Normalerweise geht's für mich in München nur in den Augustinerkeller, aber jetzt war mal Pizza angesagt! Und was soll ich sagen: BEST PIZZA EVER😋😋😋 Der Teig ist wirklich eine Wucht - fluffig und gschmackig, vom Belag, den man selbst zusammenstellen kann, ganz zu schweigen😋😋😋 Kurzum: weiter so, wir kommen wieder!!!

We ate at your restaurant today for our 19th anniversary. We were beyond thrilled. We haven't had such delicious Mediterranean food in a long time. The starters were fantastic, and the pizza was incredibly tasty. You have a fantastic small menu. The ambiance was very stylish, not overly decorated. Great, exactly what we like. The staff were fantastic: incredibly friendly, very accommodating, and very attentive. We can only recommend everyone to go there. Everything is absolutely perfect here.

The AMEA Pizzeria is absolutely top! The staff are very friendly and attentive. The entire atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. What struck me particularly positively was how clean and well-kept everything is - from the kitchen to the dining room. You feel comfortable and welcome here. I'd love to come back!

It is one of the most delicious pizza restaurants. If you have a pizza on your mind, you should try this restaurant. The most delicious pizza. We ordered a salad, appetizers, and pizza. The food is amazing, delicious, and the service is excellent, but the pizza is a little late because it has orders, especially take-out orders. The prices are reasonable, all at 43 euros.

A simple, straight forward pizza place, didn't try the food, but had a few drinks - it was lovely. EDIT: Went back the very next day to try their Pepperoni pizza - it was GREAT! To me it felt a bit more like a a Salami than a Pepperoni pizza, but that's just a personal preference - bread was thin with a wide crust. Like a proper Italian pizza.

The best gluten free pizza. I have never found such a good gluten-free pizza in Germany. Gluten-free pizza must be pre-ordered 24 hours in advance. The dough was so fluffy and delicious, like a “normal” pizza. Really great. You wouldn't know anything without a normal pizza. Also a very tasty tomato sauce and delicious topping. According to the statement, the normal pizzas were also very, very good. The buffalo mozzarella with tomatoes and arugula was incredibly flavorful. Definitely coming back. That wasn't the last visit. Beautiful atmosphere and very modern. Very friendly staff. It's best to make a reservation in the evening, as the indoor area can quickly get full. A very good sign :)

Had a phenomenal team evening there yesterday. I haven't felt so comfortable in a restaurant for a long time. We were looked after very nicely and sympathetically. And the pizzas (but also the desserts) simply made you happy. I don't think it could be any better!

The menu is short, the food is good but we had a bad experience with the service. It took them 1 hour to bring out our food, basically because they forgot, and when they finally brought it out they did it wrong and we had to wait again for them to prepare the correct order. I can't recommend it.

The pizzas are gourmet made with whole wheat flour, I ordered the truffle pizza, it was delicious and with rose wine 👌🏼 a real delight. The service was excellent too.

We were able to make a reservation on the same day. The pizzas are homemade and super tasty. Price performance really top. We didn't wait long for our food to arrive.

Great decor, but I found the pizza to be mediocre. There are also very few combinations with tomatoes - and if you order your own ingredients for the Margherita, they cost €4 each, which I found strange. But the starters were very good and it was just right for a chilled evening with friends.

Delicious pizza, good dough. However, the price for the special pizzas is not justified (around €18), as there is very little topping on them and the pizzas are also quite small.

In a nutshell: AMEA simply has the best pizza in town. You can get a super fluffy Neapolitan pizza in an incredible number of variations and they are all just so good! The service is ALWAYS super friendly, no matter how busy it is. You always have the feeling that the crew wants to ensure you have a good time at AMEA at all times. The AMEA is not just a pizzeria in Munich with good food, no, it is simply a happy place: you arrive there with a lot of anticipation and go home even happier (and full! 😉). Dolce vita.

