Burger King in Berlin

Ordering at the terminal worked well and since it wasn't full, I didn't have to wait long. The food I received was ok, but part of the order was missing. If you read the reviews, the system seems to have something and something is regularly missing. Extremely annoying when you discover this at home. If you try to call, you can hear the sound of a fax machine?! I'll try email tomorrow...

Unfortunately only 3 stars. There will be 5 stars next time if there are jalapenos in the chili cheese nuggets and not normal pepper pieces, then they are hot, as they should be. Please make the burgers a little hotter, they don't taste so hot.

We found out today that, despite advertising and baklava promotion stickers at the drive-thru, ice cream is generally not offered in the branch. Very bizarre. When asked, all they said was: “I tell my boss about this once a month.” Very unfortunate. Just one star because of that.

I specifically made it a point to put enough sauce on the burgers because the burgers were far dry the last time I ordered them. Well, what can I say… they were extremely dry and almost cold again. Never again!

Getting here is really a gamble. However, in the rarest of cases you win. Almost every order is either incorrect or incomplete. When I ordered a milkshake I was given the wrong kind. Instead of giving me the right kind, strawberry sauce was poured in and given back to me. Of course it didn't change anything. The employee was also very unfriendly towards the guests and his employees. It's a shame that the quality here deteriorates so much.

Was satisfied so far. The last time I ordered I had a long hair in my lattice potato and arugula cheeseburger. It doesn't work at all and means I won't go to the store again.

Overall, the store always seems dirty. A general problem is unclean tables. But this is a common problem for all fast food shops. Service was top. Very friendly. You can't complain about the ambience either. However, I have to criticize the freshness of the products. The salad side dishes were again not fresh. We have experienced this twice in the past and will no longer order there. Especially since my family has been suffering from flatulence for more than 10 hours now. The food was heavy on our stomachs.

Top experience at Burger King on the Prenzlau Promenade! I was at Burger King on Prenzlauer Promenade 69 around 11 a.m. this morning and was completely thrilled. The burger was simply perfect – freshly prepared, hot and tasted great! I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the crisp, fresh salad, which gave the whole thing that certain something. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made the visit even more pleasant. The atmosphere in the branch was also pleasantly quiet - maybe it was because it was so early, but it was a really relaxed and enjoyable experience. All in all, a clear recommendation! I'd love to come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I hate it when you order via drive in, drive and something is missing from your order, at 11:10 a.m. nothing was ordered, 3-5 guests in the store. Drive in was empty, there was another car behind me, I had nuggets and chili cheese fries ordered, she prays down all the sauces and what did she forget? No, not recommended. Drive-In, from ordering to receiving the two drinks and two x 9 small items, onion rings and cheese balls, we waited 25 minutes. The lady at the service always switched between the inside counter and the drive-thru. I drew attention to us several times and then we were given our drinks in bite-sized pieces. We waited again for our food. Suddenly the manager came to the window in a completely aggressive manner, no greeting, no apology, just rude. He stammered something in a language we didn't understand. We waited again and finally received the small pieces of food. He didn't miss the opportunity to make a condescending gesture with his hands... At least it wasn't meant in a friendly way.

It would be an advantage to have German staff at the counter at the drive-in. I ordered a normal Checkenburger. She didn't understand me. I think she's from Pakistan and gave me a burger with bacon (pork) even though I said please not with bacon I think it's a completely normal chicken burger that's really outrageous when you want to eat something really quickly and in the end the salad unfortunately gets 1 star 👎

The pictures on the ordering screen are great! Super fun! Everything is plant based if you want so feel free to free to eat the straw, cup, bag, just don’t eat the trays — they reuse those. We can’t decide if using a straw causes more or less backwash than drinking directly out the cup; pretty divisive but maybe you can help. Upstairs there is a forbidden club for employees only - it looks dope (all drenched in red light, mysterious and tempting) but we aren’t allowed there, pity! Flimsy patties, nuggets precisely as described, drinks filled up to the .5 liter mark, no ice and we didn’t even ask for no ice!

