I wouldn't give a single star if I could. I went to McDonald's at 12:15 a.m. last night and ordered a Happy Meal. The place was almost empty, but I still had to wait 20 minutes. I even saw the cheeseburger being ready first, and then it just sat there for another 10 minutes while they waited for the rest of the order. The result: Everything was completely cold. I went back to the counter and said I'd like a new burger. The employee just gave me an annoyed look and made me another one—which was practically raw. That was the last straw. I ate my cold fries and left. Absolute disappointment. This kind of thing simply shouldn't happen.

Absolutely terrible, having to wait almost half an hour at the drive-in.

Probably the slowest McDonald's in Berlin. I've been sitting in the drive-thru queue for well over 20 minutes. I ordered a burger and a drink. Unfortunately, this is a regular occurrence here. If you want fast food, go to a different McDonald's.

Seriously one of the dirtiest toilets I've ever seen. Absolutely disgusting!

What bothers me most is the extremely greasy floor, which makes you slip.

McDrive. No one in front of me. Waiting time well over 10 minutes. This isn't fast food anymore. If you want to get your food, don't go here.

The "burger" looked like it was having a bad week! I ordered a chicken burger today, but what I got was a sad, squashed, and carelessly thrown-together disappointment. The burger looked like it had been beaten up in the packaging. The bun was crushed, the sauce was smeared everywhere, and the lettuce was hanging halfway out of its wrapper. It looked like someone had hurriedly dropped the thing next to the table and then quickly stuffed it in a bag. Taste-wise, it was lukewarm at best. The chicken patty itself was dry, and the amount of sauce smeared all over it didn't help—instead, it just made the burger soggy. The promised freshness was nowhere to be found. When I order a burger, I expect it to at least have the basic shape of a burger. This was just an unappetizing lump. For this price, it's an outrage. Please train your staff to prepare and package food with a minimum of care!

Food was cold, and so was the store. I had a McChispy and a cheese medallion. Both were lukewarm at best. The store was also very cold.

What can I say? Even one star is too much! I was here with my family and we ordered several things. Including kids' meals and regular meals with nuggets. The nuggets in the kids' meal were good, which I can't say about the other nuggets in the regular meal. They were like cardboard and very hard. We returned them, thinking we'd get new ones, but no, they were simply reheated and put in new packaging. We immediately noticed after opening it that they were the same ones. The cleanliness also leaves much to be desired. Tables were sticky and the toilets were a disaster (no soap, paper, etc.). What a shame.

Just ordered with the kids at the McDonald's drive-thru: 5 cheeseburgers, 3 chicken burgers, and 20-piece nuggets. On the way home, we realized 2 of the chicken burgers were missing. That sucks; you have to double-check everything.

So, we were here on November 3rd, 2025 at 11:30 PM and only received bad food (it was cold, the personalized order wasn't right, and when we complained, we just got an eye roll). Even though I've always enjoyed eating here, today was a really bad experience! But they always have good music here!

We each had a Big Tasty Bacon. Well, the burger was just carelessly thrown into the box; we had to assemble it ourselves. You had to search for the sauce on the burger. The restaurant was like an icebox, just freezing cold. Apparently, the staff didn't notice that it was only 8 degrees Celsius in there.

A truly terrible McDonald's. Extremely long wait times at the drive-thru, and items are constantly missing. This time they forgot all the sauces for the nuggets and fries; last time they forgot a burger worth almost €6, and despite complaining to McDonald's Germany afterward, I received no compensation or apology. I find the service absolutely unacceptable.

That real dump would love to throw my cheeseburger in the cashier's face.

I placed an order to receive a "Friends" mug as a gift. When I received my order, they said the mugs were out of stock. Why was the menu still available to order?

We took our food out. The food was good, the staff was busy, but immediatly attentive when I told them about a mistake that has been made. They fixed it and on top took eytra time to offer a better experience. Overall it was a good experience.

The shop itself is okay, but it wasn't very clean, there was little staff, and the food wasn't fresh anymore; it was probably 1-2 hours old.

Well, that's McDonald's for you. Fast food. I only go there a maximum of twice a year because the kids love it. It's always packed since it's conveniently located on the main road. I'd rather not comment on the quality; everyone should judge the soggy food for themselves and decide whether or not they like it.

