Very clean, staff friendly and food came quickly.

I ordered through Wolt and the food was cold and didn't taste good. The courier simply didn't have any change and so I had to pay a lot more. I would never order from there again. It was just terrible.

When I visited it was normally busy. Not crowded.

All I can say about the service and atmosphere is that the employees work quickly and carefully. Because I never eat there.

More and more expensive for less and worse. Should have gone to a real local store instead.

The internal atmosphere is great. However the toilets are extremely dirty. It seems never cleaned in ages. No toilet paper, no hand wash, really don't recommend using the washroom here if you can avoid

The last time I was there was a year ago, so I thought I'd see what the new burgers were all about. Unfortunately, the order terminal does not provide any information. Unfortunately, the staff are also like friendly service robots where you can't say "customer advisor". The three of them couldn't understand my question at first and then couldn't explain to me what this burger with curry was supposed to be - in the little picture it could have been a currywurst in the burger, but it's crispy curry... - next game then with "The M". I wanted to know which burger was most similar to this or whether it once had a different name ("double beef" or something like that). But they always only reacted to keywords, like an automaton, like this: "Ah The M - individually or as a menu?" If I spoke quickly or deviated from “protocol,” people were visibly overwhelmed. Or am I expecting too much for what is now a good 12 euros per menu? In the kebab shop around the corner, one of the employees only knows enough German that you can ask him about his 10 products, but that's possible - and he knows his products + the chicken kebab there only costs 5 or 6 euros. Only the parking lot and drive-in are missing ;)

Fast food but unfortunately good!

I just Order Menu with Fish Burger First They froher to give Drink and then checked the Burger and it was dry they hardly put Sauce

Was there 30 minutes ago and ordered take away. The lady at the checkout with the braces was so busy chatting with her colleagues that half of them were missing. Happy meal without toys and no citizens were salty.

Ordered again today at the drive-in counter after a long break. Unbelievable but true no one speaks German I had to place my order in English.

1 star in service because the screen to display the pickup numbers has been broken for months, if not over a year! How hard can it be to repair this...

Second time ordering from McDonald’s Markstraße and this time item was missing from the order. My first time ordering they mixed my order. I called them several times on both occasions to let them know and yet no answer. Don’t order from home🤷🏻‍♀️

Na ja, Gutschein hin oder her - Fast Food stelle ich mir anders vor!! Dem Typen an der Kasse hätte man beim Laufen sprichwörtlich die Schuhe besohlen können!!! Was ich bestellt hatte war auch zu ca 75% richtig in der Tüte - Dip-Sauce und einmal Majonaise für 2x Pommes vergessen, wobei ich auch einmal diese Pommes-Nester bestellt hatte - wurde aber wegen 'Verständigungsproblemen' ignoriert und einfach 2x normale Pommes in die Tüte gepackt.

Hello, I recently visited McDonald drive thru and had the worst experience ever that the man at the window for taking the order around 10pm is not able to speak English or German. The most terrible thing is that it shows that McDonald doesn't care about customers. Shame on McDonald, please pay attention to this😡

Were there on January 20, 2025 at around 6:30 p.m., the 5 employees talked loudly and happily, but no one felt compelled to clean up the lower part of the restaurant, at least 60% of the tables were littered. At the top left of the distribution counter, no one was responsible for the overflowing residual waste from the return tray during the entire visit. The food came quickly but the quality left a lot to be desired. Next time we'll avoid this poorly managed branch.

It's almost normal that the food doesn't arrive really warm. Having the wrong surprise in a happy meal is the end of the world for children. No one was reached by phone for over 45 minutes, really an impertinence

Every now and then a sensible worker who may be able to speak German. Store dirty and never eat fresh

The service is a catastrophe, I ordered a Big Mac menu to take away today, the colleague on site had no plan, she took the order to another table to eat here, the customer said it wasn't for her but she didn't react, so the customer went to here and complained about the order, the colleague didn't understand anything. Then the customer took care of it and called the number 22, which I confirmed and went there. After explaining it three times, she was a bit annoyed and unfriendly and processed the order again. This only results in a negative review from me. Unfortunately, I can't recommend McDonald's.

Addendum: People please pay attention. There was a piece of plastic in my daughter's hamburger that was at least 5 cents in size! I really don't buy here anymore. I actually like shopping here. But just now, the first thing I did was not even receive a receipt from the terminal, let alone warm, well-fried fries and burgers, and the drink lid was already dented. Please at least hire people who can speak German when placing your order. It's a disaster. Ordered again today and forgot both toys at happymeal. The only reason you buy this in the first place. When asked, I stood in front of it and looked at it as if it had been hit by a truck and checked the bags. Dirty shop with cold food. Now things have gotten so bad with the service and what it looks like there. Employees are mostly rude, paid for items are missing from the orders several times, we got a rude answer on the last visit, we had everything even though they weren't doing their job properly. I wanted to let them count everything I paid for and what was wrong with my order because several things were missing (if they can do that at all...) I didn't get everything I paid for and that's not it First time, very annoying and this shop is dirty on every corner and there is so much broken that something should really be done! I went for drive through coffee and have to wait 35 min Just because the lady at service for drive through are talking and talking to guy in the car and take to long to make order for him just and even after asking for why she make it to late she mad at me and started yelling like she is the owner of macd and i am begging for free coffee This is so annoying and non acceptable behaviour from staff…. Please mark you employees to behaviour classes. So they know how to talk to customers.

The lady at the checkout was just ordering through Mc Drive and was very rude and said “yes, yes” the whole time. Never here again

Totally shocked. Employees hardly speak German. Ordered three menus. After constant questions, everything was still wrong. Conclusion. Get a menu and enter everything else individually. Great price. That was my last visit there. I'd rather go to another branch and get what I want. Rip-off!!!!!!!

