I didn't actually want to leave a bad review, because our order was complete, the fries and salad were crisp, and the restrooms were clean. However, if I had seen beforehand that AI was being used to write so many reviews here, I would have avoided this branch. At least put in some effort if you're going to use fake reviews.

Reasons why I'll never come here again and only go to the McDonald's across the street. 1. My son didn't get his shadow toy. He loves sonic, and it didn't state that there weren't any left so he was very upset. 2. The bathrooms have a security code you need to ask for to go inside. I don't have enough time to hold in my pee. 3. There's a 'ding' noise that comes when an order is ready. I get PTSD the more I hear it. 4. The nuggets are very dry like. The only reason I put one star is because of the fact I couldn't write a review without it, and at least the fries were hot.

This American fast food chain has A LOT of vegan veggie options and I love them for it Germany is living in the future whilst in North America only 1 plant based option is available the food in Germany all the way down to the burger patty is way better tasting and texture. Dude, so stupid, €10 for a rotten old burger that's already been sitting for three days and tastes bad. The chicken nuggets were cold and dried out. I couldn't eat the burger, it was so disgusting... My day is ruined! Such stupidity.

I ordered a plat based cheese burger. The burger was very dry, which I never expected from BurgerKing. I ordered extra add ons, which were very little. OK-ish taste, the patties inside was good though, but the overall dryness left me unsatisfied. The atmosphere was ok, nothing special. What i definitely did not appreciate was how rude the staffs were. There was a girl and a boy as staff. They were rude, first they gave me just gave me the burger, which was wrapped by a paper, as if someone is feeding a dog carelessly. Even though I mentioned eat in, there was no tray, no tissue paper. When I pointed out this, the staff behaved in more rude way as if they are doing a favour to me.

Today I wanted a vegan burger with coffee for breakfast, and luckily McDonald's was nearby. I thought I'd definitely get it. But they'd discontinued it. Okay, so it didn't have any vegan cheese or vegan sauce. And at Burger King, almost all burgers are completely vegan, with vegan sauce. You don't have to leave out the sauce for the burger to be vegan, like at McDonald's. Here, they add a delicious, creamy vegan fries sauce to your plant-based meal, without any special announcement. And when you wash your hands, there's a hook for your bag by the door. Burger King is so friendly and service-minded! Please get them vegan cheese!

That day I had ordered a meal with fries, coke, churros and two burgers. The lady forgot to put a burger in, so I called and she told me that I had to go there and pick up the burger. I then told her, I'll order again, can you please include the burger in my order, and she said yes, in the end the burger I had ordered came, but the second burger from the first order wasn't in it. The woman was very rude and couldn't speak German. And my churros were covered in chocolate and smeared all over the bag. The Burger King on Wilmersdorfer Straße is really disgusting and I wouldn't recommend eating there.

Very bad service, you order there and have to wait 20 minutes for a burger while others order huge bags and come after you but get their food before you and then they are also rude when you ask for your money back and insult you in Albanian

I was so impressed with kindness of the staff here. My printer didn't work when I ordered from the kiosk and when I informed them they were very apologetic and even offered to give me some fries for free. This is definitely my favourite Burger King spot in Berlin now!

I didn't get around to making a purchase. The girl at the checkout was uninterested and preferred to chat with her colleague in her native language, leaving me standing there looking stupid.

What a mess! Women's restroom out of service. Dirty. The terminal crashes at random, so your entire order is simply gone. If you ask the "employee" for help, she's so busy she has to get up and look away from her phone. Unfortunately, communication is also poor, as neither German nor English is spoken. And last but not least, two extra sauces were charged at €1.60, but weren't given out. Great... the burgers were dry, and the onion rings didn't taste as good as usual without the sauce...

The opening hours state that they are open from 10 a.m. Now, it has happened several times that nothing was open at 11 a.m.

this was the worst experience with delivery “food” I have ever had!!! i get that it’s burger king and like every other similiar fast food chain “restaurant” a not so great idea to begin with, but waiting for two hours for you order, getting it cold and partly smashed is just unacceptable! the poor delivery guy was even ashamed. this was a ridiculous waste of time and money!!! i beg of you people that came to the review section: go anywhere else or let it be delivered from anywhere else! i payed ~21€ for my order - i could’ve gotten a WAY more decent burger ANYWHERE ELSE in HALF the time it took BURGER KING to deliver it! i wish i could give zero stars!!!

We ate in a group only because we got hungry on the way and nearby - there were places of colorful engineers with dirty fingernails, which you have to watch out for and here in BK Berlin we were also disappointed. Not very tasty for their old style and standards, the food is to be fucked off.

Unfortunately, I have to say that this branch is a disaster. The food usually arrives cold, the fries are never really hot or fresh. Dirty beyond belief, and the staff are meh... I'm such a BK fan, but this branch just makes me sad. Across the street is the MC branch. A dream and always busy. Fries and burgers always fresh and delicious. Last Saturday, BK was completely closed at 2 p.m., and the employees were very rude about it. Nothing against BK; the branches in Spandau and at Tempelhofer Feld are top-notch. But I will never set foot in Wilmersdorf again in this lifetime. The conditions there are absolutely catastrophic. Thank goodness there's MC across the street 😋

I had my food delivered. My order wasn't complete. A menu worth €12 was missing. How could that be? That was the last time for me. First, I waited over an hour, and then I tried for over 20 minutes to reach someone at the restaurant to tell them that my order wasn't complete. No one answered. At some point, the phone was disconnected. "The subscriber doesn't want to take calls." How rude are you? The people on shift tonight (1-3 a.m.) should be ashamed of themselves. It would have been easy to just pick up the phone.

