Waiting for an egg burger more than 9 minutes. When asked, the answer came: the egg takes time. Everything is clear, and then everything is put together carelessly

All I had to do was pick up a dark chocolate that I ordered on the go and it was easy and uncomplicated.

Need to manage peoples who can work on front desk and who cannot.. Just asked for 1 straw and heard racist comment so its better to teach your employees not to be racist and treat others same as themselves.

The Albanians need a salary increase to get the shop running. It's different with the red-haired lady/diverse. I think her testosterone level is above average because she believes that her father owns this shop. There are 2 women, I mean specifically, the one who talks like this: "ditt watt vest blown" this lady sniffs a bit unpleasantly in a fishy direction and gives you the feeling that she's going to tear your burger apart. Those who want to understand understand it, those who don't don't understand it

Pretty good place to place a takeout order, as they’re quick and efficient, but I wouldn’t recommend eating/dining in here. It’s often very crowded and loud, as it is in a heavily trafficked train station. They’re also great for delivery!

Ordered via Uber Eats, received completely wrong order. No one answers, no one is available, and Uber Eats doesn't want to refund my money either. Really an absolute disgrace.

My friend and I went out to eat. We tried to place a contactless order at the machine and the amount came out to €22.76. We paid by card but the payment was not made and the money was debited. They said they didn't know anything and couldn't help. We decided to wait, maybe it was a mistake and they would give us the order or refund the money, but after 20 minutes nothing happened. When we tried again we were yelled at and almost thrown out. The result: €22.76 less on the card and a spoiled mood. (we have observed that other visitors failed to order from this machine)

Everything is good, but the size...it's a mockery.

We ordered from Uber eats and unfortunately we didn't receive our order!!! The first driver wrote to us and said that our food had already gone out. We called the restaurant and the lady on the phone said in an annoyed tone: “She had already given out our food” (most likely to the wrong driver) Since Uber eats has a tracking function, we could see that our food hadn't gone out yet and a second driver was on the way to pick it up. He also said that our food had gone out and that we should call the restaurant and confirm our order. We tried this but unfortunately no one answered!!! The third driver is already on the way to pick up the food, which the lady unfortunately gave out incorrectly! Super dissatisfied with this McDonald's branch!!! Of course, the poor drivers also lose money due to this mistake. Unfortunately we can no longer cancel and a new driver will be appointed until the restaurant cancels We stay hungry!

Ubereat's order came very quickly but Filet-o-fish is inedible, dry fish, hardly any sauce & cold cheese. Drinks were in the same bag as the food = cold food and warm drinks! the fries and curly fries are only half full. If drinks were separated from food, filet-o-fish were of normal quality like at other McDonald's and the fries were filled normally, then I would have given 5*****... So I deducted 1* for each mistake and forgive nicely meant 2**

I have no idea why it's done like this now, but it's annoying that people just press the orders to collect even though the things aren't ready for collection. All the people gather at the counter and want their order but all they say is "coming soon"... then don't press that it's ready to be picked up????? It sucks

They halve the cheese on the fish burger without saying a word

I enjoyed being here. But for a year now, when you have your food, homeless people immediately ask you if you have something to eat. I understand that people are hungry. But last time it was enough. I only had the food in 2 minutes. Someone comes again and without asking wanted to take my little son's food away on the grounds that my son wasn't hungry. My son has a disability, which you can see. He got really scared. The staff didn't care at all. They just said they have to watch their food. No thanks because I avoid this restaurant.

Machines to order were turned off for no reason so we had to order at the counter and the lady overcharged us for coffee. More so, they made our order wrong. We didn’t have time to correct them as we had to rush to the train. What a disappointment.

