Burger King in Berlin

The burgers were made without any care, and there were no toys for the children. When Burger King reopened, they made an effort, but unfortunately, that's no longer the case. What a shame!

I just ordered a cheeseburger for the family. I received it immediately after paying at the drive-thru. The staff were very friendly at the counter and I was pleased with how quickly it was served. When my family bit into the burgers, they could hardly believe their taste buds. The bun was nowhere near fully heated, and the cheese was almost hard. The burgers were inedible even after another taste. Unfortunately, we were already on the highway, so we couldn't take the food back and threw it in the trash at the next rest stop. Since we rarely eat fast food, we haven't planned on visiting again in the future. In conclusion, train your staff more effectively. We would have preferred to wait a little longer, but for that, it would be safe to eat.

Delicious food, but usually part of the order is incorrect. Unfortunately, there's no Wi-Fi here, so if reception is poor, you can't use the app for points and vouchers. The staff are very friendly and flexible when it comes to spontaneous changes of plans if you order takeaway. ... 1 update The technology is completely unworkable, you can't redeem coupons, and the staff are completely overwhelmed. ... 2nd update No promotional products... no Twix ice cream, no cotton candy drink, no iced coffee... I came here specifically to try it out and was simply disappointed.

!!!Be careful when buying at the counter!!! We were sold a product that was no longer available; we weren't informed of this when ordering. When it came time to pick up, we were simply given a different product. Our request for a refund was ignored. Clearly a fraud!!!

If you go to Burger King, always get a premium burger!! Whether chicken or beef, it's a completely different product than the classic burgers!! Really good and can definitely compete with private burger joints! :)

If you order at the kiosk, you have to talk to the kiosk staff. They can't help. They pack it wrong every time.

This was the last time we were here. We ate here regularly, every three months. The burgers were cold and dry. We repeatedly got the wrong food and drink, and something was forgotten several times. Over the last two years, this branch has gotten progressively worse. The staff are now very unfriendly. I can no longer recommend this branch.

Last time the hygiene was not as expected.

After ordering, I waited for my food and watched as the staff took already-finished burgers from the warming area to the kitchen, only to return them as "fresh." When I realized they were my burgers, I asked the staff about it and got into an argument. They didn't offer me a fresh burger in the end; the ones delivered on a tray were old, and the fries were cold. Absolutely outrageous, especially considering McDonald's is a competitor just a few meters away. Something is seriously wrong with this place!!! I'll never eat here again. The price/performance ratio is absolutely not right.

Easily accessible Burger King. There's also ample parking. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't have a permanent ice cream machine. Therefore, there are no King Sundaes or King Fusions. It's important to note that.

Stay away from this store. I've eaten at BK with my family many times. Caution is advised at this branch!! I parked there for 102 minutes while eating with my family and received a penalty from Smart Parking. €48, which is an absolute disgrace. BK commissioned Smart Parking to ask customers to pay after 90 minutes. For me as a customer, it was an absolute disgrace to limit my dining time. After consulting the branch, the answer was "Bad luck." The consequence will be that I will avoid all BK branches from now on and advise friends and acquaintances against it. Simply sad, especially because the parking lot was completely empty. Pure rip-off!!! Never again BK

Absolutely not recommended!!! I've been to this place several times and have never been particularly impressed, but it is and always will be just a fast-food restaurant, and expectations shouldn't be too high. Unfortunately, it has gotten significantly worse in recent months. In my opinion, the cleanliness and standards of a restaurant are always best judged by their restrooms. I can't comment on the women's restrooms, but it's become an absolute disgrace for the men's restrooms. The fact that the previous user doesn't leave the restroom clean is something that can't be avoided, I think. However, here, you won't find toilet paper or anything that works properly in this area. The stall doors are broken and can only be closed with great difficulty. As already mentioned, there's no toilet paper, and the toilet seats are also broken. The sink faucet breaks every second, towels are nowhere to be found, and the hand dryer only works sporadically. Furthermore, despite the summer weather, the floor was extremely dirty, including paper and other debris. Since these findings don't really leave me with a good feeling about the order, functionality, and cleanliness of the kitchen, I will avoid this store in the future!

No more customers there, I was the only one. Ordered, took away, trusted the staff, and when I got home I noticed that a burger was missing. It was listed on the bill, and I paid for it, just not with the wrap.

The drinks tasted significantly different than usual. Somewhat moldy. We had a Coke, an iced tea, and a Fanta.

I gave this place four chances. They screwed up four times. The food was cold every time, and the burgers were old. The cheese wasn't even melted on the burger.

The Burger King has been there forever. Not much has really changed... But I'm not a fast food fan either... the food is just like any other Burger King. You just have to like it...