I actually really like McDonald's and always enjoy getting food there, but yesterday I was really disappointed. The Coke just tasted like carbonated water; it must have run out of syrup. The fries were unsalted. The cheeseburger was cold and a bit soggy. The crispy burger had been replaced with a spicy burger, which was extremely hot. The only good thing were the nuggets. This isn't the first time something hasn't worked out; it can happen sometimes. We're only human, but I've never experienced so much bad food before. I won't be coming back for a while.

Waiting times are incredibly long. The restaurant was virtually empty at 9:30 a.m.

I got food for three people there, but was treated so harshly at the checkout that I had to tell my grandchildren that we would go somewhere else from now on...then we went to Havelpark for dinner...

That was the last time. It's not worth the money.

It was very crowded. The regular burgers were only lukewarm, as were the fries and fries. My son ordered his burger without onions, etc. It was freshly prepared, so it was hot.

The drive-thru was incredibly busy, so we went in. I was able to order right at the terminal and figured it would take a while. I quickly took the little one to the bathroom, and the food was there in no time. They're well-organized. Really fast, even though the store was packed. 👍

Once again, we didn't receive five products. We only noticed this at home, of course. This has happened several times before. Thanks for nothing. Terrible service.

Unfortunately, this branch has completely declined. The staff only speaks broken English, they're completely overwhelmed by the system, something's missing from every order, and you wait forever. The restrooms and tables are extremely dirty. This branch used to be clean, and people enjoyed going to McDonald's. In my opinion, management is to blame, and the customer is the loser.

Rude and lazy staff. They pour coffee from a regular vending machine, even though it was ordered at McCafé. And you have to waste time getting them to make it again.

We've eaten here so many times, but after the major renovation, the staff is a complete disaster... we've eaten here 4-5 times now, and NEVER does an order go through without something being forgotten. When you ask for something and get something completely wrong again, it's really sad. You get the feeling the staff just doesn't understand anything, and the boss always has to take the blame and is annoyed by his own staff. That's exactly how it's supposed to work... NOT. So, check your order carefully before you leave; something's definitely missing...

Very friendly. They made me a free cappuccino because I wanted one from the portafilter machine instead of the automatic one.

Things used to be better. Yesterday, I was charged for the meal based on the coupon instead of the list. That would have been €4 more expensive. Only the store manager checked what I wanted. The cheeseburgers were barely lukewarm. Even the cheese wasn't melted properly. And the cappuccino was almost cold. Only the fries were good. This is the second time I've experienced this in three weeks. The previous manager (a blonde Eastern European) had the store better under control, though. I was able to eat the food from the drive-thru 10 minutes later, and it was still warm.

I've been annoyed by my drive-thru order four times in a row. The first three times I ordered spicy nuggets or garlic pepper nuggets, but only got regular nuggets. You learn as you go, so the day before yesterday I checked to see if I'd gotten the right nuggets this time. It's a miracle, finally correct. What I didn't notice right away was that the lattice fries I ordered and paid for weren't in the bag. By then, like with the other three incorrect orders, I was already on the highway, so it was worth the drive-thru. It's all very annoying! Check your orders, everyone!

I had vomiting and diarrhea on 3 out of 4 visits!!! Probably a Staphylococcus/Bacillus aureus infection. Definitely a case for the health department!! I advise everyone not to visit this McDonald's. For the sake of their own health!

It was super delicious and the food can be eaten after just 1 or 2 minutes and the fries were still fresh and the rest of the food too

Employees do not wear hairnets although it is part of hygiene. I had to see how a lady with long hair dipped her hair in an ice cream and that is in my opinion very unappetizing and not a nice sight for the people who want to eat there.

My order was rejected with the comment, "They had too many orders, it's a fast food restaurant!" Regarding Heerstrasse 666 in Spandau, I will no longer be going to McDonald's from now on because this service is the worst in that branch. Absolutely outrageous!

We went to this McDonald's today, and to be honest, we were quite disappointed. It wasn't that the food was bad, but rather the service. We drove into the drive-thru and had already pre-ordered and paid with our phone. Then we gave our order code as usual, but something went wrong because the wrong burger was entered into the system. All well and good, but we asked if they could change that. Unfortunately, the German of the employees working there was shockingly poor. It can happen, but then the manager was called over. We thought she knew better German, but no, she spoke just as poor German as everyone else. We ask for better service and a better command of German in the future, because our problem wasn't solved and we had to order and pay for the burger separately. Best regards

I was there on a Saturday at 11:30 a.m. The table was dirty. The food came quickly, but the McRib looked like someone had stepped on it. The fries were ice cold. The Fanta was 50% ice. And I don't even want to talk about the toilet.

