Dirty shops don't have veggie burgers

I wouldn't even give it a star. The fries were ice cold! The staff were very unfriendly and the place is very unhygienic. We asked a member of staff to wipe the table because it was very dirty. She was really angry and just wiped it with a napkin, which didn't even come clean.

This ia my go to Mcdo whenever i make a transit in Zoologischer garten. I love the view that it gives ..

I ordered something and waited for almost an hour. I was really disappointed and got really angry. I asked my colleagues several times where my food was but they ignored me. I will never go back. Pure disappointment.😈

We arrived around 3 a.m. – and even though it was the middle of the night, the branch was busy. Unfortunately, the Easy Order terminals weren't working, so everyone had to queue at the counter. A single employee took orders there – seemingly in slow motion. When the terminals finally came back online, we naturally switched to that one. The food was a disappointment, unfortunately. The fries and potato wedges were clearly old and had probably been sitting around for 15 minutes or more – the price is absolutely unjustified. The tables were a complete disaster: covered in grease, crumbs, leftover fries, and sauces. You weren't allowed to sit at the few clean tables because they had "just been cleaned." Apparently, this only happens once a day here – or so it seemed. The restroom was the lowest point. An absolute disgrace – I would have preferred to relieve myself outside in the bushes. Particularly noticeable: a sprinkler just above head height was completely covered in dust (see photo). A wet rag would have been enough to fix it. If things like that aren't visibly cleaned, you wouldn't want to know what it looks like in places where customers can't see. It's a shame – I would have expected much more from a McDonald's in such a central location.

there was no staff to take order for so long , & waited for more than 20 minutes just for 1 burger ! The staff also couldn’t take orders properly, and unfortunately my burger was takeaway and there was no sauce/mayonnaise that is mentioned in the burger menu ! Waste of time & money. Weird homeless woman was walking from table to table and going through other people's tablets looking for food. Staff didn't seem to care. Neither hygenic, nor comfortable to eat in such an environment.

The ice cream was great. The place is very spacious and clean. It was difficult to access with a stroller from the outside ground level as there were too many stairs.

The food was warm and delicious. If you want to pay in cash you have to wait a long time, a disaster for a "fair" fast food restaurant.

Nice view & the food is good and even warm, I can't say anything more positive, unfortunately. I ordered a Happy Metal because I wanted a figurine. But unfortunately, I wasn't told that they were out of stock. I got cardboard with Minions on it instead. Great, I didn't want that. After all, I paid money to get something I didn't get. The restrooms are clean, but you have to pay (€0.50). I have no problem paying for hygiene, but other branches manage to keep the restrooms clean without it. The employees are quiet and don't say more than necessary. I hope Finale takes my words to heart and gets its employees to inform their customers when something is out of stock.

In itself delicious food as always a McDonald's but here loud and smelly homeless people appear all the time and the staff does not react very well

The food is tasty, but the staff isn't always that friendly. It also takes an extremely long time to serve, and the hygiene here is poor; the seats and tables are dirty.

Went there for dinner with family today. We didn't have to wait too long for the food. Unfortunately, a burger was forgotten, but after I informed the staff, it was brought out without any problems. My niece had a happy meal and wanted to exchange her toy. The nice employee took the time to show her all the different toys and exchanged them without any problems after my niece had made her choice. Overall, the restaurant was very clean and the staff very friendly, especially the nice gentleman (unfortunately I don't know his name) who took his time and wasn't annoyed at all, which has often happened at other branches when you wanted to complain about something.

Never ever waited so much for fast food...

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and ready to assist with any questions. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Its central location is also ideal for exploring the city. We would definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it!

In general, everything in this company's Berlin branch, except for the touch screens that are ordered, takes you back to the past and makes you feel like it's 2005.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing visit. The restaurant was overcrowded and not particularly clean; many tables were sticky or littered with trash. The service at the counter seemed stressed and unfriendly, and the wait for the food was significantly longer than expected. The quality of the food did not meet the usual McDonald's standards—lukewarm and poorly prepared. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience; I would avoid this location.

