We've been coming here for over 10 years. From now on we won't go there anymore. The quality has deteriorated and EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEES. ESPECIALLY ON SUNDAY

Very clean and super friendly staff

The new Tortilla Burger packaging will be marked with a pen so that employees know which burger is inside. The color of the pen on the burger package smudges when held. Now you unconsciously spread the chemical on your burger. Furthermore, today an employee loudly cleared the chairs on the tables and loudly again on the floor. When we asked if we could make this a little quieter, we just shook our heads and were then ignored. We had to wait 16 minutes for an order. There were only 2 people in front of us in the restaurant. Overall, a miserable performance even for a fast food restaurant.

The best employees I have ever seen at BK. Always freshly prepared food that doesn't sit around for minutes and is kept warm. That's why consistently positive reviews for the store and especially for the great staff <3

I ordered through uber they didn't send the sauces and not only they didn't put the game for my daughter I call and they tell me they send me everything just a joke never again! If you don't know how to read and you aren't honest in your work, change jobs! In a word, pitiful!

Once or twice a year you need a chili cheese burger. Then it is very tasty, unfortunately it can never be compared with the photos, but the hoses are briefly satisfied.

This Burger King is just as boringly decorated as many other branches. But the worst thing in this branch are the toilets. I haven't seen anything so extremely dirty in a long time.

Food is mostly ok. Unfortunately, it's more and more often cold when you get it. The service....bad!!! I always sit for 15 minutes for a normal order (2 menus). The employees stand around and only start preparing the food after 5 to 10 minutes.

Fast food takes on a different meaning when you have to wait around 20 minutes. It's also not really put together sensibly

I ate the food at home. Some burgers and fries. I found at least 5 short white hairs in the fries. I don't have short white hair. The next morning I had to go to the toilet quickly with bad diarrhea and intestinal pain.

Normally I'm used to different things! I ordered a King Jr. here yesterday. It was packed quickly and everything was ok at first. After a kilometer on the way home we realized that something was missing. Ok, it can happen, but what I experienced left me speechless! The squeeze was “forgotten”. Alerted the employee that he had forgotten it. He then literally said: “That’s it! I can give them some ice cream.” I thought I wasn't hearing properly. It's all and I wasn't told when I was packing it up that it was all. This is a scam and a rip off! Finally I paid the full price. That something is all is ok. But it's not possible to not be made aware of this and immediately offered an alternative. So be careful and always check the bags immediately!!!

Ice cream is delicious. We don't eat burgers etc. anymore because of an unpleasant booger experience...

The screen is not working properly. The coupons cannot be scanned. Burger was old. The sauce was no longer visible. Dried out. The staff speaks German very poorly. Tables not clean. Not recommended.

Super friendly staff with “Bon appetit” and “Goodbye”, I almost didn’t believe it. USA style. The new Whopper is great. I can only recommend it. Unfortunately no longer in the €3.99 introductory offer, but really good. 🍔 . Otherwise everything is clean and modern. 05/2024: A good choice for the evening and time. The luxury line of burgers 🍔 tastes really good, but is really expensive for fast food. Over €30 for two? You can almost go to the restaurant there. The atmosphere was bad this time because they had already started cleaning the shop and putting the chairs on the table at 9:30 p.m. Too bad.

+++ATTENTION Articles standing around for hours+++ Yesterday on September 4th, 2024 around 9:10 p.m. I ordered 2x King of the Month after 8 years. Hoping that BK has improved. Much worse than what happened 8 years ago with the old food, the soggy hard fries. Again the same, hard bread almost like rubber, hard fries too. Was probably warming up for several hours. The only thing that was fresh were the onion rings that were also ordered, they have to prepare them fresh. I strongly assume that the fries and the citizens were kept in the warming counter for several hours. Bread, which should usually be buttery soft, was very hard and difficult to chew, just like the fries. It is incomprehensible why such goods have to be sold to the customer. The manager, a lady, was very unreasonable after the phone call. The main thing is that the cash register is right. Never again. It's really terrible what has happened to the store. No improvement in sight, even after the same cases as 8 years ago. Food that has been sitting around for hours is still sold to the customer. The employees probably don't feel like preparing it fresh anymore and the customer ends up being annoyed with it, especially if they buy the food at the drive-thru, the scam is triggered. Old fries and unfresh goods that have been sitting around for a long time are put into their bags. I live 900 meters around the corner, in 5-6 minutes no fresh citizen or the fries are almost bone hard or like rubber!!! Drive-in customers should check all the goods carefully, especially after receiving their order. Test the fries in the bag from the very bottom, as the same stitch was removed several times with us. Fresh fries at the top, very old fries at the bottom that must have been sitting around for hours. The whole thing is really terrible at today's prices where people don't earn any more money anyway.

