Burger King in Berlin

Today was excellent. It was very quick and everything was there. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, I've also had two instances where something was missing from my order. So, I have to check there to make sure the order is complete. Overall, though, I'm very satisfied. Thank you!

We used to go to this branch every now and then because you could get a really fresh burger there, one that hadn't been sitting around for half an hour. They looked and tasted good. Unfortunately, today was our last visit to a Burger King restaurant. For some time now, they've been mass-producing the burgers again and then sitting in the display case for ages. The quality of the burgers has also deteriorated drastically, if you can even call it quality anymore. Perhaps management should consider proper work instructions and better training their employees, because Burger King doesn't exactly have the best reputation. This is only making it worse. We also hope for the sake of other customers that management addresses this issue. The burgers aren't bad, but if it looks awful, it doesn't taste good either. So please work on quality and staff development. Furthermore, the tables are always very dirty, no matter which branch you visit. You should be able to expect cleanliness when you enter a restaurant.

Every time, several items are missing from the order. It's really annoying. So far, we haven't had a single order where at least two items weren't missing.

The shop itself is great, the service is super friendly, but the waiting time and no staff is unbelievable, the employees apologized to us several times.

An absolute impudence this shop

We've been coming here every now and then for over a year, and every time, that damn vanilla shake machine is broken. How can that be?? We've had enough and will avoid the place in the future. Given the reviews, I don't understand why the owner isn't responding. It's a real shame, but they don't seem to need it.

We had two burgers, two mayonnaise portions, and three desserts delivered, and of course, we paid! One dessert and the mayonnaise were missing, however! Seems to happen quite often at this branch! On purpose???

A very bad store. Whether at the drive-thru or in-store, orders don't process as they should. Things are ALWAYS forgotten. The servers are incompetent and almost always irritated. Even when the store is empty, you wait 20 minutes.

I got a burger with real meat even though I ordered a Planet Based burger! They also didn't provide any ketchup or mayo. This place is a disaster. I don't recommend it at all; I prefer to go to the Alt Mariendorf branch, where this sort of thing doesn't happen!

Be careful! Eat it twice, get stomach problems twice! Better go to another branch!

The self-tabs are okay. But I had a coupon from the app, and the cashier was quick to serve me. It was great, and I had my meal five minutes later. 🤌😊

The food at Burger King is classically good. There’s a nice playground nearby for kids. The restrooms are clean. You don’t have to wait long for your food, and the staff are friendly.

I had a great experience at Burger King today, thanks to Palak. She was very friendly, polite, and professional. She greeted me with a warm smile, took my order efficiently, and made sure everything was correct. It’s always nice to see someone who enjoys their job and makes the customers feel valued. Super delicious, especially the chili cheese burgers

It used to be great, but unfortunately my last three visits have been a real flop... the last time I waited 10 minutes until someone answered the drive-thru... then I just went to the checkout, the lady was super rude, I just wanted an ice cream... and then she told me that there was no ice cream for the whole month because the machine was broken 😂😂

Unfortunately, enough people still come that you don't have to worry too much. The food is cold. How can that be when it's supposedly prepared? Cold or something? It doesn't have to be super hot, but a little warm. Friendliness seems to be a foreign word here...but once again, they can chatter among themselves like crazy. Leave something with the customer. And you could also come up with something new or a more interesting coupon. It's actually not worth it.

Hello. Now, a review from me after all. I've visited the Nahmitzer Damm branch four times in the last six weeks, each Sunday, to order my food at the drive-thru. On every visit, I never received what I ordered. Let alone an invoice/receipt, even though I explicitly requested one when paying with my card. As I've seen from the posts before, the problem of missing burgers or incomplete meals has been a problem for some time. I had the same experience with the four orders, but because of the last one, I wanted to present it in a review. My last visit was on Whitsunday afternoon. The drive-thru was empty. I waited over 25 minutes for my order, which finally arrived. If I had pointed out to the employee that my meal should have included drinks, not only the three crispies and nine chili cheese nuggets would have been missing, but also the drinks. Instead, we had 3 fries, 4 mayo, and ketchup. No idea why. As I said, it can happen, but not every time like it did for me during my last 4 visits. And the last one contributed to me writing here now. I won't be going to this branch again for a while because, as I've noticed myself, they're apparently still constantly out of stock. But finally, something positive: the burgers they had were of good quality.

I ordered a PLANT-BASED meal. When I took the first bite of the plant-based nugget burger, I wondered why it tasted different. Then I took the bread off and saw that it was meat. I took it up to the front, where they confirmed it. My trust in the store is gone for now. This isn't the first time mistakes have been made here. But forgetting the fries sauce or putting meat in a plant-based burger with plant-based paper... that's something else entirely.

So if you arrive at 11:45 p.m. because it's still open, an employee comes over and says only drinks. This is the third time I've encountered this.

Food poisoning, thank you very much. We haven't vomited as much as we did from today's cheeseburgers in a long time. And when you call to spare other customers the experience, you just get a rude response ("so everything's fine here" - well, but it was everyone's first meal of the day, so maybe not everything was OK after all). We cannot recommend this branch. We ordered a Whopper, completely normal and without any major requirements. We got an old double Whopper that had obviously been left behind, cold and without tomatoes, onions or lettuce. The meat curled up slightly around the edges. The cola was warm. The branch was almost empty at the time of our visit; It couldn't have been due to the staff being overwhelmed.

