We actually always like to eat there, but it's getting dirtier and the Indian music plays on a constant loop and preferably as loudly as possible, when you get a seat it's so dirty that I think there's a lack of staff. The staff all make faces and when you want something, hardly anything is understood. Terminals are in permanent failure. I was there last time, if you really want something, take your food with you and you'll save a lot. Someone from the top would probably have to go there, a huge catastrophe if it's cold and one side is clean, the other side is also closed and you're forced to eat outside at 8°c because the work on the area is supposedly not finished. In the future we will no longer visit this branch and eat.

Just as dysfunctional as everything in this ghetto. Some machines didn't work, others were busy for way too long. When I came to the old fashioned counter instead, I had to wait for long without anyone even paying attention. They noticed me only the moment I left, taking a picture, because I understood that no way these snails make my order before the next S-Bahn arrives. Which is, well, the point of _fast_ food. If I worked like them, the whole shift would be fired in an hour. Just look at the guys chilling.

Update: I think the electronic ordering and payment thing is really great. I've been using the app since October 1st, 2024, it works great and works. Arrive, pick up and eat. Waiting time for app orders is less than 90 seconds. Ordered at the terminal and it was very quick. Food was freshly prepared and the tables were also very clean. Tray carts were empty and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, many people still use the store as a waiting area, blocking seating for remaining customers. Staff just don't see it!

This restaurant is a disgrace, I paid €4.49 for a Mc Flurry that only had HALF as much as normal. Plus, instead of Oreo, they put chocolate beans in it for me and then forgot the chocolate sauce! In addition, the employee had no understanding when I asked her about it. But the fries were still nice and warm and there wasn't really much else to complain about except that it took an extremely long time and it was very crowded. In addition, it is on average €1 more expensive there than elsewhere

The staff was unfriendly and/or overstimulated: they didn't say hello back and they didn't even acknowledge their own thanks. The burger ingredients were simply thrown together; Half got lost in the container. The patty wasn't finished grilling yet. The fries were soggy and cold. The store is clean but not cozy.

I've jumped in to get a breakfast, as usual. After bringing the order home I've realized that the jam was not packed correctly and spilled all over the bag. So everything I've ordered was soaking in jam, and no jam was left to actually eat. Made a complaint, the owner sent me a letter which had to be shown to the manager to get a free breakfast as an excuse. Fantastic, I thought. When I came back to show that letter the manager told me to go away, and that the letter is not valid. She won't be giving me anything. Awesome service, fantastic branch, 0/10. If there would be any issue with your order at this place, don't expect it to be fixed, or that you'd be treated as a human being.

And like always missing food i don’t have my extra pay netzkartoffeln,is 3rt time what i miss food for my order 2 times netzkartoffeln and one time fries,employee are so freaking pathetic

They forgot my Coke, they don't want to believe it even though I showed the cash register and a woman was in line for 10 minutes and spilled her Coke and got one. Never go back

There was nothing going on in the branch, but they still only fulfilled my order incompletely. Bread crumbs were floating in the coffee. There is no table service, nor are there any power sockets. This is probably the worst McDonald's branch I've ever been to.

Everything was clean and I was served quickly, the food was fresh and tasted good. You are welcome to make a stop here.

Disgusting branch. All tables are sticky. The first employee ignored me, the second explained that they don't come to clean when it's "full". It's half empty.

If you could read you would have a clear advantage!!! Last time I order from there!! At Burger King they at least pay attention to what you order and do it right!!! Why do you have this selection button if you don't pay attention to it!!!! Ordered without cheese, without onion and iceberg!! A burger arrived without anything at all plus with cheese on one side which is atypical because normally when there is cheese on the bottom and there is cheese on the top!!!

At the bottom of the McDonald scale. You're stuck to the floor as you walk, there's caked-on dirt in the corners, no table service, no oat milk. The door to the east is so difficult to open that it would hardly meet the criteria of an emergency exit. It's a shame that the owner doesn't seem to care that the store is run properly. The audience in Gesundbrunnen doesn't mind anyway.

Ordered the big tasty menu today (8/11/24), everything was good, but again I forgot the fries!!!! It's nice to pay the full amount but you'll forget a lot of things and you won't want to go there anymore!!! 😡

It sucks... first you wait forever, the toilets weren't accessible and the tables were dirty. As if that wasn't enough, instead of the vegetarian nuggets, I got chicken nuggets that were completely identical to my friend's meat ones. If I hadn't already been on the last train, there would have been a report, an absolute no go! And one nugget was even bitten into, something I've never experienced before.

The food is always slow, I see many times when I have been here. The employees will be just talking and food will be lying there on the stand. I asked and showed them. They said they have to follow the order and something. They didn't even care for one cappuccino once I ordered it's been 7 mins to get one.

