Kentucky Fried Chicken in Berlin

It was okay there. But we ordered from Uber Eats yesterday. Everything was fine for me, but the other person's zinger was just disgusting. The mayo and salad were old, too. The meat was okay. But a bit soft.

The ordering process is a bit tiring because it's confusing. Everything else is really good; the food is good and filling, and the prices are a bit higher than the competition from BK and McD.

Simply perfect every time...:-) I always enjoy coming here, best wishes to the staff!

The food at KFC was, as always, delicious and, with the coupons, very plentiful. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself was in very poor condition: there were leftovers everywhere, and the restrooms were extremely dirty. An absolute no-go for such a large fast-food chain—hence only three stars.

Every year I get a craving for KFC, so I'm certain I'll have to. However, I'm always more than disappointed by the food. It's always greasy, kind of spicy, and the burgers are carelessly thrown together. So it'll take a few more years for me and KFC, and maybe then it'll work out.

Waiting for an hour to get food at a "fast" food place

Absolutely not recommended! I went to KFC with my partner because I wanted to try it out. My partner had previously advised me against it, but we still went. The burgers were missing from our order, the self-filling Pepsi was just water, and we also found a hair in our food! The chicken was more sticky than crispy and fresh. That was the first and last time for me.

The staff regularly forgets to wrap the food completely. The food is often cold. Furthermore, the restaurant is always dirty. The staff also doesn't wear gloves.

Not only is something always missing from the order, but no gloves are worn in the kitchen during preparation, which I find absolutely disgusting. Even if I commented, they wouldn't put them on...

I ordered something and a lot of it was missing, and the employees weren't paying attention to the customer. I paid €1.50 for a French fry, and it was placed on the table burnt. That was the last time I'll eat at this KFC.

If it's urgent, you can eat there; otherwise, I'd go somewhere else. It took a long time, and the food wasn't that great either.

You know what you're getting into with chains like KFC. And we've never been disappointed here :)

Some of the reviews here are a bit harsh. It's just a fast food joint, so you can't expect too much quality. I've never had any problems with the staff here, and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, but that's largely the customers' fault... it's just typical Spandau.

I had a very unpleasant experience at a KFC branch today. A German employee was extremely rude and aggressive in her interactions with customers. Instead of being friendly and professional, she responded with a loud voice and visible anger – for no reason at all. Her behavior was disrespectful and inappropriate. Many customers, including myself, observed the situation and were visibly irritated. Such behavior is absolutely inappropriate for an international brand like KFC. I hope management pays attention to such incidents and ensures that staff are properly trained to ensure respectful and professional service.

The employee today was very cold and unfriendly. As a customer, you don't feel welcome. It's a shame, because I expected better service from KFC.

I was at KFC today and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. An employee – an elderly German lady – behaved extremely unprofessionally and disrespectfully towards the delivery drivers and customers. She was rude, spoke angrily, and even told a driver that she wouldn't give him his order and that he should leave the store. It is very disappointing to experience such behavior in a large and reputable chain like KFC. All guests present witnessed the scene and were visibly shocked by the disrespect shown by this employee. I hope management takes this matter seriously and takes appropriate measures to ensure that all customers and delivery drivers are treated with respect.

Absolute disappointment, shame the chicken wasn't cooked through, it was disgusting to drink Pepsi, there was some disgusting orange stuff in it, I threw it away...

The best KFC in Berlin-Brandenburg area

I haven't been to a fast food restaurant in a long time. I was unfortunately disappointed by the quality of the food.

The food was lukewarm and effortlessly prepared. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's also quite expensive for the amount.

Unfortunately the quality varies, sometimes super good, sometimes only average, therefore only 3 out of 5. Addendum: we were there again today but unfortunately nothing has changed.

An old woman working at the cash register doesn't give out any food and is extremely rude. She also accuses people of cheating and the fries are extremely salty. She's rude to employees and doesn't offer any help. But the food was great!

Sorry. But if it takes me 30-40 minutes to order, I might as well go to a regular restaurant. I've never waited so long at a McDrive before! And you can't even get out because there are cars right behind you. It really couldn't be worse. Hire more staff! Or train the existing ones. It really couldn't get any slower.

