There was only Coca-Cola on offer, the fries were old, cold and soft.

The Burger King in Velten is almost always clean, the staff is super nice and helpful. The food tastes great. The vegan alternatives are not our taste, but luckily there are different opinions.

20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me at the drive in. A huge cheek for a “fast” restaurant.

Disgusting. You don't feel like cooking yourself and you immediately get proof of why you would otherwise do it. How does this chain not go bankrupt? I really don't want to call what I just got eating. It's a scam what you get there and it's completely cold and with completely misleading descriptions. And the fact that you can call your cheeseburger plant based while there is cheese made from milk in it is insane, I feel so disgusting because I didn't read the small print and now a cow has been tortured for me, just scum what you're doing.

It was OK, quite a long wait. Clean and food was freshly prepared. I had already experienced bad BKs.

Long chicken had no taste at all, fries were delicious.

First the switch on the drive doesn't work and then you don't even get a mediocre milkshake because the machine is cleaned at 8:40 p.m. Nothing comes to mind anymore.

It's questionable why you write things on the card that aren't in stock anyway.

The worst King I have ever visited, the food I ordered was not in stock without telling me, then the food was swapped instead of chicken and beef. A latte became coffee etc. Never again... Oh, only 1 out of 3 toilets were usable!

Where should you start? So the burger was hard as a rock, I kindly asked for a new burger, this was also hard. Then attempt number 3 failed because a "friendly" employee shouted that he was making a new burger, so I rejected it (since I didn't want an external extra on my burger). By far the worst Burger King branch not to be compared with others.

We were there on 9/8/24. There at 8 p.m. What I saw today makes me lose my appetite! RENTAL EMPLOYEE/team leader, male, harasses customers to clear their food and there is security outside, even though there is enough to do! We know that he is the team leader because I wanted to swear! But the fact that he has nothing to do is new to me! Good thing he didn't do that to us!! His luck! I'm not allowed to say what I think here!!! abnormal person. The affected customers couldn't speak German very well, so maybe??? Fuui

Everything was rubbish, I was there a few weeks ago, I had ordered a lot and it's always stupid to check everything in the car but the whole menu was forgotten, a few days later the same thing from a friend, collecting the money but not handing over the goods can't be that difficult Whenever I was there the shop was empty. It can't be because of the stress if you go there and check everything several times

The employees are very friendly and try everything to meet the needs of the customers

Me and my brothers have always enjoyed eating at Burger King, but recently the bad experiences at this Burger King restaurant have become more frequent. We each wanted to eat a portion of chili cheese fries. So my brother picked up our food to go at about 12:30am. He ordered at the terminal and waited. When he got home we noticed that the person who prepared the food had made 3 chili cheese burgers instead of 3 chili cheese fries. Because we don't own a car, we didn't want to go there again. That was just one of the many bad experiences from Burger King but also the worst. There were already bad impressions beforehand (no sauce packed)

It just happens so often that something is forgotten when ordering and a burger ends up missing.

Bad food and parts of the order are missing

The endless disappointment makes the same noise as my stomach, the best part of the order was the friendly delivery person, who isn't even an employee at Burger King. The burger bread was inedible, hard as Krupp steel. We ordered a burger without cucumber and it's just too complicated not to put it on the burger, the burgers have probably been sitting for hours.. Even my trash can didn't want this burger and separating the trash wasn't even possible because the cheese and the packaging had become ONE. Even prisoners in China in 1960 wouldn't have eaten this... Thanks for nothing.

Ordered there several times and without exception there is always something missing from the order. Of course it's stupid when it concerns the child. And it doesn't just seem to be the case for me if you read the reviews. Uber usually reimburses, but not always.

Hello, my wife parked in the parking lot a little longer than allowed, 140 minutes instead of 90 minutes. The result is a fine of EUR 48, which I had to transfer. Will probably have to sell their great burgers to other customers in the future, meal

In itself, the Burger King is really nicely done for a fast food chain and the location is also fine. Minus points: - The toilets are extremely disgusting - The employees speak poor German and English - Sometimes you have to wait a long time for your food - Employees like to stare at women - Food is usually just slapped on, not even the cheese or lettuce is properly on the burger I would describe it as 'back and forth'. Some employees are extremely friendly and do everything well, but unfortunately the majority only have bad experiences.

