It's 10:30 p.m. and the team has forgotten two menus and the corresponding sauces. Impudence!

McDonald's without a toilet! they bathed at the entrance to the store and no longer at McDonald's! but if I'm a McDonald's customer, why do I have to pay to use the toilet?

There is one restroom available, which is unacceptable given the number of guests. The restroom is locked, and you must leave your ID with a deposit to collect the key. This is very difficult with a small child, as it's difficult for a child to wait when they need to. The staff couldn't help.

I've probably been going to this McDonald's all my life, but this Saturday was definitely the last time. I ate the same thing as my children, but I didn't feel well for about an hour afterwards. I felt nauseous until I threw up and got chills. The next day exactly the same, I couldn't eat anything. Then I remembered that I had a McFlurry, but none of my children had touched it. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for our food (it was also very full) and cleanliness is something else. Unfortunately, I can only advise against entering this McDonald's if you don't want to get food poisoning.

Despite eating in the store, you are refused access to the toilet? Then you have to go out and you have to pay 50 cents per person. What an absolute disgrace! I will never enter the store again! It would be best if I gave no star at all! You should then take off the large toilet sign!!!

Unclean, food even made “fresh” was always lukewarm. Then not even a toilet for free. Not recommended, especially if your bladder is pressed after coffee. Inconvenient queuing of people waiting in front of the counter for toilet keys. These are available for a deposit, in the toilet then 50 cents for toilet gangan door entry machines. There was a deposit bottle at the urinal for which, only the burgers probably know that 🍔... .

You want a cheeseburger at 10 in the morning because you've been up since 6 a.m. and... Exceeding McDumm's highest competence is not possible...

I can only agree with the previous speaker, service was the last, I had ordered, among other things, egg bacon egg, the bacon was already bad, the latte was so touched with my fingers that I really had a hard time drinking it. Today I caught another self-service machine that doesn't respond to input (the other three always work without any problems, only this one doesn't respond). Because the remaining functioning ones were occupied, I went to the checkout and asked the lady if I could redeem the code from my “double pack” app. The lady at the checkout was overwhelmed. Then luckily the shift manager came who knew what was going on, with the double pack you can choose two burgers and I said, like in the picture in the app, a BigMac and Royal TS, what did I get, BigMac and Royal cheese 😬 🙄😒🤬. I was really in the mood for Royal TS and didn't want to exchange it now. Are you really not able to type in the right items? I mean you saw it in the picture in the app and I also said it verbally, nothing like that has ever happened to me at Burger King. Whatever is annoying, you can see my number on the screen under ready for collection and it will be deleted within seconds. When I go to the counter and say my number was ready for collection and has disappeared, they always say they are still being prepared. They probably do this to simulate fast operation in the system. McDonalds is cheating itself 🤪

Tried it for breakfast today. I was pleasantly surprised. It tasted good, the food was brought to the table by a very friendly waitress with a smile. The shop and toilets were clean. I just say THANK YOU

It was getting very late today, so we wanted to grab something quick to eat on the way home. we were really positively surprised! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we had issues with our app. They took the time to support us. Our children were also treated very nicely, which made the visit even more pleasant. The food was fresh and hot and we were served quickly. Even the ice cream machine worked ;) The tables were clean and tidy. We would particularly like to highlight Mr. Ramazan - he obviously had a lot of fun with his work and was always helpful and attentive. Thank you

What a disgrace! Food is ordered to be consumed on site and then you have to argue with the completely unfriendly and rude staff so that the children are allowed to use the toilet, which is locked. Only when you threaten to let the children pee in the restaurant will you be given the key. Outrageous!

Ordered a meal for the children here for €35. Unfortunately the door to the toilet is locked so you have to go through the center. Some people then charge €0.5 to use the toilet. But it's not a problem because you pay twice. Wash your hands once before and again after eating. Thought restaurants in Germany are obliged to offer toilets

On November 9th, 2024 at 12:26 p.m. in the restaurant, which seemed empty and quiet, we tried to find the cleanest one among the dirty tables and politely asked the staff to clean our table. Three different employees responded disrespectfully and ignored our request. Our food arrived ice cold and incomplete. This restaurant has fallen into disrepair and we will never come here again. At any Burger King or takeaway you can get better quality food and at least get what you pay for.

URGENTLY CLEAN THE MACHINES!!! I was just there, there were 4 of us in the car, we ordered and two of us who had Sprite with ice cream were full of particles and the colleague had A DEAD CELLAR RATTLE? I don't wonder how the dirt gets in there, it's obviously the ice cube machine, but a woodlice? How does it get into the sprite? Please get someone to clean your ice cube machine, because in many fast food restaurants it is not serviced and disgusting particles end up in the drink.

