Shortly before closing time, it's nice to waste time taking your order and 10 minutes before closing time simply mumble "it's closed" out of the window in the drive-thru. Thanks, off to McDonald's😜 PS: Actually stuck in the drive-thru until the order in front of us was processed at a snail's pace.

Absolute catastrophe, this shop has never been served worse and today is certainly the fifth time that nothing works there as you would imagine. The woman with black hair at the drive-in counter is completely off track and can't remember anything and asks again 30 times what the burger should be like and in the end the food comes out wrong with extra ingredients that were paid for. Anything can happen, but that's enough for me now, it's happened too often. I hope the branch management reads the bad reviews and takes action. I will never come to this Burger King branch again. If you want to know how to do it right then stop by Burger King on Großbeerenstrasse in Mariendorf. This is a really good fast food restaurant.

Since my coupon at the machine didn't work today, I went to the checkout and was told with an annoyed look that I was only allowed to place my order at the machine. When I explained the situation, people initially continued to look at their cell phones. I wasn't asked if I wanted my order to go or eat in. However, my food came on a tray, which I didn't want. Of course she couldn't have known that I wanted to take it with me; after all, she didn't ask whether I wanted my food in the restaurant or to take away. She then cheekily threw the bag at me and said “here, pack it yourself” and walked away. I've actually never had any bad experiences with Burger King, but on August 18th, 2024 (black hair, 4:30 p.m.) there was an incredibly unfriendly employee who had absolutely no interest in her job and the customer in front of me, too left in a huff without placing an order.

Simply underground! Short and sweet! - 20-30 min. Waiting time as the only customer - No staff can speak enough German to communicate with you (that's what the machines are for) - if you order more than 2 things it is likely that one of them is already wrong (my own experience) Never again ! I've known this BK for many years and when I'm in Berlin it's a must go there. I found the many negative reviews a bit shocking. Well I decided to follow my tradition and what can I say... My voucher didn't work at the order terminal, but I was able to order it at the checkout without any problems. Even extra bacon wasn't a problem. The employee was very friendly and my burgers were ready in no time. She also noticed an error in the preparation of my burgers and had it corrected immediately before I received my order. Therefore a special compliment to Nazmija D.

Everything okay so far. The ordering machines are no faster and do not contribute to the service. For that price you can get a daily menu in fancy restaurants. But overall it's gotten better

New ordering method negative (nothing can be done in person anymore) only complicated via computer. Although food is only made after ordering, there were. Burger cold. Doesn't work at all. Another cold burger, although it's supposedly always made fresh for everyone. Latest news - employees are standing around and all the tables are dirty. Cloths are lying around. Angular. Bacon is only served raw. Employee doesn't understand a single word of German. How can that be? We are in Germany, hello

So far, something has always been missing from every order. Annoying.

Store refuses coupons. Coupons that are available in the app are “not found” at the checkout even though I have the QR code available to scan. It was a case of “2 burgers for 1 price”, instead of giving me 2 burgers for 1 price they charged 2 burgers at full price. I thought they would give me 2 burgers and only book it once so that the price was right because the coupon couldn't be found on the PC. But unfortunately that wasn't the case.

The employees are duller than a tree trunk. Can't speak German, not recommended, brother.

After the rain you ask the staff for a cloth and to wipe the table yourself, unfortunately no cloth was provided, after half an hour of waiting we had to clean the table ourselves with napkins. Staff absolutely NO-GO, unfriendly, ignorant. After we ordered country potatoes, we got fries. After a complaint, the saleswoman shrugged her shoulder and said that the country potatoes had not been for sale for three months even though we ordered and paid for them at the machine. This Burger King is NOT recommended. We would NOT come back.

When ordering take away, what was ordered has never been packed. Something is always missing. Last time more fries were packed instead of the burger. Plus, ordering always takes forever. A lot of employees stood around and chatted, and recently there was even a loud argument. I'm adding to my previous review because we tried it again after months. There was always something missing from the burgers today (onions, sauce...). The crowning glory, however, is shown in the photo. Still worth avoiding!

Absolutely bad, had to wait 20 minutes for my food. But he was the only customer at that time. In addition, my order was placed on the tablet with lots of errors. I could only address the errors in English because the lady spoke German very poorly. Never again!

