Einfach der schlechteste burger king den ich je erlebt habe. Meine Schwiegermutter hat das letzte mal 30 Mon auf einen vergessenen burger gewartet. Und die war mit zwei kleinen Kids da und es war kein großer Andrang. Service inkompetent und nicht fähig zwei Dinge gleichzeitig zu koordinieren.

Schlimmste Burger king was ich je gesehen habe. Automaten drinne funktionieren nicht. Ich musste mit 2 kleinkindern bei 30 grad im drive in 30-35 min stehen und aufs essen warten obwohl wir nur 1 Junior Menü, 1x 6er Nuggets und ein Menü hatten. die Mitarbeiter verstehen kein wort deutsch und die hälfte fehlte draufhin noch. Nie wieder!!

Habe für mich und Familie ca. 7 Bürger geholt weil's Mal wieder schnell gehen musste. Kam Zuhause an und ein Bürger hat gefehlt. Habe direkt angerufen und sollte am nächsten Tag vorbei kommen. Mir wurde der Burger und einmal Pommes und meiner Tochter 2 Figuren aus dem happymeal geschenkt + ein Eis. Service top - essen immer top bin Kunde seit 4 Jahren selten ausfälle gehabt. Ambiente typisch BK - alles super.

Total schlimm, dass die Mitarbeiter kein vernünftiges Deutsch können! Jede Bestellung ist eine Herausforderung und dauert ewig. Am Autoschalter wird man auf Englisch vollgesprochen.

Schnelles warmes Essen zu BK Qualität. Auf jedenfall mega, 3 Menüs in 6min zu zaubern ist sportlich ^^

Ich bin öfters hier essen obwohl ich sehr vorsichtig bin und sehr penibel. Ich konnte keine negativen Erfahrungen sammeln, essen ist frisch, Service ist gut 👍

Leider sind die Brötchen bei Burger King nicht (mehr) lecker. Schade.😏

Wenn man den Burger mal aufklappt und schaut, wie traurig und lieblos alles belegt ist ( Whopper und Whopper Junior ) sollte man bei den hohen Preisen ein richtiges Restaurant bevorzugen oder gleich zu einer Currywurst Bude.

Absolutely amazing to eat here, if you're hungry and you have no idea what to eat then this is the best place to go. The employees are always at the nicest and finest, most polite level you can ever think of. DEU: Absolut fantastisch hier zu essen, wenn du keine Ahnung hast oder keine lust hast etwas zu kochen. Personal jedesmal freundlich und fall was falsch zubereitet wurde, kann man die fragen ob die es nochmal neu machen können. Kann ich mich nicht beschweren

Super schöne Aussicht nach draußen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und das Essen ist auch Mega lecker. Kann ich nur empfehlen :)

Ich komme hier sehr gerne hin. Das Essen ist immer frisch und lecker, besonders die Pommes sind top. Das Team ist super freundlich und sehr kinderfreundlich – meine Kinder fühlen sich hier immer wohl. Besonders Hardy (blonde Mitarbeiterin) ist unglaublich nett, man merkt ihre Freundlichkeit schon an der Sprechanlage im Drive-in. So einen herzlichen Service erlebt man nicht oft. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!

Gegensprechanlage funktionierte nicht richtig. Schlechte deutsche Kommunikation. Aktionen die erst ein paar Tage laufen, gab es nicht mehr. Keine alternative Filiale Richtung Süden.

Freundliche Bedienung, kurze Wartezeit, das Essen immer frisch und warm. Sollte doch mal ein Fehler passieren, wird sofort professionell reagiert und korrigiert.

War sehr leer hier, kann deshalb nicht viel zur Bedienung sagen, außer dass in diesem Fall alles reibungslos lief. Vom Essen darf man natürlich nur das erwarten, was einen zum Fast Food führt, aber das stimmt soweit. Der Laden ist sauber, genauso wie die Toilette. Aber die Musik ist hella nervig, deshalb einen Stern Abzug.

Wir(Kollegen&Ich)sind regelmäßig dort 1x im Monat oder Alle paar Monate mal. Gefühlt ein Treffpunkt für Fahrschulen und ihre Prüfungen 😄 Ist halt typisch BurgerKing. Im großen hab ich nichts zu bemängeln. An warmen sonnigen Tagen kann es jedoch im Laden sehr drückend warm werden. Das Personal ist freundlich und macht ihren Job. Sauberkeit ist auch Gut. Als Bild gibt es die heute gekauften Grogu Tassen. Hätte erst die falschen bekommen aber die Dame am Tresen war so freundlich dies zu korrigieren. Ist nen System Fehler da die Mitarbeiter nicht sehen können welche Tasse man ausgewählt hatte.