Very dirty. Floor is inadequately cleaned. Tables not wiped down. Benches and seats partly smeared with leftover food.

The staff can no longer speak German, the waiting time for the food was 20 minutes, it took 10 minutes to order on the computer, the food was served but it was cold. Simply terrible, better go to All Seasons opposite!!!!!

Unfortunately, this evening (Sunday 7:30 p.m.) I was the victim of admittedly discriminatory employees and customers. “Compatriots” (as it was admitted) were given preference and the employee card for discounts was also pulled out. When I raised the issue of discrimination because I already had decency, the customer admitted that it was the case and I should get lost now. The branch employee then simply talked his way out of it. Measures are definitely necessary here, as something like this cannot be a service.

The branch, although it has a toilet, sends customers to the mall's paid toilet. A restaurant of this size is obliged to offer free toilets.

It really took ages (35 minutes) until we got our food. Fast food quality, with anything but FAST... Even though we ordered it to the table, we were called (we went straight away) and unfortunately the burgers were still cold. I've never experienced it like that before... Really underground.

Eating McDonald's is typical. Staff have been unfocused for years or have intentionally forgotten to eat. No matter whether you order, in the DriveIn or on site. 1/2-1/3 of all orders are incorrect. I'm now tired of calling and complaining in order to get the missing food for free on my next visit.

I've had to get food here several times at my children's request and EVERY time something is missing. This time it was the Fanta and 2 cheeseburgers. With a large order, it is almost impossible to check in the car whether everything is there. Complaints are not even responded to.

The employee was very friendly when I bought the food there, but the Hamburger Royal TS was topped with meat that was definitely not fresh. Worst McDonald's in Berlin! Angry employees with dirty hands, a very long wait for the order, as a result everything is cold and tasteless. The visit took place on 08/04/2024 in the evening, I hope the manager will pay attention to the rude workers and take action.

Something is constantly being forgotten. Update April: Chicken burger, bun moldy. Update July: bic mac bacon bought without bacon, instead of preparing new bigmac, a ready-made one was opened and the bacon was removed with my fingers. They all stand in a circle and hope you don't see it. That was the last time I ate here. No matter how much the kids want it, there will be no more McDonald's from now on.

I've been there a few times now and each time my order wasn't complete or as ordered. Very unfortunate and annoying. It takes forever for an order to be ready and you wait an incredibly long time.

Ordered online via the McDonald app and picked up yourself. With 2 menus and 2 junior bags, we couldn't get anything right. 1. Get vanilla shake instead of strawberry shake 2. The fruit (apples) was missing in both junior doors 3. And worst of all for the kids, no toys. I understand that something is not in stock, but you can simply let us know and offer replacement products. I just feel ripped off.

This McDrive is really bad. One person takes orders, takes payments and distributes the food outside his house. Great racing. If there is a queue you can wait longer. And then you can't even properly assign the food. Sorry, there are better organized McDrives. Zero stars!

The burgers looked like someone had sat on them, perhaps to keep them warm. Once I sat down, the fries were cold, even though there wasn't really much going on. Only the Cola Zero was good and cold, as you would expect!!

It's just MacDonald's. The staff was friendly, the toilet was clean, the coffee was hot and strong, the sparrows were hungry

So I can't recommend this McDonalds. Ordered via UberEats and was scammed. The complete drinks (2xCola and a milkshake) were not delivered. In addition, one burger was wrong and the other had a hard burger bun. Of course I immediately called and complained. Result: Bad luck, they don't have a driver who could deliver. I should just let you know when I place my next order and then I'll get it. A joke! By the way, I also tried... NOTHING. So in the end I paid for products that I never received. 1A. Hence fraud! The food is as always at McDonald’s. Unfortunately, the employees weren't allowed to give me a straw - not even the one for milkshakes.

If it were possible, I would give 0 stars. Had to wait over an hour for our food.

The super nice employee with the dark hair and the lion tattoo deserves a raise immediately! She was so busy that she was away from the window before I could give her a tip. 😂

I've never waited as long as I did today at McDonald's - 30 minutes. Even though I was the first car in the drive. I was here regularly until 2 years ago and was otherwise always ok, so I suspect that this McDonald's has new management, the employees have apparently all been replaced, there are no old employees there that I know. I then complained at the front of the restaurant because there was no one to be found in the mc drive, the restaurant wasn't full either, that couldn't have been the problem. Don't come anymore.

