McDonald's in Berlin

Typically McDonald's food is quickly prepared and served for consumption. Orders are made via displays and can be picked up at the counter or brought to the table. The furnishings are varied and modern. For us, it was the best choice so far to go to McDonald’s.

Worst service. Ordered food to the table but never arrived. After 30 minutes I had to go to the counter to get food that was completely cold. They didn't want to tell me why they didn't bring it

The food is always fresh and delicious. One of the best branches! At times it has been quite crowded there in the past. You then have to wait a really long time for food. We were lucky the last few times and it was empty. Unfortunately, sometimes something is forgotten (e.g. fries or sauce)... so always check the bag! And once you've ordered, call the restaurant and ask them to bring it over to you.

The "Double Royal TS" burger was still cold inside, that's not possible.

NOT RECOMMENDED AS MC DRIVE. FRIED FRIES AND BURGERS ALMOST COLD. CONSTANTLY LONGER WAITING TIMES, EVEN IF YOU JUST WANT A CAPPUCCINO.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food is decreasing more and more. Unfortunately, price performance is no longer true at all.

We were there at MCDrive after a long drive. First of all, there was a very nice voice at the ordering column. The young woman was very understanding because we didn't really know what we wanted. But she helped us and that was great. When paying and picking up at the counter, we were able to thank you for the great help. We were still very enthusiastic about the young lady. Thanks for the great experience.

My oversized wife tried to slide and got stuck. I had to butter them out of the chute. That wasn't fun. First of all, I'm a smoker and I had no stamina. She screamed all over the place.

We were here with our family, when we entered we noticed that all the tables were completely dirty and the storage carts were also completely overcrowded. While we were waiting, other guests simply placed a tray with ice cream and burgers on a table. After more than 20 minutes, the guests asked how long it would take and were then shown the tray and were told that it wasn't their fault of the employee. In my opinion, at least the ice cream could have been replaced.

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Service would work if more staff were there.

The shop is just dirty, the disinfectant dispenser at the entrance to the toilets has a layer of dust that you would otherwise only see in “lost places”. The tables are not wiped down in between, the walls have a germ patina from several days, corners and areas near the windows are not cleaned. The toilets are a disaster, dirty and smelly. Unfortunately the food was lukewarm. The staff is friendly, but apparently the management doesn't demand any cleanliness.

You should avoid the McNuggets. My daughter and my boyfriend and his best friend have had stomach problems like this ever since. My daughter had diarrhea for 3 days with pain plus vomited twice. That can't be. Just like the service was the last bit of snot. 3 things were simply missing. Constantly getting up and saying what's missing. Great table service. We were there on January 13th, 2025 Will not enter this store again and will not stay away from McDonalds.

Once again, something ordered was not packed when we picked up the food. I'm assuming there's a system behind it!!!

The service has deteriorated extremely over the years. Reminds me a bit of the US conditions, constant changes and the essentials of how things work out in the end have taken second place. The machine order is the last thing. You can also forget the ice cream, the customer has to stir it himself and with a wooden spoon, which is pretty stupid. The only good thing is that toilets are still free and you can still chew the food.

Many thanks to the nice employee at McDrive who served us at the counter half an hour ago! She was very attentive, put our order together carefully, gave our child a balloon and did everything with so much kindness and a smile. This has improved the mood of our entire family. It's really nice when employees look after the guests so warmly!

01/05/2025 7:00 p.m. snow has just fallen and there was nothing going on in the restaurant. I was almost the only customer who ordered me a burger without onions and less than 3 minutes later I got my burger without onions and fries with mayo. This was the cruelest burger I have ever almost eaten, served cold, tasteless, and thrown together. Disgusting and a shame for my hard-earned money, I didn't say anything because it doesn't help.

We should have had 5 Monopoly stickers with our order today and only had 3 on our products. Where are the remaining 2?

The shop was empty. Still we had to wait 20 minutes for our food.

