McDonald's in Berlin

My drink was cold like it is supposed to be, my food hot the paddy was juicy and hot, the salad was perfectly crispy and cold, everything was perfect thanks.

Quick and easy what else can you say.

I got a dino from my happy meal and was then attacked by it 10/10

I ordered take away and came to eat on site. Had to be repackaged. I was then blamed because the receipt said to eat on site even though I clearly said take-away at the checkout. I ordered a happy meal because of the current Pokémon cards and the cards weren't included. Of course I only noticed it when I got home At least they worked quickly despite the large number of customers (more than can fit in the store).

Warm cola and no ice available.

I used to not like this McDonald’s that much in the past because the opening hours were chaotic and also the food was not that great. But I guess management changed and it’s really great now, the food is awesome, you can trust the working hours and all around it’s great.

Ich bin seit 1990 Kunde bei McDonalds und habe gerne dort gegessen. Doch seitdem McDonalds seine App hat und ständig die Restaurants erneuert macht es mir kein Spaß mehr. Heute wollte ich per App einen Gutschein für Milkshake anwenden und einen Doppelchickenburger bestellen per App. Was passiert, sie sagen ich muss noch drauf bezahlen, wenn ich den Milkshake haben will, weil der Coupon nicht bei ihnen gültig ist. Doch meine App hat mir den McDonalds vorgeschlagen und dort auch den Coupon mir zur Verfügung gestellt. Was soll diese Kundenverarsche???? Milliarden verdienen, aber ein gültiger Coupon muss zurückgenommen werden und als Kunde soll man dann noch ein Mehrpreis in Kauf nehmen. Kundenunfreundlicher geht es nicht!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Das habe ich nicht zum ersten Mal erlebt, daher habe ich die Schnauze voll. NIE WIEDER MCDONALDS. Seit 1990 bis Januar 2025 war ich Kunde, aber ist McDonalds völlig egal. Daher ist McDonalds jetzt mir egal!

We got stomach aches after having our sandwich. We were 4 people but 3 of us got sick from eating there.

Pretty cold burgers and burnt bread, fast service. The workers don't talk to you. How robots

They refuse to offer table service even though the kiosks give the option and if asked about it they say "we don't have the capacity". Seems like a business problem to me. They refuse to actually read what is ordered on the kiosks (e.g. literally NEVER give you coffee cream without being asked). And worst of all, they forget something from your order about 50% of the time and NEVER apologize.

It's a shame that many McDonald's stores still can't fill up the fries. If I order a large french fry, I don't want my bag almost half full. There clearly needs to be more investment in technology here: unfortunately, employees can't manage it, so we need more robots.

Short and sweet!! The service takes a long time, it's dirty and the food is cold. I wouldn't eat there again.

My pack of 9 Chicken McNuggets only contained 8 pieces. When I asked an employee (no knowledge of German) they simply pointed in the direction of the checkout, where 30 people were standing. Burger King again next time.

Breakfast at McDonald's used to be much better. It's sad that wood is wasted on useless cutlery; guests who can't bite heartily have a problem. Coffee machine wasn't working properly, resulting in long waiting times.

I had to wait longer than usual, and the staff seemed impatient and not very customer-focused. Disappointing experience this time.

No employee wore gloves when processing the food.

Food was good. I ordered a McSmart menu + chicken nuggets 6x and that tasted good too. The negative thing is that even though I ordered online you simply didn't add any points to my McDonald's app!!! This really sucks and I want my points otherwise I'll never go to McDonald's again!!

You forgot the toy in my Happy Meal! This was for my two year old cousin. After all, it's quick as a card payer.

I don’t recommend going in at all in the morning; if the place is empty, breakfast takes more than 15 minutes to prepare. Take your time and walk in circles

My two kids convinced me to go to McDonald's a few days ago, but I'm actually not a big fan of it. I don't think there's much to say about the food, as you usually know what you're getting. Except that my child simply received a different Buger that he didn't order. We ordered online from a kind of tray. What was very positive was the location, it was quiet and actually quite empty. There is a staircase that leads upstairs. Despite the wrong burger, I am very positively surprised! Gladly again!

