Hello from Schleswig-Holstein, We decided to have a little stopover at the Fallerhof on our way back from Spain to Schleswig-Holstein. The decision was right. Hotel with the restaurant was very nice and good. Everything seemed very modern, friendly and the staff is attentive, friendly and you just feel very welcome. All in all, we (7 people) were super satisfied with our short stay. Small note; The multivitamin juice was very watery. There may be something to improve there. I (we) can recommend the Fallerhof. Great food and very polite staff

We spent a few days at the Fallerhof again in the summer months. The Fallerhof is certainly not the typical wellness holiday hotel, but it offers excellent accommodation, especially for those traveling through. Especially if you don't cool down until late at night or not at all, the rooms in the guest house are great (all equipped with air conditioning). The staff is very friendly and helpful. For a holiday you would actually have to deduct stars from the location because the hotel is located directly on the motorway, but you already knew that when booking. So full marks, because you don't actually notice much of the traffic.

Hotel from scratch. Triangular rooms. Come little boy and they put you in a cell. Zero coverage. Non-existent Wi-Fi. kk curtains. I totally regret it

The room and hotel were fine, but the room could not be cooled. Outside it cooled down to 18 degrees after a hot day. Room felt like 32 degrees, with window and door open and cooling on... climate system did not work.

The room was a disaster, the toilet stuck when flushing, ventilation did not work, the shower did not maintain the right temperature, the room was noisy from both neighbors and the restaurant. Motorcycles were stored in front of our room because we had the window open due to no ventilation in the room, which was a disaster in this warm weather. The room was very dated. We went even though we had paid everything and moved on to another hotel the same evening. In short, not recommended, very bad experience.

Rooms are clean, but very warm at higher temperatures, service is very good and attentive, food is tasty, but for my standards, francs in Bavaria are expensive, but appropriate for the area, would book at the Fallerhof again.

We had a very good meal at Fallerhof today. The restaurant is very attractively and comfortably furnished. The staff is very friendly and well trained. The food was amazing, it was very tasty and we were full to the brim. It was definitely worth the drive from Weil am Rhein for me. Wasn't there the last time. We felt very comfortable.

I was a guest at the Fallerhof for four nights and have rarely experienced so much hospitality. Everyone was extremely friendly and took care of us as a motorcycle group. Because of a small incident, the boss even personally drove me to the emergency doctor. The rooms are solid, a bit outdated in style but clean, tidy and comfortable. The food was fabulous and the location and the attached gas station make it an ideal starting point for motorcycle tours. I would love to come back!

We have been coming here for more than 10 years when passing through to our holiday home, but have never been so disappointed. Our room was in the basement of the main building. It also had a window which goes into the garage and is completely blocked by garden chairs and tables (see picture). When the outside temperature is 28 degrees, ventilation is impossible (no air conditioning). In the other rooms on the upper floors there is at least a small fan on the windowsill. But that's not necessary here in the basement next to the garage. In the night after the restaurant closes, they are woken up again by the start of a motorcycle. In the bathroom, which probably hasn't been renovated since the 80s, several tiles are broken and there is mold on the wall. The shower curtain, which used to be white, is just brown at the bottom and you feel disgusted when you bump into it with your feet. After an 8-hour drive, we didn't feel like complaining about the room at reception anymore. The pictures say it all. If you want to stay overnight here, avoid rooms 10-13 in the main building in the basement. Here in the hotel, the desire for profit is so great that these 4 rooms in the basement at prices of over 140€ per night and room are still being used. It's a shame, we won't stay here again. We will not visit the hotel again as the alternatives within a 20-30km radius are definitely more convincing. The friendliness could already be improved on the phone and at the reception when checking in and checking out was definitely not appropriate for a hotel. An earlier check-in to the apartment was agreed upon in advance. When we arrived the apartment was not ready for occupancy and the 4 of us were accommodated in a 2 single bed room. It was far too narrow and we literally climbed to our feet. In total, including room for 1 night, breakfast and tax, the apartment cost us almost €240. In the price comparison, the competition only costs €160. We had to book something last minute with an early check-in. But we wouldn't do it again. In our opinion, the price performance was not right. We would have liked to upload the photos we took, but unfortunately there is no function for this.

