McDonald´s in Berlin

Please at least hire people who can speak German when placing your order. It's a disaster. Ordered again today and forgot both toys at happymeal. The only reason you buy this in the first place. When asked, I stood in front of it and looked at it as if it had been hit by a truck and checked the bags. I noticed it was missing, I said yes...please just give me two...please wait, then waited another 5 minutes until he came with a huge bag. No, that's not my order, I just want two modest toys and again I don't understand anything. Before the racism nonsense starts, please check names. If you, as a Turk in Germany, have to complain about the fact that the person I'm talking to doesn't speak German.

Dirty shop with cold food. Now things have gotten so bad with the service and what it looks like there. Employees are mostly rude, paid for items are missing from the orders several times, we got a rude answer on the last visit, we had everything even though they weren't doing their job properly. I wanted to let them count everything I paid for and what was wrong with my order because several things were missing (if they can do that at all...) I didn't get everything I paid for and that's not it First time, very annoying and this shop is dirty on every corner and there is so much broken that something should really be done! It would also be great if someone said something to the young teenagers that they shouldn't shout so much, that's really annoying and after all they're also responsible for ensuring that others can eat there in peace, but apparently you're already hopelessly overwhelmed if there are more than 3 People order something there...better go somewhere else, it definitely tastes better 👍

The toilets are really, really bad!!! We would like to hope that hygiene standards are observed in the kitchen. Even though I would have liked to leave... the burgers were fresh and delicious at 11 p.m.

I went for drive through coffee and have to wait 35 min Just because the lady at service for drive through are talking and talking to guy in the car and take to long to make order for him just and even after asking for why she make it to late she mad at me and started yelling like she is the owner of macd and i am begging for free coffee This is so annoying and non acceptable behaviour from staff…. Please mark you employees to behaviour classes. So they know how to talk to customers.

The lady at the checkout was just ordering through Mc Drive and was very rude and said “yes, yes” the whole time. Never here again

If you know one of these FressMichToTodeStation you know them all! The food was disgusting, the atmosphere was cold and the service was underground! Just order everything at this machine. Parking lot unkempt.

This is the last shop. You order your food and get something completely different and when you ask you are complained about, you shouldn't be like that and you should be happy that you got something at all. And that in the presence of a small child.

Totally shocked. Employees hardly speak German. Ordered three menus. After constant questions, everything was still wrong. Conclusion. Get a menu and enter everything else individually. Great price. That was my last visit there. I'd rather go to another branch and get what I want. Rip-off!!!!!!!

Ordered an opener and apparently some people who work there can't read! You order for just under 75 euros and only half of it arrives! Look at what you have packed, it probably won't be that difficult! It happens once in a while... but so often?! You should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!

I was there on a Sunday. Of course it was crowded, loud and very littered. Not only was the interior much too dirty, the parking lot, terrace, etc. were also underground. But I can't hold that against McDonalds because it's Sunday. BUT terribly long waiting time. It has nothing to do with a “fast food restaurant”. (It was 2 large fries and a milkshake. The milkshake was liquid! When I asked, the answer was that the machine was broken. Why do I get a lukewarm, liquid milkshake? Then follow with a cheeky “Do you want your money back?!” I don't want my money back. I want what I ordered. And in perfect quality. But I don't want to get food poisoning. And now the crowning glory - as a farewell there were 2 rats in the drive-in. Bon appetit and happy diarrhea!

Dirty shop and the staff isn't exactly nice either.

Food: typical McDonald's - we are satisfied. Service: No more chocolate ice cream, although it could be ordered from the machine. An employee comes to our table and asks politely whether an alternative is possible. Unfortunately, the McRib didn't come with a refreshing towel - this is common in other branches. Ambience: Toilets really underground. Two urinals blocked - the third taped off. Both cabins were very dirty - seat not really usable. There was no toilet paper in one cubicle and I didn't want to enter the other. Towel container at the sink is empty - the hot air hand dryer no longer has a start button. Hmmm.

Just horrible, no more MC visits for me in the future.

The burgers were warm, but the fries were soggy. It happened quite quickly in the drive. Ambience cannot therefore be assessed. Staff was friendly. Taste... Well... Like everywhere else

I don't go to McDonalds myself. With my children and grandchildren. The machine where you place the order is not for me.

Hygiene doesn't seem to play a role here anymore, we always enjoyed being here, but the staff that has been hired now spoils the food! The women behind the counter all have long hair that is not protected from ending up in the food! Gloves don't seem to be available here and to top it off, the lady at the counter chewed her great chewing gum and also showed off how great she can make people pale with it... I think a job outside of the hygiene area would say more to the staff...

I ordered food via UberEats and my drink was forgotten. I tried to contact the supplier but I was ignored.