By Berlin standards this is a very nice establishment.

Delicious food, only part of the order is usually wrong. Unfortunately there is no WiFi here, so if the reception is poor you cannot use the app for points and vouchers. The employees are very friendly and respond flexibly to spontaneous changes in plans if you do something to go on site. Edit: Technology doesn't work at all, you can't redeem coupons and the employees are completely overwhelmed.

Food ok....waited for a long time, there were several problems when ordering at the machine....system crash, then ordering was made at the counter...no points could be collected here and/or rewards redeemed...restaurant and toilets relatively clean

High-quality food, if you want to stay healthy you should try it twice a day. The service is great, the wine list is also very classy

I stood in the drive-thru for several minutes without knowing whether I would be served or not. At some point I was spoken to by the loudspeaker, but no word of thanks for waiting so long. The food I got then felt old. The bread tasted old, the ingredients weren't crispy where they should have been and the burgers themselves were carelessly thrown together. Oh yeah, instead of crispy chicken I also got a nugget burger. No thank you

I've eaten here quite often and haven't had any problems, but unfortunately the quality of service has declined in the last few months. It is becoming increasingly common for something to be missing or mixed up in even the simplest orders. It's a shame, because otherwise most of the employees are very friendly and the food isn't bad either.

The food tasted like it had been reheated repeatedly. The heating didn't work or was switched off. It was uncomfortably cold. The parking spaces and entrance were not gritted despite the black ice.

If possible, only order one thing at the drive-thru. If you have two items or more, there is a 95% chance that one item will be forgotten and grabbed. Cashing in, however, works perfectly with the unfriendly gentleman with a mustache at the counter.

We are here “often” and enjoy it. That's why we wanted to acknowledge it with a handful of stars. We come here irregularly every few months. There's a lot of greenery around, so the road doesn't bother us either. Food was always freshly prepared for us and the service was also good. The app was even explained to me today. The toilet isn't really comfortable but as a man standing up I can handle it. Of all the Burger King shops we got to know in Berlin, this is our top address and recommendation.

We have been guests at this branch several times and have been generally satisfied, until today... We are one of those people who like to have their order taken by a human. It becomes difficult if the order fails due to a language barrier. The coupons from the app could not be 'read', but instead of taking the order manually, as has been done several times, we received completely different menus due to communication problems. The additional order (curly fries and 2 chesseburgers) apparently wasn't understood because we only received the burgers... The shift manager (?) who came along wasn't any help either and only made the tense atmosphere worse with what seemed like a mixture of obviously fake friendliness and underlying arrogance. And not just towards us, other situations were observed while we were waiting. Service, friendliness and cleanliness in this Burger King branch are very dependent on the staff on duty

Just dirty. Tables not cleared and cleaned, toilets in a dilapidated state, dirty and technically in questionable condition... Faucet loose, urinal bowl broken, etc.

The store is very clean and the service is quick. The ambience is grey, cold and uncomfortable. The X-tra Long Chili Cheese was the worst meal I've ever had at Burger King. The thing was so full of drippings that it was dripping out of the bun. The sauce that gives the burger its flavor was completely missing. Like biting into a wet sponge, gross. This used to be a good shop, but after the renovation and with the new operator we can no longer recommend it.

It only became apparent after ordering that there were no shakes or ice cream items. No hot brownie either. It was a shame, because of course you would have ordered something else and not paid more for a simple Coke Zero. Maybe it works next time.

This store is a threat to public health I've been there several times now after work and have now discovered that this store is terribly overwhelmed by compliance with hygiene regulations. French fries or onia rings sometimes lie around for ages and arrive totally "difficult". Apart from that, the sanitary facilities are permanently closed, which makes me wonder whether the employees are just too lazy to clean the shop or whether the people are once again overwhelmed to repair the facility. On the whole, I advise everyone not to dine here. Have a good time and go to a real restaurant please!