A very nice restaurant, it was clean and the food came fast. The food was fresh and warm. The employees were very friendly, especially the short guy with the round glasses. Would recommend!!!

Actually never had any problems, except once when I got a water cola, there was no syrup but everyone got a replacement cola straight away.

I placed an order via UberEats on Friday evening and almost everything I ordered was wrong. Only 1 of 2 Bigmac, 1 BigRösti ordered wasn't even included, no one answered when I called back, an outrage, unbelievably paid for something that never arrived or the wrong item.

On my last visit to McDonald's, that was exactly the case, thanks to a trainee named Davis who was apparently convinced he was Batman. This is a review that covers more than just the quality of my Big Mac. It's a tribute to a young man who took the fast food experience to a whole new level. The first encounter with Davis As soon as I entered the restaurant I was greeted by an unusually serious young man at the cash register. Davis wore the standard McDonald's uniform, but it was the way he wore it that gave me pause. His posture was erect, his eyes seemed to be monitoring every movement in the room, and when he asked in a deep, dramatic voice, “What can I do for you?”, I knew: This would be no ordinary visit When he finally brought my order to the table, he did so with an elegance and gravitas that even the greatest gourmet waiter couldn't top. He placed the bag in front of me, looked at me with a piercing gaze and said, “This is more than just food. It’s hope.” I was speechless. The atmosphere – unforgettable thanks to Davis The entire McDonald’s seemed like a stage for Davis’ heroic saga. Children watched him in awe as he carried trays like a crusader. Other employees seemed to have already gotten used to his mannerisms, as no one seemed surprised when Davis shouted, “Batcave alarm!” at a beeping fryer. The customers, however, were intrigued. Some laughed, others secretly filmed him. It was clear: Davis brought this place to life. Conclusion A visit to McDonald's is usually a simple, often forgettable affair. But Davis, the trainee who believes he is Batman, made my evening unforgettable. His commitment, his dedication to the role and his incomparable way of imbuing even the most mundane tasks with dramatic meaning are both inspiring and entertaining. Of course, my Big Mac was just as good as ever, but that's not the point of this review. It's about Davis, the self-appointed guard of the McDonald's branch. Next time you're in the mood for a meal and an adventure at the same time, look for the location where Davis works. Maybe it will save your day – or at least your mood. 5 out of 5 stars – A hero behind the counter!

I'm a regular visitor there and am generally quite satisfied, but on Sunday mornings the service and food is almost always poor. Hard old citizen's meat and the bun was dry and hard. Even after the exchange it didn't get much better. You are also poorly understood. Unfortunately, the Franzbrötchen were never properly baked. It's a shame actually.

The 1920s chicken nuggets were forgotten. That's a disgrace. Nobody can be reached either.

Ordered food from the vending machine in the branch using coupons from the official McDonald’s app. One of the coupons didn't work on the machine. That's why I paid for the products I had already entered and went to the empty counter to redeem the incorrect coupon there. All I got was “it doesn’t work”. "Unlucky"; “Just pay more.” Then I wanted to cancel my order because I didn't get all the products I wanted for my planned budget. Then, too, “Tough luck!” You shouldn't have paid." I've never experienced anything like that. When asked how I as a customer should know that the coupon doesn't work in this branch, I should contact Munich. We were left standing there for a total of 30 minutes. During that time I was able to observe 5 more orders (you can tell it was really stressful) - 2 of them had wrong products or too few products, so the customers had to come back. That's probably why they didn't let me withdraw from the purchase contract (long before delivery) in order to generate some sales at all We then drove to the next branch and were able to redeem the same coupon there without any problems. It's ok compared to other locations

Poor service. Ordered via app and there is always something missing from the orders. Too bad, you arrive home and the BigMac (sandwich on the menu) is missing.. Not recommended!

Very very bad service, customer is king is definitely not the case here. You stand in line alone to order, then after standing for 5 minutes it's your turn, it's 10:33 a.m. and you hear that there's no breakfast anymore, that it's only available until 10:30 a.m. Service equals minus 10!!!

