Staff hardly understands German.

The McSpicy is an outrage! Small, bone dry, and brutally hot. I like spicy food, but this is just too much. The breading is rock hard, too. €6.39 is an insult for such rubbish.

The delivery time was 1.5 hours, and no one notified us of the delay. The food arrived cold and tasted stale; half of it ended up in the trash. A waste of money.

I've been getting my burgers there since I was a teenager, so I was 15 years old, admittedly. I was missing a burger or fries once, which I still had to get, but I can't understand the bad reviews. Well, sometimes the new employees don't speak German very well, where English is recommended. But you can also order at the terminal on site. The fact that the branch is sometimes dirty is due to the progressive degradation of society, which has neither a great education nor decency and therefore can't pass it on. (Unfortunately.) So I like eating there! Peace! :-)

We were at the drive-thru on Friday. The employee was very friendly. He didn't understand everything completely, but that can happen. One employee then asked us how our burgers were prepared, which was great. Unfortunately, we didn't get any Sprite, even though we had ordered it. It was some kind of mixture that we didn't drink. So two drinks ended up in the trash and then a chili cheeseburger was missing. I mean, sure, we didn't check the bags when we left the drive-thru, but they packed them for us based on the receipt, and we thought such a small order would be okay. That means we paid more than 10 euros for nothing. That's a real shame and of course annoying. You can't call the restaurant either. All in all, it was a very bad experience.

Unfortunately, my Burger was sitting at a slight angle in the packaging, and the patty was broken. It's a disgrace to serve a burger like that. One of the worst McDonald's restaurants I've ever been to.

Written August 2025: It was a peaceful atmosphere, we got our food quickly, and everything was delicious. There's parking, a slide, and a play area.

The McDonald's team leader is so fat, ugly, and silly, and she behaves very rudely. She has no sense of how to treat customers. I don't understand how the McDonald's team could hire someone with such irrational behavior.

I'm not usually one for writing reviews, but I couldn't let my experience go. The two young men were very friendly, but the manager was truly awful (if I heard correctly, her name was Guida). It's not normal for the staff to be treated so rudely and inhumanely that even the customers next to me felt uncomfortable and complained. It's not normal for them to clap and snap their fingers as if the staff were animals and to scream whenever something small happens, even so loudly that you can hear the screaming from the kitchen throughout the entire dining room. It's definitely not normal! It's also possible to treat the staff in a normal tone of voice and respectfully. Under these circumstances, I won't want to come back!

Ordered for pickup again, and again, items were missing from my order. This is by far the worst McDonald's in all of Berlin.

Twice within 14 days, parts of the order (fries, cheeseburger) weren't packed...despite asking the second time if everything was there and nothing was forgotten. When I got home, I was excited about the food, unpacked it, and then the disappointment set in...it's not that difficult to check if everything was complete...or if the system forgot it?! 11/11/23, 9 p.m. The store is almost empty, but all the tables are dirty, and the self-service stations have no paper in their printers.

Unfortunately, the quality is declining massively. The food is rarely packaged immaculately; it's more likely to be thrown in carelessly, and forgetting sauce on burgers is standard.

This place is just dirty and disgusting. We came here right after landing from vacation and were absolutely disgusted. Every table was just filthy and sticky. None of the staff cares. You wait forever for the burgers. Very poor service! Not recommended!

That seems to be the new required filling quantity for a €3 bottle here. Last week at another McDonald's the thing was full to the top.

My wife brought food: nuggets instead of burgers/no dip (which was paid for separately)/no mayonnaise!!! Simply awful!

My impression of the Osdorfer Straße branch was initially nice and I had a lot of fun, but in the end, without any understanding of what a nice place to work is, it was really disappointing. They always tried to do their best and get all the burgers and orders to people. I had tried to do my work as best I could as possible, as agreed, and trying to follow up went wrong because I couldn't be tolerated because I was 15 minutes late, but they still made all the burgers until the end of my shift. Then they supposedly overwhelmed me, even though I did everything correctly. That's not what I expected from a friendly team. I feel used. Really great, thanks for the quick notice.

Fries are horrible. Not the first time. Burger is nice though.

I ordered today via Wolt (1.3 km away) and the delivery time was 70 minutes, which can happen when no delivery drivers are available. What I wasn't expecting were cold burgers that, according to the stamp, were ready more than 40 minutes before delivery. Embarrassing for THE fast food giant.

