Super leckerer Lunch (Lasagne!) und ausgesprochen aufmerksamer Service. Man sitzt zwar auf dem Bürgersteig draußen, aber dafür mittags im Schatten. Wir kommen öfter!

Ich betrat dieses Restaurant und wurde sehr lange ignoriert. Als ich endlich bestellen konnte, wurde mir ein Thunfischsalat für 20 Euro serviert – mit einem gekochten Ei, Dosenmais und Dosenthunfisch. Als meine Freundin kam, bekam sie eine „Spezialkarte“ mit vielen interessanteren Gerichten, die mir nie angeboten wurde. Als ich das Personal darauf ansprach, fingen sie an, mich anzuschreien. Dann kam ein zweiter Kellner hinzu und versuchte ebenfalls, mit mir zu diskutieren, indem er behauptete, die „Spezialkarte“ gäbe es gar nicht. Ihr Verhalten war völlig inakzeptabel. Selbst wenn der Salat nur mittelmäßig gewesen wäre, wäre das eine Sache gewesen – aber mich vor anderen Gästen anzuschreien, war absolut unverschämt. Sie meinten auch, weil ich den ganzen Salat aufgegessen hätte, müsse er gut gewesen sein. Aber ein italienisches Restaurant kann einem doch kein Gericht mit Thunfisch aus der Dose anbieten.

Ein großartiger Ort! Eines der besten Restaurants in München!

Fantastisch, das leckerste italienische Essen, das ich je gegessen habe, die Bewertung muss über 5 liegen!!

Sie haben uns abgezockt, indem sie uns Brot und Olivenöl für 7,50 € pro Person berechnet haben! Natürlich bringen sie es uns an den Tisch, sodass wir annehmen, es sei im Preis inbegriffen oder zumindest zum halben Preis von 7,50 € pro Person erhältlich! Außerdem brachten sie uns eine Flasche Wasser. Wir haben den Preis für das Wasser natürlich nicht beachtet, aber dann sahen wir auf der Rechnung 8,50 € für eine einfache Flasche Wasser! Das hat uns den ganzen Besuch verdorben. Außerdem hatten mein Freund und ich am nächsten Tag eine Lebensmittelvergiftung, daher kann ich das Restaurant nicht empfehlen.

Ich habe dieses Restaurant vor ein paar Tagen mit meiner Familie besucht. Das Ambiente ist sehr elegant und stilvoll, der Service exzellent und die Gerichte äußerst raffiniert. Unbedingt die mit Trüffel und Pilzen gefüllten Gnocchi und das Pistazien-Tiramisu probieren! Ein wahrer Genuss!

Wir haben unser Team-Abendessen diese Woche im Il Tenore verbracht und hatten einen wunderbaren Abend in diesem Restaurant. Hervorragendes Essen - von den Vorspeisen über diverse Hauptgerichte bis hin zur Nachspeise. Alle Gerichte kamen zur selben Zeit, waren sehr lecker und auch die Portionsgrößen waren für alle optimal. Der Service war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Alle Mitarbeitenden war unfassbar aufmerksam, freundlich, gut gelaunt und sehr zuvorkommend. Findet man so nicht überall. Deshalb an dieser Stelle an alle nochmals herzlichen Dank für die tolle, italienische Gastfreundschaft, die Aufmerksamkeit und das hohe Niveau - von der ersten Minute bis zum Ende des Besuchs. Für Münchener Verhältnisse zudem noch in bester Lage mit angemessenen Preisen. Danke für einen unvergesslichen Team-Abend!

Enttäuschend!! Dreckige und klebrige Gläser, auch die Vorspeise und der Hauptgang konnten geschmacklich nicht überzeugen. Da gibt es in dieser Preisklasse deutlich bessere und qualitativ hochwertigere Italiener in der Altstadt! Der freundliche Service war sehr präsent, muss man mögen. Für einen bequemen Abend wären draußen Sitzpolster von Vorteil, denn die Holzbank ist recht ungemütlich…

Nur ein Wort: wow! freundlich empfangen, sehr netter und guter Service und wirklich verdammt gutes Essen! Hatten Ravioli mit Ricotta und Tagliatelle mit Trüffeln. Wahnsinn!

