Normal McDonald's, not bad but not that good either. So some people sit a little smudged and stuff like that. Normal service, they just have stress with so many customers.

A case for the health department. Never eaten so badly. Plus everything that came after.

Since the ice cream machine didn't work at first, but the burgers were already prepared and were simply placed on the work surface, the burgers were already cold.

Delicious. The ordering technology is very good.

Actually a very reliable shop to get snacks. Only two orders were mixed up and our son liked most of the things from the happy meal, his fruit nonsense and the toys were missing. Please train the staff to work calmly and thoughtfully.

Decent McDonald's. We stopped by here after a long drive. It was clean, the food was of the usual standard,... Just as you would expect from a well run McDonald's.

Chairs in the outdoor area have completely come down! I have never seen anything like this anywhere in Europe, including Turkey. See photos from August 31, 2024. Tables dirty. Visually and hygienically a complete disaster. We will never be a customer here again.

A great shop except for the annoying insects outside.

Unfortunately a complete failure... After waiting for over 15 minutes, “Our” order came to the table. Wrong order, our number was simply given out twice. The food then went to a lady to take away (same number) The receipt was shown. After another 10 minutes, an employee had the idea to get our receipt because our order had already been deleted. After another 5 minutes our food arrived. There was 1 fork and 1 dressing for 2 salads. The second one probably got lost on the way🤷‍♀️ There was also no trace of any other sauces. That wasn't the first time! However, the staff didn't care at all.

The restaurant is very clean. Good for a coffee, ice cream and more. Always very clean toilet. It's easy to go with small children. Outdoor area with slide. Just McDonald

It's not possible...this branch is not recommended...the food was catastrophic...and that wasn't the first time...never again

4.69 euros for an ice cream with caramel sauce and chocolate lentils and 3.59 euros for a blueberry muffin. The quality of the muffins is also different every time, sometimes nice and juicy and soft, the next time dry and firm again. The amount of ice cream is also different every time, so you should have a line. It's really amazing, especially the sometimes serious differences between the individual franchise branches in terms of price. You should think twice about eating there with children!

Quite ok. Another one of the slightly less dirty branches. You can do it if the kids want it. Is conveniently located in the middle of the city center.

Well, my idea of enjoying breakfast with the family didn't really work out. Apparently, they stop serving breakfast items at 10:30. We had arrived at 10:50 so tough luck. I had visions of my emulating Michael Douglas in the film "Falling Down". Explaining this, even in a jokey way, was lost on the girl behind the counter. So we ordered a hot cafe latte, 3 iced coffees, and a pack of apples instead. The bill came to just under €20! We then waited a while before another smiley lady arrived with the latte and apple slices and apologised that the iced drinks would take a while as the ice machine thing was being pasteurised... We gave up, asked for a refund, and went to get our chilled drinks from the nearby Lidl discount supermarket.

Eating at MC Donalds is eating at MC Donalds. On a Sunday we run out of vanilla ice cream - ok, that can happen. 3 hours later it suddenly happened?! Funny. You also feel a bit ripped off. Unfortunately the roll was also very dry.

This place is quite good and it tastes very tasty but they took out the curly fries and that doesn't work at all curly fries on the 1 PLEASE BRING THEM BACK but otherwise it's ok

The first guest will be there tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. and the restaurant looks like this. Is it only cleaned once a month or what is going on? The benches are dirty and the tables are just like that... The outside area is also as if you were there... Better not say anything, it wasn't like that before. Very disappointed.

Unfriendly staff leaving rubbish everywhere

Food is like any McDonald's. The employees stand outside and smoke with the guests. Tables are dirty and are not cleaned. The chairs are broken. The toddler chairs are sticky.

It's ok, but there are also worse ones

The absolute last shop. As the only guest, no staff present or unidentifiable. “Staff,” or who knows what, turned around without comment. “Attention customer”! I left again

10:20 at the drive in, you are unable or unwilling to serve fast food and insist on 10:30. That's what I call customer service and flexibility. If you look at the subsequent recessions, this is not surprising. Congratulations to the management on such a great location.

Overwhelmed employees, especially the redhead, totally unsympathetic and unfriendly. Preferably no star at all!

A bit dated but very clean. Notification of pickup didn't work, I had to call it out, but it worked. Unfortunately my Mc Rib had far too little sauce on it and was almost cold. As if it had been warmed up.

McPlant nuggets made from Beyond Meat, taste really good and almost the same but they fill up the stomach much faster than the original McNuggets.