By far the unfriendly McDonald's I have ever visited. They simply didn't give me my drink and didn't see the mistake even when I showed the receipt. The reasoning was that it could be fake. All that stress when all I wanted to do was eat after the hockey game. In any case, they lost me as a customer. Everything is better at the town hall.

Was at this MC Donalds on February 18th, 2024 at around 8 p.m. There are 3 women and at least 2 men (MC staff) and it still takes 7 minutes for a medium fries and a burger. There was no salt on my fries. When I asked if I could get salt, the Sinti and Roma lady (who smelled very much like work) said we didn't have any. Then you have to communicate this beforehand, I pay the full price for fries WITH salt, but don't get the full product. To me this is FRAUD. There was tomato on my burger even though I deselected it beforehand. I blame this on the lack of knowledge of German. Disappointing in terms of taste and, above all, the price is not justifiable for me.

Thanks to the app, economical choices can be made. You can buy yourself small snacks by collecting points.

There is ALWAYS something missing when outputting in Drive in! Overspent 6 times in the last 6 visits. I think this is no longer a coincidence.

Fortunately, only here in an emergency, burgers are almost always without sauce and dry as hell. Always have to complain about it and ask for a new one. At least the people are friendly.

Double cheeseburger menu. 2 small burgers with 2 poor pieces of cucumber. Iced tea just colored water with lots of ice in cup. I didn't feel any taste of pure ice cream. Unsatisfied. But the fries were big and tasty.

WARNING! A warning to anyone ordering take-out here: Before you leave the store, be sure to check that your burger has everything you ordered on it! Especially if you specifically ordered ingredients! It happened to me yesterday for the umpteenth time that none of the additional ingredients I ordered were on the burger! And those were FOUR ingredients for which I paid an additional €1.30!!! I'm starting to no longer believe it's a coincidence. And I certainly can't believe that it only ever happens to me! It's starting to seem to me that this (and at least one other) branch is "maximizing profits". According to the motto: The customer is either too stupid to notice that his extra ingredients are missing, or too hungry or too tired to drive back to the branch and complain. But once you sit down in the store to check whether everything you ordered is on the burger, the food is cold by the time you get home. The only alternative: don't order anything to take away there anymore! And especially not at the drive-in - because if you have to find a parking space to look at your burger, the food will definitely be cold by the time you get home!

We were there in the drive on Friday and I ordered a Mc Crispy. After an hour I felt sick and it got worse and worse. I had unbearable stomach pains... I had food poisoning because I was the only one in my family with this burger, only I had it, thank God, but you can't get one for €30 I get severe food poisoning, unbelievable, I'm going to report it to the health department, unfortunately it's not the same as at Burger King... I felt so bad that I was about to go to the hospital...

Absoluter rotzladen! Man bestellt und dir halbe ware fehlt und ist mir erst zuhause aufgefallen weil ich einen stressigen alltag hatte so laeuft das nicht! Eine entschaedigung will ich aufjedenfall haben!

Schnelle Bedienung. Wirkte alles recht ordentlich. Essen entsprach dem McDonald's Standard.

Nach dem Einkaufen noch fix nen Burger holen - passt. Ist in der Regel fix fertig und die Sauberkeit ist immer einwandfrei!

Absolut unterirdisch, Bestellungen werden gar nicht bearbeitet wie es scheint. Telefonisch ist auch niemand zu erreichen. Wartezeit nun 3 Stunden, habe die Hoffnung aufgegeben.

Kundentoilette kostet 1€. Kein Problem, wenn sie dafür wenigstens sauber wäre. Aber 1€ für versifften Boden mit aufgeweichtem Toilettenpapier, in der hintersten Damenkabine braune Spritzer an der Wand, Bauschaum quillt hinter dem Spültaster hervor und die Schmierereien von 2019 sind auch noch lesbar. Gratis oder für 20 Cent hätte ich ja gesagt, OK, aber für 1€ erwarte ich eine saubere Toilette.

Woran liegt es, dass mein royal TS eiskalt ist? Wie lange liegen die bei euch? Update vom 10.12.2023, Big Tasty Bacon eiskalt. Was ist los mit euch, kocht ihr kalt oder was?

