Kentucky Fried Chicken in Berlin

In contrast to the past, and to the restaurant opposite with the golden M, it's downright clean and tidy here. A lot has changed.

The food was okay, the fries were bland and cold...everything could be better, the price-performance ratio was too expensive!

Underground waiting time of over 40 minutes. Never again

I have been visiting this KFC for over 15 years and I can say that the quality has gotten worse and worse over the last 4 years. The fries are rarely fresh. The drinks never feel carbonated and KFC's prices also rise due to poorer quality. That was my last visit here

Waited way too long in the drive through

Order only via Digitalcounter. The lady from KFC is happy to help, but she doesn't know her way around. Stopped after 10 minutes and left. Not for hungry people...

Overwhelmed foreign staff, no soap in the toilet. The only thing with taste was the Pepsi, the rest were just spicy.

I cannot recommend this place. Very long waiting time, tables not clean and the staff is busy chatting instead of preparing the food for the guests.

I just went there today at 10:03am while ordering the guy taking my order yelled at me for not being able to speak or understand German. He told me to roll up to the window and then proceeded to speak perfect English to me and told me next time to go in the store. I asked him if he was having a bad morning and he apologized to me and stated that he wasn’t a morning person and doesnt like to speak English in the morning which i was fine with and told him its okay and i was going to let it go, but as i arrived home and was about to drink my drink i seen black spots on my lid so that made me open my drink just to look for some reason before taking a sip and when i did i seen black stuff floating everywhere in my drink. Im goad i caught it before drinking it but this made me wonder if something wrong was also done to my food because i upset the worker so much with by just not understanding or being able to speak German.

Ordered at the machine at 8:25 p.m., paid at the counter at 8:34 p.m. because the machine didn't work. Got the food at 9 p.m. Others who had ordered the same buckets were served beforehand. No extra supplement as compensation. The store wasn't even full. Get there on time today

Everything went well and tasted good

It doesn't smell as unpleasant as in comparable McDonalds or BK branches. Sunday, 8 p.m., approx. 40% capacity. Waiting time 5-10 minutes - is good. Friendly service, largely clean. Nevertheless, a few human pigs managed to spread their garbage on the ground. Humans are apparently the dirtiest of all living creatures, and unfortunately far too many specimens like to confirm this again and again. My table was freshly wiped down. The food was fresh and delicious. The seating was comfortable, but there was no WiFi - the competition can do that better. Otherwise quiet, relaxed atmosphere with relaxing lighting. I didn't check the toilets, I didn't want to spoil the dining experience, but I could imagine that it was cleaner than in some other fast food "restaurants" because it didn't smell as horrible as at one or two competing snack bars.

Ordering at the counter is no longer possible. After many years as a customer, today was my last visit.

Had to wait a long time for the food, then the sauces were forgotten, certain drinks were no longer available and the chicken was cooked through but very fatty and greasy... Oh yes, on top of that, the fries were cold too. Unfortunately the appetite was gone. It's a shame, I used to really like KFC...

I've eaten there several times and it's now become my favorite. The store was always tidy, there was no trash lying around, the tables were wiped, and the return container was completely empty. The drinks dispenser only had a few small splashes of soft drinks, the food was cooked through and warm, everything was complete. The cashier spoke broken German but smiled and was very friendly. Points deducted for the toilet. The urinals could be wiped down, otherwise there was nothing to complain about. I would prefer to stop there 👍🏻

'Normal' KFC. The order was prepared very quickly, the parts were hot and tasted as always. The tables could be cleaned more often and the P/L ratio is now a bit lopsided.

Always good. The prices are fair compared to other fast fooders, but the quality is much better if you prefer poultry-related dishes. Poultry burgers currently dominate. Drinks can be refilled free of charge. A special plus point. The shop on Kurt Schuhmacher Damm has been modernized inside and now looks even more American. The hard-working employees keep everything clean and are always in a good mood. "The colonel has everything under control" 😁

Poorly managed location. Food cold, drive-through employee shouting loudly across the room the whole time, generally very unfriendly.

