McDonald's in Berlin

I was with my wife and my little one because it was very dirty, there was food everywhere on the floor and chairs then the food was cold when we got it, the fries tasted like old fat and the service was great too. Stand at the counter and the counter worker looks Videos and no reviews then I pointed out that it was all dirty and the only answer I got was yes, it was full earlier and you can sometimes overlook something.

-Update Oct 24- Numbers look nice, but they don't play a role here. The main thing is that the system times are correct. Call out instead of display. Unpleasant. -Update February 2023- Orders are not processed as required, which I would consider a health risk for allergy sufferers. Coupons are not used at the drive, because the interior is still closed at night, like at an order terminal - an effective minus for the customer. Every minute attention is now paid to not packing too many cent items such as sauce. -Update after months:- The simplest orders such as two CHEESEburgers with meat, cheese, ketchup and wheat arrive as HAMBurgers. Without cheese, but with onions. With such simple orders, I dare to assume intent. To me that borders on fraud. It's always nice to get something different than what was ordered. My circle of friends hasn't bought anything here for a long time and I will join them in the future. There are also meager places with a massive amount of rubbish at all times of the day from the people who were there before, but this is more of a problem with the public - although more frequent cleaning (not cleaning, ONLY) would be appropriate here. -update from the previous day:- New day, new attempt. 2 burgers. 2 edited incorrectly. -update:- Adjust the opening times to the staff's willingness to work. Not serving customers 15 minutes before the public closing time, not inside but on the drive, is just audacious. And the fact that at least one refrigerator is clearly open doesn't exactly suggest healthy handling of food. -edit:- This branch stopped serving customers several minutes before the end of business. Whether that is in the sense of D.F. or the founders of this fast food restaurant chain? I consider this branch to be ethically unacceptable. Just short-term nourishing food, okay. But not even available, if there is no alternative, at night? I advise everyone who eats here to try other branches. This branch is convincing as a slow restaurant, as long as you can get any food at all. The colleagues in Teltow, for example, obviously work much more effectively. -org. Review:- This McDonald's branch thinks it's a smart business move to send its customers to the drive-thru one hour before closing time. This is particularly great when temperatures are below zero near winter. In addition, there are working card terminals, but they are regularly not used in the “drive-in only” phase and you have to rely on cash. As a result, non-drivers are very unwelcome in this branch at night. The food is mostly average, the service and the ambience I can't miss more than the current minimum number of stars due to the above and other factors. It is not uncommon for orders to not be processed correctly. Unfortunately, I can't comment on this as a positive thing, as it's not uncommon for ordered food to be missing, instead of "wrong orders" creating added value for the customer. The speed of order processing is not in keeping with any franchise and really reflects poorly on the McDonald's franchise. It often happens here that you have to wait longer than 90 minutes for a single standard product like a cheeseburger (without any special requests [!]). (Personal experiences.) This is miserable for a fast food restaurant. In total.

You have to know the employees, then you get free food.

The staff is super friendly even when you point things out to them. This is also a pinnacle throughout Berlin where you don't have to wear a mask despite a certificate. Guests are also in good hands here if they have any questions, wishes or suggestions.

Recently got the wrong bag at McDrive and only noticed it when I got home. I then went back again to get the correct order. Unfortunately, no word of apology, employees were rather annoyed that they now had to redo the order again.

There was no toilet paper but there were flowers on the table

It was very unclean in the restaurant, tables and chairs were not conducive to sitting and eating, the burgers were getting smaller and smaller and the peach bag didn't have a shelf life on it

I have never experienced such a dirty toilet. The floor is sticky, the tiles are dirty. You don't want to sit on the toilet seat at all. What I can say about the ambience is that the staff was louder than the music in the store, a pub atmosphere. The burgers were okay.

The branch is getting worse! The food is often served old and cold. The other night I was there with my children, the tables outside were so dirty that the branch manager (white shirt) came out briefly, looked at it and went straight back in as if everything was fine! We were there for about 45 minutes because the kids were playing outside, but NO ONE came out to clean up! I ask myself, if the person in charge in the white shirt doesn't do anything, who should take over the branch? Lead? Incredible!!

