McDonald's in Radevormwald

Staff from the scrap heap. They can't get anything done. The finished burgers take far too long to cook. You notice it when the Big Mac is cold and tastes like cardboard.

My son spent the weekend with food poisoning, thanks for that....was with 3 children as only the older one ate his cheeseburger from the Happymeal and lo and behold he felt really bad and just vomited for 2 days....

What a chaotic shop! We waited 20 minutes for food. The staff (3 young men) can have their shoes soled while walking. During this time, food was served incorrectly 3 times. When an employee came from behind, things finally started moving quickly. The burger was so carelessly put together that when I took it out of the package everything fell apart and it was cold. In the salad, the cucumbers and tomatoes were not chopped into small pieces. The only positive thing: the chicken nuggets were hot, which is why they got one star. I won't say anything about the ambience, it's just a fast food shop, so I don't expect anything special.

No, we can't recommend it, at least not in the drive-in. I was there twice and ordered the Minecraft shake for around €4.50 and twice there was no sauce included. You probably think you can't see it. But well, bad luck. I would advise everyone not to go there. ;)

Really bad! We didn't get anything baked and there wasn't even much going on. Ordered 2 happy meals and other things on the drive in, once they weren't checked and 2x nuggets and 2x fries were missing for the happy meals... Plus everything is cold.

Never again! The store is a complete disaster! I've really given them several chances, but today was the crowning achievement again. No hello, no goodbye, stupid looks and half of the food was missing and the rest of the food was just cold. I'd better make some bread at home soon before I pay so much money for it again.

Insanity waited a long time to order (store was not busy and was around 7 p.m.). The staff was friendly but not really well organized. The fries were soggy and the chicken nuggits were completely dry, as if they had been in the deep fryer for an hour.

Slow and not tasty! I have never experienced such a bad branch before. It was clean, but everything else didn't fit! One burger was cold, the other with way too much sauce. We waited almost half an hour. During the waiting time, the numbers were always made ready for collection and then deleted immediately. The food was prepared a long time later. Is this a scam because McD controls the preparation times and ends up paying a premium for fast service?

I'm used to the Walbröler MCD. Thought that was “normal”. This was the tastiest, even crispy nuggets for 10 years, a fresh and hot Big Mac and fries with finally a lot of salt. Tasted like before. And unbelievable: Even ice cubes in the iced tea! Mega!

This is the absolute worst branch I have visited in the last 30 years! Total chaos in the kitchen. Nobody seems to speak German...orders are shouted in some incomprehensible language... The staff obviously converses in Arabic and gossips about the customers... I won't come here anymore

By far the most disorganized McDonald's in all of Germany, it always takes at least 20 minutes before you can place your order, even if there is nothing going on. The manager is extremely unfriendly and treats the employees badly in front of the customers. Won't come here again.

The McDonalds in Radevormwald is probably the slowest I have ever experienced. The fast in fast food really takes on a completely different meaning here. The drive-in in particular is like chewing gum. You roll up to the order counter in a relaxed manner, wait and then at some point you hear a pained “just a moment, please”. This moment lasts forever and people behind you are already starting to honk. You're finally allowed to order and drive up, only to have to wait forever again. It feels like they could bake the burger buns and harvest the potatoes in that time before the chicken nuggets and the Happy Meal for the children finally arrive. At least the place is clean and the employees are friendly. So if you have enough time and patience, you can wait for your food here in pleasant surroundings. It will come at some point. But if you're in a hurry, find something else. One more thing: If someone in charge is reading this, the electric charging stations in Radevormwald are extremely important and it's great that you are providing us with two fast charging stations. But it would be great if we could make sure that there wasn't a combustion engine constantly parked halfway in front of it and blocking access.

It's good for a small hunger during the bulking phase, but to really satisfy the "big" hubger I often spend 50€+ here.