An absolute disgrace! What KFC is selling as a "Crispy Chili Cheese Burger" is simply a rip-off. In the photo, you can see exactly what you get: a dry bun, a small piece of carelessly fried chicken, and a dollop of cheap cheese sauce – that's it! No lettuce, no tomato, no flavor, zero effort. I wasn't expecting it to be a gourmet burger – but this is truly a disgrace. For that price, you can get a proper burger with the meat elsewhere. Instead, KFC sells this under a fancy name and thinks no one will notice?

There's no comfortable atmosphere here. The restrooms smell of damp, and the sinks are moldy. Tables are rarely mopped. Overall, everything is very dirty. The music is too loud. Oreo milkshakes are rarely available. The non-local staff seem disorganized and overwhelmed. Everything is simply too expensive... For four people, with meals and milkshakes, we easily spend between €70 and €90.

No! I had a foil wrap in my burger, and half of the bites were hot wings. The staff was clearly overwhelmed.

Every now and then, I just have to have chicken pieces and fillet pieces, but only with promotional coupons. Otherwise, it's way too expensive. In a children's restaurant the bites shouldn't be spicy, but they were. The floor was really oily, you could actually slide all the way to your seat, the children's slide would probably have been removed for that, the kids' menu only had cardboard glasses, oh well, it's gotten really bad compared to before. I'm avoiding the shop from now on, especially because it stinks, a shame, it used to be so nice, the Pepsi isn't balanced with the syrup, it's much too sweet, no ice cubes in the summer, really cringe, I avoided the toilet, who knows what would have awaited me there, the food was still tasty but the price isn't right.

Fast food restaurant with three employees. Definitely too few for "almost" lunchtime, which caused some customers to frown. Despite the pressure, the employees remained calm and friendly and handled orders calmly, friendly, and routinely. I can't say anything about the food; it's not really my thing, but the kids didn't complain. So: if you want Kentucky, you'll get what you want here.

Senior member of staff (Rhea) has been treating her fellow member of staff disrespectfully. As a customer, I wasn't happy to see her treat and speak with her fellow colleague disrespectfully/rudely.

Well, we preferred to eat outside, you couldn't stand it inside because of the fries, the fat in the air, you could cut the air, really an imposition. The salad was ok. Last time I visited, the double cheese bacon burger was poorly topped (almost no bacon at all)! When I ordered the same burger today, on March 30, 2025, I reported it, and the super friendly waitress at Kiosk 4 at 6:03 PM made me the best burger I've ever had at Kentucky Fried Chicken. Thank you for that, it was delicious!

No, not at all, the food was really bad, it wasn't just a roll, a piece of chicken and a drop of sauce, and there wasn't even a lettuce leaf on it. You have to pay a lot of money for that.

Thanks to my charming companion, the 40 minute (!) waiting time in this fast food chain didn't feel as long as it actually was. The burger buns were rock hard (old). After drawing our attention, we got new burgers - this time with bread that was still cold from the refrigerator. After the long wait, we didn't want to swap again because hunger was the priority. Unfortunately, KFC is no longer what it once was. Kapü is only half full, fries are sticky, spicy wings haven't been spicy for a long time. Maybe just stick to your standard and don't always adapt to the customers. If you can't tolerate spicy, you should order something else or eat somewhere else, which is what we will do in the future. The drinks bar was totally filthy, no straws, not the drinks that were shown in the counter, not because they were empty, but because they were simply not on offer. The lady who cleared the tables that day was always present, but it's no use picking up fallen things by hand with the cloth for wiping the table, which then also touches the floor... In retrospect, I'm glad I didn't use the toilet there, who knows what would have surprised you there. The fact that the store was/is so busy is probably more due to the location as there isn't much of a selection here.

The intercom system at the drive-in has been broken for over 10 years, you have to speak very loudly and can hardly understand the employee. The burger was the worst I've ever eaten, it was so dry that I had to throw it away, there was only the piece of meat on it, nothing else, neither sauce nor salad as shown in the advertising, and the meat was sticky just like the burger bun, hadn't been there for a while and I have to say the quality has gone down significantly. Definitely won't come back.