Somewhere between long-distance driver romance and youth hostel. Great as a base for motorcycle trips. There is an underground car park under the guest house. The rooms are functionally furnished. However, we had the feeling that the bed sloped towards the head. Climate is present. What we didn't like so much was the room service. The beds were carelessly made, the bag in the trash can was just stuck in and the shower wasn't cleaned at all. The breakfast buffet was good. However, on the first day there was a delicious orange juice from the Fladche and on the second day a multivitamin juice from the tap. Unfortunately this wasn't tasty. In the evening the food was really good. Unfortunately, the restaurant has a canteen feel. Conclusion: Recommended as a base for excursions or for transit. Not for a relaxing holiday lasting several days

We stopped here on the way back from Italy. It's definitely worth getting off the highway to eat well and get gas cheaply

We were guests at the Fallerhof at a wedding reception and were accommodated in the apartment, a 4-minute walk from the celebration hall. The rooms seemed clean but technically outdated. There is no energy saving device when you leave the room, the WiFi is very weak and constantly cuts out, ancient stove with knobs at child height, dowel holes everywhere in the walls, small pixelated swivel television. However, the beds were really comfortable. The sofa bed was okay too. The shutters are really tight. It was very comfortable to sleep in after partying. I found the room prices expensive for the facilities, the breakfast was again for 7.50 p.p. terrific. Especially the coffee. However, there wasn't much for vegetarians or even vegans. Is it so expensive to replace one of the 8 types of meat with vegan cold cuts? :S There is nothing wrong with the service. Quick check-in and check-out, everyone was friendly and accommodating - even towards children! :-)

I was there with a group of 13 people. We arrived very late, but the hotel arranged for us to get accommodated! Very nice rooms, solid breakfast (we took our in packages), really proffesional staff, and convinient location close to the highway. Highly recommend!

We got the catering service for our wedding at very short notice because our original one had canceled us. In the end we simply had the best service and the best food at the same time. 5 of us stayed for 1 night, very easy to find, lots of parking, petrol station next door, no noise from the nearby road. Restaurant and bar was really good, very friendly service, waitress spoke perfect English. The wiener schnitzel with bratkartoffen was a great choice. Room was clean, needed the fan as was very hot in the night.

We stayed at the Fallerhof for one night. From June 8th to June 9th. Room was very small and very warm but OK for one night. The Fallerfof is of course great if you are passing through. Right on the highway and also a gas station right on site. We also ate in the restaurant, the food was delicious and a good portion. The breakfast buffet was also great. Really everything was available, a large selection of sausages and cheeses, rolls, bread, cakes, muesli, yoghurt with fresh fruit and a good fully automatic coffee machine was available or just filter coffee. Staff super friendly. We were very satisfied. 👍👍😆

The rooms are "nice". Not very big, and in terms of cleanliness it certainly doesn't deserve a 10. A tip is to hang blackout curtains, with a bed under the window it is never really dark in the room. The breakfast is fine, everything is there, including the mugs of beer that were served at half past eight. Not really appropriate for a family hotel. Location is great, right next to the highway and a cheap gas station on the doorstep. Despite the highway, it is quiet in the room. Conclusion: great transit hotel, but for a longer period of time I would look for something else.

Small thinned card. We were constantly pressured by the waitress to order something else, which we found very annoying. We therefore ended our stay early. The fries were over fried.

Rooms very clean but a bit older. Service and food is very good and very friendly. It is very easy to reach but also quite close to the motorway. Motorbike-friendly, spacious parking spaces. Also with the holiday homes Motorcycle tours Black Forest/Vosges/Switzerland can be reached promptly. The holiday apartment house is about 400m at the other end of the town, but it's not bad (morning and evening walks) You can rent a 6-seater golf cart for transportation.

Ideal place to stay overnight and eat when traveling to and from the south. Right next to the motorway and just before the Swiss border. The rooms are comfortable and the food is excellent!!

The hotel is very well located and has very good access to the motorway. We have stayed there many times and have always been satisfied. But at the last overnight stay on Oct. 23, we were horrified by the room, the floor was already very broken, the beds were very carelessly prepared, and the price was too high. Maybe because we had dogs with us, we were given a room in the basement.

