Used drive thru, order 1x King menu, 2x King JR menu and 20 nuggets. Wait 15 minutes and the result was: Cola and 20 nuggets were forgotten and instead of ketchup, mayo was added to the children's menu. Complete failure because I only discovered the dilemma at home.

Catastrophe now. There are endless waiting times and the food here just tastes disgusting (meat not cooked properly, rolls dry and old). Service unfriendly. Ambience dirty. And not just after one time. It's often like that. You'd better close the shop if you're too incompetent! Regarding delivery: Now be so cheeky and ask for €3 delivery costs + €0.89 service fee? These order machines are a disaster... Only two employees on site and the food... I mean in my childhood and youth it was tasty and affordable... Given the prices, I'd rather go to a steakhouse

For the first time we ordered via the BK app. Unfortunately the delivery never arrived, but after a quick call the money was transferred straight back and the person on the phone was incredibly nice and courteous. Thank you! The next time we ordered we had to Uber and we even got a call because a Beöag didn't come out cold from the order. Everything Tippi-Toppi! (The employees at the branch can't do anything about the offer at BK, but vegan cheese on the veggie burgers would still be great 💜) Thanks!

Hair in the food manager was rude to customers and didn't refund and discuss the food

Overall very clean store. I know it differently from other Burger Kings. Our order was a bit larger, but it came very quickly. The food was fresh and hot... You can't expect more from a fast food place...

The salad with the menu looked a bit lean, there was still a lot of space in the container. You could tell from the floor that it had been a while since it was last cleaned. A guest had complained about a dirty table, but on the third occasion it was cleaned and our table was clean. Food was otherwise ok.

Unfortunately I can't rate the food because I left unfinished after waiting 10 minutes. Employees walked past us 5 times without saying “Hello” or “It will take a while”. If you don't want to order online or at the terminal today, you probably have no chance of getting a quick meal. Sorry but this chain has been gone for us for a long time.

A good choice for the evening and time. The luxury line of burgers 🍔 tastes really good, but is really expensive for fast food. Over €30 for two? You can almost go to the restaurant there. The atmosphere was bad this time because they had already started cleaning the shop and putting the chairs on the table at 9:30 p.m. A pity.

Ordered at the Drive Inn counter. The first annoyance was that there was no indication of the normal offering, such as cheeseburgers, on the offer board outside. After we ordered, we were allowed to pay and drive a little further to wait for our order. After seemingly endless minutes we received our order, which then turned out to be an order from another customer. Long story short, in the end we received the goods we ordered. Nevertheless, we won't come here again because we didn't like the way the BK employee communicated. A compliment at the end, the burgers were ok & the fries were good.

I was at McDrive and they actually gave me an iced tea instead of a Coke. I think that's okay, there are rules, I asked to swap them. and when I got home I noticed that they had given me iced tea again. very annoying

The order is sometimes wrong, some things you get twice and some not at all. Everything is becoming more expensive and the food is becoming more and more embarrassing. I ordered a Big King for around €10, but it's only the size of a cheeseburger. It's just sad that you can only make money by ripping off others with tiny products that are completely overpriced. You can forget not to recommend it.

Update/Update: Bacon King Ordered —> Received bacon almost raw on the burger. After the complaint, the Bacon King was with fried bacon, but it wasn't a Bacon King, but with cucumbers and an inedible yellow sauce - what happened? Very pleasant atmosphere in the green next to the interesting IBM building. The operation has improved quite a bit and everything is friendly. From now on it has become our favorite Burger King!

You must immediately check the price, contents of the order and definitely the receipt, as mistakes will be made. Checking and correction may not take place even after notification.

Food is getting worse and worse. But also at McDonald's

Eating rubbish 2 chicken nugget burgers ordered with fries. Bite into one of the burgers and immediately felt a bit of taste in my mouth. The nuggets are already old and have been warmed up several times. Thrown away straight away. I would like to take a photo but I can't. They look really bad. Never come back!!!

