McDonald's Restaurant in Berlin

Well, for those who want to eat quickly and then leave again, it's okay, but it's not something you'll want to linger in for long.

We always enjoyed going there. Especially thanks to the games room, which my little daughter loved to use. Unfortunately, playing there hasn't been possible for months. The employees are also a problem: No one there understands German anymore. Communication has simply become a game of chance. The employees are completely missing hats and gloves. If you order a burger, the result looks like a battlefield. I also can't imagine how they can't stack the burger ingredients properly. The cheese is lying around somewhere in the box, the lettuce is the same, and the bun lid isn't on the meat but looks like it's trying to escape. I'm certain that in the future I'll return everything and demand accurate execution.

Can only confirm the other experiences. The staff is extremely unfriendly and speaks almost no German. You wait up to half an hour for the simplest orders. These are usually messed up, either something is missing or completely wrong. They react terribly to complaints and tips and you don't feel welcome here. Delivery has apparently been completely suspended at the moment. No wonder, given the feedback. This branch needs to be completely cleaned up.

Only 1 star because the branch is clean and nicely decorated. Otherwise, pure disaster. 1 The Food: The food is warm when you get it and you manage to bring it home warm. The only problem is when you open it you have to put your burger together again because it has completely fallen apart. Unfortunately it's not that great. 2. The main problem the employees: I'm sorry but they don't work at all. In the store, it's totally unfriendly. If you want to order something at the checkout, you're told, "You can only order from the machine. If you don't order there, there's nothing." Even just paying at the checkout is too much for employees. It has often happened at the drive-in that the employees don't understand you and then just order something at random. If you then check your order and see the wrong product, you will be told "Yes, your problem, ordered, we can't understand what you want". The Liferservice also has very unfriendly employees. The drivers are a danger to the public. They speed through 30 zones, park however they want and are cheeky. If such misconduct leads to a discussion, you have to be insulted or the driver aggressively asks you whether he should spit on you. Sorry, it doesn't work at all. This branch used to be one of the best, but today what's going on there is no longer possible.

I enjoy drinking my delicious cappuccino almost every day and the staff is very friendly and everything is great 😊😊😊

Unfortunately I went to McDonalds again after a very long time. Ordered and paid for food on site at the machine and then we had to wait 26 minutes for the food. Fast food here does not refer to speed. Unfortunately the food didn't taste good either. The Chicken McNuggets no longer have anything to do with chicken. No taste. Just like the burger, which actually only consists of a huge wheat bun and with a lot of luck you can see something flesh-like.

You want to use words that you aren't allowed to use! The main thing is that the staff has time for private conversations, while many orders take more than 20 minutes to reach the customer. And then the order isn't even handed over properly! In the end, fake burgers are also packed! This McDonald's is conveniently located because it's 5 minutes from home...but every time you eat there or take it home, something is missing or it's the wrong burger! Today, for example, a double cheeseburger became: a double chicken burger! The only thing worse than the on-site service is the service via Lieferando!

Very unfriendly and long waiting times

In this McDonald's branch, it is apparently impossible to receive the entire order you have placed. Either an ordered double burger is packaged as a normal one, a burger that was ordered without cheese is packaged with NO cheese on the label on the burger package, but there is still cheese on it. People have also forgotten about 20 nuggets. Or the sauces you ordered. This McDonald's is a complete disaster. A complaint to McDonald's Germany revealed that the branch offered me a free menu. But nothing has changed... This McDonald's is no longer an option for me.

I recently visited this McDonald's branch in the evening and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and service. I would particularly like to highlight the (Indian) shift manager, who obviously had an eye for detail during my visit and confidently managed the entire process. The service was quick and friendly, and you could tell that the shift manager placed great importance on quality and customer satisfaction. All in all, it was a completely positive visit, which was made a pleasant experience not least by the great shift manager. I'll definitely be back!

I got it on December 31st. Ordered an apple turnover at 1:30 a.m. and received an expired cherry turnover. I recommend going a little further to McDonalds on Alboinstr. drive.

I was really disappointed with my last visit to McDonald's. When I unwrapped my burger I discovered a hair in the meat (blonde wavy hair) This is not only unhygienic but absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately, this spoiled my appetite and I'm seriously considering whether I'd even want to eat there in the future. Quality and hygiene should be top priority - this was clearly neglected here. Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our takeaway food - absolutely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were not particularly friendly when asked. In addition, the printer on the ordering machine was broken, so we didn't receive a receipt and had to laboriously ask for the order number. Communication was also difficult as the staff only spoke broken German. Overall, not a satisfactory visit – fast food is definitely different!

