I ordered a coke with a code and paid for it + 2 euros, they brought a plastic glass and didn't want to return the money for the wrong order + done very wrong

The fry’s are great the mcsmart menu with the chicken burger and extra nuggets is THE BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK the chickenburger is so good i would eat the menu every day. The sweet-sour sauce on them is so nice . I know they are small but trust me it will be the best thing you will ever eat at mcdonalds. Also if you are still hungry after that menu. Get some curly fries and the mc sunday

The service is extremely terrible, the workers are NOT wearing gloves which is a huge safety hazard, and the food is bland and has no taste. Overall I don't recommend dining there.

A terribly anti-customer place. Incompetent employees can no longer see through all the ordering machines with crashing software. The incredibly anonymous ordering process, which is complicated for customers who are not trained in IT technology, is only surpassed by the chaotic distribution of the plastic food to the crowd of waiting people by shouting the receipt number. Table service? Yes, that would be nice. Ordered, of course no receipt came out (maybe refill the paper if someone still knows how to do it..), took the stand with me and waited, waited. After what felt like an eternity I went to the counter and my ice cream was already half liquid. You really had to look for sauce, something I'd never experienced before. How stupid or lazy you must be!! Total crap shop. Never ever!

The service was totally unacceptable. We have ordered 2 McChicken and 2 hamburgers only. Yet we have waited for 15 minutes without seeing our order. When we asked it seemed like our order was completely forgotten and we had to wait 10 more minutes to finally get those burgers.

Typical McDonald's, the only thing I noticed is that no one in this branch adheres to the hygiene regulations?!! Everyone in the “kitchen” had NO gloves on!!! All food was touched with bare hands. Can I assume that everyone always washes their hands? That can't be the case!!!!

The Indian short manager is rude, unprofessional and doesn’t qualify to even be anywhere public not alone manage a store!

This is my top favorite amount, Berlin McDonald's. This is a relatively new location, and you can feel it. I usually go during the working days, and it's rather spacious and always has a place to sit yourself down. It's mostly clean and also has panoramic windows overlooking Breitscheidplatz. The staff is friendly and you get your order relatively fast.

The food is typical McDonald's quite okay. The ambience is okay too. What was noticeable negatively was that the number from my order was lit up, but the menu had probably not been put together yet. When my order number disappeared from the display board, I tried to ask after 15 minutes of placing my order. I was on Sunday and clicked on screen 2 Chickenburger. Over half an hour wait one day to get breakfast. Gave it another shot the next day, Half an hour to get 2 coffees.

The worst McDonald’s branch. It has nothing to do with fast food where the food arrives quickly. Ordered for Eat on site. Waited over 30 minutes for the food to come. Might as well have ordered at a restaurant. Order took too long and something was missing.

Ordered 2 McFlurries via table service. When nothing came after a while, we wanted to ask. That's when we saw an employee wandering around the restaurant with a tray, asking people at other tables if it was their order. No, it was ours! The McFlurrys also had quite different filling heights and were of course a bit liquid by now. The staff should definitely be properly trained! Regarding cleanliness, I have to say that unfortunately it wasn't there!

Ambiance is good, which is the only thing. The rest is complete nonsense. I've been waiting for 2 McSmart menus for 40 minutes now and it can't be that people who came after us can leave earlier because they've already eaten. The checkout staff are rude and make excuses. Just a juice shop! Tip: Go to KFC or Burger King, which tastes better anyway. It's best to just stay at home and eat homemade pasta with pesto :D

They wrote the number on my order wrong, and got angry when I asked where my order was. When I finally, after 20 minutes, found out it was my order, they got angry at me for not taking the order. How should I know it was mine, when they typed the wrong number in?! It was also very hard to communicate as a tourist, when they dont speak english…

The cashier was very bad at speaking english. They should be in the back making food if they cant talk english. The people that could speak english wasn't nice at all.

Used table service and waited almost an hour. Asked at the front desk and was told to go back and wait. Asked how much longer to wait, employee: shrugged. This is not a polite response, if meal preparation takes a long time, it could have been communicated and I would have been fine with that. Edit: As it later turned out, you suddenly had a chocolate cream bag on offer (nowhere pictured) I also subsequently had a good experience with customer service. Not only did the owner respond to my complaint personally, he also reimbursed me for my "lost" items free of charge, which worked easily via email after showing them in the store. (Without his presence). This caused the review to be edited again. Unfortunately for 5* there is no consistency that nothing is missing. Unfortunately I have had to complain a few times but received it without any problems.