Update..... ....been there several times in the last few weeks and everything was nice every time....toilets and seating area clean....ordering possible from the staff....ordering prepared quickly and just as you would imagine.... Got the receipt without asking...(to rate the visit to BK yourself...)...Staff was helpful and friendly, very service oriented...,(helped bring the food to the table.... Cappuccino instead of *just* getting coffee for the review code...) ....it would be nice if it stayed like that, you could get used to it 😏😀😀 TODAY... the branch was basically clean, only the table was slightly dirty (not rubbish, but covered in crumbs and a bit sticky), which could have been wiped off... especially where there was so little going on and quite a lot of staff Place 🙄...toilets were in good condition. Whopper and fries were fresh enough and warm enough, Coke carbonated enough and cold enough... that was fine. Ordering and payment without any problems...but the employee was wearing really dirty work clothes with lots of stains on them, I found that a bit disgusting and I've never seen anything like that anywhere? She wasn't offered water here🤷🏻‍♀️ What I didn't like was everything about my dessert...King Fusion Oreo,...it was absolutely fine in terms of taste and consistency..but it was very little, if at all, filled to half the cup 🙄... The burgers were lukewarm and the fries were cold and wobbly. When you complained, the ladies behind the counter acted as if they didn't understand you. Only after repeatedly pointing out that the food was cold was it exchanged for something warmer. Never again, just scary.

I ordered a large fries with mayonnaise and a plant base burger at the drive in. Some of the fries weren't fresh! A few tasted sticky, as if they had been reheated and mixed with the fresh fries. Other than that, it definitely wasn't a big portion and the mayo was missing! The burger, on the other hand, was okay…

At the end of December 2023 (Thursday) my wife and I wanted to visit this branch. We called at 10 p.m., no one answered the phone/we wanted to ask about opening times. The website said it was open until 1 a.m. that day. We drove there and got there shortly after 11 p.m. There was a sign on the door: Open until 11 p.m. We were very disappointed with this “service”. We then contacted “customer service” by email. We are still waiting for an answer...perhaps this department has already been dissolved.

I was there last night with my 3 children and it was a disaster. We were there at 8:50 p.m. Ordered food for just under 45 euros. Our food was packed to take away and I asked why they packed it, we are eating in the restaurant. There was an unfriendly “We close at 9:30 p.m.”. I said there was still half an hour left and we would eat at the restaurant. Then I unpacked my Big Mac, which was already oily and wet in the packaging. It was just disgusting. The bread was completely soggy and the meat was completely soft, so it looked like it had been eaten before. I complained about this burger. And the waitress always wanted to tell me that it was normal. It is completely fresh meat. Then a colleague came over to whom I showed this soggy burger and he grumpily said we'd make a new one. The 2nd burger wasn't any better and I was served. I took care of him. Never again Burger King. I'm sorry.

Food is good, service is very fast despite the high volume

The restaurant shall be open until 21:30. However, they close it at 21:15 because they need 15 min to clean up everything. Cleaning time must be after closing time!!! That was surprisingly unprofessional ????!!!!

Dolles Personal sehr sauber da gehe ich gerne auf ein sneck hin

Wir haben vor Ort gefragt, ob uns jemand mit der PC Bestellung v helfen kann oder wir am Tresen bestellen können. Ein nettes Lächeln war die Antwort. Auf nochmalige Anfrage, wir wollen nur ein Eis für die Enkel kam dann irgendwann(gefühlt 10 Minuten)jemand von hinten und und hat uns dann etwas genervt geholfen. Eis gibt es nicht. Okay es ist Winter dachte ich, dann hat es ein shake auch getan. Jedenfalls hatte ich lange genug Zeit zu beobachten. Da sind einige verzweifelt eine Bestellung elektronisch abzugeben. Das Personal wirkte sehr überfordert und versuchte freundlich zu wirken. Ich werde diese Art der Fastfoodketten nicht mehr besuchen. Und ob das shake okay war, mein Mann hatte später Probleme auf Toilette

Ein sehr schlecht geführtes Unternehmen, das Essen ist oft nur lauwarm, Änderung am Essen werden vergessen oder vertauscht, das Personal ist nicht der Deutschen Sprache mächtig versteht oft nichts und man versteht sie auch oft nicht. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Spitze des Eisbergs ist Folge situation: ich habe mich beschwert das in der Cola keine kohlensäure drin ist, es wurde mir eine neue gegeben und die war genauso, ich habe mir den Manager kommen lasen schilderte ihm die situation und er machte mir erneut eine neue die genau gleich war. Ich sagte zu ihm das er doch mal die Kohlensäure wechseln sollte, seine Antwort da kann ich nichts machen das ist öfters so, ich soll doch einen Kaffee nehmen???? Ich sagte ihm das er die nächsten Kunden darauf hinweisen sollte das die kohlensäure nicht funktioniert, er ignorierte dies und alle weiteren Kunde bekamen Getränke ohne kohlensäure, sein Argument war " soll ich den Laden jetzt schließen? Ich soll doch mal mich bei der Zentrale beschweren oder das in die Öffentlichkeit tragen das hier mal was passiert " So ein unprofessionelles Verhalten, ich meide diese Filiale

