A catastrophe and the manager is simply unfriendly to the point of being disgusting 🤮🤮🤮

The burger with meat instead of bread was very tasty.

Ordered, still not ready after 30 minutes. The shop was almost empty. After she was asked about it, something finally happened. But the goods were still delivered incorrectly and not as ordered. I ordered something for 40 euros, but I would have gotten a decent slice in the restaurant. I've never had any problems before, but the new line-up is rubbish. If I worked like that, I would be unemployed right now.

I don't think it could be any worse. You order at the order terminal and then have to wait, wait, wait. The staff hardly speaks German and no English. The whole store is very unhygienic, the tables are sticky and the drinks station is completely dirty. Caution: It's better not to use the toilet! Very disappointing and not recommended!

Terrible! Were there 30 minutes ago - the three of us left almost €60 there. Half was missing, the other half was cold - the taste was subterranean. Toilets and tables were dirty, staff were quite rude. Never again!!!

Unfortunately once again there was a mistake at the drive in, double cheese bacon burger only 1 chicken and 1 cheese, some of the chicken in the bucket was older (half were very dried out and hard) and the same thing with the fries. When I pointed this out, the response was very unfriendly and annoyed. When my wife went to get something, the staff approached her and insulted her.

Frightening. Service underground. By the time you finally get your food, half of it is cold... No thanks, no please, just a disaster. All you hear all the time is that the employees are told that the boss or whatever she is, that they eat "first give money then".... And that in front of the customers! As if you were stupid... Food, no thanks. No longer... Burger with unpopular toppings, not included. Corn on the cob was so soggy, as if it had been in water three hours before... Inedible. It's a shame about the money and we definitely won't be going there again.

Lots of space and easily accessible by bus, car and bike. KFC standard is OK, fast food is served promptly. As is now usual everywhere, ordering at the terminal is also possible directly at the checkout. Service friendly and helpful

I don't know how so many people can eat something like that on a regular basis... and then I order extra tomatoes and then they actually only make an extra thin slice. I went there three times. Every single time even though there were not many customers, we had to wait almost 30 minutes. The tables are not cleaned regularly.

We were there twice and were very disappointed both times. The employees hardly speak any German and no English. We ordered at these outstanding terminals, which are very slow and smeared. When we wanted to pay at the checkout, we were literally told off that we had to order at the terminals. Yes, we have that! It was all about the payment!! We then waited a total of 50 minutes for our order. He only went for 2 buckets here! I don't want to talk about the cleanliness of this store at all. The drinks station was completely wet and nothing was done about it even after other guests pointed it out. The tables hadn't been cleaned in a long time and I don't even want to start with the toilets. There is a strong smell of feces, the sink faucet is broken and the toilet is dirty. After we had our meal, many of us received some chicken pieces that were not cooked. Sometimes even bloody. After we tried tooth and nail to explain our problem to the employee, he simply said that this was normal. When we asked, we were told that there were no shift managers to solve the problem today. Yes, no, it’s clear!! We then threw the €40 “in the trash” and went somewhere else. I've never had such a bad meal at KFC.

I have never seen such a disgusting KFC. The food and service were still fine, but the toilets are hell. I almost vomited! An absolute disgrace, as if they hadn't cleaned there for ages. If the toilets look like that, I don't want to know how my colleagues deal with the food. I definitely can't recommend this store...

I really like the fried chicken and this type of fast food in general, the food was good too. Unfortunately the drinks machine was broken or empty. The service has a lot of room for improvement...quick food? well... if you have time to wait for it. And friendly, nice, motivated service looks different too! And you should also pack the dishes completely or correctly, listening could help when ordering... Guys, this is your job/your money! That's how you destroy these stores! Restaurant clean, staff is quick despite apparently a lot of orders. Everything complete. The food was delicious as usual.

Either everything in general at KFC has declined significantly or there are a lot of things that are different in a negative way in this branch. Food is worth 2 stars at most in terms of taste, freshness, absolutely nothing more. Also a bit of a mess because one product was no longer there... All in all, disappointing.

No longer recommended. Price/performance ratio is no longer right. Items have become far too expensive. Staff needs further training to serve customers (significant problems returning change).

Super friendly staff, even though it was very busy.

The ordering terminal here is called a kiosk and is pleasantly intuitive. Paid at the cash register, poured the drink myself, I look for a place outside with 4 tables. Drive-in and restaurant guests are served quickly, precisely and in a friendly manner. On a working day, not full, not empty, easy going vibes. As I cycled home, the heat of the Hot & Spicy particles set in and I threw away my cup instead of drinking it.

Ordered via Uber eats. Two burgers were missing. When I called on site, I wasn't understood at first and the third lady made me out to be a liar. She would be sure that she had done everything cleanly. Besides, she wouldn't be responsible, Uber would. The food delivered was ok apart from the sticky fries. Never again.

