Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's branch was very disappointing. The wait was extremely long and the staff seemed overwhelmed and possibly untrained. Several items from my order were missing and the tables in the restaurant were dirty. The condition of the McCafé was particularly bad: the entire area was completely filthy and the milk was left uncooled for a long time. After hours in the heat, the open milk cartons were simply put back in the fridge instead of being disposed of properly. The milk cans were not cleaned either, but were put back straight away. Hygiene doesn't seem to be an issue here - very disappointing!

I, we always enjoy coming here; over here and in. Today I was here with two grandchildren and we got something to eat for four; to enjoy it at home. It tasted very good again. We were all thrilled again.

2:08 p.m. around 1:00 p.m., at McDonald's the air conditioning is not working, the ventilation is not working, the doors are closed so no fresh air can be supplied, the temperature is about 40 degrees inside, 32 outside, the workers are sweating, walk restlessly, try to work, I'm hungry, who will fall into unconsciousness first, me, workers or guests. There is no warning on the door. If these are the working conditions in Germany and the way in the capital Berlin, not to close or postpone work, then safety is guaranteed here when human lives are at risk when working with food. In my opinion, the shift manager, the owner and the workers who agreed to work under these conditions are responsible. I hope everything went well there today. and that you won't do it again tomorrow. and that they have started to be overpriced, especially some staples like burgers and fries (but I know the pricing issue is already a major policy of the franchise owner).

Well, it's McDonald's... the individual restaurants used to be more comfortable. Today it's all about profit and you can tell that... the food tastes good, but is now relatively expensive and the prices are constantly rising and in return the burgers, fries and also the mcFlurry are getting smaller and smaller.. . In some restaurants they try to increase the ambience with table decorations (in the shape of a flower), but in my opinion this neither makes the restaurant more attractive nor more comfortable.

Update July 2024 Eating is still the same. Fresh is relative. It's sometimes been enough for a quick Otto to cause a stomach ache. Avoid certain products. But now I just have to assume it was intentional because things are always and without exception suppressed. At least 1 or 2 things are always missing or the wrong things are packed. From burgers, fries and chicken nuggets. No matter whether you eat at the drive-in, via Lieferando or indoors. It's no longer fun and annoying. Thanks, I'll take my money elsewhere. Food okay. So far everything is freshly prepared. ATTENTION CHECK THE BAGS FOR COMPLETENESS!!! With every order in the drive in or to go, something was always missing from the bags 😬......🤬 Since then I have always checked everything on site 😉

After 10 minutes of waiting in the car, the order still wasn't taken

No AC, most people were waiting outside to get their food because it was so humid. McRib was not nice but the fries and drinks were good. Efficient service however and the staff were nice and helpful. Only one of the order screens was in service so there was a queue to order as most of the other screens’ receipt printers were broken.

This Mcs doesn't work at all!!! Hardly any proper cleaning is done even when there are no people in the store. You wait forever for your food just because the new people here don't get along, no matter how long they've been here. The music could be better and it's way too loud if I'm in a club?? You often get the wrong food and are then looked at stupidly when you complain. Do your job well and no one complains about you. This happens to me every time I'm here and nothing is ever different than usual, just think about it Habibis.

If McDonald's, then only here! Food is always warm and fresh unlike many other branches. Yes, the waiting times (especially at Mcdrive) are usually quite long, but the main thing is that it tastes good. :P I can't say anything negative about the staff so far, everyone is friendly.

So, the service is really very unfriendly. First they allowed us to take our bikes inside and then, after we had already had our food, they changed their mind and sent us outside with our food. In addition, the bike was standing against the wall where it didn't bother anyone.

After pre-ordering via the app, we were rudely asked what we wanted at the delivery window and had to stand at the back and say what we wanted. It was very busy and as a result a lot of the greasy table service was gone. It was pretty loud in there too.

Unfortunately, the staff wasn't on task again. 2 MC Chicken Classic were missing from my order, which I unfortunately only discovered when I got home. It would be nice if the employees kept their heads on the matter and didn't focus on their personnel problems. This is not the first time this has happened at the Drive IN. It's a shame, I thought things had changed in the branch. There are better branches where things 💯 run better.

I've been there many times and was always disappointed, the last time was the biggest disappointment, my sauces were forgotten, my drink was warmer than the summer of 2023, my ice cream tasted more like cream cheese and low-fat quark than cream cheese itself, which was a disinfectant It had already expired for 2 years, which smelled good and the service was also unfriendly and too much of a distraction from the rule that the customer is king, but what I liked was the hygiene, I love it on a table food that is still covered in ketchup and crumbs...that's why this shop deserves two stars.

I've been to McDonald's again after years and I remember why I haven't been for a long time. Just not really good. Poor satiety, not good in taste. Location rocked and dirty to the high ten. It's a shame that nothing has changed about the waste issue in all these years.