Das Essen war nicht schlecht. Aber der Hauptgrund für meinen Besuch ist die Bedienung (ich vermute, sie war Italienerin, bin mir aber nicht sicher). Sie war zweimal ziemlich nachlässig und unhöflich, als sie mir das Essen brachte. In einem so anständigen Restaurant erwarte ich, dass der Service nicht wie in einem Schnellrestaurant ist, egal ob es voll ist oder nicht (was tatsächlich nicht der Fall war). Sie wirkte sehr gehetzt und hatte es sichtlich eilig. Das Essen war eines der teuersten während meines Aufenthalts in München. Ich bin enttäuscht. Der bärtige Herr hingegen war nett und höflich. Ohne ihn hätte ich definitiv nur einen Stern vergeben.

Wir waren absolut begeistert! Das Personal und der Service waren fantastisch. Vom ersten Moment an, als wir das Restaurant betraten, wurden wir so herzlich und freundlich empfangen, und selbst beim Abschied verabschiedeten sich alle liebevoll. Das machte den Besuch zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis. Auch der Kellner, der uns bediente, war unglaublich nett, und ich bedauere es sehr, seinen Namen nicht erfahren zu haben. Vielen Dank an alle für die Gastfreundschaft und den wunderbaren Service! Das Essen war köstlich, und die Atmosphäre war ruhig, elegant und luxuriös. Die vielen guten Bewerter haben wahrscheinlich noch nie wirklich gut italienisch gegessen. Diese Osteria ist höchstens Durchschnitt: Der Salat war sehr deutsch und die Sauce weder italienisch noch selbstgemacht. Auch die Pasta war es nicht, obwohl dies behauptet wurde. Störend war auch, dass der Hauptgang schon gebracht wurde, obwohl wir mit der Vorspeise noch nicht fertig waren. Man konnte es essen, aber ein richtig gutes Mahl war es absolut nicht.

Pizzeria mega und das Pistazien Tiramisu ebenfalls. Service meda freundlich. Schon lange nicht mehr so gut bei schönem Ambiente gegessen.

Wir haben zweimal in diesem Restaurant gegessen, das hervorragende italienische Küche serviert. Die Pasta und die Desserts sind erstklassig. Es ist ein recht schickes und gehobenes italienisches Restaurant, in dem die Kellner gerne Italienisch sprechen.

Waren zum Lunch hier. Die Mittagsangebote sind preislich gut. Die Lasagne war gut, die Carbonara war jedoch eher durchschnittlich: Spaghetti waren Industrieware, das Ei gestockt und der Speck zu dünn geschnitten und leider nicht knusprig. Service herzlich und aufmerksam!

Bravo! Alles war köstlich und wunderschön angerichtet. Der Service war perfekt. Die Inhaberfamilie war anwesend und offensichtlich sehr stolz darauf, hier in München authentische italienische Küche anzubieten.

Die Kürbisblüten waren fantastisch. Die Süße der Roten Bete und die Cremigkeit des Ricottas waren perfekt ausbalanciert. Die Spargelravioli waren in Ordnung, aber die braune Buttersauce hätte etwas mehr Zitrone vertragen und etwas länger kochen müssen, um ein nussigeres Aroma zu entwickeln. Die Füllung war cremig, aber es fehlte ihr die Süße, die man von hochwertigem weißen Spargel kennt. Die Carbonara war gut. Ich hätte mir nur gewünscht, dass sie Guanciale statt Speck verwendet hätten.

Ich kann nur sagen : Wow ! Das Essen schmeckte Fabelhaft. Der Service in diesem Restaurant war unglaublich. Ich habe mich so willkommen und wohl gefühlt wie noch nie zuvor. Ich werde aufjedenfall wieder kommen 🩷

Vom Service bis hin zum Essen hat alles sehr gepasst. Auch die Sauberkeit ist ziemlich hoch.

Ein wundervoller Abend. Der Keller war ausgesprochen hilfreich und hat unseren Wunsch nach einer Vorspeise, die nicht auf der Karte stand, perfekt umgesetzt. Die Gnocchi mit Ochsenschwanzragout waren ausgezeichnet und genau wie die Carbonara eine großzügige Portion. Für 1,90 pro Person bekommt man teichlichvund gutes Brot mit Olivenöl und das war schon der Hammer. Preislich definitiv im oberen Bereich aber für das was man bekommt fair.