Sticky fries, dry burger (too little sauce), service uninformed about their own offerings and not fluent in my language. All in all it was the last time, no recommendation.

You don't even have to try to get something vegetarian there. The people there just can't get it baked and you get meat there every time. Really disgusting.

Inappropriate and way too loud music. The waitress doesn't speak my language and can't answer questions. Food was forgotten and only refunded when asked and discussed due to a lack of language skills. It's nice to have something like that here in the middle of the capital of Germany, something like that wouldn't exist in Poland. Shop dirty and unkempt.

December 2024: Definitely one of the better Burger King in Berlin, clear recommendation! There are also employees per shift who speak German as their native language; the rest speak German well as a foreign language. The dining room is clean, the preparation is quick, the fries are hot. 1 star deducted from the meal for the temperature of the burger bun. But that doesn't change the 5-star overall rating. My rating is a snapshot for December 2024. If there is cost pressure from above or if there is a change of operator, the cards will unfortunately be reshuffled. But today everything was fine! 😃👍

Unfortunately completely incompetent staff. 2 orders in two days were completely messed up. Forgot one burger and some of the toppings were missing from the others. Is replenished and not remade, so that you get cold burgers afterwards. Dear people, this is not customer-friendly and could definitely be done better!

We were at King's shortly after it opened. All dishes were freshly prepared and delicious. Unfortunately, the employee forgot to give the fries 🍟 and then forgot to make them again. It was probably too early ;) I would still recommend a visit there because it tasted good.

Lucky bag! You never know what's in it and whether your order is even in there! I just paid €42 and at the end there were 3 burgers and a portion of fries (lattice potatoes)... and then they say everything was included!

Long-time customer of this branch. Before and after the reopening. Basically, you get food of the quality that is typically “okay” in fast food. But what has now happened again and again and now motivates me to write this review: Burgers, sauces and other things are regularly missing. Yes, just looking in the bag and checking it can help, but it can't be that things are constantly missing and I have to double or triple check that something is missing again or that there are wrong items in the bag. In weddings - like this Sunday evening - I have some understanding, but unfortunately this also happens when the shop is empty. Please make urgent improvements and train staff etc. (And now I'm done stressing over the lack of fatty and unhealthy food).

I got a hamburger at McDrive yesterday. This one tasted disgusting and I couldn't finish it. To make matters worse, I had to deal with nausea all evening and had to vomit several times. It wasn't the cleanest store in the past, but unfortunately that doesn't seem to have changed. At least the employee was really friendly.

I had a burger and fries with chili sauce. I had it for the first time and was thrilled.

Putting people who don’t speak English or German on the cash register during dinner rush is not the smartest move. And she seems to be new. I wanted a simple whopper meal with onion rings and 2 sides of mayo. I had to say it multiple times in both languages. They tried to charge me for two whopper meals, thankfully I was paying attention. Then I got an insanely messy burger because she put the extra mayo in my burger and not on the side. At pick up the manager then told me to pay another euro for the mayonnaise I had already requested. Technically we all know what to expect when we come to Burger King. But they definitely earned this review. What a mess. Ruined my pants with ketchup because the burger was so disgusting and soppy with sauce. I’ll skip this place next time. Oh and the onion rings are sad. I didn’t even eat them because they are so gross.

Food was ok. But where can you only have 2 people working there during the holiday season and at lunchtime on a Sunday... The woman at the checkout was very nice, but the gentleman "in the kitchen" was so unfriendly and annoyed... This results in long waiting times.

The Burger King in Velten is almost always clean, the staff is super nice and helpful. The food tastes great. The vegan alternatives are not our taste, but luckily there are different opinions.

