Super service and amazing food & drinks

We spent a wonderful evening in this lovely bar. Very good wine and Prosecco selection with good advice and recommendations. Great menu, super delicious food, very lovingly prepared and simply fantastic in taste. The crème brûlée dessert with pistachio cream is my absolute favorite. I've never eaten it before and I'm totally thrilled. Super friendly and courteous staff. Nice seating with a great ambience. We'll be back very soon and are already looking forward to a visit to this beautiful bar. I definitely recommend it.

We went to this restaurant to have an aperitif. Very well received by the staff, attentive and efficient. The platter made up of different kinds of cheeses and cold meats was of incredible quality. Binne selection of wines and proseccos.

A really recommendable bar. Great service, great location. We got free olives, parmesan and peanuts with two drinks. Afterwards, surprisingly, two mortadella slices were added just like that. Such a service should be supported!

The Masi wine bar is located directly on the corner of Maximilianstrasse and Thomas-Wimmer-Ring. Maximilianstrasse is beautiful, but often overly chic and ultimately lacking in substance. Fortunately, this does not apply to the Masi wine bar. The wine list is very good and, above all, there are a lot of open wines. The winery is known for Amarone, but the other wines don't have to hide either. The Count Federico Trento DOC Riserva Metodo Classico is pleasingly complex and with a refreshing acidity. The food also impressed me. The menu is small, but the kitchen knows what it's doing. I can highly recommend the Bresaola in Campofiorin wine with burrata and sun-dried cherry tomatoes. The prices are also totally OK. Of course it's Munich, but 20 EUR would be surprisingly moderate for the location. Conclusion, I'll be back. With a meal or simply with a glass of spumante.

The friendliness of the team cannot be beaten! No glass was ever empty when I had a drink and you definitely have a few more fans now 😉

I only had a cappuccino here, so I cannot tell you anything about the food. Very relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff. Nice stop before a shopping spree.

Finally a date with my wife again. Small messes, excellent wine list, great service. We'd love to come back!

What a treat in this temple of Italian wine! Masi Amarone is a sixt generation iconic product. Directly from the historic estates in Valpolicella, it has been awarded for its innovative approach. Wines are accompanied by tasty appetisers, served by dedicated and passionate staff. There is nothing better than sipping highest quality wines while watching the chic bustle of Maximilianstrasse in the tables outside (the bar has been recently renovated) during the summer or enjoying the stylish indoor location for the rest of the year. They also have an internal garden. Quality is guaranteed here, you can’t go wrong with anything you order. I’d follow their tips on which wines to pair with food, though, just to elevate your experience with expert combinations for a total treat.

We were there in the early afternoon. Nice wine selection and great recommendations. Small but very special fine cuisine. The herb crusted chicken was sensational! We'll definitely be back!

Das Weinangebot ist großartig. Wir haben noch nie so etwas wie den Campofiorin getrunken. Werden wir uns auch kaufen. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Auch wenn die Tische relativ eng stehen, die Gäste plaudern nur. Wir möchten regelmäßig kommen!

Cozy restaurant, great food, good wine, attentive service

The waiters are not precisely welcoming or happy to see their guests. The food is mediocre. The atmosphere is nice. I would recommend it just for a glass of wine with a view to the wine cellar.

Nice little restaurant with a very large selection of wines. There is something to suit every taste and every budget. The menu is rather small, but nice. The service was initially very attentive, but decreased somewhat as the evening progressed. The only downer was my tiramisu. The cream was far too thick and the biscuits could definitely have used more espresso.

Friendly service, good selection of Italian food and drinks. Focus on wine enjoyment. The chestnut tagliatelle could have had a slightly stronger flavor. Reasonable prices.

Locale accogliente con musica di sottofondo e luce soffusa. Menù con piatti ben studiati e ben realizzati con materie prime italiane. Il personale di sala (anch'esso italiano) è cordiale, attento e ben preparato. Carta dei vini ampia e di alto livello. Prezzi commisurati al livello del locale e della cucina italiana molto ben rappresentata da questo ristorante.

Elegant restaurant with an intimate atmosphere. Great place for a dinner date or even meeting with a small group of friends. The dishes are authentic Italian, high-quality food. My personal favorite is the risotto all'Amarone e Monte Veronese (Italian style rice cooked in Amarone wine and finished off with Monte Veronese cheese). Absolutely worth visiting this restaurant for the great vibes and the great food. The wine selection is impressive, as expected of a wine bar. But unlike other bars, the atmosphere is sophisticated and elegant. The service is impeccable.

