Along with the receipt, another collection slip came from the receipt issue, which was then not processed. At some point I noticed that I was still standing there. Since the receipt roll at the counter was empty, there was probably no receipt to process. Two service staff acted rather haphazardly. In addition, the ordering screens are hardly comprehensible, because menus use symbolic images instead of the actual content and the large monitor above suddenly suddenly switches from the information display to a full-scale KFC advertisement, as if you weren't already there. My last visit there to this chaos shop.

As always, very, very nice, friendly staff at McDrive and also in the store!

Had a very bad experience. Standing at the drive-in for 20 minutes. The employees were very unfriendly when I picked it up. Mam could see chaos in the kitchen. This was a new experience for me as I have always found this branch to be very good.

If I could I would give -3 stars. It was pretty quick but it's not clean, the taste is poor and the worst thing is that the employees know that the Pepsi tastes like a toilet and they still sell it!! Absolutely no recommendation!!!

Doesn't seem inviting. Service at the counter was only partially informative and repeatedly referred to the self-service terminals. The drinks dispenser also deserves to be cleaned several times. The food isn't really tasty. And ultimately, for the prices quoted, you can prepare really healthy, tasty, high-quality food at home. Although it was my first time eating here to try it, all I can say is: NEVER AGAIN and no recommendation.

The store has absolutely lost quality for about a year. The burgers and wings were barely edible, even though I only got the one box of 5.

We ordered via the machine and received our food quickly, which tasted very good. The only negative thing in my opinion is the air conditioning, the prices and the savings wherever possible (sauce with fries costs 50 cents extra). Chicken was juicy, burger too, everything was great👍🏼

Two days ago I stole a basket with 8 pieces of chicken. At home I saw that there were 4 pieces of rear wings and 4 pieces of front wings and they were all so dry that I mixed everything in the trash can.

I have come here many times...but now there is a lack of German-speaking and competent employees I just wanted a menu for Zinger BBQ Burger without BBQ sauce... it stayed that way because she couldn't change it on her screen and didn't manage to tell her colleagues in the kitchen that the burger would be without BBQ sauce I say only qualified personnel!

UPDATE!!! After a long time I was back. unprepared, redesigned, mistakes when ordering and the crunzy burgers emptier than McDonald's. Sad I don't think I'll try again. Update:2.6.24 Back there again after 3 years (desire to have children). Even though we ordered online, I received my order last. The employees were exhausted (even though there was nothing going on) but they were nice. Our order wasn't very big but it took a long time!!!! I have the impression that the fries are becoming fewer and fewer and the chicken wings are becoming very small. The Pepsi unfortunately has very little carbonation. I'm not saying it doesn't taste good, but the HR meat would most likely have been left under the lamp for a long time. They weren't crispy anymore. The fries were also soggy. I live 5 minutes away and we ate immediately. A pity.

Due to my age, I prefer personal contact. I was there with lovely young people for whom ordering and paying at a machine is completely natural. I have tasted. The chicken pieces had an unpleasant spiciness and the puree with sauce reminded me of bag quality. But the little man I was there with enjoyed it. And! He loved being able to draw his own drink (in an endless loop). I don't go there alone anymore. Probably again with kids.

Kentucky always has consistent quality and can easily keep up with the other fast food providers. The coarse breading makes the products nice and crispy. The waiting time in the evening shop was quite long today (19 minutes). I hope that was a slip-up. Because I wasn't used to such long waiting times, and it doesn't do justice to the name fast food.

Does what it's supposed to but nothing more

There isn't much left of the quality of previous years, but today's order was the lowest point. Of the six chicken pieces, two were barely edible, one was indefinable, and three were spindly wing tips. Everything completely dry. The six crispies: too light, still dry, weak. Conclusion: 26 euros for mainly bones and breading. Never again.

Food is over priced and low quality. Never again.

I tried ordering here 5-6 times and every time its been mid to terrible. The biggest problem is that the fried chicken is often oily and "soggy". I dunno if they cook it at too low a temperature, or don't shake off the oil or something, but it's horrible. Love my junk food and I have a high capacity to eat most things, but this KFC makes me actually feel sick and can't finish it it's so bad. Wish it wasn't the case! It's just this specific shop cos the one I had in Potsdamer platz is great.