Food is fine it’s like any other KFC. But their chicken is great. Service is great and food comes fast. Atmosphere mhmm could be better

The burger was a little dry but overall it wasn't bad. The outlet was slightly unclean and had sticky floor. And even the soft drink machine was so sticky and dirty

The two of us ate here and will avoid it in the future. After a long wait (there were only a few consumers in the restaurant) we received our menu, which was cold and tasteless. The staff apologized and tried to remedy the situation. There wasn't a single clean table in the entire restaurant, but that didn't seem to bother anyone. I usually avoid fast food restaurants and all of my negative prejudices were once again confirmed here.

At first I didn't quite trust the comments because I travel here from Reinickendorf Tegel very often, but the quality has actually dropped a lot in the last few weeks. It was the second time that I had to eat hot wings on the border of burnt and was a bit shocked by the staff almost exclusively coming from Pakistan or India. Personally, I will no longer visit this KFC. It's a shame how quickly you can ruin a good fast food restaurant with dumping wages.

The food is delicious as always. The staff is nice. Sometimes it takes too long for me personally. The speed at which food can be put together could be quicker. Especially when there are 4 of us and we each order individually because everyone pays for themselves.

Ice-cold shop (the staff shouldn't sweat, customers don't care) with completely overused products (tough, dry and lukewarm), no soap, no service. Thanks, never here again.

Ordered at the terminal and paid by card...Then I went to the toilet briefly and when I came out of the toilet I was called out with the order number...Probably for the "3" time according to the shift manager or whatever the guy's position is ...The guy who thought he was extremely important and gave his cashier instructions...The gentleman behind the counter just said to his cashier: "You called out 3 times, then just throw the food away, it's your own fault." Unable to correctly pack large online orders. The burger was completely missing from one menu and instead of the cheese fries we ordered, there were normal fries. Cost 16.79, get goods for less than €10. If you pick up in the drive-thru and only notice it when you get home, there are no contact options to clarify.

Chicken dealer we trust. Clean, fast and good. System gastro in an easily accessible location in Berlin. In the evening the raccoons come and look for their share.

Delivery service is so bad, I live in 1.4km distance to this restaurant but it took 45 minutes to bring my order for delivery guy. It was so cold

Something was always missing at the Drive Inn counter, which you only notice when you get home. SHAME.

The quality was very very poor!!! The food was very dry and not fresh. Employees hardly understand German or even English. 6 employees at the front of the checkout just standing around while a homeless guy just comes in and harasses the customers, that was the last time I'll ever come back!!!!

I was in this "restaurant" for the third time in my life and definitely the last time, the mashed potatoes are 1 to 1 reminiscent of prison food, the staff speaks, with exceptions, very bad or no German at all, those who could do it do it very unmotivated and unfriendly. Make scrambled eggs at home, it makes more sense and is better!!! New Ever!

There are 5 stars in the “Fast Food” segment. Friendly and helpful service that will take care of you if you can't use the machine or don't want to order via it. The food is like any KFC and tastes good. Istanbul something other than sticky burgers. The only thing, as with all KFCs, is that it feels like uncoordinated packing before serving, which leads to longer waiting times. And, unfortunately, the spicy chicken parts are no longer available. But otherwise, always good for a quick, tasty meal

Dips bucket with coleslaw and a Pepsi! The chicken pieces were cold and sticky. Not crispy! Fries also fluffy and tasteless! Of the 6 dips, there were ONLY 3 types to choose from, but this only had to be changed when it was served! You can't "teach" the order machine to do that! No, it's better to discuss things with employees who don't speak German but can only work with pictures! At the drinks counter (you only get an empty cup on the tray) there was a sign that Pepsi was only available at the DriveIn. So next debate, why do I get an empty cup? Or should I go behind the counter with my empty cup to get the Pepsi? 3 employees look at me and don't understand what I'm talking about! Anyway, they probably don't even know what's written on all the signs! The only thing that convinces in terms of taste is the coleslaw, but it has to be cold! A bad experience richer, never again! At the kebab around the corner it tastes better and is cheaper!

Along with the receipt, another collection slip came from the receipt issue, which was then not processed. At some point I noticed that I was still standing there. Since the receipt roll at the counter was empty, there was probably no receipt to process. Two service staff acted rather haphazardly. In addition, the ordering screens are hardly comprehensible, because menus use symbolic images instead of the actual content and the large monitor above suddenly suddenly switches from the information display to a full-scale KFC advertisement, as if you weren't already there. My last visit there to this chaos shop.

