McDonald's, of course. Always good, a real highlight, especially for kids. Happy Meals are always a hit 😉

A nice branch with friendly staff, although unfortunately most of them don't speak German. Nevertheless, the food is delicious, and I'd happily return.

You close almost an hour before the stated closing time. If you don't feel like working, please change your opening hours. You're just deceiving people.

Make garbage load if you order things extra not on it and look for excuses

Unfortunately, something is always missing from larger orders.

The toilets were very dirty and the tables were not cleaned when asked.

We ordered there, our burgers were cold, and on top of that, my husband got a burger that was moldy. It upset his stomach and made him vomit. The meat smelled disgusting and was slimy. It was piled high with salad, so you couldn't see the meat at first.

Phew... I know that measures are taken every morning to ensure food safety. But do you feel comfortable looking at these images? Do you have confidence in the measures in place to ensure food safety when you see these images?

There are definitely better places, but hardly any German-speaking staff. I had a cold burger and couldn't really solve the problem. They then pointed me to the pictures in the advertisements that they look like that, but mine didn't look anything like that.

I'm very satisfied; the food was hot and fresh, the tables were clean, and the staff were also very friendly. Highly recommended.

Terrible, better avoid! Philly Special ruined with probably 50 bags of salt! Disgusting! Hygiene probably terrible. I don't want to know what the oil looks like that the chicken nuggets and fries were fried in; they had a disgusting, stale smell! I complained about the over-salted burger. Only after the kids had finished eating did they get a replacement burger, and that only after asking three times! Never again. Thank goodness I don't live in Reinickendorf. McDonald's, as a corporation, should CHECK its franchisees for HYGIENE and SERVICE!!!

I've driven past this branch many times, but this was my first time inside. I don't particularly like the area, but I was more surprised by the branch itself. It was very clean and chic. The driveway was still a bit of a construction site, but I think it will be nice when everything's finished. The staff was very friendly; I think the employee was more surprised that I said hello, please, thank you, and wished them a nice day. I think most employees don't hear that from their customers anymore. Sometimes customers should think about why an employee might not seem so friendly, but that's a different topic. The service gets a point deducted because two burgers were swapped, but it was also a larger order, so that can happen during packing. The number of dishes was correct, and we were all full. There are worse things. We'll probably order from there more often from work from now on. Unfortunately, I couldn't order for delivery, which would have been perfect since we can't always get away from work so easily.

We had to wait a long time for our takeaway food, but everything was really fresh and hot. Unfortunately, there were no shakes. It's also a good idea to check your bag to make sure your order is complete. But the restaurant was busy at the time, including a child's birthday party.

They haven't had milkshakes for months, so the machine here is permanently "broken." The display that shows the order numbers has been broken for years, so the employees just shout the numbers. Unfortunately, compared to other branches in the area, this is the one I recommend the least.

Haven't been to MC Do for a long time. My wife wanted to have a coffee and so I simply ordered a hamburger so as not to sit there in something so disgusting. I've never taken a bite of it. What kind of waste paper are the rolls made from? There was also something like that in there. I think the inside was made of plastic. The production of this concoction took about 15 minutes and it was as cold as if it had come from the fridge. The things from Netto taste like they've come from a 3-star restaurant. Just leave it alone. The poor children's sense of taste is being totally ruined by you. It's a hard experience 🤮🤢⚡ for a child like that.

First of all, it's dirty, on the tables and on the floor throughout the bathroom. The food is cold. I have no idea where the standard is!

I can't say much about the service, as I order my meal from the vending machine. It's prepared relatively quickly, and if something's missing, it's added without much comment.

SIMPLY BAD, NEVER AGAIN! There was gristle in my chicken burger and my nuggets too. There was something black in the chicken in my other chicken burger. Thanks for that, never again will I have a chicken burger!

I can't say it any other way, but this stupid McDonald's can't even manage to put fries in the bag. Something's missing from every order. Burgers, sauces, fries—no matter what. They can't read five things off a screen and put them in a bag. 😡 And the fun stops with fries. NOT WITH ME.

Hair in the food and unfriendly staff never again

We were there on January 20, 2025, around 6:30 p.m. The five employees were chatting loudly and cheerfully, but no one felt compelled to clean up the lower part of the restaurant; at least 60% of the tables were littered. Upstairs, left next to the serving counter, no one was responsible for the overflowing trash from the return tray during the entire visit. The food came quickly, but the quality left a lot to be desired. Next time, we'll steer clear of this poorly managed branch.

An order I had already paid for through Lieferando simply wasn't delivered... The order was supposed to have been delivered, according to the delivery tracking... This is fraud and the worst thing ever, but my money was debited... This is fraud and I will report it...

We ordered from Lieferando. All the burgers and the curly fries were ice cold and even warmed up in the oven were really not edible. The Mc Rib was also swimming in so much sauce that you couldn't even pick it up. Everything ended up in the trash for 40 hard-earned euros. Never again!!! I actually rarely write bad reviews, I tend to highlight positive experiences, but today was really incredibly bad.

Was there 30 minutes ago and ordered take away. The lady at the checkout with the braces was so busy chatting with her colleagues that half of them were missing. Happy meal without toys and no citizens were salty.

Na ja, Gutschein hin oder her - Fast Food stelle ich mir anders vor!! Dem Typen an der Kasse hätte man beim Laufen sprichwörtlich die Schuhe besohlen können!!! Was ich bestellt hatte war auch zu ca 75% richtig in der Tüte - Dip-Sauce und einmal Majonaise für 2x Pommes vergessen, wobei ich auch einmal diese Pommes-Nester bestellt hatte - wurde aber wegen 'Verständigungsproblemen' ignoriert und einfach 2x normale Pommes in die Tüte gepackt.

The service is a catastrophe, I ordered a Big Mac menu to take away today, the colleague on site had no plan, she took the order to another table to eat here, the customer said it wasn't for her but she didn't react, so the customer went to here and complained about the order, the colleague didn't understand anything. Then the customer took care of it and called the number 22, which I confirmed and went there. After explaining it three times, she was a bit annoyed and unfriendly and processed the order again. This only results in a negative review from me. Unfortunately, I can't recommend McDonald's.

Ordered an opener and apparently some people who work there can't read! You order for just under 75 euros and only half of it arrives! Look at what you have packed, it probably won't be that difficult! It happens once in a while... but so often?! You should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!