Ordered from Burger King for the first time today. Delivery was pretty quick, but they forgot a few things: a fruit squeezable burger, a toy for the little one, and a bag of mayonnaise. The food wasn't particularly good either. We realize it's not hot anymore, which is perfectly fine, but the fries and burger buns were rock hard. The meat was also bone dry. Too bad; we won't order from there again, or go there again.

In comparison, McDonalds is a 5 star restaurant.

If you ordered a lot, I advise you to check the order at the cashier right away. 🫣 Receiving the missing burger can take a while, and unfortunately, not everything is always resolved the first time. It's good that I kept the receipt - it helped. The cashier, unfortunately, was not very customer-oriented and instead of helping, gave too much unnecessary advice. 👎

Fries were only edible with two packets of salt and pepper. The restrooms were so dirty I thought I was going to catch some kind of disease. The employee of the month hit on me in a really sleazy way. The burgers weren't tasty either! Worst Burger King experience of my life! 😭

This is unbelievable. I ordered curly fries for €4 at the drive-up counter, and apparently they thought they could just fill the bag with whatever they wanted, so the stupid customer wouldn't notice. There were actually five leftovers in the bag. This is truly outrageous, or you could even call it fraud.

Today I went to Burger King. I ordered a Big King XXL with onion rings and a bottle of sparkling mineral water at the drive-in. So far, so good; only a short wait, which was fine. The water was well chilled, the onion rings were hot, but the burger was terrible. The bun was really over-brown, there was hardly any lettuce on it, I couldn't taste any tomato at all, and the dressing made me feel like the burger was sitting next to the one on top, meaning there wasn't enough on it either. I've never had anything like this before. Was there a cutback in the recipe because everything is getting more expensive, or was it the employee's fault? The time of the stop was around 11:20 a.m. on July 22, 2025. I didn't have time to turn around and return the burger because I had an important appointment out of town. It can't be changed now, but I have to drive the same route again next week and will stop here again. I've learned one thing: unpack the burger first, check it, and then drive off. I'm already excited. So, dear team, things are getting much better!!!!!!!

Ice cream machine always broken

Things were often forgotten, which we didn't notice until we got home. There was a small lettuce leaf on the burger, which is ridiculous for the price.

Well... fast food wasn't on the agenda while getting ready at the drive-in. The wait was quite long, even though it wasn't busy. On top of that, the menu was incorrect. While I was being served, someone slipped from the guest area into the kitchen area in flip-flops to get a coffee from the vending machine. Surely an employee or something, but he was in casual clothes, making for a strangely unsightly sight.

Positive: Lots of vegetarian dishes. The competition could take a leaf out of their book. Negative: We specifically ordered our drinks without ice cubes because otherwise they'd be so watery. All of them were only filled to about 1-1.5 cm below the calibration mark. When we complained, they simply filled the cups with ice cubes instead of drink. That's a great way to profit from your customers! A real shame.

normal Burger King,.. unfortunately the toilets are in a bad condition broken doors etc.. and in the kitchen no headgear is worn during preparation and some people wear civilian clothes

What a dump! Sorry, but it's true, unfortunately. Men's restroom collapsed, ergo - unusable. Faucet wobbles. Two burgers with a drink and sides take 20 minutes? The iced coffee certainly wasn't to blame; it was completely forgotten. Tear the place down and turn it into a dog park!

I wish I'd left this place feeling full. In Belgium, unlimited drinks and table service are available for less.

Small ice cream machine and views fastfood average

I was there with my colleagues (each with their own car) for the first time in a very long time. The food and conditions were okay, but then the classic mafia parking method was used. After eating, I drove over to the gas station to avoid parking illegally... Now, after about a week, I received a mail with a €48 fine for allegedly exceeding the parking time! How does "smart parking" compare? So, for me, it's clear I'll never visit Burger King again! Anyone who allows such methods is anything but customer-oriented! Rip-off, nothing else!

July 2, 2025: The hottest day of the year so far in Berlin, and Burger King is charging €4.20 for a 0.5l bottle of Nestlé Vio water. Absolutely outrageous and one more reason to continue avoiding this FF chain! A big THANK YOU to the lovely, friendly employees who recommended the cheaper shopping at Lidl next door!

Food was dry. The service took forever. We waited for 20 minutes. And in the meantime a lot of orders that came after us got done fast.

It feels like there's only one woman working there, while her colleagues are either chatting with each other or with third parties. The food was quite good, but the Coke tasted weird.

For the first time, the strawberry shake tasted different here than at all other Burger Kings. I threw it away.

