McDonald's in Berlin

After three years, I unfortunately have to change my review. It's a negative one, but I'm at a loss for words. This McDonald's location is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever experienced. Up until now, I'd considered it less than average, but it could be worse. 1. A FAST Ford restaurant, which doesn't deserve the name. The McDrive is a disgrace. Simple orders there take over 20 minutes. This isn't an isolated incident. 2. Delivery times for orders via Lieferando usually took 45-60 minutes. However, the drive to my place from the McDonald's only took 10 minutes. This was trumped by the last two orders, which took 2 hours and 2.5 hours respectively. 3. The quality of the burgers and fries leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. So, for me, this will be the last time I'll ever stop or order there. It's a shame, really.

Today, I waited 45 minutes for my food and only received it after persistently asking for it. The staff are unable or unwilling to communicate with the customers, and despite direct communication, I am ignored. Absolutely disgraceful. No sense of service, clearly no professional competence in the kitchen/service. The branch is known for its slowness, but in stressful situations, which are predictable, it is completely overwhelmed. Action from the "top level" is finally necessary! Remodeling the branch isn't enough; the staff either needs to be replaced or better trained!!! But bad reviews seem to be the norm; in any case, no one on site admits their mistakes.

Unbelievable. I waited 15 minutes at the drive-thru until I could pay for my online order with my number. And then waited another 22 minutes at the drive-thru until the food was ready. The employees were extremely annoyed and overwhelmed. This isn't the first time this has happened. This MC branch is a 5 based on the ratings!!!

As they say, all good things come in threes. But the third time, McDonald's delivery service turned out to be a disaster. We ordered food at 6:06 p.m., and it arrived cold at 8:05 p.m. What a disgrace! It had been the same the other times; we had to wait forever for the food. I absolutely don't recommend it! The food was okay, but the lady at the checkout barely understood German or was trying to rip me off? Making two ice creams out of three cheeseburgers I requested is pretty strange. I had to switch to English first and then it must have sunk in. Despite the overly friendly Anglo-Saxon "Please" at the end, the lady then became snippy and unfriendly. It's really strange, though. I live in Germany and my native language is German. English works in certain cases, but there's no need to be snippy when dealing with customers if you don't understand the order in German. Maybe they shouldn't confront someone like that directly with customers. In any case, I won't be stopping there again. The kebab shop nearby is much friendlier and always has a friendly saying to offer.

Attention, check your order in the store. Today I forgot to order it and then I got home with two curly fries missing. This is the third time something has been missing. Now you've lost us as customers.

It's like any other McDonald's. But the restrooms were clean, and the restaurant inside was clean, too. Not a given at McDonald's. The outside area is shaded by umbrellas, making it easy to use even in sunny weather. However, there's a lot of traffic on both the left and right, and also in front (bus stop).

A very pleasant cafe, just like on Alboinstraße, the service is excellent, there is even a game board, everything is just cool!

Nicely decorated, but otherwise like any McDonald's.

€5 for a latte macchiato is not recommended. The good coffee machines are not used and you get the whole thing from a fully automatic machine. Tastes sickening. Never again from now on only McDonald’s Clayallee! Thanks for nothing!

Today we went to McDonald's with our grandchildren for dinner at 8 p.m. We waited over 20 minutes until I went to the front to see if our food was ready. Oh wonder it was there, only the drinks were missing. The service person said I could take the tray with me. I explained to her that I had an arm in a cast, and she said I would come to the table. The food was still lukewarm. A granddaughter wanted a different toy, we didn't have one. The store is not recommended.

You arrive 35 minutes before closing time and are rushed while you're still ordering from the disastrous machines . Even though they were in such a hurry, we've been waiting for the order for ages and meanwhile the announcement that the restaurant will be closing soon is playing constantly In addition, half of the items were packed incorrectly or were no longer available at all. It really couldn't get more embarrassing. The store would not have had to be renovated for this

In my opinion the best McDonald's branch in all of Berlin. Clean (including the toilets!), friendly staff and fast. Easily accessible and large parking lot. Always happy again!

Everything was very clean, the food was warm, but unfortunately the ice cream was tapped first then the coffee was made, the other way around would have been better so that there was no "running" ice cream 😉 to complain at a high level.

Ordered chocolate ice cream, got vanilla, unfortunately couldn't manage to delete it online like the other branches (mark as out of stock). If you have a vanilla allergy and therefore order chocolate, you will be presented with vanilla without comment until you say something, unfortunately you can't really market it like that.

The staff at this McDonald's defies the concept of fast food by offering relaxed, slow service. I had to wait over 10 minutes for a simple cheeseburger and small fries - even though I was first in line and there were about 10 people working in the kitchen.

Today it's 3rd time we Taken food from MC drive first they give us false Burger, second it's Taste is realy bad, third Nuggets is like always old not fresh cooked same like drinks, it's like a sweet water. The best thing about the store is the music on the radio. Long waiting time, dirty and then a lot is still missing. The counter worker was friendly, but that doesn't make up for the modest rest.

By far the slowest and worst McDonald's, where the food arrives cold and sticky when it is ready after at least 20 minutes. I really thought that had changed in the last 10 years, but even today I wait forever for two cheeseburgers and a fries. There is almost always a long queue inside and outside, and at times when hardly anyone is out and about. At least the interior is clean and tidy.

While I was waiting for my order in the drive-thru, I saw an employee eating fries from a customer's order and then handing the order over to the pickup counter. He also didn't wear any gloves. The employee had black, wavy hair that was slicked back.

The order was processed correctly and quickly at the drive-in counter. Everything was still warm, tasty and complete in the packaging. Really recommended for when you're hungry every now and then.

