Burger Turm in Berlin

Nothing special. The location in the shopping center ruins the ambience.

The ambience was somehow uneasy, being in the middle of a food area. The service was disinterested and didn't really understand us. The two burgers we ordered were rather lower midfield, one burger had the wrong bun used and about a third of the sweet potato fries were way too dark and fell apart when you took a bite... and then the oil/fat ran out of the fry... for 7€ an absurdity. One of our two soft drinks (Sprite) was also at room temperature... the Coke was nice and cold. I have no idea how this burger joint got 4.7 stars. It really was the worst burger experience so far... and we've eaten a lot of them and I literally eat everything.

So honest opinion: it doesn't deserve a 4.8*. Not in Berlin. There is a lot of competition and Burger Turm is in the middle of the pack. The selection is large, I was amazed that there are many vegi varieties. But the patty doesn't taste good (spices and firmness). But you can improve. We'll check back in a year.

I've already tried quite a few burgers in Berlin and after a long time I finally ate one that really tastes like a burger and, above all, has meat in it. Nowadays you can't get proper meat in a burger anywhere anymore. I suspect that the bread was also homemade because it was incredibly soft and delicious, really hats off to you!!

After making the order when the food had not even started cooking yet, I had to manually decline the tip when paying with card at the terminal.

Ordered online, food was disgusting and cold, I couldn't eat it. This company has no website, no email address and the phone has an answering machine.

Had octopus burger and truffle fries. Both highly recommended. Dishes are cleared away. Of course, it was noisy in the food court because of children running around.

Fries - too much potato. Burger very greasy. Burger cheese cheap processed rubbish. Very expensive for an average burger!

I had a smash burger, which unfortunately wasn't smashed. It was quite tasty, the bun was quite thick but fluffy. We were served quite impersonally, or efficiently, as you like. All in all ok but too expensive because the ambience doesn't match the supposed demands of the fancy burgers

A MUST-HAVE BURGER IN BERLIN! A restaurant with very nice decoration, clean, comfortable and with a large projector. Very good homemade burgers (even the bread!). The service is quite fast, the welcome is very warm, the servers are smiling and adorable. The waiter even invited us to toast with a shot of typical Berlin alcohol. The servers also speak French! In short, everything was perfect. I recommend 300%

just terrible. The price on the sign is 5.90, but at the checkout they tell me I have to pay 6.90. I paid. They gave me two big rings and four small rings and it just looked bad. They didn't provide napkins; some of the rings inside were burned. I don't recommend buying it here.

Rude staff, wrong order taken, no effort to fix - just got told we were wrong.

The halloumi fries are not Halloumi fries! You get patatoes and a little halloumi at best but pay almost 10 euros per plate!

Good selection of food, but it's quite loud and hectic here. The chairs are incredibly impractical.

Served on a pillowy soft bun, with flavourful accompaniments, the burger was pretty good. Although not great, as the meat was a bit over cooked and lacked flavour. Nevertheless a solid burger. The fries were obviously fresh, crispy and very tasty, but lacked seasoning. All in all pretty well rounded, just a couple of downsides that are easily fixable.

I rarely give 5 stars, this one deserves it! Remarkable tender and juicy Angus beef. Freshly made every day, the bun is simply amazing! Its consistency, elasticity and softness perfectly hold the burger till the end. Totally recommendable!

It is located in the food court. Although the clerk's face is smelly, it does not affect the deliciousness of the burger. The meat of the burger is delicious but the bun is ordinary. Overall, it can only be regarded as an ordinary burger, but the fried chicken is quite delicious.

Ich habe mir 2 Bürger geholt eins ohne käse eins mit Käse beide waren sehr saftig und lecker da werden ich öfters mir ein leckeren Bürger holen die Bedienung und der Service war auch sehr net und lieb

If you crave decent food for a high price, this is the place to be. But be aware, it will be difficult, since half of the menu is not available and the server will only show up every 30 minutes even if the place is basically empty.

Very tasty burgers and large customization options. Reasonable pricing and nice atmosphere. Cut 1 star due to white burger bread is too sweet. Other than this, it is a great value place.

Everything is delicious. Even the bread is made there and all burgers are prepared with care.

Burgers are really great, personnel is friendly, the location is less attractive however is a lively street in a none typical surrounding but lively.

