The staff works quickly and is very friendly.

By far the stupidest service employees I have ever had to endure. Edition is incomplete and incorrect several times. ...and how can you pack frass into ONE (!!) small bag for 60 euros?

If you order something here, you shouldn't be under any time pressure. Food ready to be picked up does not necessarily mean that the food is ready. I hope the staff enjoyed my €5 meal. Thanks for nothing...

The experience of ordering VEGETARIAN/plan and then biting into spicy rancid 'real meat' nuggets was initially -10/10. That was pretty shitty, but then you couldn't beat it without saying "sorry" or "that was a misunderstanding" and having my money handed to me after a 5 minute wait in a pretty dismissive way. Otherwise I might have understood, I had just come from work, the day was tiring, etc. But that couldn't be surpassed in terms of lack of motivation, lack of empathy and lack of commitment. But the employee who passed my concern on to, I assume the shift manager, and let me wait for my refund was nice, very open-minded and committed 🙂 I think I'll use the €7 refunded to cook something healthy today, so there was something positive about the whole thing 🙂🎀

After my recent trip to Mcdonalds, I am extremely angry because not only was there no smile on the face of the employee in charge, but he also handed us the food (a jumbo box of nuggets) after a very dubious short time, which I concluded ,🏰 that that box was already waiting for us half an hour before we ordered. But here it comes!!! As I was soiling my new trousers a bit (that can happen), I found NO napkins in the paper bag provided, which shocked me to this very moment. Citizens were totally salty because they couldn't pick up my food and it wasn't there, the employee didn't feel like it, only one spoke German, the rest was only English and because such an answer they only had to wait a minute wasn't true, I waited 3 minutes Eat. So it's better to go to the bakery around the corner, it's friendlier.

Absolutely disappointing! I recently went to McDonald's and all I can say is that I am very dissatisfied. First of all, the staff was extremely unfriendly to customers. Instead of being friendly, the employees seemed to be annoyed by the guests. The waiting time was a disaster! I had to wait almost an hour to get my food. During this time I constantly observed how other guests received their food much sooner. After we asked 3 times, it was supposedly a mistake and I was even accused of having already received the food! The restaurant itself was anything but inviting. It was unclean, with dirty tables and floors, which was definitely not up to standard. And when I finally received my food I was really disappointed. It was poorly cooked, the burger was cold and the fries were soggy. Overall, I can't recommend McDonald's in this branch. There are many better options where you will be treated kindly and get good food. People didn't want to tell me a name, but at least there was a lot of this saying - "Write a bad review, we don't care anyway"!! Just thanks to McDonald for having such shift managers!!👍🏻👍🏻

I am a regular at this restaurant. The food comes quickly and there were never any complaints. There's just one thing that's been bothering me lately. I like to drink my Cola with ice. Especially in the warm days. However, for months now I've only been able to get them in this restaurant without ice cream. When I ask, I'm dismissed with: "Ice cream machine broken", or the employee doesn't understand what I want at all! How can it be that the ice cream machine is constantly broken? Strange!

It's McDonald's but there are a lot of seating options, which also invites you to linger while waiting for the train. Service is quick and you are also served at the table.

In vielen städten gibt es mehr McDoof-Filialen als öffentliche Toiletten. Die Toiletten dort sind meistens auch saubererer als öffentliche Toiletten.

I had to wait forever for my order and had to rush off to the train after receiving my order. That's why I only noticed on the train that half of my order was simply missing. What's the point of this scam, I paid for it and in the end I didn't get anything for my money. You would have to report them because of that, totally dissatisfied

Food was as usual. First problem: No toilets! It can't be that! Where are you supposed to dump a sausage in an emergency?! Second problem: brutal heat in the block! I rendered more fat than was in my greasy fries! You can pay a little more attention to cleanliness than a restaurant! Next time it won’t be “we’re going to McDonald’s!” but to Burger King!!!

The food was typically quite good for McDonald's. However, at the ordering terminal there were only drinks in reusable cups, but a warm plastic bottle was brought. There was extreme heat on the upper floor, which made the stay really unbearable.

That was okay, even if the fries were very greasy by McDonald's standards. However, the ambience was horrible. There was no air conditioning or accessible toilets. In addition, the store was anything but clean. Only the friendly employees were able to help improve this bad atmosphere. There are no other positive points compared to other stores.

Something crazy happened to me there yesterday. Huge thanks to the service staff and the woman with the rough voice, she has a big heart. I was very touched by the understanding and unexpected warmth shown to me.

I wanted to get extra pickles. Forgot to order with my meal. When I came back to ask for extra pickles. I was informed that it was not possible that I had to pay extra for it. Stood in line to purchase my extra pickles. Attendant went to get the same person that served me to ask what it is that I wanted as there was a bit of a language barrier. Same person said again it’s not possible you had to order it with your order. I wanted pickles that badly think they could’ve three or four pickles in the little dish for me but no. Customer service was Very bad I would never ever go here again. Plus, the burgers in Canada are much better.