Today, September 8th, 2024, around 8 p.m., I ordered and paid for 3 burgers and any sides such as fries, nuggets, onion rings, etc. Didn't want to check because my little son was already asleep and I wouldn't wake him up. But I specifically asked the woman if everything was in there, she even said the burgers that should be in there and then out of 3 actual burgers only 1 burger was in there and even that was faulty. I ordered a long chicken with cheese and tomatoes and paid extra. Ps: the lady also called her boss “Hüssein” because of the language barrier. You're a really great boss!

It's a Burger King, so I can't expect plush chairs - it's a fast food restaurant. I have been here at Nahmitzer Damm many times and have always received friendly and courteous service. Always happy to come back

Ice cream is supposed to make you happy, but unfortunately not at Burger King. I came here a few times with my partner just for ice cream. Sometimes it was okay. Other times the cup was half full and the spoon was ridiculously small and didn't reach the bottom. Yesterday (September 1st) was the biggest joke because my cup was barely half full and the ice cream was completely melted. My partner's ice cream was much fuller and a little less melted. People who love ice cream, take note! This branch will make your day a little sadder. :(

Used drive thru, order 1x King menu, 2x King JR menu and 20 nuggets. Wait 15 minutes and the result was: Cola and 20 nuggets were forgotten and instead of ketchup, mayo was added to the children's menu. Complete failure because I only discovered the dilemma at home.

These order machines are a disaster... Only two employees on site and the food... I mean in my childhood and youth it was tasty and affordable... Given the prices, I'd rather go to a steakhouse

For the first time we ordered via the BK app. Unfortunately the delivery never arrived, but after a quick call the money was transferred straight back and the person on the phone was incredibly nice and courteous. Thank you! The next time we ordered we had to Uber and we even got a call because a Beöag didn't come out cold from the order. Everything Tippi-Toppi! (The employees at the branch can't do anything about the offer at BK, but vegan cheese on the veggie burgers would still be great 💜) Thanks!

Hair in the food manager was rude to customers and didn't refund and discuss the food

The salad with the menu looked a bit lean, there was still a lot of space in the container. You could tell from the floor that it had been a while since it was last cleaned. A guest had complained about a dirty table, but on the third occasion it was cleaned and our table was clean. Food was otherwise ok.

Overall very clean store. I know it differently from other Burger Kings. Our order was a bit larger, but it came very quickly. The food was fresh and hot... You can't expect more from a fast food place...

Unfortunately I can't rate the food because I left unfinished after waiting 10 minutes. Employees walked past us 5 times without saying “Hello” or “It will take a while”. If you don't want to order online or at the terminal today, you probably have no chance of getting a quick meal. Sorry but this chain has been gone for us for a long time.

Very well maintained and beautifully located in the countryside. You can order either digitally at order terminals or in person from the friendly staff at the checkout. We will definitely come back.

Ordered at the Drive Inn counter. The first annoyance was that there was no indication of the normal offering, such as cheeseburgers, on the offer board outside. After we ordered, we were allowed to pay and drive a little further to wait for our order. After seemingly endless minutes we received our order, which then turned out to be an order from another customer. Long story short, in the end we received the goods we ordered. Nevertheless, we won't come here again because we didn't like the way the BK employee communicated. A compliment at the end, the burgers were ok & the fries were good.

When the boss is there, everything works. No problems with completeness and it's quick too.

I was at McDrive and they actually gave me an iced tea instead of a Coke. I think that's okay, there are rules, I asked to swap them. and when I got home I noticed that they had given me iced tea again. very annoying

The order is sometimes wrong, some things you get twice and some not at all. Everything is becoming more expensive and the food is becoming more and more embarrassing. I ordered a Big King for around €10, but it's only the size of a cheeseburger. It's just sad that you can only make money by ripping off others with tiny products that are completely overpriced. You can forget not to recommend it.

