I understand the stress on Sundays, but I ordered two packs of five of those Spätzle things for €4.49 and there were only three in the package 🥺

It was very delicious and the staff were very nice.

Please hire more staff! My takeaway meal had to be repackaged twice, the fries were loose in the bag, the McRib was lukewarm, there was no dressing for the salad, which, by the way, consisted of five lettuce leaves and a cucumber slice = €11.99. Tables and floors were covered in paper and fries, the service carts were overflowing, and the restroom was dirty.

I've been there three times now. There was always something wrong, so today I'm finally getting around to leaving a review. In the afternoon/evening, it takes forever at the drive-thru, and this is what the burgers look like. And that's with the high prices these days. I would have returned it if I'd been sitting there.

The staff were rude. My friend and I ordered something, but we didn't receive anything. We went to the front and asked, but the staff claimed we hadn't placed an order, even though I had paid for it. In short: I didn't get my food or my money back. Furthermore, this place is extremely dirty; the toilets reek of feces and vomit.

We went to McDonald's yesterday. It was raining heavily outside. We wanted to warm up at McDonald's. It was very cold throughout the restaurant, and the ventilation was on. It felt like 0 degrees Celsius. We asked the staff if they could turn the ventilation off, but they didn't understand us. The food was okay.

We went out to eat today, at Happy Meal, and redeemed the 3 coupon. The food was as usual, the service was great, and it was clean too. Unfortunately, the ambiance is significantly down due to the temperature. It's windy outside and light rain is falling. We decided to quickly drive to MCs. A little tip for all future guests: dress warmly. It's cold and drafty. Even with warm food, it doesn't get any better. Take your food with you in the car. There, even with the doors closed, it's not drafty, and you can at least turn the ventilation off or warm it up. It was a negative experience for my child, so Mom was disappointed too. At least the book is exciting. Maybe things will change in the future; a cold draft is just unpleasant.

I've known this McDonald's branch for ages and have been there every now and then – maybe every six months – usually just for ice cream. Today I ordered something for the first time in a very long time, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I've ever had at McDonald's. The delivery was fast, but that was the only positive thing. Otherwise, nothing was right: • A full Big Mac was missing • Instead of two chicken burgers, there were two cheeseburgers • A large French fry was also missing We ordered for around €30 – and in the end, half the people didn't have food. Absolutely disappointing and just chaotic. Unfortunately, this also matches my previous experiences there: often crowded, dirty, and disorganized. For me, that's the end of it. If anything, I might come back for a McSundae or ice cream – you shouldn't expect more than that here.

Very dirty! The staff can't keep up with cleaning the tables. The floors look like they haven't been properly cleaned in weeks.

We had table service, and during serving, some fries fell to the floor. But the employee didn't even think about cleaning them up (which had fallen on her floor!). My Double Beef Classic was wrapped in paper intended for the chicken burger, so I assumed it was the wrong product. But they had run out of the paper intended for the beef. The tray cart used to store the wrappers was overflowing. After I pointed this out to a server, I was told, "But the one back there isn't full yet!"

Some employees intentionally delay order acceptance

A 40-minute wait for food, dirty tables, and the food prepared improperly. Why don't they follow McDonald's guidelines more often? Fries under-salted, burgers not cooked as ordered. And the excuse that it's full is unacceptable. It's been known for years that it's busy on weekend evenings, and delivery services have been added to the mix for some time now.

Ordered for the second time on Sunday evening, and again a burger was missing from the delivery. No one answered the phone, and Lieferando couldn't help either. The food was also overcooked... Too bad, unfortunately, that was the last time.

When I asked why I didn't get water bottles with my happy meal, I was told they didn't have any and I'd get water in a cup... what we got was Coke for the kids! At this McDonald's, orders are either served incorrectly, cold, or with missing items, and that's not uncommon. The staff are constantly overwhelmed and rude.

And once again, part of the order is missing. That's another way to make a profit.

The food was as usual and nothing to complain about. The time from ordering to serving was also OK, even though it was really quiet. The staff was quite confused and had no idea how to assign the orders. However, it's a disgrace not to take back the deposit that was sold to me over the counter 10 minutes earlier.

The worst McDonald's visit of my life. We had to wait over 30 minutes, and we only got our food because we took care of it ourselves. I was there around 1:30 a.m. and wanted to quickly order something to go, but the cashier seriously said he didn't understand German and that I should order in English. Where have we ended up now, I wonder.

Cold burgers, half of the HAPPY Meal forgotten...including the toy, parking space far too small and a very cramped exit!

Ordered through Lieferando and simply forgot a burger. They didn't deliver the missing burger either, bad luck. Despite the high delivery fee and service charge. It's simply a disgrace! The restaurant deserves so many bad reviews. I can only advise everyone not to order from there.