Food and service good on day 1, less so on day 2. Breakfast buffet rich, dinner rather small portion. Rooms modern, very clean But at least upstairs, extremely small, with slants and very stuffy and warm as there is no air conditioning. Price is great! Seems rather impersonal and designed for masses. But overall very well maintained and clean. Great for those traveling through

We had a surf & turf salad for 22.50 euros. The meat and fish were not seasoned or only seasoned (too) little (salt), but the quality of the meat and fish was quite good. The green salad was brown in color and the dressing was too salty. I wouldn't order again. Service was nice and friendly.

A great hotel with a wonderful restaurant serving several delicious dishes the rooms are modest and clean with amenities provided in case you forgot your shower bag...the Hostess is so kind and friendly and will attempt to help you in any language you speak 5 stars definitely

Had rump steak with salad with a colleague today. We've never had such tough meat on our plate before. The meat was definitely frozen. Clearly not a recommendation! It's bad that something like this is served at such prices.

In diesem Restaurant ist der Service und die Freundlichkeit sehr toll,angenehm und kundenorientiert.Man wird sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen bedient.Die Speisen waren von sehr guter Qualität und die Portionen haben jeden satt werden lassen. Ob Fleisch,Fisch oder Salat alles von bester Qualität. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr gut aufgeteilt und man kann auch in größeren Gruppen an großen Tischen gemeinsam feiern und Spaß haben. Ein Restaurant um immer wieder zu kommen.

We just ate in the restaurant. The food is very tasty, especially the soup was very good. The portions are okay in keeping with the price/performance ratio. Unfortunately the staff was a bit rude and it felt like we weren't wanted. No eye contact during conversations and always short. We can definitely do it again, maybe it will be better then.

We were there relatively spontaneously today with a large group of around 35 people. Despite Valentine's Day, we were greeted with a slightly smaller card. The restaurant has a nice ambience, despite the location which doesn't make it easy. This makes it even easier to achieve. All I can say about the food is that what I and the people sitting next to me had looked wonderful and tasted great. Chefs understand their craft and service staff are very professional Gladly again

Went there for dinner today. Very friendly waitresses, very family friendly and really cuddly to my daughter. The food was down-to-earth and very well prepared. I'm a chef myself and I think I can at least judge this a little. All in all we will be back, thank you very much.

An all-round carefree package. The staff is excellent. The food is fresh, regional and at star level. Lots of things in price terms; for example sauna, steam bath and fitness equipment. Always happy to come back. There were two of us (couple) and three dachshunds and we can only recommend it.

The Fallerhof is a sure value, especially for travelers passing through this region. The restaurant is really recommended, as is the hotel with its attractively priced rooms and complete equipment.

This was the worst service I have ever seen in my life in a German restaurant. One hour to serve a family of four with regular out of the menu selections. No dessert available in the end except ice creams and coffee. Other tables arrived later and were served earlier. I guess locals. No one speaks English. French waiter was not very kind either. Will never go back again to this inhospitable place.

Unerwarterter Weise fand ich Sauna, Dampfbad, Lichtkabine vor. Bademantel wurde unproblematisch vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt. 1 km von der Autobahn, mit Tankstelle. Hund kein Problem. Keine 100 m vom Gästehaus ist ein Spazierweg. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Frühstück ok Personal freundlich und bemüht. Alles in Allem: wenn ich wieder in die Gegend komme, wohne ich wieder hier

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames. Personal . Die Speisekarte ist ausreichend gestaltet. Das Frühstück üppig und für jeden was dabei. Die Nähe zur Autobahn mit Anbindung nach Frankreich und der Schweiz sind genial. Rundum zufrieden und nur zu empfehlen!!!

Wir waren nur im Restaurant, die Zimmer können wir nicht bewerten. Gutes Essen, freundlicher aufmerksamer Service. Es würde der Atmosphäre gut tun, wenn das Licht am Abend ein klein wenig gedimmt wird. Dann wäre es sehr viel gemütlicher.

Halten dort immer zum Urlauberaustausch. Diese (und wir Fahrer) bekommen dann ein Mittagessen, welches sehr gut schmeckt, aber etwas mehr sein dürfte :) Mitarbeiter durchweg freundlich und schnell!! Lage direkt an der Autobahn!!

Sehr nettes Restaurant… wir haben einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg von Spanien nach Deutschland gemacht und dort zu Abend gegessen.. Der Service und das Essen waren sehr lecker. Die Nähe zur Autobahn ist unschlagbar um schnell mal anzuhalten und auch mit den Hunden spazieren zu gehen.

