Awful service, we were waiting for our order more than 50 mins, when it’s fast food and expect to receive your order in a short time, waiters were slowly

I waited 50 minutes for my meal. My cola and a burger were missing. The burger was squashed, the cola was flat, and the fries were unsalted. The sauces were mixed up, and my table wasn't cleared for 40 minutes. I was yelled at and almost hit by the staff. Absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered two McSmart meals, waited an hour for cold fries, a squashed burger, and the Coke in one of the meals wasn't even served. Everything was dirty, the customer service was terrible, the staff argued with customers, and the sauces were wrong. Absolutely not recommended.

Service was really good for a fast food location, but the sandwiches had too much sauce. Food was just meh, in our opinion.

Lacking alternatives, we stopped at this branch. This visit confirmed my suspicions: the quality of the food (i.e., the individual items) is steadily declining, to the level of a bad fast-food joint: meat dry and unseasoned, buns soggy and falling apart, sauces sometimes inedible. What a waste of 21 euros I threw down the drain. Lesson learned: never again McDonald's! At least the separate seating areas in this branch were quite nice, hence the one star!

The food wasn't amazing. Nice atmosphere. The guys gave us a free drink, but unfortunately Théo threw up the next day.

Rating deducted due to a €1 toilet fee. And it only accepts cash! Toilet use should be free for customers who buy food here.

As a customer, I was the only Central European, the staff didn't understand German, the order was only half fulfilled (including a 30-minute wait), the food was served cold, the hygiene department should really take a look at this shithole, and nobody who doesn't have a desperate need to be ripped off or get half a McFlurry should steer clear of this branch. You'd be better off sucking on the leftovers from Breitscheidplatz; at least those have a bit of crunch and some adventure potential.

A wonderful place to eat. The excellent service, represented by one waiter, is especially noteworthy; he's always friendly and approachable. Give him a raise.

I ordered the Friends meal and didn't receive the figure even though I specified that I wanted it (they could have just said there was nothing available, then I wouldn't have ordered the meal at all). The food was soggy, the fries were unsalted, the Coke was flat, and the McChicken Classic had no sauce… I'm disappointed. I paid €12.99 for nothing (I only ordered it for the figure) and the restaurant wasn't the cleanest either.

Pure chaos. The service is super messy, some workers don't know what they are doing there, waiting times are 15-20 minutes or more. A lot of criminals and just unpleasant people around.

I had a bad experience here. About six months ago, I received poor service from the staff, but I didn’t mention it at the time. However, this time it’s just too much. The staff here are not polite or professional. I waited almost 28 minutes for my order. I could understand if there were long queues, but it was around 9 o’clock and not very busy. When I asked the person at the counter, they didn’t even apologize — instead, they spoke rudely. The staff here really need to improve their attitude. This is the second time I’ve faced such behavior, and it seems nothing has changed. I won’t be coming back to this place again....... Truly these people not good at their job or service

We had a bad experience from McDonald's Tauentzienstraße 9-12. 10789 Berlin. We order food at 21:03 and we waited for 30min..in the restaurant there is no rush, not too much orders its quite and calm. But we got the food so lately.... And we asked to staff she didn't even reply anything.. Very bad experience..... Bad customer service and bad treating....

I've never seen toilets as dirty as these. Simply disgusting, as if they haven't been cleaned in days.

The well-known burger chain with a full menu, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Awesome views from the top floor. The quality is the same as anywhere else in the world. Of course, this isn't a Michelin-starred restaurant, but fast food. You know exactly what you're getting. Everything is freshly prepared, service is fast, and everything runs like clockwork.

Order took forever and they mixed it up (they gave me something with bacon when I ordered a normal chicken sandwich). Would not go here again.

A lose-lose solution to a trivial problem! Two weeks ago, we ordered from this branch via U. Eats. But not everything arrived; a large portion of fries was missing. -> Contacted the branch The branch's suggested solution: "Just come by next time, and you'll get the fries you ordered." We agreed. Today, the time had come, and these were the available options: 1. I eat fries (unsatisfactory) 2. I order a meal and pay the regular price (unsatisfactory, and I'm responsible for the mistake, not McD!) 3. I simply order a hamburger and then get a portion of fries with it (unsatisfactory) Either way, none of this was a solution to the problem caused by McD! Not only were we one portion short on fries that evening, but I ended up having to pay for the mistake. That's definitely not how you handle something like that!

Coffee isn't allowed here for anyone under 18. Some employee gave us cappuccinos instead of coffee.