What a snotty shop that was. Employees are put at the checkout, they can hardly speak German, they have a total cold and something like that touches the food. Then you want to eat something in peace outside and are approached by idiots who have nothing better to do than smoke their heads. It's impossible for the store to match the surroundings

Because we sat for more than 2 hours we had to pay €35 in parking fees, a shame. Service is not attentive. Food quality has declined in recent years, which is a shame. No wonder it's always empty here

Last Sunday, I had a disappointing experience at KFC. The ordering kiosk didn't print a receipt after I finished my order. I informed the staff and waited for a while, but unfortunately, the counter staff weren't very friendly about the situation. To top it off, the food itself wasn't up to par - the chicken was dry, and the fries weren't as fresh as I'm used to at other KFC locations.

The food was delicious. However, the waitress doesn't explain what the process is like in this store. I ordered food there and was given a bag to take away. I was then allowed to get the tray myself.

This KFC is probably my favorite so far in berlin. The food and its appearance are always great, even better than one in Alexanderplatz. Order time is amazing. i get my food in less than 5 minutes. Also, they recently made building renovating the new design, which looks clean and fresh.

Can someone please close this store? Or at least change the staff?? They are totally overwhelmed & for the prices they have, you should be able to meet the minimum requirements. It can't be possible for several different people to vomit all night long after eating in this store! There is something massively wrong & unfortunately this is not the first experience but definitely the last bad experience with this KFC. The health department should pay you a visit.

The order did not apply.. It was take away., The wrong order came out at the dining table... I was lazy to drive the long distance back... It was on Sunday.

Unfortunately, not only have the prices risen sharply, but the quality and quantity have decreased significantly! At the Cheese Chrunch recently there were 2 larger pieces of nuggets per burger, but today there are only half of them, which were also flattened... 40 Hotwings, 12 Chicken Orig and 2 cheese Chrunch for €66.97 🥺 The chicken was cool and very chewy! I think that was the last time...

Everything ok, not really my thing when it comes to food, but everything is fresh and clean. Very nice staff.

The Crispys Bucket is highly recommended. We like to use the Sweet Imperial Dip (Asia).

Large fries cost €3.49 and look at the size.

It's been a long time since we ate in the restaurant with 4 people and ordered more than just wings. There were no fries, there were no drinks. Had to complain twice. These chilli cheese fries are a disgrace. For €2.5 extra, you get a small cup with hardly anything in it. Dip the fries in it and they keep falling over. No fork included. Food was also rather lukewarm to warm. No wet wipes included. You can hardly communicate with the employees. I think that was the last visit.

Hot Wings immer wieder geil😁und Dienstag im Angebot. Allerdings für 3 Cheesetaler so groß wie eine 5 DM Münze 2,99€ zu verlangen ist eine Frechheit!

Wenn man Kunden am drive-inn stehen hat, sollte man zügig das bestellte Essen verpacken und nicht mit seinem Kollegen einen Plausch halten. Wenn ich das Essen nicht schon bezahlt gehabt hätte, wäre ich los gefahren. So einen schlechten Service hab ich schon lange nicht mehr gehabt.

Update 02.01.2024 Es gab einen Umbau - Ambiente nun deutlich besser. Essen ok, aber immer noch teilweise lange Wartezeit. Pommes immer noch versalzen Update 30.09.21 Crispis lauwarm MA hinter dem Tressen versteht kein/kaum deutsch Erst die DRITTE Beschwerde beim Geschäftsführer bracht es dazu das sie heiß aus der Küche geholt werden. Inzwischen waren aber die 'Pommes kalt. einfach nur noch ohne Worte Immer schlechter Es wird leider immer schlechter Terminalzahlung funktioniert nicht Bestellung erste essen wird an jemand anderen herausgegeben Bis ich mein Essen dann hatte über 20 min gewartet

Das Restaurant ist sauber, Personal freundlich und flink. Das Hähnchenfleisch mit der typischen Panade ist ein Traum

Der Geschmack ist ebenfalls sehr schlecht

Mir fehlte die typische Kommunikation bei einer Bestellung. Keine Empfehlungen, Frage nach weiteren Wünschen oder einfach ob ich Majo oder Ketchup möchte. Da ist viel Luft nach oben in der Kommunikation mit dem Kunden.

