Rarely have I seen such nice employees at McD.

This is the last talent shed, the location apparently allows the employees and management to deal with their customers in a miserable manner. With all the cash registers and terminals available, orders are generated that cannot be prepared in time... the sufferer is the paying customer who has to put up with unbelievable waiting times. 1 star is still too much... in the same time the day before I got steamed salmon and a damn good Jägerschnitzel with perfect service.

No. Extremely busy with long waiting times. Toilet costs 1 euro. Very outrageous when you as a guest have to pay so much for your necessities.

Problems with the order in the app which tells me to talk to the people in the shop- they just tell me I need to pay the order again even though it's paid with the app. Incredibly loud because there's no walls. Restrooms workers demand money for using the bathroom even though it should be free when going to a restaurant. Bad experience.

McDonald's is quite okay, my order took too long, the food was way too hot in my opinion and the milkshake was as consistent as ice cream and somehow tasted like vanilla ice cream, music was otherwise pleasant but still 2 stars. Personally not recommended 🤷‍♀️

Unfortunately my visit here was disappointing. The service was poor, the staff seemed disorganized and unfriendly. The wait was a full 30 minutes, which is far too long for fast food. The only positive thing was the music, which added some atmosphere. But the food and service couldn't make up for it. Definitely not a recommendation.

Ladies and Gentlemen I don't even know where to start, because what we experienced with you was really an absolute disgrace. We were hoping to just grab a bite to eat, but instead our patience was put to the test. We placed a really small order - nothing complicated, nothing that should take long. But instead of receiving our food promptly, we sat there and had to wait for an incredible 30 minutes. THIRTY MINUTES! For an order that can be served within five minutes in most stores. Meanwhile, we saw other guests who came after us getting their food before us. This was not only frustrating, but simply disrespectful. Our hunger was almost unbearable. Our stomach was growling so loudly that it was embarrassing. And at one point we really felt like our stomachs were sticking to our backs because we were so starving. We came hungry, we just wanted to eat - but what we got instead was waiting, waiting and more waiting. The worst part? There was no apology or any explanation as to why it took so long. The service was not only slow, but also unfriendly and disinterested. Nobody felt responsible, nobody showed understanding. It was like we were invisible. Honestly, I haven't experienced such bad service in a long time. We will think carefully about whether we ever set foot in your restaurant again. Because if you treat your guests like that, you shouldn't be surprised if they just don't come back. The advertising also said that Burger King is better.

If your customer has to wait 20 minutes for a cup of tea and a Big Mac, there’s something wrong with processes/staff.

Ordered food dying of hunger, then saw how many people were standing in line... waited briefly and heard the numbers of the others... decided to go somewhere else to eat, went out and ate a curry boulette, then went back where there were still so many people standing... wanted to leave and then our number was called... about 45 minutes after the purchase/order. 45 minutes! Fast food? More like slow food. But food was ok.

Normal McDonald's, now the big thing is coming: pay for your normal meal, but if you want to use the toilet, you pay an extra 1 euro per person. Absolute impudence

If you like the taste of cardboard or shoe sole this is definitly the place to be. The food is also so sticky you can carry it with you for the rest of the day between your teeth. Also no straws with drinks. The only positive thing about that was that a turtle isn’t dying due to it.

Very friendly staff, sometimes quite lost what they forgot to put on the tray. What they can't do is all the system busters that are hanging around there. Otherwise great!

After waiting 30 minutes for our food (2 mcsmart menus) we asked when our order would arrive I wasn't exactly happy with the comment "it can take so long." Not competent and not customer friendly! I ordered and got the wrong food, no help when I called, no new delivery and so far I haven't gotten my money back! I'll never order here again!

We just wanted to eat something quickly and after ordering we discovered that all the free tables were dirty. When I politely asked the employee to please wipe down the tables, as several guests had already wanted to sit down, all she said was: where are they dirty? Without even getting a picture of it. Then a colleague came and, visibly annoyed, half-heartedly wiped down the tables. The food was cold and the fries were soggy, so we didn't even eat half of them. I come from the catering industry myself and find it a shame that the behavior of such employees always puts the catering industry in a bad light. A little tip: proper training regarding HACCP and customer friendliness would be appropriate here.

After ordering and (before) eating two meals, we wanted to quickly wash our hands again. The very unfriendly employee demanded €1.00 each despite pointing out that we were guests. Maybe McDonald's should now include coupons for toilet visits in the app. I don't think that works at all.

I was here recently and was very happy with the food as well as the general service. The food was delicious, prepared quickly and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the overall positive impression was marred by a negative experience with the toilet service. Despite my order (I ate it there), the toilet staff very persistently asked me to pay a fee of €1 per person. My point that I was a guest was not responded to. That was very annoying and disappointing. I hope that a more customer-friendly solution will be found here in the future, otherwise my visit was very pleasant.