Ordered an opener and apparently some people who work there can't read! You order for just under 75 euros and only half of it arrives! Look at what you have packed, it probably won't be that difficult! It happens once in a while... but so often?! You should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!

I was there on a Sunday. Of course it was crowded, loud and very littered. Not only was the interior much too dirty, the parking lot, terrace, etc. were also underground. But I can't hold that against McDonalds because it's Sunday. BUT terribly long waiting time. It has nothing to do with a “fast food restaurant”. (It was 2 large fries and a milkshake. The milkshake was liquid! When I asked, the answer was that the machine was broken. Why do I get a lukewarm, liquid milkshake? Then follow with a cheeky “Do you want your money back?!” I don't want my money back. I want what I ordered. And in perfect quality. But I don't want to get food poisoning. And now the crowning glory - as a farewell there were 2 rats in the drive-in. Bon appetit and happy diarrhea!

Food: typical McDonald's - we are satisfied. Service: No more chocolate ice cream, although it could be ordered from the machine. An employee comes to our table and asks politely whether an alternative is possible. Unfortunately, the McRib didn't come with a refreshing towel - this is common in other branches. Ambience: Toilets really underground. Two urinals blocked - the third taped off. Both cabins were very dirty - seat not really usable. There was no toilet paper in one cubicle and I didn't want to enter the other. Towel container at the sink is empty - the hot air hand dryer no longer has a start button. Hmmm.

Just horrible, no more MC visits for me in the future.

I ordered food via UberEats and my drink was forgotten. I tried to contact the supplier but I was ignored.

Hygiene doesn't seem to play a role here anymore, we always enjoyed being here, but the staff that has been hired now spoils the food! The women behind the counter all have long hair that is not protected from ending up in the food! Gloves don't seem to be available here and to top it off, the lady at the counter chewed her great chewing gum and also showed off how great she can make people pale with it... I think a job outside of the hygiene area would say more to the staff...

Probably new owner, much worse since then. McDrive can hardly speak German, it is always difficult to understand what you are ordering, it is also very difficult to understand coupon codes and letters and numbers. It's sad what the McDonald's of my youth has become.

Very hard-working staff who unfortunately have a lot of rubbish to clean up. They are constantly cleaning and tidying up and are friendly. The food is of the usual quality.

My favorite place in the evenings when I'm out and about in Wedding, great shop. But the toys aren't as cool as they used to be, hence only 4 stars.

Normal McDonald's. Service could be nicer

It's no secret that this branch is a horror for many people for a variety of reasons. The fact that the employees are now removing the labels indicating the holding times of the peach bag and cookie in front of the other customers, right at the counter, before the goods are handed out at the drive-thru is audacious. That the MAs don't care that other people see it, the height. But no one there would accept a direct complaint anyway. Because German hasn't been spoken there for a long time.

Drive Inn. Multiple products. Over 40 euros. 2 large burgers not included. 2 drinks without taste. Half full. See photos. Not responding to calls. Is that on purpose ?. Bad really. Didn't get a receipt at this counter. Apparently no order was received but after I showed my online banking it was found. The guests reflect themselves with the restaurant. I'm just desperate about the McDrive. Was treated extremely unkindly. My app apparently showed me vouchers that didn't really work (or had already expired). That's why I held up half the business behind me. I've already asked to just cancel everything. Didn't get it straight away. Colleague who does this was picked up, seemed very annoyed and became passive aggressive towards me. Wow. A disgrace for a franchise store. I then canceled everything myself and am leaving now. I don't feel like spending a single cent here.

Very bad, despite supposedly being open until 4 a.m. you are admitted shortly after 3 a.m., but after 15 minutes of waiting you are thrown out again with "we're closed". Unworthy of a global corporation. 1* is still too much.

I've ordered twice within a week, the first time with the wrong sauce and I was able to accept that, and then the second time I got the completely wrong order from someone else.

I had an appetite for a citizen again, I used to go there often with my wife and children. So I went and ordered a Whopper. Four stars only because it looked a bit dirty on the tables. I generally eat from the Tablet with paper base, and not every day. Ok for now and then. I almost imagine that things used to be a bit neater.

The worst McDonald's branch I know, but unfortunately it's the only one nearby. You always have to check when ordering to go, as 80-90% of the time something is missing or wrong. The display that normally shows the order status has probably been out of service for a year. And unfortunately the burgers aren't always fresh either.

This store is characterized by uncleanliness across the board. The toilet was dirty, there was no towel paper, the AIR Wolf was broken. The shop floor is disgustingly dirty, there are leftover food, napkins, cup lids and cigarette butts on the floor outside. It's better to not eat anything than to go to this store to eat something. I wonder how something like this isn't seen by the area manager? A disgrace to the name McDonald's.

I ordered a MCFlurry with milka and used the chocolate sauce instead of the cherry sauce, but unfortunately there was only the cherry sauce in it again. and not the first time the MC has done something wrong, out of 20 orders maybe on average 9-11 are wrong. The food is okay, but what made me very upset was that I ordered a Mc Crispy today, but since I don't like honey mustard I wanted a different sauce and I also told the employee that I wanted the other sauce I would also pay extra again. No German-speaking staff, poor communication, long waiting times as well as poor cleanliness and order, all in all extremely poor! Organizationally, things definitely used to be better structured. Since the new management in the house including the Indian workforce, this is a reason to avoid this branch! As a customer, I expect that German must be spoken perfectly in a German branch! No ifs or buts, what a disgrace.

Once the order never arrived again, the citizens were completely crushed so that even the cardboard box was broken, so the burgers looked that way. Almost everything was cold at that point. I regret giving the driver a tip too.