A rather smaller Burger King with nice staff. No waiting time 😉 I just had the feeling that my order was rather unusual 🤔 Because I felt like I waited a long time to make my ice cream sundae. I was at Burger King with a friend on June 18, 2024 in the evening (around 11:30 p.m.). I then saw in the Burger King app that if you buy a Whopper you get one free. Unfortunately, I couldn't use a QR code via the app and I couldn't select this option on the ordering device either. I then went to an employee and explained my situation to him. He was very understanding and said he can make me a second Whopper so I can take advantage of my offer. Suddenly the shift manager came and started belittling the employee and shouting loudly at him. He then came to me and said that he couldn't give me the burger because I didn't buy it. He told me that it was my problem if I couldn't select the option. I then asked if he could show me how to do it. He emphasized that he had no idea how it worked and that I needed to know. Even at the ordering machine he didn't know how to do it and accused me of needing to know. He emphasized this several times and ruined the ambience and the entire mood. When we got our food, he started insulting the employees again. This was very uncomfortable for me and my friend and we found it shameful. I expect that there will be consequences for such poor service from a shift manager as this was very rude and disgraceful. I will not dine at this restaurant again and will also report this incident to management.

Worst store I've seen so far, don't go there, don't throw your money away

Unfortunately, there are many dishes that are not on the menu. When you order take-away food, something is often missing! Everything has diminished greatly! Addendum June 17, 2024 Shop can be closed. The purest loss! Waited more than 20 minutes for food even though the Landen was almost empty. And to make matters worse, they forgot three things! Onion rings almost burnt and the nuggets hard too! Really bad!

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at Burger King on Ostpreußendamm. The employee (or possibly the manager, I'm not sure) was extremely rude and didn't want to serve us as customers. After the ordering machine we used to order had a technical defect, he said, annoyed, that he was only serving us as a favor. To make matters worse, he also made unfriendly comments like: "Everyone else did it but you," even though it was absolutely not our fault that the machine broke down. This treatment was really disappointing and inappropriate. I hope management makes improvements here.

Well, it used to be better. We actually ordered a milk shake, but you could only drink it by spoonful. The cheeseburger was also better

Don't understand all the bad reviews. I was there yesterday (5/26/24) and the cashier even helped me place my order at the machine. Even after a 20-minute bus ride in the air-conditioned bus, the food at home was still very warm. I also received everything exactly as I ordered it.

It's really bad, the burgers should actually leave the kitchen warm, in the idea case even be around 75 degrees hot. 8 people are standing around in the kitchen and can't even make hot chili cheese fries. And that too for almost 30 euros

Ordered Gouda Lover Chicken without vegetables and sauces & Curly Fries, I got a piece of dry, lukewarm chicken with 2 slices of cheese, and Curly Fries, which were also lukewarm and half of them seemed to have been put through the deep fryer for the second time. Great if you want a snack after a long day. I couldn't reach anyone by phone to report this problem. This is customer fraud!!! Shame on you and close your branch!!! You don't deserve customers!!!

Update 05/01/24 Everything was great this evening. I ordered chilli cheese fries and chicken burgers. Burger was well topped and fries with lots of sauce. Can't complain

It used to be my regular BK, but unfortunately it's pretty much gone down the drain. Food on site is usually not freshly prepared, as the advertising suggests, and is often cold. When it comes to take-away, parts of the order are often missing, and I don't need to say anything about the delivery service other than "subterranean". When ordering shakes or sundaes, it often happens that they are no longer available after 6 p.m. because "the machine has already been cleaned." The service is usually not necessarily friendly and is almost always more than slow, even though there are actually enough staff there. I would be forgiven for mentioning this, but some employees urgently need additional training in German. The cleanliness in the toilets doesn't deserve the name, they are just dirty. It's a shame because I've always enjoyed eating at BK. But no longer in this BK.

I really like eating from Burgerking, but my stomach no longer allows it, I eat the same thing every time, then go to the toilet 5-6 times the next day.

The burgers came quickly but were completely cold and didn't seem fresh. It was a shame because the food wasn't exactly cheap. While we were eating we spotted a rat in the playground that didn't seem shy either. I'm sorry but action needs to be taken. A pity.

Often closed unscheduled, sometimes for days. Sometimes only the drive in is open, other days everything is as normal. Very unreliable. Orders were packed incorrectly and the service became increasingly unfriendly over time. As an example: Recup drinks ordered were provided in disposable cups. Plant-based products ordered were added as a meat option. Some burgers were missing or there was another one (not ordered, unwanted) included.

Bad service to the power of 10!!! I was at the “drive in” to redeem a coupon for 20 pieces of chicken nuggets. The lady then told me that the coupon was no longer valid today. When I asked again and asked why, she told me that her boss said she was no longer allowed to redeem this coupon today because they had already sold too many nuggets today and would make a “loss” with this offer. I would have been allowed to buy it for the normal price and I was then told, unbelievable!!!

