🤬🤬 20 minutes, waited at the McDonald's drive-thru and still no food. Never again! They call this fast food. I can get my food faster at a restaurant. Sunday, November 2nd, 2025, 5:50 PM to 6:20 PM. After 30 minutes 😡😡😤🤬🤬🤬 finally got the food 😡😡 That was the last time I'll be there. Either the boss has poor planning regarding staffing to save money, or the staff is very poorly trained 😤😡🤬🤯

It displays nicely on the board, and by the time it's finished, the number has disappeared, and there's shouting throughout the store... An employee says it's broken, the machine is broken... apparently for 12 months now...

Without a vegetarian option, that's too bad... in the 21st century, the fact that this option doesn't exist speaks volumes about how far removed McDonald's is from and how little it understands its society...

I ordered food one burger was forgotten the other was dry and cold and the other was without cheese without sauce only patty and bread

Never again. At some point, enough's enough! Especially not recommended by car. (The wait is endless.) Even on foot: Something's always missing, and the burgers look like they were just thrown into the box. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Unfortunately, no good news here! Orders are always wrong, half the order is missing, and the wait at the drive-thru can be over 30 minutes! I won't be going there again!

How can three employees radiate such apathy on a morning when nothing's happening? At least they took this part of their work seriously.

Never experienced anything so stupid, I order a double cheeseburger without cheese... What comes, the burger with double cheese?!!! I complain as usual... What does the employee do?!?! He just throws the wrong one in the trash!!! I get my real burger... But throwing it away has nothing to do with sustainability, he could have just left the double cheeseburger there and put the actual burger in it... What nonsense they're doing there... there isn't even a shift manager on site and the staff don't even speak German!! Welcome to Germany!!!

Very spacious and with a wide variety of sandwiches. I recommend it.

Tried it for breakfast today. I was pleasantly surprised. It tasted good. The food was brought to the table by a very friendly waitress with a smile. The store and restrooms were clean. I just want to say THANK YOU. Update September 2025 Still very friendly and everything clean. The food was fresh and tasty.

Unfortunately, once again, there were no napkins with the menu, so how are you supposed to eat fries or a hamburger without getting your fingers dirty!

Loud music, rude staff, a toilet costs 50 cents... And you have to leave a deposit for the key. Disaster!

There were cockroaches in my food!!! Extremely unhygienic. Maybe the food inspectors should take a look! Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo because I was so disgusted.

We were at the McDonald's Drive-In, and once again, they didn't include any sauce! And the nuggets were hard on the outside and chewy on the inside.

I usually come here regularly, but after today's experience, I definitely won't be coming back. The coupons in the McDonald's app were supposedly "increased"—whatever that means—and I ended up paying more despite redeeming the vouchers. When I asked, I wasn't given a receipt. On top of that, they only accepted cash payments—really strange for a McDonald's in Berlin in 2025. The whole situation was bizarre and seemed extremely dubious. Beware everyone: If it says "cash only" and the app coupons don't work, even though they're officially valid, you should be careful. Unfortunately, I can't recommend visiting at this time.

Not recommended, especially if your bladder is pressing after coffee. Inconveniently waiting in line at the counter for a toilet key. You get it for a deposit, and then you pay 50 cents for each toilet use at the door entry machines in the restroom. There was a deposit bottle in the urinal in the restroom. Only the burgers probably know who it was for 🍔...

If you can avoid it, you should. Not all ordering machines are working. Fries are terrible. The McRib is okay, but how they get the bun so sloppy must be a mystery.

We tried the new Dragon's Tongue McFlurry, it was great! But there are nicer branches, and why are the restrooms locked?

I got food poisoning from the food

NOT recommended! As a guest, you first have to collect a key against a deposit to use the restroom, and when you use it to access the restrooms in the lobby, you also have to pay at a machine for use of the restroom and hand basin. We'll never go back there!

This branch had once declined considerably, and I hadn't been here in a long time, so I was all the more surprised - in a positive sense. The staff were very friendly and were able to communicate with you, which is a rarity. The food was hot and freshly prepared, as fresh as fast food can be. My order arrived within five minutes, despite the busy location. I'm extremely satisfied and will be back!

I needed the toilet key. They asked for my ID. I would have gladly given them money. The answer was NO. In my opinion, that is assault on the part of the staff and the company. I would like to file a complaint.

I think fries without ketchup or mayonnaise for over €4 are a disgrace and completely overpriced. I was in the US, and they always offered free mayonnaise and ketchup or something.

May 23, 2025 4:30 PM I pull into McDrive and want 1 Big Mac Chicken + 1 free Big Mac Chicken, as stated in the coupon. The lady says it's not possible, the other one has to be a regular Big Mac. I tell her that's what the coupon says, and I hear, "My God, I told you it wasn't possible," so I ordered it like that + the rest of the order. I drive up to the window and read the coupon. I was right, of course. At the window, I said I'd like to change it and get 2 Big Mac Chicken Burgers. A huge argument with the lady until she read the coupon. We parked at the curb and waited for the replacement burger. When the lady came, I thanked her, and she replied, "Think first, order later." I'm not going to pay significantly more every year for portions that get smaller every year, just to be insulted. I've worked in service and with customers long enough myself. Even if you're sure you were right (which wasn't the case), you simply say, "Sorry, we must have misunderstood each other," and your store keeps a paying customer. The lady was wearing a blue polo shirt—shift manager???

