Ich habe einen Zinger-Burger bestellt und einen Zinger-Burger mit doppeltem oberen Brötchen bekommen. Meiner Meinung nach ein voller Erfolg.

Das war das schlechteste KFC-Restaurant, das ich je besucht habe. Die Pommes frites waren überhaupt nicht richtig frittiert und so matschig wie Salzkartoffeln. Dasselbe galt für die Hähnchenteile. Es war eine Katastrophe, und ich werde dieses Restaurant nie wieder besuchen. Außerdem werde ich eine Beschwerde an die KFC-Zentrale in den USA schicken, damit man dort möglicherweise Maßnahmen gegen den Manager prüft

Das Personal war freundlich und konnte sich gut mit einem verständigen. Was ja heute leider schon selten geworden ist in D. Essen war frisch und lecker. So frisch und lecker wie es für FastFood eben geht. Diese neuen Pommes mit einer Pfefferwürzung,waren knusprig und Phänomenal guut. Habe selbst mal für KFC gearbeitet daher kenne ich den Unterschied, welcher Laden gut geführt wird und welcher nicht und kann diesen Store nur wärmstens Empfehlen. Lokal war sauber und sah sehr ordentlich aus. Alles Suuuper komme gerne wieder und das bald !

Guter Ort für normales Brathähnchen. Es hat gut geschmeckt. Dieses KFC ist besser als das KFC in Spandau Arcaden. Das Personal war freundlich. Überprüfen Sie Ihre Bestellung vor der Abholung. Weiter so!

Ich habe immer Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt, alles war in Ordnung.

Dauert heute leider länger als gewöhnlich Getränkeautomaten haben wenig Kohlensäure

Es gab keine Seife und die Klimaanlagen funktionierten nicht. Das Hähnchen war viel zu fettig, es war zu viel Öl drin, und die Kartoffeln schmeckten nicht. Wir mussten viel zu lange auf unsere Bestellung warten, obwohl kaum Gäste da waren.

Sehr gut und schnell! Das Hähnchen war lecker und saftig.

Eine zunehmende Verschlechterung der Geflügelqualität.....arg und kaum zu glauben.

Es liegt nicht in Kentucky. Ansonsten war ich nicht dort.

Beschwerde über Qualität – Filiale Spandau Gatower Straße Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich wende mich heute an Sie, um meine Unzufriedenheit mit einem Besuch in Ihrer Filiale auf der Gatower Straße in Berlin-Spandau zum Ausdruck zu bringen. Am heutigen Tag gegen 16:00 Uhr habe ich drei Original-Hähnchenteile erworben. Als regelmäßiger Kunde Ihres Hauses – auch international – bin ich grundsätzlich mit der Qualität Ihrer Produkte vertraut. Umso enttäuschender war die heutige Erfahrung. Das Hähnchen war ungewöhnlich hart, trocken und geschmacklich deutlich beeinträchtigt. Es wirkte nicht frisch zubereitet, sondern eher mehrfach erhitzt oder längere Zeit warmgehalten. Auch wenn es nicht verdorben war, entsprach die Qualität in keiner Weise dem Standard, den ich von einem internationalen Unternehmen wie KFC erwarte. Mir geht es hierbei ausdrücklich nicht um eine Erstattung des Betrags von 9,99 €, sondern um einen Hinweis zur Qualitätssicherung. Ich halte es für problematisch, wenn bereits zubereitete Ware erneut erhitzt und an Kunden ausgegeben wird. Ich bitte Sie daher, die Abläufe in der genannten Filiale zu überprüfen und sicherzustellen, dass die Frische und Qualität Ihrer Produkte den üblichen Standards entsprechen. Bis vor Kurzem war ich überzeugt, dass diese Meinung negativ wäre. Doch nachdem ich das Problem dem Manager gemeldet hatte, änderte sich alles. Der Manager nahm das Problem ernst, reagierte sofort und erklärte das Problem. Mit solchen Leuten an Bord geht es nur vorwärts. 😀👍

Ein typischer Bahnhofs-KFC. Essen passt, Ambiente und Klientel entsprechend den Bahbhifsverhältnissen.