Absolute Katastrophe dieser Laden Ich war am Freitag den 01.12.23 dort und als man die Mitarbeiter darauf aufmerksam machte das sich ein... sagen wir Penner dort mit voll orinierter Hose betrinkt und laut Musik über sein Smartphone hört... Bekommt man diese Antwort: Was sollen wir tun? Wir müssen erst einmal einen Mann suchen Traurig war das die Mitarbeiter nicht einmal den Platz gereinigt haben nachdem sie es geschafft haben den Herrn zu bitten er solle doch gehen... Die Toiletten sind absolut dreckig wo man Gefahr läuft sich Krankheiten einzufangen Ich werde mit meiner Familie nie wieder diesen Laden betreten

Die Burger werden kleiner die Preise werden höher....Die Burger wirken so lieblos zubereitet einfach nur alles raufgeklatscht und gut is...da zahle ich lieber nen Euro mehr und gehe in einen richtigen Burger Laden....mich sieht man bei Mc Donalds nie wieder....

Ich sag’s mal so. Wenn man Vorort is(s)t es gut, egal ob im Restaurant oder bei den echt lustigen DriveIn Mitarbeiter*in. Aber wenn du bei denen Online oder via Dienst bestellst, klappt nie was. Cola normal bestellt, Light bekommen Curlys bestellt, Pommes bekommen Soßen abgewählt, 3 verschiedene Soßen drin. Bürger kalt, da der Fahrer erstmal 10 Minuten die Hausnummer sucht. Aber sorry ich bin besseres von Mces und Lieferdiensten gewöhnt.

30.11.23 15:00 (Bestellung 234) anstatt Mc Chicken war ein Double Cheeseburger drin. Das geht natürlich überhaupt nicht. Schade... Dann fahre ich lieber zum Spandauer Damm.

Ich war 10 min vor Ladenschluss im Drive in und habe mir noch eine große Pommes geholt gehabt. Der Mitarbeiter war super freundlich und habe eine frische gemachte heiße Portion Pommes bekommen 😁 Top 👍

Harter Tag . Zwischen Stopp Zitadelle Spandau. Bestellung aufgegeben über die APP . Vor der Essensausgabe steht ne Traube von Gästen und die Crew kommt mit der Ausgabe nicht hinterher . Verdirbt mir die Lust gehe wieder. Unten in der U-Bahn stehen die Wagen, Lautsprecher informiert, Polizei Einsatz. Geh wieder hoch die Bestellung ist noch aktiv diesmal ist auch ein Kassierer da. Zahl mit Karte essen kommt schnell. Der Doppel Royal Käse versöhnt mich wieder mit der Welt und mit Mc Donald. Ein Button zum Canceln der Bestellung, wär gut.

Unmotivierte gelangweilte Mitarbeiter, schmutzige Tische, selbst nach Aufforderung diese zu reinigen passiert nichts.

Verdammt lange Wartezeit heute um 16:00 -16:30 Uhr, bestelltes Essen wurde anderen Fahrern gegeben. 8 Autos wurden vor uns bedient und hatten ähnliche Menüs. Total unzuverlässig. Nicht zu empfehlen am Nachmittag. Unqualifizierten Personal, spricht einen mit du an und ignoriert obendrein auch noch die Bitte, das man uns endlich mal unser Essen bringt.

Gewohnte McDonald's Qualität allerdings könnte der Service besser sein, vor allem mit Essen bringen an den Tisch.

Das Essen ist McDonald's typisch. Oft fehlt es aber bei sommerlichen Temperaturen an Milkshake und Eis weil die Geräte defekt sind. Aber das schlimmste an diesem Laden sind die Toiletten. Seit Jahresbeginn ist McDonald's dafür selber verantwortlich und die Klofrauen und Männer die bis Ende 2022 hier alles in Ordnung hielten wurden nicht mehr vom Center weiterbeschäftigt. Es stinkt furchtbar und die Becken werden nicht regelmäßig sauber gemacht. Der Fußboden klebt so sehr das die Schuhe noch außerhalb der Filiale am Centerboden Geräusche machen. Oft sind diePP Becken verstopft und sind am überlaufen. Und wenn man das McDonald's Personal informieren will verstehen die einen oft scheinbar gar nicht. Oder wollen nicht ? Wir haben es uns abgewöht hier her zu gehen.

Na ja kein Stern wäre sicher am besten bei dem Laden! Völlig überfordert die netten Damen und Herrn.. bestellt Lieferzeiten ok aber klar wenn die Hälfte vergessen wird is das kein Wunder wenn der Fahrer schnell da is.. versucht man im Restaurant anzurufen dann wird gesagt mom bitte und der dauert dann weit über ne halbe Stunde 😂 Na ja wer sich das geben möchte sollte unbedingt da mal essen gehen oder bestellen..

Ein typisches McDonalds. Die Tische waren leider sehr mit Essensresten beschmutzt und die Bedinung war sehr lustlos. Das Eis war nicht mit den bestellten Zutaten.