BUSSSIIIIIN - this was a very delicious burger. In our 3 day trip we had dinner here twice! We started on the first day with a classic onion smash burger and on the next a cheese burger and a chilli cheese burger. They were unbelievable!

That was the worst burger I've eaten in a long time. The meat was pressed and the consistency was disgusting. The burger was served on a paper tray...disgusting. Nobody was interested in my complaint. Price/performance absolutely Indian scutable. Never again.

Really complete mess. Paying a lot of money for 5 chicken pieces that are smaller than my toe. Korean chicken??? I can taste the 80 cent microwave sriracha sauce. Just a shame...

This was a little bit of a letdown. Big hype about this place and we were exited. Service was decent, but the food was not. In a good burger place you expect burger beefs to be automaticly medium or that they would ask what would we like to have. All the beefs were well done or worse. Everything was really salty and some of the good looking fries were only slightly warm.

Very tasty burgers at a great price. The staff is super nice and you can pay by card here. One of the best burgers in Berlin. The menu is clear and there was even a chocolate cake on the house. All in all a recommendation.

It should be a burger restaurant. A quick search and then, based on the many good reviews, decided on the Burger Turm. Called spontaneously and reserved a table for an hour later. The map offers a good selection and still remains clear. For my taste, this is one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. The bun is very loose and airy. The pattie is juicy and cooked just right. The sauces are aromatic without being overpowering. Overall, a great taste experience and also pleasing to the eye. For dessert there was a brownie, which was also very light and airy and tasted great. Not to forget the friendly service.

Bought the chilly cheeseburger- meat quite basic, came with high expectations. Chilly cheese fries- too much low quality sauce. But the waitresses were very kind and cute. Food came quite fast

Ambiguous experience! Food delicious, service good....BUT...... For a not (really big) chicken burger, (a small portion) of chili cheese fries and a Cola "Zero" (0.33) it costs just under €23 ....pfffff......not so exciting!

The food was really delicious, the sauce was unique and bun was fluffy and exciting. We received complementary brownies as well but it seemed that they were very old and that's why they were giving them away. We couldn't eat them. All in all, I'll go back.

Solid address for delicious burgers on Turmstrasse. Priced a little over. A daily special or menu would have been nice. Otherwise you'll quickly end up with fries at 16 euros without a drink... There's room for improvement here. Otherwise nice shop with friendly service and great quality.

Erster Eindruck sehr sauber und Hygienisch. Modern eingerichtet. Cheeseburger mit Süßkartoffelchips bestellt. Geschmack top, auf den Punkt gegart, super zubereitet, sehr sättigend. Preislich oberes Niveau aber ist ok. Fleisch ist übrigens Halal. Positiv überrascht von dem Laden

Best burger I’ve had in a while.

Wir dachten, wir hätten bei Goldies schon einen ganz guten Griff gemacht, aber der Burger Turm hat noch ein gutes Stück draufgesetzt. Toller Service und sehr leckere Burger haben uns einen sehr schönen Abend bereitet.

Gelegen mitten in The Playce am Potsdamer Platz kann BurgerTurm wenig fürs Ambiente, welches eher stressig ist. Der Burger lohnt sich aber alle mal, besonders der BBQ Bacon Burger schmeckt unfassbar gut und war wirklich saftig!!! Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen.

Sehr leckere Burgers. Leider muss ich 1 Stern wegen überteueres Bier aus der Flasche (5€) abziehen. Bei so einem Restaurant habe ich mindestens eine Biersorte vom Fass erwartet. Die Cocktails sind trinkbar, habe aber woanders bessere getrunken.

Portionen hätte dezent größer sein können, aber alles hat toll geschmeckt und wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Hausgemachte Lemonade ist einfach super!

Die Mitarbeiter können sich nicht artikulieren geschweige den Deutsch sprechen hatte eine Kinder Menü Bestellt und habe anstatt Burger mit Pommes und eine Capri Sonne nur Pommes und Nuggets erhalten und sollte 9 Euro bezahlen.Auf nachfrage sagte sie mir ich hätte anstatt Burger Nuggets bestellt.Für 2 Burger und Pommes und 6 Stk Nuggets habe ich 28 Euro bezahlt. Will nicht unterstellen aber mich werdet ihr nie wieder sehen Eure Geldwäsche könnte ihr woanders machen. Alle Daumen nach unten inklusive Füßchen
