Good KFC. I really like the vegan chicken burger. I also like what they’ve done with the fries. When I was young we had to go through the drive through of both McDonald’s and KFC because I preferred the McDonald’s fries. These fries are now just like those! Perfect combination. There is some outdoor seating too.

The facility is clean and the staff are friendly, which might be a bit expected for the under-the-subway-tunnel location.

Folks, this is as tasteless as possible. I came here with my best friend, we both wanted to try KFC for the first time. After we left, we really can't understand the people who said "generally not bad"/"better than McDonald's". Chicken is too spicy. It's too spicy in the sense that it just overwhelms any taste and you don't enjoy it at all. Your mouth just bakes and there is no taste left. As a gift, you are guaranteed to get heartburn. Wings are a small piece of meat that has been bathed in breadcrumbs. There are even more breadcrumbs than the chicken itself. This is just terrible, don't waste your money, visit McDonald's. In no case do not experiment, even if you decide to do so - take a small set for €10

It was very crowded in the restaurant today at 2 p.m. And it took a very long time to process the customers. Because they would have to wait until their number appeared on the screen and they could pick up their food. I doubt whether they still found a seat. The restaurant was full except for a few individual seats. I then preferred to go to the Europacenter. It was on the way.

Basically a KFC like any other, but from today onwards every food delivery company will get the lowest rating from me if WARM food is packed together in a bag with COLD drinks. It's really not that difficult to implement and it's really annoying. The drink gets warm and the food gets ice cold

The self-service terminal almost never works, so there are always queues. The only thing tasty is the signature chicken, everything else is below average in taste. It is constantly dirty in the hall and especially in the restroom 😿

My son (15 years old) got a Superbowl bucket today and was also looking forward to the inflatable football, which was included in the package for a mere 33 euros. When he asked where the football was, he only said briefly... It's been over for a long time... no apology, no kind word... What kind of store...?! If one could have given negative points here, there would definitely have been some for this poor and unfriendly service. German is hardly understood or spoken there. KFC has done it for me! Never again!

My recent experience with the service at this establishment was not as positive as I had hoped. While attempting to use the restroom, I encountered a cleaning staff member. After waiting for her to finish her tasks, I entered the restroom when she moved the mop out of the way. To my surprise, she shouted at me if I'd di - e waiting plus long. While I initially complied, her subsequent use of strong language was unexpected and left me uncomfortable. Clear communication would have been appreciated if there were specific guidelines for waiting outside. Unfortunately, the situation escalated as she followed me into the dining area, continuing to use inappropriate language in a public space. Such behavior was unprofessional and negatively impacted my overall impression of the establishment. I believe customer interactions should be handled with professionalism and respect.

I ordered one for take away within second I got the order but it was too cold and no of items nearly 5 was less in my bucket. I want to use the bill for reimbursement. I told them do not tear it. But the working students did not give me any respect to my sentence they teared my bill by two. Such bad customer service. Once again I went there and order chickenwings for dine in but they gave within second and all the pieces were so small. But in other kfc shops in Berlin use to give medium pieces. I took take away on 31.12.2023 at 6.30 pm 18 chicken wings piece but when I checked after reaching home to eat, it was only 14 pieces. I called them several times no one picked up my call. Next day I went there and complained and explained about to 5 staffs continuesly. Finally the one of there higher staff said to me. Its my mistake that I did not complain through email. Because of that I won't get any pay back. Such a nasty place I didn't see in my life. Even though at night they will through all the food left over there in to dustbin. But when I asked my right. They showed there real face. Please not anybody taking takeaway from this place be carefull no. Of item would be less mark my words.

Halbrohe Chicken Wings und Ketchup welcher zu meinen Pommes gehörte, wollte man mir auch nochmal für 30 Cent verkaufen. Absolute Frechheit das ganze. Kein Ersatz für meine Chicken Wings oder sonstiges. Auch der Reinigungszustand lässt zu wünschen übrig.

I was in a hurry so i only ordered sprite 0.6l and they filled with 90% water and then they used the sprite machine and filled the rest 10% with sprite. Employees at KFC can not be trusted. Sadly!

Kassiererin hatt kaum bis gar nix Verstanden. Die Hühnerteile waren Babyportionen und die Pommes waren noch roh oder abgestanden

It's chaotic, yes it's in the middle of Berlin but the tables were dirty when we arrived and I had to clean myself after other people there could've been a person who could've been out there cleaning wirh a basic wet towel I would say yes the food was great but also quite pricey compared to other fried chicken restaurants.

Fast service, nice staff and even the people that come to eat there are nice. Centrally located and food was delicious. There is also outdoor seating for hot days or even cold ones if you don't mind the cold

The food was ok. Though during lunch hours it gets pretty full. The service was good they speak English too so it was no problem for those who can't speak German. Otherwise it's a clean place their toilets as well. It's convenient to S and U Trains

En mi vida me habían tratado tan mal, pedí un menú infantil porque mi marido y yo ya habíamos cenado, luego fui a por una botella de sin gas para la niña y un refresco, me dan el agua, que no era agua, era el liquido del refresco sin edulcorante, les explico que eso no es agua! Y no me la cambian por una botella, de muy malas formas que si quiero una botella de agua tengo que pagarla, la pago 3,65€ y me la da fría para mi hija de 4 años, le digo que por favor agua natural y la responsable no quiere cambiármela tampoco.. es increíble que personas así existan en el mundo y encima trabajen de cara al publico!! Ojalá que esa persona que me ha tratado así hoy, todo lo que gane en su vida se lo tenga que gastar en medicinas para ella o la persona que más quiera!

