I love eating at McDonalds, but Burger King has gotten a lot better lately

They wouldn't let us use the toilet even though we ate there. Apperantly we didn't keep the receipt, therefore using the toilet is against company policy. Very rude staff.

Citizen King, it's really a shame, it's actually great citizens, especially when you can get almost everything and Citizen King doesn't offer much difference in price, you should try a little harder and try to satisfy the customer. My citizen was really cold and looked like it had just been thrown together, the onion rings were really hard and tasted old, coffee latte with oat milk, but actually only with that, hardly any coffee and foam? What is foam, apparently! Service, well, Citizen King. Great location directly on Wilmersdorfer str, nice view where you can watch everything going on. Long wait

Probably the worst Burger King in Berlin

Very bad, never here again. About 32 degrees in Berlin, here you get a hot cola and there are no ice cubes, an outrage without limits.

When I finished ordering and wanted to pay, I suddenly had to pay 50 cents more at the checkout because the prices had apparently changed since I ordered 10 seconds before.

Incompetent club. So often the wrong thing is given or simply forgotten. To be honest, it's not that difficult, but you should avoid this dirty place.

Lack of sauce ordered and fries

The people there are just stupid after I had to let the burger go back four times because they just can't read...no one there seems to be able to speak German either...absolute crap shop, go somewhere else and save your money.

Normal fast food. Unfortunately, there are often problems with the ordering machines and the staff hardly understands German. So if you're not afraid to dance your order, you can go there without any worries.

Update new visit on 6/3/24 Big King was cold and cheese didn't melt. Burger was remade. But rather hesitantly. So we won't be ordering there anymore in the future. Very unfortunate. Been waiting for a burger and fries for over 10 minutes. When my order was through. There was only one customer in front of me. Now 7 customers after me who ordered after me came to eat before me. Let's see when we get served here. Excessive checkout with only one person. I'll never buy here again. BK can actually do something different.

The worst Whopper I've ever had. cold, old bread, almost no sauce and zero grilled taste. And then a chicken nugget and all the sauces were missing. This is how you can ruin your mood with your own money. Staff unfriendly + overwhelmed. For minutes there was almost no one to be seen in the front area. Next time I'll eat kebab and see what I get!

If you like fast food and want it to be clean, this is the place for you. The Albanian tenant and manager has the shop well under control. The burgers are decent.

The people who work here haven't achieved anything anywhere else, so their inferior existence is shaped by this job!

Terrible service, employees should be trained. If the product is out of stock, it should be posted with a sign. Children's toy products/unavailable items should be mentioned.

Here you are king, the late shift is always friendly and does their best even under pressure.

While the food itself is what you'd expect from a Burger King, the wait times came close to a normal restaraunt, even when there only are one or two people ahead of you. However it ususally has places to sit with a good view onto the road.

It's a shame, the service was just standing around with a cell phone in his hand, the store was busy. The employees didn't really know what to do and who should do it. There was no one who was obviously a superior to bring order.

Me and my friend recently ordered at 8:45 p.m. and the delivery didn't arrive until 11 p.m. You don't even have to try to call because none of the staff will answer the phone. For me service is something different and it's getting worse. It's a shame for such a global company.

Horrible!! Was there several times in 2-3 weeks while there was a coupon for hot brownie.. The machine was broken for a long time or there was no brownie... as soon as the coupon was gone, oops there was hot brownie again... never again.. it didn't taste like it used to, especially the employees because they aren't exactly the friendliest! Just really annoyed 🙄

The service only gets 2 stars because I had the beef burger, which I hadn't ordered as a vegetarian, replaced with the plant-based version and the staff was understanding. There was no compensation or anything similar for this absolute zero number. Two out of two people were simply served incorrectly. You already know why you don't go to BK.

First time in the branch, positive experience

The restaurant has improved a lot. We had dinner there with the family yesterday. The restaurant was very clean, the food was fresh and very well prepared. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The visit itself was very successful. Always happy for the next time.

Ordered a menu with 2 X-tra Long Chili Cheese (13.69 EUR), received a menu with 2 Double Chili Cheese. When asked: "...we weren't there anymore." Nothing else. I paid well for it. Service is different, just not in Berlin.

We treated ourselves to two savings menus for €5.99: two vegetarian cheeseburgers each, two fries and two drinks: it was delicious. You cant complain! (We don't really eat fast food that often either)

By far the worst Burger King in the world. I moved to the area 2 years ago and I just can't figure it out. Literally every f***ing time the fries are sticky, the drink isn't carbonated, and even the good old trick of adding an extra side dish because then you assume they have to make them fresh, you think - they just take ' a cold burger and then throw that in between. A good branch manager just has to go in there and do some bambule - I just can't believe how people still go there. The Mäcces opposite shows how it's done - the shop is just so incredibly dirty and cheeky.

By midday some products were no longer in stock and then no information was posted. Take care of your logistics.

Was die Gesundheit befrechts, so achten sie überhaupt nicht auf Hygiene. They wear no gloves. Mit derselben Hand, mit der sie das Geld anfassen, bereiten sie auch das Essen zu. Sie fassen das Brot und den Hamburger an und säubern den Hosenboden mit derselben Hand. Ich kann wirklich nicht glauben, warum die Angestellten in dieser Filiale so schmutzig arbeiten. Ich habe diese Filiale schon mehrmals beschutz, und die Geschäftsleitung kontrollier dieses schlechte Verhalten nicht. It was a disaster, the worst branch ever. The place is very dirty, tables are not being emptied and staff is very mean, unprofessional, and specially the girl behind the counter is very rude and seems like she hates her job. Food way very bad and burger was served cold and I had to change it for a warm one. Never again will eat there.