I really don't want to call what I just got eating. It's a scam what you get there and it's completely cold and with completely misleading descriptions. And the fact that you can call your cheeseburger plant based while there is cheese made from milk in it is insane, I feel so disgusting because I didn't read the small print and now a cow has been tortured for me, just scum what you're doing.

The worst King I have ever visited, the food I ordered was not in stock without telling me, then the food was swapped instead of chicken and beef. A latte became coffee etc. Never again... Oh, only 1 out of 3 toilets were usable!

Where should you start? So the burger was hard as a rock, I kindly asked for a new burger, this was also hard. Then attempt number 3 failed because a "friendly" employee shouted that he was making a new burger, so I rejected it (since I didn't want an external extra on my burger). We were there on 9/8/24. There at 8 p.m. What I saw today makes me lose my appetite! RENTAL EMPLOYEE/team leader, male, harasses customers to clear their food and there is security outside, even though there is enough to do! We know that he is the team leader because I wanted to swear! But the fact that he has nothing to do is new to me! Good thing he didn't do that to us!! His luck! Everything was rubbish, I was there a few weeks ago, I had ordered a lot and it's always stupid to check everything in the car but the whole menu was forgotten, a few days later the same thing from a friend, collecting the money but not handing over the goods can't be that difficult Whenever I was there the shop was empty. Me and my brothers have always enjoyed eating at Burger King, but recently the bad experiences at this Burger King restaurant have become more frequent. We each wanted to eat a portion of chili cheese fries. So my brother picked up our food to go at about 12:30am. He ordered at the terminal and waited. When he got home we noticed that the person who prepared the food had made 3 chili cheese burgers instead of 3 chili cheese fries. Because we don't own a car, we didn't want to go there again. That was just one of the many bad experiences from Burger King but also the worst. There were already bad impressions beforehand (no sauce packed)

The endless disappointment makes the same noise as my stomach, the best part of the order was the friendly delivery person, who isn't even an employee at Burger King. The burger bread was inedible, hard as Krupp steel. We ordered a burger without cucumber and it's just too complicated not to put it on the burger, the burgers have probably been sitting for hours.. Even my trash can didn't want this burger and separating the trash wasn't even possible because the cheese and the packaging had become ONE. Even prisoners in China in 1960 wouldn't have eaten this... Thanks for nothing.

Ordered there several times and without exception there is always something missing from the order. Of course it's stupid when it concerns the child. And it doesn't just seem to be the case for me if you read the reviews. Uber usually reimburses, but not always.

In itself, the Burger King is really nicely done for a fast food chain and the location is also fine. Minus points: - The toilets are extremely disgusting - The employees speak poor German and English - Sometimes you have to wait a long time for your food - Employees like to stare at women - Food is usually just slapped on, not even the cheese or lettuce is properly on the burger I would describe it as 'back and forth'. Some employees are extremely friendly and do everything well, but unfortunately the majority only have bad experiences.

By Berlin standards this is a very nice establishment.

Delicious food, only part of the order is usually wrong. Unfortunately there is no WiFi here, so if the reception is poor you cannot use the app for points and vouchers. The employees are very friendly and respond flexibly to spontaneous changes in plans if you do something to go on site. Edit: Technology doesn't work at all, you can't redeem coupons and the employees are completely overwhelmed.

I stood in the drive-thru for several minutes without knowing whether I would be served or not. At some point I was spoken to by the loudspeaker, but no word of thanks for waiting so long. The food I got then felt old. The bread tasted old, the ingredients weren't crispy where they should have been and the burgers themselves were carelessly thrown together. The food tasted like it had been reheated repeatedly. The heating didn't work or was switched off. It was uncomfortably cold. The parking spaces and entrance were not gritted despite the black ice.

If possible, only order one thing at the drive-thru. If you have two items or more, there is a 95% chance that one item will be forgotten and grabbed. Cashing in, however, works perfectly with the unfriendly gentleman with a mustache at the counter.

