We ordered one thing and received a completely different order for the same money. The whole mood is ruined.

I managed to get nothing to eat after 30 minutes, the machines are always rubbish and sometimes nothing works at the cash registers. Somehow the store is losing its way

While I was eating, a dirty (unwashed) man came up to me and asked for money. He stood there like that for 3-4 minutes and just begged. I ignored him, but that didn't stop him. The staff didn't care at all. Indifference. I will never come again.

I've been to this Burger King many times, and every time there's been a problem. Sometimes they forgot the sauces, sometimes I got the wrong ones. When I ordered chocolate ice cream, they just brought me vanilla ice cream, and the Coke often came without ice cubes. But recently, the worst happened: I got food poisoning after eating at this Burger King. I'm sure the Big King burger was the cause, because I hadn't eaten anything else that day. I used to be able to tolerate the poor service of the staff, but now I'm just afraid to go back. Also, crazy people often enter the restaurant and disturb the customers, and homeless people beg for money.

The treatment of the staff was poor

On this very pleasant day I was compelled to enter this royally elegant restaurant. When I went to the self-service device, I of course prepared myself with vouchers on my telecommunications device. After just a few seconds I was able to send my order and after a short wait I received my order. When I brought this order home, I couldn't wait to take my taste buds to the next level. Unfortunately, I had a little mishap with my Cola Zero on the way home because it leaked into my paper bag. When I got home, I carefully unpacked and prepared everything. When I opened the spicy cheese burger, I was amazed at the sight. This order had plenty of roasted flavors, which I also greatly appreciated. These roasted aromas definitely sweetened my evening. Luckily, the minor accident with my soft drink didn't flavor my order with a sweet aroma.

The burger was with plastic taste. And fries were twice cooked. Never ever.

Food is standard but comes quickly. Only the beggars are a bit annoying and a bit pushy.

The staff is really friendly , and speak very good english , as we were tourists traveling we didny know german , and the staff helped us at the terminal and were friendly , they even gave us a small toy foe our kid , thats a really good gesture , and the food was delicious,Thank you

I just ordered online and the delivery guy gave me only the food and no drink i had ordered a large coca cola.

The food in this restaurant is really so delicious, and so warm, it comes so fast! I really recommend this place ! I tried the food outside (in my home too) delivered so fast and warm ! Employers are so respectful and helpful to. From me 10/10

The corner is the last piece of dirt. Everything is cold, unfriendly, they forgot to serve half of them. You'll also get turned on if you say something was forgotten. My family and I will never eat there again. Everything is also overpriced. €60 for 4 menus. Wine would at least taste good...

Ordered via Lieferando and waited over 2.5 hours for our food. Nothing arrived. Even though the app said for an hour, order straight away. Nothing. I contacted Lieferando via chat and got the money transferred back.

The tables are dirty, the order terminals don’t work and there are no announcements about this, you can’t enter the toilet using the receipt code - the machine doesn’t work, we went to the toilet for the disabled - it’s terribly dirty, the child didn’t want to go in, it’s so dirty there at one of the tables a strange man is sleeping. Horribly dirty place. I don't recommend anyone to come here.

Ordered via Uber eats 4 or 5 times after work and every single order was missing a larger item (onion rings, flame wings, sometimes even a burger). Either the guys and girls there are really completely incompetent or they do it on purpose. I can't explain it any other way.

Unfortunately the quality is absolutely subterranean... I'm from North Rhine-Westphalia and I'm really not used to it there... Burger King keeps its promise of freshness and speed... Two burgers, two snacks and a drink over a 20 minute wait.. fries taste like yesterday.. black burger bread! No salad to be found anywhere.. the service lady prefers playing with her nails to serving or packing burgers.. during the time we were waiting for the food there was a person who didn't leave anything out of the burger three times... Who can tell that If a complaint is made, the customer's request should be met and not spoken to in a rude manner. Gloves were taken off in the kitchen and work continued without them (clearly visible through gaps) The hair on my burger has overflowed the barrel ... Never again in Berlin in Burger King..Total overwhelmed staff and that with 4 orders .. Here the management should see over again! Damaging to business!

Great and fast service, happy to come back

I ordered vanilla shake and paid for 0.5l and still got smaller ones without hearing a word from the worker. When I asked why I got small ones when I paid more, the answer was: we don't have large ones. The shake was supposed to be vanilla but had a strawberry aftertaste. The whole atmosphere was unpleasant. Employees were constantly shouting and arguing. I only ordered a burger, fries and a shake and even though it wasn't full I stood and waited for 8 minutes because the employees were busy arguing and arguing instead of serving. Never go there again, I'd rather go over the street to McDonald's.

Absolute disaster. Underground waiting times, food was ok. In the 20 minutes in which we ate, the same people came into the restaurant a total of 3 times, begged people while they ate and ate food from the tray carts. Always an experience at Burgerking. This time I just did it because I wanted to take part in the One Piece campaign. The lady (who I later found out was the manager) was very rude. Unfortunately they were not understood. I said three times I wanted the menu, then she said something incomprehensible and I apologized to the lady and told her that I didn't understand her, then she left cursing and another colleague stepped in. When the lady left you could hear her gossiping with another lady in a different language, you don't have to understand the language to know that nothing nice was said. While we were waiting for our order, the cashiers argued loudly with the kitchen staff. When my order was handed to me. Both shirts were missing and I only received them after asking.

