Went to the drive-thru, checked the bag because I don't know anything different from this McDonald's. 1 burger was missing, all sauces were missing. One time everything is there and the next time almost everything is missing. I'm really disappointed and I really don't like going to McDonalds. Well, it goes on, when we got home the burgers were mashed up and somehow stuffed into the box, and I immediately lost interest in eating. (Ordered 8/21/24/approx. 1:00 a.m.)

There's just always something missing. This is so annoying and how can this happen all the time?! 20 nuggets not included, but the sauces included? Huh? Although the ketchup was completely missing... it's only ever that bad in the drive. Maybe take the pressure off the employees. I can imagine that the target and actual times hanging there aren't exactly motivating. And if we eat on site, we can see whether the cleaning fairy is there or not. This woman is really great and to be honest she's too good for the store. Maybe she should throw the kitchen in the back to make it work? Mmn the good soul there.

Every time you order something there, especially in the drive-thru, something is missing from the food you ordered and paid for...you don't always feel like checking the whole bag... You should pay more attention!

Well mces restaurant and fun with Ronald on the roof

Employees first put their hands into the pack of fries and then touched the fries after they were in the pack so that they didn't fall out of the pack again. The price-performance ratio for the food is simply no longer right.

I haven't received enough nuggets yet again. In this case there were 17 instead of 20. And considering the current prices, I find that really impossible.

Men's toilets could not be used and were in a pitiful condition (of 4, 2 were locked, 1 was full and 1 was broken). So really just ate quickly and then continued...

Ate deliciously, sat outside, clean and tidy and nice table service. We'd love to come back.

Cook quickly! This is one of the few establishments where it is very clean.

I rarely go to Mac Donalds and today's visit shows me why: I ordered a caffeine-free iced latte caramel. It was completely hot without ice. When I complained (of course it takes forever for someone to take care of it), they simply poured two ice cubes into my hot drink in a relatively unfriendly manner. When I tasted it, I noticed that the caramel flavor was missing and that coffee had been used instead of espresso - simply from the cheap machine. Next complaint: I was given a shot of caramel syrup. It was only after the third complaint that another employee offered to make me the drink again and correctly. From ordering to delivery it took a total of 39 minutes. Next time go somewhere else.

a McDonalds like everywhere else

I haven't been to McDonalds in a long time. But you can get something to eat here late in the evening, which is of course an advantage in the outskirts of Berlin, where even the currywurst stalls close at 6 p.m. What I thought was great, which is why the service got a high score from me, was the ordering computers. I'm pretty old, but I can still handle things like that and have fun with them. So we two old ladies took our time and chose something for ourselves. The idea is brilliant anyway, because I definitely remember times when I had to wait in long lines at McDonald's during the day. Well, there wasn't a lot of crowds tonight, but it certainly made sense during the day. It would certainly be even more ingenious to have a touchscreen at every table so that you could order and pay directly from there. Some fast food shops in Japan have this. Where is Germany currently in terms of digitalization? But okay, let's talk about the food - (sigh) - I like the McRib, but does the roll really have to be sooo "floppy"? For me, the salted cucumbers are important for the taste of the McRib. Back in the day, yes "back in the day" there were about 5 slices of cucumber on a McRib. Now it was a measly 2. But it now costs almost twice as much as it did about 10 years ago. Okay okay, 10 years is a long time but still... to spice things up a bit, I ordered extra bacon. Funny, is there such a thing as tasteless bacon? But despite all this and all, the sauce on the McRib is really unique and you should be able to order it as an extra portion, would be my wish. Let's get to the fries. In the past, yes "in the old days", it was always clear to me that if you wanted to eat good, crispy French fries, you had to go to McDonald's. This time they had the consistency of earthworms and that was really really not??? - how else should you describe that? I really can't think of anything else!!! Was it bad luck and did the crew no longer feel like cooking at night? I think I'll go to another McDonald's again today and order the same thing. I'll give you another chance...

Really terrible. There were purple sprinkles in my Mac rib - I don't know if that was from the ice cream. On top it has long dark hair as a garnish. Since we unfortunately took it with us, I couldn't complain about it. Disgusting.

The service does not handle orders. The fries are like nothing else in MC, they're a bit gray and brown. Outside, the area is dirty and messy. Probably the worst MC Donald we've ever been to...

Cheeseburger waited half an hour

Bitterly disappointed with McDonald's Staaken. 2 fish burgers carelessly slapped together! I definitely won't go to this store again if I'm in Berlin again!! Wonder why there are so many employees on site & the quality is so bad?? If I stop myself from leaving money there again, I'd rather make a reasonable bemme at home and enjoy it!!!

Tried takeaway several times and only ever got half of the order

I don't recommend this Mac. I've been there three times and I won't go again. 1. You wait for your order for a standard 15-20 minutes. 2 Despite the long wait, the burgers are always almost cold!

