A quick dinner at the airport, something we don't usually do, but unfortunately we can't do it any other way. Friendly, fast staff, ambience of course great with seating areas that are very comfortable.

We waited 20 minutes for our order. A nice employee took care of it personally. Otherwise everything is as usual at McDonald's.

Poor staff with bad attitude. Just accidentally ordered cakes dine in while I should order take away. When I told the staff that it should take away, the staff said angrily that we ordered dine in. Fine, that is my fault. When the staff FINALLY pack my cakes, another male staff then fall the cake on the desk and another male staff tried to block my view. However, I was still able to notice they threw it into the take away box.

It's incredible that you're here buying food and you want to use the bathroom and you still have to pay even though you consume it on the spot and show the invoice and say that we have money in cash and you don't give me any other option to pay and I have to stay out without

The food was terrible. The Hot Chocolate was cold, the plant based burgers were shabbily made. Dirty tables and worse than usual cleanliness, even by McDonald‘s standards.

I'm currently still sitting and still waiting for my 6th... I repeat 6 Chicken NUGGETS! Waiting time is currently almost 25 minutes. Catastrophe. If they arrive cold, yes in the dam bobu. Update after 30 minutes they arrived. With the wrong sauce. I never write reviews, so you can imagine my disappointment.

Waited an unbelievable 40 minutes for a dobble cheeseburger. First I was told that it would be delivered to us. After 40 minutes I went to complain to the employee and the employee simply packed me a cheeseburger.

extremely dirty place, when i asked them to wipe off the table at, after we had to throw away mess after previous customers, they did not even wiped it of properly. the man working behind the cash register was extremely slow, did not listen to our order, we clearly specified we want cola zero, he put normal coke, did not tell us until we noticed on the check and then said they run out of coke zero. people around are playing lound music, let children scream and noone from the stuff stops them. catastrophe.

The fry’s are great the mcsmart menu with the chicken burger and extra nuggets is THE BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK the chickenburger is so good i would eat the menu every day. The sweet-sour sauce on them is so nice . I know they are small but trust me it will be the best thing you will ever eat at mcdonalds. Also if you are still hungry after that menu. Get some curly fries and the mc sunday

The service is extremely terrible, the workers are NOT wearing gloves which is a huge safety hazard, and the food is bland and has no taste. Overall I don't recommend dining there.

A terribly anti-customer place. Incompetent employees can no longer see through all the ordering machines with crashing software. The incredibly anonymous ordering process, which is complicated for customers who are not trained in IT technology, is only surpassed by the chaotic distribution of the plastic food to the crowd of waiting people by shouting the receipt number. After what felt like an eternity I went to the counter and my ice cream was already half liquid. You really had to look for sauce, something I'd never experienced before. How stupid or lazy you must be!! Total crap shop. Never ever!

The service was totally unacceptable. We have ordered 2 McChicken and 2 hamburgers only. Yet we have waited for 15 minutes without seeing our order. When we asked it seemed like our order was completely forgotten and we had to wait 10 more minutes to finally get those burgers.

Hello!!! I would like to thank you again for the great food! I was wondering why it was only quarter cooked but when I bit into it it turned out to be really tasty!!! Then I ordered an apple turnover and it was fried for a long time for that extra crunch!

Typical McDonald's, the only thing I noticed is that no one in this branch adheres to the hygiene regulations?!! Everyone in the “kitchen” had NO gloves on!!! All food was touched with bare hands. Can I assume that everyone always washes their hands? That can't be the case!!!!

The Indian short manager is rude, unprofessional and doesn’t qualify to even be anywhere public not alone manage a store!

This is my top favorite amount, Berlin McDonald's. This is a relatively new location, and you can feel it. I usually go during the working days, and it's rather spacious and always has a place to sit yourself down. It's mostly clean and also has panoramic windows overlooking Breitscheidplatz. The staff is friendly and you get your order relatively fast.

Waited over 30 mins for a burger. All the other reviews are correct. Very slow and very rude.

The food is typical McDonald's quite okay. The ambience is okay too. What was noticeable negatively was that the number from my order was lit up, but the menu had probably not been put together yet. When my order number disappeared from the display board, I tried to ask after 15 minutes of placing my order. I was on Sunday and clicked on screen 2 Chickenburger. Ordered 2 McFlurries via table service. When nothing came after a while, we wanted to ask. That's when we saw an employee wandering around the restaurant with a tray, asking people at other tables if it was their order. No, it was ours! The McFlurrys also had quite different filling heights and were of course a bit liquid by now. The staff should definitely be properly trained! Regarding cleanliness, I have to say that unfortunately it wasn't there!

Ambiance is good, which is the only thing. The rest is complete nonsense. I've been waiting for 2 McSmart menus for 40 minutes now and it can't be that people who came after us can leave earlier because they've already eaten. The checkout staff are rude and make excuses. Just a juice shop! Tip: Go to KFC or Burger King, which tastes better anyway. It's best to just stay at home and eat homemade pasta with pesto :D

How should I know it was mine, when they typed the wrong number in?! It was also very hard to communicate as a tourist, when they dont speak english…

The cashier was very bad at speaking english. They should be in the back making food if they cant talk english. The people that could speak english wasn't nice at all.