Probably new owner, much worse since then. McDrive can hardly speak German, it is always difficult to understand what you are ordering, it is also very difficult to understand coupon codes and letters and numbers. It's sad what the McDonald's of my youth has become.

Very hard-working staff who unfortunately have a lot of rubbish to clean up. They are constantly cleaning and tidying up and are friendly. The food is of the usual quality.

My favorite place in the evenings when I'm out and about in Wedding, great shop. But the toys aren't as cool as they used to be, hence only 4 stars.

Normal McDonald's. Service could be nicer

It's no secret that this branch is a horror for many people for a variety of reasons. The fact that the employees are now removing the labels indicating the holding times of the peach bag and cookie in front of the other customers, right at the counter, before the goods are handed out at the drive-thru is audacious. That the MAs don't care that other people see it, the height. But no one there would accept a direct complaint anyway. Because German hasn't been spoken there for a long time.

Drive Inn. Multiple products. Over 40 euros. 2 large burgers not included. 2 drinks without taste. Half full. See photos. Not responding to calls. Is that on purpose ?. I go through the order at the checkout. Whether everything is there. Naturally. With an expression like I can ask such questions. What are we doing now McDonalds? You were on the right track. You owe me the goods.

Bad really. Didn't get a receipt at this counter. Apparently no order was received but after I showed my online banking it was found. The guests reflect themselves with the restaurant. I got two wrong burgers but decided not to exchange them because it would probably take 2 hours. Better get yourself a healthy kebab. Not everyone can work in a kebab shop. I'm just desperate about the McDrive. Was treated extremely unkindly. My app apparently showed me vouchers that didn't really work (or had already expired). That's why I held up half the business behind me. I've already asked to just cancel everything. Didn't get it straight away. Colleague who does this was picked up, seemed very annoyed and became passive aggressive towards me. Wow. A disgrace for a franchise store. I then canceled everything myself and am leaving now. I don't feel like spending a single cent here.

Very bad, despite supposedly being open until 4 a.m. you are admitted shortly after 3 a.m., but after 15 minutes of waiting you are thrown out again with "we're closed". Unworthy of a global corporation. 1* is still too much.

I've ordered twice within a week, the first time with the wrong sauce and I was able to accept that, and then the second time I got the completely wrong order from someone else.

I had an appetite for a citizen again, I used to go there often with my wife and children. So I went and ordered a Whopper. Four stars only because it looked a bit dirty on the tables. I generally eat from the Tablet with paper base, and not every day. Ok for now and then. I almost imagine that things used to be a bit neater.

The worst McDonald's branch I know, but unfortunately it's the only one nearby. You always have to check when ordering to go, as 80-90% of the time something is missing or wrong. The display that normally shows the order status has probably been out of service for a year. And unfortunately the burgers aren't always fresh either.

This store is characterized by uncleanliness across the board. The toilet was dirty, there was no towel paper, the AIR Wolf was broken. The shop floor is disgustingly dirty, there are leftover food, napkins, cup lids and cigarette butts on the floor outside. It's better to not eat anything than to go to this store to eat something. I wonder how something like this isn't seen by the area manager? A disgrace to the name McDonald's.

But just now, the first thing I did was not even receive a receipt from the terminal, let alone warm, well-fried fries and burgers, and the drink lid was already dented. Very carelessly prepared and doesn't taste good at all today. Way too much sauce, the tomato was disgusting and the burger patty was almost inedible. Hopefully the food doesn't come back up!

Worm-like animal discovered in fries. Got online from the Marktstr. location. Ordered and the fries were extremely soft and soggy. I was shocked to discover a worm in the fries.

I ordered a MCFlurry with milka and used the chocolate sauce instead of the cherry sauce, but unfortunately there was only the cherry sauce in it again. and not the first time the MC has done something wrong, out of 20 orders maybe on average 9-11 are wrong. I'm tired of always getting the wrong thing. In any case, they have to improve

Don't go there under any circumstances, the food counter was totally unfriendly. When I noticed that my Fanta (0.5l) was missing after 15 minutes, she complained to me unkindly and only gave me a 0.4l. You pay €11.99 for a menu and you don't get what you paid for. The food is okay, but what made me very upset was that I ordered a Mc Crispy today, but since I don't like honey mustard I wanted a different sauce and I also told the employee that I wanted the other sauce I would also pay extra again. Instead, the employee told me in a very unfriendly manner that this was not possible because he had to do it the way it was on the menu and no special requests could be made. No German-speaking staff, poor communication, long waiting times as well as poor cleanliness and order, all in all extremely poor! Organizationally, things definitely used to be better structured. Since the new management in the house including the Indian workforce, this is a reason to avoid this branch! As a customer, I expect that German must be spoken perfectly in a German branch! No ifs or buts, what a disgrace.