Extremely homophobic employee insulted me for no reason in Albanian the whole time and laughed at the same time!!!! That's not possible. Relatively large restaurant, but no service on site, no toilet, you are referred to the leased toilet, where you have to pay but the voucher you receive is not accepted. The QR code in the MC-Donald app for purely collecting points is not accepted by the cash register. Except for one type of ice cream, all ice cream and shake variants are not available. Simply underground.

This McDonald’s is easily accessible from the platforms at the station, making it a great place for a quick bite or to sit and relax before your next destination. I visited one afternoon when it was very busy, and I had to wait several minutes before one of the kiosks became available. However, when I visited in the morning, it was much quieter, and the food was prepared quickly. Unfortunately, there are no toilet facilities, which is why I’m deducting two stars. It’s important to wash your hands before a meal, especially if you enjoy finger foods like fries or nuggets. The lack of any toilet facility is disappointing.

Unbelievable, you can only be disappointed here. First the number isn't shown on the display at all, then you can't find the order. So now my take-away bag has been sitting there for almost 10 minutes and then, after repeated inquiries, the order, which has already cooled down, appears. Nicely, there are 3 sauces missing, which of course you had to pay extra for. So you shouldn't even start from the minimum here, because that seems too high here. Of course, something like that can happen, unfortunately this is now standard here and the following problem solving with the customer is simply dispensed with. Whoever is responsible for the franchise in Gesundbrunnen should have their staff at a minimum of 8/10 complete orders and no more than 3/10 with nothing to complain about. I still wish everyone all the best and that perhaps the employees will do something to earn their wages and not let the service fail completely.

Unfortunately a case for the health department. I was there at breakfast time and ordered a mcmuffin fresh chicken and a coffee at the terminal. When I went to the table with the issued tray and completely unpacked my order, I saw that I had been accidentally given the mcmuffin bacon&egg. I complained about this. I was asked if I had already taken a bite and was able to say no. The correct one was quickly prepared and handed out to me, but the one I complained about was repackaged and put back with the others. Absolutely not wearable, after all it has already been touched. I just hope no other customer got this.

There are definitely better McDonalds

We ordered food to take away. 1. Did you ever forget the 3 cheeseburgers? When asked, we got a mushy response. 2 at home then eating was a big Mac Only half occupied. It's never happened to me that the burger is only half full.

I had to wait almost 30 minutes for 4 cheeseburgers. In the end you completely forgot about the order. When it was finally done after complaining, they even forgot the apple bag I ordered. I really get sick of this store.

It’s just weird that there is literally NO GAS in their cola every time I visit, no matter cola regular or light or zero🥴 if you order one, you’re basically drinking sugar water that is warm, they also don’t bother to put ice cubes in them anymore. Also, if you take out, always check the bags at the counter to make sure nothing is missing, they seem to forget things sometimes.

I "forgot" a partial order and the solution was that I was intentionally packed with the wrong product (I had already pointed out when asked that I had ordered a different item). Incomprehensible. Never again.

Please never order a coffee. I ordered a latte macchiato for €5, but one was made for me without a coffee machine. A wonderful branch! As I understand it, it was Nescafé 3-in-1.

Had breakfast this morning at McDonald's at the Gesundbrunnen Center, but it was an absolute bust and a disgrace for almost 20 euros. There were 2 tablespoons of scrambled eggs, the croissant was a mini version and we prefer to keep quiet about the rest. Everything was also forgotten or mixed up, instead of dark chocolate cookies, there were hazelnut cookies, etc. Service is zero...I won't go there again, unfortunately I got so excited that I forgot to take pictures

Above average pleasant branch. A competent employee named Steffi stood out particularly positively, scoring points for her goal-oriented competence and friendliness. There are a lot of people on weekends, children make noise on the playground, there is a long queue for orders. Few places to sit. If you are looking for convenience and comfort, then this is not the place for you.

Very quick when empty. But sometimes it's full. Especially when wolt/uber delivery orders come in with 30 items. Although it is very hectic, the service is good. Due to the high frequency, food was almost always freshly made and was not left in the warmer for 20 minutes. No toilet on site. Since it's McDonald's station, it goes without saying that you don't celebrate children's birthdays here. You order and leave. Nothing invites you to stay, and some characters at the station are dubious.

I felt sick. I had such a bad feeling because everything was so dirty. The tables are simply wiped back and forth with a dirty cloth but are not really treated hygienically. There was even vomit on the corner :( I was only there because I was persuaded to eat there by friends :(

I'm really getting angry. A burger or even half a happy meal are always missing 😡 I'm not being petty or anything, but we pay money for it, so I just assume that my order is correct. It just happens all the time when we order take-away there.