So no more skilled workers understand German very badly. Wrong products served. It used to be better. Has changed for the worse. Unfortunately

We have visited this Burger King branch occasionally over the past two years. However, we will avoid this in the future. With almost every order - especially as a family - at least two items have been forgotten. Today there were even five. Mistakes can happen, that's understandable. But two guests in front of us had to complain about their order because several items were also missing. In the parking lot we looked through our order again and discovered that items worth at least €8 were missing. So we had to go back to the branch to claim it again. When we got home, we discovered that sauces and a drink from the kids menu were also missing - a total of seven items that had been paid for but not packaged. The branch was not overly busy, so stress or overload could not have been the cause. In our opinion, this no longer has anything to do with good quality customer service.

Unfortunately always disappointing – never again! I've given Burger King a try several times over the past two years, but each time I've ordered at least three things, they've forgotten at least three things. The waiting times are extremely long, even when there is hardly anything going on. If you ask politely, you are often treated rudely - when asked about the branch manager, employees pretended to be him. No apology, no accommodation, nothing. The food is then usually cold and incomplete. I have now finally drawn my conclusions - I will never go there again. You learn from mistakes!

I love the Whopper with extra cheese. Toilet was clean and there is also a slide for children outside 😊

The shop is quite dirty, the staff is incompetent (high 10), they don't get anything on the chain. Waited 30 minutes for 3 menus, luckily checked the bag in the store, first something was missing, then the wrong one was packed. And the onion rings provided are sticky and anything but fresh.

There's nothing to complain about, it would just be nice if you could provide a water bowl for dogs outside and if you could plant some hedges around the outside area to protect against the wind.

Nur 1 Kunde vor mir, trotzdem 20 min auf 2 Burger, kleine Pommes und Getränk gewartet. Dann gibt man mir die Tüte mit dem Bestelltem. Beide Burger kalt und Pommes fehlten. Ich gehe wieder rein und reklamiere. Dann werden die "alten" Buns genommen (kalt und durchweicht) und neue Patties drauf getan. Kein sorry und nix. Diese Filiale sieht mich nicht wieder.

Burgers as always, but the staff can't bring themselves to give you 3 different Whoppers. If you don't check it... after endless discussions with 2 employees, it worked out somewhat in the end after you got out of the car and sorted everything out in the store. You really can't change anything, it won't be checked. If you don't want cheese, you can still get it. And if you order 3 burgers, you only get two. In the end everything had to be done again. 🙄

I would like to order my food from the staff and not from the machine

The new Tortilla Burger packaging will be marked with a pen so that employees know which burger is inside. The color of the pen on the burger package smudges when held. Now you unconsciously spread the chemical on your burger. Furthermore, today an employee loudly cleared the chairs on the tables and loudly again on the floor. When we asked if we could make this a little quieter, we just shook our heads and were then ignored. We had to wait 16 minutes for an order. There were only 2 people in front of us in the restaurant. Overall, a miserable performance even for a fast food restaurant.

I ordered through uber they didn't send the sauces and not only they didn't put the game for my daughter I call and they tell me they send me everything just a joke never again! If you don't know how to read and you aren't honest in your work, change jobs! In a word, pitiful!

Once or twice a year you need a chili cheese burger. Then it is very tasty, unfortunately it can never be compared with the photos, but the hoses are briefly satisfied.

Food is mostly ok. Unfortunately, it's more and more often cold when you get it. The service....bad!!! I always sit for 15 minutes for a normal order (2 menus). The employees stand around and only start preparing the food after 5 to 10 minutes.

Fast food takes on a different meaning when you have to wait around 20 minutes. It's also not really put together sensibly

I ate the food at home. Some burgers and fries. I found at least 5 short white hairs in the fries. I don't have short white hair. The next morning I had to go to the toilet quickly with bad diarrhea and intestinal pain.

Normally I'm used to different things! I ordered a King Jr. here yesterday. It was packed quickly and everything was ok at first. After a kilometer on the way home we realized that something was missing. Ok, it can happen, but what I experienced left me speechless! The squeeze was “forgotten”. Alerted the employee that he had forgotten it. He then literally said: “That’s it! I can give them some ice cream.” I thought I wasn't hearing properly. It's all and I wasn't told when I was packing it up that it was all. This is a scam and a rip off! Finally I paid the full price. That something is all is ok. But it's not possible to not be made aware of this and immediately offered an alternative. So be careful and always check the bags immediately!!!

The screen is not working properly. The coupons cannot be scanned. Burger was old. The sauce was no longer visible. Dried out. The staff speaks German very poorly. Tables not clean. Not recommended.

Super friendly staff with “Bon appetit” and “Goodbye”, I almost didn’t believe it. USA style. The new Whopper is great. I can only recommend it. Unfortunately no longer in the €3.99 introductory offer, but really good. 🍔 . Otherwise everything is clean and modern. 05/2024: A good choice for the evening and time. The luxury line of burgers 🍔 tastes really good, but is really expensive for fast food. Over €30 for two? You can almost go to the restaurant there. The atmosphere was bad this time because they had already started cleaning the shop and putting the chairs on the table at 9:30 p.m. Too bad.