Basically, I don't want to give any stars. Last night we bought one cheeseburger, one large portion of chili cheese fries, and 15 wings. The burger was so dry and tasteless that we couldn't eat it. The fries were soggy, stuck together, a real mushy mess. This wasn't due to the cheese sauce, but rather they were taken out of the fryer too early and left to stand until the other orders were ready. The wings were edible, but they weren't a taste sensation. If we hadn't eaten the food at home, we would have returned it. We haven't had anything this bad in a long time. The staff wasn't particularly attentive either. It started with the order, where the employee didn't give us proper advice. We will be going to the Burger King on Prenzlauer Promenade. We can't write a positive review here. Go eat somewhere else. The food is way overpriced. We have better places in Pankow, including snack bars.

I just went there for the first time and was worried about what to expect based on the reviews. But the reception at the drive-thru was super friendly. The food came quickly, and nothing was left behind. I can't confirm the negative reviews. KEEP UP THE GOOD WAY... I'll be coming more often now since I moved. 👍👍👍

We regularly visit this Burger King and are always satisfied. The store is very clean compared to many other restaurants, and so are the tables. Therefore, I don't understand many of the negative reviews. Our burgers, as well as our fries, are always fresh, and the staff is friendly. Thank you to the entire team :)

Staff busy with their cell phones while preparing food, causing longer waits. This is completely unacceptable; who knows where the cell phone has been.

Ordering at the terminal worked well and since it wasn't full, I didn't have to wait long. The food I received was ok, but part of the order was missing. If you read the reviews, the system seems to have something and something is regularly missing. Extremely annoying when you discover this at home. If you try to call, you can hear the sound of a fax machine?! I'll try email tomorrow...

Unfortunately only 3 stars. There will be 5 stars next time if there are jalapenos in the chili cheese nuggets and not normal pepper pieces, then they are hot, as they should be. Please make the burgers a little hotter, they don't taste so hot.

We found out today that, despite advertising and baklava promotion stickers at the drive-thru, ice cream is generally not offered in the branch. Very bizarre. When asked, all they said was: “I tell my boss about this once a month.” Very unfortunate. Just one star because of that.

The bad reviews speak volumes, I wonder how it can be that this business hasn't closed yet.

I specifically made it a point to put enough sauce on the burgers because the burgers were far dry the last time I ordered them. Well, what can I say… they were extremely dry and almost cold again. Never again!

Getting here is really a gamble. However, in the rarest of cases you win. Almost every order is either incorrect or incomplete. When I ordered a milkshake I was given the wrong kind. Instead of giving me the right kind, strawberry sauce was poured in and given back to me. Of course it didn't change anything. The employee was also very unfriendly towards the guests and his employees. It's a shame that the quality here deteriorates so much.

Was satisfied so far. The last time I ordered I had a long hair in my lattice potato and arugula cheeseburger. It doesn't work at all and means I won't go to the store again.

Overall, the store always seems dirty. A general problem is unclean tables. But this is a common problem for all fast food shops. Service was top. Very friendly. You can't complain about the ambience either. However, I have to criticize the freshness of the products. The salad side dishes were again not fresh. We have experienced this twice in the past and will no longer order there. Especially since my family has been suffering from flatulence for more than 10 hours now. The food was heavy on our stomachs.

Top experience at Burger King on the Prenzlau Promenade! I was at Burger King on Prenzlauer Promenade 69 around 11 a.m. this morning and was completely thrilled. The burger was simply perfect – freshly prepared, hot and tasted great! I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the crisp, fresh salad, which gave the whole thing that certain something. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made the visit even more pleasant. The atmosphere in the branch was also pleasantly quiet - maybe it was because it was so early, but it was a really relaxed and enjoyable experience. All in all, a clear recommendation! I'd love to come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I hate it when you order via drive in, drive and something is missing from your order, at 11:10 a.m. nothing was ordered, 3-5 guests in the store. Drive in was empty, there was another car behind me, I had nuggets and chili cheese fries ordered, she prays down all the sauces and what did she forget? Right the sauce. 3 things were too much for you, I don't expect a kiss on the hand or anything but I pay and don't get everything. Apart from the cold chilli sauce. So much incompetence is just annoying

No, not recommended. Drive-In, from ordering to receiving the two drinks and two x 9 small items, onion rings and cheese balls, we waited 25 minutes. The lady at the service always switched between the inside counter and the drive-thru. I drew attention to us several times and then we were given our drinks in bite-sized pieces. We waited again for our food. Suddenly the manager came to the window in a completely aggressive manner, no greeting, no apology, just rude. He stammered something in a language we didn't understand. We waited again and finally received the small pieces of food. He didn't miss the opportunity to make a condescending gesture with his hands... At least it wasn't meant in a friendly way.