If only the burgers looked 10% as good as in the advertising...except extremely expensive!!!! 2 soggy cheeseburgers for over €5 is absolute extortion

Food as you know it from McDonald's. Staff so-so. One man was very unfriendly and, in my opinion, is completely wrong when it comes to customer contact. Later a lady who was very friendly and made you feel welcome

Richtig fürchterlich. Dreckig, vermüllt, nur im absoluten Notfall. Essen kann man das sowieso nicht nennen.

Der McDonalds ist idR sauber, großteils nicht überfüllt, noch relativ modern und das Personal ist bemüht (im positiven Sinne!)

Ich war heute mit meiner Frau dort um die Big Mac Bacon und Cranberries zu essen. Service und Sauberkeit sehr gut, aber die Big Macs leider weder optisch noch geschmacklich ansprechend.

Im Gegensatz zu den anderen MC Donalds, ist es hier sehr sauber und das essen wird nicht einfach reingeklatscht von wegen Hauptsache fertig. Hier wird sich gut mühe gegeben deshalb 5 Sterne

Endlich einmal ein McDonald's, das fast die Qualität wie früher erreicht. Kein lätschiges, vor gebackenes Fleisch aus dem Schuber wie heute leider üblich. Dazu auch noch frische Pommes.

Die Burger waren gut, Getränke war in Ordnung,war sauber, meine vegane Chicken Nuggets die waren trocken die in Offenburg waren besser (saftig).

Kein freundliches Personal. Sauberkeit wird total vernachlässigt und das finde ich ist ein sehr wichtiger Punkt in einem Restaurant. Es gibt andere McDonalds Restaurants da klappt es doch auch. Hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden.

Meine 9 Jährige Tochter liebt den Cheeseburger und die 7 Jährige freut sich immer über die Kidsbox. Mein Fishburger war ok. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Lecker gut für zwischendurch! Man kann sich auch reinsetzen für gratis wlan und Strom. Wenn man vormittags geht halt nur Schulschwänzer da

unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin, langes Warten, Bestellung wurde zuerst vergessen=unzuverlässig

Essen gut + heiss aber lange gedauert, obwohl absolut nix los war , Tisch war sauber aber die Herren Toilette hat im Waschbeckenbereich komplett geklebt als hätte man Apfelschorle oder andere gelbliche Flüssigkeit breitgelatscht und ein- trocknen lassen...

Essen war vollständig, soweit okay. Leider sind Möbel und Boden an vielen Stellen klebrig und dreckig, insgesamt ist die Filiale nicht wirklich sauber. Außerdem erhielten wir die Plant Nuggets in einer normalen Tüte mit Frozen Joghurt Sticker (Bild). Da es für uns so aussah als wären es die normalen Nuggets fragten wir nach, daraufhin dann recht unfreundlich, dass es eben keine McPlant-Tüten mehr gebe und deshalb der grüne Sticker, was für veggie stehen würde. Ich hatte in der Situation das Gefühl als die dumme darzustehen, weil es ja „so klar“ ist was dieser Sticker bedeutet. Waren letztendlich zwar die bestellten Nuggets, hätte mich diesbezüglich aber über mehr & freundlichere Kommunikation gefreut. Wir hatten 3 HappyMeals bestellt. Abgesehen von Pommes und Nuggets/Burger lag alles (Getränke, Saucen, Obst) lose auf einem Tablett vermischt. Mit hungrigen Kids war es sehr chaotisch es irgendwie zu sortieren, was unsere Erfahrung nicht wirklich verbessert hat. Ach ja, und um auf der McDonalds-Website zu bewerten (worum gebeten wird) braucht man seine Quittung. So ein Pech, dass diese im Tausch gegen das Essen einkassiert wurde ;) Ich würde nicht nochmal hier her kommen.

Je trouve le personnel un peu hautain. Les frites sont toujours blanches je pense c'est comme cela qu'ils les mangent la bas. Sinon c'est cool d'avoir des menu avec deux sandwichs pour le prix d'un menu et les dessert ne sont pas très chère comme en France.

Essen leider nur warm, alles etwas abgegriffen und es wirkt alles in allem sehr ungepflegt.

Dies ist ein gut geführtes Restaurant und das Essen ist auch sehr gut. Außerdem ist es eine sehr saubere Filiale mit viel Personal, was dafür sorgt, dass es sauber bleibt. Der Drive-In verläuft auch recht schnell und hat auch einen Stehplatz, damit 2-3 Bestellungen gleichzeitig bearbeitet werden können.