The pizza was very small in contrast to the other Neapolitan pizzas available in Munich. However, the price here was rather higher. The price-performance ratio just doesn't quite fit. The pizza wasn't bad in terms of taste, the crust was nice and fluffy, but it didn't blow me away either. Another small point of criticism is that the chili oil is not made myself, but is bought, which is something I'm not used to. The service was very nice :)

Amea serves delicious Neapolitan pizza with a unique touch. The dough, made from bio pizza flour with untreated and unpeeled wheat kernels, has a lovely whole-grain taste - chewy, airy, and light to digest. The tomato sauce was rich and flavorful, and the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. The pistachio tartufo dessert was subtle yet delightful, perfectly complemented by a tangy raspberry coulis. However, while the food was fantastic and the service friendly, the prices are steep and we waited quite a bit for the pizzas to arrive. Charging 4€ for an extra topping of aubergines feels excessive, and with pizzas priced around 18€, it does feel a bit overpriced. Great quality, but the pricing takes away from the experience.

The service was super nice and very accommodating, but I still only give the pizza 3/5 stars because it wasn't really crispy and hot. The restaurant is not really big, but it is well located and the dark interior fits well with the space.

Solid Neapolitan pizza in a size you can manage. Fair prices and incredibly friendly service. For hearing aid wearers and those sensitive to noise: The acoustics are extremely good, despite the restaurant being full there is no echo and you can have a good conversation.

Top gluten-free and "normal" Neapolitan pizzas with great service!! Very friendly service, Neapolitan pizzas from standard to very creative 👍👍 Excellent value for money for the pizzas. But our highlight was the gluten-free pizza. This is necessary because of celiac disease and of course, gluten-free pizzas are available in several restaurants BUT this is the only place where my wife got a great Neapolitan pizza...order it a day in advance and the dough is prepared specially 👍👍 we'll be happy to come back

We also tried another pizza (I can’t recall the name, but it had tomato sauce and guanciale), and it was equally delicious—crispy, flavorful, and topped with high-quality ingredients. Every bite was a testament to the care and skill that goes into the food here. AMEA is a must-visit for anyone in Munich looking for an authentic and unforgettable Italian dining experience. Very welcoming place, friendly staff. Hannes the owner is always attentive and available for anything. The pizza with organic flour, as well as being excellent and soft, is beautiful and refined to the eye with simple ingredients but all processed and cooked in such a way as to bring out the best the flavours...the 🔝

Ordered, food was very good, only the pizza had very little salami on top, the rest was top.

On our first visit to Amea everything was fine. Unfortunately, yesterday's visit was a disaster. After 45 minutes we asked about our food for the first time. The pizzas are now in progress, was the answer. When guests who ordered after we asked got their pizzas and we were still waiting, we asked again. Then we were finally informed that the pizzas had been forgotten and were now being made. When we first asked, they just assumed that the pizzas were in the works and no one really asked about it. Finally, after more than 1.5 hours, we had something to eat at 9 p.m. But by then we were completely hungry. But it is far too expensive for that. At least we didn't have to pay for the drinks at the end. Mistakes can happen, that's not a problem for us. If guests are already inquiring about their food, you have to ask and not just assume anything. We then lack understanding for this. Our table was right at the bar and both employees should have noticed that we didn't have anything to eat.

Fantastic Neapolitan pizza! The staff is friendly and welcoming. On one occasion, there was a delay with orders, but they handled it so well offering everyone in line a little Aperol to-go while they waited. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, my visit to AMEA Munich was anything but satisfactory. The pizza was lukewarm when it finally arrived. It really tasted like the day before – the dough was tough, the topping completely uninspired. Like it was just quickly taken out of the fridge and warmed up a bit. The service was also a disappointment: the staff were unfriendly and seemed to have little interest in the guests. A real negative experience. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Well, I recommend this pizzeria. The pizza was well prepared as expected. The ingredients used and the quality of the preparation give the pizza slice after slice the taste necessary for a great dining experience. Professional and attentive staff.

