Die besten Restaurants in Deutschland mit Fast food-restaurant Essen

It's truly a disgrace at McDonald's these days. The various burgers are getting more and more expensive, and instead of improving or maintaining the same quality, the food is getting worse and worse. So much so, we've decided not to spend another cent there. My partner and I went there independently, and what we got was a complete disgrace! Unfortunately, it's not possible to add photos to reviews here. Spend your money on better things.

I was very disappointed with my visit to MCI. It took an incredible 10 minutes for someone to show up at the cash register to serve us. It felt like they were expecting us to serve ourselves at the cash register! This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when you're paying for service. This kind of behavior is simply unprofessional and frustrating. I expect more attention to customer service in the future.

Cold burgers!!! French fries old!!! I do not recommend!!!

It's 10:30 p.m. and the team has forgotten two menus and the corresponding sauces. Impudence!

So our meal had everything that was supposed to be there, it was all warm and it was super quick. The restaurant is clean, the employees are friendly. I can't understand all the negative reviews now. The toilets are also clean and don't have a major maintenance backlog

Honestly I never review anywhere. But I came here for lunch the other day, I couldn’t hear what the person in the drive thru was saying so I asked them to repeat please. They straight up yelled at me. Never experienced this. This is maybe the third time they’ve been incredibly rude.

Was quite full today. Eaten there quite quickly, the cheese could have been warmer. Garbage and cleaning service was in action shortly before.

No “hello,” no “thank you,” “please,” not even “dinner is ready.” You don't need friendliness here. And you wonder why the McDonalds across the street is so much busier. How were the first and certainly the last time here. I don't have to apologize for disrupting the dreary everyday life by placing an order. But this feeling is conveyed very clearly.

Usual Burger King, tables here too are rarely wiped down so you can rarely find a clean table. Otherwise nothing to complain about and at least the toilets are mostly clean.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in the world. 27 min to get a Big M menu. Wtf! They all just stand doing nothing, one order out every 4-5 min.

We had to wait an extremely long time for our order, even though there were only a maximum of 15 people in the store.

I was at the restaurant at around 8 PM. Ordered 2 crispy chicken menus and churros baklava. Everything came very delicious and very fast. Restaurant was very clean. Staff was very friendly welcoming and polite. Always a pleasure to eat at this restaurant. Highly recommended 😊

There's no flexibility or willingness to accommodate people with food intolerances. Compared to other restaurants, I was disappointed.

I didn't receive a toy when I bought Happy Meal, I had to wait too long for my order because an order outside the house had priority even though the service had already started with me.
