It's ok compared to other locations

Poor service. Ordered via app and there is always something missing from the orders. Too bad, you arrive home and the BigMac (sandwich on the menu) is missing.. Not recommended!

Very very bad service, customer is king is definitely not the case here. You stand in line alone to order, then after standing for 5 minutes it's your turn, it's 10:33 a.m. and you hear that there's no breakfast anymore, that it's only available until 10:30 a.m. Service equals minus 10!!!

The fries were lukewarm and rubbery, and the McFlurry was melted when served. This is not a place famous for good food, but for serving it at a consistent level. Unfortunately, it didn't work out here. Add to this a lot of garbage outside, one of the four ordering kiosks that is not working and the sink in the toilet that is not working and we have a picture of a very poor McDonald's

This has been my McDonald’s of choice for almost a decade. During that time I had many first dates here, had deep conversations with my best friends and used the place as a meeting point for other things. Of course you can also see what it looks like elsewhere. The Mcces is in direct competition with the Mcces in Hönow and Lichtenberg as well as the Burger King a few streets down town. It's the subtle things that make the difference. The seats here are clean 9 out of 10 times. The food is completely available in 9 out of 10 cases. It goes fast. Of course, sometimes a slice of cheese isn't quite central, but how can we expect perfection from a Mcces? The music is not too quiet, not too loud, the staff is friendly and there is a little plant at every table that you only notice when you have seen other Mcces. Unlike the BK opposite, this shop has lost none of its charm over the years, which is why I still enjoy coming here, even though the Lichtenberger Mcces is much closer. I hope it stays that way for the next decade.

Ordered twice in time, then simply canceled for no reason. Delivery fees of €5.99 + €0.99 service fees, for forgotten items and cold burgers, if it even arrives, is not possible. I've thought about it for a long time, but it has to be said.

After 15 minutes I asked where my food was and was told we would have it soon. After 25 minutes I went back and they checked and saw that the order wasn't in the system. Thanks for waiting 35 minutes at fast food... Every Italian is faster.

Every time we order something something is missing, it's really annoying, it's the service provider's job to check whether the order is complete.

Employee at 6:30 p.m. very friendly. Toilets underground dirty :-(( Parking spaces are all full because there are too few.

Were there for the 2nd time now and we can't say anything negative. Of course it can happen that there is a lot going on, but that's the case almost everywhere. The food (burgers & co.) were all warm and nothing was carelessly slapped on top. The employees were all friendly and motivated. I'd love to go there again, it's much better than our McDonald in Hoppegarten.

The worst toilets I've seen in a long time. In addition to the tons of urine on the floor, the smell is really unbearable. Really a shame for a dining establishment.

After a relaxing afternoon across the street at the bouncy castles, we went to McD. Had great service there. The restaurant was busy, but there was always someone emptying the garbage trucks. Great, keep it up!

Were there on Friday evening, the floor, shelves and tables look like shit. Unclean, dirty floor and staff overwhelmed. Food cold, there's a lot going on on Fridays, no problem 😉. But then when you bite into the burger 🍔 the taste of mold in the MC chicken! No words really, forgot the sauces and side dishes. A proper hygienic control with customs is required here. This has to stop charging people for a meal like this and getting no service, cold food with spoiled goods. We are full and will therefore never come back. Wonder what the branch manager or team leader is doing here. To tolerate such a mess.

Great today, quiet, clean and warm food

You've come to the right place at the Golden Seagull 😍 for a quick lunch, pull over, wait a moment, drive on. Uncomplicated and error-free (for me). They are also friendly.

The tables weren't very clean, but I attribute this to the lack of staff. The roller shutters with the leftover trays were empty and otherwise it was very comfortable for you

Unfortunately, something is always missing from the order. This time 8 Chilli Chesse Nuggets were missing, I asked the lady if everything was included, she said yes of course. Always check your order at the branch before you set off!

