It used to be cleaner. Too few staff today.

It's a small Mc. Compared to others, but clean and friendly.

Everything freshly made, perfect

Drinks warm, eat cold. Staff unfriendly. Everything else is more important than the customer. Apple bag with sticker received by 2:30 p.m. at 7:30 p.m. There is no need to say more. Toilet underground dirty.

As a guest, I objectively pointed out to the employee that it wasn't clean and that the floor was full of drinks. Everything sticks, tables, etc. The store manager had to speak loudly across the room that it could have been said in a nicer way. Very unprofessional in my opinion! But McDonald's isn't what it used to be. And no attention is paid to cleanliness... it's a shame...

Even if you pre-order on the go, it takes longer than just going through the drive. Tables and all of them urgently need to be cleaned!

Very clean and tidy, A lot of people came to use the service and it didn't take long.

I would prefer not to give any stars at all The employees are so unfriendly and work extremely slowly. I waited half an hour for my food and orders are automatically deleted so you are forgotten. Not worth recommending!

I've been waiting for my order for 30 minutes. We were already allowed to have some of the food, but when we asked they just said, "it might take a while." I also had to listen to how the staff talked about me. Really not nice service.

When I was taking my order, I was sitting on one of the wooden benches with a colleague who was sitting on one of the wooden benches, which was very loud and lousy. So I can say that the soundscape in the "standard McDonald's ambience" is definitely very reverberant - that was a lot of fun, thank you for that. oh yes, the food was good too! 🤙

Too few staff, opening times are not adhered to. Is the drive-in open? A matter of luck. Unfriendly employees.

I've been to the McDonalds in Radevormwald several times now and have always been impressed. Eating there has been a disaster for a few months now. Unfriendly staff, dirty tables, tray trolleys always completely full, different sauces or drinks than ordered, loud discussions, cleanliness... I hope it will get better As of: May 30, 2024

Unfortunately, we had to find out that a new employee had been threatened and bullied by what appeared to be a higher-ranking employee wearing a headgear. When we spoke to her, she told us that her name was Mikaela. Unfortunately, this was disruptive for us as guests and we interrupted this with a new order, but the procedure continued after our order

Black fries get totally rotten, and you say big fries and you always get a small one, the food is rotten happened several times NEXT TIME I'LL MAKE AN ADVERT! SO BE CAREFUL Only Germans can get in there!!

Ate half a fish burger and was about to throw up... Been sick for 2 days...never again... Waiting time without being tight and then getting a result

Ordered early via the app, shortly before the end of breakfast time I wanted to get the food and then I was told that breakfast had already been dismantled. I'm sorry, but if you don't want to sell breakfast but use it to advertise, then you can't offer it until 10:30 a.m. Not recommendable.

I bought 4 burgers and 1 large fries today, there was even a schnitzel in the fries that had been roasted. I won't be eating at MC Donald's Radevormwald anymore. They are understaffed and totally overwhelmed. Yesterday only the drive-thru was open. Today it's the other way around. My opinion is that It would be better to leave it until staff is available and food is served without objection

Almost every day the milkshake machine/ice cream machine or frozen yoghurt machine is broken. But mostly still available in the app.

Due to acute laziness, ordering is only possible from the machine. No thanks and away.

Poor organization and no friendly service. Just getting a burger always takes 15 minutes. Unfortunately this is not an isolated case, but the rule

Today's visit started with a positive surprise. There was at least one (1) table display at the ordering terminals, which made it possible to actually order with table service, which I promptly did. Not that it saved me a journey. Since the employees never seem to be able to systematically read an order from their screen and put it completely on the tray, you have to run to the counter anyway to get what was forgotten. The first dampener was the positive impression when an older customer with her older daughter, standing on the left at the counter (above which "ORDER" is written in capital letters), was completely ignored for a good 5 minutes and then loudly by an employee in a yellow shirt with a “Order only at the terminal!” was addressed. Obviously confronted with the terminal for the first time and overwhelmed by it, she politely asked for support at the counter and her request was completely ignored by the staff, even though half of them were just standing around stupidly and idle. A good 2 minutes later, an older gentleman who asked politely, calmly and matter-of-factly if he had to install the app to order was loudly shouted at by a blonde-haired employee with "No, you don't have to!" , when she believes that every customer is hearing impaired because they dare to ask a question. The absolute negative point came from the same employee less than two minutes later when she sneezed loudly twice. After the first of these sneezes attracted the undivided attention of all customers and colleagues, we were all able to witness the fact that during the second sneeze, even though she was busy packing goods, she made no move to put any part of her body in front of her face and that none of her colleagues, not even her apparent foreman, had anything to say about it. @McDonalds Radevormwald: You will NEVER see me here again! @McDonalds in general: For around 10 years, with every visit to a branch somewhere in Germany, I can only see how you are getting worse with each passing day. And I'm really amazed to still find aspects in which you can become even worse than you already are. In the future, I will buy the bowl of fries from the small, local snack bar on the side of the road and the sandwich from the local bakery, or I will take some bread I made myself and I will definitely not throw a single cent more down your throat!