Unfortunately when we were there it was very crowded (see picture). The store can't do anything about that at first: but you can see that the food was just thrown together quickly. There are much better options here at Alexa than eating here. We won't do it anymore.

Were there on August 17th, 2024. Was ok. There are better McDonald's but also worse ones. Dirty, takes forever, numbers sometimes just disappear. That's why we preferred to eat our food in the hotel room rather than on site

They are very, very slow, more than half an hour to receive our order and they also calmly talk to each other.

HMC Donalds im Alexa am Alexanderplatz ist wirklich das schlimmste MC Donalds die Mitarbeiter super unfreundlich und Respektlos ,haben letztens einer älteren dame zur Seite geschubst um diesen Wagen durch zubekommen und sie dann noch angemeckert wurde heute rausgeworfen weil ich mich bei der Managerin beschweren wollte das 1. Mitarbeiter unfreundlich sind 2. Das sie(Mitarbeiter )meine Codes einfach von mein Tablet abziehen 3. Es da einfach stinkt wirklich ich hasse kein MC Donalds so wie das vor 2 Wochen wurde mir von ein Mitarbeiter Kaffe übergeschüttelt auch wenn es ausversehen war ! Nervig . Vor allem weil ich die Reinigung selbst bezahlen durfte die Mitarbeiter fasen einfach so in die Pommes und essen , vor ca ein Monat war meine Bestellung weg und es war ja angeblich meine Schule !? Bitte macht was !

Hello, MC Donalds in Alexa is really the worst McDonalds, the employees are super unfriendly and disrespectful, they recently pushed an older lady to the side to get this car through and then complained about her and was thrown out today because I wanted to complain to the manager about it 1. Employees are unfriendly 2. That they (employees) simply remove my codes from my tablet 3. It just really stinks I don't hate McDonald's like that 2 weeks ago an employee spilled coffee on me, even if it was accidentally! Annoying . Especially because I was allowed to pay for the cleaning myself, the employees just went to the fritters and ate them, my order was gone about a month ago and it was supposedly my school!? Please do something!

This McDonald’s was quite nice, though a bit noisy. The food, service, and waiting times were average, and it’s located a bit far from the main entrance of the mall. However, the interior design and seating options were impressive. I got takeout, but the terrace looked amazing and very unique. I’ll definitely have to try it next time, and I recommend you do as well

This McDonald's worker was so unfriendly and I had to wait 20 minutes for a menu to take away. A culinary experience you could say xD

Only waited 20 minutes for the order, even though there was nothing going on... There is a lack of cleanliness in every corner, from fries lying around, oil flowing over the floor or rubbish on the terrace. After the garbage was already flying around outside, it was picked up. Castles were packaged very callously and didn't taste good at all, the only thing that was good was the milkshake.

10 minutes for two ice creams and two apple turnovers and then you want to fob one off with half-melted ice cream. At least the newly made ice cream arrived quickly. So you're out after 13 minutes

I had a very bad experience at McDonald's today. The chicken nuggets I got tasted like they were from yesterday, not crispy and had an old taste. The fries were completely unsalted, bland and without any taste. I'm really disappointed with the quality of the food and service here.

Ordered yesterday, forgot BigMc. Ordered again today and again a BigMc and a chicken burger were missing.... What is that?! Addendum after the answer from the owner. After 2 months I accidentally ordered here instead of at the Ostbahnhof and again something was missing... 2x 6 nuggets... that's really cheeky. There is ALWAYS something missing, and not just a little (e.g. a packet of ketchup or something) Impudence!! Recommend everyone not to order here! IT IS ALWAYS INCOMPLETE, AS CAN BE READ IN OTHER REVIEWS!!!