How can I rate a service that doesn't exist? 🤔. I have to enter my order myself at the terminal and then wait a long time to pick it up. The staff rarely speaks German. Everything has deteriorated considerably.

The wait feels way too long. There are other locations that handle it better. Also, the burger wasn't exactly warm, and the fries were too salty.

Unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly. The order (takeout) was incorrect. Instead of a double Big Mac, which was also paid for, there was only a single Big Mac.

As disappointing as any McDonald's in Froitzheim. The ice cream is stingy as always, and what's in it tastes watered down. How is that even possible? Thousands of people "work" there, but no one actually does anything.

Always full, well attended and popular

Preferably not a single star! I've been to Drive-In many times now, and paid items are always missing! The fries and sauces are always missing from the menu, sometimes even the BURGERS!!! I mean, how can it be that almost half of it is missing! We pay for something we DON'T GET!!!!!!! Then they want to CALL YOU AND YES, THE PIG PICKS UP!! I want my money back!!!

The entrance to the McDrive isn't easy to find. It's not well-signposted. It took an unusually long time to get our order.

We're going to McDonalds - Hurray?! The children's playground serves as a smoking reserve. This is no accident because the overfull, smelly ashtrays speak for themselves! There would be enough legal recourse - smoking in playgrounds is, after all, an administrative offense. In general, the entire outdoor area is dirty with day-old spills and leftover food. The cleaning service doesn't come until 8:20 a.m. But the restaurant opens at 7! Are the early customers not as important as the late ones? The invoice receipts also puzzle me. Addendum after reading the other reviews: 3 customers were thrilled, 1 Customer gave 5 stars despite many defects, ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS: - Nagging, abusive boss - Demotivated employees - Dirty shop - incomplete delivery - Disgusting toilets - fussy parking regulations with parking tickets for customers I think the MCD headquarters could provide a quick remedy here: -Separate from the franchisee and use another one - This should also enable employees to work better - Reinforce or replace cleaning team - Talk to the center administration about the parking rules, increase the parking time (2 hours should be enough?) or issue parking tickets that identify customer cars as such and allow for longer parking times. Other option: Close, tear down, this branch currently confirms or exceeds the full picture of all fast food opponents!

I waited over 10 minutes for my breakfast today after ordering. That's just too long. Unorganized.

It was OK and it suited my purpose exactly. In the meantime the car was being charged.

The food was good but the service was a bit disgusting. But the ambience, like in any restaurant with fast food, is not very good.

We go here often because we live nearby. Service is always quick and the atmosphere is pretty good for a fast food restaurant.

Way too little sauce on the Mac flurry

I placed an order through the application, they wrote that delivery would take about 30 minutes, I waited an hour and a half for the order, although the delivery address was 10 minutes away, the service is at the worst level

Waited 30 minutes for the food and it still doesn't come. Although I asked again. After 40 minutes the food came, but you couldn't eat in peace because a McDonald's employee swept under my table twice and wanted me to lift my legs for a moment.

Unfortunately one of the worst McDonald's I've come across. Unfriendly staff, dirty places and worst of all the toilets. These are definitely not cleaned regularly, defective toilet seats that are also full of feces and the floor around them, rarely toilet paper and children are usually only able to wash their hands at the sink or even get to the soap from 8/9 years old (due to their height) (due to their height). Absolutely bad! I ordered there twice and the sauces were missing twice. The second time I left a note saying that I was pregnant and PLEASE don't forget the sauces - again not there. The worst McDonald's in Berlin We ordered through Lieferando and had a terrible experience. We didn't receive our order and had nothing but trouble with them. Never again.

Ordered breakfast via the app. Due to a traffic jam we were there 7 minutes after 10.30am. Because of 7! For minutes it was no longer possible to receive our order. How can you be so inflexible?

Not recommended at all. Employees too overwhelmed, unfriendly, order only half packed because of complaints, no one can ever be reached.... Never again at this location

Once again I forgot napkins in the drive-in and got a Coke instead of a purchased Fanta, as I noticed later on the way. Good if you want to eat in the car and can't tolerate caffeine.

Yes and no. The place is typical McDonald's but the toilets are a disaster: they ALWAYS stink to high heaven to the point of vomiting, they are often clogged and the toilet seat is loose. Is it unreasonable that the office says nothing? It's a restaurant.

Went there again today to try the M-Burger. The taste was quite good, but if you compare the advertising of the burger with what you get, it's very sad. Beautiful and modern restaurant in a convenient location. It impresses with its modern ambience. A large selection on the menu, there is something for everyone. Everything is offered, from starters to main courses and even desserts. All dishes were delicious and rich. Large selection of drinks. Very good and fast service and delicious food..