Too bad they only put 4 chicken nuggets in the box for 6 chicken nuggets, as ordered… From my last visit I asked an employee to repeat the order number, as I’m not a German native and not speaking the language perfectly. She nicely did and I picked up my order straight away. However another employee stopped me and told me « just remove your headphones next time » in a very passive/aggressive way. I explained that I have no sounds in and just a bad German that why I asked to confirm the number. Feedback: « I don’t care, learn German and remove your headphones ». Come on…

Now that I've gotten to know another, poorly run MacDonald's in another city, I can only praise my local restaurant at Gesundbrunnen. Well, you have to wait, but there is a lot going on at the transfer station. But then there are fresh burgers from the friendly service staff.

Worst McDonald's with the worst workers. Never go there!!

We actually always like to eat there, but it's getting dirtier and the Indian music plays on a constant loop and preferably as loudly as possible, when you get a seat it's so dirty that I think there's a lack of staff. The staff all make faces and when you want something, hardly anything is understood. Terminals are in permanent failure. I was there last time, if you really want something, take your food with you and you'll save a lot. Someone from the top would probably have to go there, a huge catastrophe if it's cold and one side is clean, the other side is also closed and you're forced to eat outside at 8°c because the work on the area is supposedly not finished. In the future we will no longer visit this branch and eat.

Machine very clean and well maintained

Just as dysfunctional as everything in this ghetto. Some machines didn't work, others were busy for way too long. When I came to the old fashioned counter instead, I had to wait for long without anyone even paying attention. They noticed me only the moment I left, taking a picture, because I understood that no way these snails make my order before the next S-Bahn arrives. Which is, well, the point of _fast_ food. If I worked like them, the whole shift would be fired in an hour. Just look at the guys chilling.

This restaurant is a disgrace, I paid €4.49 for a Mc Flurry that only had HALF as much as normal. Plus, instead of Oreo, they put chocolate beans in it for me and then forgot the chocolate sauce! In addition, the employee had no understanding when I asked her about it. But the fries were still nice and warm and there wasn't really much else to complain about except that it took an extremely long time and it was very crowded. In addition, it is on average €1 more expensive there than elsewhere

The staff was unfriendly and/or overstimulated: they didn't say hello back and they didn't even acknowledge their own thanks. The burger ingredients were simply thrown together; Half got lost in the container. The patty wasn't finished grilling yet. The fries were soggy and cold. The store is clean but not cozy.

I've jumped in to get a breakfast, as usual. After bringing the order home I've realized that the jam was not packed correctly and spilled all over the bag. So everything I've ordered was soaking in jam, and no jam was left to actually eat. Made a complaint, the owner sent me a letter which had to be shown to the manager to get a free breakfast as an excuse. Fantastic, I thought. When I came back to show that letter the manager told me to go away, and that the letter is not valid. She won't be giving me anything. Awesome service, fantastic branch, 0/10. If there would be any issue with your order at this place, don't expect it to be fixed, or that you'd be treated as a human being.

There was nothing going on in the branch, but they still only fulfilled my order incompletely. Bread crumbs were floating in the coffee. There is no table service, nor are there any power sockets. This is probably the worst McDonald's branch I've ever been to.

Disgusting branch. All tables are sticky. The first employee ignored me, the second explained that they don't come to clean when it's "full". It's half empty.

At the bottom of the McDonald scale. You're stuck to the floor as you walk, there's caked-on dirt in the corners, no table service, no oat milk. The door to the east is so difficult to open that it would hardly meet the criteria of an emergency exit. It's a shame that the owner doesn't seem to care that the store is run properly. The audience in Gesundbrunnen doesn't mind anyway.

It sucks... first you wait forever, the toilets weren't accessible and the tables were dirty. As if that wasn't enough, instead of the vegetarian nuggets, I got chicken nuggets that were completely identical to my friend's meat ones. If I hadn't already been on the last train, there would have been a report, an absolute no go! And one nugget was even bitten into, something I've never experienced before.

The food is always slow, I see many times when I have been here. The employees will be just talking and food will be lying there on the stand. I asked and showed them. They said they have to follow the order and something. They didn't even care for one cappuccino once I ordered it's been 7 mins to get one.