Die neuen Preise sind nur noch unverschämt! Selbst mit App oder Coupons kein günstiges Fastfood mehr! Als großer Fan kehre ich McDonald's nun nach vielen Jahrzehnten traurig den Rücken! Ich Danke euch trotzdem für viele gute Jahre und viele tolle Erinnerungen! Ich wünsche Erfolg mit den nächsten Generationen, die vielleicht bereit sind so viel für McDonald's Fastfood auszugeben! Schade! Hervorragend!!! Für mich persönlich einer der besten Mc Donald's Filialen die ich kenne... Ist zwar meistens stark überlaufen, was aber auch der Grund für die gute Bewertung ist! Dadurch haben hier alle Produkte eine ungewohnte Frische und top Qualität! Einige Mitarbeiter sind hier seit Jahren tätig und begeistern mich immer wieder durch Ihre Gelassenheit und Erfahrung! (ein paar Euro mehr sollten in die Reinigung fließen,denn nicht alle Kunden verhalten sich "normal"...) Speziell diese Filiale sollte vergrößert und eine Vorzeigefiliale für Mc Donald's Deutschland werden! Das sage ich als Stammkunde und als reisender Freelancer... Vielen Dank Mc Donald's Gesundbrunnen! Ein genereller Tipp um Wartezeiten, Hier und in alle anderen Filialen zu vermeiden, einfach in der App vorbestellen! Super einfach und schnell! 20 Minuten für zwei Cheeseburger und einen milchshake. Der milchshake warm und die Burger alt. Als ich nach einem neuem Shake fragte, geht sie hinter und bringt mir den SELBEN wieder. Sag mal wollt ihr die Leute wirklich so aufs Korn nehmen?

McDonalds eben. Überall alles gleich (das ist ja das Tolle daran😀) Hier, in dieser Filiale, hat mir gefallen, dass die Nummern ausgerufen werden. Es ist deutlich besser, als ständig auf die blöde Anzeige gucken zu müssen.

Wir waren um 5:50 Uhr morgens nach dem Feiern im Club dort, wurden super nett bedient und hatten nach 5 Minuten unser warmes Essen, obwohl eigentlich schon Frühstückszeit war, also kein warmes Essen mehr angeboten wurde. Super nette Bedienung und dann haben alle sogar noch eine Apfeltasche geschenkt bekommen. Vielen Dank Stefan, der nette Mann hat eine Beförderung verdient. So nett und geistig anwesend zu sein nach einer fast vollendeten 12h Schicht ist unglaublich. Atmosphäre und alles einfach nur toll

Die Tische waren sauber. Aber das Personal war seht Wort karg. Ich weiß selbst das Arbeit stressig sein kann aber eine ordentliche Begrüßung sollte drin sein. Vielleicht haben wir auch nur einen Einzelfall erlebt, aber als Hauptaussage will ich die Sauberkeit hervorheben. Nicht üblich in Fastfood Ketten. Das Essen war nicht pappig oder schon Stunden alt, es war kross und schmeckte gut. Auch die Salate waren noch knackig und schmeckten frisch. Also einmal im Monat kann man sich dort richtig satt essen.

I ordered with the number 229 today (big tasty bacon menue with 2x curly fries=9monopoly stickers) i got the burger and 2 small curly fries without souce and without sticker. So i paid much more then necessary sadly..

Naja, jeder weiß, nicht so gesund, aber man verbindet ja was damit, sonst würden wir dort nicht hingehen. Sicherlich ist diese Filiale gut besucht und hat einen hohen Kundendirchsatz. Dem wird die Filiale aber nicht immer gerecht. Leider war es bei meinen letzten zwei Besuchen sehr schmutzig, wünschte ich hätte Fotos gemacht.... Ein weiterer Knackpunkt ist, dass es bei einem Fastfood-Restaurant keine Toiletten gibt. Weiß gar nicht, ob das rechtens ist, bin aber auch kein Rechtsgelehrter. Zum Personal ist zu sagen, dass es trotz großen Stresses immer sehr freundlich war, das fand ich wirklich gut. Ich werde bestimmt mal wieder da sein....

Für Menschen die mit Frau und Kinder kommen, ein idealer Ort dafür. Sehr angenehm und sauber.

Alte labbrige Burger, zu fettige Pommes und ein Lachgaskanister, der ohne die Mitarbeitenden zu stören frei herumsteht, kein angenehmes Erlebnis, sogar für McDonald’s schlimm!

Absolute Frechheit wurde vom Schichtleiter wie ein Obdachloser behandelt und er schmiss mich raus als sagte habe was bestellt ja bring ich dir raus hier drin kannst du nicht essen bei -4 grad ne bodenlose Frechheit

Das schlimmste MC Donald's was es in Berlin gibt, weder vor Ort noch als Lieferung. Telefonisch erst nach über 5 anrufen abgenommen, dann wird man belogen das, dass Essen jetzt grad abgeholt wurde. Kommt eiskalt und halb leer an. Keine Hilfe, keine Entschuldigung, einfach nix außer die Aussage man soll sich an liferando wenden. Auf dem abholschein steht dann aber drauf das, dass Essen bereits vor über einer Stunde dort abgeholt wurde, wo die so nette Mitarbeiterin doch sagt, dass wurde eben erst abgeholt !!!