So I felt like a giant, what the heck happened to the burgers? They're now as small as a standard hamburger and where's the lettuce on them? Do you have to bring it with you now? Eat: As usual, the food was far too greasy or completely dry. Since I went into the store with such expectations, I wasn't disappointed. Service: The service was poor due to the high volume of customers. Before I could eat I had to get up 4 times. Swap apples for squash. McChicken Classic had no sauce and was completely dry. Vanilla shake without chocolate sauce. Filet-o-Fish was told that it would be brought in 2 minutes, so I picked it up after dinner and had it packed up, but it was already there for 20 minutes. unfortunately 5€ for the garbage can. Ambiance: As always, the floor was completely covered in trash and the “dish return station” was full to overflowing. However, I liked the dried artificial flower (I have no idea how that is possible) on the table. I didn't blame the employees or complain. Unfortunately, mistakes happen every time. The lady apologized and was very nice. The gentleman who didn't speak German also tried to be nice, I think. Since we were neither disappointed nor surprised, I recommend this restaurant in a neutral way. You have to know.

Unfortunately, I've had several bad experiences in the last few months: - sometimes extremely long waiting times at the drive-in (20 minutes) - Ordered burger without onions, received with onions --> of course only saw it at home. Consumption not possible due to intolerance - the classic: McNuggets and of course the sauce is missing Complaint was written about BD Germany, this was passed on several times to the operator of the restaurant. There has been no response so far (8 weeks have passed). "Complaint as an opportunity", unfortunately the restaurant operator didn't understand that. This means he will be able to do without me as a customer in the future.

An unforgettable visit! The whole family had a flat stomach after visiting this branch. And no, it's not because of our lack of hygiene, hands are always washed and disinfected before and after eating. Never again!

I like to wait for fresh preparation. However, it would also be nice if citizens were properly documented.

Here you can confidently place your large order to take away and everything is just right. 👍 We had already had different experiences in other McDonald's. All the more respect for the friendly and motivated team, which served everyone very well at the checkout despite the many guests. We'll remember that and be happy to come back.

Ich habe das Restaurant an einem Samstagnachmittag besucht. Es war gut besucht. Leider dauerte es etwa 15 Minuten bis das Essen an den Tisch gebracht wurde. Die Pommes waren da nur noch lauwarm, die Burger nur etwas wärmer. Das Ambiente war unterirdisch: Dreckige mit Ketchupresten verschmierte Tische, zertretene Pommes auf dem Boden. Das geht gar nicht. Von einem Besuch der sanitären Anlagen habe ich danach abgesehen. Das war definitiv mein erster und letzter Besuch hier

Definitiv unser letzter Besuch hier. Ich ärgere mich eigentlich jedes Mal aber nun ist genug. Diesmal funktionierten zwar die Terminals, dafür warteten wir über 20 Minuten auf unser Essen. Während die Getränke bereits zuerst fertig gemacht wurden (Shakes + Cola), kam so nach und nach das Essen in die Tüte. Nachdem alle Leute die nach uns kamen, vor uns gingen, fragte ich nach wann denn unser Essen dran wäre. Die Mitarbeiter völlig überfordert, immer wieder neues, ungelerntes Personal. Zum Schluss kamen dann die Nuggets, während die Cola bereits ohne Kohlensäure und die Shakes flüssig waren. Zu Hause angekommen (kurzer Weg), fehlten die Strohhalme für die Shakes, sämtliche Saucen, von Servietten ganz zu schweigen. Die Filiale ist weder sauber noch gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze. Wir haben das Mäcces Richtung Vogelsdorf nun für uns entdeckt. Ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht. Ich schreibe ungern negative Rezensionen aber hier muss sich definitiv was ändern. Preis/Leistung passen nicht mehr zusammen. Sehr ärgerlich... Schade!

Besser als einige andere Filialen aber auch nicht herausragend. Essen wie gewohnt. Personal war aufmerksam. Sehr schnelle Tischbedienung obwohl der Laden voll war.

