The one mess is that Google doesn't allow criticism that is truly described as follows and deletes it so second attempt.... .Conclusion that this Mc Laden doesn't really deserve customers... as follows... Food is not of good quality in this shop Employees unfriendly, toilet: dirty and smelly - lake district next to the toilet whether out of protest or inability to hit properly cannot be clarified...but extremely disgusting as a following user... But the best thing is that you are ripped off via video surveillance and asked to pay if you find out about the parking time. That was the last time I stopped there... but thanks for the great photo in the warning letter as a souvenir from my last visit there... McDonald's is always friendly, family-oriented and innovative Reality you are monitored, ripped off and poorly catered for. I won't go there again, I'm sure there are better innovative burger shops like this one on Mecklenburgische Strasse

Almost every table was dirty or sticky, including the tray. My advice to the waitress was unsuccessful. Maybe because he only spoke English to me. For a place where you want to eat…DISAPEST!!!!

It's getting worse and worse...every time something is forgotten...service is getting worse and worse...everything looks unappetizing...it's no longer fun to order from McDonalds in general...it's annoying and stressful ...In general, McDonalds is getting worse...Luckily there are now burger places that taste better...Just have to convince the kids...Simply sucks

I got some ice cream and a McMenu there today and as soon as I finished it I started. I felt sick and almost threw up and I couldn't get off the toilet all evening. I've never had such bad experiences. I have no idea what they're selling, but apparently it wasn't any good anymore!!

This McDonald's is one big nightmare, you come in the morning with no people and I'm talking about the 11th hour. And I go to order 30 minutes specifically so as not to do it myself, and here's something like this: I could do it myself at home and even digest it before the order arrived.

I have ordered online from this branch several times and it has always been fine. But the experience on site is just terrible. You quickly notice where the problem is. The same few employees have to operate the Mcdrive, prepare the on-site orders and the online delivery orders, which means that on-site orders are particularly neglected. You get the feeling that it's pure chaos behind the counter and there's no real order in which orders are processed, except that online orders are ready quicker. The on-site experience is further complicated by the fact that hardly any of the employees seem to speak decent German. The display for finished orders was out of order during my last visit, meaning they always had to be called out. It was difficult to understand and caused misunderstandings and frustration. The last time I only ordered two single burgers, the new M and a double hamburger Royal TS. You wouldn't think it would take long, but I waited 15 minutes for these two burgers. There were hardly any people there at the time, but the employees were busy with 6-7 online orders for the supplier. I've waited less for menu orders for three people and when I order online, the delivery person arrives in 15-20 minutes. Locally it has nothing to do with fast food. The concept here urgently needs to be changed.

Unfortunately one of the most terrible McDonald's branches I have ever entered. Starting with the fact that we had to wait half an hour for our two Happy Meals, even though the shop was empty, the food simply didn't taste fresh, which is what you would assume if it took so long. The nuggets were cold and extremely hard and simply didn't look edible anymore. The toilets are the worst. The smell is so unbearable that I almost vomited. The floor was sticky as if the toilets had last been cleaned 3 months ago. Really disgusting!

I ordered from uber eats and instead of 20 plant-based nuggets I got 20 with meat. Then I called there and the employees wanted to completely rip me off. First they said it was just the packaging then they said it was a new recipe. I've eaten them so many times as if I didn't check that they had meat in them. Then they said on the phone that they would pick them up and bring me plant-based nuggets, but nothing has happened for an hour. I'll never order from there again.

Im visiting this branch of McDonalds pretty often and overall had a good experience. The restaurant itself is great, with a clean and comfortable atmosphere, making it a nice place to grab a quick coffee. However, there's room for improvement when it comes to the service. One thing I noticed was that the cappuccino, even for dine-in customers, was served in a takeaway cup instead of a normal cup, and it wasn't served on a tray. It would be much better if drinks for dine-in were presented more thoughtfully, as it would enhance the overall dining experience. Despite this, McDonald's remains a reliable choice for a quick bite. A few small changes could really elevate the experience.

Fantastic experience. The food was top notch and there was a lovely cozy atmosphere, where the staff contributed to creating the coziness. I only give 4/5 stars in service because the party room was a little bit warm Will definitely come again. Maybe already tonight Kh August

somehow a sad place since the ordering terminals: delivery drivers and other people who are just waiting for their number and if you're lucky, nothing is missing. Long live automation (not). I found it dirty on August 11, 2024, the employees were unmotivated and couldn't open their mouths. Drive-in customers are apparently preferred. I waited forever, even though it was supposed to be fast food. I didn't like it either.

Fright! Why do the workers carry the juice with them as if we weren't drinking behind their hands? When ordering 3 times in a row, 20 pieces of mc nuggets are missing, even though it was paid for, and one big mc tasty, even though it was paid for. The last thing the workers want to do is communicate and throw orders on the counters of customers! They are terrible! HR management is even worse because they haven't done anything for more than 6 months

There was no response from the drive in for several minutes so I had to park and order inside. That's where the problem arose when I was waiting for my food. Indian music is playing loudly in the kitchen and the employee doesn't have the headset on. No napkins were added to my order, very poor service overall.

Unfortunately one Mac Rip didn't have enough sauce put on it and I only ordered 1 Mcflury but got three but things like that happen.

After about half an hour, I fled the restaurant without having accomplished anything without ordering anything to eat. I tried to place my order at three terminals. All three were so slow that I left in frustration.