Incident on March 25, 24 around 10:30 p.m.: * FRAUD * *SUSPICION OF FOOD POISONING* * REPORT TO HEALTH OFFICE * Ordered 4 Xtra-Long Chili Cheese, One was missing!!! (Apparently not the first time in this branch according to previous reviews) It annoys me that everything was strange when I ordered and I didn't react early and drove home without food: The lady at the reception didn't know how to take the order (no German/English), the gentleman who was there to "help" greeted me as the supposed deputy branch manager (*haha*) with "Hey brother". An absolute no-go if you are supposed to be in such a position!!! At least he managed to enter my order into the system but of course without my PayBack card. When I asked, he told me my PayBack card was recorded and I should scan the QR code from the receipt, which was not possible due to the poor print quality. Annoyed his answer: Ask the headquarters "brother" !!!! The highlight at home: Me and my girlfriend threw up right after eating the burgers!!!! Luckily I saved a piece of the burgers, put it in a freezer bag, sealed it airtight and will take it to a private laboratory tomorrow!!! At the same time, I will inform the health department... THIS STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY!!!! Until now I always thought that there was nothing or little to the TV reports... Until today!!!! It's a shame because for me Burger King was actually still the better fast food restaurant compared to McDonald's...

It's always worth a visit to order a Whopper.

Definitely a shortage of skilled workers. Complaints about cold, sticky onion rings and the same ones in a new bag receive mushy and shameful comments from the employee in a shirt covered in grease stains. The rings that were returned were not replaced but were returned to the others. Just as disgusting as the sticky tables.🤮🤮🤮

Waited almost half an hour for the order! Of three burgers ordered, two were almost cold! After complaining about the goods, I was asked if I wanted a warm burger (this question alone) and I replied in the affirmative, whereupon the burgers were not newly built. NO, they were thrown into the microwave. In my opinion, this branch should do its homework as soon as possible, because there are BK stores that are worlds better

Unfortunately, Burger King is now no longer what it used to be. Somehow it all looks a bit muddy. Somehow you get the feeling that it's just about making money and less about customer service or customer satisfaction, but that's just my personal opinion Feeling like everything is always getting smaller somehow, but I honestly give Burger King four stars out of five

Ate here for the third time and burgers were missing again. Country potatoes cold and sticky. Unfriendly checkout staff after pointing out an error. Very smelly toilets. Generally very unclean.

Took very very long, then forgot 2 fries and a burger. Drinks half full. Not acceptable. Would like to arrange a refund as i am typically happy at other burger kings.

The football ticket competition we ordered is currently being advertised on Uber Eats. When it was delivered there was no code for participation, according to the service there is nothing you can do about it. The food also arrived cold, which we would have overlooked if the code for the competition had been included.

I placed a large order via drive in twice in a row and twice the order was incomplete. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I was already home. Guys, check your order before you go!! The employees here don't seem to do that.

The cheeseburgers we ordered were surprisingly okay and not dry at all. They were prepared when ordered and the 3 minute wait was totally fine. What drags the rating down significantly is the price/performance ratio. In my opinion, this development is not justified at all. Of course, this also applies to McDonald's. For me this was the last visit to one of the fast food chains.

Ein Dankeschön geht an die junge Frau, die abends, einen Tag vor Weihnachten, Schicht hatte. Selten solch netten Menschen an einem Drive in/through Schalter erlebt! Könnten sich viele was von ihr abgucken.... Essen war auch yummy.... Einen guten Rutsch!!!

Burger frisch gemacht und netter Service. Laden ist mega sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett trotz Sonderwünschen.

An einem Donnerstag um 12 im Dezember. Alle 3 Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und haben fleißig ihren Job gemacht. Der double beef backen war heiß, genauso wie die wedges. Es ging schnell und ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Musik nicht zu laut und alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Ich kenne den Laden seit 15Jahren und es gab eine Zeit da war das nicht so. Danke für das leckere Essen. Bis bald. Einziges Manko, es war kalt in der Bude, trotz Extralüfter. Ich denke das ist nur temporär.

Absolut NICHT empfehlenswert dieser BurgerKing. Eiskalt im Laden, sodass man selbst mit dicker Winterjacke und Schal gefroren hat. Cola, Fanta, Sprite gab es nicht, anscheinend war der Getränkeautomat kaputt. Beim nächsten Mal geht's wieder zu McDonalds..Schade!