After years, risked it again. It is of course a matter of personal taste. I didn't like the burger or the chicken nuggets. I like it better in the competition, which is of course more expensive. For everyone else who likes Burger King, please forgive me.

After a person came to the checkout very slowly and obviously not willing to sell anything, I just wanted to redeem a coupon that didn't work at the machine... so I went to the checkout and there I received no help when I asked for a product and wanted to order it, I was directed to go to the machine. I was absolutely listless and then canceled the order. I would never go back and apparently my money wasn't wanted either.

Wir alle kennen das, noch spät am Abend, nach einem Kinobesuch noch schnell zwei Fastfood-Menü‘s eingesackt. So gegen 23:00 Uhr ist die Filiale Menschenleer. Ich hab schonmal die QR-Code-Coupons griffbereit. Nach Betreten der Filiale stelle ich fest, dass vor den Scannern aller Bestell-Points Zettel geklebt waren, die darauf hinwiesen, dass zur Zeit nur Barzahlung möglich sei. Hmm, betrifft das auch den Scanner? Aber ich habe ja einen Mund zum Fragen. Nun stehe ich also vor der Kasse. „Hallo?“ „Haloohoo?“ Einundzwanzig, zweiundzwanzig… „HAAALLLOOOO?!“ BK: „Ich kommeee!“ Ich: „Guten Abend, kann ich auch direkt bei Ihnen bestellen?“ BK: „Nein, bitte am Automaten.“ Ich: „Aber zum Bezahlen komme ich dann zu Ihnen?“ BK: „Ja.“ Ich „Aber bestellen kann ich nicht einfach gleich bei Ihnen?“ BK: „Nein.“ Ich: „Ich würde aber gern QR-Codes einscannen.“ BK: „das können Sie am Automaten tun.“ Ich: „Warum ist dann der Scanner abgeklebt?“ BK: „Einfach Zettel hoch heben, dann einscannen.“ Ich: „Danke.“ (irritierter Unterton) Ich also bestellt und nun zur Dame, zum Bezahlen. Ich gebe einen Schein, Sie verschwindet im hinteren Teil des Ladens. Nach einer Minute kommt Sie wieder und gibt mir das Wechselgeld. Selbes Prozedere bei meiner Begleitung. Vermutlich gibt es dafür sicherheitsrelevante Gründe. Die Wartezeit nutze ich für einen Gang auf‘s WC. Spoileralarm, nicht beim Essen lesen! Beide Urinale präsentieren den natürlichen Verlauf einer ReNaturierung, wie sie sich über einen langen Zeitraum einstellt. Harn- oder Kalkstein? Schwer zu sagen. Das da zwischen den dunklen Locken könnte sowohl tief sitzender, verschnupfter Auswurf oder Ejakulat sein. Es hätte sich hygienischer angefühlt, neben das Becken zu urinieren! Ok, Hände waschen und dann raus! Oh, was kommt da aus dem Seifenspender? Wasser! Cool! Ich habe also Meine Hände mit Wasser und Wasser gewaschen. Schnell raus! BK: „141“ Ich: „Ja, hier.“ „Möchten Sie den Bon mit der Bestellnummer haben?“ BK: „GUTEN APPETIT!“ Bei der Verkäuferin handelte es sich um eine nett anzusehende, ca. 165cm große,südländisch anmutende junge Dame, die das Handwerk des Schminkens perfekt beherrscht. Doch das ist nachts bei Burger King eben nicht gefragt! Zu Hause angekommen dann die Überraschung. Ich hatte zwei X-tralong Chilicheese mit doppelt Sauce. Gut, war nicht mit der doppelten Menge an Sauce, aber gut. Die Patties! Ich habe das in meinen jahrzehntelangen Besuchen bei einer Fastfoodkette wie dieser noch nie erlebt! Die Patties waren knochentrocken und der Rand war verbrannt! Ich hätte Foto‘s machen sollen! Die haben den Grillvorgang auf jeden Fall mehrmals durchlaufen! Mein Besuch fand am 29.12.2023, gegen 23:00 Uhr statt. Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich hier einen spontanen Halt einlege!

Toilette war echt eklig und es roch beim reinkommen schon extrem nach Urin. Burger war ok aber die Hälfte lag daneben.

Etwas unangenehm ist es, wenn das Personal ohne Handschuhe Pommes frites aus dem "Frittenhalter" in der Küche isst.

War gestern mit meinem Kollegen im Restaurant. Schade das der 7€ Burger genau so kalt war wie die Cola. Danke, der Käse war nicht mal warm und der Bacon war rosa und nicht braun. Danke für meine Entscheidung das es das letzte Mal war. Das ich teuer und kalt essen gehe DANKE.

