Kentucky Fried Chicken in Berlin

🍗 Like always, the taste of the hot chicken wings is crunchy, hot and tasty. Self-service, personal sometimes could be rude, but it's more exclusion. 📱🔋💳 Possible to charge the phone, pay with card and go to toilet.

This year's visit was great again, only on the second visit there was a problem with the security - they didn't want to let us in with a small dog on our hands (quite rude), while the day before there was no problem at all.

I was charged €13 for a Coke and two pieces of chicken. My fries and the food I ordered were missing. The staff was so unprofessional.

In my opinion the best fast food chain.

I had to wait 15 minutes for a small burger and a drink, the food was old, the drink was different than what I ordered and larger orders that came after me were taken first.

It was very long and not very good, the chicken was not crispy, really very meh!

Unfortunately, I am not a man and do not have an hour to wait for the elegant Indian waitress who takes my order, even though she is a woman.

I bought 60 euros worth of food to go, and went in to pick it up while pushing my electric scooter. They insisted I park behind the door, and then gave me a paper bag that was unsuitable for carrying. I pushed my electric scooter over to put the bag on top, but the clerk actually told me not to come again. Why can't I buy food from this KFC anymore? What kind of behavior is that?

The food wasn't good; half of it was packed incorrectly, I got a strawberry milkshake instead of a classic one, and the ordering terminal was very confusing. Drinks cost an extra €3 if not included in the menu... I wouldn't eat there again.

I am very dissatisfied with my visit to KFC today. An employee, who I believe is from India or Pakistan, asked me where I was from. When I replied that I was from Egypt, he suddenly became rude and completely ignored me. This behavior made me feel very uncomfortable. Such disrespectful and discriminatory treatment is absolutely unacceptable. I hope KFC takes such incidents seriously and ensures that all customers are treated equally, regardless of their origin.

I ordered the Cheese and Bacon Burger with fries, and frankly, it was a letdown. Given that this company promotes its crispy chicken, the soggy, flavorless chicken was a huge disappointment. The fries were cold and mushy. The "9 original bites with 2 dips" were also terrible. Honestly, McDonald's makes better food. The soda was the only good part of the meal. A complete waste of money.

Just a nice place, nothing wrong with it when I was outside and I've been to Alxanresplats a few times and never been inside before. There's just nothing wrong with it.

I was a little worried about this KFC after reading some of the reviews, but I have to say it's not bad. The food is good, the service is a bit slow (I mean the order fulfillment time), and unfortunately the location isn't exactly great, even though the various locations are very busy. All in all, a good experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at KFC. I ordered a meal that was supposed to include chicken thighs and wings, but the box only contained a few small pieces of chicken ribs – far too few and not what I paid for. The price was relatively high for what I got. I also felt sick after eating. It was truly disappointing, and I will avoid this KFC in the future. I do not recommend it.

Cleaning stafs are very rude , they are arguing with customers , even in toilets they wont let you go

Cashier at the front was very rude to some young children who were confused how to collect their order. Her attitude was awful and not fit to be the manager considering she continued to gossip with other workmates. Every other worker had a high standard of respect besides the manager, just embarrassing.

They don't have water, it's unacceptable not to be able to hydrate properly.

Very unfriendly staff and security personnel. I just wanted to quickly get my headphones out of my backpack and placed the salad I'd brought with me on a table outside. The security guard immediately addressed me in Russian in a very unfriendly tone and said that I wasn't allowed to eat there, even though he could see I was on my phone. I was actually planning to buy something at KFC – which I did, but after that kind of treatment, I definitely didn't want to sit outside. Honestly, you wouldn't want to eat there anyway: It's dirty, smells strongly of urine, and overall looks very unkempt. Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience.

The security is truly abysmal. I've rarely experienced such disrespectful treatment of customers.

We are really disappointed getting our pick up order paying 51€ and trusted that everything are inside but unfortunately 2 mash potato with gravy sauce was not the the bag and even the brbq dip wasn't there!

Normally, I'm a huge fan of this establishment. However, my experience at this branch was beyond disappointing. The chicken felt like a worn-out car tire. Furthermore, I was given completely wrong sauces and they refused to exchange them. I urge any foodie like myself to stay away.

I ordered something to go for the first time since reopening and tried the new Korean Chicken Bucket – I absolutely cannot recommend it. The Korean chicken was completely soggy; the crispy coating had completely soaked and fallen into small pieces. If it were just a quality issue with the new product, it might be understandable, but even the fries were inedible – they tasted raw and seemed completely undercooked. Most disappointing, however, was that even the classic chicken wings, which I ordered as a backup, were not of the usual quality. A real shame.

What happened to KFC? I tried it today after a couple of years of not having it, and I noticed a big difference. The chicken bites were super soft and salty, while they used to be tasty and, most importantly: CRISPY ! The Pepsi I got was also not cold at all. The only positives were the fries and the patient staff.

I was dissatisfied with the cleaning staff. We were there with three adults and three children, two of whom were pregnant. We used extra chairs. After dinner, before we left, we cleaned the dining table. There were only two chairs, and we couldn't move them. Then a member of staff followed us and insulted us. Even worse, she called us "crazy dogs" and "uneducated." Hopefully, next time we won't be as upset as we were this time.

They didn't put the whole order in, they said there was no Pepsi and didn't give anything in return, they only put in potatoes for one person and there were two of us, they didn't put in the required amount of strips

Great restaurant and great food

KFC Alexanderplatz offers a more extensive and diverse menu than in France, including the "Original Recipe" chicken cuts, which are still available in Germany. The quality is decent, and the taste is faithful to the original recipe. A pleasant surprise for KFC fans.

The fries were soggy instead of golden brown, the burgers had too little mayo (or sauce), making them bone dry, as were the finger foods (bites, wings, etc.). Inedible without ketchup or mayo, for which they charge an extra 50¢. What a mess...

My mother came back from shopping and stopped by to buy some things to take home, but my mother had a big bag full of things and the security guards chased her away and wouldn't let her in.

Way too full, you can't eat in peace, so many children and even older ones who are constantly screaming. I mean, do you have to scream while you're eating and let your children run and scream all over the store?

Food is quite good so far, but you are pressured by security to go out because you have something alcoholic even though you're just waiting for your order and they pressure the staff to get it ready quickly and in the end the order is wrong... cheeky from my point of view, if you get loud or are looking for stress or something else, I understand it, but being pressured straight away and also urging the staff to get the order wrong isn't possible. I am a loyal customer of this store but after today's incident I will never come back! The security guard here is an absolute disaster - rude, loud and unable to listen. We ordered our food and then three children played cards briefly. When the security guard came and became loud, we stopped immediately so as not to cause any trouble. My little brother went to the bathroom and while we waited for him we had already put the deck of cards away. But then this disrespectful man came back without even listening, yelled at us and wanted to throw us out! Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable! Is this your understanding of customer service? A rude, aggressive security guard who yells at patrons? It's a shame for this business! Not only will I never come back, but I will also discourage anyone from visiting this store as long as such incompetent staff work here. Find a security guard who has decency, respect and can listen! Good KFC. I really like the vegan chicken burger. I also like what they’ve done with the fries. When I was young we had to go through the drive through of both McDonald’s and KFC because I preferred the McDonald’s fries. These fries are now just like those! Perfect combination. There is some outdoor seating too.

Food usual KFC quality. Which is completely okay for the price. Staff does their best. But the location is simply Berlin Alexplatz. What do you want to do? Frantically loud. If you want to take a break from your Berlin trip in peace and quiet, this is the wrong place for you
