It's just a must every now and then, chicken pieces. Fillet pieces, but only with promotional coupons. Otherwise it is far too expensive. But the chicken is always delicious, unfortunately the fries are terrible. Cola is almost always available without carbonation.

Unfortunately the quality fluctuates sometimes super good sometimes just mediocre therefore only 3 out of 5

Thanks to my charming companion, the 40 minute (!) waiting time in this fast food chain didn't feel as long as it actually was. The burger buns were rock hard (old). After drawing our attention, we got new burgers - this time with bread that was still cold from the refrigerator. After the long wait, we didn't want to swap again because hunger was the priority. Unfortunately, KFC is no longer what it once was. Kapü is only half full, fries are sticky, spicy wings haven't been spicy for a long time. Maybe just stick to your standard and don't always adapt to the customers. If you can't tolerate spicy, you should order something else or eat somewhere else, which is what we will do in the future. The drinks bar was totally filthy, no straws, not the drinks that were shown in the counter, not because they were empty, but because they were simply not on offer. The lady who cleared the tables that day was always present, but it's no use picking up fallen things by hand with the cloth for wiping the table, which then also touches the floor... In retrospect, I'm glad I didn't use the toilet there, who knows what would have surprised you there. The fact that the store was/is so busy is probably more due to the location as there isn't much of a selection here.

Yes, I never get the best chicken.

The intercom system at the drive-in has been broken for over 10 years, you have to speak very loudly and can hardly understand the employee. The burger was the worst I've ever eaten, it was so dry that I had to throw it away, there was only the piece of meat on it, nothing else, neither sauce nor salad as shown in the advertising, and the meat was sticky just like the burger bun, hadn't been there for a while and I have to say the quality has gone down significantly. Definitely won't come back.

It's a shame that you can't give negative points, it was a catastrophe! Burger: NOTHING CRISPY, NOTHING FRESH. I had to complain about the worst, stale fries. At least the staff was nice. The first and last time here!!!

Due to spontaneous hunger, I gave this shop another chance. And now I remember why I recently avoided KFC for a long time. The burgers - like the Zinger - only have an extremely small piece of chicken on them, which only covers about half of the bun and is as flat as a chocolate bar without breading. The sticky “total work of art” made of flour, even more flour and 30g of chicken costs EUR 6.19 (!!) and that doesn’t take away the hunger, but it does take away every smile from your face. My burgers were remade after complaint. Unfortunately with the same bad result. “The natural product is delivered ready-made,” said the branch management. Well, someone at headquarters must have decided that only such thin, semi-transparent flaps will be cut from the “natural product”, which will then be pimped up to volume with loads of breading. Price-performance: outrageous! Thanks go to the branch management, who tried to correct the matter. I'm out anyway.

A lot of things are broken in the store and they are no longer tidy and the food has gone down.

Everything OK Food was ready quickly and had the familiar taste, so far OK. Ambiance is OK so far, everything is clean and tidy. The service was great, nice and quick, as it should be. 👍

Absolutely underground – never again! Our visit here was a complete disappointment. The prices are completely exorbitant and the quality leaves a lot to be desired. The chili cheese fries were the worst I've ever eaten - totally sticky and simply a disaster in terms of taste. And also the most expensive! The coleslaw was the absolute pinnacle: €3.99 for maybe 100 grams of loveless sauerkraut salad – just plain cheeky. Value for money? Unavailable. Overall, a really miserable experience. For the money you can get much better quality elsewhere. I absolutely cannot recommend it!

Now completely lost... Outrageous prices... The 9 Hotwings box cost €9.99 for years until before Corona. Then €1 more expensive every year for the same product. Now in 2025 they have reached an outrageous €14.99. However, there is no longer any butter for the side dish of corn on the cob, the Colessaw salad tastes of color after the relaunch and is always ice cold like it came from the freezer and only with a wooden spoon (that's supposed to be ecologically sustainable???). As always, the chicken pieces had a breading that was far too greasy and too thick... All in all: price/performance ratio 6- That was my last visit!

Great service, food arrived quickly and hot, great team!

I can't say anything bad about the food, but there's something wrong with the heating. It comes from all corners. The third time in a row that I was completely cold. The next time I come with a ski suit.

Drive in: 25 minutes waiting time after ordering... Simply wow.

Since I had to pay in cash and this is only possible at the counter and not at the terminals, I was the only guest there. The employee calmly put some goods into a cupboard. After being ignored for five minutes I left.

Unfortunately, the Kentucky Fried Chicken at Gatower Straße 56 in 13595 Berlin did not quite meet my expectations. The store appears dirty in places, which significantly affects the overall impression. The food wasn't particularly convincing either - some dishes tasted rather bland and not as fresh as I'm used to from KFC. The staff could also be friendlier and more attentive. You don't really feel welcome as a guest, which is a shame as this is an important part of the experience. It's fine for a quick snack, but overall there's definitely room for improvement, both in cleanliness and service.

You try to go to McDonalds. But the quality is getting worse, the service is non-existent and the atmosphere is cold. To top it off, the prices for this poor quality (see picture) are so high that I would rather eat a pizza that is cheaper and tastes better. The shop should be closed because someone is poisoning themselves.

Ordered via Lieferando, 3.8 km and they send someone off on a bike... Of course the food was cold and couldn't be saved even with the microwave. :/

We visited here late on Wednesday evening. The restaurant was clean, food and ambience was as expected for KFC. Food was cooked quickly and brought to our table.