There's nothing to complain about for a fast food restaurant, food was brought, cleanliness could be a little better.

I think this is a decent and fast restaurant. There were enough staff on site, so there was no long wait for preparation. It was also very busy and you had to wait in line to order. The food was good. I just had the feeling that I had gotten a new and an old fries, as the two were different in terms of taste and degree of heat. Overall, a good restaurant and it's great that there are still balloons for the little ones. I found one thing a bit unfortunate. A man with a wheelchair bought food to take away and the staff didn't even think of opening the door, so we did that. Overall, we were happy with our visit and would come again.

Very clean, no mess, no nervous atmosphere despite many visitors, very pleasant. The staff from managers to service staff are very attentive but unobtrusive. Extra power for the lobby - as soon as you get up, the tables are cleaned, I've never experienced that in any McDonald's!!! No food on the floor, no tormenting packaging from the bin... The food was also perfect - no soggy fries, cold burgers etc. The boss seems to have everything under control! You wish that was the case in every branch!

Beware of rip-offs: ordered 2 McFlurry ice creams for €3.99 and only received 2 half-filled cups. I pointed this out to the lady at the counter. Her supervisor also looked into the cups. “It’s always like this,” he said. I told him that just yesterday I ate the same ice cream in another branch and the cup was full! Don't eat ice cream here for €3.99.

Good location. I just think more employees should wear gloves. That's my only concern. Otherwise I have nothing to complain about. When I come to Berlin I often stop there.

We just wanted to take advantage of the Easter countdown and purchase the double pack menu including socks. Before ordering, we asked whether the socks were still available, which was clearly answered in the affirmative. So we ordered two menus because we collect the socks. When we paid a few minutes (!) later and received the goods, the employees told us that the socks were sold out but that we wouldn't get our money back. Such employees contribute to the branches losing more and more customers and to the fact that expensive promotions are not effective.

Caution ! The toilet was dirty. The food was like it had been cooked hours ago and was now warmed up. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time. But this time the fries also tasted strange. The burgers had marks on the top and bottom, as if they had been washed on top of each other. The Nesteas we ordered tasted like water, as if ice had melted in it. So that was the last time we went there.

The employees are overwhelmed. Our (larger) order was apparently handed to the car in front of us. They were happy. We then had to wait another 15 minutes. The Big Rösti was topped without meat, which I've never experienced before. Only the Rösti was on it, the beef patty was missing. The cheese was stuck in the box and wasn't on the burger. I avoid the restaurant.

Strange atmosphere, staff poorly trained and helpless. German is a foreign language here. French fries are almost cold because there are already mountains of them waiting in line.

I ordered via mcdrive about an hour ago. Sometimes two happy meals were ordered and I paid for them too! When I got home I noticed that only one was given! It's nice that McDonalds ripped me off! Top ! Thank you!

Junge junge junge.... Was ein Laden hab schon viele auf Dienstreise "getestet" aber der Laden hat immer was zu bieten... Dreck/unfreundlichkeit/kalte Burger... War nun 4 mal hier und jedesmal war was zum lachen... Auch wenns eigentlich traurig ist.... Hier sollte mal jemand aufräumen... 🥴

Typisches McDonald's, gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Kennst du eins, kennst du alle...😀 Sicher kein Highlight aber dennoch meist recht gut gefüllt und schnell. Gestern haben sie unsere Großbestellung zwar komplett verhauen (keine Soßen, falscher Burger, falsches Shake, keine Servietten ,..) aber insgesamt gibt es sicher schlechtere McD.

Ich hatte nur 2 kleine Gurkenscheiben und 1 klein Speckscheibe für mein Big Rösti Raclette. Mehr Soße als Beilage. Die Cola Zero war ohne Kohlensäure. Einmal wurde mir die Bestellung nicht komplett verkauft. Ich habe mehr bezahlt als es da drinne war. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden.

Nicht nur das die Sitzbänke schmutzig waren,nein auch die Toiletten sind ein Graus. Die barrierefreie Toilette kaputt und in der Damentoilette wir notdürftig geflickt und waren schmutzig. Heiße Pommes sind bei Mc Donalds generell ein Fremdwort,es sei denn man bestellt Pommes ohne Salz.

So ein dreckiges MC Donalds hab ich noch nie gesehen. Bräuchte Mal ne Grundreinigung.

Die nehmen eine Zange vom Boden und benutzen die weiter ohne abzuwaschen. Und man muss 10 Minuten an der Kasse stehen. Und muss lange auf sein Essen warten ob Woll kaum Leute da sind Dann nimm dich der Inder mitarbeitet sein eigenes Trinkgeld

Die Enkelin wollte mal wieder eine Juniortüte haben, also die Chance mal wieder die Qualität bei MC zu prüfen.... Hatten dann eine Nachfrage zur Auswahl des Spielzeuges. Verständigung in deutsch leider Fehlanzeige, englisch Fehlanzeige. Leider spreche ich keine slawische Sprache... Ach ja, das Menu.... Pommes lauwarm und Burger 🍔 lauwarm und klein, Geschmack....so lala. Quintessenz = ohne Gutschein viel zu teuer.... Also kein Licht am Horizont.