Waited a total of 15' for 2 simple burgers. My number just disappeared from the screen, and when I asked about it, the stuff responds every time in German, ending with saying "one moment." People were ordering and getting their meals before me all the time, while I was standing in front of the staff to see if anyone will care that I've been waiting there for 15'

I ordered two cheeseburgers and three Mc-Double Chili Cheese to take away. I got two cheeseburgers and three cheeseburgers in the double cheeseburger packaging. Be sure to check on site!!! By the time I realized it, it was too late to return them. Either the international staff is not able to read German and work correctly, or it is a scam for the tourists. They won't come back anyway. But I hope they had a bad day. But that's not likely given the many other reviews. For me as a Berliner, never again!!!

absolutely overcrowded and service is terrible. You can understand that since it is in a tourist hotspot. but unfortunately it doesn't stop there. app is not working properly: coupon is accepted at the machine, but the process is automatically canceled and the coupon is unusable (cannot be reactivated). The service person says that they know that, but they can't give it at the coupon price. That's how you can fool customers. Give out coupons, but make some of them unusable. Better save your money and eat right.

After waiting a full 20 minutes for two portions of fries and two coffees, we were told when we asked that the coffee machine needed to be "recalibrated". Our fries were then served to us cold. We have never experienced such terrible service.

Good place to eat peace fully. Charging plug available. It is inside the Mall. More space available. Value of money. Quantity is enough for lunch.

Der McRib gleicht einem Fettklumpen mit Ketchup. Ungenießbar, sodass er zurück ging. Anstatt das Geld wieder zubekommen, was gewünscht war wurde gesagt, dass dies nicht ginge und ein neuer McRib gefertigt. Das Ergebnis war dasselbe. Er wanderte also in den Müll. Schickt eure Mitarbeiter in diesem Laden zur Schulung! Das ist mir in noch keiner Filiale passiert. 6€ für die Tonne!

Mayonaise wird fast immer vergessen

Viel zu voll, inkompetentes Personal. Lange Wartezeit und dann fehlt die Hälfte. Von Servietten ganz zu schweigen.

Vor der Abreise aus Berlin noch einmal schnell ins Alexa nähe Alexanderplatz. Wir wollten wegen der langen Schlange an den Terminals mündlich bestellen. Dies war hier möglich, leider tat sich die Angestellte schwer meine deutsche Sprache zu erfassen. Bis ich hier durch war, hätte ich mich auch an einen Terminal anstellen können. Zu allem Überfluss kam mein bestellter McRib ohne das untere Brötchen im Karton an. Also wieder nach vorne an die Sprachbarriere um zu reklamieren. Zwischenzeitlich lief uns Die Zeit weg, wegen der angesetzten Rückfahrt. Alles in allem eine Katastrophe. 5 Minuten Burger essen und 20 Minuten abstehen. Dieser Laden ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen!!

Ging schnell mit der Bestellabwicklung, trotz des vollen Ladens. Das Menü big mac hatte nicht den üblichen Geschmack die Sessel zuviel von einer Sorte und das Fleisch kam mir schon zu unfrisch vor irgendwie so trocken.

Vorne weg das Essen war gut, außer die Fries waren nicht wirklich warm und der Brownie nicht frisch! Aber heute fand ich 2 Situationen mit einer Angestellten unangenehm. Erst lief sie vor mir eng durch, als ich direkt an der Kasse stand. Das gehört sich generell nicht. Dabei ist auch mein Schuh dreckig geworden. Muss nicht sein. Das 2. Mal nahm sie ungefragt meine McDonald's Tüte beim Abfall wegräumen vom Tisch. Auch das gehört sich nicht. Man wird gestört, ich brauchte sie noch und man sollte fragen. Ansonsten frage ich mich allgemein wer sich diese Änderung ausdenkt, dass grundsätzlich alles in Tüten gepackt wird. Erst dann wird gefragt, ob man vor Ort isst und alles kommt so auf ein Tablet!? Und deshalb kommt es auch dazu: Ich hatte einen Brownie. Tja im Karton. Kein Teller, keine Gabel. Und das isst man dann so vor Ort neuerdings!? Schade, denkt mal drüber nach. Ich nahm ihn dann mit, um zu Hause vernünftig zu Essen.

