After speaking with the shift manager, they confirmed it was impossible. That's McDonald's standard practice. What the customer wants is irrelevant :-(

I ordered a coffee, and the guy with the black hair came to me. When I asked for a new one, he complained, then gave me one in a cup with jam on it. I thanked him and left; I didn't feel like speaking Indian anymore.

I was there a few months ago and got food poisoning. I was there again yesterday and had food poisoning again. I felt sick for two days both times. I will never shop there again and hope someone from the health department shows up!

Bad food, bad service. Burgers and fries felt like they were reheated in the microwave yesterday. Absolutely disgraceful! I'll never eat my own hand again.

The fries tasted of old grease and were extremely salty. The coffee was disgusting, and there was oat milk in it. The burger was extremely dry, but the staff were friendly and at least a little cleaner than most McDonald's.

I hate to complain but what I experienced there was just bad. The staff ignored me even though I was polite. They probably don't understand German. My McFlurry was just in a small coffee cup for whatever reason even though a member of staff left the shop with a real McFlurry. The drinks didn't even have lids or straws. The food took a really long time, which can happen. The food was cold as if it had been standing around for a long time. The staff were ignorant and simply disrespectful, which I find a real shame. Bürgerking isn't even 10 to 15 minutes away and their food is hot and quick. Don't do that to yourself, that's my recommendation.

Today I was out and about in the ever-popular Tegel. When we arrived at the Hallen Am Borsigturm, we (me and a small group) decided to eat a burger. I ordered a Big Mac, which was bitten off! We waited probably 15 minutes for 3 burgers and the fries were still cold. The only thing that was still intact was the cola. We also ordered ketchup twice, which never arrived on our table. I can't recommend this atmosphere at all, it's a shame that such a place was even approved. I recommend that anyone who has a sense of hygiene and doesn't like bitten-off burgers should not enter this restaurant.

Meine Freundin hatt da Lebensmittel Vergiftung bekommen, und ich habe vor 6 Monaten da als ich was bestellen wollte eine Maus ins küche rennen sehen..ekelhaft hatte schon bestellt und könnte nichts runter kriegen.

Wir waren gestern bei McDonald’s und heute übergeben sich alle, die gestern dort etwas gegessen haben. Dem einen Kind, das nichts gegessen hat, gehts gut. Scheint aller Ansicht nach eine Salmonellen- Vergiftung zu sein.

Wir waren gestern da- heute liegen wir alle flach mit Erbrechen und Durchfall. Lediglich das eine Kind, was dort nicht gegessen hat, ist gesund. Höchstwahrscheinlich haben wir nach dem McDonalds- Besuch eine Salmonellen- Vergiftung. Nie wieder.

Essen wie immer und es war heiß. Service bekommt nur 3 Sterne, da man beim Rüberreichen des Tabletts wenigstens erwarten würde, angeschaut zu werden. Einen guten Appetit zu wünschen erwartet man ja schon gar nicht erst. Von Ambiente zu reden wäre zuviel, kalt, und nicht besonders einladend. Wir mussten erst nach Tischen suchen, wo nicht noch die Reste der letzten Gäste zu finden waren.

Es gibt keine Kundentoilette, im ganzen Objekt nicht! Auch das Personal war nicht bereit zu helfen.

Die McDonald's Firmenpolitik besagt kein Gast soll länger als 90Sekunden auf sein Essen warten. Dass dies nicht erfüllbar ist, ist mir klar. Aber es kann nicht sein, dass meine Bestellung 2 1/2 Stunden braucht um zu mir geliefert zu werden UND dann auch noch kalt ankommt sodass nichts mehr genießbar ist! Wann wird eingeführt, dass man -1Stern geben kann?

Modern McDonalds. Completely renovated. It has video gaming tables for children. I give one star, since many, many times I dont get what I payed for. I take home, all packed, and I see something is missing. Hars to proove, no receipt, I dont keep it. And also, I cant be bothered to go back and demand stuff it was not given to me.

Keine lange Wartezeiten und das Essen war gut. Jedoch kamen die Mitarbeiter nicht dazu die Tische ab zuräumen und sauber zumachen, so musste man sich selbst darum kümmern.

Die Qualität des Essen muss man halt akzeptieren wenn man zur godenen Möwe geht. Von daher ist die Qualität völlig nebensächlich. Allerdings ist der Service hier unfassbar langsam. 3 Mitarbeiter*innen an der Ausgabe aber vermutlich nur eine Person am Bräter. 10 min für zwei Cheeseburger. Ich war schonmal, da dachte ich das die lange Wartezeit an der Burgerauswahl lag... aber für zwei Cheeseburger so lange zu warten ist leider alles andere als FastFood...

Dieser Standort hat immer sehr viel Ansturm aber die Bestelltreminals funktionieren immer es hängt nur davon an wie voll es ist ob am ein Tisch bekommt . Die Bestelltreminals sind Übersichtlich gestaltet es gibt die Möglichkeit de Sprache auf Englisch, Französisch oder Deutsch einzustellen, was ich gut finde das es sehr viele migranten gibt die noch nicht gut Deutsch können . Die Tische sie sauber es kann nartürlich mal vorkommen dass wenn viel los ist der Tisch noch nicht desinfiziert wurde .

Ganz einfach: Sa nachmittags brechend voll. Daher dauert es einfach etwas, bis man die Bestellung bekommt.

Dank der neuen von jedem begrabschten Tafeln ein Horror für jeden der auf Hygiene wert Legt geht lieber zum Asiaten Gegenüber!!!

Sauber , Ordentlich und schnell, essen ist frisch und heiß und dieser laden schafft es tatsächlich Frische Pommes zu servieren......alles in allem....gut

Bis auf ein falsches Spielzeug kann ich mich nicht beklagen, alle lieb und nett und auch auf meine Frage eingegangen. Leider sind die Tische zum spielen defekt kaputt gewesen und auch dreckig. Solange das essen gut gemacht wird und nichts drinne ist, ist es top.

Viel zu umständlich mit der Bestellung mit der Bildschirmtastatur. Lange gedauert bis ausgeführt. Harter Sitz und eng. Essen sehr gut.

Leute bestellt aufgarkeinfall bei der Kassiererin mit Zopf runderbrille und oberlilppenbart die ist sehr unfreundlich man fühlt sich nicht gut aufgenommen als Gast. Am liebsten garkein Stern.

Essen ist halt typisch McDonald's. Nervig war nur dass jeder Tisch an dem Tag dreckig war oder ein Tablett auf dem Tisch stand. Schuld sind die Leute die nicht nach sich aufräumen können. Aber die Mitarbeiter an dem Tag waren eher beschäftigt mit sich selbst zu unterhalten als einen Finger zu bewegen. Es war zu dem Zeitpunkt übrigens so gut wie leer. Habe auch kein Verständnis dass man dort nichtmehr die Toiletten benutzen darf.