Window taped with adhesive tape, employees could only read orders via customer receipts. Products were forgotten. Toilet stinks.

I visited the KFC restaurant and my experience was extremely disappointing. The service was poor and the staff behavior was completely inappropriate. The quality of the food was very poor and there was no attention to cleanliness. Napkins and hand sanitizer were missing and the coke machine was out of order so we couldn't get drinks. Overall the experience was disappointing and did not live up to expectations.

Here, eating becomes an experience. After exactly 27 minutes from the order to the delivery window. Great. Staff totally overwhelmed. Finally received the order and off we go, the first quick look in the bags during the journey, the chicken pieces are missing. It can happen sometimes. So just a short discussion but chicken pieces work and off we go again. So now bite into the Zinger Burger you ordered 🍔... oops, no one has anything with mayonnaise. No matter. Luckily I still had napkins in the car from the last MC Donald visit, but they weren't there either. I'm not hungry anymore, it's just too stressful to eat here

Terrible! Were there 30 minutes ago - the three of us left almost €60 there. Half was missing, the other half was cold - the taste was subterranean. Toilets and tables were dirty, staff were quite rude. Never again!!!

Unfortunately once again there was a mistake at the drive in, double cheese bacon burger only 1 chicken and 1 cheese, some of the chicken in the bucket was older (half were very dried out and hard) and the same thing with the fries. When I pointed this out, the response was very unfriendly and annoyed. When my wife went to get something, the staff approached her and insulted her.

Frightening. Service underground. By the time you finally get your food, half of it is cold... No thanks, no please, just a disaster. We ordered at these outstanding terminals, which are very slow and smeared. When we wanted to pay at the checkout, we were literally told off that we had to order at the terminals. Yes, we have that! It was all about the payment!! We then waited a total of 50 minutes for our order. He only went for 2 buckets here! I don't want to talk about the cleanliness of this store at all. The drinks station was completely wet and nothing was done about it even after other guests pointed it out. The tables hadn't been cleaned in a long time and I don't even want to start with the toilets. There is a strong smell of feces, the sink faucet is broken and the toilet is dirty. After we had our meal, many of us received some chicken pieces that were not cooked. Sometimes even bloody. After we tried tooth and nail to explain our problem to the employee, he simply said that this was normal. When we asked, we were told that there were no shift managers to solve the problem today. Yes, no, it’s clear!! We then threw the €40 “in the trash” and went somewhere else. I've never had such a bad meal at KFC.

The service has a lot of room for improvement...quick food? well... if you have time to wait for it. And friendly, nice, motivated service looks different too! And you should also pack the dishes completely or correctly, listening could help when ordering... Guys, this is your job/your money! That's how you destroy these stores! Restaurant clean, staff is quick despite apparently a lot of orders. Everything complete. The food was delicious as usual.

Either everything in general at KFC has declined significantly or there are a lot of things that are different in a negative way in this branch. Food is worth 2 stars at most in terms of taste, freshness, absolutely nothing more. Also a bit of a mess because one product was no longer there... All in all, disappointing.

No longer recommended. Price/performance ratio is no longer right. Items have become far too expensive. Staff needs further training to serve customers (significant problems returning change).

The ordering terminal here is called a kiosk and is pleasantly intuitive. Paid at the cash register, poured the drink myself, I look for a place outside with 4 tables. Drive-in and restaurant guests are served quickly, precisely and in a friendly manner. On a working day, not full, not empty, easy going vibes. As I cycled home, the heat of the Hot & Spicy particles set in and I threw away my cup instead of drinking it.

Ordered via Uber eats. Two burgers were missing. When I called on site, I wasn't understood at first and the third lady made me out to be a liar. She would be sure that she had done everything cleanly. Besides, she wouldn't be responsible, Uber would. The food delivered was ok apart from the sticky fries. Never again.

As always, it's a must after every visit to Karl's strawberry farm. Nice staff, quick food preparation. Although the prices have become quite expensive, the toilets could be cleaner. Otherwise ok.

Location is a bit far away from the center of the Berlin. Apart from the private vehicle bus is the only means of transportation. You can order food online. It has a good sitting arrangements. Also has a outdoor sitting arrangements. Good place for family and friends. Foods are also well enough.

Never again. There were no toys with the kids menu, which of course we weren't told until we got the food. They have none, no apology, no offer of an additional Chrispi or anything like that. The children were very disappointed. The chicken part in one of the kids' menus was so small that we had to order something else straight away. Paid for 0.3 milkshake, it contained 0.25l. The taste of the food was ok, but 58€ for 2 adults and two children (6 and 8 years) without being full. No thanks! To top it all off, the toilets were unusable. Simply disgusting.

Well-intentioned 3 stars... 😏. I was really in the mood for crispy pieces, coleslaw, pü, etc. (from old memories of “back in the day”) Wow: prices have risen quite a bit, portions are smaller and the taste is okay. Sorry, coleslaw was okay, but you can't go wrong... For just under 27 euros (for two!) I would have liked to have been really full, what a shame! It's not just the staff who speak little or hardly any German (who certainly can't help it!) nor the (contemporary but ugly impersonal) ordering procedure with waiting numbers (am I at the Citizens' Office?) and certainly not the price-performance ratio that are convincing. By the way: For the next generation: Sustainability is completely missing, tons of outer packaging made of paper and well, the usual nonsense in these fast food chains, staff are certainly paid handsomely... Keep that in mind for your next Lie....do orders 😉 Was probably the last attempt at KFC!