Die Bürger in jeglicher Kategorie sind in Geschmack und Preis Verhältnis deutlich besser als andere f.f. Ketten. Die Getränke bräuchten ein Update in Geschmack und Genuss aber sonst sehr solide

Der Laden hatte mal sowas wie ein ganz leichtes amerikanisches Flair. Lang ist's her. Jetzt ist das nur noch eine an Kälte kaum zu übertreffende Halle. So gemütlich wie auf einem U-Bahnhof. Die Umgestaltung zur KI-Bedienung und farblosigkeit im Essbereich bringt einen Wohlfühlfaktor der unter Null liegt 👎

Die Kette hat verloren. Personal ist geschrumpft worden und will auch nicht mehr angesprochen werden. Alles läuft über Automaten, deshalb gehts trotzdem nicht schneller. Kundenunfreundlich. Ausstattung wirkt kalt/kühl, kein aha/oha-effekt mehr. Der Rückgabebereich läuft über. Kein Wunder bei dem wenigen Personal. Früher war mehr los. Wahrscheinlich der Einsparung und den Reportagen geschuldet. Ihr müsst wieder besser werden!

Noch nie so schlechte Coke Zero aus 'ner Mischanlage getrunken. Die Burger immer lieblos zusammengesetzt und lauwarm. Pommes labbrig. Vom Personal ganz zu schweigen. Gehen wir nicht mehr hin.

Zu den Öffnungszeiten: "Schließt um ...", meint hier, dass schon längere Zeit vorher 50% der Stühle hochgestellt sind, so dass Menschen, die zusammen essen wollen, gezwungen sind, sich zu verteilen und weit auseinander zu sitzen. Gestern wurde eine halbe Stunde vor Betriebsschluss drinnen dann auch keine Bestellung mehr angenommen und der Ausgabebereich gesperrt, zudem bei noch vollem Hause schon mal der Notausgang abgeschlossen. Gäste, die 50 Minuten vor Ladenschluss noch essen wollen (sind 50 in einem FASTfoodladen ein Problem?), machen sich unbeliebt, weil von ihnen eine Gefahr ausgeht: die Gefahr, dass sich der Feierabend des Personals verzögern könnte, dem natürlich auch egal ist, ob der Filiale durch ihre Haltung Umsatz verlorengeht. Sie haben offenbar eh nichts davon und das lässt man die Gäste hier spüren. Dies als Warnung für Menschen, die spät noch gesellig und hungrig sind. Schmiert euch lieber 'ne Stulle.

Kalte Pommes ,Mayo vergessen,sehr lange gedauert.😐

Diese Fiale ist sowas von nicht empfehlenswert. Zum wiederholten Male wird das Essen kalt und völlig versalzen geliefert. Nie wieder werde ich bei Burger King bestellen. Burger Kind schneidet definitiv so schlimm ab, wie es die Reportage von Wallraff gezeigt hat. Früher war Burger Kind deutlich besser. Ich weiß schon, warum ich wenn nur bei MCD esse und bestelle. Durch das kalte und versalzene essen hab ich mir sogar den Magen verdorben. Das Einzige, was man genießen kann, sind die verschlossenen Getränke wie Cola und Co.

Jedes Mal wenn man hier was bestellt fehlt etwas.. diesmal waren wir leider im Dive in und haben aus Eile die Bestellung nicht gecheckt und wieder wurden mehrere Burger vergessen! Nie wieder! Das einzig positive war der wirklich nette Mitarbeiter am Drive.

Ich war bei Burgerking mal einen Bürger mir mal gegönnt, naya vor 10 Jahren war ich bei Borgerking , das war sehr enteuchent das schmeckt so schlecht . Nie mehr Wieder Borgerking den Dreck könnt ihr selber Fressen

Wir waren gestern mal wieder hier und hatten einen Bacon Burger . Der Bacon war nicht knusprig nur erwärmt . Das einzige war der Burger war frisch, aber unlecker. Schade das die Klimaanlage nicht eingeschaltet wird. Das Personal hat dann noch 2 Tische weiter mit einem stark riechenden Reinigungsmittel gewischt was unseren Aufenthalt schnell beendet hat. Fazit viel zu teuer für schlechten Burger.