Update/Update: Bacon King Ordered —> Received bacon almost raw on the burger. After the complaint, the Bacon King was with fried bacon, but it wasn't a Bacon King, but with cucumbers and an inedible yellow sauce - what happened? Very pleasant atmosphere in the green next to the interesting IBM building. The operation has improved quite a bit and everything is friendly. From now on it has become our favorite Burger King!

Eating rubbish 2 chicken nugget burgers ordered with fries. Bite into one of the burgers and immediately felt a bit of taste in my mouth. Got the receipt without asking...(to rate the visit to BK yourself...)...Staff was helpful and friendly, very service oriented...,(helped bring the food to the table.... Cappuccino instead of *just* getting coffee for the review code...) ....it would be nice if it stayed like that, you could get used to it 😏😀😀 TODAY... the branch was basically clean, only the table was slightly dirty (not rubbish, but covered in crumbs and a bit sticky), which could have been wiped off... especially where there was so little going on and quite a lot of staff Place 🙄...toilets were in good condition. Whopper and fries were fresh enough and warm enough, Coke carbonated enough and cold enough... that was fine. Ordering and payment without any problems...but the employee was wearing really dirty work clothes with lots of stains on them, I found that a bit disgusting and I've never seen anything like that anywhere? I like the fact that the dog is allowed in. She wasn't offered water here🤷🏻‍♀️ What I didn't like was everything about my dessert...King Fusion Oreo,...it was absolutely fine in terms of taste and consistency..but it was very little, if at all, filled to half the cup 🙄... I then asked whether it was the normal size or whether you get less (...maybe half the ice cream because you pay half the price if you use a coupon? I think the ice cream costs €3.99 , it's a joke what you get for it, completely overpriced). The employee told me that she has been working here for 16 years and that the ice cream has always been the same for 16 years...namely always 126g...all I can say is that I have never had so little in my cup.. Absolute no-gos for long-term employees: - Interrupting customers - speak in a loud voice and give a monologue to the customer - Make eye contact with other customers (should other customers interfere and take the employee's side🤪?) ...to make it clear how difficult it is with some people? - make it clear through facial expressions and gestures how annoying the customer and his concerns are now... you really have better things to do (maybe wipe a table😀) - gossip about the customer with colleagues - to claim that the customer is lying!! The burgers were lukewarm and the fries were cold and wobbly. When you complained, the ladies behind the counter acted as if they didn't understand you. Only after repeatedly pointing out that the food was cold was it exchanged for something warmer. Never again, just scary.

I ordered a large fries with mayonnaise and a plant base burger at the drive in. Some of the fries weren't fresh! A few tasted sticky, as if they had been reheated and mixed with the fresh fries. At the end of December 2023 (Thursday) my wife and I wanted to visit this branch. We called at 10 p.m., no one answered the phone/we wanted to ask about opening times. The website said it was open until 1 a.m. that day. We drove there and got there shortly after 11 p.m. There was a sign on the door: Open until 11 p.m. We were very disappointed with this “service”. We then contacted “customer service” by email. We are still waiting for an answer...perhaps this department has already been dissolved.

I was there last night with my 3 children and it was a disaster. We were there at 8:50 p.m. Ordered food for just under 45 euros. Our food was packed to take away and I asked why they packed it, we are eating in the restaurant. There was an unfriendly “We close at 9:30 p.m.”. I said there was still half an hour left and we would eat at the restaurant. Then I unpacked my Big Mac, which was already oily and wet in the packaging. It was just disgusting. The bread was completely soggy and the meat was completely soft, so it looked like it had been eaten before. I complained about this burger. And the waitress always wanted to tell me that it was normal. It is completely fresh meat. Then a colleague came over to whom I showed this soggy burger and he grumpily said we'd make a new one. The 2nd burger wasn't any better and I was served. I took care of him. Never again Burger King. I'm sorry.

The restaurant shall be open until 21:30. However, they close it at 21:15 because they need 15 min to clean up everything. Cleaning time must be after closing time!!! That was surprisingly unprofessional ????!!!!