Waited 20 minutes for a mini veggi burger only for it to be almost black and so burnt

We were with you today at around 3:30 p.m. We tried to order 2 menus for minutes, unfortunately the lady didn't understand us at all, babbled something rude to her colleague and disappeared shaking her head. You get ripped off there. It will only be delivered in 20 minutes. Then over an hour passes. With Wolt the timer doesn't go any further as if everything was frozen. Neither Wolt nor the Burger King branch responded. They simply set their phone to busy after I called once. Absolutely not recommended!

They didn't get our order right. They forgot our ice cream, made the burger wrong and are very unfriendly. The digital ordering devices don't work and many people have also ordered and not received a receipt and therefore lost their money. I don't recommend coming here.

Best Burger King store in Berlin

If it's 10 a.m. on Saturday, it doesn't open until 10:10. If you're in a hurry, stupid!

Burger King in Berlin has a long history of failure and unfortunately it's starting to look that way here. There are not enough staff to hand out food quickly and keep the store clean. The counter staff seem to be working on the orders on the verge of being overwhelmed. The toilets are generally in an unacceptable condition. At least the large burgers are pretty good, but the regular ones seem at first glance to be just bread.

I love eating at McDonalds, but Burger King has gotten a lot better lately

They wouldn't let us use the toilet even though we ate there. Apperantly we didn't keep the receipt, therefore using the toilet is against company policy. Very rude staff.

Citizen King, it's really a shame, it's actually great citizens, especially when you can get almost everything and Citizen King doesn't offer much difference in price, you should try a little harder and try to satisfy the customer. My citizen was really cold and looked like it had just been thrown together, the onion rings were really hard and tasted old, coffee latte with oat milk, but actually only with that, hardly any coffee and foam? What is foam, apparently! Service, well, Citizen King. Great location directly on Wilmersdorfer str, nice view where you can watch everything going on. Long wait

Probably the worst Burger King in Berlin

Very bad, never here again. About 32 degrees in Berlin, here you get a hot cola and there are no ice cubes, an outrage without limits.

When I finished ordering and wanted to pay, I suddenly had to pay 50 cents more at the checkout because the prices had apparently changed since I ordered 10 seconds before.

Incompetent club. So often the wrong thing is given or simply forgotten. To be honest, it's not that difficult, but you should avoid this dirty place.

Lack of sauce ordered and fries

The people there are just stupid after I had to let the burger go back four times because they just can't read...no one there seems to be able to speak German either...absolute crap shop, go somewhere else and save your money.

Normal fast food. Unfortunately, there are often problems with the ordering machines and the staff hardly understands German. So if you're not afraid to dance your order, you can go there without any worries.

I went to this branch today, the food was delicious and hot.

Food did not taste like something you could eat… It tasted like burnt plastic!

The cola was served at room temperature and in midsummer. In addition, the nuggets were fried for too long; you can get better ones in other BK branches.

Ordered hot blondie with ice cream. The "ice" was liquid like water. You don't sell ice cream here, then you don't sell hot blondies with milk sauce either. If I had known this beforehand, I definitely wouldn't have ordered here

I am very happy with the seller and the rest was very clean. Everything was very neat.

The worst Whopper I've ever had. cold, old bread, almost no sauce and zero grilled taste. And then a chicken nugget and all the sauces were missing. This is how you can ruin your mood with your own money. Staff unfriendly + overwhelmed. For minutes there was almost no one to be seen in the front area. Next time I'll eat kebab and see what I get!

Update new visit on 6/3/24 Big King was cold and cheese didn't melt. Burger was remade. But rather hesitantly. So we won't be ordering there anymore in the future. Very unfortunate. Been waiting for a burger and fries for over 10 minutes. When my order was through. There was only one customer in front of me. Now 7 customers after me who ordered after me came to eat before me. Let's see when we get served here. Excessive checkout with only one person. I'll never buy here again. BK can actually do something different.

If you like fast food and want it to be clean, this is the place for you. The Albanian tenant and manager has the shop well under control. The burgers are decent.

The people who work here haven't achieved anything anywhere else, so their inferior existence is shaped by this job!

Terrible service, employees should be trained. If the product is out of stock, it should be posted with a sign. Children's toy products/unavailable items should be mentioned.

Here you are king, the late shift is always friendly and does their best even under pressure.

While the food itself is what you'd expect from a Burger King, the wait times came close to a normal restaraunt, even when there only are one or two people ahead of you. However it ususally has places to sit with a good view onto the road.

It's a shame, the service was just standing around with a cell phone in his hand, the store was busy. The employees didn't really know what to do and who should do it. There was no one who was obviously a superior to bring order.

Me and my friend recently ordered at 8:45 p.m. and the delivery didn't arrive until 11 p.m. You don't even have to try to call because none of the staff will answer the phone. For me service is something different and it's getting worse. It's a shame for such a global company.