Diese Filiale sollte einen anderen Chef bekommen und vor allem andere Mitarbeiter. Beim Drive dauert es immer Jahre, Autos stehen Schlange. Kommt man ins Restaurant ist es meistens immer voll, fast zu jeder Tageszeit. Essen ist meistens kalt und es dauert. Da diese Filiale in einem Gewerbegebiet liegt, kommen sämtliche Mitarbeiter aus den umliegenden Firmen dahin, desweiteren liegt es am Ortsausgang an einer Bundesstraße, daher sehr viel Verkehr. Da sollte man doch etwas effektiver arbeiten, es kann nicht sein, dass man stundenlang auf sein Essen warten muss und dann ist es auch noch kalt. Wenn man dann nicht die Tüte kontrolliert, fehlt meistens immer etwas oder man hat etwas anderes drin. Sehr schlechte Organisation. Mitarbeiter die einen nicht verstehen können.

Wiesooooo gehört Hoppegarten nicht mehr zum Liefergebiet?? Ich Dreh durch :( … hab keinen Führerschein und mit Fahrrad würde ich über ne halbe Stunde brauchen (bei dem Wetter auf keinen Fall).. mit den öffentlichen noch länger :( .. ist doch blöd. Bitte liefert wieder :( möchte nicht bei Burger King bestellen 😅🫠

Lausiger service Schlechtes essen

Manchmal sind die Pommes auch warm, bei meinem letzten Besuch leider nicht. Auch mein Burger hat mir keine Brandblasen beschert. Dafür ging es diesmal recht schnell. Die Abstellmöglichkeiten in der Geschirrablage waren de facto nicht vorhanden, weil sich dafür offensichtlich niemand zuständig fühlt.

Ich rate davon ab hier zu bestellen. Ich hatte 2,5 Std vorher eine Bestellung zu 18.30uhr gemacht,angekommen ist es um 20uhr. Keine Entschuldigung oder Erklärung. Dann fehlen noch die curly Fries und eine Cola,ein burger war falsch und jetzt geht niemand mehr ans Telefon. Grenzt an abzocke und war dieses mal für uns das letzte Mal McDonald's. Danke für nichts.

Heute kurz vor 17 Uhr da gewesen, wollten am Tresen bestellen und fragten freundlich ob dies ginge. Daraufhin kam von dem jungen Mann eine patzige Antwort: "naja, es würde gehen". Ein "muss aber nicht sein" las man in seinem genervten Gesicht sehr deutlich! Wir wollten in 2 Menüs statt einem Kaltgetränk einen warmen Kakao haben, daraufhin meinte er nur schroff und Achselzuckend, dass es nicht geht! Hörten wir zum 1. Mal! Er reagierte einfach total unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Uns verging es komplett, über so viel Unfreundlichkeit in der Dienstleistung!!! Noch dazu alle Tische total dreckig, der Boden siffig und klebrig... Noch nie so eine Filiale erlebt!

Größter Drecks Laden !!!! 1.5 Stunden gewartet und nachdem ich 2 mal angerufen hatte wurde meine Bestellung erst bearbeitet!!! (Nach 1.5 Stunden) das heisst nochmal 30-60 min warten und dann wird die Frau am telefon auch noch Rotz frech und meint laut und pampig zu antworten, unglaublich Das man nicht mal mehr das hin kriegt heute zu Tage. PS: ich wohne 10-15 weiter weg mit dem auto.

Die Bedienung heute hatte keine Lust zum Arbeiten. Kein Lächeln, kein freundliches Hallo, das falsche Essen zum Tisch gebracht und das Getränk vergessen

Bei Ankunft Tische klebrig ind das sogenannte Essen grottenschlecht. Meiner Meinung nach gesundheitsgefährlich,da sollte mal die Hygiene durchgehen.Habe schon den ganzen Tag seit dem Besuch da Magenprobleme,übrigens meine Begleitung auch,daher wohl kein Zufall. Geschmacklich interste Schublade. Führte zur Löschung der Mc Donalds App ind dieser Bewertung.Für moch definitiv Geschichte.

Das ganze ist lächerlich ich und mein Freund wollten essen gehen und haben 40 Minuten auf ein burger gewartet der Service hat auch erst nach 3mal fragen uns das essen gegeben verschwendet eure Zeit nicht mit irgendwelchen unausgebildeten geht in ein normales Restaurant. Dazu hatten sie keine Tablets mehr auf den man essen konnte

Zu lange Wartezeit alle schlecht gelaunt und der Preis darüber brauchen wir nicht reden

Schon ein paarmal dagewesene. Essen ist gut aber es kann nicht sein das ich nach dem bestellen mind. 15 min auf das Essen warten muss obwohl es nicht einmal voll war. Und heute nach dem Essen noch ein Eis bestellt und tatsächlich mussten wir wieder 10 min auf das Eis warten. Tische könnten mal öfter gesäubert werden.