Best glutenfree (glutenfrei) pizza I ever had. You need to call 24h in advance to order glutenfree pizza as they prepare the pizza extra. It would be great if they would promote on their homepage that they have glutenfree options

Amea is a pizzeria in Laim Munich Food: There is a variety of pizzas and typical Italian starters here. I had a margharita with extra burrata. The pizza was Neapolitan style with a thick crust and was really delicious. Good value for money for Munich. Service: Very nice, attentive service, we were well looked after. Ambiance: Inviting ambience, comfortable seating, stylish. A bit tight in places but otherwise there is nothing to complain about.

Pizzas are really great and are delivered to the guest quickly. Service is attentive and asks if you would like any more drinks. The only thing that is difficult is the volume when the store is full. In some restaurants this is more pleasant and is not so overshadowed. Gladly again

I was at AMEA for dinner with two friends, it was our first time there. About five minutes after we ordered, our pizzas were ready, we couldn't believe it because the place was full! They were quite delicious. The team was also very friendly. It was a great experience for us:)

Nice and fast service and super tasty food. The pizza was really great and there are different variations and you can make basically anything with it. The restaurant is a bit smaller and it was quite loud. You have to speak a little louder to the person you are talking to so as not to be drowned out by your neighbors. Tip: Reserve in advance!

Unfortunately, our visit today was very underwhelming. We, a group of 8, have all anticipated our visit to this restaurant for a long time, but were disappointed across the board. Let's start with the positive, one of the two waiters was very nice and definitely not to blame for this experience. The other one seemed quite indifferent to us after our first comment (we were missing cutlery on our table and one of the appetizer plates was not properly cleaned - i.e., there was still a clearly-visible fat smear on it). Specifically, let's start with the Antipasti Misto (15,90€). We were anticipating what was shown on their own uploaded picture: fresh veggies (they show cucumbers etc.), nice buffalo mozzarella, vitello, etc.. Unfortunately, the composition of ours was different (photo attached) - I can only try to explain this by assuming that they were out of some ingredients and didn't take it off the menu. The (definitely canned!) vegetables - being cauliflower, industrially-cut carrots, and pickles, were ultra-sour and something you expect from a discounter can of antipasti. The mozzarella was for sure no high-quality mozzarella (and without the pesto topping they advertise in their upload). Overall, a disaster that should never have left the kitchen. Moving on to the pizzas, while some were OK-ish (the dough was undersalted and too dry, the parma was put on too early so it was cooked through and hard), others were as disastrous as the appetizer. The Bilbo was super dry - this was explained to us as this is a "bianca" pizza and this would be stated on the menu. While the ricotta instead of the tomato sauce is a concept that I really love, the problem here was that it was underused. There was simply not enough on it. Combined with the dry dough, this pizza was basically uneatable. With 8 people, we finished half, as each tried a small piece, see pictures attached (brown toppings and lots of dry dough outside). Another pizza on the contrary was drenched in oil from the sundried tomatoes (which have not been properly patted dry). This led to a crisp, albeit nearly burned border of the pizza, but a completely soggy and oily middle. This was uneatable. A third pizza was taken away after at the table, as a sauce was forgotten. Again, photo is attached (one with orange sauce). To be clear, we were very hyped to eat here, and our experience did in no way, shape or form resemble the great reviews and photos (of guests as well) - so I have to assume this was an extraordinarily bad day. While I can understand that on a Tuesday in principle, the choice of cheap ingredients for whatever reason is quite unforgivable for me - especially at the raised price range for pizza in the city. Again, one of the waitresses was very good and offered us free espressos for the disappointing pizzas. Personally, I hate to give reviews like this (and never do - look at my profile); but this was so bad, it had to be written for the restaurant to enforce its clearly high standards of other days more consistently. Please be better - even on Tuedays.