Ordered food online and after 2.5 hours still no delivery.

I tried to order a coffee here on Sunday lunchtime. Mainly around 14-year-old children worked there and they were definitely making coffee for the first time in their lives. The result was lukewarm pork with a terrible taste and strange consistency. I dumped it straight away. Most of the range was not available because the children did not know how to use the devices.

It was my first time in this branch and I wanted to have breakfast on Saturday before I continued on to work. The motivation and friendliness of the shift leader and the employees was so substandard that I asked myself whether I had done something to him. I hope that this doesn't happen there all day. Last time we had a cold burger. This time when we wanted to stop by for a “quick” McDrive, after 5-10 minutes no one came to take our order. The tables are mostly dirty and the chairs are broken.

For two espressos we had to wait until all the pre-ordered menus were processed. Hard to imagine for Italians. The espresso was not ccorto but lungo and didn't make any difference.

I wanted to have something to eat there with my son on 4/20/24. I ordered ours to eat at one of these terminals and also paid with a debit card. We had to wait a whole 60 minutes for it to be called a fast food restaurant. Wait until our order was processed and it wasn't full, there were 2 customers in front of us who had also been waiting for a long time. There were also enough staff on site who stood at the front of the counter and preferred to chat privately rather than process the order. The alleged branch manager, an older gentleman, was waiting for a customer at the Mc Café counter when he suddenly followed a sanitary worker into the toilet with the Mc Café order in his hand in a bag in order to clarify something with him about the repairs to the customer toilets. In the meantime, one of the chatting McDonald's employees had started to process my order, only he put the fries and burgers in a bag to take away and simply put them on the counter and disappeared. After 15 minutes he came back to the front where the supposed branch manager, who came out of the men's toilet still holding the customer's Mc Café order in his hand, told him that my order was to eat here and the drinks were still missing. After another 15 minutes my waiting number was called. At the table I noticed that the burgers and fries were cold. So I went back to the front of the counter with the tray and reported this to the store manager. He was of the opinion that this wasn't true, shouted at me that it wouldn't get any warmer and, to make matters worse, he pawed at my burger. At which point I lost my appetite and asked for my money back. The branch manager continued to shout at me and reluctantly gave me the entire amount and only when I threatened to call the police and report this to the relevant authorities because of the catastrophic hygiene. I grabbed my son and left. This McDonald's branch will never see me again.

So honestly, go to another McDonalds. The service is horrible. Unfriendly, sometimes overwhelmed and customer-oriented is a foreign word to them. On every visit so far, something was missing, there was a hair, or there was something different on the “plate” than what was ordered. And if something is missing, it's usually not something that can happen like a mayo paclung, but rather several burgers or nuggets are missing. So without attacking the employees there, you should still increase your staff, schools or staff to avoid stressful situations... CONCLUSION: Go somewhere else!

Before we got our food I went to the toilet and that was probably the mistake. The women's toilet is awesome, I've never experienced such a smelly toilet in the "restaurant". Pungent ammonia smell ala Alfred Brehm House in the zoo. The door couldn't be locked and apparently it couldn't even be wiped down from the outside. Since the floor was wet and it smelled so strong, I was unsure whether it was urine after all, so I washed the soles of my shoes at the sink. I didn't want to get back into my car like that, the thought would give me herpes. This was certainly not a situation that only appeared that way on that day. I don't know why "restaurant owners" think that the toilet isn't really part of the overall look of the "restaurant"? They say "look at the toilet and you'll know what the kitchen is like". Just ugh!!! The smell was still in my nose as I ate, really unpleasant and actually really sad. The food was normal McDonald's food, a burger was missing from our tablet, but we received the burger straight away when we asked.

We were a group of eight people and got everything, but not what we actually ordered. In the end we didn't even have everything. The employees barely spoke German, the food didn't taste good and the sanitary facilities were damaged, toilet doors couldn't be closed and the sink overflowed.

Even as a little boy, it was always a pleasure to eat with you. Of course recipes have changed, there's nothing you can do about it. I still think it's a shame that the clown hasn't been on the roof for a few years. There's a star deduction for the ambience, otherwise everything is great! :D

Worst McDonald's experience on April 5, 2024 in a long time. Ordered online via the app and then waited at McDrive for over 10 minutes after the lady on the intercom said “just a moment”. Afterwards we went to the restaurant and surprise, there was almost nothing going on - I no longer understood that. To top it off, some employees passed the headset back and forth... for whatever reason. We were then served by a very young employee who made the most motivated impression and apologized for the McDrive misery.