Typischer Fastfood-Laden als Franchise der beliebten Marke mit der goldenen Möwe. Nach Möglichkeit sollte man nicht unbedingt zwischen 18 und 19 Uhr kommen, da ist's nämlich rappelvoll. Und dann bitte immer schön kontrollieren, ob man auch wirklich alles bekommen hat, da fehlen nämlich regelmäßig Soßen.

Es ist immer voll und gut besucht, deshalb passieren Fehler. Wir erhalten stets zu wenig oder das falsche. Wir prüfen jedes Mal nach. Wir gehen deshalb auch nur selten dorthin. Man kann auch schon über die App vorbestellen, was klasse ist, trotzdem ist das Essen zu Hause meist schon wieder kalt und mager belegt. Sie sind freundlich und sprechen mehrsprachig. Manchmal versteht mich die Kasse nicht. Deshalb versuche ich alles vorzubestellen. Für Kinder gibt es auch wenig neues und spanndes.

Es ist schade, aber hier ist Kontrolle wirklich besser als Vertrauen, ob Mc Drive oder im "Restaurant " immer nachprüfen ob das bestellte Futter vollständig in der MäcesTüte ist 😤, leider wiederholt unvollständig, naja Erfahrungswerte 🫣...

Ich musste mich damit anfreunden, dass ich das Essen am Automaten bestelle und dann erst abholen kann. Das Menü kam relativ zügig, in der gewohnten McDonalds Zeit. Was es relativiert waren die dreckigen Tische die wir selbst gesäubert haben.

Bestellung kann am Terminal und am Tresen vorgenommen werden ,was den positiven Effekt hat das sich die Gäste aufteilen. Wahlweise kann man die Bestellung am Tresen oder den Tischservice nutzen. Klappt schnell und unkompliziert. Besuch kann man nur empfehlen.

Mc Donalds Strausberg unterirdischer Service 10 Minuten am drive gestanden und dann auch noch pampige Antwort von vollgefressener Mitarbeiterin die mit vollem Mund gequatscht hat

Freundliches Personal,alles sauber und ordentlich und die Bestellungen passen meistens,ab und zu wird Mal was vergessen oder was falsches reingelegt.Aber sonst alles super .

Kein Platz zum Sitzen. Brechend-Voll, WC stinkt aufs überlste... Viel zu klein der Stall

Diese Filiale wird immer schlimmer. Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt, jedesmal fehlt etwas (an die Kontrolle vorm Laden verlassen hat man sich schon gewöhnt) aber jetzt kommt es noch besser. Das Essen zu Hause ausgepackt, auf allen Cheesburgern hat der Käse und die Gurken gefehlt, auf einem Royal TS hat der komplette Salat gefehlt. Resultat, ich werde nicht noch im Laden jeden einzelnen Burger auseinander nehmen und kontrollieren. McDonald's wird uns nicht mehr wieder sehen und ich werde jeden davon abraten diese McDonald's Filiale in Mahlsdorf zu besuchen.

Das 3. mal in Folge versucht bei Lieferando zu bestellen und jedes mal wurde nach 45 Minuten, die Bestellung Storniert. Das ewige Warten macht den Hunger nicht besser. Dann nehmt doch Mc Donalds raus. Und hört auf die Gäste zu verarschen. So kann man auch Gäste los werden.

Und zum dritten mal eine unvollständige bestellung man könnte so langsam von einer masche reden diesmal fehlte sogar der burger. Dieser schuppen hat höchstens 0 STERNE verdient.

Ich war positiv von diesem McDonalds beeindruckt! Günstig gelegen, besonders wenn man nach dem Shoppen in den umliegenden Möbelhäusern Hunger bekommt. Die Tische und WCs waren sauber, die Mitarbeiter super freundlich und das Essen lecker und warm. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Hat alles super geklappt , bestellt am terminal , für acht Personen, essen kam zügig.