Das Lokal ist sehr elegant. Der Service ist kompetent und freundlich. Das Essen ist wirklich köstlich. Man fühlt sich wie in Italien.

Ein wirklich schönes Restaurant. Perfekt für ein gehobenes Mittag- oder Abendessen zu einem guten Preis. Die Portionen sind großzügig bemessen und das Essen war fantastisch. Die Bruschetta war frisch und das Brot perfekt geröstet. Die Carbonara war cremig, salzig und reichhaltig. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann das Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen.

I didn’t stay in the hotel, I just ate in the restaurant. In my opinion it is overrated. We had two pizzas and two drinks ( one non alcoholic beer and wine) and we paid 64€. We paid for the bread they brought us that we didn’t ask for. A bottle of water was 8 € and a glass of wine 12€. The wine was good. The pizza was too expensive for what they offered. The dough was too hard and the mozzarella was like rubber. U cut the pizza and with one cut u take all the mozzarella out. I came to the restaurant because of the good reviews, but honestly I don’t recommend it.

Die besten Pasta- und Pizzagerichte in München! Wir waren eines Tages dort zum Abendessen und es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir gleich am nächsten Tag wieder hingegangen sind. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I love Italian food, and I was surprised to find such authentic and delicious Italian cuisine in Germany. I especially loved the pork and bacon pasta and the seafood pasta. The restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere; the decor and the service were excellent. The shop wasn't easy to find, hidden in a quiet street, but stepping inside was like entering a completely different, vibrant world.

The ambiance drew us in. We also liked the fact that it wasn't a large, crowded restaurant and that the menu was small, which we appreciate. Unfortunately, our waiter wasn't very helpful in explaining the menu to us. The fancy gourmet descriptions weren't very clear to us, and it wasn't clear what kind of food they referred to. But the waiter didn't seem to care. I was on the verge of getting up and leaving. I also found it quite intrusive that the red wine was forced on us after only the second sip of white wine. We couldn't even enjoy the aperitif before we were forced to taste the red. And the fact that dessert was immediately offered as soon as we received our main course was very unpleasant. Please let me finish my meal first, and then I can decide for myself if I still want something sweet. I mean, it was only 9 pm, and they were interrupting the guests during their appetizers and main courses with the excuse that the kitchen was closing and the chefs wanted to go home. Okay, but not at these prices. In restaurants like this, that's completely unacceptable. You get the feeling, how should I put it, "Now you're here, but please leave right away and leave your money here." Unfortunately, I'm somewhat sorry about the money, and that shouldn't happen in a gourmet restaurant. What a shame.

After visiting the Black Palace, I randomly searched for this Italian restaurant and it was a top-notch experience! The service was friendly, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean and stylish!

From start to finish, this was an exceptional meal. The presentation of each dish was elegant and refined, with great attention to detail. We started with caviar, served properly on ice with blinis and cream — a classic and indulgent way to open the evening. The lamb was perfectly cooked, tender and full of flavor, while the beef tongue and cheek stood out for its rich, melt-in-the-mouth texture paired with beautifully balanced accompaniments. Sides like truffle-topped potatoes and fresh green beans rounded out the dishes wonderfully. Service was just as impressive as the food. Our waiter, Markus, was attentive and professional, offering spot-on wine recommendations that elevated each course. He made the evening feel seamless and enjoyable, showing genuine care for the experience. Overall, this was fine dining at its best — exquisite ingredients, perfectly executed dishes, and service that made us feel truly welcomed. Highly recommended! From start to finish it was crazy. Every dish is prepared with a lot of love and looks really elegant. We started with caviar, served classically over ice with blinis and a bit of cream – a brilliant start. The only good thing about this restaurant is the staff and the service. The truffle pasta was a total disappointment. The waiter was kind and offered to change my pasta for another dish, so I chose the shrimp pasta – even worse. They had no flavor, bland, not creamy at all (same goes for the truffle pasta). No salt, no pepper, the truffles were dry, and the shrimp clearly tasted frozen. The €30 price is completely unjustified… The pizza, however, was good.