This branch doesn't even deserve one star. Absolutely terrible and very aggressive customer service. We ordered a Bill and a Tom menu, both of which are plant based. We initially waited 20 minutes for our order in a completely empty restaurant. However, what was the cherry on the cake was that they put a meat pettie in our vegetarian burger (a week before we ate the same menu, although the pettie smelled and tasted different back then. Plus it had this gristle, which was just from the meat can come). When we asked the employees about it, they said no and of course didn't really look at the pattie. They ended up getting very aggressive so we left the store. As a matter of principle, we will never go to McDonalds again if this kind of customer service is tolerated here!

We ordered from this branch at least 8 times and every time the order is incorrect, either via delivery or pick-up at the branch. One time we even had to ask for the burger to be redone twice because they don't pay attention to the request of "no cheese" (my boyfriend has an allergy). Last time was this past Sunday, by delivery, of course the burger came with cheese and had to be thrown out. The time before that they forgot one drink, the time before that same issue with the cheese, etc. We will be switching to BK.

I was looking for the best McDonald's restaurant in Berlin and found it here. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. The restaurant is noticeably clean compared to other restaurants in this chain. The branch manager was also very courteous and helpful in response to an inquiry. You could also tell that there seemed to be a very pleasant atmosphere in the team. Last but not least, I can also give full marks for the food. So if you want to meet citizens and the like, then the trip to Friedrichstrasse is definitely worth it. Thank you for this pleasant stay

Made me miss my train because they took 20 min for 6 chicken nuggets

Always goes pretty quickly. Just like any other branch. The highlight so far has been the chicken burger with two patties without an extra order:D

4 euros for the breakfast wrap is outrageous. The wrap is much too small and falls apart when you open it. The meat from the breakfast chicken burger tasted very strange, as if it was no longer good. A short time later I also had a stomach ache.

Unfriendliness is probably the order of the day for today’s “shift management” in the morning. Simple questions are answered with “Nope” or “then you’re out of luck”. This should be taken care of urgently!

The owner of the franchise - mr. oliver mix - removes bad reviews with threats from the lawyers, which is absolutely crazy and contradicts values of any normal corporation. Even crazier that he can do this on behalf of McDonald's, not just for himself. Ratings are already inflated a lot. Therefore only 1 star now.

Me and my 4 year old daughter ate there yesterday and during the night both of us were still vomiting constantly and got fatty food poisoning, never again!!!!!! Our orders were just a happymeal with nuggets and I had a chicken burger and a chilichesse burger. Please don't eat there anymore. We're doing very, very badly right now.

Clean and pleasant restaurant with friendly staff. The French fries and the Hamburger Royal were freshly prepared and served in the menu. Card payment is possible. However, there is no toilet (instead reference to the toilet in the train station) There are even two branches in Berlin Friedrichstrasse train station: 1x at the station entrance to Friedrichstrasse at the corner of Georgenstrasse and 1x near the transition between the city train platforms Gl. 1 to 6 and the tunnel platform Eq. 11/12.

It happens again and again that something is missing even though they take extra time to pack the orders and waited 20-30 minutes and people who had more and ordered after us still get there earlier? When asked, it was said that it would be ready straight away, yes, good, that something was forgotten rip curly fries, thank you for having my money and I don't have the goods for it. I understand if it's full, but you should still at least make some effort🫠

The Hindu in the hat mixed up my order and brought it to other people, and after he realized that, he ran all over the first floor with it. My battery ran out of power at 8 p.m., and many of the stores in town were closed, so I found Aoshis after looking around for a store where I could charge my battery. There was a charging spot, which was very helpful. The service was very good and the food came out right after I ordered so I didn't have to wait. The food was delicious, and it was one of my most memorable meals in Berlin. I stayed for several hours to charge the battery, so I ordered several times to avoid inconveniencing the store, but I apologize if I caused any inconvenience.

Nice friendly employees. Always clean and you can also place your order in person, unlike in some other branches where you are forced to order from the machine.

A McDonald's in a train station, nothing special and just like any McDonald's. The fact that the shop is open 24/7 is of course great, so you can still eat something even late at night. The Friedrichstrasse train station is also very well located and from there you can get to all corners of Berlin and the surrounding area. The waiting times are still reasonable, the structure of the store is just a bit confusing, but in the end ordering should always work.

I go to this McDonald's often and am always very satisfied (it's kind of my regular McDonald's). The waiting times are okay and there is enough space to eat on site. I'm also happy with the food; I always got what I ordered except once. I am happy.

Very good opening times, especially in the evenings, often the last shop where you can still eat something. I find the ambience a bit too bright and loud now. Lots of hustle and bustle. If you want some peace and quiet, you have to sit in the farthest corner on the second level if there is something free. But unfortunately only bad internet. Unfortunately, the MCs app also took almost 30 minutes to get the coupons.

