McDonald's in Berlin

Underground. The staff is so unmotivated that everything is lost when you order. But at the latest when eating the already cold burgers, where the bun and cheese have already become hard. Then it's better to walk a few meters further.

Machine very clean and well maintained

Lots of trash and tablets not cleared away. Different music overlaps, from the kitchen and the dining room. When orders were placed at the checkout, small menus ordered were simply made into large ones and billed for. At least they reluctantly offer to refund the difference.

The branch is actually open until 11:30 p.m.... from 11:10 p.m. (or earlier) employees stand at the door and keep it closed. After I gestured that there were still 20 minutes left, I was told non-verbally that there were guests in there (I counted 5 people). I think the employees there need to understand how opening hours work. 0 stars because of denied service!

Unfriendly staff, slow order processing, no option for contactless ordering and payment.

I was there yesterday at lunchtime. The team was very friendly and the lady at the counter even offered to bring the food to the seat. “The M” and the fries were excellent. The branch is also very clean. Overall: great!!!

Food was cold and the toilet was a mess at its best

Unfortunately, ordering via the app is not possible and no toilets are available.

A mc do not very strict on hygiene standards we have to go get our tray and with great difficulty spoke in English with the seller

No self service order machine. After waiting a long queue and finally made it to the counter, the staff told was this line was closed and I had to queue again at the other counter

Forgot my order and then after waiting for 30 minutes, they messed my order up, got chicken nuggets instead of vegan nuggets. Forgot the mayonnaise and ketchup and instead we got sour cream. As a compensation we only got an upgrade from small fries to medium fries. The food was alright but wasn't even close to the best McDonald's I have been in. The service as said previously was mediocre. The atmosphere was also pretty tense since a lot of people had their order forgotten.

The drinks were not even real drinks, they were more like water with salmonella. Pieces of weird substances floating around, glad we didn’t get food poisoning!

Unacceptable shop. 1. The preparers worked on the food with their bare hands, without gloves. 2. The order clerk was putting his fingers into the glasses and into the bag of fries. 3. He had no goa to wc customers.

I just ordered 3 cheeseburgers without gruke. Waiting time of 12 minutes and they were burnt, then I went back and made new ones. However, while I was waiting, they added my burnt cheeseburger to the other burgers. When I bit into the new burgers the combination was wrong and my onions were under the meat. Think carefully about checking everything carefully next time to make sure everything is correct. But I don't go to the branch anymore. Would like to give 0 stars

Worst branch. Redeemed the voucher and ordered the smart menu. Smart menu came quickly, we waited 25 minutes for the 2 McDouble Chili Cheese and got burnt bread! 2 times, for both burgers. It was so inedible, if I had known I was waiting for this burnt something, I would have just left. The worst thing about it: It was our wedding day, we just wanted to take a quick boat ride to McDonalds. Next time I'd rather go with KFC or Burger King. @Oliver Mix, you have too many branches and this one is particularly bad.

Unfortunately the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Waited almost 30 minutes for a menu. The strawberry shake tasted sour and fermented and the crispy chicken was moldy under the breading. The only plus point was that I got my money back.

Overpriced, hostile environment and grim atmosphere. This McDonald’s ruined my day Staff seemed to loathe anyone who dared step foot in their establishment and stared at me in seeming disgust when I asked where the straws could be. No toilets no napkins slow service ugly staff.

A very small branch, the employees seem to be slightly overwhelmed. Ordering and the finished order take a really long time. The branch is also getting old.

Worst service. Unprofessional behaviour all staff was busy in cleaning nobody is noticing somebody is waiting for his order and unhygienic ( i was there the person moping the floor and he didnt wash his hand and started to prepare order no hand gloves was used)

A disaster. Really rude staff. The ice cream was COMPLETELY melted it was literally milk, and I asked for m&ms but got some kind of smarties. When I went to point it out they told me in a very condescending way that it was the same thing.

The worst branch I have ever visited!!! Employees veryrrrrrr slowly thought they were boycotting work. After waiting for 15 minutes it was finally our turn and we found out that there was no milkshake available at all! As I said, very bad branch, I wouldn't even come here for free

A very tasteless hamburger with an inexplicable taste and the cola is heavily diluted with water

The employees work very slowly and speak very quietly. It was tables are not clean and there is food everywhere on the floor. The food was not packaged properly, there were fries scattered throughout the bag. Some of my colleagues were also missing something like Cola or nuggets.

