They do not even deserve 1 star they do not treat delivery person on that way , that they should be they are very rude and make their own policies to get they order …. Which waste so much of time and the order get late and costomer gets cold food … very bad experience 😔☹️

I ordered the new White Choco drinks via app today and paid on the spot. When I picked them up, I was told they didn't have the White Choco and that I should have gotten the Dark Choco version. Annoyed, I accepted the order anyway, and when I got home, I discovered that I'd just gotten cocoa instead of the White Choco Macciato version. On top of that, all the cups were only half full at most. Absolutely outrageous! That was the last time I'd order that!

Ate a good and quick breakfast.

The restaurant had an unpleasant smell. But a good strong free wifi for 3 hours.

The food was delivered cold, five ordered sauces were missing, and the packaging seal was broken. The customer service/complaint was unclear on the phone and offered no solution.

Just don't order there! The food arrived cold, so the fries were inedible. The burger was also cold, and the bread was soggy and simply inedible. €17 for nothing.

The restaurant was a wonderful experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was attentive and friendly.

The meat is very old and flaky. The fries are cold and unsalted. Not recommended!

At McDonald's you always have to be careful to get the right thing.

We ordered 20 minutes ago and still haven't received our food. Meanwhile, customers who arrived significantly later than us have already received their food. This kind of wait is unacceptable!

We were here for our friends birthday and we were very excited and very hungry. First we ordered on the screen and waited, not for that long, but the way that the workers treated us was very poorly in my opinion. When we ordered a grimace shake to share, as we were only three people, the worker serving us was extremely rude to us and gave us dirty looks for absolutely no reason. She practically threw the change at us and when we asked for three straws they aggressively refused to give them to us and claimed it was against their rules. When we sat down to eat we tried the grimace shake first as we were extremely excited. To our disappointment, it was not a grimace shake. We were very upset due to the fact that firstly, they were very rude and secondly, they gave us the wrong order. To make it even worse, when we looked inside the shake to see if it was a grimace shake, there was an enormous fly, which not only put us off of our appetites, but we also had to throw it away. Overall this was probably the worst experience i’ve ever had at a Mcdonald’s.

Today was the last time we ordered from this restaurant. Whether through Lieferando or Uber Eats, parts of the order are always missing; we've even received a completely incorrect order. So today, after submitting the order, we even called the restaurant directly and asked them to double-check the order before handing it over to the driver. Of course, something was still missing. When we called the restaurant again, we were hung up on. This isn't the first time the restaurant hasn't shown the slightest interest in solving a problem—they either hang up, say they don't speak German, or rudely dismiss you. Since the problem-solving via Lieferando or Uber Eats is also extremely slow (and sometimes simply doesn't work at all), we lost money and are accordingly pissed off.

Every order is missing product. The service is very poor and offers no support at all in finding a solution, which resulted in us losing money. The last time we ordered, the restaurant simply brushed us off and didn't pick up the order. No wonder more and more branches are having to close.

The milkshakes didn't taste like strawberry or vanilla to us, but more like sweetened milk. The burger was nice and hot. Otherwise, it was standard. Clean branch.

The food was McDonald's-like to me. Service was fast. It's nice that they have an upstairs area where you can sit outside (even smoking 🚬 is allowed outside). I was a little negative about the milkshakes... the vanilla one just tasted like milk, and the strawberry one had just a very faint, indefinable fruity hint.

A super clean and well-maintained branch, as you can see in the pictures. The food is just as it should be for the company, so you have to like it.

Everything's been great so far, I can't complain. I don't come here very often, maybe once or twice a year. I only eat breakfast at McD's, though; anything else isn't tasty anymore.

It was delicious again, although the floor was a bit sticky. The restrooms were clean. Bottom line: you can eat it.

I only checked the store to see if they had a Burger Curly Nuggets milkshake and a drink. When I got home, I realized the dip for the nuggets and curries was missing. I had to wait a long time, even though there was only one person in front of me. The milkshake was a slurry that hadn't been stirred properly, and the syrup had stuck to the bottom.

Unfortunately, the food has been very bad again for some time. The burgers look like they've been hit by a truck, or like the staff is somehow throwing them together from a distance. Unfortunately, it's often cold, too. Something has been missing from online orders lately.

Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. Unfortunately, the quality here isn't consistent. It's more of a stopgap measure.

McDonald's pretty good thing even in Germany. I mean – a little better than in Ukraine. I don't remember which McDonald's facility I were, but definitely some of these proposed list. Ice cream is definitely better than Ukrainian version.

Absolutely unprofessional staff and the worst McDonald's visit I've ever experienced. I redeemed 500 points from my McDonald's account for a chicken burger at an ordering terminal (tablet). When I subsequently tried to pay at the card reader, the payment process was canceled because the device was apparently defective. I then tried to change the payment method to "pay at checkout" – but this was no longer possible because my points had already been debited, even though the order was never completed. When I approached an employee, I was transferred to a colleague without a word, just with a nod and a hand gesture. She then referred me to another colleague. He listened to my request and told me to wait at the counter – but no one came. After more than five minutes of waiting in vain, I spoke to another employee, who finally took my order. The colleague who had previously been responsible was still nowhere to be seen. After placing my order, I waited another ten minutes, even though the burger had already been sitting on the overflowing counter for a long time – in such a state that the packaging had partially opened and the burgers were almost falling out. Furthermore, my order included "curly fries," but what I received was a mixture of curly fries and regular fries. Finally, I would like to note that the employee who initially snippily directed me to another place shortly thereafter walked through the kitchen area to the guest area with a colleague – both without uniforms. This behavior struck me as anything but professional. Overall, the entire experience was characterized by technical problems, poor service, a lack of friendliness, and chaotic conditions.

Wanted to try out there again after a year or more since quality was lacking more then usual, walked in, saw a cockroach trying to escape, went on with my day.

On June 5, I went to this McDonald's with my family for dinner. Now I'm getting a ticket for standing in the McDonald's parking lot for over 90 minutes. Apparently, at this place, you have to shove your food in your face as fast as possible, no matter how many children you have with you. Absolutely ridiculous and not at all family-friendly. We also had to wait longer for our food because several things were forgotten, and I had to run back to the staff twice.

Well, what can I say? Friendliness is a foreign word!

Be careful when using the parking lot! The parking disc in your car won't solve the problem – there are cameras at the entrance and exit. If you stay longer than 90 minutes, you'll automatically be issued a €30 fine. A complete rip-off! Our service took longer, so we were seven minutes late. I sent the receipt as proof that we ate there – to no avail. The claim still stands. Absolutely dubious!

Unfortunately, there was a bug in my burger. It spoiled my appetite.

Never ever! I am aware that Mcdonalds is not a fine restaurant in itself. Unfortunately, 1-2x/year is my weakness. But I have rarely seen such terrible service in my life... Don't misunderstand, but if I have to ask for the bill 5 times and am simply ignored, it's not very nice. Furthermore, they didn't want to accept my banknote. At first the reason was a small crack, then it was said "pin too hard.." no answer, I couldn't understand it acoustically... whatever it was that I didn't like, no one could explain to me. So lies upon lies. Conclusion: Recommendation - NO! 5km radius!!

Beware of parking rip-offs in the McDonald's parking lot! My friends and I met at McDonald's at the weekend, talked and consumed a lot. Now some of us have received a payment request from the Parkdepot company, each of us having to pay a fine of 40 euros because we allegedly exceeded the maximum parking time of 1.5 hours. Apart from the fact that an hour and a half is nothing out of the ordinary for a visit to a restaurant with several people, I wonder what a company Park Depot is doing in the McDonald's parking lot, unless they want to deceive and rip off customers. In any case, none of us noticed a corresponding sign, a rogue who thinks evil of it. In any case, it was a huge disappointment for us, especially since the food wasn't anything special. For the money we paid including the fine, we could have eaten at the Ritz Carlton, with valet parking. We can only recommend that everyone avoid this "hospitable" restaurant and eat somewhere else.

We always enjoyed going there. Especially thanks to the games room, which my little daughter loved to use. Unfortunately, playing there hasn't been possible for months. The employees are also a problem: No one there understands German anymore. Communication has simply become a game of chance. The employees are completely missing hats and gloves. If you order a burger, the result looks like a battlefield. I also can't imagine how they can't stack the burger ingredients properly. The cheese is lying around somewhere in the box, the lettuce is the same, and the bun lid isn't on the meat but looks like it's trying to escape. I'm certain that in the future I'll return everything and demand accurate execution.