Mit Abstand das schlechteste und unhöflichste KFC Man bestellt etwas und es wird etwas anderes gegeben und auf Anfrage sagen sie ne geht nicht Wenn ich zum Beispiel Ketchup essen will dann darf mir doch kein majo gegeben werden Also niewieder WIRKLICH NIEWIEDER. So etwas dürfte es nicht geben! Keine Knusperpanade auf den Filetbites, dafür triefend vor Fett! Die Pommes sind weichgekocht. Nie wieder. Voll eklig!

Einmal und nie wieder! Pommes haben nach allem geschmeckt was mal durch die Friteuse gegangen ist, aber nicht nach Pommes. Personal war korrekt, aber das Essen war furchtbar. Huhn schmeckt nicht nach Huhn. War so um 14:30 da.Es war sehr ruhig, aber keiner wischt die Tische ab. Also ich mag nicht noch mal hier her.

2x dort - 2x 24h Qual. Das erste Mal gedacht, ist Zufall. Beil 2. mal…. Naja. Schmeckt okay. Service überfordert. Auch, wenn man komplett alleine ist. Sauber habe ich es die 2x nicht gesehen. Vor Ort essen würde ich nicht. Beide Male hatte ich sehr zeitnah Magen-Probleme für mehr als einen Tag. Ein 3. Mal wird es für mich nicht geben. Schade. Kindheitserinnerung ruiniert.

Der Burger enthielt rohes Fleisch.

22:10 angekommen. Die Person vor mir hat sich beschwert das sein Essen nicht Zuhause angekommen ist das er sich bestellt hat, wobei der Mitarbeiter gesagt hat „Das ist nicht mein Problem“. Dann findet der Mitarbeiter die kalte Tüte Essen, drückt diese ihm in die Hand und sagt jetzt ist doch gut oder. Als ich dann dran war wollte ich ein 18er Buckter Hot-Wings, wobei der Mitarbeiter sich alles anschaut und mir dann ernsthaft sagt: „Ja wir haben nur noch 9er Bucket“. Soll ich mir jetzt zwei 9er Buckets bestellen für den doppelten Preis oder was??? Also 40 minuten vor ladenschluss denke ich kann man wohl noch das kriegen was man will und nicht das man mit resten abgespeist wird, alle Stühle oben sind und die Mitarbeiter nicht mal mehr einen bedienen wollen da sie selbst den Laden schon als „geschlossen“ sehen. Also fazit: Last minute essen nur wenn man den letzten Rest von denen will.

Kam mir vor wie im Kindergarten.

Wenn man von der Massentierhaltung mal komplett absieht... Toller Laden, wesentlich besser als die beiden anderen, sehr bekannten FastFood-Ketten. Hier wird richtiges Hühnerfleisch verarbeitet und das wirklich sehr lecker! Es gibt aber auch vegane/vegetarische Alternativen, was ich persönlich super finde. In dieser Filiale ist das Personal super freundlich, schnell und auch hilfsbereit, falls man am Terminal mal nicht klarkommt (ging der Dame vor mir so). Scheint sehr gut geführt zu werden. Ich hatte bisher noch nicht im Restaurant gegessen, sondern immer zum Mitnehmen bestellt, aber der Laden macht einen guten, sauberen Eindruck. 👍🏻

Wir sind KFC Fan aber hier wird der Standard nicht eingehalten. Getränke sind nicht kalt und haben keine Kohlensäure.

Nach Jahren mal wieder bei KFC gewesen ich bin sowas von enttäuscht für zwei Personen 32 € gegeben. Ich habe einen Burger für 9,99 € gegessen Punkt das Fleisch war trocken und der Burger ist in den Händen zerfallen es war mehr als ekelig und ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Früher war das besser ich werde dort nicht mehr essen

The food is good, but that's about it. You can wait up to 20 minutes for your order. And then you don't even get everything. Only after asking are you told you'll have to wait a little longer. Twenty minutes later, your order is still incomplete. They often forget to give you cups, as well as spoons for the mashed potatoes. The staff is friendly but catastrophically disorganized. The music selection is also more than questionable at times. And the fries always seem to be raw.

