Kentucky Fried Chicken in Berlin

I ordered 9 chicken bits but only received 7. Without any prior notice or inquiry, they secretly added two other pieces of chicken to bring the total to 9. When I inquired about this, they said they didn't have enough bits but that more would arrive in 8 minutes. A simple question asking if I would wait or prefer an alternative would have been sufficient. The meat in the Zinger Classic was completely dry and oversalted.

The girl on reception is to rude

We went to the drive-thru today. The service was very friendly and quick. The crispies and fries were okay. However, these new fries are really bad. Totally soggy and completely unsalted. The competition can definitely do better.

I ordered at the drive-in. It was very quick. Everything was very fresh and hot. The trash cans in the parking lot should be checked more often, as they're often overflowing, and then the raccoons wandering around there start to devour them, which isn't good.

Lots of customers, staff at their limits but always friendly, long wait times. The food was nice and hot, actually worthy of 5 stars 🌟, but unfortunately the fries 🍟 were changed; they were hot but almost raw inside.

This branch in Berlin is clean and not crowded at least when we dined there. Its near to bus stops and tge atmosphere is kinda relaxing since it is quite far away from the crowded area.

Google asked. We got food from the drive-thru. Then we ate in the car while turning on Disney+ on our phone. The only thing I can say is that the service at the drive-thru took forever. Otherwise, it was just like any other fast-food restaurant.

Awful. Simply awful. I got the wrong order, so I had to wait extra for them to make a new one. I ate with my boyfriend, and my stomach hurt after half an hour. In short, I've had diarrhea for a day. The food didn't even taste good. 0/10 worst thing my stomach has ever experienced.

If you like crispy chicken, this is the place for you. Unfortunately, you need a strong stomach even for the really crispy bits, as they are very spicy and not suitable for children. The non-spicy bits are tasty, but the breading isn't as crispy, and if you take them with you, they become wobbly. The coleslaw is also delicious, but shouldn't be packed with the hot meal components. Unfortunately, the chicken delight is very expensive, so not everyone can afford it.

If they had some kind of small salad and curry rice or something... Then you could eat there every day. They got rid of the best sauce, which was hot sauce, a year ago. American food culture is characterized by being unhealthy, profit-driven, and overpriced. For the same money, you can get much tastier, healthier Middle Eastern food in Berlin! A small salad with lots of cucumber and peppers would have the potential to make KFC number one, despite the extremely unhealthy, bad frying oil. It will never happen.

I ordered food through Uber Eats, it arrived, and after a few bites, I noticed black/grayish spots on my food. My first thought was mold. I called the store, but they weren't particularly concerned. They fobbed me off on the phone and told me to just contact Uber Eats.

The food was delicious, and thanks to the ordering terminal, everything ran smoothly. It's a shame that we didn't get napkins for the food tray; we had to wipe the table ourselves, even though there were only two staff members standing around. There were also several tables that were no longer usable because, unfortunately, there were people who were too good to clean up their own leftovers.

I've rarely had such bad food. The fries were soggy and only half-cooked. The chicken pieces were soggy, and the breading I used to go to KFC for was slimy and not crispy like it should be. The place was completely overheated, so you get a hot flash when you walk in. A very bad investment of 10 euros. Never again.

It was the 3rd of August in the year of our Lord 2025. A comfortable yet cloudy day, with a threat of rain not far off. I stumbled in from a long weekend with an old friend after she sold me on the idea of the new Naan chicken Burger offer. Hailing from the excrementious Isle of Britain, I couldn't refuse the suggestion. So I fully embraced the journey from Eichbourndamm to the location with great gusto. There was a weise full of insects, a Witches cottage, and a small village like street surrounded by the typical Berlin apartments of the Old 'French Sector'. The food was amazing, warm, crunchy, moist bird flesh and succulent texture on the tongue. But I was aghast to realise that my true purpose of going to KFC that day was the revelation of The Chicken Queen. I must say one of the reasons the food was so good that day was not my burning hunger, nor my nauseating hangover, no Sir. But the happiness of the staff as they went about the trials of a busy Sunday evening. I took once flipped a burger, spun a pizza, drenched crafted potato batons in hot oil. I sympathised with the workers. And there she was, The Chicken Queen l, The Jewell in the Colonels crown. A marvelous and beautiful woman. I will never forget her and the jolly atmosphere she shared with her colleagues and the mesmerising way she handle the produce with her red tongs. The food is great, but unfortunately, if you're not familiar with the place, you'll be greeted with rather rude service. The ordering machines were broken, so you had to order directly, and any questions you asked were met with annoyance. It's a real shame, because the food is delicious.

I was at the drive-thru on July 15, 2025, at around 10 p.m. The man was very friendly and patient! The food was also fresh.

All you could hear from the kitchen was: "I'm fed up!" It's nice to have it written down on paper, but it's no use if it's not true. Of the five chili cheeseburgers, one actually had chili in it.

The wait was far too long for a fast food restaurant (15-20 minutes). Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm. Important information: The drive-thru is very, very narrow!