Well, I can understand that the employees there are annoyed, but they chose this job. You can be a little friendlier when you're there as a customer

Just picked up a Big Tasty Bacon. And that's really disgusting. Bacon is missing. Seems like you tried to eat the burger from 10 meters away. Really not recommended. PS the bacon is missing

Unfortunately we stood at the driver in vain for 10 minutes... there were no employees. When we drove up to the cash registers after not being served, they just glanced at us and disappeared back to the back.

Absolutely insane what the store has become. Waiting endlessly for 2 cheeseburgers, ordered without pickle and mustard, of course these two things were still there. Fries always cold, oh no matter absolute disaster here...

I waited half an hour, some of the food was already cold.

Apart from the fact that the preparation of the dishes is sometimes very questionable, not to say simply sloppy, something is missing from at least every second order. Sometimes all the fries were missing, sometimes a portion of nuggets and often sauces. The cleanliness definitely leaves something to be desired. Quite a few of the employees speak almost no German (which is why English has to be spoken more often in the kitchen), which makes the situation even more difficult when trying to get the missing food served. In terms of price, the whole thing is only worth it with the coupons in the app

The meat from the Mac Rip was only half as big, a long roll and half a petti, and there is probably no more small marbecue sauce that I prefer to make myself so I could at least see the meat before eating. Unfortunately it was the last time I was there for me.

At the drive there is sometimes a long waiting time. Prices have risen extremely. Menu on the drive in is barely legible if there is any at all.

As a delivery driver, every time I have to wait 15 - 20 minutes, sometimes even longer, to pick up the order and take it to the customer. It often happens that employees forget something that our client ordered, for example, cola, Fanta or milkshake. This is very unpleasant, especially when the client does not receive everything he ordered.

Here chicken nuggets are repeatedly mixed into the McPlant nuggets. It doesn't work at all. Food inspection is involved.

First tried to order at the terminal, but it didn't work! Then paid via the app in the phone with Paypal. When asked that 2 burgers were missing, no precise information could be given! The invoice only came via email over an hour later! The 2 McChicken were ordered but not released! So you paid twice! The staff is overwhelmed and doesn't feel like it! Better make loud jokes! The tray cart was overflowing! After contacting McDonald's via email, the email was forwarded to this store! No response so far! So they don't care about your customers!

Open until 1:00 a.m. and at 12:45 a.m. the doors are closed and no one answers knocks.

25 minutes wait for a small double hamburger royal cheese menu. After several numbers came after me, I asked and it felt like I got someone else's order - not even a verbal apology or anything else.

Stop at a MCDONALD'S, we were treated kindly even though we didn't order at the terminal but directly at the checkout. The cleanliness was generally okay, only the shelf was full and I had to put everything on the table next to it.

Es ist schön dort, aber zur Zeit echt kalt drin. Leider ohne Heizung da. Essen lecker, entlich mal wieder mein Lieblingsburger McRip gegessen 😀👍👍. Preise naja, müßte es was preiswerter sein weil ja auch viele junge Leute da hin gehen. Ist leider alles ganz schön teuer geworden.

ich bestellte 1 menü:1 big mac 3 pommes 3 softdrinks 20 chicken nuggets und 2 chicken burger und wo ich zuhause ankamm und mich freute auf mein essen sah ich das ich nur 2 pommes 3 softdrinks 2 mc chicken hatte ??? und keine nuggets es wurden nur so 1 big mag und 20 nuggets vergessen und 1 pommes und die cheeseburger wurden zu chickenburger gemacht NIE WIEDER

This McDonald's is different from other fast food stores. Actually, I preferred Burger King when I was in Korea. However, although I have visited and tried several Burger King stores in Berlin over the years, the quality of Burger King in Berlin is so poor that I don't want to go there anymore. I happened to visit this McDonald's store, and I was able to enjoy a delicious burger with plenty of vegetables and sauce, and the patties were fresh. The interior of the store was customer-friendly and each table was decorated with fresh flowers, so I felt more comfortable. The staff were friendly and it was nice to see them working brightly and energetically. Although there are many good burger restaurants in Berlin, McDonald's is also a good alternative if you just want a quick burger.

Freundlicher Service. Burger sind ordentlich belegt, Pommes heiss und nicht versalzen. Sicher ist Mäckes kein 5-Sterne-Restaurant, aber diese Filiale sieht gut geführt aus.

Kalt im Laden. Teuer und nicht lecker.