Mitarbeiter sprechen kein deutsch es gibt Probleme beim Aufhebung der Bestellung und ich habe was falsches bekommen

Seit Jahren hat es uns mal wieder zum Burger King verschlagen; angelockt hat uns die Aktion der Miniburger, endlich mal eine essbare Größe. Von dieser Filiale sind wir angenehm überrascht. Sehr freundliches Personal und zu dem ist die Filiale sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Was mich persönlich bei diesen Fastfood-Ketten stört, sind diese Bestellterminals. An dem Tag, wo es keine Kassen mit Menschen gibt, bleibe ich wirklich allen fern!!!

Unfassbar schlecht der Service, man bestellt 6 chillicheesBürger und wartet über 20 min beim Dive , danach verlangt man sein Geld zurück weil man nicht länger warten will da wird ohne ein Wort wie zum Beispiel Entscheidungen oder oder das Geld zurück geben …

Ich war vor kurzen in diesem Fastfood Restaurant, mir hat die Ambiente der gute gefallen, sie war leicht amerikanisch angehaucht, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Dir Mitarbeiterin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen war sehr frisch und heiß!

Food was cold, and not enough for the price.

A bright and clean branch of the world-famous burger grill company is located at this location. Since there are no residential buildings within walking distance, you can usually estimate how long you'll have to wait for your order from the parking lot. This branch has a drive-thru.

We visit the burger king very often. If i can i would rate burger king 10/10, a woman works there her name is palak she always try's to help us to get the food faster. And she try's her best to give us the perfect experience in the store.

The food arrived quickly, and the woman was very nice and polite. Everything that was ordered was included. I can highly recommend it if you like Burger King.

Dead place, bad food, bad sauces, and above all, terrible service. They make bad quark sauce, and missing fries is standard practice. They forget ice cubes, and the ice machine is broken, as usual—what a coincidence 😢. All in all, find something nicer nearby and not this run-down Burger King. Thanks, I wish them bad food!!!

Everything was great: clean, fast & the food was hot!

It would be nice if the employees who handle food wore gloves and didn't chew with their mouths open while they prepare my burger. That's my New Year's wish: that people follow hygiene regulations.

It varies. It always depends on who's on shift; sometimes the food is great and the service is absolutely top-notch. Other times, both are absolutely terrible. It's always a bit of a gamble going there to eat. That's why it only gets three out of five.

Really love the hospitality, The staff was friendly and helpful. The shift leader, Palak, introduced me to some coupon deals that were very affordable and worth it. I was full and satisfied with my meal. Overall, a good experience at Burger King Nahmitzer Damm.

I went there again after a long time and had to conclude: The days when Burger King actually offered a significant price difference compared to proper burger joints are over. 💰 Price Whopper + Coke = a whopping €13. That's simply too much for fast food, especially considering what you get for it. 🍔 Food The Whopper was okay, but nothing more. In the past, you could accept the lower quality compared to a real burger because it was significantly cheaper. But at these prices now? I expect more. Other places are cheaper and, above all, better. Times have changed – and Burger King unfortunately hasn't kept up. It's a shame, but there are simply better alternatives for less money.

They've held up well over the years. Although things often get slow there... especially at the drive-thru... sometimes you have to wait a few minutes before they ask what you want. I still don't really understand the prices for a fast-food restaurant 😑🙃.

Today was excellent. It was very quick and everything was there. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, I've also had two instances where something was missing from my order. So, I have to check there to make sure the order is complete. Overall, though, I'm very satisfied. Thank you!

We used to go to this branch every now and then because you could get a really fresh burger there, one that hadn't been sitting around for half an hour. They looked and tasted good. Unfortunately, today was our last visit to a Burger King restaurant. For some time now, they've been mass-producing the burgers again and then sitting in the display case for ages. The quality of the burgers has also deteriorated drastically, if you can even call it quality anymore. Perhaps management should consider proper work instructions and better training their employees, because Burger King doesn't exactly have the best reputation. This is only making it worse. We also hope for the sake of other customers that management addresses this issue. The burgers aren't bad, but if it looks awful, it doesn't taste good either. So please work on quality and staff development. Furthermore, the tables are always very dirty, no matter which branch you visit. You should be able to expect cleanliness when you enter a restaurant.

Every time, several items are missing from the order. It's really annoying. So far, we haven't had a single order where at least two items weren't missing.

An absolute impudence this shop

The shop itself is great, the service is super friendly, but the waiting time and no staff is unbelievable, the employees apologized to us several times.

We've been coming here every now and then for over a year, and every time, that damn vanilla shake machine is broken. How can that be?? We've had enough and will avoid the place in the future. Given the reviews, I don't understand why the owner isn't responding. It's a real shame, but they don't seem to need it.