I ordered a strawberry milkshake and got a vanilla milkshake. I went to the cashier to exchange it for another one, but they refused to give it to me because it was only a strawberry milkshake. Everyone, please tell me, does a strawberry milkshake have to be white? Hahaha! Bad service!

As a paying customer I was not expecting to be called a Bastard by the toilet cleaner because I didn’t tip her €1 which she demanded for as I exit. Poor service no second straw for shake if straw broken ,straw cast is too less why they just saving,

We went to McDonald's for a bite to eat and then wanted to use the restroom. There, we were rudely informed that there was a €1 fee to use the toilet. The fact that we were guests was irrelevant. That's just plain rude. Charging guests for the restroom is completely unacceptable!

I have rarely experienced such poor service as at this McDonald’s. We waited almost 50 minutes for our food and when we finally got it it was cold. The fries were rotten and inedible and our ice cream was already melted when we got it. We were a group of six people, and the experience was really disappointing. We waited one full hour for our food. When it finally arrived, the food was cold, the ice cream was melted, and three items were missing from our order. The service was poor, and no one offered help or apologized for the delay. This is far below what we expect from McDonald’s.

The woman at the restroom greatly diminished the overall impression. Instead of asking for the receipt or something similar, she addressed every guest as "Toilet 1€" without even pointing to the receipt or anything. It seemed like she wanted the money, even if the people using the restroom were customers. Extremely unfriendly, and the restroom was even less inviting than the tree around the corner...

Well, there are two ordering stations downstairs, which doesn't look very inviting. You have to climb a flight of stairs to wait and pick up, so it's not for those with limited mobility. I had a takeout order and unfortunately didn't check it. The cheeseburger was missing, and instead of 9 nuggets, I only received 6. 1x is stupidity, 2x is intentional! Unfortunately, I left very early today and couldn't get it sorted out. Although they probably would have said, "You have to check immediately." In any case, very annoying!

The lady with braids was really kind and helpful! My order was correct. I didn't like the sticky floor. Also the toilets were a bit dirty but I didn't pay for it as a customer.

I had breakfast here. The view is great, as you can see in my video. The radio plays and keeps you entertained. Wi-Fi is available and works without any problems. It seems very clean. There are also power outlets at some tables. Table service is also available. But the most important thing is the food. I really enjoyed it and it was fresh. I'd be happy to come back.

When packing, don't forget to put napkins in the bag!

The inside is clean and the employees are very friendly. Compared to other branches, the inside looks more developed and innovative.

⚠️ We visited this McDonald's on August 30, 2025, at approximately 1:00 PM, and it was a horrific experience. The entire restaurant reeked of urine; the smell was truly unbearable. The employee supervising the restroom at 1:00 PM was rude and unhelpful. The entire restaurant was extremely unsanitary, and the condition of the plumbing was appalling. We will also report this incident to the relevant authorities, as this is unacceptable.

Toilet isnt free, which is ridiculous. If you want to avoid non-customers using it, make it available with a bill.

Food as you’d expect, no problems. The issue is the service. Don’t order to table as it never comes. Have been twice to this store and both times if you order to the table it doesn’t come. After 20mins you go to the desk and find your food cold on the desk waiting for you to pick it up. The bins are also overflowing each time.

It's okay. I ordered two burgers, a McDonald's, and large fries with table service. The food arrived after about 10 minutes. The fries were lukewarm, as were the burgers. The meat on the burgers looked undercooked and a bit pink. You have to pay €1 to use the restroom.

Awesome place in a prime location, and they leave negative reviews. I think that's great, but everyone can make up their own mind. The kitchen must be clean. I didn't get diarrhea like I did at other fast food restaurants. McDonald's Black Pepper and Soy Sauce has the potential to replace the legendary McDonald's Sichuan Sauce. I ordered 30 minutes ago and I'm still waiting for my food. I won't recommend eating here. I'm very disappointed because, although it looks nice, the staff aren't able to serve the food.

Got my order wrong, but over looked that because that happens in any McDonald’s. Went to use the bathrooms and there was a staff member sitting outside charging a euro to use the bathrooms (cash only) - I didn’t have change so couldn’t go. Annoying after spending 20+ euro to be charged cash to use a bathroom.

Absolutely sad for this prime location at the Europa Center. Unfriendly staff who roll their eyes when you don't understand them right away. Long wait times for food, and you can't count to 20 there either... So watch your nuggets! 😂 Definitely not recommended!!

I ordered one drink, and the seasonal shaker fries along with a sauce. I got normal fries and no sauce at all. It was only 3 items, yet they managed to mess up 2/3 of the order. What a fail

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Extremely overcrowded. Ordering system broken. Staff completely overwhelmed, unfriendly, and stressed. My sauce was forgotten, and after complaining, the staff simply ignored me and pushed me aside. The fries were also lukewarm and soggy.