We like to have a necessary meal every now and then

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my order. They simply forgot to include the fries, even though I had paid for them. This shouldn't happen during a thorough inspection. Especially with takeout food, you expect everything to be complete, especially when you're looking forward to it. What a shame!

KFC is always worth a visit when you're hungry (Drive-thru customer)

It's becoming more and more impersonal with these touch screens and the atmosphere is cold and impersonal...it still tastes good but I'd rather eat somewhere else.

I've had both good and not so good experiences here. My opinion: it's better to go in more often. I didn't take enough or the wrong things with me in the drive-in. So now I always check to see if everything is there. Or just go in there, making a complaint is easier.

We bought 8 chicken pieces, 2 coleslaws, and 1 fries to take away. The chicken pieces were garbage...no meat on them, just a hard, burnt crust! We'll never go there again! €30, the equivalent of 60 DM, and such garbage...I don't recommend this place!

It takes forever to get your food. The staff has private conversations very loudly and the order screens hardly work or don't work at all. The music inside is terrible. I probably won't come again.

The store was exceptionally busy on Thursday evening (April 3rd) and accordingly there were many orders - both in-house and in the drive -in as well as via delivery services. No one speaks German. They don't accept 200-euro bills, even though it's not signposted. The only one who speaks German yells at the workers like they're dirt. Never again! I'll report this to consumer protection.

I have been visiting this KFC for over 15 years and I can say that the quality has gotten worse and worse over the last 4 years. The fries are rarely fresh. The drinks never feel carbonated and KFC's prices also rise due to poorer quality. That was my last visit here

Overwhelmed foreign staff, no soap in the toilet. The only thing with taste was the Pepsi, the rest were just spicy.

I just went there today at 10:03am while ordering the guy taking my order yelled at me for not being able to speak or understand German. He told me to roll up to the window and then proceeded to speak perfect English to me and told me next time to go in the store. I asked him if he was having a bad morning and he apologized to me and stated that he wasn’t a morning person and doesnt like to speak English in the morning which i was fine with and told him its okay and i was going to let it go, but as i arrived home and was about to drink my drink i seen black spots on my lid so that made me open my drink just to look for some reason before taking a sip and when i did i seen black stuff floating everywhere in my drink. Im goad i caught it before drinking it but this made me wonder if something wrong was also done to my food because i upset the worker so much with by just not understanding or being able to speak German.

Ordered at the machine at 8:25 p.m., paid at the counter at 8:34 p.m. because the machine didn't work. Got the food at 9 p.m. Others who had ordered the same buckets were served beforehand. No extra supplement as compensation. The store wasn't even full. Get there on time today

Everything went well and tasted good

It doesn't smell as unpleasant as in comparable McDonalds or BK branches. Sunday, 8 p.m., approx. 40% capacity. Waiting time 5-10 minutes - is good. Friendly service, largely clean. Nevertheless, a few human pigs managed to spread their garbage on the ground. Humans are apparently the dirtiest of all living creatures, and unfortunately far too many specimens like to confirm this again and again. My table was freshly wiped down. The food was fresh and delicious. The seating was comfortable, but there was no WiFi - the competition can do that better. Otherwise quiet, relaxed atmosphere with relaxing lighting. I didn't check the toilets, I didn't want to spoil the dining experience, but I could imagine that it was cleaner than in some other fast food "restaurants" because it didn't smell as horrible as at one or two competing snack bars.

I've eaten there several times and it's now become my favorite. The store was always tidy, there was no trash lying around, the tables were wiped, and the return container was completely empty. The drinks dispenser only had a few small splashes of soft drinks, the food was cooked through and warm, everything was complete. The cashier spoke broken German but smiled and was very friendly. Points deducted for the toilet. The urinals could be wiped down, otherwise there was nothing to complain about. I would prefer to stop there 👍🏻

'Normal' KFC. The order was prepared very quickly, the parts were hot and tasted as always. The tables could be cleaned more often and the P/L ratio is now a bit lopsided.

Always good. The prices are fair compared to other fast fooders, but the quality is much better if you prefer poultry-related dishes. Poultry burgers currently dominate. Drinks can be refilled free of charge. A special plus point. The shop on Kurt Schuhmacher Damm has been modernized inside and now looks even more American. The two of us ate here and will avoid it in the future. After a long wait (there were only a few consumers in the restaurant) we received our menu, which was cold and tasteless. At first I didn't quite trust the comments because I travel here from Reinickendorf Tegel very often, but the quality has actually dropped a lot in the last few weeks. Ordered at the terminal and paid by card...Then I went to the toilet briefly and when I came out of the toilet I was called out with the order number...Probably for the "3" time according to the shift manager or whatever the guy's position is ...The guy who thought he was extremely important and gave his cashier instructions...The gentleman behind the counter just said to his cashier: "You called out 3 times, then just throw the food away, it's your own fault." Unable to correctly pack large online orders. The burger was completely missing from one menu and instead of the cheese fries we ordered, there were normal fries. Cost 16.79, get goods for less than €10. If you pick up in the drive-thru and only notice it when you get home, there are no contact options to clarify.