On the road. No parking problem.

Slow food now requires a 25-minute wait for two burgers. I can cook them myself at home in that time.

Service was very slow, despite the restaurant being empty. The ambiance and cleanliness were inadequate, as all tables were dirty from previous guests.

The food was as usual, nothing special... The toilet was an outrage, extremely dirty and smelly. I won't be coming here again.

Absolutely awful, unprofessional, and unfair! I wanted 18 flat hot wings, not the thick ones, and I was mostly given the thick ones. I mean, if I want a Big Mac, I shouldn't expect a doner kebab! Do you get it? And when I called, they told me I should just accept it... honestly, that's completely unacceptable. I've never experienced anything like this at other KFC locations.

It was okay there. But we ordered from Uber Eats yesterday. Everything was fine for me, but the other person's zinger was just disgusting. The mayo and salad were old, too. The meat was okay. But a bit soft.

The ordering process is a bit tiring because it's confusing. Everything else is really good; the food is good and filling, and the prices are a bit higher than the competition from BK and McD.

Best KFC so far. Almost always clean and well maintained, the staff is nice and the toilets clean. The food also tastes good

The food at KFC was, as always, delicious and, with the coupons, very plentiful. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself was in very poor condition: there were leftovers everywhere, and the restrooms were extremely dirty. An absolute no-go for such a large fast-food chain—hence only three stars.

Every year I get a craving for KFC, so I'm certain I'll have to. However, I'm always more than disappointed by the food. It's always greasy, kind of spicy, and the burgers are carelessly thrown together. So it'll take a few more years for me and KFC, and maybe then it'll work out.

Waiting for an hour to get food at a "fast" food place

Absolutely not recommended! I went to KFC with my partner because I wanted to try it out. My partner had previously advised me against it, but we still went. The burgers were missing from our order, the self-filling Pepsi was just water, and we also found a hair in our food! The chicken was more sticky than crispy and fresh. That was the first and last time for me.

The staff regularly forgets to wrap the food completely. The food is often cold. Furthermore, the restaurant is always dirty. The staff also doesn't wear gloves.

Not only is something always missing from the order, but no gloves are worn in the kitchen during preparation, which I find absolutely disgusting. Even if I commented, they wouldn't put them on...

The worst classic burger there is and for 6.7€ 13.40€ two burgers such a waste of money

I ordered something and a lot of it was missing, and the employees weren't paying attention to the customer. I paid €1.50 for a French fry, and it was placed on the table burnt. That was the last time I'll eat at this KFC.

If it's urgent, you can eat there; otherwise, I'd go somewhere else. It took a long time, and the food wasn't that great either.

You know what you're getting into with chains like KFC. And we've never been disappointed here :)

Some of the reviews here are a bit harsh. It's just a fast food joint, so you can't expect too much quality. I've never had any problems with the staff here, and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, but that's largely the customers' fault... it's just typical Spandau.

I had a very unpleasant experience at a KFC branch today. A German employee was extremely rude and aggressive in her interactions with customers. Instead of being friendly and professional, she responded with a loud voice and visible anger – for no reason at all. Her behavior was disrespectful and inappropriate. Many customers, including myself, observed the situation and were visibly irritated. Such behavior is absolutely inappropriate for an international brand like KFC. I hope management pays attention to such incidents and ensures that staff are properly trained to ensure respectful and professional service.

I was at KFC today and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. An employee – an elderly German lady – behaved extremely unprofessionally and disrespectfully towards the delivery drivers and customers. She was rude, spoke angrily, and even told a driver that she wouldn't give him his order and that he should leave the store. It is very disappointing to experience such behavior in a large and reputable chain like KFC. All guests present witnessed the scene and were visibly shocked by the disrespect shown by this employee. I hope management takes this matter seriously and takes appropriate measures to ensure that all customers and delivery drivers are treated with respect.

