The food at this location is fresher and tastier than in the other branches, and the service is fast. Highly recommended!

I'm usually a regular at this store, as I also work at Alexa, but unfortunately, I won't be able to go there anymore. On Friday, November 7, 2025, around 2:30 p.m., I ordered a McWrap Plant Nuggets Honey Mustard and a medium portion of fries with mayo from a kiosk. It's always very busy there on weekends, but I still received my food to-go very quickly. I was pleased about that, but it also made me suspicious because vegetarian orders (I'm a vegetarian and used to it) always take a while, as they're rarely ordered and usually have to be freshly prepared. Turns out: I developed food poisoning that lasted several days, which manifested itself clearly 30-60 minutes after eating the McDonald's food: circulatory collapse and acute stomach problems, which even resulted in a subsequent visit to the emergency room on Sunday. ... Please double-check your hygiene standards; you've lost me as a loyal customer after two years. :(

The tables are all dirty. The tray carts are overflowing. My order took 22 minutes to prepare. It took a total of 35 minutes for me to receive it. Not for the impatient.

Thank you so much to the McDonald’s restaurant manager! They kindly gave us a toy we had been searching for a very long time. You order from them at Lieferando, the confirm it, then only after 30 minutes they cancel it. You starve. Don't order from them! They are worse then the inquisition torturers.

I highly recommend stopping by for a rib burger. It's amazing, absolutely delicious. The only downside is that they don't have a restroom, but they do provide wet wipes. The food was good and the service was lovely. Four stars for having to run around looking for a restroom, which was too far from the restaurant.

The bacon and egg wrap I got for breakfast was actually cold. not sure if it had been sitting there for ages or maybe even from last night?

The burger was hot and fresh. No complaints. The "service" was abysmal. The staff strolled up to the counter silently and seemingly bored, and not a single word was exchanged during the ordering process (cash only at the counter). The server simply held up their hand for the receipt. Not even a "good day" or a "hello." Sad 👎🏽👎🏽

They ran out of oat milk on a Monday at 4 PM—surely this could have been anticipated and restocked in advance…

Finally, a good McD's near Alexanderplatz. The place is beautiful, I like the style, and even its location inside the Alexa shopping center. The service, like almost all fast food restaurants here, is slow compared to McD's standards—not excessively so, but considering it wasn't very crowded, we had a bit of a wait. The many menus to suit all tastes offer a wide selection. The place is clean and well-kept, which isn't always a given.

Couldn't find the damn place in that huge mall. Not even any signs pointing where it is.

Decent food but disgusting terrace, people don't clear the trays so all the flies/wasps are attracted, making it impossible to eat peacefully outside.

Ordered a cheese fries and received no fries but empty bags. WHERE ARE THE FRIES? I ASK FOR REFUND.

Some of the burgers were raw! Fries were only half-filled. Then I don't need to order large meals if they aren't filled properly.

The amount was paid via the app and was debited three times! I was credited once, but I was billed twice. This has never happened before. I waited 14 days because I already contacted support via the app, but anyone who can't get a refund within 14 days is apparently doing it intentionally. Addendum: In response to the review, I was asked to send another email. This happened on June 6, 2023, and no response has been received since. Addendum: June 2025, the money was never refunded.

Service was ok despite the lack of German it was possible to understand each other, food was ok although the visual aspects could be improved, the cheese was crookedly placed on the burger, too much sauce so that half of it was a dry bun and the other was soaked in sauce and with cheese that was sticking out of the sandwich in half, overall ok

You get for two meals 1 napkin!!! This really needs improvement! And no straws…

I think it's really bad McDonald's. I ordered 9 chicken nuggets and got 8. A friend of mine had that too. Bad service. I find this unimaginable, this should not happen. A real shame

My drink was cold like it is supposed to be, my food hot the paddy was juicy and hot, the salad was perfectly crispy and cold, everything was perfect thanks.

I ordered take away and came to eat on site. Had to be repackaged. I was then blamed because the receipt said to eat on site even though I clearly said take-away at the checkout. I ordered a happy meal because of the current Pokémon cards and the cards weren't included. Of course I only noticed it when I got home At least they worked quickly despite the large number of customers (more than can fit in the store).

I used to not like this McDonald’s that much in the past because the opening hours were chaotic and also the food was not that great. But I guess management changed and it’s really great now, the food is awesome, you can trust the working hours and all around it’s great.

Ich bin seit 1990 Kunde bei McDonalds und habe gerne dort gegessen. Doch seitdem McDonalds seine App hat und ständig die Restaurants erneuert macht es mir kein Spaß mehr. Heute wollte ich per App einen Gutschein für Milkshake anwenden und einen Doppelchickenburger bestellen per App. Was passiert, sie sagen ich muss noch drauf bezahlen, wenn ich den Milkshake haben will, weil der Coupon nicht bei ihnen gültig ist. Doch meine App hat mir den McDonalds vorgeschlagen und dort auch den Coupon mir zur Verfügung gestellt. Was soll diese Kundenverarsche???? Milliarden verdienen, aber ein gültiger Coupon muss zurückgenommen werden und als Kunde soll man dann noch ein Mehrpreis in Kauf nehmen. Kundenunfreundlicher geht es nicht!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Das habe ich nicht zum ersten Mal erlebt, daher habe ich die Schnauze voll. NIE WIEDER MCDONALDS. Seit 1990 bis Januar 2025 war ich Kunde, aber ist McDonalds völlig egal. Daher ist McDonalds jetzt mir egal!