It would be an advantage to have German staff at the counter at the drive-in. I ordered a normal Checkenburger. She didn't understand me. I think she's from Pakistan and gave me a burger with bacon (pork) even though I said please not with bacon I think it's a completely normal chicken burger that's really outrageous when you want to eat something really quickly and in the end the salad unfortunately gets 1 star 👎

The pictures on the ordering screen are great! Super fun! Everything is plant based if you want so feel free to free to eat the straw, cup, bag, just don’t eat the trays — they reuse those. We can’t decide if using a straw causes more or less backwash than drinking directly out the cup; pretty divisive but maybe you can help. Upstairs there is a forbidden club for employees only - it looks dope (all drenched in red light, mysterious and tempting) but we aren’t allowed there, pity! Flimsy patties, nuggets precisely as described, drinks filled up to the .5 liter mark, no ice and we didn’t even ask for no ice!

Sticky fries, dry burger (too little sauce), service uninformed about their own offerings and not fluent in my language. All in all it was the last time, no recommendation.

You don't even have to try to get something vegetarian there. The people there just can't get it baked and you get meat there every time. Really disgusting.

Inappropriate and way too loud music. The waitress doesn't speak my language and can't answer questions. Food was forgotten and only refunded when asked and discussed due to a lack of language skills. It's nice to have something like that here in the middle of the capital of Germany, something like that wouldn't exist in Poland. Shop dirty and unkempt.

December 2024: Definitely one of the better Burger King in Berlin, clear recommendation! There are also employees per shift who speak German as their native language; the rest speak German well as a foreign language. The dining room is clean, the preparation is quick, the fries are hot. 1 star deducted from the meal for the temperature of the burger bun. But that doesn't change the 5-star overall rating. My rating is a snapshot for December 2024. If there is cost pressure from above or if there is a change of operator, the cards will unfortunately be reshuffled. But today everything was fine! 😃👍

Food cold! Store Cold! No WiFi! App doesn't work either...Very disappointing and poor...no wonder it's always empty! Will probably close again soon as there is no sales...

Unfortunately completely incompetent staff. 2 orders in two days were completely messed up. Forgot one burger and some of the toppings were missing from the others. Is replenished and not remade, so that you get cold burgers afterwards. Dear people, this is not customer-friendly and could definitely be done better!

We were at King's shortly after it opened. All dishes were freshly prepared and delicious. Unfortunately, the employee forgot to give the fries 🍟 and then forgot to make them again. It was probably too early ;) I would still recommend a visit there because it tasted good.

Lucky bag! You never know what's in it and whether your order is even in there! I just paid €42 and at the end there were 3 burgers and a portion of fries (lattice potatoes)... and then they say everything was included!

Long-time customer of this branch. Before and after the reopening. Basically, you get food of the quality that is typically “okay” in fast food. But what has now happened again and again and now motivates me to write this review: Burgers, sauces and other things are regularly missing. Yes, just looking in the bag and checking it can help, but it can't be that things are constantly missing and I have to double or triple check that something is missing again or that there are wrong items in the bag. In weddings - like this Sunday evening - I have some understanding, but unfortunately this also happens when the shop is empty. Please make urgent improvements and train staff etc. (And now I'm done stressing over the lack of fatty and unhealthy food).

I got a hamburger at McDrive yesterday. This one tasted disgusting and I couldn't finish it. To make matters worse, I had to deal with nausea all evening and had to vomit several times. It wasn't the cleanest store in the past, but unfortunately that doesn't seem to have changed. At least the employee was really friendly.

I had a burger and fries with chili sauce. I had it for the first time and was thrilled.

Putting people who don’t speak English or German on the cash register during dinner rush is not the smartest move. And she seems to be new. I wanted a simple whopper meal with onion rings and 2 sides of mayo. I had to say it multiple times in both languages. They tried to charge me for two whopper meals, thankfully I was paying attention. Then I got an insanely messy burger because she put the extra mayo in my burger and not on the side. At pick up the manager then told me to pay another euro for the mayonnaise I had already requested. Technically we all know what to expect when we come to Burger King. But they definitely earned this review. What a mess. Ruined my pants with ketchup because the burger was so disgusting and soppy with sauce. I’ll skip this place next time. Oh and the onion rings are sad. I didn’t even eat them because they are so gross.

Food was ok. But where can you only have 2 people working there during the holiday season and at lunchtime on a Sunday... The woman at the checkout was very nice, but the gentleman "in the kitchen" was so unfriendly and annoyed... This results in long waiting times.

The Burger King in Velten is almost always clean, the staff is super nice and helpful. The food tastes great. The vegan alternatives are not our taste, but luckily there are different opinions.

Disgusting. You don't feel like cooking yourself and you immediately get proof of why you would otherwise do it. How does this chain not go bankrupt? I really don't want to call what I just got eating. It's a scam what you get there and it's completely cold and with completely misleading descriptions. And the fact that you can call your cheeseburger plant based while there is cheese made from milk in it is insane, I feel so disgusting because I didn't read the small print and now a cow has been tortured for me, just scum what you're doing.

The food varies every time, but the staff is ALWAYS friendly!