Ganz ehrlich fühlte mich als wäre ich im Ausland. Wenige Mitarbeiter sprechen deutsch. Meine Bestellung war falsch. Wurde danach verbessert. Dazu zu wenig soße wohl kassiert, obwohl ich explizit mehr bestellt hatte. Nie wieder.

Die Kassiererin wirkte sehr respektlos und warf mir das Rückgeld nur so hin

Das Essen ist zwar lecker aber der Service ist leider nicht so gut ich bestellte einen Burger und musste 20 Minuten drauf warten und habe noch nichtmal eine Quittung bekommen von dem Mitarbeiter nach ca 20 min sprach ich einen Mitarbeiter an der Kasse drauf an ich musste mit ihm diskutieren usw. Ich würde dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen aufgrund des Service

I wanted to take some food after long day at work at approx 22:30 pm. I understand it was closing time maybe. 2 employees (girls) were playing clap clap with each other. What I got to eat from them is on the pictures provided. A disaster. I didn’t expect it from kfc at least. I know maybe you don’t want to make fresh food before closing but for only this reason we as a paying customer cannot suffer. 1. All the chicken that I got was full of burnt black flour sand stacked that comes when you use the oil again and again for a long time. 2. no sign of crispyness and completely dried out as it was fried long ago and already packed (actually waste as rest food). 3. look at the French fry each piece of them is +-1cm-2cm in size. I hope KFC Alexanderplatz store will keep this in mind and improve their food quality. Best regards

Das essen ist kühlschrank KALT. Hab mich beschwert dass mein sandwich kalt ist und hab gefragt ob ich ein warmes kriegen kann. Es war trotzdem KALT. Goodbye KFC

Eigentlich alles gut, wir mussten nicht allzulange auf unser Essen warten, dass Restaurant war größtenteils Sauber, die Technik funktioniert und auch die Bestellung wurde richtig aufgenommen. Auch das Essen würde ich insgesamt noch als Lecker betieteln, aber mit einem ganz großen aber, denn das Fleisch war leider nicht mehr wirklich warm. Es hat so geschmeckt, als ob es halt schon eine halbe Stunde da gelegen hat. Vielleicht hatten wir einfach nur Pech, so reicht es aber leider nicht für eine bessere Bewertung.

Sie haben meiner pommes vergessen ich hab sogar gesgat das sie eine vergessen haben aber die Arbeiterin hat nur gesagt das sie es in eine tüte gemacht was soooooo klein war es war verscheinlich nur ein mittleres und uch hätte 2 große pommes bekommen sollen so schlecht wirklich

NIE WIEDER!!!!! Drei mal hintereinander musste ich die selben Hähnchenteile reklamieren, weil diese nicht heiß waren. Keine spricht dort verständliches deutsch bzw. versteht anständig deutsch. Habe dann mein Geld zurück gefordert, dies wurde mir nur nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung wieder gegeben. Alle Mitarbeiter waren schlecht gelaunt und alles war sehr unorganisiert!!! NIE WIEDER !!!!!

El restaurante estaba colapsado no habia espacio ni para recibir la orden, siguen ofreciendo comida en las maquinitas cuando en verdad no lo tienen disponible y no dan la orden completa no me dieron ni la mitad de lo que en verdad pedi. Never order from this place, the food quality here is terrible. I’ve got served undercooked fries and the bread in my meal was dry as brick also I had no ketchup in my order. They refused to give me one even tho it was supposed to be here, so I was forced to buy KETCHUP for another 0.60€…

The coffee is cold, the fries are dry and shrinked, the strips are tasteless, no cup for sauce. Awful. 1 star just for the fact that order was given! Never again

I Paid 20 euro for something that cost 5 and euro, they did not want to pay me back because they Said that the money was in order and no mistakes were made when I ordered. They did not want to give me the right order or my money back, maybe it were and misunderstanding, but still not good enough that I lost my money, Bad food and customer service they did not listen to me and took my money. Der Burger hat sehr alt und schlecht geschmeckt. Dazu haben Zutaten auf dem Burger gefehlt, ich hatte nur ein kleines stück Fleisch und Soße darauf. außerdem waren die Mitarbeiter so unfreundlich das man sich nicht traute etwas zu sagen. Nach Soßen auswählen wurde man nicht einmal gefragt, alles wurde einfach hingeschmissen, wirklich ganz große Leistung. Super unfreundliches team und schlechter service. Schade!🤌🏼

Ich war heute seit einiger Zeit das erste mal wieder bei KFC und ich bin erschüttert der Burger war mit einem winzigen Nugget und einem Hauch von Sauce belegt ,die Pommes waren pappig ,dabei hatte ich das Essen dort in guter Erinnerung.Fazit nie wieder preis Leistung stimmt vorne und hinten nicht von der Sauberkeit rede ich lieber erst garnicht.schade

Bin gerade das erste Mal im einen KFC aber bestimmt auch das letzte mal. Das einzige warme am Bürger das Fleisch der Käse und das Brötchen kalt, Sauce suche ich noch. Es ist laut und dreckig. Die Toilette sind defekt oder dreckig.