Wir haben mit dem Camper auf dem Hof geschlafen. Haben uns aus dem Fallerhof etwas zu essen geholt und waren begeistert von dem freundlichen Personal! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir sind oft und gerne zum Essen dort. Reichlich Parkplätze vorhanden. Toller Service, faire Preise und leckeres Essen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zimmer hatten wir bisher keinen Bedarf darum bewerten wir nur das Restaurant. Kommen gerne wieder.

Für uns immer Anfang oder Ende einer Etappe. Also bei jedem Urlaub Richtung Süden gibt es auf dem Hin-und Rückweg eine Übernachtung. Wer den Fallerhof nicht kennt hat die Welt verpennt. Da wir auf dem Rückweg von der Costa Brava am Tag vorher in Villefranch übernachtet haben hat wir zur Anreise schon den Mittag im Fallerhof genießen können und dann zum Abendessen nochmals. Auch wenn es mächtig voll ist sind wir immer wieder von der Freundlichkeit und Übersicht der Mitarbeiter begeistert. Dazu ein sehr schmackhaftes und ordentlich zubereitetes Essen auf dem Tisch. Selbstverständlich mit dem passenden Wein und der Beratung. Preis Leistung absolut in Ordnung. So geht Restauration. Sollten sich die ewig jammernden und nörgelnden Wirte mal anschauen. Es kommt vom tun. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch und danken nochmals allen die uns dieses Wohlgefühl ermöglicht haben. DANKE

Sehr nette Leute. Sind das zweite mal hier, mit Wohnmobil . Schöner Stellplatz, und man kann duschen. Das Essen ist ist hier auch lecker .

Frequentiamo l'hotel da diversi anni perché è comodo per raggiungere la nostra solita meta vacanze, ma abbiamo l'impressione che di recente il servizio non sia più molto buono. I prezzi si sono alzati come dappertutto, il che non sarebbe un problema se non sembrassero troppo alti per il servizio offerto: le camere sono molto piccole, quelle da 3+ letti vecchie e malridotte, l'arredamento di una camera era addirittura devastato dai morsi di un animale, con pezzi di legno lasciati penzolanti. Ci è capitato due volte in autunno e in inverno che non andasse affatto il riscaldamento nel Gästehaus e di dover dormire al freddo perché, essendo tutto pieno, "non c'era altra soluzione"; naturalmente abbiamo comunque dovuto pagare la camera a prezzo intero. Di estate il posto è comodo perché c'è l'aria condizionata (nel Gästehaus) e vicino un parchetto carino per passeggiare lungo il fiume. La gastronomia è buona, ma spesso non sono disponibili i piatti indicati nel menù, ciò in orari normali. La colazione invece è sempre buona. La posizione resta comoda, ma probabilmente inizieremo a cercare altrove

Tolles Hotel, direkt an der BAB 5 gelegen. Das wars auch mit der Lage, der nächste Ort ist ca. 10km entfernt :( Für ein 3*Sterne Hotel, sehr gute Ausstattung (u.a. Klimaanlage). Ebenso ist das Restaurant zu empfehlen, tolle frische regionale Gericht. Und, das Service Personal, ein großes Lob..vielen Dank

Unser Zimmer war etwas klein, aber ansonsten das Restaurant sehr gut super Weinkeller, freundliche Bedienung, hat gepasst.

In die Jahre gekommenes Doppelzimmer im Keller des Gästehauses. Einrichtung abgewohnt, Abdeckung Klimaanlage hängt von der Decke.

Küche und Weinkarte einfach lecker. Personal und Wirtin in jeder Weise hilfsbereit und super nett. Doppelzimmer gebucht und als up grade eine Wohnung (ohne Aufpreis)bekommen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder. Spätestens in 5 Jahren zu den Bundesmeisterschaften

Kamer is prima voor een enkele overnachting, het was voor een overnachting onderweg dus van de locatie heb ik geen idee. Service is waardeloos. Ze geven aan dat auto laden mogelijk is, maar ze hebben welgeteld 1 parkeerplaats waar je kan opladen. Die was natuurlijk bezet toen wij savonds laat arriveerden. Er staat een drankenautomaat waar alleen met muntjes betaald kan worden, voor een bijzonder hoge prijs. Vragen om briefgeld te ruilen voor muntjes is moeizaam, terwijl er alleen met muntgeld betaald kan worden. We bestelden zonder ontbijt, moesten toch ontbijt afrekenen waar we pas in de auto achter kwamen. Na een mail gestuurd te hebben wel antwoord dat het teruggestord zou worden. Twee weken later nog niks ontvangen, opnieuw een mail gestuurd. Toen wel een bedrag teruggestord, maar te weinig.