It’s a joke how little they serve in the fries. If this is McDonald’s standard now, it has gone downhill a lot. Just look at the picture.

One of the best restaurants in Berlin. Very clean, and the staff are quick and friendly.

This McDonald's is the closest to us and therefore often our first stop. The branch is rather small, has a drive-thru and a few parking spaces right in front, although they are quite narrow. As expected, the location is very busy – both with diners and delivery services picking up orders. Accordingly, it can get crowded, especially during peak hours, and you sometimes have to wait a little longer for your food. The ordering kiosks usually work reliably, but not always. The food is up to typical McDonald's standards – usually hot and as you'd expect. The store could be tidier, but that's understandable given the high volume of customers. You can tell the employees are trying hard, even if it's certainly not always easy to keep everything under control at the same time. All in all: a solid McDonald's that delivers what you expect – with the advantage of being nearby.

Breakfast ordered at 10:28, everything fresh and delicious

No! It's too hot inside, and you get ripped off regularly at the drive-thru... Today, the "garlic pepper nuggets" were missing. It's just tiring; everything should be checked immediately. Change and to make sure nothing was accidentally left behind. It's quite noticeable at this location. Otherwise, the food tastes as mediocre as any McDonald's.

This McDonald's has never been clean, even at night, even though there are few customers here.

The fries didn't arrive. We called 20 times, and no one answered. THEN... we were asked whether we wanted the money or the fries. We chose the fries, and after an hour, they still hadn't arrived. AND NOW THE BURNER... they never sent them. You know how we know that? We called, BUT again 20 times.

We ate here with our children on a Friday afternoon. We noticed that there were enough staff and that there were real, fresh flowers on the tables. The food came quickly and was plentiful; the children even got the toys they wanted. After their meal, the wait staff even gave the children a special treat. It's also worth noting that the tables were even wiped down. We haven't been to a McDonald's restaurant this good in a long time.

Dear Sir or Madam, On August 8, 2025, I ordered takeout from your restaurant. Unfortunately, part of my order was forgotten. When I returned shortly afterward to report this, the employee rudely replied that he "definitely put the item in." I found the manner of communication disrespectful and inappropriate. Mistakes can happen, but they should always be handled in a customer-focused and friendly manner. I ask you to review the incident internally.

I ordered there twice and waited 30 minutes on both occasions. The food only arrived after I asked for it. Both orders were forgotten! I won't be going back. The staff also complain among themselves in front of customers, which is why the experience wasn't good. The food was warm, but it had been sitting under the heat lamp for 20 minutes.

A very average McDonald's. The service wasn't particularly good, nor were all the dishes available (the selection was limited), and they had a bit of trouble with coupons. Only recommended for a quick, inexpensive 🍔 between meals; there are better branches!

This was by far the most disrespectful McDonald's I've ever been to. First, they forgot half of it (my friend almost died of anorexia), then those "under-educated fellow humans" put that damn strawberry milkshake in the bag the wrong way round, literally mistaking everything for a milkshake. The Hamburger Royale TS had no tomatoes or lettuce... The "Strawberry" milkshake was filled to the brim, spilled, and didn't even taste remotely like a strawberry. Do your job properly!

We were in the store on this rainy Monday. We had ordered takeout and waited a whopping 30 minutes for our burgers. Admittedly, it must have been hell for the employees that day, too. A ton of orders in-store, a long line at the drive-thru, and orders online. However, six employees should be able to handle this rush. Organization is the key word in this case. Disorganized and haphazard service staff are not effective here. Check your orders in-store; it's not uncommon for orders to be incorrect.

The lady at the cash register seems to be somewhere other than work. The change is forcefully pressed into her hand. And the cleanliness could be much better.

Waiting 45 minutes for 4 cheeseburgers in a fast food restaurant is not acceptable

The service was quite unfriendly and disrespectful. We were called silly, and it must be said that the lady at the counter wasn't particularly competent. We had to wait over 45 minutes, and the food was cold and quite stale. What a shame.

Hello, I'm extremely shocked. This store doesn't care about cleanliness. There's trash and customer leftovers everywhere. The employees can't articulate themselves properly, let alone communicate. The food was cold, it wasn't wrapped, and the sauce was left on my burger. There were enough employees there, some of them just stood there doing nothing. Awful store, not recommended! PS: We waited 30 minutes, even though there was only one order ahead of us. There were about 10 online orders that weren't picked up and were just sitting there.

I ordered through Lieferando and discovered that my order wasn't complete, and I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes. I already complained to Lieferando, and they wanted me to call. I did, but no one answered the phone, and I called more than three times. You really need to think about some things.