Contrary to expectations, the Mc, which is somewhat remote from the city, was very busy at lunchtime. Probably because of the workers in the surrounding factories. After I was in a Mc for the first time in 2023, I noticed the ordering machines. Not a bad idea! Orders were processed quickly. The cleanliness of the tables still needs work. Since I rarely go to Mc's, I was pleasantly surprised this time. The staff is very friendly and hardworking. Thanks! Another thing that should be mentioned is that it is a drive-in. Bon appetit!

Rather one of the worse McDonald's restaurants. Tables and seats dirty. Only the disabled toilet can be used, the other two are closed. No milkshakes, very rudimentary ice cream offerings and for me the worst: no McRib. Staff complain to each other in front of the customers.........well

Eating on site is ok. The delivery was catastrophic - 30 minutes was stated, after 60 minutes and a telephone inquiry the status had to be checked, after another call the food was supposed to be freshly prepared again and delivered immediately - after a total of 90 minutes no one answered the phone. When you called from another number, the lady on the phone was stupid and said that she wasn't waiting for calls on the phone! The order never arrived!!! It doesn't work at all!

Extremely unclean, almost dirty, on March 20, 2024 around 5 p.m. Trolley for the trays absolutely overcrowded. There is trash on almost all the tables and they are dirty. We had nowhere to sit except on the bar stool.

What quality control, I thought, as I watched someone in the kitchen check each chicken nugget for doneness with a meat thermometer. Then I noticed that he was handling each nugget with his bare hands, without gloves. After the exam, he went to put the dirty trays in the sink, even without gloves. He then took a broom and began sweeping the hall before returning to check the temperature of the nuggets. And he did all of this without gloves. Oh yeah, and they didn't have straws for the Coke either.

We waited almost two hours for the food, and the food was cold and it wasn't even our order. The citizens were dry, not even sauce or limp cucumbers... What's that supposed to mean? Normally it would be 0 stars. What a cheek

Order placed at 7 p.m. at the terminal, food received at 7:30 p.m. Fast food works differently. Employees overwhelmed, unmotivated. No cash register manned, only after asking 3 times did someone finally come to the cash register. That was the first and last time I was here, I hope the remaining customers follow suit and avoid this branch

Always busy, especially at peak times, there were long queues at the drive-in and in the store. But employees try very hard to keep everything running. Until now everything has always been as ordered.

That was the most disgusting burger I've ever eaten in my life I just had to puke afterwards the fries weren't through the tables were all dirty no one took care of the tables even though there was enough staff it wasn't worth it for the money Mcs is just a name, no quality, nothing.

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The same in the women's toilet. One door no longer closed and there was no soap either. And the cleanliness, well... Kindness also saves money. The ice cream machine was off from 12:08 a.m.... why that was the case, even though the shop was open until 1:00 a.m. I couldn't answer it... sad and bad service just to get off work on time!!! I then drove to Burger King. I discovered that the ice cream actually tastes much better and the opening times appeal better to me personally!

A large Latte M. costs €4.50, I bought two and put it in the car, we wanted to drink it on the way. It was so terrible that we were really angry and threw it away. If the machines are not cleaned regularly, the coffee comes out of this machine bitter and dripping. I find it so pathetic 🤮 what is being sold to you.

In the evening you can certainly expect to wait a bit, but 27 minutes from the time of ordering has nothing to do with being fast. It seemed a bit chaotic. Unfortunately, things have noticeably deteriorated, so we don't go there often anymore. There is clearly room for improvement! Maybe you can skip the delivery service. Then there is more time for the guests on site.

Never experienced it before, yes it was full, but it is also the case at other MCDs, when asked whether gluten-free fries are made in their own fat, only mushy answers. After 45 minutes of ordering, your order (for 4 children) is no longer in the system, after a certain time in the computer it drops out again!!! Seriously, luckily I still had the receipt, I waited over an hour for the food with whining children who were hungry until the food came... So please avoid this MCD... Never again...

Neueste Erfahrung vom 28.01.2024 Es hat sie leider nichts gebessert, wieder Ewigkeiten in der DriveIn-Schlange gestanden, obwohl nur 2 Autos vor mir waren. Essen leider unvollständig (Pommes fehlten komplett), lauwarm und Getränke ohne Kohlensäure. Telefonisch ist natürlich niemand erreichbar... - alles in Allem hat sich nichts geändert ‐--‐----------------------------------------------------------------- Boah, die Wartezeiten im Drive-In gehen mal gar nicht, 20 min. sind keine Seltenheit und es war und ist kein Einzelfall seitdem auch Lieferautos fahren. Mitarbeiter für das Bestellaufkommen zu wenig bzw. auch die Ausstattung und dadurch auch sehr gestresst und fertig (verständlich) - hier muss dringend was passieren!

die geschminkte tusse ist unfreundlich und strinkt, habe den laden verlassen bevor mein essen fertig war deswegen, nie wieder !