Very rude and everything disgusting and dirty. Workers are extremely rude and don’t accept payment with points from mcdonalds app!!!! First McDonalds where i hear this!!!! SCAM!!!!

My son, his girlfriend and I were eating there after a very nice evening at the Waldbühne Berlin. I accidentally said when ordering a drink that it was a soda that was at night 😂 but the seller took it with humor and told me about his experience When he came to Germany during the GDR era it was very interesting. Thank you for that ☺️

Even though I was the only one it was so slow that I had time to write this review. Also everyone inside the kitchen looked very dirty and not hygienic.

I was there this morning around 10:40 a.m. I ordered pancakes 12, very friendly staff and very nice man who served me, thank you very much, always tastes great, see you soon

So the seats are dirty and there is no staff to clean the seats and tables, food came very quickly and what I thought was a shame is that you can't collect points here, that's a 3/5 star because as I said, no staff who cleans the places and tables because the places, especially the green places, are dirty.

This particular McDonald’s is extremely inefficient your fries are almost always cold and old and soggy and the cheese on your burger is hardened and also cold. Sometimes they don’t use the cash register and you don’t receive a receipt, eating at this particular McDonald’s is not worth the calories because it is the same food but presented in a disappointing way. Also you’ll wait forever and it’s NOT worth the wait

Not toilets and not soda refill

It does not have bathroom and it's the only Mc Donald's I've been to where there is no refill for soda... Worst experience in a McDonald's.

I would prefer to give zero stars. I think it's crazy that you pay over €10 for three medium drinks! Not recommended, but the main thing is free WiFi.

A typical McDonald's. The special thing is that you can only order food directly at the counter. GREAT. THAT'S HOW IT SHOULD BE! Clean, fast delivery to the table, inventory in order. Food was standard. Staff nice. Small and good.

Wrong sandwich, I go to point it out and they open the sandwich they gave me, adding two slices of bacon and giving it back to me. Wrong again, because in addition to the bacon, other ingredients were also missing, but I gave up on pointing it out. It's very disgusting when the McDonald's employee reaches into the fries tray with her bare hands and helps herself to the fries that are lying there, and then gets a few more. If you're hungry you can put some in the cardboard and help yourself. Adding old cheeseburgers that have been lying around for 2 hours is disgusting

As always, when you want a quick bite, go to Mak. A small area, not very cozy, but fast and tasty.

The service from Berlin is totally a disaster!! and it's a bit expensive for a fast food, to be honest. :)

I went with my family for a quick lunch, I already had in mind to get a salad given my Celiac disease and unfortunately I had to wait longer than necessary due to the wrong order. After asking several times if the chicken was grilled, it arrived fried. So they understand English very little. The manager was very kind because she came to us immediately to sort out the situation and we found a compromise. This McDonald's doesn't have a bathroom because there is another McDonald's inside the station which is right next door. Cleaning ok.

Yesterday 29/02/2024 evening around 21:00 I went to this mc to buy some food. It was a woman working there and I promise you guys I never met most rude person . I understand that it’s probably not your dream job but darling we need to eat burgers not your attitude.

It's like being at the train station. After ordering, you wait with others and everyone is annoyed. The waitress (man) is nice and friendly, although you can tell he's stressed. Coupons were accepted.

Yesterday I was in this McDonald's branch with my two children. My kids got the kids menu and I had nuggets and fries. Afterwards my little daughter complained about a stomach ache, about 4 hours later she had diarrhea and around 2 a.m. she got a fever. Since this morning my other daughter has also had stomach cramps and diarrhea, and now at 9 p.m. I have too. I am 100% sure that we got the gastrointestinal virus due to food poisoning from eating at McDonald's. I advise everyone against this branch. This cannot be done hygienically there.

It deserves zero stars. I've never been to such a bad McDonald's. I would never spend money here again. The food was so bad and the service didn't even speak German and spoke in English. We live in Germany!!!! That's just bold. Mc Donalds advertises coupons in the app and can then only scan one per order and if you want to place a second order, then one coupon suddenly no longer works. I've never experienced anything like that and the cola is getting worse and worse and everything is becoming more expensive. I'm really afraid that I've caught something here!!!!!