You are by far the worst place I've ever come across...we order for €60 and you can't do anything. Forget half...I have four children here, none of whom had their entire meal...!!!! This is truly the last straw...they had to sue you because you don't deliver the service they pay for...I will 100% consult my lawyer and demand compensation from you.... PS: This isn't the first time...and the best part is that the crappy place is only 10 minutes away and the incomplete food is also cold...there will be consequences.

Der langsamste Drive In der Welt. 20 Minuten für ein paar Pommes. "Weil ein Mitarbeiter Pause hat" Drinnen ist es nicht besser. Ziemlich dreckig. Die Tablettablagen sind übervoll, die Liste der offenen Bestellungen ellenlang. Hinten in der „Küche“ befindet sich eine Person, hinter dem Tresen fünf, die alle gemeinsam auf einen Monitor starren. Unbedingt die Vollzähligkeit der Bestellung überprüfen!

Fastfood ist wenn man trotzdem lacht. Also dank des neuen Bestellsystem hat man fast das Gefühl man ist schneller. Fast. Leider wartet man bei mehr als 5 Kunden länger auf sein Essen als man braucht es dann aufzuessen. Wenige Parkplätze. WC´s sollten öfters überprüft und gereinigt werden.

My friend asked very politely and briefly whether there was a changing area, which is actually a completely normal question. Instead of simply offering help, showing her there with the key, or at least giving her a straightforward answer, she was fobbed off with unnecessary follow-up questions and snippy replies. Her simple question, "Is there a changing room?" was met with a strange, almost annoyed "Yes"... without further explanation. When she then asked for the key, she received a mocking "No!" without any explanation as to why not or what she should do instead. What was particularly irritating was that a second employee overheard the moment and started laughing. Even though it was only a brief moment and nothing serious happened, it was uncomfortable and unnecessary for my friend. Having fun at work is nice and important, but please not at the expense of the guests.

Delivery incomplete and cold, not reachable by phone,

The branch is well located, beautifully designed, and the food is usually top-notch. But: The restrooms have been a nightmare for years – constantly dirty and with a smell of "disaster." And in the summer? 🥴 Without air conditioning and in direct sunlight, you yourself become the food for the barbecue. I wanted to eat, not be grilled – all I'm missing is barbecue sauce. In conclusion: Great location, good food, but please do something about the tropical heat and the toilet crisis!

Overcrowded and slow, unmotivated service

Unfortunately, it's getting worse and worse! Whether it's burgers with the wrong toppings, the patties are completely burnt, or something is missing altogether, take your pick and choose what ruins your visit. It's simply unbelievable how bad a fast food restaurant can be.

It actually took three attempts to get the right burgers. The worst nuggets we've ever eaten... they were definitely not fresh and had been sitting in the warming box for a while. There was little to do, and the floor was still dirty. The first and last time!

I went to this McDonald's yesterday to order takeout. The wait time was exceptionally long, and you could sense the chaos in the preparation, even though the store wasn't busy. After receiving my order, I was glad they hadn't forgotten anything. When I got home, however, I was shocked and disgusted to see what they give customers (see picture). Apparently, they give them other customers' leftovers. I opened the packaging and found the burger like this. I've never experienced anything like this before. A friend who also ordered there was also shocked. This is the height of disgust and unprofessionalism. I've usually always been satisfied with this location, but it has declined significantly in recent years.

Top-notch branch... the service was fast and professional. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. And last but not least, the burgers tasted delicious.

I've been here several times now, and the place has truly disappointed me every time. The burgers are carelessly slapped together; you often get mush that bears no resemblance to a burger, and there seems to be something wrong with the preparation, as the burgers often taste weird. On my last visit, the fries were soggy after too short a fryer, and the time before that, they were completely oversalted. I won't be eating there again.

Worst mcs I've ever been to, the food is always cold and soggy, it's not even properly packaged and is thrown in carelessly, the employees seem to have no desire for their lives, totally unfriendly and I don't even want to start on the waiting times, that's anything but good service...

As a kid, we always went there after school, so I'm giving it three stars out of nostalgia, and one star otherwise. The staff often seem overwhelmed, the restrooms are frequently blocked by burst pipes and the like, and unfortunately, there's trash lying around everywhere at McDonald's. Water bottles, burger wrappers, lettuce... It's a real shame. We've never had a problem with the food, though! It just tastes typical of McDonald's; the cheese doesn't melt, and the burgers are slapped into the wrapper without any consideration, yet everyone still enjoys it.

This isn't the first time I've received something different than what I ordered. Driving 12 km back to complain isn't worth it! I think I'll order from somewhere else next time!

Super tasty and super nice employees

I'd rather not give it any stars. I ordered a McFlurry that was completely mixed up. When I complained and said I wanted a new one, I got a rude reply that it was the new standard. I insisted on getting a new one that I could mix myself, but the result was even more rude and there was less in it. Furthermore, they're really slow in that shop, so in conclusion, never again in Weissensee.