What followed was a surreal odyssey that tested my patience, blood sugar, and will to live. First, the order takes forever. I try calling the restaurant—crickets. Turns out the phone works fine, they just don’t answer it. Bold strategy. Then I contact Uber “Support,” which is basically a choose-your-own-adventure book where every page says: “Wait a little longer.” For a full hour, I was trapped in a Groundhog Day loop of copy-pasted messages from what I assume was either a sleep-deprived intern or a bot that recently suffered a stroke. They inform me: The restaurant is handling the delivery (surprise twist), I should keep waiting (because starvation builds character, apparently). Two hours later, with my blood sugar plummeting and my faith in humanity circling the drain, I drag myself to the restaurant. Inside: a sad lineup of neglected burgers sitting on the counter like puppies waiting to be adopted—mine included. Now, here’s where it gets art-house tragicomic. I try to calmly explain to one of the staff—a lady with really pretty eyes, by the way—that there’s clearly a communication issue between Uber and the store. I politely let her know: “Hey, unless someone fixes this, none of these burgers are going anywhere today.” You’d think I’d insulted her entire bloodline. She takes it terribly, as if I’m some Karen yelling about onions. Nope. Just a sugar-deprived person trying to explain that five orders are about to ghost their customers unless someone—anyone—figures out how these two corporate giants are fumbling the handoff. And to all of this, none of this was really my problem. Anyway, long story short: • I delivered my own burger. • It was cold, soggy, and tasted like passive-aggressive incompetence. • Uber and the restaurant both pointed fingers like it was a corporate blame mexican standoff. • And customer support was a beautiful lesson in futility. Highly recommend if you want a free serotonin crash and a side of corporate runaround. Would give zero stars if I could, but here’s one out of sheer pity.

A guy from the staff is gonna come and throw you out of your seating (twice!) because you sat on the wrong place. Do not recommend.

I got a menu there for €4.99. Since a normal burger costs over €3.00 at BK, the menu price with additional fries and 0.4l drink was of course much cheaper. Unfortunately there are sockets only at seats with high tables and stools. If you have a physical disability like me, you can't use it. In addition, you are sitting on a presentation plate for people who are curiously looking through the windows from outside. It would be better if you stuck some kind of film on the windows so that you can't be observed while you eat.

I placed my order on the order board and paid by card, but the order didn't appear anywhere When I got my order after about 30 minutes, the burgers were cold as well as the fries, so I had to ask myself whether something was made fresh or whether it was simply served regardless of how fresh it is or should be!!!!! For me, this is a clear indication not to go to the Burger King on Wilmersdorfer Straße again What I can only advise every hungry fellow human being not to do!!!

So I had done a cash receipt survey for 1x free coffee or fries. That's what it said, I always got a coffee. Until the restaurant manager came and said, no, it's invalid because I waited a month too long for it. If she were a good manager, she would have turned a blind eye so that the customer would come back. I ordered a special menu for 5.99 euros, which in my opinion is a lot with an Italiano burger (i.e. roasted chicken), medium fries and Fanta 0.4 as a drink. The fries didn't look more dried and greenish in the warming hood for too long, and the chicken was also very dry, the sauce with it was a cheap herbal sauce that didn't fit at all. On the whole I didn't enjoy it plus the unfriendly restaurant manager plus poor abysmal service I won't be coming back any time soon

The really intense, LARGE fries just under 5€. When asked about the small portion, they are shown a bag that has only slightly less content. This is the ultimate way to earn money.

While I was eating, a dirty (unwashed) man came up to me and asked for money. He stood there like that for 3-4 minutes and just begged. I ignored him, but that didn't stop him. The staff didn't care at all. Indifference. I will never come again.

I've been to this Burger King many times, and every time there's been a problem. Sometimes they forgot the sauces, sometimes I got the wrong ones. When I ordered chocolate ice cream, they just brought me vanilla ice cream, and the Coke often came without ice cubes. But recently, the worst happened: I got food poisoning after eating at this Burger King. I'm sure the Big King burger was the cause, because I hadn't eaten anything else that day. I used to be able to tolerate the poor service of the staff, but now I'm just afraid to go back. Also, crazy people often enter the restaurant and disturb the customers, and homeless people beg for money.

The treatment of the staff was poor

On this very pleasant day I was compelled to enter this royally elegant restaurant. When I went to the self-service device, I of course prepared myself with vouchers on my telecommunications device. After just a few seconds I was able to send my order and after a short wait I received my order. When I brought this order home, I couldn't wait to take my taste buds to the next level. Unfortunately, I had a little mishap with my Cola Zero on the way home because it leaked into my paper bag. When I got home, I carefully unpacked and prepared everything. When I opened the spicy cheese burger, I was amazed at the sight. This order had plenty of roasted flavors, which I also greatly appreciated. These roasted aromas definitely sweetened my evening. Luckily, the minor accident with my soft drink didn't flavor my order with a sweet aroma.

The burger was with plastic taste. And fries were twice cooked. Never ever.