Literally, the worst thing that could happen to humanity is the removal of straws in McDonald's. The level of idiotism behind this decision is so outrageously out of control that you can't be sorry for humanity anymore. Let it burn. Horrible experience, rude staff.

Very nice Restaurant very fast service despite the many people highly recommend very tasty food

Absolutely the worst MC in Berlin. Dirty restaurant, slow and absolutely stupid service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Meal came with honey mustard sauce even tho i specifically mentioned not wanting that, no straw for the milkshake and cashier mumbled the numbers of the order(a different cashier had to yell out the order). The order was through the screen machine, so everything should be specified (?). Screens were slow too, barely reacting to touch, even after trying to wipe the screen clean. Tables inside are unkept and dirty, floor isn't so clean too. Ordered a piece of cheesecake, it looks like it has not seen the fridge for two days straight or more. Didn't mess up just one burger specifications, but two (not counting cheesecake).

Incompetent, aggressive employees who don't take their work seriously and create a bad atmosphere. We waited an hour for our tray, which was passed by our table several times.

I waited more than 30 minutes to receive a happy meal. I asked to be served at the table with a number and I saw my order passed at least 6 times since the servers were not attentive to my order number. As a result, I ate cold food and that's it, thank you to the server who was very aggressive with me. Results: cold meal + aggressive servers

The food was up to McDonald's standards, but the place was dirty at 8:00 AM, with tables full of crumbs and wet, and a dirty floor. There was no staff at the MC Café counter to order muffins and cakes, and these items are not available for ordering at the dispensers. Avoid.

You drive to Mc's at night because you're hungry and your husband just got home from work and ordered there, you drive home and there are 6 chicken nuggets missing, you call and there's no answer, it was really not busy so I don't understand how you could forget something

While sitting at a table in a fast food restaurant, I ordered an apple turnover with delivery using the app. After a 15-minute wait, I went to the order counter and asked where my order was. I was then told that the apple turnover was ready and available to take away. When I asked why it hadn't been delivered to the table as requested, I was told that it would be quicker to pick up the order myself. The restaurant was relatively quiet, so I have to assume that the service staff on hand obviously didn't feel like delivering the order to the table. The staff reacted completely uncooperatively to this incomprehensible procedure and weren't even willing to offer a small apology. I don't think this is in keeping with McDonald's company/customer philosophy.

Absolutely the most disgusting toilet I've ever gone to in a McDonald's

This McDonald's is understaffed and struggling to cope with the large number of customers and orders. The wait time in line and for food is significantly longer (11 p.m.) than at other locations. The hot pineapple turnover is very sour and contains hardly any fruit pieces—almost just jam. Not recommended for €1.99.

Paid 4.29 for an undrinkable cappuccino

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at this location. Due to a malfunction with the ordering kiosk, I was told to place my order on a different machine. After completing my order on the second kiosk, I realized I was charged twice—once by each machine. When I approached the staff for help, they told me that because I paid by card and not with cash, they couldn’t issue a refund directly. Instead, I had to write an email to request a refund. I did that immediately. Two weeks went by with no response. I followed up again, and they finally replied saying they could not refund me, but instead offered to give me the same meal next time I visit as compensation. I responded clearly that I do not accept this solution and simply want my money back. It’s now been three weeks since then—no reply, no refund, and no resolution. This was an incredibly poor customer service experience, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering here. Double-check your receipts and don’t expect support if something goes wrong.

Truly unpleasant. Plus, there are too many clients who ask for money every three days and act nice. Many are too uneducated to understand a single intelligent sentence.

I ordered a wrap with egg and bacon and received a cold wrap with cabbage, cheese, and dry bacon. I ordered four brown sugars for my cappuccino and received only three white ones.

