Since there is no longer a burger party here, I don't go there anymore. At the time, that was the best option you could ever order at any McDonald's.

Machine didnt provide a receipt with a number, I got charged but staff was unable to supply the Burger before Train Left more than 30min later. Chaos. Left hungry and frustrated, 6 Euro for nothing, thanks.

I think I would give 0 stars too. The store was almost empty, which should be normal at 4:30 in the morning. However, you don't need 20 minutes for a coffee. After that time, I left without my coffee and was told several times that I had to go and then people bluffed at me and said I shouldn't stress myself out like that... after 20 minutes this is normal.

The experience of ordering VEGETARIAN/plan and then biting into spicy rancid 'real meat' nuggets was initially -10/10. That was pretty shitty, but then you couldn't beat it without saying "sorry" or "that was a misunderstanding" and having my money handed to me after a 5 minute wait in a pretty dismissive way. Otherwise I might have understood, I had just come from work, the day was tiring, etc. But that couldn't be surpassed in terms of lack of motivation, lack of empathy and lack of commitment. But the employee who passed my concern on to, I assume the shift manager, and let me wait for my refund was nice, very open-minded and committed 🙂 I think I'll use the €7 refunded to cook something healthy today, so there was something positive about the whole thing 🙂🎀

Absolutely disappointing! I recently went to McDonald's and all I can say is that I am very dissatisfied. First of all, the staff was extremely unfriendly to customers. Instead of being friendly, the employees seemed to be annoyed by the guests. The waiting time was a disaster! I had to wait almost an hour to get my food. During this time I constantly observed how other guests received their food much sooner. After we asked 3 times, it was supposedly a mistake and I was even accused of having already received the food! The restaurant itself was anything but inviting. It was unclean, with dirty tables and floors, which was definitely not up to standard. And when I finally received my food I was really disappointed. It was poorly cooked, the burger was cold and the fries were soggy. Overall, I can't recommend McDonald's in this branch. There are many better options where you will be treated kindly and get good food. People didn't want to tell me a name, but at least there was a lot of this saying - "Write a bad review, we don't care anyway"!! Just thanks to McDonald for having such shift managers!!👍🏻👍🏻

I am a regular at this restaurant. The food comes quickly and there were never any complaints. There's just one thing that's been bothering me lately. I like to drink my Cola with ice. Especially in the warm days. However, for months now I've only been able to get them in this restaurant without ice cream. When I ask, I'm dismissed with: "Ice cream machine broken", or the employee doesn't understand what I want at all! How can it be that the ice cream machine is constantly broken? Strange!

It's McDonald's but there are a lot of seating options, which also invites you to linger while waiting for the train. Service is quick and you are also served at the table.

That was okay, even if the fries were very greasy by McDonald's standards. However, the ambience was horrible. There was no air conditioning or accessible toilets. In addition, the store was anything but clean. Only the friendly employees were able to help improve this bad atmosphere. There are no other positive points compared to other stores.

La misma persona dijo de nuevo que no es posible que tuviera que pedirlo con su pedido. Quería pepinillos que pensaran que podrían tener tres o cuatro pepinillos en el plato pequeño para mí, pero no. This branch doesn't even deserve one star. Absolutely terrible and very aggressive customer service. We ordered a Bill and a Tom menu, both of which are plant based. We initially waited 20 minutes for our order in a completely empty restaurant. However, what was the cherry on the cake was that they put a meat pettie in our vegetarian burger (a week before we ate the same menu, although the pettie smelled and tasted different back then. Plus it had this gristle, which was just from the meat can come). When we asked the employees about it, they said no and of course didn't really look at the pattie. They ended up getting very aggressive so we left the store. As a matter of principle, we will never go to McDonalds again if this kind of customer service is tolerated here!

We ordered from this branch at least 8 times and every time the order is incorrect, either via delivery or pick-up at the branch. One time we even had to ask for the burger to be redone twice because they don't pay attention to the request of "no cheese" (my boyfriend has an allergy). I was looking for the best McDonald's restaurant in Berlin and found it here. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. The restaurant is noticeably clean compared to other restaurants in this chain. The branch manager was also very courteous and helpful in response to an inquiry. You could also tell that there seemed to be a very pleasant atmosphere in the team. Last but not least, I can also give full marks for the food. So if you want to meet citizens and the like, then the trip to Friedrichstrasse is definitely worth it. Thank you for this pleasant stay

4 euros for the breakfast wrap is outrageous. The wrap is much too small and falls apart when you open it. The meat from the breakfast chicken burger tasted very strange, as if it was no longer good. A short time later I also had a stomach ache.

Me and my 4 year old daughter ate there yesterday and during the night both of us were still vomiting constantly and got fatty food poisoning, never again!!!!!! Our orders were just a happymeal with nuggets and I had a chicken burger and a chilichesse burger. Please don't eat there anymore. We're doing very, very badly right now.

Clean and pleasant restaurant with friendly staff. The French fries and the Hamburger Royal were freshly prepared and served in the menu. Card payment is possible. However, there is no toilet (instead reference to the toilet in the train station) There are even two branches in Berlin Friedrichstrasse train station: 1x at the station entrance to Friedrichstrasse at the corner of Georgenstrasse and 1x near the transition between the city train platforms Gl. 1 to 6 and the tunnel platform Eq. 11/12.

My battery ran out of power at 8 p.m., and many of the stores in town were closed, so I found Aoshis after looking around for a store where I could charge my battery. There was a charging spot, which was very helpful. The service was very good and the food came out right after I ordered so I didn't have to wait. The food was delicious, and it was one of my most memorable meals in Berlin. I stayed for several hours to charge the battery, so I ordered several times to avoid inconveniencing the store, but I apologize if I caused any inconvenience.

One of the best poppies in Berlin

A McDonald's in a train station, nothing special and just like any McDonald's. The fact that the shop is open 24/7 is of course great, so you can still eat something even late at night. The Friedrichstrasse train station is also very well located and from there you can get to all corners of Berlin and the surrounding area. The waiting times are still reasonable, the structure of the store is just a bit confusing, but in the end ordering should always work.

Nice friendly employees. Always clean and you can also place your order in person, unlike in some other branches where you are forced to order from the machine.