Die Heizung ist ausgefallen. Sollte man einem schon mal mitteilen bzw. draußen anschreiben.

Ist das dass Ende von Burger King? Ich würde sagen ja! Warum? Naja weil es wirklich sehr dämlich ist muslimische Mitarbeiter einzustellen die dort mein bacon burger zubereiten. Man merkte jedesmal wenn ich extra etwas mit Schweinefleisch bestellte wie z.b. den bacon burger, dann würde es extra schlecht zubereitet, extra was vergessen oder extra was falsches dazu gegeben und extra pampig mir vor die nase hin geschmissen. Einfach unfassbar was dort eingestellt wird. Das wars mit burger king! zumindest in dieser Filiale.

Heute ist der 19.11.2023 19:45 Habe beobachtet wie die junge Dame in der Küche vom alten long chicken das Fleisch nahm und es in ein neuen Burger steckte als sie mich gesehen hat und sah das ich es beobachtet habe war sie sehr erschrocken und schmieß den kompletten Burger weg Das ist 🤢 zum kotzen Nie wieder

Eine Order mit maximal einem Fehler durchzuführen, scheint hier nicht drin zu sein. Bei jedem Besuch werd ich hier in punkto Kontrolle geschult. Je genauer ich hinsehe, desto mehr Fehler finde ich. Klappt auch die Burger auf, wenn ihr Extras bestellt habt! Meisten fehlten sie bei mir bisher vollständig.

Sehr gutes essen und Service, ect aber leider kein wlan was eigentlich schon viel ausmacht ich bin dafür das sie dies unbedingt ändern.

Ich fand die Zeit von der Bestellung bis zur Herausgabe des Essens beim Drive In sehr lange, obwohl nur 2 Autos vor mir waren.

Jedes Mal, wenn wir da sind, bestellen wir vegane Mayo und die letzten 4 mal war einfach keine drin (stattdessen Pommessauce), was kein Problem ist, aber das Personal sagt halt nichts dazu. Bestellungen sind meist nicht vollständig oder nicht richtig.

Leider, wir haben zweimal in dieser Burger-King-Filiale gegessen und beide Male gab es ein Problem. Einmal war das Essen völlig kalt und beim zweiten Mal fand ich Haare im Essen, und als ich protestierte, benahmen sie sich überhaupt nicht gut und sie sagten, wir können den Burger nicht ändern. Das Verhalten des Personals dieser Filiale ist wirklich schrecklich… sie respektieren den Kunden nicht. sie denken nur an Rechte und wissen nichts über Respekt und Freundlichkeit. Ich habe diesem einen Stern nur fürs Protokoll gegeben, sonst wäre er keinen Stern wert.

Zwar ist alles sauber und Parkplätze sind auch ausreichend vorhanden inkl. Drive in, aber gemütlich ist es für meinen Geschmack nicht.

Essen wurde frisch zubereitet & trotzdem, das es um die Uhrzeit sehr leer war haben sie gefühlt eine halbe Ewigkeit gebraucht um das Essen fertig zu machen 😂🤦🏻‍♂️.Könnte auch an "Uber eats" liegen, was dort noch neben bei läuft. Ambiete war ok, es war sauber außer das Herren WC. Das hat abartig gestunken und war so 'lala' gereinigt. Meine Frau meinte im Damen WC war alles blitz Blank und gut duftend.. Für die Durchreise war dieser BurgerKing trotzdem Gut - Essen war lecker, vielleicht irgendwann mal wieder 👍🏼🤓

Betrügerischer Laden. Ich habe dort bestellt und statt veganer Nuggets Fleisch-Nuggets erhalten (erkennbar an der Panade), einen Fleisch-Hamburger, statt eines veganen Nugget-Burgers und Pommes Soße, statt veganer Mayo. Hierbei kann es sich nicht um eine versehentliche Verwechslung halten, da die Hälfte meiner veganen Bestellung gegen Fleisch-Produkte ausgetauschts wurde. Der Laden betrügt Kunden kackendreist und scheint zu glauben wir sind zu dumm um es zu merken. Und damit kommt er auch noch durch. Macht doch einfach wofür ihr euch bezahlen lasst. Ich wünsche den Verantwortlichen heftigen Durchfall. <3