Extremely homophobic employee insulted me for no reason in Albanian the whole time and laughed at the same time!!!! That's not possible. This McDonald’s is easily accessible from the platforms at the station, making it a great place for a quick bite or to sit and relax before your next destination. I visited one afternoon when it was very busy, and I had to wait several minutes before one of the kiosks became available. However, when I visited in the morning, it was much quieter, and the food was prepared quickly. Unfortunately, there are no toilet facilities, which is why I’m deducting two stars. It’s important to wash your hands before a meal, especially if you enjoy finger foods like fries or nuggets. The lack of any toilet facility is disappointing.

The staff is helpful, unfortunately there is no toilet in the store and the parking lot looks very bad.

Unbelievable, you can only be disappointed here. First the number isn't shown on the display at all, then you can't find the order. So now my take-away bag has been sitting there for almost 10 minutes and then, after repeated inquiries, the order, which has already cooled down, appears. Nicely, there are 3 sauces missing, which of course you had to pay extra for. So you shouldn't even start from the minimum here, because that seems too high here. Of course, something like that can happen, unfortunately this is now standard here and the following problem solving with the customer is simply dispensed with. Whoever is responsible for the franchise in Gesundbrunnen should have their staff at a minimum of 8/10 complete orders and no more than 3/10 with nothing to complain about. I still wish everyone all the best and that perhaps the employees will do something to earn their wages and not let the service fail completely.

Unfortunately a case for the health department. I was there at breakfast time and ordered a mcmuffin fresh chicken and a coffee at the terminal. When I went to the table with the issued tray and completely unpacked my order, I saw that I had been accidentally given the mcmuffin bacon&egg. I complained about this. I was asked if I had already taken a bite and was able to say no. The correct one was quickly prepared and handed out to me, but the one I complained about was repackaged and put back with the others. Absolutely not wearable, after all it has already been touched. I just hope no other customer got this.

We ordered food to take away. 1. Did you ever forget the 3 cheeseburgers? When asked, we got a mushy response. 2 at home then eating was a big Mac Only half occupied. It's never happened to me that the burger is only half full.

I had to wait almost 30 minutes for 4 cheeseburgers. In the end you completely forgot about the order. When it was finally done after complaining, they even forgot the apple bag I ordered. I really get sick of this store.

It’s just weird that there is literally NO GAS in their cola every time I visit, no matter cola regular or light or zero🥴 if you order one, you’re basically drinking sugar water that is warm, they also don’t bother to put ice cubes in them anymore. Also, if you take out, always check the bags at the counter to make sure nothing is missing, they seem to forget things sometimes.

Had breakfast this morning at McDonald's at the Gesundbrunnen Center, but it was an absolute bust and a disgrace for almost 20 euros. There were 2 tablespoons of scrambled eggs, the croissant was a mini version and we prefer to keep quiet about the rest. Everything was also forgotten or mixed up, instead of dark chocolate cookies, there were hazelnut cookies, etc. Service is zero...I won't go there again, unfortunately I got so excited that I forgot to take pictures

Please never order a coffee. I ordered a latte macchiato for €5, but one was made for me without a coffee machine. A wonderful branch! As I understand it, it was Nescafé 3-in-1.

Above average pleasant branch. A competent employee named Steffi stood out particularly positively, scoring points for her goal-oriented competence and friendliness. There are a lot of people on weekends, children make noise on the playground, there is a long queue for orders. Few places to sit. If you are looking for convenience and comfort, then this is not the place for you.

Very quick when empty. But sometimes it's full. Especially when wolt/uber delivery orders come in with 30 items. Although it is very hectic, the service is good. Due to the high frequency, food was almost always freshly made and was not left in the warmer for 20 minutes. No toilet on site. Since it's McDonald's station, it goes without saying that you don't celebrate children's birthdays here. You order and leave. Nothing invites you to stay, and some characters at the station are dubious.