Can only confirm the other experiences. The staff is extremely unfriendly and speaks almost no German. You wait up to half an hour for the simplest orders. These are usually messed up, either something is missing or completely wrong. They react terribly to complaints and tips and you don't feel welcome here. Delivery has apparently been completely suspended at the moment. No wonder, given the feedback. This branch needs to be completely cleaned up.

Sorry but MC doesn't work anymore. No trace of fast food. Service is zero due to these things you order yourself. Food no hotter than when you order via Wolt or Uber. Already very sad.

The only problem is when you open it you have to put your burger together again because it has completely fallen apart. Unfortunately it's not that great. 2. The main problem the employees: I'm sorry but they don't work at all. In the store, it's totally unfriendly. If you want to order something at the checkout, you're told, "You can only order from the machine. If you don't order there, there's nothing." Even just paying at the checkout is too much for employees. It has often happened at the drive-in that the employees don't understand you and then just order something at random. If you then check your order and see the wrong product, you will be told "Yes, your problem, ordered, we can't understand what you want". The Liferservice also has very unfriendly employees. The drivers are a danger to the public. They speed through 30 zones, park however they want and are cheeky. If such misconduct leads to a discussion, you have to be insulted or the driver aggressively asks you whether he should spit on you. Sorry, it doesn't work at all. This branch used to be one of the best, but today what's going on there is no longer possible.

Unfortunately I went to McDonalds again after a very long time. Ordered and paid for food on site at the machine and then we had to wait 26 minutes for the food. Fast food here does not refer to speed. Unfortunately the food didn't taste good either. The Chicken McNuggets no longer have anything to do with chicken. No taste. Just like the burger, which actually only consists of a huge wheat bun and with a lot of luck you can see something flesh-like.

And then the order isn't even handed over properly! In the end, fake burgers are also packed! This McDonald's is conveniently located because it's 5 minutes from home...but every time you eat there or take it home, something is missing or it's the wrong burger! Today, for example, a double cheeseburger became: a double chicken burger! The only thing worse than the on-site service is the service via Lieferando!

I recently visited this McDonald's branch in the evening and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and service. I would particularly like to highlight the (Indian) shift manager, who obviously had an eye for detail during my visit and confidently managed the entire process. The service was quick and friendly, and you could tell that the shift manager placed great importance on quality and customer satisfaction. All in all, it was a completely positive visit, which was made a pleasant experience not least by the great shift manager. I'll definitely be back!

In this McDonald's branch, it is apparently impossible to receive the entire order you have placed. Either an ordered double burger is packaged as a normal one, a burger that was ordered without cheese is packaged with NO cheese on the label on the burger package, but there is still cheese on it. People have also forgotten about 20 nuggets. Or the sauces you ordered. This McDonald's is a complete disaster. A complaint to McDonald's Germany revealed that the branch offered me a free menu. But nothing has changed... This McDonald's is no longer an option for me.

Very unfriendly and long waiting times

I got it on December 31st. Ordered an apple turnover at 1:30 a.m. and received an expired cherry turnover. I recommend going a little further to McDonalds on Alboinstr. drive.

I was really disappointed with my last visit to McDonald's. When I unwrapped my burger I discovered a hair in the meat (blonde wavy hair) This is not only unhygienic but absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately, this spoiled my appetite and I'm seriously considering whether I'd even want to eat there in the future. Quality and hygiene should be top priority - this was clearly neglected here. Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our takeaway food - absolutely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were not particularly friendly when asked. In addition, the printer on the ordering machine was broken, so we didn't receive a receipt and had to laboriously ask for the order number. Communication was also difficult as the staff only spoke broken German. Overall, not a satisfactory visit – fast food is definitely different!

Catastrophic! The ordering machines do not print out a receipt or the order number, nobody knows which order belongs to whom. All the employees seem scheduled, the store is overcrowded with delivery service employees, everyone is nervous, a terrible atmosphere 👎🏼👎🏼