Pretty cold burgers and burnt bread, fast service. The workers don't talk to you. How robots

They refuse to offer table service even though the kiosks give the option and if asked about it they say "we don't have the capacity". Seems like a business problem to me. They refuse to actually read what is ordered on the kiosks (e.g. literally NEVER give you coffee cream without being asked). And worst of all, they forget something from your order about 50% of the time and NEVER apologize.

It's a shame that many McDonald's stores still can't fill up the fries. If I order a large french fry, I don't want my bag almost half full. There clearly needs to be more investment in technology here: unfortunately, employees can't manage it, so we need more robots.

My pack of 9 Chicken McNuggets only contained 8 pieces. When I asked an employee (no knowledge of German) they simply pointed in the direction of the checkout, where 30 people were standing. Burger King again next time.

Breakfast at McDonald's used to be much better. It's sad that wood is wasted on useless cutlery; guests who can't bite heartily have a problem. Coffee machine wasn't working properly, resulting in long waiting times.

I had to wait longer than usual, and the staff seemed impatient and not very customer-focused. Disappointing experience this time.

Food was good. I ordered a McSmart menu + chicken nuggets 6x and that tasted good too. The negative thing is that even though I ordered online you simply didn't add any points to my McDonald's app!!! This really sucks and I want my points otherwise I'll never go to McDonald's again!!

My two kids convinced me to go to McDonald's a few days ago, but I'm actually not a big fan of it. I don't think there's much to say about the food, as you usually know what you're getting. Except that my child simply received a different Buger that he didn't order. We ordered online from a kind of tray. What was very positive was the location, it was quiet and actually quite empty. There is a staircase that leads upstairs. Despite the wrong burger, I am very positively surprised! Gladly again!

Unfortunately when we were there it was very crowded (see picture). The store can't do anything about that at first: but you can see that the food was just thrown together quickly. There are much better options here at Alexa than eating here. We won't do it anymore.

Were there on August 17th, 2024. Was ok. There are better McDonald's but also worse ones. Dirty, takes forever, numbers sometimes just disappear. That's why we preferred to eat our food in the hotel room rather than on site

They are very, very slow, more than half an hour to receive our order and they also calmly talk to each other.

Hello, MC Donalds in Alexa is really the worst McDonalds, the employees are super unfriendly and disrespectful, they recently pushed an older lady to the side to get this car through and then complained about her and was thrown out today because I wanted to complain to the manager about it 1. Employees are unfriendly 2. That they (employees) simply remove my codes from my tablet 3. It just really stinks I don't hate McDonald's like that 2 weeks ago an employee spilled coffee on me, even if it was accidentally! Annoying . Especially because I was allowed to pay for the cleaning myself, the employees just went to the fritters and ate them, my order was gone about a month ago and it was supposedly my school!? Please do something!

HMC Donalds im Alexa am Alexanderplatz ist wirklich das schlimmste MC Donalds die Mitarbeiter super unfreundlich und Respektlos ,haben letztens einer älteren dame zur Seite geschubst um diesen Wagen durch zubekommen und sie dann noch angemeckert wurde heute rausgeworfen weil ich mich bei der Managerin beschweren wollte das 1. Mitarbeiter unfreundlich sind 2. Das sie(Mitarbeiter )meine Codes einfach von mein Tablet abziehen 3. Es da einfach stinkt wirklich ich hasse kein MC Donalds so wie das vor 2 Wochen wurde mir von ein Mitarbeiter Kaffe übergeschüttelt auch wenn es ausversehen war ! Nervig . Vor allem weil ich die Reinigung selbst bezahlen durfte die Mitarbeiter fasen einfach so in die Pommes und essen , vor ca ein Monat war meine Bestellung weg und es war ja angeblich meine Schule !? Bitte macht was !

This McDonald’s was quite nice, though a bit noisy. The food, service, and waiting times were average, and it’s located a bit far from the main entrance of the mall. However, the interior design and seating options were impressive. I got takeout, but the terrace looked amazing and very unique. I’ll definitely have to try it next time, and I recommend you do as well

This McDonald's worker was so unfriendly and I had to wait 20 minutes for a menu to take away. Only waited 20 minutes for the order, even though there was nothing going on... There is a lack of cleanliness in every corner, from fries lying around, oil flowing over the floor or rubbish on the terrace. After the garbage was already flying around outside, it was picked up. Castles were packaged very callously and didn't taste good at all, the only thing that was good was the milkshake.

10 minutes for two ice creams and two apple turnovers and then you want to fob one off with half-melted ice cream. At least the newly made ice cream arrived quickly. So you're out after 13 minutes

I had a very bad experience at McDonald's today. The chicken nuggets I got tasted like they were from yesterday, not crispy and had an old taste. The fries were completely unsalted, bland and without any taste. I'm really disappointed with the quality of the food and service here.

Waited a total of 15' for 2 simple burgers. My number just disappeared from the screen, and when I asked about it, the stuff responds every time in German, ending with saying "one moment." People were ordering and getting their meals before me all the time, while I was standing in front of the staff to see if anyone will care that I've been waiting there for 15'