It's a McDonald's. There's not much else to say. Tried it to see how it would compare to the McDonald's back home and apart from having a few extra items on the menu, at least compared to last I went to one about 5 years ago, it was pretty much the same. Tried the McRib since I've heard about it before but it was never on the menu in Sweden and was woefully disappointed, very bland and a mess to eat.

Das Restaurant war sauber, die Mitarbeiter bemüht, die Tische schnell abzuräumen. Allerdings herrscht hier eine Bahnhofshalle-Athmosphäre, für uns war es zu laut. Eine Unterhaltung in normaler Lautstärke ist sehr anstrengend. Für den Tischservice gab es bei uns keine Aufsteller.

Der Tisch wurde direkt vor uns abgewischt und war dreckig und klebrig!!! Das Menü haben wir über Bestelltafeln geordert - was gut funktioniert hat. Dafür wurde NATÜRLICH die Bestellung falsch zusammengestellt. Das Essen hat wie immer gut geschmeckt. Ich habe auch nichts erwartet, also konnte ich nicht enttäuscht werden. Unregelmässig werde ich bestimmt wieder kommen.... Leider stehen die Bestelltafeln zu eng und leider gibt es keinen Tischservice, welchen Mc eigentlich anbietet.

Hatte 20 min Wartezeit und 1 nugget zu wenig + Cola nicht gamz voll -2. So enttäuscht

Essen war lecker, auch an einem vollen Tag das Esser relativ schnell bekommen. Service war mau, nicht mal ein Wort gewechselt und es war ein wenig unsauber und zu überfüllt.

Sehr schlechte HACCP und Hygienepraxis. Mitarbeiter waschen sich nicht die Hände und fassen an der Fritteuse ihr privates Telefon an und portionieren anschließend essen ! Bitte schult eure Mitarbeiter!

Habe mir ein mc flurry bestellt mit 3 mal oreo topping. Hatte genauso viel drin, wie meine freunde mit zwei mal topping.

Nutzt die Bildschirme über dem Tresen auch dafür, wofür die gedacht sind. Schont eure Stimme.

Nette Mitarbeiter und schneller Service

Vieles fehlte - das ist normal - also ging ich zu einigen Mitarbeitern und fragte höflich nach den fehlenden Dingen. Sie waren nett genug, mir alles zu geben, was fehlte. Als ich zu meiner Familie zurückkehrte, erlaubte mir einer der Mitarbeiter von McDonald's nicht, auf der Terrasse mit meiner Familie zu essen. Er sagte, neues Essen sei auf der Terrasse nicht erlaubt. Ich erklärte ihm, dass es sich nicht um neues Essen handelte, sondern um fehlende Dinge! Es schien ihm egal zu sein! Er sagte sogar meiner Familie, sie hätten 5 Minuten, um zu essen und zu gehen, obwohl sie gerade erst angefangen hatten zu essen! Daher bat ich meine Familie, hereinzukommen und die Terrasse zu verlassen. Sehr unfreundlich! Sie brachten das Essen und sagten nicht einmal, dass die Terrasse geschlossen wird, und nach 5 Minuten wurden wir gebeten zu gehen!

Dieses McDonalds ist im Einkaufscenter drin. Schnelle und einfach Bedienung über die Terminals zum bestellen. Wir hatten Glück das wir drin sitzen konnten aber falls es drinne keinen Platz gibt, gibt es draussen noch einen Foodcourt zum Speisen. Trotz vielen Gästen immer gut gelaunte Mitarbeiter da. Gerne wieder!