Es ist bergab gegangen, so dreckig im Speiseraum, Pommes auf dem Boden, Bons, die Tablettwagen quellen über und keiner macht anstalten ml mit Besen oder Lappen sauber zu machen. Die Tische und Sitzplätze sind teilweise ekelerregend. Dieses McDonald's macht Burger King Konkurrenz (Team Wallraff)

In dem Laden ist es Eiskalt.Die Heizung ist ausgefallen . Man kann dort nur mit Jacke sitzen und Essen. Lt. einem Mitarbeiter besteht das Problem schon länger und wird nicht behoben. Selbst die Mitarbeiter arbeiten mit Jacke. Eine Zumutung für alle.

Ich kam heute Sonntag, den 03/12 um 13:26 Uhr zum Mittagessen in Ihr Restaurant, Tisch 27, Grundstück 160... Ich wurde nie bedient. Mir wurden also etwas mehr als 17 € geraubt. Als ich das Grundstück 160 mit meiner Quittung an der Rezeption zurückgab, fand es der anwesende junge Mann nicht einmal seltsam. Ich weiß nicht, wer der Verwalter ist, aber er musste noch viel lernen. Du wirst mich nie wieder sehen. Ich werde auch die Geschäftsführung für Deutschland anschreiben!

Für 37!!!!!! Euro 5 Sachen bestellt. Der Lieferant kam mit nur 2 Artikeln an die auch noch eiskalt waren. Absolutes No Go! Geld wird zurückerstattet. Die Cheeseburger sind so klein geworden. Eine absolute Frechheit! Nie wieder!

Wie McDonald's halt, allerdings wird fast immer was vergessen, und das nervt einfach. Über die App bestellt, dann gab es Funktionsstörungen dann über das Terminal bestellt, urplötzlich ist dann die Bestellung verschwunden. Nach einer Beschwerde wurde die Bestellbestätigung gesucht und die Burger dann nocheinmal nachbereitet. Im Anhang kann sich die Chefetage gerne ein Bild der Mitarbeiter machen.

Eines, wenn nicht sogar DAS schlechteste McDonald's in Süd/West Berlin. Seit ca. zwei Jahren, absolut nicht mehr Besuchbar. 9 von 10 der Mitarbeiter sehen so aus, als hätten sie absolut kein Bock mehr auf irgendwas und genau das spielgelt sich auch in deren Gesichtern und ihrer Arbeitsmoral wieder. Egal ob per Drive-In und 20 Minuten vor dem Schalter auf ein Eis warten, nur um dann vom Manager (nachdem man fünf mal nachgefragt hat, wo denn das Eis bleibt) angemault zu werden und gesagt zu bekommen, dass das Eis alle ist (obwohl man schon vor 20 Minuten bezahlt hat) bis hin zu verriegelten Türen, 1 1/2 Stunden vor Ladenschluss (ohne Information warum, während die Mitarbeiter im Laden am quatschen sind), ist alles dabei. Der Schuppen ist unter aller Sau. 90% meiner Besuche, waren die Tische dreckig, mit vollgepackten Tabletts und auseinander springenden Tablettablagen, während es auf der Herrentoilette aus den Lichtern regnet (Siehe Bild). Die Qualität der Lebensmittel lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Manchmal bekommt man auch einfach nasse oder komplett vertrocknete Burgerbrötchen. Wenn man sich sein Essen mit Tischservice bestellt, wird das fertige Tablett auch gut und gerne mal 15 Minuten auf dem Tresen stehen gelassen. Wenn man schon kein bock hat das Essen zum Tisch zu bringen, dann hätte man ja wenigstens die Nummer aufrufen können. Passierte aber auch nicht. Genau so auch wenn man sich etwas mit einem extrawunsch bestellt, wird das gut und gerne auch mal abgeändert, so wie die Mitarbeiter bock haben. (z.B. man bestellt einen Cheeseburger ohne Gurken, bekommt aber statt ohne Gurken, mit Gurken und ohne Zwiebeln oder gar ohne Käse (bei einem Cheeseburger???)) In 8 von 10 besuchen, ist das Essen kalt, falsch, widerlich und ungenießbar! Ab und zu stehen auch mal ein paar Blumen, in einer kleinen Vase auf den Tischen, falls sie nicht gerade von Müllbergen verschlungen wurden. Da frage ich mich allerdings, ob das der letzte Versuch ist, etwas Ambiente in dieses McDonald's rein zu bringen oder ob die Clowns die dort arbeiten, nicht doch versehentlich ihre Ansteckblume fallen lassen haben. In der Rezension werde ich gefragt, welches essen ich hier empfehle. Was ich allen, die das hier lesen, empfehlen kann ist es soweit weg wie möglich von diesem McDonald's zu bleiben.