It's great that it's open 24/7, more stores should be open just as long. Good if you're hungry late. And even late it is always well attended, I think that has its charm. Because of the central location, it is usually overwhelmed and it takes a little longer here.

Standard Maccas food and service. The screens make it easier to order for non- German speakers. The restaurant itself is cramped, and I wouldn't want to eat in. Noticed staff had their hair free, which I hadn't seen in Maccas before. Perhaps the food preparation laws are more relaxed in Berlin.

Einfach unglaublich schmutzig, während essen zubereitet wird, wird der Boden gewischt. Man kann die Tropfen förmlich ins Essen spritzen sehen.

Zu Stosszeiten kann es hier auch mal voller werden. Trotzdem sind da sehr nette und schnelle Leute da. Eine einfache Bestellung an den Kiosken kann jeder Zeit abgegeben werden. Für uns ist diese Filiale eine der besten in Berlin. Die Qualität des Essens ist hier wirklich sehr gut. Wir haben schon viele andere MC Donalds Filialen probiert und waren echt enttäuscht von z.b. frische, Qualität, Service, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit uns. Aber diese MC Donalds ist echt super. Man kann direkt am Digitalen-Bestell-Terminal bestellen und auswählen ob man das Essen an den Sitzplatz persönlich serviert bekommen will. Man nimmt dan einfach einen Tischaufsteller mit einer Nummer darauf, mit an seinem Tisch. Das Essen wird dann super schnell an den Tisch gebracht. Und bei uns immer von netten und freundlichen Servicemitarbeitern. Der Vorteil dabei ist das man nicht ewig rumstehen muss und warten muss. So ist auch der "Bestellbereich" nicht so laut und überfüllt wie im Vergleich zu anderen MC Donalds. Wir Essen immer im oberen Bereich dieser Filiale weil es dort auch sehr gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten gibt. Also für uns gilt: "wenn MC Donalds, dann hier".

Ordered mc plant nuggets and 2 mc plant menus. What we got was No coke (there were no drinks left of any kind) 1 fries less, and instead of mc plant nuggets I got actual chicken nuggets and I realized it after eating a couple. This is unacceptable. You are lucky I’m not allergic.

Leider konnte man nur mit Karte bezahlen, also für mich nix zu Essen.

Was soll man sagen? Ist eben ein McDonald's Das Personal ist freundlich, es geht schnell und es ist sehr schön modern.

HERVORRAGEND! Scheinbar War gerade in später Nacht am 18.12 in der Nacht von Sonntag auf Montag dargewesen und kann zum 1. Mal nach langer Zeit sagen : ALLES WAR PERFEKT! Die Damen, welche glaube alle zum Teil spanisch und englisch sprechen haben super Arbeit geleistet! Ich rate McDonalds dazu, dieses Team sich beizubehalten. Erinnere mich vor 1-2 Jahren noch an trockenen Cheeseburger vor Ort.

Spät in der Nacht super nette zuvorkommende Mitarbeiterin. Trotz großen Andrang wurde das Essen zeitnah zum Tisch gebracht. 👍

Habe leider erst im hotel mitbekommen dass die nur dir Hälfte der Sachen die ich bestellt hatte rein gelegt hatten und wo ich versucht habe dort deswegen anzurufen ging immer direkt nur die Mailbox ran und habe daher niemanden erreicht und minus gemacht

In Sachen Möblierung hat sich ja etwas getan und schon ist das mit dem Ambiente gleich 100 mal besser! War heute mal um 05:00 Uhr früh in der Filiale und der Service war auch okay! Da es zu der Zeit noch kein Frühstück gibt, habe ich mich für Mc Ripp entschieden! Esse ich öfter bei Mc Donald! Heute aber kam bei mir das erste Mal die Frage auf, warum Mc Ripp eigentlich Mc Ripp heißt? Ich dachte eigentlich immer, weil die Fleischpattys die Form von Rippchen haben! Heute bekam ich aber keine Rippchen, sondern gräuliche und unförmige Fleischfladen auf mein Brötchen!?!?! Wäre die tiefrote Tomatensauce nicht darüber gegossen, dann wäre es heute ein trauriger und grauer Start in den Tag geworden! Februar 2023 gibt es schon bessere Fialen! MC Ripp bestellt und eigentlich gibt es, wegen der vielen Soße, extra Servietten oderReinigungstücher! Hier gab es nichts! Die Wagen zum abstellen der Tabletts waren übervoll und die Sitzmöbel schon sehr abgenutzt! Insgesamt kein einladendes Ambiente!

Dieser McDonalds liegt im hinteren Bereich des Bahnhofs Friedrichstraße. Trotzdem ist er sehr klein und hat nur 2 digitale Bestellterminals. Alles ist sehr klein und eng.