Terrible...the counter attendant reaches into a colleague's bag and grabs some fries (without gloves) and puts them in another order...2 customers later (at my place) she wipes the tray dry with a cloth...disgusting!!! Who knows what's going on in the back of the kitchen!?

Service staff are not always so friendly, sometimes downright rude when you want to redeem a second voucher for your friend on your cell phone. Monitor broken when picked up. Otherwise very sterile-looking (purely visually) tiled ambience, the feel-good atmosphere of McCafe is noticeably missing. Food solid McDonald's quality.

Food is prepared without gloves, the women behind the counter and in the kitchen all have their hair tied, but it is still extremely long and extends far over their shoulders, which is a no-go in gastronomy. Ah and no hat or beard nets. Food also took 20 minutes and was ice cold. And of course the cherry on top is a hair between my fries. Legger, don't!

Every time I order something at the MC Drive and arrive home, dozens of things are missing. I estimate that this has happened more than 10 times. If you place a large order, it's better to check all the bags directly at the window. My advice is. This is the worst restaurant I've seen in Berlin. There are only illiterate zombies and refugees working in the shop who can't even do 1x1 math, but the last time I ordered there was HAIR in the burger, so the place is disgusting. So I will also involve the health department.

Leider sind sehr häufig die Produkte aus dem Heißgetränke- oder der Eismaschine nicht verfügbar. Dafür ist das Personal sehr nett und die verfügbaren Produkte werden schnell serviert.

Wenn es -5 Sterne geben würde, hätte ich eingegeben. Im Laden "arbeiten" Analphabeten, die kein Bock auf Arbeit haben. Ich hab 3 mal in 5 Tagen bestellt und hab immer die falsche Bestellung bekommen. Und das Essen, dass ich bekommen habe, war immer kalt und billiger als ich in Wirklichkeit bestellt hatte. Zu vermeiden wie die Pest!!!

Größter Drecksladen, habe über Uber Eats bestellt und statt 2 mal großer Pommes 2 mal kleine Pommes erhalten ketschup hat auch dreimal gefehlt niewieder im Leben!!!!!! Lieferservice hat nicht mal einen Stern verdient und man bekommt nicht mal sein Geld zurück

Falscher Burger, falsches Getränk, ich bestelle für mein Kind nie Cola es wurde aber per se darauf bestanden ich hätte Cola bestellt, Mayo vergessen, Personal zieht eine Fresse vom feinsten

Ich habe Mein Essen kalt bekommen und von 5 bestellten Artikel sind lediglich 3 angekommen, ein guter Schnitt muss man schon sagen. Und dafür habe ich noch 20 Euro bezahlt, ich habe zum Glück über über eats bestellt und leider nur 3.39 rückerstattet bekommen. Dieser schuppen sollte keine Lieferungen mehr ausfahren dürfen

So, hier mal n Update zur Filiale Markstr. Hab 2 Cheeseburger mit Pommes und Cola versucht runter zu Würgen ( im wahrsten sinne des wortes ) Bei der Cola und den Pommes kann man ja nicht sooo viel falsch machen...Ok...aber die Burger :))...habt ihr mal daran gerochen ??? Riecht ...und schmeckt nach Gammelfleisch ( nach 1,5 von denen war schluss ...und ich bin echt Hart im nehmen :)) ) . Hab keine weiteren Worte dafür ( WÜRG )

Wir waren heute Morgen pünktlich um 9 Uhr da. Wir bestellten am Terminal und gingen dann zu Kasse um zu bezahlen . Erst wurden wir nicht wahrgenommen, dann wurden wir abkassiert . Man hatte den Eindruck das das Personal angenervt war, das wir schon um 9 Uhr da waren. Lange sitzen kann man dort leider auch nicht , es ist so kalt das man nicht mal seine Jacke ausziehen möchte. Die Toiletten sind ebenfalls extrem kalt. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr verdreckt. Leere Becher und Verpackungen liegen einfach auf dem Boden bei den Aussentischen rum. Personal ist leider der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig. Wenn man mal eine Frage hat, wird es schwierig .

Die Assistent Managerin war unhöflich als ich sie gefragt habe ob sie ein Geschenk gesehen hat und wollte nichtmal helfen. SEHR FRECH IST DIE FRAU !!

Ich dachte immer, bei großen Bestellungen geht viel schief. Aber es liegt gar nicht an den Bestellungen, sondern tatsächlich an den Mitarbeitern. Heute Abend in Krönung, Double Cheeseburger ohne Zwiebeln und ohne Gurken, die Scheiben Käse waren einfach kalt! Und drei mal Curry Soße zu den Nuggets war auch nicht machbar, bei der 2. Soße ist das Gehirn auf süß sauer umgesprungen. Wahnsinn, Ihr toppt es tatsächlich jedes Mal 🤝🏼