We had a small meal there, and there was a whisker in our drink. When we left, we all wanted to go to the bathroom again. The man said it was €6 for six people, even though we had eaten there. I find that a complete disgrace.

It took about fifteen minutes to get the food despite few guests and a simple order without changes. EXPENSIVE, paid almost double for an equivalent order back home in Sweden 😬 I thought McDonald's was a safe bet when traveling with children but the lunch when we arrived from the flight gave me a lot of scares 😅 The hamburger was drenched in ketchup and the little green in the lump of bread and meat was probably salad. McDonald's is not a gourmet restaurant but for that amount we got better food elsewhere.

McDonald’s needs to rethink their policy for delivery drivers. I use a bicycle with a fixed delivery bag that cannot be carried inside. Expecting us to remove and carry it for a 1-minute pickup is unreasonable. This wastes time and affects customer service too. A little understanding for riders with different setups would go a long way.

The staff is very unfriendly they ask for bags as it is very difficult to remove the delivery bag for riders as it is just 1 minute different as will have to put the order in the bag which is downstairs so why they always ask for bag this is really nonsense and they just ignore the rider like they are working in the high tech company it is just a normal job why to show a hick especially in front the of riders so please show some respect

As an Uber Eats driver, I find it very inconvenient that McDonald’s staff refuse to hand over the order unless we carry the delivery bag inside. My delivery bag is fixed permanently on my bicycle and cannot be removed easily. It only takes a few seconds to place the food in the bag, but this rigid policy slows us down and creates unnecessary hassle. Please consider being more flexible with delivery partners who use bicycles

A rather chaotic Mcdonalds. There's no electronic board to track orders so your order could be forgotten as mine was. When queried I got a very poorly assembled burger. Best avoided I think.

A place to have a nice coffee in the evening. Two cappuccinos for 4.75 Euros. There is a nice view on the upper floor. It is located opposite the Kaiser-Willhem church.

Yes, the staff is very friendly and helpful, but I expect German-speaking staff from a restaurant in Berlin, not just English! Or am I wrong? The food was impeccable, the cleanliness of the dining room was okay. But people never use the restroom!! As a diabetic, I wanted to inject myself there after my meal. But when I went to the restroom, I was immediately shocked! Everything was covered in graffiti, one toilet was locked or boxed up... Toilet paper was all over the floor, some of it used (with feces). I was able to wash my hands, but I couldn't dry them (because the hairdryer was broken). Food was fine, but the restroom is a disgusting "shithole"! Someone should take care of that!

Last night after work, I quickly ordered two cheeseburgers. Both weren't freshly made, but taken from a container! I complained because both burgers were cold! I got two other cold burgers straight from the container! Never again, very unkind.

I ordered a shake and they still mest it up i orderd a shake waited 20mins after which they gave me the wrong flavor. And a guy started begging for money

Unfortunately, this is not a place worth recommending. The order preparation time is very long, I also came across a moment when the board showing the order status did not work, which caused the employees to make a lot of noise and show dissatisfaction, even though it was not the fault of the customers, but of the restaurant. The queues to the premises are very long, and combined with long waiting times, it means waiting over 30 minutes for simple orders. I also witnessed confusion between orders. The food itself was ok, although not very warm as is the norm.

I was here today for the first time and for the last time. The negative flash begins at the entrance, the table displays with the table number were missing, okay, I'll pick up my food myself. The first thing I notice at the top of the restaurant are the smeared windows, wonderful view. The bread roll at the Morning Farmer only saw the oven from far away. Instead of the 3 sweeteners I ordered, I only had 2. Of course, that's no drama, but I no longer wanted this breakfast and I very much regretted visiting this McDonald's.

This McDonald's restaurant was a nice place when it opened, with a pleasant view and a normal speed of service. Today, Sunday at 10am, I ordered two simple McDuo breakfasts. I ordered at 10:06am and didn't receive my order until 10:45am. The restaurant was almost empty, but the wait was incredibly long, almost 40 minutes. Meanwhile, I had to ask at the checkout after already waiting 30 minutes to even get a response. I also noticed that some guests who ordered after me still received their food before me. The entire process was chaotic and inefficient. As an apology, I received an extra glass of Coke and a large Coke from a man who appears to be the store manager. Nevertheless, this shows that the restaurant urgently needs to be better organized.

People please check your food before you take it with you, they forgot my fries even though I paid for them