The McFlurry is way too small. I've never had so little ice cream in my cup at Mc's. When I asked, the cup was not filled but explained that everyone else always puts too much in it. Sorry, but no. The staff was very unfriendly. I won't get one anymore, not for almost 5 euros.

I advise everyone who orders "to take away": check carefully on site and in front of the employees to make sure that all the products are in the bag. Unfortunately, there is no excuse if something is missing.

Ordered 2x Mac Smart Menu. 1 x 2 cheeseburgers and 1 x 2 chicken burgers, for take away. All burgers were completely dry, one cheeseburger was completely missing ketchup and all the others were completely dry. Fries were well... Service was good to us. Only the head started shouting loudly at one of the employees in front of all of us guests when he wanted to help, an absolute no-go what she did. Everyone was shocked and looked... but she didn't even say sorry or anything... If we had had time, we would have gone back because of the citizens.

Quite a long wait to find out at home that they only packed 8 nuggets instead of 9, that the double cheeseburger was extremely dry and the fries were completely unsalted. We celebrated a children's birthday here. If you order for 10 people, delivery will take a while. The children then wanted to play and the adults wanted to chat. Consistent with expectations: The food tasted exactly like you'd expect from McDonald's. My Big Mac and fries were the familiar comfort food I was craving. Clean and well-maintained: The restaurant seemed clean and organized, including the dining area and restrooms. The Not-So-Good: Nothing special: It's just your standard McDonald's. Don't expect anything fancy or out of the ordinary. Could be friendlier: The staff were efficient but not particularly friendly. A bit more warmth would have been appreciated. Typical fast-food atmosphere: It's a bit loud and busy, not the most relaxing place to enjoy a meal. The toilet is simply impossible, they don't seem to know how to clean, the corners are dirty and there are cobwebs in the corners. The floor in front of the cash registers is so greasy that you slip on the floor.

The ice cream is better than at Bürgerking, but they don't have frozen yogurt anymore, which annoys me a lot. I find Bürger better at Bürgerking.

I was with my wife and my little one because it was very dirty, there was food everywhere on the floor and chairs, then the food was cold when we got it, the fries tasted like old fat and the service was also great. Stand at the counter and the counter worker looks Videos and no reviews then I pointed out that it was all dirty and the only answer I got was yes, it was full earlier and you can sometimes miss something.

You have to know the employees, then you get free food.

Without cheese, but with onions. With such simple orders, I dare to assume intent. To me that borders on fraud. It's always nice to get something different than what was ordered. My circle of friends hasn't bought anything here for a long time and I will join them in the future. Whether that is in the sense of D.F. or the founders of this fast food restaurant chain? I consider this branch to be ethically unacceptable. Just short-term nourishing food, okay. But not even available, if there is no alternative, at night? I advise everyone who eats here to try other branches. This branch is convincing as a slow restaurant, as long as you can get any food at all. The colleagues in Teltow, for example, obviously work much more effectively. -org. Review:- This McDonald's branch thinks it's a smart business move to send its customers to the drive-thru one hour before closing time. This is particularly great when temperatures are below zero near winter. In addition, there are working card terminals, but they are regularly not used in the “drive-in only” phase and you have to rely on cash. As a result, non-drivers are very unwelcome in this branch at night. The staff is super friendly even when you point things out to them. This is also a pinnacle throughout Berlin where you don't have to wear a mask despite a certificate. Guests are also in good hands here if they have any questions, wishes or suggestions.

Recently got the wrong bag at McDrive and only noticed it when I got home. I then went back again to get the correct order. Unfortunately, no word of apology, employees were rather annoyed that they now had to redo the order again.

I have never experienced such a dirty toilet. The floor is sticky, the tiles are dirty. You don't want to sit on the toilet seat at all. What I can say about the ambience is that the staff was louder than the music in the store, a pub atmosphere. The burgers were okay.

The branch is getting worse! The food is often served old and cold. The other night I was there with my children, the tables outside were so dirty that the branch manager (white shirt) came out briefly, looked at it and went straight back in as if everything was fine! We were there for about 45 minutes because the kids were playing outside, but NO ONE came out to clean up! I ask myself, if the person in charge in the white shirt doesn't do anything, who should take over the branch? Lead? Incredible!!

Well, I can understand that the employees there are annoyed, but they chose this job. You can be a little friendlier when you're there as a customer