Super lecker ,freundliches Leuts,Preis gut!

Auf der Durchreise zu unserem Urlaubsort haben wir hier mit unseren beiden Hunden einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt. Das Hotel liegt nah an der Autobahn und besteht aus einem Hauptgebäude und zwei Nebengebäuden, von denen eines auf der anderen Seite einer stark befahrenen Durchgangsstraße liegt. Von dieser merkt man im Inneren übrigens nichts. Das Hauptgebäude mit Restaurant und Terrasse grenzt an einen Parkplatz mit Garage und Tankstelle. Sie können Ihr Auto hier abstellen oder die Tiefgarage benutzen. Wenn man mit Hunden spazieren gehen möchte, gibt es einen schönen Weg vor dem Hotel, wo die Tiere sich auch im Wasser abkühlen können. Im Restaurant haben wir lecker gegessen, das Carpaccio war perfekt und sowohl die Bratkartoffeln bei den Rinderleber als auch das Schnitzel waren hausgemacht und schmeckten köstlich. Die Rinderleber mit Bratensoße und Selleriepüree war eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Der Gutedel-Weißwein vom Fass war eine sehr angenehme Überraschung. Der Service war freundlich und unser Kellner tat sein Bestes, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Zimmer war angenehm, auch wegen der Klimaanlage und der bequemen Betten. Vor unserer Ankunft wurde die Klimaanlage im Zimmer eingeschaltet und das Zimmer war angenehm kühl. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine reichhaltige Auswahl und die Möglichkeit, z. B. Rührei separat zu bestellen. Kurzum, ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel, das uns gut gefallen hat.

Sehr nette Bedienung und schönes Lokal. Toiletten grosszügig vorhanden und sehr gepflegt. Für die angemeldete Gruppe ( 31 Personen) personell und organisatorisch am Limit. Der Kaffeehalt wurden von den Gästen positiv empfunden.

Auf der Suche nach einem gut gelegenen Restaurant in der Nähe der Autobahn bei Bad Krozingen sind wir im Fallerhof fündig geworden. Das Essen war ok. Die Schnitzel-Panade hätte etwas würziger sein können und die Pommes etwas länger in der Friteuse. Aber alles in allem duchaus geniessbar. Leider hatten wir (sassen im Wintergarten) eine Gesellschaft als Nachbarn und auch sonst war es recht voll, so dass der Geräusch-Pegel sehr hoch war - was auch daran liegt, dass der Raum eher einer Halle gleicht, wo Geräusche sich ohne Hindernisse ausbreiten können. Kompliment an das Service-Personal, dass trotz der Hektik immer ruhig blieb. Leider gibt es auf Tripadvisor nur die Abstufungen "Befriedigend" und "Sehr Gut" - in diesem Fall würde ich direkt dazwischen liegen...

Wir kehrten zum Abendessen im Fallerhof ein. Das Essen war im Grossen und Ganzen gut, bis auf die fehlende Sauce als Beilage beim Schnipo. Gerne hätten wir noch ein Dessert dort eingenommen, wenn nicht ein Gewitter eingesetzt hätte. Alle Tische der anderen Gäste waren mit Sonnenschirmen vor solchen Ueberraschungen geschützt. Auf unsere Frage ob bei unserem Tisch dies nicht auch möglich wäre immerhin Drei Personen erhielten wir eine negative Antwort. Also blieb uns nichts anderes übrig als durchnässt sofort zu bezahlen und den Fallerhof zu verlassen. Ist sehr Kundenunfreundlich!!!

Bei einem Freund von uns kam das Essen kalt an, Fleisch roh, im Salat Mozzarella statt Feta. Nicht zu empfehlen vor allem für den Preis absolut mangelhaft.