Vor zwei Jahren war es mal richtig schön bei euch, doch im letzten Jahr hat es leider sehr nachgelassen. 25min für ein 2 Happy Meals und 20er Nuggets zum Mitnehmen ist für ein fast-Food Restaurant deutlich zu lang. Auch wurden die falschen happy meal Geschenke mitgegeben. Leider zu Hause erst gemerkt. Die Sauberkeit ist leider wirklich unterirdisch. Es klebt überall. Der Boden, die Tische, die Kinderstühle und Sitzbänke sind schon eklig. Die Mitarbeiter scheinen überarbeitet und überfordert zu sein. Wirklich schade, es war mal so schön bei euch.

Das Essen war eine Katastrophe, kalt, zerquetscht und nicht richtig gebraten. Der Service war leider genauso schlimm, wie das essen. Der "Automat" zum selbstbestellen war zwar funktionsfähig, aber nach der Bestellung kam keine Bestellbestätigubg heraus und auch keine Quittung. Bei der Bedienung am Tresen habe ich das Problem geschildet, leider war sie überfordert und verstand nicht wirklich, was mein Problem ist. Die Bestellung tauchte nicht auf der Abholtafel auf und irgendwann schob sie meine Bestellung manuell dazwischen. Auf die schnelle bekamen wir kalte Burger, mit kaltem Käse und unfertigem Fleischy das ziemlich nass geschmecht hat. Leider ist das kein Einzelfall und es kamen öfters Momente, wo ein Teil meiner Bestellung gefehlt hat. Daher vermeide ich diesen Standort inzwischen generell.

Schöner Laden. Bestellen ging am Automaten schnell und einfach. Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und war heiß und lecker. Nach der Arbeit genau das Richtige für einen kleinen Snack. Komme gerne wieder.

Atmosphäre ist übel: laut, viele piepsenden Geräte im Arbeitsbereich, brüllende Mitarbeiter, offensichtlich überfordert. Kalter Gastraum, Essen wie üblich nicht ordentlich warm, Teile fehlen. Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Bereich Verkaustresen lässt zu wünschen übrig, der Fußboden hinter dem Verkaustresen ist so fettig, dass die Angestellten nur schlindern können.

Für McDonald's, ein Recht hübsches und sehr freundliches Restaurant.

Burger waren kalt ... Umtausch erst nach langer Diskussion

Trotz ausreichend Personal dauerte es extrem lange bis die Bestellung servierbereit war die Mitarbeiter diesen planlos durch die Gegend. Der Laden war sehr dreckig bin Eingangsbereich lagen verstreute Pommes rum WCs wurden auch nicht ausreichend gereinigt

Leider schon wieder 2 große pommes vergessen leider erst zuhause aufgefallen. Hauptsache die Mayonnaise ist drin. Lieber immer nochmal reinschauen ! Letztens auch 2 mal vergessen rein geschaut die MA sagt das kann nicht sein obwohl es so war und hat lieblos 2 nicht mal halb gefüllte behälter mitgegeben obwohl man 2 große hatte und einzelt kosten die viel find ich. Evtl da nochmal die MA sensibilisieren?

Der mitarbeiter mit den sommersprossen Brian Berend kam mir etwas nah und versuchte mir die kleidung vom leib zu reißen aber er gab mir einen sanften kuss auf die wange als verabschiedung definitiv mitarbeiter des monats!

Der Mitarbeiter Brian Berend bediente mich lieb mit einem leichten mundgeruch und brach mir mein essen was mir negativ aufgefallen ist das er mir die meiste zeit im Gespräch fake parfürms und fortnite accounts andrehen und verkaufen wollte essen wie immer top!

40 Minuten warten auf 10 Teile, unfreundliches und planloses Personal. Keiner weiß,was er genau machen soll. Nach 40 Minuten zwar die bestellten Teile bekommen,leider kalt und wabbelig. Lagen einfach schon zu lange.