I've ordered from here three times in the last few days through Lieferando. Nothing unusual, the food was good. The delivery driver was with me in 20 minutes.

The restrooms are currently closed. You can use a portable toilet...

No, usually something is missing or wrong. The women are friendly. I think the man who runs the store has been a real scoundrel for many years. I only get drinks there now.

The place is unbelievable: trash everywhere, dirty, cluttered tables. The tray carts are overflowing, the restrooms are broken, and the employees would rather stand around than work! Ordered, the place wasn't full, waited over 20 minutes for the food, and then, surprise, the food was cold! This is a "fast-food restaurant," hahaha! The management should be replaced if they can't control their shop and their employees! It's not surprising that you get sick after a visit. This place deserves 100 negative points!!!

Dear McMeal Team, I am a regular customer of yours and know about 300 different McMeal branches. Based purely on my subjective impression of 1. Waiting times and 2. Friendliness, you rank last in both categories. I have never had to wait more than 30-45 minutes for the right dish to be served. I do have one question, though: what's so difficult to understand about a 4-digit code from the app when ordering?! I had to repeat this code 20 times - with the result that the 4 numbers were ultimately entered incorrectly, and the code is invalid. You really should urgently raise awareness among your employees about this.

The sales staff have no idea... you don't even get the glass with a MC menu, the only excuse is if you order with the app 😂 Service one star, but only because you can't give a minus one.. I would have gone to Burger King. Waiting time over 10 minutes despite a manageable number of customers

It was terrible. When we walked in, all the tables were dirty. The garbage trucks were overflowing. And let's not even talk about almost.

Restrooms were closed, and two of the four terminals were out of service. We left immediately!

We regularly ordered from this McD's because the one closer (Sonntagstr.) was the worst. After dozens of orders, we've had enough. 9 out of 10 orders were missing something or a dish was wrong. The last straw was the last straw. One Big Mac was missing, the two McPlants were McPlant sweet chili (so the lettuce was completely missing from the burgers), and instead of the vegetarian wrap, they served the chicken wrap. If something's missing once, that's one thing. But you have a list you can use to double-check. There can't be something wrong almost EVERY TIME. Incredibly incompetent.

I am at a loss for words. The fries were over-salted, ordered to take away and eaten here. 2 hairs found in burger, child screams and no one does anything?? What's that supposed to mean????????? NEVER AGAIN. You have to know.

1 star is already too much, ice cold dry fries, cheeseburgers that give you the feeling of raw and a 15 minute wait even though no one else was in the Mcdrive. It's bad until it doesn't work anymore, but the main thing before driving is that the time isn't counted. Never again.

There is nothing positive to say here, the employees are catastrophically unfriendly and cannot handle incorrect orders. Every time we order something to eat there, our food is wrong, and when we go back and bring it up, we are immediately criticized and insulted. Finally hire new employees and especially those at the cash registers, get rid of this woman! How hard can it be to make a burger with cheese and meat?? Eating takes forever, 25-35 minutes for 2 standard cheeseburgers and 1 McDouble chili cheeseburger in the middle of the night at 12:30 a.m. when the shop is empty is an art in itself. The burgers then lukewarm to receive something else… The shop seemed untidy and dirty at this late hour, and unfortunately the service wasn't particularly friendly either. Unfortunately not highly recommended!

Waited 20 minutes at the drive-in for 4 cheeseburgers, 1 fries and 1 Fanta... Cheeseburger lukewarm Fries without salt Fanta mixed too thin and they would have liked to throw it back through the window. Prices are also a bit more expensive than at other branches

Very disappointed today. The breakfast burger was missing the chicken patty. When I made the complaint I was asked if it really wasn't there... no croissants available for breakfast. There are Dixiklos in front of the restaurant because our own ones are not accessible.

The worst store there is. I went back after a year and immediately regretted it! Waited 35 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers, which still weren't ready, the employees (yes it was full) were totally overwhelmed, but that didn't stop the lady with the headscarf from taking a quick photo! When asked, the only answer is sorry, we haven't made it yet - all further orders with menus have been brought forward. I then asked again and was told again that they haven't finished anything yet... Total chaos - then as now!!!!

We actually go there often, but today at 9:30 a.m. there was only one employee in service who had a hard time keeping up with the orders. Probably a roster error. Had to wait 25 minutes for our food, even though it was simple fast food. All customers who came after us were served before us. Employees still pleasant.

So really disastrous McDonald's, I agree with the other negative reviews: food of poor quality, brought to the table incorrectly, unclean (food is on the floor) and we got a stomach ache after the visit, toilets broken and loading unclean. Milkshake full of foam, inedible.