The restaurant is in a great location and just a few minutes' walk from Rotkreuzplatz. The team is really nice and attentive, good service! The pizzas are super delicious! Especially the truffle pizza! (Little tip: on Tuesdays it only costs €15). Found a really great restaurant here - will definitely come back!

Excellent Neapolitan pizza! My absolute favorite pizza in Munich. The owner and staff are super hospitable and attentive. I always feel warmly welcomed and well served. I always like to come back (even with a child - high chair available) or sometimes get pizza to-go.

Best pizza I’ve tried in Munich! The dough is perfect and they use good quality products for the toppings. You have multiple options to choose and even some special choices. I ordered the Pizza Bianca Bilbo and the Tartufo. The latter was amazing. I will definitely come back!

We tried the truffle pizza and it tasted very good. It wasn't quite cheap, but that's probably because of the truffle. The prices are otherwise moderate. It is simply furnished, but the kitchen smells very nice. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant is centrally located in Neuhausen.

I've been meaning to test the pizza for a long time because I follow the Instagram channel and the pizzas look so delicious. That's why I was full of anticipation for the taste experience. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed after my visit. I had a salad and a pizza. Visually the dishes looked great but the taste of my dishes was very bland. The pizza was also a bit burnt and had few toppings. A lot of dough. Maybe my expectations were too high because of the great pictures on Instagram and the high prices. There's nothing to complain about about the service... it was really good.

For me one of the best locations for pizza in Munich. The sourdough used gives a special and unique taste. My favorite pizza is the Tricolore.

We have been wanting to visit the location for a long time as we heard that it is another highly hyped place in Munich. I won't talk about the interior, which unfortunately looks very cheap and yes... more details not worth mentioning. In the end I thought the food would save the evening, but unfortunately the situation only got worse. Pizza Bianca, with a weird layer covered in a brown paste that none of the waiters could explain. Fior de Latte on the menu but no trace of it on the pizza. Very fresh dough was used, and just a short time after eating the stomach was bloated and felt unpleasantly full. It's not a criticism, but an honest opinion from someone who has been doing gastronomy for a long time and knows Italian cuisine well. If I wasn't so bitterly disappointed I could have overlooked the little things, but it just wasn't good from start to finish. The service was good, so for the two nice 5 stars.

Super Pizza und netter Service!

Bella Italy? More like Bella Fantastica! The pizza gave us a “Mamma Mia!” on the lips, the service danced as fiery as Tarantella and the atmosphere was as cozy as a nap under the olive tree. The only criticism: The portions were so huge that we had to sing "O sole mio" in an operatic manner to make room for dessert. Definitely go, people! 5 stars, but only because more is not possible. 😉

We had a great Valentine's dinner here with incredibly great neapolitan pizza! Their concept is quite simple: small dining room with 8-10 tables all very close to each other, small but awesome menu with some starters & desserts and pizza as the only main dish. We decided on the "Bilbo" and the "Ines" Pizza and they both were delicious, the dough was super super fluffy, they let it rest for 48-72 hours according to them, and you could tell that the ingredients were high quality which is much appreciated. Also the "Tartufo Nero" Ice Cream is a big recommendation as dessert. For the quality you pay a little more than in a standard pizzeria (margarita for 11,90€) but still fair & worth it. I would recommend to reserve. They have a restroom and accept card payment. Thank you for the nice evening, we will definitely come back for the Nutella!

Ich war letztes WE im AMEA und muss sagen, ich bin total begeistert. Der Service war unglaublich nett und die Pizzen einfach genial. Für mich persönlich die beste Pizza in München, die je gegessen habe. Sehr kreative und leckere Pizza Variationen. Kann das AMEA nur empfehlen. Die Location an sich ist relativ klein, was es sehr gemütlich und angenehm macht. Die Lautstärke im Restaurant war ebenso angenehm und deutlich leiser als an vielen anderen Orten. Bin wirklich begeistert und werde wieder kommen :) Danke für den schönen Abend :)