Every now and then I have an appetite for a small "burger menu" i.e. burger, cola and fries. Unfortunately the fries are EVERY TIME VERY BAD - even today again they are very light, not crusty but sticky and hardly or not at all salted. When I asked, I was told: "that "Aren't we allowed to be crispy - banned by the food authorities - because of health" huh? Then McD shouldn't be able to offer the burgers and the cola either!!! Expérience désastreuse. Accueil qui laisse à désirer, le monsieur qui a prit notre commande était irrespectueux et désagréable, semblait saoulé de nous accueillir. De plus, une hygiène catastrophique : des cartons Amazon en cuisine, le caissier touche à la fois nos frites et l’argent liquide sans lavage de mains, l’équipe ne porte aucunes protections sanitaires, des tables grasses et pleine de nourriture. Aucuns choix menu, seulement des frites en accompagnement. Très mauvaise première expérience pour des touristes.

This McDonald's is pretty good - the food and drinks here are as expected. It is usually pretty busy and it is also quite dingy and dark, but it is clearly for take-out orders as it is located in a U-bahn station.

Hallo, also ich finde der Cheeseburger war nicht verbrennt verbrannt deswegen ist sehr schlecht aber so war alles sehr sehr gut. Ich finde es war sehr wir haben unser Essen 4:30 Uhr Minuten gekriegt. Sehr gut. Außerdem haben wir gesehen wie ein Einhorn gegen ein Dinosaurier gekämpft hat der das Einhorn gewonnen also sind wir sehr happy wieder nach Hause gegangen.

Ich bin kein häufiger Gast in solchen Fastfood-Restaurants. Doch es kommt vor, wenn es schnell gehen soll und man eine gleichbleibende Qualität erwarten kann. Doch man kann auch eines besseren belehrt werden. Als ich einen Big Mac bestellte bekam ich wohl einen nach neuer verschlimmbesserter Rezeptur. Die angekündigte goldbraune Fleischscheibe sah schon von außen wie eine schwarze verkohlte Zwischenlage aus und schmeckte auch genau wie sie aussah, trocken und verbrannt. An dem Gesamteindruck konnten auch die spärlichen Salatbeilagen, winzige Gurkenscheiben und überwürzte Sauce nicht mehr helfen. Alles in allem ist dieses Stück Fastfood eine Enttäuschung gewesen, die ich nicht aufessen konnte. Es blieb ein nachhaltiger Eindruck, der mich davon abhalten wird, eine gleichbleibend gewohnte Qualität dieser Systemgastronomie zu erwarten.

Németországban nem tudok németül rendelni! Tiszta szégyen, hogy az alkalmazott nem beszéli még az alapokat se a német nyelvet! Ich kann in Deutschland nicht auf Deutsch bestellen! 0 STERNE!!!!!! Kommen hier rein kurze Schlange… Stelle mich an und warte und warte ganze 25min!!!! Bekomme das Essen und auf den Getränken nicht mal mehr ein Deckel auch nicht nach Anfrage bekommen. Cheeseburger viel zu salzig und Pommes nicht mehr frisch. Weder Handschuhe noch Haarbedeckung wurde getragen. Einfach ekelhaft, nie wieder.

Talmente arretrato che non ha neanche i display per ordinare i tuoi panini e menu, ma devi ordinare alla cassa, dopo aver cercato di interpretare il menu scritto in alto. Molto difficile, soprattutto per chi non parla il tedesco. Il personale alla cassa è completamente scortese e maleducato, risponde aggressivamente e mettendoti fretta, rendendo la tua esperienza un incubo. Per non parlare del fatto che l’uomo alla cassa tocca carte, soldi, scontrini e poi con le stesse mani fa le patatine fritte e prende i panini. Completamente sporco e inadeguato, da non frequentare mai più!

Keine Coupons, reudiges essen, Bauchschmerzen, magendarmentzündung, unhygienisch, hetzt das Gesundheitsamt auf Sie!!!!!!!!

Leckeres,frisches Fast-food🍔🍟😉,aber ich hatte eine Bedienung🧑🏾,die absolut nicht klar kam mit allem🙄,aber letztendlich habe ich dann doch meine Gutscheine🎫🎟️eingelöst bekommen😁😉!