All employees are completely disorganized and therefore take far too long to pack the orders. This means that waiting times of over 15 minutes are now normal. But the worst thing is that almost all of the food is cold. The burgers and nuggets are regularly left under the “heat lamp” for 15-20 minutes, which does no good at all. The employees at the back prepare these faster than the others at the front pack them up and when you finally get your food they are usually cold. In the last six months I haven't had an order that was complete from the start and you had to regularly check your order for completeness and complain. In the last few months there has only been a hail of negative reviews here and management should urgently ask themselves why this is the case and take countermeasures.

Coupons that were activated didn't work! We are without the great fast food experience drove on, the sales were then made by another snack bar!

Completely disorganized, unfriendly and lame. There's no waiting time of 20 minutes despite ordering via the app. It was impossible that the stuff was still partly cold.

Man soll das Essen ausdrücklich den Bildschirmen bestellen. Mit einer Bestellung bei einem Mitarbeiter ginge es für die meisten Kunden schneller. Ich habe im Restaurant mit meiner McDonalds App bestellt und bezahlt ....

So the food was great as always. Service was very nice and funny.. also very patient after me and my girlfriend ordered wrongly at least 5 times 👍👍

They've been totally overwhelmed for weeks. If you don't get anything when you order something, you wait 20 minutes until you get something. Today the employee said it couldn't be done that quickly. The worst McDonald's in the area. Today in the kitchen it looked like everything was full of fries and there were chicken mc nuggets on the floor. That there isn't even any trading going on in such a dirty place. This isn't an advertisement for McDonald's. In the mc drive the cars were parked on the street. Food was cold today at several tables at the same time. There are now more employees there but there is still nothing going on there. A pity

In this branch something is always forgotten and not packed. Fries too salty, burgers cold. I don't have to have it 👎

Sauber essen war gut Bedienung war sehr schnell. genau das Gegenteil von Remscheid

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, kümmern sich um dein Wohlbefinden. Essen wurde uns an den Tisch gebracht und mein kleiner Bruder hat einen Ballon und Bonbons geschenkt bekommen er hat sich sehr gefreut!

Einer der besten im Umkreis von 200km. Sauber, freundliches Personal. Sogar hübsch dekoriert....wirklich super.

Eine Nette Filiale, kann man gut hingehen.

Leider fehlen immer wieder Teile der Bestellung.Jetzt schon zum dritten Mal.Diese Filiale ist für mich raus! Burger teilweise so alt , dass ich nicht wissen möchte wie lange diese schon in der Auslage lagen...oder aufgewärmt wurden

Die Burger sind deutlich kleiner geworden und kosten trotzdem mehr. Ich werde nicht mehr kommen.

Wie immer schnell, freundlich und auch problemlos Sonderwünsche beachtet. Immer mein bevorzugter Imbiss :)

Essen ist schnell. Das Laden ist Sauber und es gibt genügend Parkplätze. Der Drive-in ist gut geregelt und 2 150kW Ladepunkte sind auch verfügbar alles Top

Essen war wie immer gut, die Preise allerdings jenseits von gut und böse.

Erinnerte an eine Bahnhofstoilette und roch auch so.

Wir haben zum abholen bestellt . Das Essen war frisch und heiß. Jedoch hat wieder einmal was gefehlt . In der Filiale Radevormwald leider keine Seltenheit. Auch wenn es dieses Mal nur Mayonaise & Sauce war .

Sorry - FAST FOOD bedeutet schnell und nicht 15 Minuten warten für einmal 9er Nuggets, ein Cheeseburger und ein Chickenburger….DRIVE In ist damit bei mir durchgefallen. Essen war warm und geschmacklich wie man es kennt…Mitarbeiter war freundlich.

Die Tische waren fast alle schmutzig. Essen war fast kalt. Ich habe mich nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt.

Nun ja, ein Mal im Jahr darf es auch Mal Maces sein;-)

Personal unfreundlich, Tischservice wird einfach nicht beachtet (Personal war genügend da und andere Gäste waren auch nicht viele da) und bei Fehlern des Personals (vergessene Sauce) werden diese nicht eingesehen (man wurde aufgefordert neue Sauce zu kaufen, nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen wurde dann doch endlich die Sauce nachgegeben). Ich habe viel Verständnis wenn man gestresst ist auf der Arbeit aber ohne Grund so unfreundlich zu den Kunden zu sein ist einfach nicht nötig und auch leider nicht das erste mal!

Guter McDonalds. Sehr viel Personal Vor-Ort, sodass das Essen immer schnell und frisch zubereitet werden kann. Auch die Sauberkeit hier ist in Ordnung, hier habe ich schon teilweise in andere Filialen ganz anderes erlebt. Wenn man sich mal Fastfood gönnt, tue ich dies gerne hier.

Gutes und schnell geliefertes Essen. Einmal mussten wir eine Stunde auf unser Essen warten, aber als wir uns beschwert haben, haben alle nett reagiert und wir haben eine Apfeltasche gratis bekommen.