Alles top in Ordnung, sehr modernes Ambiente und sehr sauber

Cheeseburger nicht heiß, obwohl angeblich frisch zubereitet. Pommes auch schon etwas älter. Personal freundlich und höflich. Laden sauber und fast leer. Kleiner 6-7-Jähriger Kunde der hinein kam wurde mit einem Lächeln empfangen. Also sehr kinderfreundlich.

Wer gerne bei Burger King isst, kann hier seine Burger essen. Das anderswo bessere Burger zu essen gibt, steht auf einem anderen Zettel.

Überraschend gut. Burger sind qualitativ hochwertig und besser als man erwartet. Generell habe ich bei Burger King eine Verbesserung bemerkt hier kriegt man noch richtige Burger nicht wie bei Mac Donalds. Natürlich ist es trotzdem nicht besonders gesund und immernoch eine Restaurantkette.

Lange Wartezeit bis das Essen fertig war. Bei der Bestellung an dem Automaten wird man mit aller Macht immer wieder gedrängt doch ein Menü aus seinem einen Bestellten Burger zu machen. Dann den falschen Burger bekommen. Der Burger wurde zwar ausgetauscht, aber das absolut Wortlos. Ich stand an dem Tresen wie ein Trottel und wusste nicht ob jetzt ein neuer Burger kommt oder ob in China doch ein Sack Reis umfällt.

Medien sind mir egal, es schmeckt und deswegen kann man da auch mal hin zum Essen.

Die Burger waren lauwarm und ziemlich trocken.

Das Menü, Doppel Whopper hat mir nicht geschmeckt, das ist Ansichtssache - extra Cola 0.5 für 3.99€ das hat mir den Tag versaut. Fastfood für knapp 20€, das hat sich für mich künftig erledigt.

2 Std Wartezeit für Fastfood müll. Absoluter Müll laden. Besorgt euch mal besseres Personal. Bietet kein lieferdienst an, wenn ihr es nicht hinbekommt.

Man bekommt hier wirklich die gesamte Palette an widerlichen Erlebnissen. Mitarbeiter die nach dem kassieren die Burger machen, Mitarbeiter die mit bloßen Händen dreck von der Arbeitsfläche wischen und danach Burger machen und vieles mehr. Die überteuerten Burger waren pappig, angetrocknet an den Rändern und völlig ekelhaft fettig… Wer hier isst muss völlig wahnsinnig sein. Mehr Mutprobe als Mahlzeit

Tische schmutzig Toiletten defekt, uralt, schmutzig und ekelhaft 🤮

Beide Kassen geschlossen, nur die blöden self Service Terminals. Voll bekloppt, da benötigt man ja ein Studium um die zu bedienen. Aber egal, ein netter Mitarbeiter hat geholfen und die Bestellung aufgenommen.

Draußen +30, die vorhandene Klimaanlage drinnen ist wie es sich gehört aus, lediglich an der Kasse merkt man, dass ausschließlich das Personal Klimaanlage genießt, aber nicht die zahlende Kundschaft, warum auch. Dafür ist die Beleuchtung an, und zwar um 15:00 Uhr, damit man alle Krümel auf den nicht aufgeräumten Tischen sehen kann..

War lange nicht mehr hier. Es hat sich was verändert und war doch überraschend, dass alles ordentlich und schnell ging. Parkplätze gut vorhanden und mit Fahrrad auch schnell erreichbar.

War wieder mal hier, mit dem Pfandsystem hat es leider nicht so geklappt. Sonst war ich zufrieden wie immer

Seit den Skandalmeldungen finde ich es besser aber an den Bestellautomaten verzweifel ich regelmässig. An der Kasse beim Mitarbeiter bestellen finde ich einfacher und schneller.

War definitiv früher besser. Man wird schnell bedient. Ich liebe geschmolzenen Käse. Bekommt man in diesen Ketten leider gar nicht mehr. Wieso ist mir ein Rätsel.

Die Cola hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Keine Kohlensäure, hat nicht nach Cola geschmeckt. Das Essen hat lecker geschmeckt.