We are here “often” and enjoy it. That's why we wanted to acknowledge it with a handful of stars. We come here irregularly every few months. There's a lot of greenery around, so the road doesn't bother us either. Food was always freshly prepared for us and the service was also good. The app was even explained to me today. The toilet isn't really comfortable but as a man standing up I can handle it. Of all the Burger King shops we got to know in Berlin, this is our top address and recommendation.

We have been guests at this branch several times and have been generally satisfied, until today... We are one of those people who like to have their order taken by a human. It becomes difficult if the order fails due to a language barrier. The coupons from the app could not be 'read', but instead of taking the order manually, as has been done several times, we received completely different menus due to communication problems. The additional order (curly fries and 2 chesseburgers) apparently wasn't understood because we only received the burgers... The shift manager (?) who came along wasn't any help either and only made the tense atmosphere worse with what seemed like a mixture of obviously fake friendliness and underlying arrogance. And not just towards us, other situations were observed while we were waiting. Service, friendliness and cleanliness in this Burger King branch are very dependent on the staff on duty

The store is very clean and the service is quick. The ambience is grey, cold and uncomfortable. The X-tra Long Chili Cheese was the worst meal I've ever had at Burger King. The thing was so full of drippings that it was dripping out of the bun. The sauce that gives the burger its flavor was completely missing. Like biting into a wet sponge, gross. This used to be a good shop, but after the renovation and with the new operator we can no longer recommend it.

It only became apparent after ordering that there were no shakes or ice cream items. No hot brownie either. It was a shame, because of course you would have ordered something else and not paid more for a simple Coke Zero. Maybe it works next time.

This store is a threat to public health I've been there several times now after work and have now discovered that this store is terribly overwhelmed by compliance with hygiene regulations. French fries or onia rings sometimes lie around for ages and arrive totally "difficult". Apart from that, the sanitary facilities are permanently closed, which makes me wonder whether the employees are just too lazy to clean the shop or whether the people are once again overwhelmed to repair the facility. On the whole, I advise everyone not to dine here. Have a good time and go to a real restaurant please!

Incident on March 25, 24 around 10:30 p.m.: * FRAUD * *SUSPICION OF FOOD POISONING* * REPORT TO HEALTH OFFICE * Ordered 4 Xtra-Long Chili Cheese, One was missing!!! (Apparently not the first time in this branch according to previous reviews) It annoys me that everything was strange when I ordered and I didn't react early and drove home without food: The lady at the reception didn't know how to take the order (no German/English), the gentleman who was there to "help" greeted me as the supposed deputy branch manager (*haha*) with "Hey brother". An absolute no-go if you are supposed to be in such a position!!! At least he managed to enter my order into the system but of course without my PayBack card. When I asked, he told me my PayBack card was recorded and I should scan the QR code from the receipt, which was not possible due to the poor print quality. Annoyed his answer: Ask the headquarters "brother" !!!! The highlight at home: Me and my girlfriend threw up right after eating the burgers!!!! Luckily I saved a piece of the burgers, put it in a freezer bag, sealed it airtight and will take it to a private laboratory tomorrow!!! At the same time, I will inform the health department... THIS STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY!!!! Until now I always thought that there was nothing or little to the TV reports... Until today!!!! It's a shame because for me Burger King was actually still the better fast food restaurant compared to McDonald's...

Definitely a shortage of skilled workers. Complaints about cold, sticky onion rings and the same ones in a new bag receive mushy and shameful comments from the employee in a shirt covered in grease stains. The rings that were returned were not replaced but were returned to the others. Just as disgusting as the sticky tables.🤮🤮🤮

Waited almost half an hour for the order! Of three burgers ordered, two were almost cold! After complaining about the goods, I was asked if I wanted a warm burger (this question alone) and I replied in the affirmative, whereupon the burgers were not newly built. NO, they were thrown into the microwave. In my opinion, this branch should do its homework as soon as possible, because there are BK stores that are worlds better