Food ordered via Lieferando, 2 Big Mac menus were ordered including 2 glasses and ketchup and mayo, unfortunately no glasses arrived here, let alone the mayo or ketchup!! You couldn't reach anyone by phone when it felt like there were 50 calls! Never again !!!!!

McDonald's simply cannot find decent operators of their restaurants in Berlin and offer good burgers etc.; In other cities it tastes much better. The fact that in 90% of cases (in my case) something is missing or wrong in the bag when shopping at McDrive is extremely annoying. Not to mention that it often takes an extremely long time for a fast food restaurant. BUT yesterday all the bad experiences were surpassed: 9 “Plant” McNuggets were ordered. When I checked the bag everything was fine, when I got home it was discovered that there were no McPlant nuggets in the package, not even anything vegetarian... There was a Royal TS in the package.

I drive there for a long time every day and there is never any frozen yoghurt and the machine is already clean at 11pm? And it's on a Friday almost every weekend, so every day because hot drinks weren't even about the time! Boss, please take care of it, LG

Very long order waiting time with 5 employees and 3 customers present. The toilet is a separate topic, you can find it in the plant by the smell. And let me mention that the food wasn't even hot. I do not recommend this establishment

Every time you buy food at this branch, the employees always, every time forget to put in some part of the order!!! This happens every time!!! You place an order, pick it up, come home, and there’s always something missing from what you ordered!!! I find this simply appalling. I pay my money for a reason, but for the product I ordered. And why the employees are so careless and inattentive to their work, I cannot understand it. It's horrible!!! If you don’t want to pay your money just for air, then I don’t advise anyone to place an order at this branch!!!

Long waiting time and trying to hand over old, cold goods. After pointing out this defect, you find yourself confronted with impudent staff who try to postulate the freshness of the goods in a shameless manner, even though you know for sure through observation and touch that they have been on the shelf for a long time and have already cooled down. Anyone who allows themselves to employ rude staff must be able to afford it even if this means there are no future visits to the restaurant. Ultimately, as a customer, I am the one who pays all the bills and salaries, so I can expect any impudence towards you. customers is a no go. Operators who have not internalized this and cannot enforce it are unworthy of the visit. I recommend visiting nearby branches where you will be met with friendliness instead of rudeness

Service was good except for small mistakes when returning money and drinking the wrong thing can happen. The only thing that doesn't work is if your food tastes burnt. I got the BTB cold and it tasted very charred.

We were there and super disappointed, our tablet was full of blood because we had heard that before so we wanted to find out if it had happened to anyone else

Order was ok. Everything is correct so far and within the holding value times, even if at the limit. The toilets (ladies) are really bad. While the lower floor was mopped during the visit, the toilets probably hadn't been cleaned properly for a very long time! Apart from the gross stuff (toilet seats were clean), it smells extremely like old urine! And the floor sticks easily overall. The toilets urgently need to be thoroughly cleaned! Both floors, corners and walls!

I left my wallet on a bench in the local. I was able to pick it up at the nearby police station because an employee dropped it off there. Everything was still there! Even the money! Very honest and honorable! Thanks alot!

Heute wieder am Drive-Schalter schnell und gut bedient worden. Sind sehr zufrieden und kommen extra immer wieder hier her.

Essen war ok. Bedienung nett. Aber auf der Toilette richtig widerlich. Mir ist immer noch schlecht. Von drei Toiletten keine einzige sauber. Beim betreten waren 5 Kunden dort. Und so was ekelhaftes haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gesehen.

30 min darauf gewartet endlich an mein Essen zu kommen. Unfassbar

Essen ist Standard. Sehr sehr kalt in Restaurant. Dadurch wird auch das Essen schneller kalt. Wir sind erfroren

Das McD hat schon bessere Tage erlebt. Und man muss das Essen mögen. Für Fastfood ist es ganz ok. Leider war der Burger lau. Hat aber trotzdem geschmeckt. Die Pommes waren nicht so gross wie sonst. Und es war ziemlich kalt im Laden.

Schlimmste McDonald’s !! Beim MCDrive am besten das Fenster schließen.Die Mitarbeiter und der selbsternannte Chef spuckt gerne ins Auto oder drohen dir mit Gewalt , wenn man Gutscheine aus der App einlösen möchte.

Leider fehlten wieder die Spielzeuge in den Happy Meals und ein Burger bei meiner Mcdrive Bestellung. Als ich da angerufen haben, hat der Mitarbeiter einfach aufgelegt. Sehr schlechter Service. Es ist doch nicht so schwer die Bestellung abzulesen und die bestellten Produkte einzupacken. Das passiert immer wieder in dieser Filiale. Definitiv der letzte Besuch in diesem Laden!

После такого обслуживания вообще желание ходить в Макдональдс отпало. Мало того что заказ с третьего раза собрали, кстати не большой, так ещё и отказывались трубочки к напиткам давать. Ещё и спорят стоят.

Gesamtes Personal sollte generalüberholt werden! Keiner fühlt sich für die Kasse zuständig noch zum essen verpacken.. Keiner weiss was der andere macht. Wie Kleinkinder laufen die da hilflos durch die Gegend rum..

Wir sind circa alle 2 Wochen dort. Der Laden ist immer schmuddelig, nicht einladend. Heute haben wir 17(!) Minuten auf unser Essen (to go) gewartet. Zuhause angekommen: alles kalt. Diese Leute dort sind so unglaublich unfähig und die Filialleitung offenbar nicht für diese Art Geschäft geeignet. Wieso gehen da dann doch so viele hin? Mangels Alternativen in der Umgebung. Saftladen.