The employee today was very cold and unfriendly. As a customer, you don't feel welcome. It's a shame, because I expected better service from KFC.

Absolute disappointment, shame the chicken wasn't cooked through, it was disgusting to drink Pepsi, there was some disgusting orange stuff in it, I threw it away...

The best KFC in Berlin-Brandenburg area

I haven't been to a fast food restaurant in a long time. I was unfortunately disappointed by the quality of the food.

The food was lukewarm and effortlessly prepared. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's also quite expensive for the amount.

Unfortunately the quality varies, sometimes super good, sometimes only average, therefore only 3 out of 5. Addendum: we were there again today but unfortunately nothing has changed.

An old woman working at the cash register doesn't give out any food and is extremely rude. She also accuses people of cheating and the fries are extremely salty. She's rude to employees and doesn't offer any help. But the food was great!

Sorry. But if it takes me 30-40 minutes to order, I might as well go to a regular restaurant. I've never waited so long at a McDrive before! And you can't even get out because there are cars right behind you. It really couldn't be worse. Hire more staff! Or train the existing ones. It really couldn't get any slower.

An absolute disgrace! What KFC is selling as a "Crispy Chili Cheese Burger" is simply a rip-off. In the photo, you can see exactly what you get: a dry bun, a small piece of carelessly fried chicken, and a dollop of cheap cheese sauce – that's it! No lettuce, no tomato, no flavor, zero effort. I wasn't expecting it to be a gourmet burger – but this is truly a disgrace. For that price, you can get a proper burger with the meat elsewhere. Instead, KFC sells this under a fancy name and thinks no one will notice?

There's no comfortable atmosphere here. The restrooms smell of damp, and the sinks are moldy. Tables are rarely mopped. Overall, everything is very dirty. The music is too loud. Oreo milkshakes are rarely available. The non-local staff seem disorganized and overwhelmed. Everything is simply too expensive... For four people, with meals and milkshakes, we easily spend between €70 and €90.

No! I had a foil wrap in my burger, and half of the bites were hot wings. The staff was clearly overwhelmed.

Every now and then, I just have to have chicken pieces and fillet pieces, but only with promotional coupons. Otherwise, it's way too expensive. But the chicken and fillet pieces are always delicious, and the burgers are delicious too. The fries are horrible, tasteless and wobbly. Coke is almost always still, which is also disgusting.

The tables are new, everything is clean, the chicken is as always - crispy. I liked the original arrangement of the urinals.

Service was okay. Ambience was often dirty. On this day the food was good, on other days it was so-so.

In a children's restaurant the bites shouldn't be spicy, but they were. The floor was really oily, you could actually slide all the way to your seat, the children's slide would probably have been removed for that, the kids' menu only had cardboard glasses, oh well, it's gotten really bad compared to before. I'm avoiding the shop from now on, especially because it stinks, a shame, it used to be so nice, the Pepsi isn't balanced with the syrup, it's much too sweet, no ice cubes in the summer, really cringe, I avoided the toilet, who knows what would have awaited me there, the food was still tasty but the price isn't right.

Never been dissatisfied with KFC until now

Fast food restaurant with three employees. Definitely too few for "almost" lunchtime, which caused some customers to frown. Despite the pressure, the employees remained calm and friendly and handled orders calmly, friendly, and routinely. I can't say anything about the food; it's not really my thing, but the kids didn't complain. So: if you want Kentucky, you'll get what you want here.

Definitely not recommended. I've never seen something like that sold as a burger. I wouldn't even give it to starving people.

There were four customers in the store, but it still took over 25 minutes to process an order. The debit machines at the ordering terminals didn't work. You had to wait another 15 minutes to pay. Prices are now abysmal. €6.59 for a burger the size of your palm.

Senior member of staff (Rhea) has been treating her fellow member of staff disrespectfully. As a customer, I wasn't happy to see her treat and speak with her fellow colleague disrespectfully/rudely.
