I'm really considering whether I should sue the guy. Wanted my cola in a reusable cup. Got it in a paper cup... brought it to his attention. What do I hear? Busy, cup is cup. He didn't get involved in anything and then got so mushy that I was called a racist and a Nazi... sorry, but that's not possible. Was there the last time.

Coke tastes like water. Bread wasn't fresh. Tomatoes weren't there either. It was just not right, not like at the other Burger King

There is fries as a vegan option. That's it. I think it's quite a disgrace when you consider how many vegan options there used to be.

Waited 21 minutes for food yesterday. No lights on outside - everything was pitch black. Unfriendly man at the drive counter who spoke very slurred. What else do you actually put up with as customers?

No attention paid to waiting customers by the staff. No indication of the only way to order from the machine.

After I entered a larger order using the ordering machine, the machine canceled the ordering process at the very end. I should contact the staff.

Staff is very rude today... claiming they dont speak German only English then when we spoke English immediately claimed they didn't understand .... Nuggets, coffee and fries not exactly hard order .... they couldn't understand... we left with half an order. Avoid while building work is at this store.

Very unfriendly service on the MC Drive... I had a problem with the app... if you hardly understand any German, it's no wonder if they can't help you. It's a shame. Burgers are usually dry and only lukewarm.

A real juice shop, ice cream machine apparently doesn't work, it's strange because every time you go there it doesn't work. It continues with fake burgers that you didn't order. My girlfriend got the BBQ Lover Beef instead of the BBQ Lover Chicken she ordered. When we drove back to complain about this, the employees were standing outside and said it was already closed and she should just come back tomorrow. 👎🏼 It often happened that things were missing. Since the intelligent gentleman at the drive's checkout doesn't give you a receipt and you have to request one separately, you're often left helpless, but it's good that you pay in full. You also wreck your car on the site, the grille covers at the exit after the drive are missing and you destroy your rims. That was definitely the last time I went there, it used to be really good, now it's just a run down shop.

Worst Burger King I know. The staff work carelessly without any motivation. Something is always forgotten when ordering at the drive-in.