Incredibly low standard, not a single clean table, garbage and leftovers on the floor everywhere, hygiene is unknown here... no milkshakes and no ice cream, never experienced that in Berlin, simply a zero, the trade supervisory authority needs to do an unannounced inspection here... simply disappointing

The worst and most rude service ever. Our order was lost somewhere in half making (after 20 minutes the number has just disappeared from the screen under “in Zubereitung” but was never delivered), and while trying we’ve experienced some rude and gaslighting behavior by the manager. The packing station looked chaotic and untidy, I wonder how employees are able to navigate there. We’ve got our order after around 30 minutes, melt ice in ice coffee and cold hamburger. No apology or whatsoever, the manager was obviously making fun of us.

The fries had weird green spots, and the employees were so disrespectful. There were some inappropriate kids who threw nuggets at my daughter. Just sad.

An employee catches a bird in the store and releases it, then continues working normally in the kitchen. On top of that, the employee can only read numbers, but the fact that I had a Dragon's Tongue McFlurry was probably too slow to grasp. It's a shame that I have to give it one star -_-

I order from McDonald's every now and then (via Lieferando). I deliberately choose the branch at Hardenbergplatz because it's much better than others nearby. I went again last night. Everything was great. Thank you very much.

Pretty dirty and way too crowded, with far too little room. Update from June 28, 2025: One Happy Meal and a burger were missing, which isn't a big deal in itself, but when you point it out, you're told it can't be there. They then offered to come and look at it at the table (it was table service), then simply rolled their eyes and handed it over to us, then gave us the wrong burger. But we weren't in the mood anymore. So, zero service. This accusation alone is completely unacceptable.

No cell phone chargers these days. Food was swapped.

The cappuccino is a latte... I don't think that's fair... in a cappuccino you can always taste the espresso.

No one there knows how to get the order that I have placed by mobile. They were confused when I showed him the mobile order code. The guy was in a white shirt ( Asian man) 14 06 -2025 9:20-930 am. He don't know how to take a mobile order by searching a code.

I would like to leave a review of my visit to this establishment. Unfortunately, I was left with an extremely unpleasant impression. The hall was dirty - the tables were not wiped, there was garbage on the floor. The furniture was old, worn, damaged in some places and clearly requires replacement. This does not at all correspond to the standards you expect from McDonald's. I hope that the management will pay attention to the condition of the hall and take measures to improve cleanliness and update the interior.

The woman in blue shirt in the morning had no clue how to take an order. I paid in the app, and she couldn't even find it properly. She looked confused and took a 10mins to give me a receipt!

I think it's outrageous that you go to a restaurant, as a guest, and still have to pay €1 to use the restroom – otherwise, you can't even get in, as the door is only accessible with a code. I wanted to use the restroom, but a woman stood at the door, stopped me, and told me I had to pay €1. She showed me a note on the wall. I explained to her that I was a guest and therefore not obligated to pay. Unfortunately, she barely understood German and wouldn't let me use the restroom. Firstly, I didn't have any coins with me – only bills. Secondly, I found her behavior very rude and disrespectful. And thirdly, it is a legal requirement in Germany that a restroom must be available to guests free of charge if it's a restaurant. I cannot recommend this restaurant and hope that something will be done about it.

Just ordered with Lieferando n they made me wait for an hour just to cancel the order. Wasting peoples time is a crime especially when they're hungry.

Very good, we had a 6 nugget and fries, burger etc. We had ordered but only 5 nuggets in the pack. When an employee noticed this, he gave us a new 6 nugget pack without us asking for it and we were allowed to keep the 5. The employees were very friendly and the food was good as always.

The food is tasty, even if the fries were a bit salty. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. The restrooms are well-cleaned and look nice.

Ordering went without any problems, it was just an iced coffee. But access to the toilet is cheeky. There is a “nice” lady sitting in the entrance area who points out that you have to pay €0.50. If you don't pay this, she won't let you go to the toilet. Because the doors can only be opened with a code. When you finally get inside, there are only blue neon lights, dirty toilets, hardly any paper and a disgusting smell. At least the lady offers disinfectant when leaving.