Das Masi ist für mich persönlich perfekt. Fantastisch, leckeres Essen. Perfekte Weine und Vielfalt. Sehr kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Der After-Work Drink am Donnerstag ist top, ebenso wie der Frühstücksbrunch am Samstag mit Weinbegleitung als Menü und ohne "Buffetrennerei". Ich mag das Ambiente und das die Gastgeber sich persönlich Zeit nehmen ohne, dass man auf die Bestellung lange warten muss. Ich gehe dort so gerne hin.

Wir waren zum Aperitif da, die Drinks waren sehr gut und der Service ausgezeichnet!

An eine italienische Weinbar hab ich schon hohe Ansprüche. Was hier positiv auffällt: viele muttersprachliche Gäste. Könnte man als Qualitätsmerkmal betrachten. Aber meine persönliche Meinung - Zunächst die Weine: verständlicherweise werden die Produkte von Masi sehr beworben. Ich fand es aber schon fast etwas unangenehm und man fühlte sich mehr wie bei einem Wine-Tasting, nur teurer. Was etwas besser war: das Essen. Millefoglie fand ich top, Steak und Pasta als Hauptgerichte waren eher durchschnittlich. Ich fand sie sehr „einsilbig“ im Geschmack. Die Nachspeisen waren das beste: die Panna Cotta mit Schokolade als auch der Keks mit Pistazie zum Italian-Style Espresso. Was ich leider nicht überzeugend fand der Service war sehr unkoordiniert und wirkte in Teilen überfordert oder nebendran. Ich gehe aber mal davor aus, dass das nur ein Ausrutscher war.

Der beste Brunch am Samstag in München, mit sehr freundlichem Personal in einem schönen Ambiente und beste Weine. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Super leckeres Essen. Preis -Leistung besonders beim Mittagsmenü stimmt. Schöner Innenhof, in welchem wirklich Italienisches Ambiente herrscht.

Ganz wunderbar sitzt man hier am Abend beim Sonnenuntergang an der Maximilianstraße - dazu das ein oder andere Glas Wein (unbedingt den Empfehlungen der freundlichen Kellner folgen) und kleine Leckereien von der übersichtlichen, aber ganz hervorragenden Karte dazu. Ein paar Autoposer hie und da stören die ansonsten, trotz der Kreuzung Maximilianstraße/Thomas-Wimmer-Ring relativ ruhige Lage. MASI, als führender Amarone Produzent aus Valpolicella, hat hier im historischen "Campari Haus" einen Ort geschaffen, der zum verweilen einlädt - und einen für kurze Zeit nach Italien entführt.

One of my favorite places to go for good Italian food and amazing wine collection. Also a great place for a date night. Their freshly baked warm breads are delicious! Love their octopus salad and I always order that for sure. A repeat customer and I have never been disappointed.

Endlich eine Weinbar, die tatsächlich auch diesen Namen verdient. Ein unfassbares Angebot an Weinen aller möglichen Jahrgänge und Preisklassen. Die Speisen in einer sehr guten Qualität und passend zum Weinangebot abgestimmt (preislich, trotz Lage absolut fair). Der Service überragend und jederzeit auskunftsfähig zu den kredenzten Weinen. Keine Scheu auch mal nach älteren Jahrgängen (und damit preislich höher) zu fragen, denn hier darf man tatsächlich JEDEN Wein probieren. Auch deshalb für mich aktuell die beste Weinbar in München. Und in ein paar Monaten öffnet der Innenhof im tollen Ambiente. Darauf kann man gespannt sein. 👍👍👍

Es war ein Fest in der Masi Wine Bar. Das Essen war wirklich fantastisch. Ich hatte die Rinderbäckchen, so zart und saftig hatte ich selten welche gegessen. Die Bedienung ist sehr zuvorkommend und Meister ihres Faches. Habe nach der weinbegleitung gefragt und mir wurde ein hervorragender Rotwein empfohlen. Für jeden ein muss der auf Exzellentes Essen und leckeren Wein steht.

Wir waren am Sa zum Brunch und sind begeistert. Es ist kein Buffet, das Essen wird in einzelnen Gängen am Tisch serviert. Sehr lecker und reichhaltig mit durchgängiger Wein und Wasserbegleitung. Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis! Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bald wieder.