You are not told that when you order at this strange terminal you then go to the checkout with the slip to place your order and pay. You stand around and people are busy doing some shit that isn't part of the workflow. Other customers simply went to the cash register, ordered coffee or something else and paid immediately, so they were served more quickly. Unfortunately, this McDonald's won't see me again and wasn't happy!

The food was OK. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't particularly clean and it smelled unpleasant. Both tray carts were full, so it was hard to find a place for his tray.

Unfortunately I have to reduce the stars, MC has decreased significantly, I regularly eat the fillet or fish, I either get so sick that I have to vomit, or I have extreme problems with my stomach and intestines shortly after eating it. As a guest, I objectively pointed out to the employee that it wasn't clean and that the floor was full of drinks. Everything sticks, tables, etc. The store manager had to speak loudly across the room that it could have been said in a nicer way. Very unprofessional in my opinion! When I was taking my order, I was sitting on one of the wooden benches with a colleague who was sitting on one of the wooden benches, which was very loud and lousy. Ordered early via the app, shortly before the end of breakfast time I wanted to get the food and then I was told that breakfast had already been dismantled. I'm sorry, but if you don't want to sell breakfast but use it to advertise, then you can't offer it until 10:30 a.m. Not recommendable.

They are understaffed and totally overwhelmed. Yesterday only the drive-thru was open. Today it's the other way around. Almost every day the milkshake machine/ice cream machine or frozen yoghurt machine is broken. But mostly still available in the app.

Today's visit started with a positive surprise. There was at least one (1) table display at the ordering terminals, which made it possible to actually order with table service, which I promptly did. Not that it saved me a journey. Since the employees never seem to be able to systematically read an order from their screen and put it completely on the tray, you have to run to the counter anyway to get what was forgotten. The first dampener was the positive impression when an older customer with her older daughter, standing on the left at the counter (above which "ORDER" is written in capital letters), was completely ignored for a good 5 minutes and then loudly by an employee in a yellow shirt with a “Order only at the terminal!” was addressed. Obviously confronted with the terminal for the first time and overwhelmed by it, she politely asked for support at the counter and her request was completely ignored by the staff, even though half of them were just standing around stupidly and idle. A good 2 minutes later, an older gentleman who asked politely, calmly and matter-of-factly if he had to install the app to order was loudly shouted at by a blonde-haired employee with "No, you don't have to!" , when she believes that every customer is hearing impaired because they dare to ask a question. The absolute negative point came from the same employee less than two minutes later when she sneezed loudly twice. After the first of these sneezes attracted the undivided attention of all customers and colleagues, we were all able to witness the fact that during the second sneeze, even though she was busy packing goods, she made no move to put any part of her body in front of her face and that none of her colleagues, not even her apparent foreman, had anything to say about it. @McDonalds Radevormwald: You will NEVER see me here again! @McDonalds in general: For around 10 years, with every visit to a branch somewhere in Germany, I can only see how you are getting worse with each passing day. And I'm really amazed to still find aspects in which you can become even worse than you already are. In the future, I will buy the bowl of fries from the small, local snack bar on the side of the road and the sandwich from the local bakery, or I will take some bread I made myself and I will definitely not throw a single cent more down your throat!

All employees are completely disorganized and therefore take far too long to pack the orders. This means that waiting times of over 15 minutes are now normal. But the worst thing is that almost all of the food is cold. The burgers and nuggets are regularly left under the “heat lamp” for 15-20 minutes, which does no good at all. The employees at the back prepare these faster than the others at the front pack them up and when you finally get your food they are usually cold. In the last six months I haven't had an order that was complete from the start and you had to regularly check your order for completeness and complain. In the last few months there has only been a hail of negative reviews here and management should urgently ask themselves why this is the case and take countermeasures.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, kümmern sich um dein Wohlbefinden. Essen wurde uns an den Tisch gebracht und mein kleiner Bruder hat einen Ballon und Bonbons geschenkt bekommen er hat sich sehr gefreut!

Einer der besten im Umkreis von 200km. Sauber, freundliches Personal. Sogar hübsch dekoriert....wirklich super.
