The food is good, while there are employees who you can tell don't feel like working, but not all of them are like that. The toilets are like the toilets at the rest area without catering. When you open the door, the smell of pee almost blows you away.

The employees always forget something and say something nonsense and if you say something you get insulted.

The only branch I know that unfortunately doesn't manage to pack orders completely and without errors. But it is the branch with the nicest employees.

I went to the toilet there today. It smelled really disgusting. I never knew such a strong smell before. I just can't forget it. So disgusting 😢😢😢 I don't know if I'll ever be able to eat something from McDonald's again. That will always come to mind. 🙈🙈🙈

Sunday 3 p.m What was positive was that the food was warm and delivered quickly for the crowded branch. The staff were rather annoyed by everything and overwhelmed, and extra requests for the menu were not welcomed. Toilets are a complete disaster, super cold and it smells disgusting.

Unfortunately not very clean, food was on the floor.

So basically always good. It becomes problematic on weekend evenings. If there are 50 people in the store and you have waiting times of 30 minutes or more, you should consider ordering through Wolt and co. Maybe take a break. Other stores do this even when it's so busy. But it can't be the case that the store is overcrowded and the drive-in line stretches out onto the street every second to accept orders from delivery services. It's just unnecessary stress for the employees.

It was freezing cold in the restaurant, even the waitress was wearing a scarf, ear warmers and jacket. Tables not clean, food lukewarm.

Well, at McDonalds it's usually the case that you get what you expect, regardless of whether it's good or bad. However, what I did NOT expect during my last visits to this branch was the room temperature when you want to eat your food there. The heating hasn't worked for a long time, so you're basically sitting in a spacious room at outside temperature, which is rather unfavorable at the beginning of January. The employees do their work wearing winter jackets, scarves and thick hats, and the guests also keep their jackets on while eating. In addition, the freshly prepared food cools down so quickly that it is served lukewarm to cold for consumption. So, generally meets McDonald's standards, but welcoming guests and employees in such an environment does not speak well for the branch operator. Maybe I'll take another look in the summer, but I won't recommend it until then.

I was just there and ordered 1 Classic MC Chicken, 1 Big Mag and 1 Cheeseburger, it took almost 5 minutes, which is good in itself, but all three burgers were rather cold or cool... anything but warm to finish it off.

2:08 p.m. around 1:00 p.m., at McDonald's the air conditioning is not working, the ventilation is not working, the doors are closed so no fresh air can be supplied, the temperature is about 40 degrees inside, 32 outside, the workers are sweating, walk restlessly, try to work, I'm hungry, who will fall into unconsciousness first, me, workers or guests. There is no warning on the door. If these are the working conditions in Germany and the way in the capital Berlin, not to close or postpone work, then safety is guaranteed here when human lives are at risk when working with food. In my opinion, the shift manager, the owner and the workers who agreed to work under these conditions are responsible. I hope everything went well there today. and that you won't do it again tomorrow. and that they have started to be overpriced, especially some staples like burgers and fries (but I know the pricing issue is already a major policy of the franchise owner).

Place an order using the app, but it no longer has anything to do with fast food. Easy to order with simple burgers and a wait of over half an hour. Super slow and unstructured!

What happened to this store? Three of four order terminals are broken, burger meat is cold, tables are dirty, garbage carts are full, heating is probably switched off in this branch, staff is overloaded, the men's toilet has a terrible smell, disgusting. The health of the customers doesn't seem to play a role here. Leave it and close the shop if you don't feel like it.

We were there again today and will avoid Hansastraße in winter! It was just as cold inside as outside, On request it stays so cold...... So you can only eat inside if you have complete winter gear!

Why have a drive-in when you're asked to come in? There are reasons for using this barrier-free option. Thanks to the branch in Ahrensfelde, which also serves.

Unfortunately the visit was absolutely disappointing. The staff seemed absolutely overwhelmed and demotivated with low utilization. A guest dropped a drink in the waiting area. This was only noticed and cleaned up after I pointed it out to an employee. But the worst thing is the toilets. The smell is almost unbearable and nausea is inevitable. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

By far the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. “Fast food” looks different Here, even with a McChicken, the thin meat is taken from the chicken burger. I ordered with Uber Eats on November 15, 2024. Half of the order was missing: no drinks, no dessert and no toys in the Happy Meal. People who can't do their job properly shouldn't work...