Had a very bad experience. Standing at the drive-in for 20 minutes. The employees were very unfriendly when I picked it up. Mam could see chaos in the kitchen. This was a new experience for me as I have always found this branch to be very good.

If I could I would give -3 stars. It was pretty quick but it's not clean, the taste is poor and the worst thing is that the employees know that the Pepsi tastes like a toilet and they still sell it!! Absolutely no recommendation!!!

Doesn't seem inviting. Service at the counter was only partially informative and repeatedly referred to the self-service terminals. The drinks dispenser also deserves to be cleaned several times. The food isn't really tasty. And ultimately, for the prices quoted, you can prepare really healthy, tasty, high-quality food at home. Although it was my first time eating here to try it, all I can say is: NEVER AGAIN and no recommendation.

The store has absolutely lost quality for about a year. The burgers and wings were barely edible, even though I only got the one box of 5.

Two days ago I stole a basket with 8 pieces of chicken. At home I saw that there were 4 pieces of rear wings and 4 pieces of front wings and they were all so dry that I mixed everything in the trash can.

I have come here many times...but now there is a lack of German-speaking and competent employees I just wanted a menu for Zinger BBQ Burger without BBQ sauce... it stayed that way because she couldn't change it on her screen and didn't manage to tell her colleagues in the kitchen that the burger would be without BBQ sauce I say only qualified personnel!

Update:2.6.24 Back there again after 3 years (desire to have children). Even though we ordered online, I received my order last. The employees were exhausted (even though there was nothing going on) but they were nice. Our order wasn't very big but it took a long time!!!! I have the impression that the fries are becoming fewer and fewer and the chicken wings are becoming very small. The Pepsi unfortunately has very little carbonation. I'm not saying it doesn't taste good, but the HR meat would most likely have been left under the lamp for a long time. They weren't crispy anymore. The fries were also soggy. I live 5 minutes away and we ate immediately. A pity.

Due to my age, I prefer personal contact. I was there with lovely young people for whom ordering and paying at a machine is completely natural. I have tasted. The chicken pieces had an unpleasant spiciness and the puree with sauce reminded me of bag quality. But the little man I was there with enjoyed it. And! He loved being able to draw his own drink (in an endless loop). I don't go there alone anymore. Probably again with kids.

Kentucky always has consistent quality and can easily keep up with the other fast food providers. The coarse breading makes the products nice and crispy. The waiting time in the evening shop was quite long today (19 minutes). I hope that was a slip-up. Because I wasn't used to such long waiting times, and it doesn't do justice to the name fast food.

Does what it's supposed to but nothing more

There isn't much left of the quality of previous years, but today's order was the lowest point. Of the six chicken pieces, two were barely edible, one was indefinable, and three were spindly wing tips. Everything completely dry. The six crispies: too light, still dry, weak. Conclusion: 26 euros for mainly bones and breading. Never again.

I tried ordering here 5-6 times and every time its been mid to terrible. The biggest problem is that the fried chicken is often oily and "soggy". I dunno if they cook it at too low a temperature, or don't shake off the oil or something, but it's horrible. Love my junk food and I have a high capacity to eat most things, but this KFC makes me actually feel sick and can't finish it it's so bad. Wish it wasn't the case! It's just this specific shop cos the one I had in Potsdamer platz is great.

What a snotty shop that was. Employees are put at the checkout, they can hardly speak German, they have a total cold and something like that touches the food. Last Sunday, I had a disappointing experience at KFC. The ordering kiosk didn't print a receipt after I finished my order. I informed the staff and waited for a while, but unfortunately, the counter staff weren't very friendly about the situation. To top it off, the food itself wasn't up to par - the chicken was dry, and the fries weren't as fresh as I'm used to at other KFC locations.

The food was delicious. However, the waitress doesn't explain what the process is like in this store. I ordered food there and was given a bag to take away. I was then allowed to get the tray myself.

This KFC is probably my favorite so far in berlin. The food and its appearance are always great, even better than one in Alexanderplatz. Order time is amazing. i get my food in less than 5 minutes. Also, they recently made building renovating the new design, which looks clean and fresh.