Location is a bit far away from the center of the Berlin. Apart from the private vehicle bus is the only means of transportation. You can order food online. It has a good sitting arrangements. Also has a outdoor sitting arrangements. Good place for family and friends. Foods are also well enough.

Never again. There were no toys with the kids menu, which of course we weren't told until we got the food. They have none, no apology, no offer of an additional Chrispi or anything like that. The children were very disappointed. The chicken part in one of the kids' menus was so small that we had to order something else straight away. Paid for 0.3 milkshake, it contained 0.25l. The taste of the food was ok, but 58€ for 2 adults and two children (6 and 8 years) without being full. No thanks! To top it all off, the toilets were unusable. Simply disgusting.

Well-intentioned 3 stars... 😏. I was really in the mood for crispy pieces, coleslaw, pü, etc. (from old memories of “back in the day”) Wow: prices have risen quite a bit, portions are smaller and the taste is okay. Sorry, coleslaw was okay, but you can't go wrong... For just under 27 euros (for two!) I would have liked to have been really full, what a shame! It's not just the staff who speak little or hardly any German (who certainly can't help it!) nor the (contemporary but ugly impersonal) ordering procedure with waiting numbers (am I at the Citizens' Office?) and certainly not the price-performance ratio that are convincing. By the way: For the next generation: Sustainability is completely missing, tons of outer packaging made of paper and well, the usual nonsense in these fast food chains, staff are certainly paid handsomely... Keep that in mind for your next Lie....do orders 😉 Was probably the last attempt at KFC!

The food is good over there atmosphere is also good but there is a women name ( kaserin ) her behaviour is very bad with customers they should be more polite with everyone .

Tables dirty, taps in the toilet rusted and calcified It took a full 20 minutes for my order to be ready and the waitress only spoke English and didn't seem to know the meaning of fast food. The burger fell apart because everything was on it from crooked to crooked. The salad was in the burger soggy and the sauce was nasty. The chili cheese sauce was completely over salted and liquid that it ran all the way to the bottom and nothing stuck to the fries. Then I ordered chili cheese fries twice and only got one fork, the 7up was sugar water with sparkling water. It's a really good thing that we were just passing through, but we won't be visiting KFC in Germany again.

On our last visit, I had to pay 13 euros for 2 portions of fries. My inquiry was confirmed by a very young lady: "Yes, 2 x fries 13 euros". Thank God for both of us the second employee intervened and I didn't have to pay 13 euros. ;-) Plus, whenever we're there, it's not that crowded. You don't have to wait long to order. The air conditioning is working or you can't handle it properly. Sometimes you have to sit in your jacket, sometimes you should take off your clothes completely... ???

Kentucky Fried Drive shopping and again something was missing. Special request and again without sweet and sour sauce. 46 euros for frustration...

What should you expect, it's just fast food. It's fine for what it is. Nice employees and quick order processing.

The lady with glasses and short hair treats her colleagues in the kitchen like slaves.. "don't stand around, clean" do that.. Really outrageous.

Absolutes Limbo Niveau am Mc Drive: "Auf Nimmerwiedersehen!" kam von einem Mitarbeiter, nachdem wir 5! Minuten auf unser Wechselgeld (14,70€ mit nem Hunderter bezahlt) gewartet haben und mal nachgefragt wurde, wann wir denn damit rechnen können. Mit uns nicht mehr. Dort nicht und woanders auch nicht. Wenn bei der Einstellung auf den Mindestlohn aber nicht auf das Mindestniveau geachtet wird, spätestens dann, ist für mich Schicht im Schacht.

Es war kalt. Essen war ok, wie erwartet. Fast Food halt. Schnell ging es natürlich auch

Schrecklich. Wir waren auf dem Heimweg und haben kurz gestoppt und das Essen mitgenommen unterwegs festgestellt das wir 2 mal den identischen Burger bekommen mit der Ausnahme das der eine keine Soße hatte und Speck und Käse ganz weg gelassen wurden für die wir auch extra zahlen mussten. Der bucket den wir bestellt haben war eine 20 Nuggets Box wie man sie von Mc Donalds kennt essen war kalt wir haben mindestens 30 Minuten Gewitter obwohl es ziehmlich leer war Mitarbeiter haben sich lautstark gestritten im Restaurant stinkt es ekelhaft und die 7 up war mit Zuviel Sirup gemischt und so extrem süß das man sie direkt auskippen konnte einfach ekelhaft

Keine Empfehlung für dieses Restaurant. Das Essen war nicht frisch zubereitet, lag schon länger unter der Wärmelampe. Tische und Stühle waren verschmutzt und mussten von uns gereinigt werden.

Schmutzige Tische. Steinharte Pommes, die tot fritiert wurden. Hähnchen blass und Geschmacklos. Der Burger voll mit kleingehäckselten Eisbergsalat, der einem natürlich überall hin viel.