I haven't been to a McDonald's branch in years and now I remember why. After we placed our order and sat down at a table, we had to wait 1 - 1.5 hours for a few burgers and milkshakes. In the meantime, the ranting Lieferando drivers were already piling up almost at the entrance. What would not have been an acceptable waiting time in any normal restaurant in the world is, in my opinion, a catastrophe for a so-called "quick service" restaurant. I believe that McDonalds is doing itself and its employees (who were not responsible for the delays at all, I would like to emphasize that at this point!) a disservice by offering take-out delivery. On-site and drive-in are completely sufficient and if the flood of orders cannot be processed, it won't help anyone.

I worked here at McDonald's a while ago and was really disappointed with the way they treated new and existing employees. From the beginning there was hardly any proper training. I was expected to be able to do everything straight away, without the processes or important things being explained to me. Instead of someone taking the time to show me everything, I was asked to get started straight away and was heavily criticized for small mistakes, even though I had no opportunity to learn the work properly. The working atmosphere was also not good. There was a harsh tone and instead of getting support you get stupid comments thrown at you. The boss was rarely helpful and seemed mostly focused on complaining to everyone, which left the impression that she might be unhappy herself. It seemed like she was more interested in finding fault than being truly supportive. I would like McDonald's to place more emphasis on properly training new employees and maintaining friendlier interactions. This could make working more pleasant for everyone and also better for customers.

Always full... always something broken / ice cream machine. Displays, Terminal Or or… You always have to check your order because half of it is usually missing. Staff insult and argue with each other in front of the customers at the counter. Always very dirty. There is always a huge overload at the location. Respect those who enjoy going to work there.

I've never been as bad as a disabled person (ALS and speech) as I am in this branch. A young, dark-haired lady said she had to send me away even though I hadn't received my goods yet. This was in a form that went very below the belt. Under no circumstances will I go there again. This kind of impudence is not possible!!!

HAIR IN THE FOOD!!! NEVER AGAIN. When I opened the packaging I saw a long, greasy hair halfway into the burger and I went to the front of the packaging and a “new” one wasn’t even brought out in a minute. It was the same burger only the hair was removed and a piece of bread. I said I don't want to eat it anymore, I'm not stupid. After 7-8 minutes an employee comes who wants to defend herself, although there was no attack or discussion on my part, I felt attacked. So it's really very rare to see something like that. Eating somewhere else is very unhygienic🤮🤮🤮

That was ugly today. Waited 1 hour for the food - and only got it after asking twice. The service is super nice! But if management understaffs the shift, it's over. Burgers are cold, the machine for milkshakes is broken, delivery drivers are leaving in droves without food because it takes too long. The garbage is piling up because it can't be cleared away.

Fast food and dirty tables like in every McDonald restaurant. Hot like hell. Free parking. They forgot to include whipped cream in my order. I forgive them because the service girl was cute. I stayed here for two hours. Still better to be here than at work. Children should not be allowed to enter this place. They make this place dirty and loud.

We probably waited 20 minutes for our food even though it wasn't full. There were a lot of employees behind the counter, there were probably 10 packs of fries ready in the kitchen, but nothing was moving forward. Ordered 1 menu, a single burger and nuggets. On the advert there were definitely 8 items being prepared, but hardly any ready to be picked up...it's rare to see such slow preparation. In addition, you couldn't have the food brought to the table because there were no stands with numbers (probably intentional). The tables had been left extremely dirty by guests (can't you even take out your trash and teach your children to do that?), but nothing had been cleaned up or wiped down. The tray stands were also overflowing...so somehow the process isn't well organized here. But the food was good, but there was no sauce.

The service in the morning was extremely unhappy. Not appreciated by anyone. I am the 2nd customer. When I asked if there was sugar in my drink, I was answered without looking at me as I walked away. Everything was too much for her. Should be reconsidered.

DISASTER TODAY I'm usually always happy with this McDonald's, but today it was a disaster and that needs to be addressed. It can't be that an employee (short dark hair, but super friendly) is standing alone at the front. The poor woman is under absolute stress. Of course there are staff shortages, but it really can't be the case that one person has to pack alone and you have to wait almost an hour for your food, plus the orders from Lieferando in between. The manager/employer should really think about this, no wonder the staff is constantly changing. Nobody can do that to themselves, honestly! Respect to the employee, she kept calm. In such cases, the colleagues in front of us also have to help with the preparation/kitchen. There's nothing like preparing crazy burgers and everything else and then giving people cold food and one more thing, maybe the colleague was new from the drive-in, but you have to work at a fast pace to help the other colleague. The pickup numbers were listed across two columns and even went out at some point, so it definitely doesn't work that way.