I wanted to go to the toilet to wash my hands... a "friendly" gentleman pointed out that the toilet cost 1€... Luckily I had disinfectant wipes with me so we disinfected our hands instead of washing... I think that's also friendlier and you should perhaps also point out that, as I just happened to read here in the review, you don't have to pay 1€ with a receipt because you're a customer... but you should also think about that when you see the pictures of the toilets here.. again 🤮🤮

Hello, here are Kata and Martha, we have been waiting for our food for hours (20 minutes), we are very hungry and the people next to us came after us and have already had their food. I think that's a disgrace 👎🏿 and the waiting time doesn't deserve a star (we're at McDonald's right now and still haven't had our food)

Ordered food at the terminal, paid in cash. It's all ok. Food brought to the table was also good. Unfortunately, going to the toilet wasn't great. If you don't have the receipt, you have to pay one euro. So far so good, but this toilet isn't worth the euro. And neither did the “nice” person before. Neither friendly nor does he do his job. The first toilet was so dirty, it doesn't work at all. There was no toilet paper on the 2nd. My daughter then discovered blood stains on the floor...If you're charging €1, the toilet should be clean, especially with so much public traffic. When told that the toilet was dirty, the "nice" person stood on his cell phone and didn't even respond. As we left I told another employee to take care of the dirty toilets. The answer was a nod of the head. I've been to this McDonald's twice, the first and the last time. Then McDonald's won't have to be surprised if the stores close. It's a shame we were happy if we were there (Gropius Passages).

The rating refers exclusively to the toilet. I have rarely had to visit such an unkempt and disgusting place.

McDonalds simply stole my money! after 30 minutes of waiting for small fries and McNuggets I still didn't get anything even though many people who came after me had already had their orders before me... when I complained about it and asked me to pay my money back, the manager yelled at me. ..Sunday evening when a big demo takes place in Berlin and everyone is out and about in the middle of the city, only 1 cash register opens and 4 people prepare food is such a shame, which greatly damages the reputation of McDonalds...according to other reviews, this place simply belongs close or hire new employees who are more motivated and do this work better!...I know that Berlin is a cosmopolitan place but the employees could at least learn to pronounce the numbers in German! NEVER AGAIN!!!

When you put people who don’t give two stones about the job knowing they need it to live here… you have a result of an hour of wait. Horrendous service even I myself learnt the 1xx numbers are for take away, looks like they don’t know because they only knew how to make those requests, congratulations you have a service of crap for a product of fast food perfect combo.

Food was totally OK, the atmosphere there is also nice. However, a staff member slammed a door full swing into my child's face (and he was allowed to stand where the child was standing, he was just about to go through the door). The doorknob caused a really big bruise and he cried really loudly. The bump grew so quickly that I was really scared. We spoke to several employees about an ice pack and we were not understood in German or English! In the end, an employee apparently suspected what we meant and arrived with ice cubes in a plastic glove. There are no first aid kits there and the employees should understand English?!

The food was okay but the workers were a complete disaster. My husband ordered food and the food came wrong. He then went to the front to report to the worker that the food arrived wrong. Then the worker said fuck off in a really disrespectful way We're definitely not coming to eat you anymore

Stupid and rude stuff with lots of bad attitude,instead of making orders on time they are fighting with the customers especially their shift leaders. And also they are insulting the world riders who are coming there, to pick their order for their customers and they are denying to wolt riders to give the orders, where they are not able to make orders on time every single order from this venue is getting late every time - 15 - 20 - and also lying and making wrong complaints against the wolt rider to their support.

I am posting this review when I saw the latest review, the same thing was happened to me. This staff is too rude and stupid especially there staff leader who are working there and they have lots of bad attitude. They have no any sense how to deal with customer and riders. They are insulting the riders every time. And I completely agree with the madame Kaur who reported review against them they are same as it as how she mentioned in her review.

Nice McDonalds, clean, great places with a view of the KuDamm and the Memorial Church. Ordered at your seat via the app and brought to the table - it couldn't be better. We only ate a cheeseburger and a McFlurry, both of which were delicious.

For more than a year and a half, when you ask for the Capuchino to be served in a cup for breakfast instead of a paper cup (consumed in a restaurant!), you are told that there are no cups available at the moment. Well, there is said to be a shortage of staff everywhere, so maybe they don't get around to collecting and washing the used cups. In such a large restaurant there is certainly enough space to accommodate additional cups. So it's just convenience and not impossible to accommodate guests' requests. My point is that I don't like coffee from paper cups, and specifically not because of the environmental aspects that need to be taken into account. Being able to but not wanting to is an absolute “no go” in the service sector.

The food is even worse than usual. But in order to be able to rate it, we first had to wait 20 MINUTES for a cheeseburger, a chiliburger and six chicken nuggets. The person responsible was above any criticism and simply ignored our criticism. Only one service worker had the decency to apologize. With the prices that McDonalds is now charging, every burger joint is better. Only the view is beautiful.

A restaurant like any other McDonald's restaurant. No special features. Whether the location is very well attended. Finding space was difficult. However, there are generally enough seats available. As a regular McDonalds visitor you know what you are getting.

Poor staff with bad attitude. Just accidentally ordered cakes dine in while I should order take away. When I told the staff that it should take away, the staff said angrily that we ordered dine in. The food was terrible. The Hot Chocolate was cold, the plant based burgers were shabbily made. Dirty tables and worse than usual cleanliness, even by McDonald‘s standards.

extremely dirty place, when i asked them to wipe off the table at, after we had to throw away mess after previous customers, they did not even wiped it of properly. the man working behind the cash register was extremely slow, did not listen to our order, we clearly specified we want cola zero, he put normal coke, did not tell us until we noticed on the check and then said they run out of coke zero. people around are playing lound music, let children scream and noone from the stuff stops them. catastrophe.

The fry’s are great the mcsmart menu with the chicken burger and extra nuggets is THE BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK the chickenburger is so good i would eat the menu every day. The sweet-sour sauce on them is so nice . I know they are small but trust me it will be the best thing you will ever eat at mcdonalds. Also if you are still hungry after that menu. The service is extremely terrible, the workers are NOT wearing gloves which is a huge safety hazard, and the food is bland and has no taste. Overall I don't recommend dining there.