Mitarbeiter kommen überhaupt nicht klar und Ansatz zu arbeiten und bestellungen fertig zu machen machen sie Witze untereinander und es kommt so rüber als wäre man im Kino. 25min auf essen gewartet 2 Menüs!! Ihr voll spaßten👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Kann einfach nicht verstehen, wie man so inkompetent sein kann, selbst bei kleinsten Bestellungen geht ständig was schief und die Qualität oft miserabel bis abartig! Vielleicht solltet Ihr mal Leute einstellen, die wirklich Freude an der Arbeit haben und demzufolge auch abliefern. Und nicht welche, die sich verlaufen haben und zufällig dort arbeiten aber eh keine Lust haben.

Essen sehr trocken, viel Panade und wenig Fleisch. Auch die Menge Kartoffelpüree war wenig. Wahnsinnig teuer, 7,49 für ein paar Hotwings, die nicht mal scharf sind. Aber gut, Empfindungssache. Viel Geld für was? Für Knochen? Tische sehr fertig. Das war's für uns, da gehen wir lieber in ein "richtiges" Restaurant. Ach ja: Es gibt keine Erfrischungstücher mehr. Wegen bissl Plastik drumherum. Also: Händewaschen auf dem Klo 🤢 oder mit versifften Händen nach Hause fahren

War schonmal deutlich besser, war einige Jahre nicht dort und die Qualität und die Portionen haben sich verschlechtert. Dazu kommt der höhere Preis. Gehe dort nicht mehr hin

Also früher super geil, heutzutage uff. App funktioniert nicht, Gutschein wohl nicht verfügbar. Burger war unterirdisch. Die Hot Wings Frisch heute morgen paniert, aber wir waren halt 18 Uhr da. Tischwahl nach dem geringsten Übel. Für 30 Tacken gönne ich mir lieber goldene Möwe.

Die Hot Wings waren gut bzw. Standard, die Bestellung ging flott. Nur beim Klo könnte man mal öfter durchwischen und aufräumen, weil die Kunden das Waschbecken meistens wie Sau hinterlassen

Belegschaft völlig überfordert, geben Bestellungen falsch raus. Nach Nachfrage wird man für dumm verkauft, wenn man fragt ob was fehlt.

The food was so kfc nothing great. But just kfc. I could not taste 11 herbs and spices though.

Hat sich extrem verschlechtert. Das Personal ist zu dusselig zum zählen. Für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Der Service war an dem Abend total überlastet. Dies lag auch daran, dass die Slefservice-Counter keine Belege ausgespuckt haben und man sich mit Glück oder dem Wissen durch Vorgäste seine Nummer fotografiert oder gemerkt hat. Das Essen: ja, es ist halt Fastfood. Aber es war nicht mein erstes Mal bei einem KFC und somit kann ich sagen, dass die Qualität auch hier nicht wirklich gut war. Die Panade war sehr fettig statt knusprig und auch sehr lückenhaft. Vom Ambiente her war es sowohl im Gast- als auch Waschraum eher unordentlich/dreckig.

Bestellt ein Karamellmilchshake und meinte die Karamell ist alle, ich hab Schoko gemacht. Und sie war völlig überfordert. Dort hin fahre ich nie wieder.

Ein normales KFC, Händchen waren sehr braun und nicht so gut wie gewohnt, Vor Ort ein wenig komisches Publikum.

Immer mal wieder gut. KFC ist das beste Fastfood, wenn man Hühnchen mag. Die Filiale am Kutschi ist sauber und das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich. Lediglich bei der Bestellung braucht man etwas Zeit, was nicht so richtig zum Konzept passen will. Update 09/23: auch KFC hat sich dem Markt angepasst und zeigt sich mit deutlich kleineren Portionen bei steigenden Preisen. Das macht weder glücklich, noch satt. Wenn man bei der Bestellung eines Veggie-Burgers dann noch Speck als Zutat angeboten bekommt, wird einem klar, dass sich KFC nicht im Geringsten um politische, zeitgemäße oder religiöse Fragen schert. Das Unternehmen befindet sich ganz offensichtlich auf Talfahrt. Schade um viele einst leckere und üppige Produkte.

Essen ist ganz ok, was man halt von KFC kennt. Service: es ist immer voll und man hat das Gefühl, es ist zu wenig Mitarbeiter vor Ort da, dann erfolgt auch kein guter Service. Der Restaurant sieht sehr ungepflegt aus, die Tische dreckig, auf dem Boden liegen Essensreste und kassenbons. Ein Mitarbeiter macht sauber, aber ihm reichen seine 2 Hände nicht aus, um alles sauber zu halten.
