Nothing was open at night, I had to eat something here before I collapsed... 15 minutes of waiting for 4 burgers!!! I was standing in various places and the cars behind me were honking at regular intervals.

Often quite full so you have to wait a while to even be able to order. A terminal was also defective. Everything seems so cramped. You can't eat relaxed here. At least I got the complete order. But it's a branch I would avoid...

I understand that the establishment can be busy, but cleanliness is a basic requirement, especially in the restaurant industry. It felt as if the staff simply didn't care about their jobs and didn't try to create a comfortable atmosphere for the guests. Next, when I approached the checkout, it took me quite a long time to place my order. The line was moving slowly, and I noticed that the cashiers were not very attentive and were in no hurry to serve customers. I got the impression that the staff are not trained to work effectively under pressure. When it was my turn, I ordered the standard set: a burger, fries and a drink. No special requests or changes to the order. It would seem nothing complicated. However, when I finally received my order, I was very disappointed. The burger looked unappetizing: the bread was dry and there was very little filling. All the ingredients were scattered and didn't look fresh. Instead of the delicious dish I expected, I received something that did not meet the quality standards I expected from such a large chain. The fries were too salty and lacked crunch, and the drink was flat. I tried to get the staff's attention to solve the problem, but they were busy and did not respond to my attempts. After all this, I decided to wait a bit and see how other diners reacted to their food. Unfortunately, I noticed that many customers also expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the food. Some complained that the burgers were cold, others that they were not served what they ordered. This created an atmosphere of general disappointment and dissatisfaction. Another negative point was the level of service. I didn't expect high service in fast food, but in this case the situation was simply terrible. The waiters and cashiers looked tired and indifferent. I didn't notice a single smile or greeting, which ultimately made my visit less enjoyable. A smile and polite communication are something that is always pleasant, even in the most ordinary establishment. In this case, I felt like I was just stopping them from doing their job. In addition, I noticed that during my stay in the restaurant, the staff did not ensure that used dishes and garbage were removed. This created not only an unkempt appearance, but also undermined the overall image of the establishment. Looking at this, one could assume that management does not pay enough attention to training its employees and does not care about how the establishment looks. In addition to this, the prices of the dishes were a bit high compared to the quality I received. Nowadays there are many places where you can buy takeaway food and in most cases it will be much tastier and with better service. I expected that for my money I would get at least an acceptable meal, but unfortunately this did not happen. As a result, I was left not only hungry, but also very disappointed. After all of the above, I realized that I did not want to return to this McDonald's. Perhaps I was just unlucky that day, but such things should not happen in such a famous and popular place. I hope that the chain's management will pay attention to these issues and take steps to improve the quality of service and food. Otherwise, they risk losing customers who are looking not only for a quick meal, but also for an enjoyable experience. In conclusion, my experience at McDonald's left me with a negative impression. I understand that fast food is not always ideal food, but I expected more from such a famous brand. Cleanliness, quality of food and level of service are the basic aspects that any restaurant, especially one like McDonald's, should focus on. I hope that in the future they will be able to correct their mistakes and regain the trust of customers.

The restaurant is dirty from top to bottom! In the toilets there is more toilet paper on the floor than on the rolls. Unfortunately, it just pushes the dirt back and forth and even then not completely. Pushing a chair away to clean underneath... what an outrageous idea. The burgers aren't particularly appetizing either, they're mashed and carelessly peppered into the box. The cheesecake is not cooled even in the current heat and smells borderline bad. Final conclusion: McDonald's likes it, but just not here!!!!!!

I rarely go to Mac Donalds and today's visit shows me why: I ordered a caffeine-free iced latte caramel. It was completely hot without ice. When I complained (of course it takes forever for someone to take care of it), they simply poured two ice cubes into my hot drink in a relatively unfriendly manner. When I tasted it, I noticed that the caramel flavor was missing and that coffee had been used instead of espresso - simply from the cheap machine. Next complaint: I was given a shot of caramel syrup. It was only after the third complaint that another employee offered to make me the drink again and correctly. From ordering to delivery it took a total of 39 minutes. Next time go somewhere else.

I haven't been to McDonalds in a long time. I think this is a decent and fast restaurant. There were enough staff on site, so there was no long wait for preparation. It was also very busy and you had to wait in line to order. The food was good. I just had the feeling that I had gotten a new and an old fries, as the two were different in terms of taste and degree of heat. Overall, a good restaurant and it's great that there are still balloons for the little ones. I found one thing a bit unfortunate. A man with a wheelchair bought food to take away and the staff didn't even think of opening the door, so we did that. Overall, we were happy with our visit and would come again.