Wir waren dort und haben Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt, als wir zuhause angekommen sind hat mich fast der Schlag getroffen als ich diese Nuggets gesehen habe, sie sehen nicht nur so aus als wären sie drei mal warm gemacht, sondern genau so schmecken die auch, in der letzten Zeit häufen sich solche Dinge bei diesem Burger King, also ich kann nur empfehlen dort nicht mehr essen zu gesehen. Das ist wirklich das schlimmste was ich erlebt habe.

Sehr sauberes Ambiente und sehr freundliches Personal. Der Personalleiter Herr Kunze ist sehr freundlich zu Gästen und Angestellten. Auch bei Fragen und Anliegen der Kunden ist er hilfsbereit.

also ich persönlich bin ein sehr großer Burger King Fan aber dieser Burger King hat nichts mehr mit einem Burger King zu tun. Die Mitarbeiter sind unhöflich und haben keine Lust auf ihr Leben. Ich musste 20 Minuten auf meine Onion rings warten. Mein komplettes Essen war kalt oder viel zu heiß, dass man sich verbrannt hat. Eine große Schande für Burger King ich suche mir lieber ein besseren

Auf dem Parkplatz gammelt seit 3 Jahren ein Auto voll vermüllt und entsprechend riechend. Das Essen ist immer Kalt! Als würde man da extra tiefgefrorene Käse auflegen. Man fühlt doch dass es eiskalt ist wenn es angefasst wird um aufs Tablett zu tun.

Ich wollte an der Kasse bestellen, aber leider würde ich auf so einen Bestell - Tower verwiesen. Mit den ich nicht so zurecht gekommen bin. Naja mir haben zwei weitere Gäste geholfen und ich hab das lecker essen bekommen. Danke Der Laden sieht sehr sauber aus und in der Küche sah es auch sehr gepflegt aus.

Drecks Laden, drecks Arbeiter und alles was man bestellt kommt falsch. Schlimmstes Burger Kind Geschäft überhaupt neben Burger Kind am nahmitzer Damm, genauso schlecht. Man sollte vllt mal darüber nach denken vernünftige Menschen einzustellen die auch gewillt sind zu arbeiten und nicht die Gäste offensichtlich zu verarschen, zum einen mit dem Essen und zum anderen verbal. Jeder der da noch essen geht ist selber schuld

Zwiebelringe waren labberig. Burger nicht wirklich warm. Schade!

Bestellen geht ausschließlich per Automat worauf wir unfreundlich drauf hingewiesen wurden. Bei der Essensübergabe ergab sich die Frage ob die Sauce vegan sei. Das Personal wurde sehr unfreundlich bis hin sehr aggressiv. Wir hatten teils Angst das er über den Tresen springt. Das hinzu gerufene Personal könnte die Frage zufriedenstellend beantworten trug aber nichts zur Deeskalation bei. Später kam er weiter zu unserem Tisch und versuchte weiter zu streiten. Auf die bitte hin, weg zu gehen reagierte dieser nicht und brüllte uns weiter an. Das Essen war teilweise kalt.

Personal wirklich flexibel wenn man einen *extra Wunsch* hat...wenn es was zu beanstanden gibt bleibt das Personal freundlich und tauscht die Ware problemlos aus....

Sehr saubere Filiale der Burger-Kette mit freundlichem Service, falls man extra Wünsche hat, wirklich nettes Personal. Zubereitung erfolgt überwiegend bei Bestellung, so dass man angenehme Qualität bekommt. Großer Parkplatz für Kunden und auch Drive-Through.

Hier werden die Standards hier REGELMÄSSIG neu interpretiert. Essens Bestandteile regelmäßig kalt, und das ist wirklich kalt und nicht mal auf Raumtemperatur. Z.b. Käse wird wohl einfach draufgepstscht und nicht mal ein wenig geschmolzen! Fleischpads sind innen regelmäßig roh. Angesprochen auf die Mängel erkennt man wie beratungsresistent das System ist. Erlebnis Burger King!

Essen wie gewohnt aber seit mehreren Wochen kann man sich nicht die Hände waschen in der Herrentoilette. Geht garnicht. Dachte nach den Skandal würden man mehr Wert auf Hygiene legen. Schlecht

Meiner Freundin und mir ging es einer Stunde nach dem Essen so schlecht. Wir sind jetzt mittlerweile bei drei Stunden Übelkeit und bauchkrämpfe obwohl wir zwei komplett verschiedene Mahlzeiten bestellt haben. (plantbased und normal) Außerdem ist der Service Sau schlecht. Musste 15 Minuten warten bis ich meine Bestellung aufgeben DURFTE. Wahrscheinlich Lebensmittel Vergiftung oder den Magen durch das Essen verdorben!