I was there again after a long time and it was really the last time. Otherwise the staff was always overwhelmed and/or annoyed. This time I wanted to redeem a coupon… yeah, what can I say?! Half of it wasn't there, the drink selection was water or apple spritzer. Either half of it is missing when the orders are packed because it is simply forgotten or ignored, and when you go to the staff they get annoyed again. Or it's not there at home. Too bad.

The store was clean, but the self-ordering machines didn't work and the clerk at the checkout was very incompetent, she typed incorrectly at least 5 times, I had to correct her several times. The real problem is she is blaming the customers! Incredible.

I had a disgusting experience here yesterday. We ordered ice cream and a vanilla milkshake at the drive-thru. When I tried a good sip of the shake I felt completely different. This tasted very bad and like alcohol. After removing the lid, a red, thin liquid was visible at the top. After we drove back, the employee at the counter couldn't answer me what ended up in this milkshake. She downplays it and claims there may have been chocolate in it beforehand. Never again.

Chicken nuggets were not fried properly, just like the patty from McCicken Classic, and the bread was so soggy as if it had fallen into water. The Big Mac had more sauce on it than Big Mac. Cola tasted like soap and water. The best part of the visit was the journey there because we didn't have any stomach aches...Never again!!! Unless I need a reason for a sick note. 😡😡😡👎🏼

This is the worst service ever, there is no friendly face on site, 90 percent of the workers are Indians who don't speak German and speak poor English. Always disappointed compared to other MC's nearby 😑, on the drive... Burger cold, thrown together, carelessly not even lying on top of each other in the box, a slice of tomato and two lettuce leaves adorn the TS box, really a cheek. Large fries are not even 2/3 full. Mc Flurry Sauce is half like the other MC in Spandau. If asked... it would be the same everywhere... that's simply not true, here all the ingredients are saved, the drive customer is unlikely to come back... bad... last time

I ordered a burger without tomatoes (allergy) and I got one with tomato! Instead of getting a new one, the tomato was just taken down and the evening was over because the remains of the tomato had caused an allergic reaction! Tried to contact the restaurant, no response!

So far one of the quietest and cleanest McDonald's stores I have visited in Berlin. Usually not very busy because it's close to the motorway, but that's why I like to go there

After the renovation everything looks very good. I just can't get enough of it. The Bik MC was in control for too long and was muddy. The Nagges were not drained well and were totally greasy. My Fanta must have been restricted with ice before, which made everything taste more like water than Fanta. For €10, I get more at a snack bar and it tastes better. It's a shame if you don't train your employees properly.

Rarely waited so long for a simple coffee. Original 23min from order to product. The branch was obviously very empty. At the same time, there was a single order in the queue. Bottomless and unfortunately very unfriendly staff. :(

Classic Mecces. Fast food snack. The waiting time here was disgustingly long, and the order numbers are pushed away from the monitor WAY before completion, so that they remain numberless in the app as picked up, pushed away. Ordered again today and had it delivered and of course I was annoyed again, I wonder how this branch can survive with such service. We waited 2 hours for delivery and the cola was missing again and you paid for a reusable cup and didn't receive one. And every time it happened that something was missing. It will definitely be the last time we order there.

We ordered and everything arrived except our Happy Meal, the delivery person said the Happy Meal was missing then we said ok and thought he would go downstairs and get it but he just left without saying if it would be brought later or anything

Personalization of the order was not taken into account, and when asked, the answer was sloppy. This branch was visited for the last time today. Been there several times with several colleagues, but today was the last time. Don't let me be treated like that as a paying guest

Waited 45 minutes today, total chaos in the store. Doesn't work at all after the renovation. Finally, at home, we discovered what was missing. 7 euros for the bin. Bins are simply booked through to ensure predetermined times for the tour. Stay away from the store.

I ordered something today and I'm missing 2 things.20 McPlant® nuggets, , hamburgers I've been calling them all the time, but they don't even bother to answer the phone. The complaint is already out. Next, when I approached the checkout, it took me quite a long time to place my order. The line was moving slowly, and I noticed that the cashiers were not very attentive and were in no hurry to serve customers. I got the impression that the staff are not trained to work effectively under pressure. When it was my turn, I ordered the standard set: a burger, fries and a drink. No special requests or changes to the order. It would seem nothing complicated. However, when I finally received my order, I was very disappointed. The burger looked unappetizing: the bread was dry and there was very little filling. All the ingredients were scattered and didn't look fresh. Instead of the delicious dish I expected, I received something that did not meet the quality standards I expected from such a large chain. The fries were too salty and lacked crunch, and the drink was flat. I tried to get the staff's attention to solve the problem, but they were busy and did not respond to my attempts. After all this, I decided to wait a bit and see how other diners reacted to their food. Unfortunately, I noticed that many customers also expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the food. This created not only an unkempt appearance, but also undermined the overall image of the establishment. Looking at this, one could assume that management does not pay enough attention to training its employees and does not care about how the establishment looks. In addition to this, the prices of the dishes were a bit high compared to the quality I received. Nowadays there are many places where you can buy takeaway food and in most cases it will be much tastier and with better service. I expected that for my money I would get at least an acceptable meal, but unfortunately this did not happen. As a result, I was left not only hungry, but also very disappointed. After all of the above, I realized that I did not want to return to this McDonald's. Perhaps I was just unlucky that day, but such things should not happen in such a famous and popular place. I hope that the chain's management will pay attention to these issues and take steps to improve the quality of service and food. Otherwise, they risk losing customers who are looking not only for a quick meal, but also for an enjoyable experience. In conclusion, my experience at McDonald's left me with a negative impression. I understand that fast food is not always ideal food, but I expected more from such a famous brand. Cleanliness, quality of food and level of service are the basic aspects that any restaurant, especially one like McDonald's, should focus on. I hope that in the future they will be able to correct their mistakes and regain the trust of customers.