Never seen such a bad McDonald's as this one the employee who worked today at 11pm was so arrogant and disrespectful towards the customers the employees shout around you have to wait up to 20 minutes for the food even though it was empty so never again here,

In Spandau for me one of the best mc Donalds shops freshly prepared not like other cold burgers :)

You know the feeling: You're sitting there, ordering three drinks at the terminal, and waiting. Ten minutes pass, your thirst grows. Nothing. Only when you ask, it becomes clear: your order must have been forgotten. And an apology? None. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth. You wonder if you're even being noticed as a guest.

The food was so amazing, the staff were terrible tryhards and made me order a big one in five minutes. I smoked a cigarette and the food was already ready. Crazy ass 😳

The biggest dump. First of all, you couldn't use the app at the vending machines. After I asked an employee, I was simply ignored. Then I waited at least 30 minutes for my food (20-piece nuggets and a burger). Don't even get me started on the prices.

The staff were overwhelmed; I waited 30 minutes for my food with table service. The store was packed, but 30 minutes is pretty tough. After I asked, they said the food was there. Of course, everything was cold. So I got more and had to wait another 15 minutes. Now my son wanted his food (the store was empty), and he's been standing in line for 10 minutes as the first one in line and hasn't been served. Overall, very, very unhappy with this McDonald's today.

Ordered three crappy burgers, so you'd expect them to get a rip-off when it's barely busy. Turns out not. I found out at home that something was missing. Incompetent staff and a dead shop.

Almost every takeout order is missing something. Sometimes a burger, sometimes fries, sometimes the extra sauces. I now check at the counter to make sure the order is complete.

I often drive by there during the drive-thru and rarely have any problems. Ordered through Lieferando for the first time today, and it was absolutely terrible! Delivery took two hours. We received a squashed bag, and the two inner wrappers looked like someone had sat on them. The food was cold, or rather, only just above body temperature. The worst part was that the bag and the drink bottle smelled so strongly of a disgusting supermarket pimp perfume that it made me gag. I'm sensitive to smells anyway, and it made me feel sick. Shame on you, McDonald's!!! 😡🤮

The parking lot is shared with Netto across the street. A dream for drivers, located right on the corner of Heerstraße and Brunsbütteler Damm, but not for cyclists, who don't care about the restaurant. There isn't a single decent parking space for bicycles. The restaurant is very busy, and it's accordingly noisy. Whatever you order comes to your table. However, the food and drinks at McDonald's are getting increasingly expensive, the quantity is getting smaller, and the taste is getting worse.

We ordered takeaway...what a shame...something was missing again...this is the second time this has happened to us... Sad that they have to check everything... It really annoys me, after all, you pay for the entire order...

Ordering takes far too long, regardless of the size of the order. Incorrect orders are often given (at least that's what I've experienced so far), and the numbers drawn are simply pressed through, which ultimately makes things incredibly confusing and causes problems for non-German speakers. The only positive point is that they at least gave you a free Coke.

Stopped in again after 6 years and what can I say, the only thing that has changed is the premises. The order arrived quickly but after I said that they wanted to check everything because of a bad experience, the person immediately became rude and stuffed everything into a bag. Very friendly. So I unpacked everything again and lo and behold, something was missing which I only got after asking several times. Then I complained about the burgers, there was brown lettuce on them again and they looked like they had been shaken up in the box. Sorry, with an order of over €60 it should be a bit tidy, otherwise I could have brought a bucket to throw everything in. I then declined politely and canceled my order. If the employees there can't work properly or think that being unfriendly is normal, then they should look for another job. By far one of the worst branches. Thanks, that was the last time.

I made the mistake again of getting food there while drunk one night, haha. They forgot two burgers again. I got burgers for three people, but unfortunately forgot a McRip and a spicy chicken burger.

I had to wait 30 minutes for a Sprite and two McFlurrys.