The fries were lukewarm and rubbery, and the McFlurry was melted when served. This is not a place famous for good food, but for serving it at a consistent level. Unfortunately, it didn't work out here. Add to this a lot of garbage outside, one of the four ordering kiosks that is not working and the sink in the toilet that is not working and we have a picture of a very poor McDonald's

This has been my McDonald’s of choice for almost a decade. During that time I had many first dates here, had deep conversations with my best friends and used the place as a meeting point for other things. Of course you can also see what it looks like elsewhere. The Mcces is in direct competition with the Mcces in Hönow and Lichtenberg as well as the Burger King a few streets down town. It's the subtle things that make the difference. The seats here are clean 9 out of 10 times. The food is completely available in 9 out of 10 cases. It goes fast. Of course, sometimes a slice of cheese isn't quite central, but how can we expect perfection from a Mcces? The music is not too quiet, not too loud, the staff is friendly and there is a little plant at every table that you only notice when you have seen other Mcces. Unlike the BK opposite, this shop has lost none of its charm over the years, which is why I still enjoy coming here, even though the Lichtenberger Mcces is much closer. I hope it stays that way for the next decade.

Ordered twice in time, then simply canceled for no reason. Delivery fees of €5.99 + €0.99 service fees, for forgotten items and cold burgers, if it even arrives, is not possible. I've thought about it for a long time, but it has to be said.

After 15 minutes I asked where my food was and was told we would have it soon. After 25 minutes I went back and they checked and saw that the order wasn't in the system. Thanks for waiting 35 minutes at fast food... Every Italian is faster.

The worst toilets I've seen in a long time. In addition to the tons of urine on the floor, the smell is really unbearable. Really a shame for a dining establishment.

Were there for the 2nd time now and we can't say anything negative. Of course it can happen that there is a lot going on, but that's the case almost everywhere. The food (burgers & co.) were all warm and nothing was carelessly slapped on top. The employees were all friendly and motivated. I'd love to go there again, it's much better than our McDonald in Hoppegarten.

Great today, quiet, clean and warm food

Were there on Friday evening, the floor, shelves and tables look like shit. Unclean, dirty floor and staff overwhelmed. Food cold, there's a lot going on on Fridays, no problem 😉. But then when you bite into the burger 🍔 the taste of mold in the MC chicken! No words really, forgot the sauces and side dishes. A proper hygienic control with customs is required here. This has to stop charging people for a meal like this and getting no service, cold food with spoiled goods. We are full and will therefore never come back. Wonder what the branch manager or team leader is doing here. To tolerate such a mess.

You've come to the right place at the Golden Seagull 😍 for a quick lunch, pull over, wait a moment, drive on. Uncomplicated and error-free (for me). They are also friendly.

Eat: As usual, the food was far too greasy or completely dry. Since I went into the store with such expectations, I wasn't disappointed. Service: The service was poor due to the high volume of customers. Before I could eat I had to get up 4 times. Swap apples for squash. McChicken Classic had no sauce and was completely dry. Vanilla shake without chocolate sauce. Filet-o-Fish was told that it would be brought in 2 minutes, so I picked it up after dinner and had it packed up, but it was already there for 20 minutes. unfortunately 5€ for the garbage can. Ambiance: As always, the floor was completely covered in trash and the “dish return station” was full to overflowing. However, I liked the dried artificial flower (I have no idea how that is possible) on the table. I didn't blame the employees or complain. Unfortunately, mistakes happen every time. The lady apologized and was very nice. The gentleman who didn't speak German also tried to be nice, I think. Since we were neither disappointed nor surprised, I recommend this restaurant in a neutral way. You have to know.

Unfortunately, I've had several bad experiences in the last few months: - sometimes extremely long waiting times at the drive-in (20 minutes) - Ordered burger without onions, received with onions --> of course only saw it at home. Consumption not possible due to intolerance - the classic: McNuggets and of course the sauce is missing Complaint was written about BD Germany, this was passed on several times to the operator of the restaurant. There has been no response so far (8 weeks have passed). "Complaint as an opportunity", unfortunately the restaurant operator didn't understand that. This means he will be able to do without me as a customer in the future.

