the waiter mentioned it on our way out. But I never would have known. The two guys working the floor were just so friendly and attentive but also entertaining. We just had such a nice dinner.

We had a lovely dinner at Risotto. The service was excellent! ( thank you Enrico!) My salad was excellent, especially with their lovely assortment of infused olive oils. The baby calamari was delicious as was the saffron risotto! Thank you for a lovely evening !

Attention to the smallest details, impressive customer care. I think I had one of the best dinners of my life. Whoever cooked had the hands of an angel. Their food is a drug, I felt very pampered by all the staff. Go there, I thank my friend Nadia who took me there. A real surprise! Finding such a high level of Italian cuisine abroad is something more unique than rare. Dishes both traditional and reinterpreted in an original way, in both cases the quality is exceptional. Welcoming place, friendly and professional staff, good level of service, even in the bathroom there is special attention for guests. Let's say that they bring Italian style and good food abroad. Well since it was good, I would have eaten a few more grains of rice.

Beautiful experience for an Italian abroad, these days I tried several "Italian" restaurants here in Munich but nothing to do with this: kind and helpful waiters, soft and just right environment for a dinner, but above all top food, I had a saffron and sausage risotto and as a Milanese I can say that tradition was more than respected. I recommend this place both to Italians who are here and to anyone who wants to eat good food!

The best meal we've had in Munich. We got back to our hotel late after a day at Neuschwanstein and still needed to find dinner. We were so lucky to find this place. It's open late, has wonderful staff, and the food is nothing short of incredible. We were just looking for something to eat after a long day, and walked into the best food we've eaten on our trip so far. I cannot recommend this place more. It rivals the best restaurants we've been to in Sicily. Worth every cent.

Simply wonderful and without a doubt worth a visit!! Very fresh, high-quality fine Sicilian cuisine, accompanied by selected wines [can also be ordered by the glass]. The extremely delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic aperitif mixed drinks are also very convincing. Ambiance, noble and cozy. Staff friendly, charming and very approachable.

Straight 5 stars. We were here as a couple on Thursday evening and everything from the ambience to the service to the food was great. The restaurant is rather small and cozy, but seemed nicer to us than in the pictures online. I would like to highlight the super friendly and attentive service. I wasn't expecting an impressive selection of wines and our recommended Amarone was excellent. As for the meal itself, the starter was a little better than the main course (we both had risotto).