I paid, but didn't get anything – and no one helped. I ordered and paid for a cheesecake at McDonald's today – but I never got it. When I asked the staff about it, I was simply ignored. No one listened to me, no apology, no refund, nothing. This is unacceptable. I paid for a product and was completely let down. This kind of customer service is an absolute disgrace.

The food was excellent. The service was very fast and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately, there was a bit of food under the tables. I think the placement of the order screens directly behind the entrance is a bit too cramped. There were what felt like 10 people standing at two screens, and we could barely get past them. The outdoor area is very nicely designed. Current hit... McFlurry's sour dragon tongues!!!!

Unbelievable, prices doubled and simply not worth the money. Pet food is probably tested more often in Germany. I was shocked; the last time I was at MC was 10 years ago. I think I know why.

I'll never understand why people subject themselves to these burgers. It's just that these things can even be compared to burgers. When you eat a burger, you're full afterward and not hungry again 30-45 minutes later. There are certainly no decent burgers here. These things aren't even close to worth the money.

Unfortunately, I experienced long wait times during my visit, which was frustrating. Additionally, some of the employees were quite unfriendly. The food didn't taste great, and the order was often not quite right – which is annoying. There's definitely room for improvement.

Today, someone carried the highchair to our seats, and my baby received his first balloon from an incredibly friendly staff member. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

Since the renovation, I've noticed four or five times that drinks like Fanta or Sprite taste almost exclusively like sparkling water. It's really disappointing. I usually pick up my order from the McDrive, drive home, and then realize the drinks have barely any flavor—and then I have to drive back. It's very annoying in the long run. I hope the problem will be resolved soon.

I didn't arrive until the night before when it was still open and was surprised that the tablet was brought to the table so quickly. Unfortunately I only got food that had been kept warm, even though everything is getting more expensive and I should expect the food to at least be hot. It can happen that a meal is only warm and that's fine, but not when you order three different things and everything is only warm or lukewarm. Then on that day there were no hot drinks left due to a technical problem. But okay, you can get alternatives and that's what I did. The male staff were very annoyed that day, the female staff were very friendly and helpful, as expected.

Disgusting McDonald's. In the restroom, your shoes are covered in urine, almost as bad as in a public rest stop restroom. There's no soap or tissues in the men's or women's restrooms. The restaurant itself is filthy and dirty, and the napkins aren't wrapped.

This store is the worst MD we know. We're usually tired of stopping there, but since it's strategically located on our way home, we still get annoyed every time. The employees seem listless, not at all service-oriented. It doesn't matter what time you show up! Customers are often left standing because personal conversations are more important. If you ask, you get an answer in their native language (Ukrainian!?). The management doesn't seem to mind...reading the other reviews, it's been like this for quite some time...

Quick lunch snack - pleasantly surprised, never seen a clean McDonald's before.

Waited 48 minutes for a normal, small meal... The fries tasted like water... The burger and fries were ice cold – how can that be after waiting so long? They left it standing until it got cold? Even for a quick bite where you don't have any expectations, the whole thing was abysmal...

The toilet is broken and there's no alternative. In my opinion, it's a disgrace!

Always check straight away whether everything is there in the shop!! Every 2-3 times something is missing... and then you have to put up with it. But you don't pay for the petrol... not to mention that the food is cold and the taste is gone!! Score 6!!!! It hasn't gotten any better... the shop is a complete disaster!!! Oh and without English you don't need to ask for anything and no one can speak German anymore... oh and they don't even know what gloves are... enjoy your meal ^^ I'll never buy anything there again!!!!

After three years, I unfortunately have to change my review. It's a negative one, but I'm at a loss for words. This McDonald's location is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever experienced. Up until now, I'd considered it less than average, but it could be worse. 1. A FAST Ford restaurant, which doesn't deserve the name. The McDrive is a disgrace. Simple orders there take over 20 minutes. This isn't an isolated incident. 2. Delivery times for orders via Lieferando usually took 45-60 minutes. However, the drive to my place from the McDonald's only took 10 minutes. This was trumped by the last two orders, which took 2 hours and 2.5 hours respectively. 3. The quality of the burgers and fries leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. So, for me, this will be the last time I'll ever stop or order there. It's a shame, really.

Unfortunately, I don't recommend it! Once again, the unfriendliness is beyond compare...Communication problems lead to incorrect expenses and are simply annoying.
