McDonald's in Radevormwald

So I ordered two hamburgers and she packed cheeseburgers in a hamburger box, that's just unacceptable.

A nice McDonald's, not too big but everything is there, relatively clean and everyone is always friendly.

I'm never going there again... It's happened twice now that mistakes have been made. On our first visit in October, our milkshakes sat on the counter for 20 minutes before we received them liquid. When we complained, the staff responded aggressively and irritably, so we had to take them with us. Then, on our second visit, I discovered as I was getting out of the car at home that three items were missing, totaling €9. Since it was too far to drive back, I didn't go, but this has taught me a lesson. This restaurant will never, ever see me again! Unfortunately, there's no response to a written complaint, etc., and you're literally left with the bill while McDonald's continues to line its pockets.

The seats are not kept clean and the noise level is generally far too loud; the seats are also filthy and incredibly bad.

I actually like going to McDonald's, but this branch disappoints me every single time. The service is incredibly unreliable – almost every order is missing something or they pack the wrong thing. Sometimes the fries are missing, sometimes the drink is the wrong one, and sometimes they even put the wrong burger meal in the bag. What's especially annoying is that you often only notice it when you get home and you're too tired to drive back. Even when you point it out, the staff usually react with annoyance or rudeness instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation amicably. I really hope they start paying more attention to orders soon – because the food and speed are actually fine, but the service ruins the experience every time.

A wait of 27 minutes is unacceptable. Ordered two burgers and a shake at the terminal. Ordered at 3:25 PM according to the receipt, received at 3:52 PM. The burgers were, of course, only lukewarm. The employee commented: "It's just busy."

We ordered takeaway. We were told it would take a few minutes. No problem at first. The brown-haired lady at the till (who had her hair down, by the way) simply put our fries in the bag and the burgers would take a few more minutes. We got our food after about 10 minutes. When we got home, the fries were completely soggy and cold. The fries were at the bottom and the burgers and nuggets were on top. Above all, we specifically asked if the fries would go in last and we were told yes. Apparently the staff didn't care and we got rude answers from the lady. I also don't understand why you don't have to tie your hair back? Oh well. It was definitely our last visit. We'll drive a few kilometers further to the next one.

Unfortunately, I had to wait a full 30 minutes for my food. That's way too long for a fast-food restaurant.

I was there yesterday with my son and his friends. We ordered at the terminal, paid for our order in cash and then we waited 30 minutes and the order came from the other two boys. Then my son and his friend went to the front and asked where the order was and we were told that the server had simply thrown our order slips in the trash, so we ordered again and after 45 minutes we had our food and when the manager brought the food to our table I said to her it can't be that people wait so long for their food as I used to work at McDonald's myself. But while we waited for our food she preferred to talk to relatives or friends and the children clapped their hands, she carried on packing food and that is not acceptable for hygiene reasons. I will never eat there again.

Selling ice cream with whipped cream without a straw is really bad. That's why I only gave it one star for service.

What a chaotic shop! We waited 20 minutes for food. The staff (3 young men) can have their shoes soled while walking. During this time, food was served incorrectly 3 times. I won't say anything about the ambience, it's just a fast food shop, so I don't expect anything special.

The McDonalds in Radevormwald is probably the slowest I have ever experienced. The fast in fast food really takes on a completely different meaning here. The drive-in in particular is like chewing gum. You roll up to the order counter in a relaxed manner, wait and then at some point you hear a pained “just a moment, please”. This moment lasts forever and people behind you are already starting to honk. You're finally allowed to order and drive up, only to have to wait forever again. It feels like they could bake the burger buns and harvest the potatoes in that time before the chicken nuggets and the Happy Meal for the children finally arrive. At least the place is clean and the employees are friendly. So if you have enough time and patience, you can wait for your food here in pleasant surroundings. It will come at some point. But if you're in a hurry, find something else. One more thing: If someone in charge is reading this, the electric charging stations in Radevormwald are extremely important and it's great that you are providing us with two fast charging stations. But it would be great if we could make sure that there wasn't a combustion engine constantly parked halfway in front of it and blocking access.