Könnt ihr den Müll, den Eure Kunden, die scheinbar zu schwach sind in in einen Abfalleimer zu werfen aufheben? Er fliegt überall umehr!

Angestellten wirken immer ziemlich lustlos und darunter leidet auch die Freundlichkeit.

Leider schlecht, macht kein Spaß zu essen. Der Service ist leider sehr schlecht und das Essen teils trocken und kalt.

Eigentlich ein ganz normaler Burger King. Allerdings gibt es hier keine Kassen. Man muss an Terminals alles selbst zusammentippen und bekommt dann eine Nummer ausgedruckt und muss dann die Bestellung abholen. Alles sehr unpersönlich zumal meine Bestellung einfach abgestellt wurde und keiner nach meiner Nummer gefragt hat. Hätte jeder greifen können das Tablett. Das Essen selbst war in Ordnung. Burger könnten etwas wärmer und Pommes knuspriger sein, aber es sah insgesamt schon alles ganz ok aus und hat auch geschmeckt. Parkplätze sind da, wobei viele Parkplätze wohl auch zweckentfremdet werden von Nichtbesuchern. Für mich ein normaler Burger King. Nichts besonderes, aber okay. Edit: Aufgrund eines derzeit bestehenden Google Fehlers habe ich die Rezension vom Vorjahr erneut eingestellt.

Burger waren kalt und Bedienung langsam.. Hatte das Gefühl das das Personal überfordert ist.

Es gab Zeiten, da hatte man knusprigen amerikanischen Frühstücksbacon auf dem Burger, wie es auch auf Fotos und in der Werbung weiterhin suggeriert wird. Davon ist leider nur noch eine ROHE Scheibe Fettschwarte übrig geblieben, mit der man sie den Magen verdirbt.

Voll unfreundliche und Respektlose Mitarbeiter die mit dem Kunden nicht umgehen können und ein Stern haben sie auch nicht verdient UND NIE WIEDER HIN !!!!!!

Servicegedanke gleich null. Trotz Nachfrage keine Hilfe beim Terminal. Bestellungen sind leider nun mal nur über die Maschine möglich. Würde es gerne verstehen, aber ohne Hilfe oder Erklärung werde ich das auch in Zukunft nicht alleine machen können. Ganz anders bei McDonald. Ein netter Mitarbeiter hätte meine Bestellung persönlich angenommen, bot sich aber an, die Bestellung zusammen mit mir am Terminal aufzugeben. Hat alles super geklappt. Jetzt weiß ich, wie alles läuft! Ratet mal, wo ich das nächste mal meinen Burger esse?

Ein Sehr guter Burger King laden! Es gibts sehr oft irgendwelche Gutscheine und die Burger schmecken einfach der Hammer! Man bekommt da sogar kostenloses Eis wenn man das Feedback macht😉

Es war mal ein schöns Fastfood Restaurant. Die Betonung liegt hier auf "war" Essen: Abbildung - nicht wirklich ähnlich 🤣 Service: Immer überfordert sobald 3 Menschen essen möchten Ambiente: Es gibt Besen - zum saubermachen der Terrasse. Vielleicht könnte man die auch mal nutzen. Bestellterminal: Mein 486Pc war damals schneller Preise im Menü fast gleich einem Restaurant. Dort sind die Burger wenigstens lecker

Am Drive Inn bestellt als einziges Auto und fast 20 Minuten gewartet! Als ich die angesprochen habe warum das so lange dauert würde mir gesagt das die viele online Bestellungen haben! Nie wieder

Ambiente ist halt Burger King. Hatte gerade einen Matschburger. Nach dem Versuch ihn zu essen, monierte ich den einfach und er wurde anstandslos ausgetauscht und persönlich vom Manager zubereitet. Hammer Service und guter Burger. Hallo Herr Manager … mach nen Burgerladen auf und ich komme gerne. Der King Beef ist echt ein sehr leckere Burger. obwohl der laden leer ist wird man auf den bestell terminal verwiesen, eine persönliche bestellannahme wird massiv verweigert. mcdonalds direkt um die ecke ist zeitgleich rappelvoll & trotzdem wird man freundlich & persönlich bedient. ein schmankerl ist das seit jahren verrottende auto vorm eingang das sich hervorragend in den gesamteindruck dieser filiale einfügt.