Ending. What's happening to McDonald's now. Bought to take away for over thirty euros. A third of the orders were forgotten. A burger was wrong. Half of the toppings were missing from the other two burgers. Nobody in the branch speaks German anymore, only Spanish. You experience the decline of a company, which is a shame.

Absolutely miserable! One burger was forgotten, the other was wrong and looked like it had been formed with a fist. The veggie nuggets were regular chicken nuggets. If you're a vegetarian, just stay away from the store

It's not like it used to be. I'm more of a fan of Burger King if I ever eat at them. The newer, real burger joints have much better meat. And better grilled.

Typical McDonald's taste that is always well received - when everything is included. Unfortunately, almost every time something is forgotten when ordering. Therefore, be sure to check the bag on site when you take the food with you. Sanitary facilities leave a lot to be desired, they are often dirty and there is an unpleasant smell. The store is usually full, so the waiting time can be longer. The taste is great, but there is room for improvement when it comes to service.

I got some ice cream and a McMenu there today and as soon as I finished it I started. I felt sick and almost threw up and I couldn't get off the toilet all evening. I've never had such bad experiences. I have no idea what they're selling, but apparently it wasn't any good anymore!!

This McDonald's is one big nightmare, you come in the morning with no people and I'm talking about the 11th hour. And I go to order 30 minutes specifically so as not to do it myself, and here's something like this: I could do it myself at home and even digest it before the order arrived.

Unfortunately one of the most terrible McDonald's branches I have ever entered. Starting with the fact that we had to wait half an hour for our two Happy Meals, even though the shop was empty, the food simply didn't taste fresh, which is what you would assume if it took so long. The nuggets were cold and extremely hard and simply didn't look edible anymore. The toilets are the worst. The smell is so unbearable that I almost vomited. The floor was sticky as if the toilets had last been cleaned 3 months ago. Really disgusting!

I ordered from uber eats and instead of 20 plant-based nuggets I got 20 with meat. Then I called there and the employees wanted to completely rip me off. First they said it was just the packaging then they said it was a new recipe. I've eaten them so many times as if I didn't check that they had meat in them. Then they said on the phone that they would pick them up and bring me plant-based nuggets, but nothing has happened for an hour. I'll never order from there again.

Im visiting this branch of McDonalds pretty often and overall had a good experience. The restaurant itself is great, with a clean and comfortable atmosphere, making it a nice place to grab a quick coffee. However, there's room for improvement when it comes to the service. One thing I noticed was that the cappuccino, even for dine-in customers, was served in a takeaway cup instead of a normal cup, and it wasn't served on a tray. It would be much better if drinks for dine-in were presented more thoughtfully, as it would enhance the overall dining experience. Despite this, McDonald's remains a reliable choice for a quick bite. A few small changes could really elevate the experience.

Fantastic experience. The food was top notch and there was a lovely cozy atmosphere, where the staff contributed to creating the coziness. I only give 4/5 stars in service because the party room was a little bit warm Will definitely come again. Maybe already tonight Kh August

somehow a sad place since the ordering terminals: delivery drivers and other people who are just waiting for their number and if you're lucky, nothing is missing. Long live automation (not). I found it dirty on August 11, 2024, the employees were unmotivated and couldn't open their mouths. Drive-in customers are apparently preferred. I waited forever, even though it was supposed to be fast food. I didn't like it either.

Fright! Why do the workers carry the juice with them as if we weren't drinking behind their hands? When ordering 3 times in a row, 20 pieces of mc nuggets are missing, even though it was paid for, and one big mc tasty, even though it was paid for. The last thing the workers want to do is communicate and throw orders on the counters of customers! They are terrible! HR management is even worse because they haven't done anything for more than 6 months

There was no response from the drive in for several minutes so I had to park and order inside. That's where the problem arose when I was waiting for my food. Indian music is playing loudly in the kitchen and the employee doesn't have the headset on. No napkins were added to my order, very poor service overall.

A McDonald’s without fries… embarrassing

After about half an hour, I fled the restaurant without having accomplished anything without ordering anything to eat. I tried to place my order at three terminals. All three were so slow that I left in frustration.

Well attended and we had to wait a long time for the order today