Nicht mal einen Stern verdient. Wenn ich Plant based Nuggets bestelle, will ich nicht in Chicken Nuggets beißen!!!

Der schlimmste mc donalds den ich bis jetzt mitbekommen habe. Bestellungen werden nicht richtig kontrolliert muss man immer kontrollieren weil immer was fehlt. Das meiste Personal kann nicht mal richtig deutsch reden bzw lesen echt nicht normal. Und die Sauberkeit in der Küche ist das schlimmste was ich je gesehen habe und habe früher selber in der Gastronomie gearbeitet da gab es sowas nicht hätten gleich Abmahnungen dafür bekommen. Also ganz und garnicht zu empfehlen

Freundliches Personal, sauber und flott

Essen für 2 Leute dort geholt, wurde bei meiner Menu bestellung nicht gefragt ob ich nun Mayonnaise oder Ketchup wolle (in der Eile merkt man natürlich nicht, dass eine Frage fehlt) und mir wurde Mayonnaise gegeben welche ich nicht esse, beim trinken wurde uns anstatt einer angesagten Sprite einfach eine Cola gegeben. Waren bisher immer zufrieden die paar male die wir dort waren aber dies war nunmal etwas fraglich. Ansonsten sind normalerwise immer nette und aufmerksame Leute an der Bedienung habe dazu nichts zu sagen👍

Mc Donalds wie man es kennt und gern hat man gut Essen und Trinken.

Ich kann ja verstehen das man als Fastfoodkette versucht bei allen Möglichkeiten zu sparen nur hat das irgendwann mal ein ende erreicht. Hier ist es so - der Chickenburger hat ein chickenpatty welches eher einem Bremsbelag gleicht als einem Hühnchenburger. Auch leidet der Filet o Fisch an Saucenmangel. Der inzwischen minimale Soucenfleck trägt leider auch nicht mehr zur Qualitätssteigerung des Esserlebnisses bei Mac Donalds bei. Auch sind die Produktbilder eher ein mahnendes Beispiel dafür das es so aussehen könnte wenn sich jemand etwas mehr Mühe geben würde. Leider ist der Spaß bei Mac Donald nur bei den Kindern zu erkennen die sich auf ihr Happy Meal stürzen während die Eltern an der mitgebrachten Selters nuckeln oder den offenen Burgerkarton wie ein entäuschtes kind am Weihnachtsabend ansehen. Das einzige was nicht enttäuscht und den Versprechungen gerecht wird sind die Echten Chicken Nuggets. Guten Hunger.....

Zwei Sachen bestellt und eins davon war falsch

War auf einem Abstecher mit meinem Freund bei diesem McDonald‘s. Ich bestellte einen Burger mit Pommes und eine heiße Schokolade. Und mein Partner eine Cookies & Cream Tasche und eine heiße Schokolade. Hatten uns total auf das Essen gefreut. Nach 10 min kam das Essen dann an den Tisch. Große Enttäuschung machte sich breit. Alles war kalt..das Essen sowie die Getränke.

Wir haben dort einen Burger auf einer Rückreise nach Hause gegessen. (Alltags 23:00 Uhr). Die niedrige Qualität des Essens diese Kette ist bekannt. Erschreckend war der hygienische Zustand der Lokalität: Der Fußboden klebte von verschütteten Getränken. Überall lagen Papier und Speisereste. Die Abfallstationen quollen über. Das Lokal war fast leer. Mehre Mitarbeiter unterhielten sich sehr angeregt, da war wohl keine Zeit zum Saubermachen und Aufräumen!?

McDonalds halt, aber soweit alles gut, leider werden die Burger immer kleiner

Das Restaurant ist soweit ganz gut nur wenn viel los ist wird auch schon mal was von der Bestellung vergessen. Aber das kann passieren

Dieser Ort ist wirklich kaputt. Nuggets und Hühnchen verbrannt. Sogar der Salat enthielt abgestandenes Gemüse. Außerdem befand sich auf dem Shake kein MONOPOLY-Werbeaufkleber.Ganz zu schweigen von der Hygiene in den Räumlichkeiten. Die Mitarbeiter scheinen vergessen zu haben, was sie bei der Arbeit tun.

Noch nie so veranzte Toiletten gesehen

Ein durchaus solider McDonald's. Die Bedienung war nett und deutsch und das Essen wurde einigermaßen schön auf dem Tablett angerichtet. Leider war der fussboden etwas dreckig und das Bad ebenfalls.

Service würde ich null Sterne geben 30 min im diverse Schalter warten und dann feststellen falsches trinken und essen Dr... Laden nie wieder