Wir waren durch Zufall dort mal gewesen, nie wieder, Personal unfreundlich, der Innenbereich verdreckt, die Wagen für die Tabletts waren voll und liefen schon über, der Außenbereich war auch dreckig Müll lag überall rum. Alles war lieblos in die Tüten geworfen und war nicht Appetitlich, Pommes kalt und lapprig nicht frisch. Alles in alles nicht empfehlenswert wir kommen nicht wieder. Es gibt andere Mc Donalds Filialen die besser sind als diese.

Sehr schlechter Service. Da man nur am Terminal bestellen kann, was nicht funktionierte, kommt auch keiner um zu helfen.

Selten eine schlechtere Filiale gesehen. Pommes kalt und pappig, auf dem Tasty Bacon brauner Salat, der Becher vom Schoko Shake außen verkladdert und nicht einmal eine Serviette in der Tüte. Danke für gar nichts. Wenn ich gammel essen wollen würde könnte ich mich auch aus Mülltonnen ernähren…Freitag Abend.

Schnell Restaurant Is aber mal ganz anders

Zum wiederholten Mal fehlen Burger bei der Bestellung und die Burger sind lieblos zusammengestellt. Unbedingt Tüteninhalt prüfen, auch wenn es aufwendig ist. Einfach nur schlecht, absoluter Reinfall. Bei telefonischer Reklamation erreicht man ewig keinen. Immerhin bekommt man dann eine Gutschrift, wobei das, das mindeste ist. Definitiv keine Empfehlung des Ladens.

Jeżeli chodzi o czystość na sali i dworze to słabo to wygląda. Stoliki zdarzają się brudne. Przy duzym zamówieniu na wynos sprawdźcie ,czy aby napewno wszystko jest.

Freundlicher guter Service. Allerdings deswegen nur zwei Sterne da ist keinerlei Kontrolle der Corona Regeln gibt

2 McRib bestellt am Drive, 20 min Wartezeit nur zwei Autos vor mir. Leider haben sie die Burger nur an der Sauce vorbeigeschwenkt und diese waren total trocken. Damit schmeckt der Burger halt nicht. Wär ich nicht schon zu Hause gewesen hätt ich sie zurückgegeben. - Bewertung auf 2 Sterne hochgesetzt da inzwischen eine von drei Bestellungen in Ordnung war. Anscheinend Glücksspiel hier.

Die Tische waren schmutzig und nicht abgeräumt, Toiletten ebenfalls schmutzig. Geschirrrückgabe übervoll, obwohl der Laden vollkommen leer war.

Ehrlich gesagt finde ich den neuen Big Mac absolut schlechter asl der alte. Eine Gurkenscheibe nur!!!

Nach langer Zeit wieder mal zu McDonalds und leider wieder kein positives Erlebnis. Essen kam schnell, Pommes wenigstens nicht kalt, aber der Fish Mac eine Katastrophe. Nicht nur, dass mittlerweile die Scheibe Käse nur noch eine halbe Scheibe ist, die klebte auch noch lieblos halb am, halb unter dem Brötchen. Schade McDonalds, auch diesmal habt Ihr uns nicht überzeugt. Es wird wohl definitiv keine Liebe mehr zwischen uns geben.

Sehr nettes Personal hilft auch bei der Bestellung wenn man diesen dämlichen Automaten nicht nutzen möchte.

Das WC war schmutzig, Cheeseburger mit 2x Käse nicht möglich und Einschübe für Tabletts voll. In Summe alles andere als gut... und das als Kunde, der schon 10 Jahre hinkommt

Essen ging schnell, Service war sehr nett, aber der Tablet Wagen war während unseren gesamten Besuch überladen und nicht geleert worden.

Essen und Service sind toll. Wie fast in allen Mc Donalds Restaurants. Allerdings finde ich die Spieldecke für die Kids echt mau. Da ist definitiv eine Verbesserung möglich.

Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Gastraum inklusive Toiletten sind sauber.

Einfach nur Schlecht ständig wird nur was vergessen!!!