This is what happened to me: I visited the branch twice within a short period of time. Apparently my order got lost the first time. I was also annoyed that there was no soap in the toilet - but there was a notice saying you had to pay 50 cents. This was particularly irritating considering that, according to the notice, the store pays according to the tariff. On the second visit - just a few days later - soap was available, but what I experienced while drying my hands was truly shocking. While drying, I accidentally touched the bottom of the device with my fingers - a bit sticky. I took a look inside and discovered an unhygienic condition that I have recently experienced in neglected restaurants: dozens (!) of pubic hairs were floating in a foamy broth. Unfortunately, I didn't have my cell phone with me to preserve evidence - it was at the family table. Back at the square, I started to take a closer look at the restaurant. I took some photos. The overall appearance confirmed my feeling: it looked as if there hadn't been a thorough cleaning this year. I completely lost my desire for McDonald’s that day. By the way: The second worst branch I've ever experienced was also one of McDonald's - in Staaken. Conclusion: No, thank you. Enjoy your meal – but please not here. The visit took place on April 24, 2025 at around 12 p.m.

I visited this location in the morning before work to order two of the menu items displayed behind the counter, which clearly showed they came with free glasses. The worker I spoke to confirmed my order but ended up giving me a different menu option that didn’t include the glasses. When I realized the mistake, I asked another employee for help since the original worker had gone to the back. The manager was called over and rudely insisted that I had "ordered wrong," claiming the free glasses only came with the Grande menu (which costs just €1 more). I explained that I had specifically asked for the menu prominently advertised with the glasses—not the regular option. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the manager spoke to me in a mocking tone, acting as if he was doing me a favor by giving me one glass for free, saying, "I don’t have to do this; you only spent €12 instead of €14." First, this was their mistake, not mine—I ordered based on what was shown. Second, I had no issue paying the extra €2 for the Grande menus if that’s what was required, but I was never given the correct option. The manager’s condescending attitude made the entire experience humiliating and unnecessary. By the end, I didn’t even want the food anymore. This kind of cheap, unprofessional behavior—especially over a €2 difference—is unacceptable. I’ve been a customer before, but after this treatment, I’m reconsidering. A business that mocks customers for its own display or communication errors doesn’t deserve loyalty.

The food usually tastes like any McDonald's. But the service downstairs wasn't friendly and you had to wait 20 minutes just to pay and the employee at the checkout wasn't 100% mentally there. I also waited 1 HOUR for the food at a MC DONALDS where it usually takes around 5-10 minutes. I will definitely save myself another visit here!!!!

Caution! Put things on the card that you don't even have. My children really wanted a Happy Meal with a Minecraft gift, which they could also order. (I know that you can show 'sold out' - it was also visible on some things). When I complained, there was no response, just shrugging of the shoulders and comments that made me very upset. My wife and I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When she politely asked a female employee for a straw, the employee responded by staring at us, frowning, and turning away without a word. We were left feeling ignored and disrespected. Regardless of the reason for this behavior, it significantly impacted our celebration of my wife's recent work achievement. This was our last visit to this McDonald's, and I cannot recommend a place that treats customers this way.

The bathroom was clean, the food I don't know.

There was no ice cream or milk drinks...we've never experienced that at McDonald's before. As an alternative, we opted for apple turnovers and waited almost 20 minutes to get them, even though there weren't many customers and the five or so employees were standing in the kitchen looking rather bored. I can't imagine what goes on here when the place is full.

A great place to hang out with an amazing ambiance. The outdoor seating is perfect in the summer, offering a relaxed vibe. The food is your typical American fast food — simple and satisfying.

Every time I’ve come here during the last 12 months, there is such an amazingly friendly bald guy at the cash desk! He deserves a medal, honestly.
