Mr. Ngo - Fresh Food in Berlin

Spring rolls were very good, unfortunately the rest were not. The Chinese pan tasted too much like eggs for me and there were too many leftover eggs. I could only eat it with the sweet and sour sauce

I ordered on a Friday evening. Delivery took 2 1/2 hours. Then 80% of the order never arrived. Unfortunately, the delivery person couldn't speak German or English and just said "Restaurant closed. Tomorrow 1 p.m." I left well over €60 and received food for just €15! A bottomless impudence! Nobody answers the phone, no food arrived. I'll never order there again!!!!

I will not recommend this place at all. Food taste is not so nice compared to other places.

Ordered pasta without vegetables. A lot of vegetables and hardly any pasta were delivered. Complaint by telephone, completely in vain as neither German nor English is spoken. It was then simply hung up. This store constantly has excuses! If waiting times are longer than average (usually the case), on Sunday they say today is Sunday and on Wednesday they randomly say today is Wednesday, etc. The quality of the food is quite ok, but unfortunately it is no longer worth it for this constant stress.

We often order to our house and the food is always delicious. The Korean rice dishes in particular are recommended; we also like to try the other options and have been satisfied so far. The delivery was always reliable and quick and the service was friendly. Can't complain. You have to know.

Excelent Korean restaurant. Ordered multiple times already. The quality of everything I ordered was always excelent. Delivery is always fast and the people are friendly too. Korean style rice dishes are highly recommended!

Since new people have been working there, the food has been really borderline 🥴!!!The delivery service is the last!!!You have to wait up to 90 minutes. Waiting for the food!!!!!Not recommended!!!!!

After over 2 hours the food arrived, we couldn't ask where our food was because their phone didn't work! And the worst thing: we ordered vegan duck and real duck came! That was shocking. You couldn't call, so we had to drive there. The employee on site wanted to give us back the money for one dish as compensation, but we didn't even want the other dishes because we had no trust and didn't know what was in them. Something like that shouldn't happen, especially for people who have an intolerance or an allergy, it could end badly. I find the whole store dubious and suspicious. This may work for people who have been eating there for a long time and don't have high expectations, but we are used to something different, especially for the price it's cheeky!! Way too expensive for something like that.

Takeaway food, very disappointing, have ordered here several times. Instead of avocado, cucumber, a portion of sushi wasn't included, but I paid for it. Not tasty, not recommended!

I've ordered from NGO Fresh many times and always found it ok. But what happened with my last order really shocked me: I am extremely allergic to garlic and I always write this explicitly and in detail when I order. I received a dish full of garlic, luckily I noticed it just by looking at it and smelling it and immediately called the supplier - I don't want to know what would have happened otherwise. The male employee on the phone was incredibly unfriendly, didn't apologize and just said that I should leave out the sauce (but there was garlic in the food) or he would take it into account on the next order. I explained to him that I wouldn't pay for food that I couldn't eat and that I had specifically listed it. After a long discussion on the phone, he agreed to send me another meal - but only in over an hour. He didn't want to refund me my money. 2.5 hours after my first order I received a kimchi salad delivered at 8:20 p.m.?? Instead of the pasta dish I ordered. I will never order from NGO again and demand an immediate refund!

Absolute recommendation, short-term team order with 20 portions went smoothly. We had something from all categories and even the labeling with the names of our colleagues worked. Everyone was very satisfied. Thank you again.

Absolute taste experience. We ordered 4 dishes for delivery. The food tasted great and very authentic. Great value for money. Definitely recommendable!

Bad sushi, waited a long time for nothing. Picked it up, ignored me for 20 minutes and then realized it was already finished. 17.20 euros for this sushi. Decide for yourself... a disgrace for me.

I was not planning to come to this restaurant after seeing the rating but the owner of a restaurant nearby did recommend it and told me that their food is delicious . Indeed it is the case , plus the prices are pretty cheap. We had rice with yellow curry sauce, Tofu and veggie , rice noodles with duck with mango lassis and another cocktail for 25.9€.

menu No. 304 in the photo. average food. and a very average portion of meat. As you can see, the dish differs from the one presented to choose from. I recommend as a last resort. no success here.

Wir waren überrascht sehr herzliche Bedienung, Das Essen war sehr gut und reichlich fiel wir haben nicht länger wartend müssen kann ich nur empfehlen.

5 Sterne gibt es für die Sauer Scharf Suppe und die WanTan suppe sowie Galsnudelsuppe. 3 Sterne für das Essen, habe den Eindruck, dass es einfach zu fettig ist.

Super Lecker und preiswert, sehr schnelle Lieferung. Fahrer war sehr freundlich und die Küche rufte mich nochmal an um meine extra Wünsche detailiert durch zu gehen. Hatte ich vorher noch nie, in der Regel wird es gemacht wie man denkt, hier nicht. Ich liebe euch, danke für das essen.

Eher unzufrieden. Die Nudelgerichte waren sehr vielfältig und lecker, das war aber leider auch das einzige gute. Fast alle Gerichte waren kaum gewürzt und hatten nach Nichts geschmeckt. Auch das Gemüse war geschmacklich nicht ansprechend, es war stark durchweicht. Ente war zwar saftig, aber gleichte eher einem Haufen anstatt richtigen Scheiben. Zudem war die Panade sehr sehr grob und teilweise an einem Stück zu viel, am anderen deutlich zu wenig. Bis jetzt: Nicht empfehlenswert!