After a long day of sightseeing, we were welcomed into this wonderful restaurant by Frederico who found us a lovely table. He and his colleagues were so accomodating, taking care of us and providing helpful advice in perfect English. The food was great, and the menu interestingly comprised of specials which made the most of seasonal produce. A small selection of wines by the glass, but the Lugana white wine excellent. The Pistachio Tiramisú was also a highlight. Thank you for the exceptionally friendly and professional service and a memorable dining experience.

Italy (the real thing) in Munich! After a week of touring Bavaria, tired of German cuisine and especially the pseudo-Italian one, we decided to stop here! Everything was excellent: quality ingredients, real coffee, and above all, impeccable staff. 🙌🏻

Very tasty food in this busy Italian restaurant. Suggested wines were very tasty but expensive 11.50€. Be careful with this. Water and bread are also offered immediately but this is also payable. We did not accept this. However, very nice and friendly people. The waiter also came to ask what I thought of the wine which I certainly appreciate. The food was tasty, pasta cooked perfectly. The pizza (at the neighbours) also looked very tasty (thick crust). In short, definitely recommended but you have to be able to handle the crowds.

What a great restaurant! It’s a hidden gem on a quiet street in Munich Alstadt attached to Hotel an der Oper. The food, wine, service, and ambiance were really remarkable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Italian food and excellent and friendly service. Molto bene!!

Very nice restaurant situated in a couple of minutes walk from Marienplatz. The food was good with a variety of Italian dishes. Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

We were staying next door at the hotel and this seemed like a perfect fit for dinner. The attention to detail, genuine service and personable hospitality has made this a dinner to remember. Each member of the staff served our table and made sure to personally remember us. They offered recommendations, refills and suggestions at will and always made sure we loved every bite we were tasting. It's clear the staff is a family and that showed in the way they serve their patrons. Now the food - I'll keep it short and sweet. 7 stars. Just eat here. 🍷

If you are in Munich and you want Italian cuisine, you cannot miss visiting this place: splendid location, excellent food and impeccable service.

A beautiful early summer evening, sitting outside in a small, quiet side street off Maximilianstrasse. Fresh flowers on the tables, nicely set. In addition to the normal menu, there was also a good daily menu on a blackboard. Friendly and well-groomed ladies and gentlemen are very committed to the service and are clearly having fun doing it, at least they manage to convey that impression - our waiter Giovanni always had such a nice grin on his face, you couldn't help but like him, follow his recommendations and order something else. The menus feature solid Italian fare, no frills. The food was served quickly and was excellent. The portion size was perfect, leaving room for a dolci at the end. And one more thing: there are Negroni - and so one thing is certain: I found a new favorite Italian restaurant downtown.

An absolute insider tip! Il Tenore impresses with excellent Italian cuisine, fresh ingredients and lovingly prepared dishes. The service is very friendly and attentive, you immediately feel welcome. We particularly liked the homemade pasta and the dessert – a dream! The stylish ambience rounds off the experience perfectly.

This became my number one Italian in Munich after having tried over 30 different restaurants the last 15 years. Everything is in point and our waiter Giovanni is simply the excellent face of streamlined customer service.

We had a very nice evening and extremely attentive waiters. However, the carbonara wasn't particularly creamy and was very peppery and the truffle pasta was too oily. But the starters and desserts are even better. Location, ambience and service are at the highest level here!

They charge 1.90 per slice of bread(10 euro for a small loaf), just putting on your table without telling you it’s outrages price

Very good Italian restaurant that I always enjoy visiting. Incredibly friendly staff, good service and a very nice boss round off the experience. The dishes were always exquisite. This time we had the branzino and the swordfish from the daily menu, and we shared the calamaretti as a starter. It was excellent! Falkenturmstrasse is also a lovely place to sit and is far away from the hustle and bustle of Platzl, even though it's just around the corner. Clear recommendation. We'd love to come back! Thanks.

We were here by chance on March 31, 2025, and on April 1, 2025, we also wanted to come here for dinner on April 2. Unfortunately, it's closed today. We'll try tomorrow. The food is great. The service is fantastic. No tourist rip-offs like some of the more popular brewery restaurants. If we come back to Munich, we'll come back here. The Schindler family from Wettenberg.