It's a shame that you can't give negative points, it was a catastrophe! Burger: NOTHING CRISPY, NOTHING FRESH. I had to complain about the worst, stale fries. At least the staff was nice. The first and last time here!!!

Due to spontaneous hunger, I gave this shop another chance. And now I remember why I recently avoided KFC for a long time. The burgers - like the Zinger - only have an extremely small piece of chicken on them, which only covers about half of the bun and is as flat as a chocolate bar without breading. The sticky “total work of art” made of flour, even more flour and 30g of chicken costs EUR 6.19 (!!) and that doesn’t take away the hunger, but it does take away every smile from your face. My burgers were remade after complaint. Unfortunately with the same bad result. “The natural product is delivered ready-made,” said the branch management. Well, someone at headquarters must have decided that only such thin, semi-transparent flaps will be cut from the “natural product”, which will then be pimped up to volume with loads of breading. Price-performance: outrageous! Thanks go to the branch management, who tried to correct the matter. I'm out anyway.

Everything OK Food was ready quickly and had the familiar taste, so far OK. Ambiance is OK so far, everything is clean and tidy. The service was great, nice and quick, as it should be. 👍

Now completely lost... Outrageous prices... The 9 Hotwings box cost €9.99 for years until before Corona. Then €1 more expensive every year for the same product. Now in 2025 they have reached an outrageous €14.99. However, there is no longer any butter for the side dish of corn on the cob, the Colessaw salad tastes of color after the relaunch and is always ice cold like it came from the freezer and only with a wooden spoon (that's supposed to be ecologically sustainable???). As always, the chicken pieces had a breading that was far too greasy and too thick... All in all: price/performance ratio 6- That was my last visit!

Absolutely underground – never again! Our visit here was a complete disappointment. The prices are completely exorbitant and the quality leaves a lot to be desired. The chili cheese fries were the worst I've ever eaten - totally sticky and simply a disaster in terms of taste. And also the most expensive! The coleslaw was the absolute pinnacle: €3.99 for maybe 100 grams of loveless sauerkraut salad – just plain cheeky. Value for money? Unavailable. Overall, a really miserable experience. For the money you can get much better quality elsewhere. I absolutely cannot recommend it!

I can't say anything bad about the food, but there's something wrong with the heating. It comes from all corners. The third time in a row that I was completely cold. The next time I come with a ski suit.

Since I had to pay in cash and this is only possible at the counter and not at the terminals, I was the only guest there. The employee calmly put some goods into a cupboard. After being ignored for five minutes I left.

Unfortunately, the Kentucky Fried Chicken at Gatower Straße 56 in 13595 Berlin did not quite meet my expectations. The store appears dirty in places, which significantly affects the overall impression. The food wasn't particularly convincing either - some dishes tasted rather bland and not as fresh as I'm used to from KFC. The staff could also be friendlier and more attentive. You don't really feel welcome as a guest, which is a shame as this is an important part of the experience. It's fine for a quick snack, but overall there's definitely room for improvement, both in cleanliness and service.

You try to go to McDonalds. But the quality is getting worse, the service is non-existent and the atmosphere is cold. To top it off, the prices for this poor quality (see picture) are so high that I would rather eat a pizza that is cheaper and tastes better. The shop should be closed because someone is poisoning themselves.

Ordered via Lieferando, 3.8 km and they send someone off on a bike... Of course the food was cold and couldn't be saved even with the microwave. :/

I visited the KFC restaurant and my experience was extremely disappointing. The service was poor and the staff behavior was completely inappropriate. The quality of the food was very poor and there was no attention to cleanliness. Napkins and hand sanitizer were missing and the coke machine was out of order so we couldn't get drinks. Overall the experience was disappointing and did not live up to expectations.

Here, eating becomes an experience. After exactly 27 minutes from the order to the delivery window. Great. Staff totally overwhelmed. Finally received the order and off we go, the first quick look in the bags during the journey, the chicken pieces are missing. It can happen sometimes. So just a short discussion but chicken pieces work and off we go again. So now bite into the Zinger Burger you ordered 🍔... oops, no one has anything with mayonnaise. No matter. Luckily I still had napkins in the car from the last MC Donald visit, but they weren't there either. I'm not hungry anymore, it's just too stressful to eat here