I used to enjoy eating here. But now it's always dirty and not cleaned up, there are leftovers everywhere and Tualete is a disaster. Food quality is not worthy of McDonalds.

Food quality is always a gamble. If you're unlucky you'll get a lukewarm patty with cold non-melted cheese. If you're lucky, you get some mediocre food. It can't really get any worse, but at least its edible. The restaurant is badly ventilated. In the summer it's unpleasently warm in there. But at least it looks clean. The service is atrocious, but also depends a bit on staff. Some time back I arrived 10:50 on a Sunday and wanted to order breakfast. The supposed manager rudly instructed me to not order from the machine. The middle-aged women who was supposed to take my order spoke barely any German and didn't even know the words from the menu like "Egg McMuffin". I got a completely wrong order but just took it and left. Filling orders takes the staff an enormous amount of time. Sometimes it's quite entertaining to watch 5 women struggle to fulfill 4 orders. Burgers are being shuffled back and fourth between bags, hopefully until every bag has the correct burgers. But it's a gamble. Making the burgers also takes a long time. I waited 20 minutes once on 4 Sausage McMuffins while there were just 3 parallel orders. Today, I arrived 10:40 and found out that they spontaneuously changed the breakfast time from 11 to 10:30, meaning there was no breakfast anymore. Before I found this out on the machine I waited at the service line to ask, but nobody ever bothered to come over. I left frustrated and without food, which should basically tell you everything you need to know about this restaurant.

Very old building, no air conditioning or does not work. Food like poppy seed. The service is terrible, the ordering machines are terrible, but if you want to pay in cash, you have to wait. Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's branch was very disappointing. The wait was extremely long and the staff seemed overwhelmed and possibly untrained. Several items from my order were missing and the tables in the restaurant were dirty. The condition of the McCafé was particularly bad: the entire area was completely filthy and the milk was left uncooled for a long time. After hours in the heat, the open milk cartons were simply put back in the fridge instead of being disposed of properly. The milk cans were not cleaned either, but were put back straight away. Hygiene doesn't seem to be an issue here - very disappointing!

I, we always enjoy coming here; over here and in. Today I was here with two grandchildren and we got something to eat for four; to enjoy it at home. It tasted very good again. We were all thrilled again.

Well, it's McDonald's... the individual restaurants used to be more comfortable. Today it's all about profit and you can tell that... the food tastes good, but is now relatively expensive and the prices are constantly rising and in return the burgers, fries and also the mcFlurry are getting smaller and smaller.. . In some restaurants they try to increase the ambience with table decorations (in the shape of a flower), but in my opinion this neither makes the restaurant more attractive nor more comfortable.

Update July 2024 Eating is still the same. Fresh is relative. It's sometimes been enough for a quick Otto to cause a stomach ache. Avoid certain products. But now I just have to assume it was intentional because things are always and without exception suppressed. At least 1 or 2 things are always missing or the wrong things are packed. From burgers, fries and chicken nuggets. No matter whether you eat at the drive-in, via Lieferando or indoors. It's no longer fun and annoying. Thanks, I'll take my money elsewhere. Food okay. No AC, most people were waiting outside to get their food because it was so humid. McRib was not nice but the fries and drinks were good. Efficient service however and the staff were nice and helpful. Only one of the order screens was in service so there was a queue to order as most of the other screens’ receipt printers were broken.

This Mcs doesn't work at all!!! Hardly any proper cleaning is done even when there are no people in the store. You wait forever for your food just because the new people here don't get along, no matter how long they've been here. The music could be better and it's way too loud if I'm in a club?? You often get the wrong food and are then looked at stupidly when you complain. Do your job well and no one complains about you. If McDonald's, then only here! Food is always warm and fresh unlike many other branches. Yes, the waiting times (especially at Mcdrive) are usually quite long, but the main thing is that it tastes good. :P I can't say anything negative about the staff so far, everyone is friendly.

So, the service is really very unfriendly. First they allowed us to take our bikes inside and then, after we had already had our food, they changed their mind and sent us outside with our food. In addition, the bike was standing against the wall where it didn't bother anyone.

I think it's great to eat here, I like coming here because everyone is friendly and the food is always freshly prepared.