Was here again for a long time because things had to be done quickly today. Fries were lukewarm and sticky, my latte was no different. But what bothered me most was the cleanliness of this branch, first of all finding a table that didn't show the previous guests' menu and the floor was no different, there were chips and other food leftovers everywhere and overall, the floor really wasn't great to watch. And unfortunately there was enough staff available who could have eliminated this, especially the enthusiasm of the employees really left a lot to be desired.

An unforgettable visit! The whole family had a flat stomach after visiting this branch. And no, it's not because of our lack of hygiene, hands are always washed and disinfected before and after eating. Never again!

I like to wait for fresh preparation. However, it would also be nice if citizens were properly documented.

Here you can confidently place your large order to take away and everything is just right. 👍 We had already had different experiences in other McDonald's. All the more respect for the friendly and motivated team, which served everyone very well at the checkout despite the many guests. We'll remember that and be happy to come back.

Ich habe das Restaurant an einem Samstagnachmittag besucht. Es war gut besucht. Leider dauerte es etwa 15 Minuten bis das Essen an den Tisch gebracht wurde. Die Pommes waren da nur noch lauwarm, die Burger nur etwas wärmer. Das Ambiente war unterirdisch: Dreckige mit Ketchupresten verschmierte Tische, zertretene Pommes auf dem Boden. Das geht gar nicht. Von einem Besuch der sanitären Anlagen habe ich danach abgesehen. Das war definitiv mein erster und letzter Besuch hier

Definitiv unser letzter Besuch hier. Ich ärgere mich eigentlich jedes Mal aber nun ist genug. Diesmal funktionierten zwar die Terminals, dafür warteten wir über 20 Minuten auf unser Essen. Während die Getränke bereits zuerst fertig gemacht wurden (Shakes + Cola), kam so nach und nach das Essen in die Tüte. Nachdem alle Leute die nach uns kamen, vor uns gingen, fragte ich nach wann denn unser Essen dran wäre. Die Mitarbeiter völlig überfordert, immer wieder neues, ungelerntes Personal. Zum Schluss kamen dann die Nuggets, während die Cola bereits ohne Kohlensäure und die Shakes flüssig waren. Zu Hause angekommen (kurzer Weg), fehlten die Strohhalme für die Shakes, sämtliche Saucen, von Servietten ganz zu schweigen. Die Filiale ist weder sauber noch gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze. Wir haben das Mäcces Richtung Vogelsdorf nun für uns entdeckt. Ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht. Ich schreibe ungern negative Rezensionen aber hier muss sich definitiv was ändern. Preis/Leistung passen nicht mehr zusammen. Sehr ärgerlich... Schade!

Diese Filiale sollte einen anderen Chef bekommen und vor allem andere Mitarbeiter. Beim Drive dauert es immer Jahre, Autos stehen Schlange. Kommt man ins Restaurant ist es meistens immer voll, fast zu jeder Tageszeit. Essen ist meistens kalt und es dauert. Da diese Filiale in einem Gewerbegebiet liegt, kommen sämtliche Mitarbeiter aus den umliegenden Firmen dahin, desweiteren liegt es am Ortsausgang an einer Bundesstraße, daher sehr viel Verkehr. Da sollte man doch etwas effektiver arbeiten, es kann nicht sein, dass man stundenlang auf sein Essen warten muss und dann ist es auch noch kalt. Wenn man dann nicht die Tüte kontrolliert, fehlt meistens immer etwas oder man hat etwas anderes drin. Sehr schlechte Organisation. Mitarbeiter die einen nicht verstehen können.

Besser als einige andere Filialen aber auch nicht herausragend. Essen wie gewohnt. Personal war aufmerksam. Sehr schnelle Tischbedienung obwohl der Laden voll war.