For the 9th time something is missing. And when you try to reach someone by phone, nobody answers the phone. The Oreo ice cream never has sauce.

Completed numbers are called very quietly because the display is broken. Incredibly loud, like in a train station concourse.

Worst McDonald's Berlin's all Indian ordering takes half an hour while everyone else gets the same thing every time

Staff very unfriendly. The staff will only pay attention to you if you stand in their way, otherwise you will be completely ignored. Service desert!!! The worst thing is that there are no opportunities to at least wash your hands for free, let alone go to the toilet. The restaurant does not have any medical facilities and the center toilet has recently become chargeable.

McDonald's without a toilet! they bathed at the entrance to the store and no longer at McDonald's! but if I'm a McDonald's customer, why do I have to pay to use the toilet?

There is one restroom available, which is unacceptable given the number of guests. The restroom is locked, and you must leave your ID with a deposit to collect the key. This is very difficult with a small child, as it's difficult for a child to wait when they need to. The staff couldn't help.

I've probably been going to this McDonald's all my life, but this Saturday was definitely the last time. I ate the same thing as my children, but I didn't feel well for about an hour afterwards. Unclean, food even made “fresh” was always lukewarm. Then not even a toilet for free. For an external toilet you have to deposit your ID as a deposit for the key and put an additional 50ct into a machine. Normally, restaurants must include a free toilet. The manager responds to the complaint "then stay at home" We do that!!!

And unfortunately nothing has changed about the mountains of garbage from McDonald's!!! Everywhere you look there is packaging from this fast food restaurant!!! A shame when you consider that people eat there...they want to be so environmentally conscious to save the world!!!

Managers in this restaurant are really unfriendly and we come regularly and everything is fine except for the staff!!!!!

I can only agree with the previous speaker, service was the last, I had ordered, among other things, egg bacon egg, the bacon was already bad, the latte was so touched with my fingers that I really had a hard time drinking it. Today I caught another self-service machine that doesn't respond to input (the other three always work without any problems, only this one doesn't respond). Because the remaining functioning ones were occupied, I went to the checkout and asked the lady if I could redeem the code from my “double pack” app. The lady at the checkout was overwhelmed. Then luckily the shift manager came who knew what was going on, with the double pack you can choose two burgers and I said, like in the picture in the app, a BigMac and Royal TS, what did I get, BigMac and Royal cheese 😬 🙄😒🤬. I was really in the mood for Royal TS and didn't want to exchange it now. Are you really not able to type in the right items? I mean you saw it in the picture in the app and I also said it verbally, nothing like that has ever happened to me at Burger King. Whatever is annoying, you can see my number on the screen under ready for collection and it will be deleted within seconds. When I go to the counter and say my number was ready for collection and has disappeared, they always say they are still being prepared. They probably do this to simulate fast operation in the system. McDonalds is cheating itself 🤪

It was getting very late today, so we wanted to grab something quick to eat on the way home. we were really positively surprised! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we had issues with our app. They took the time to support us. Our children were also treated very nicely, which made the visit even more pleasant. The food was fresh and hot and we were served quickly. Even the ice cream machine worked ;) The tables were clean and tidy. We would particularly like to highlight Mr. Ramazan - he obviously had a lot of fun with his work and was always helpful and attentive. Thank you

What a disgrace! Food is ordered to be consumed on site and then you have to argue with the completely unfriendly and rude staff so that the children are allowed to use the toilet, which is locked. Only when you threaten to let the children pee in the restaurant will you be given the key. Outrageous!

Ordered a meal for the children here for €35. Unfortunately the door to the toilet is locked so you have to go through the center. Some people then charge €0.5 to use the toilet. But it's not a problem because you pay twice. Wash your hands once before and again after eating. Thought restaurants in Germany are obliged to offer toilets

On November 9th, 2024 at 12:26 p.m. in the restaurant, which seemed empty and quiet, we tried to find the cleanest one among the dirty tables and politely asked the staff to clean our table. Three different employees responded disrespectfully and ignored our request. Our food arrived ice cold and incomplete. This restaurant has fallen into disrepair and we will never come here again. At any Burger King or takeaway you can get better quality food and at least get what you pay for.

URGENTLY CLEAN THE MACHINES!!! I was just there, there were 4 of us in the car, we ordered and two of us who had Sprite with ice cream were full of particles and the colleague had A DEAD CELLAR RATTLE? I don't wonder how the dirt gets in there, it's obviously the ice cube machine, but a woodlice? How does it get into the sprite? Please get someone to clean your ice cube machine, because in many fast food restaurants it is not serviced and disgusting particles end up in the drink.

Very dirty. Floor is inadequately cleaned. Tables not wiped down. Benches and seats partly smeared with leftover food.

No table service, unfriendly staff

The staff can no longer speak German, the waiting time for the food was 20 minutes, it took 10 minutes to order on the computer, the food was served but it was cold. Simply terrible, better go to All Seasons opposite!!!!!

Unfortunately, this evening (Sunday 7:30 p.m.) I was the victim of admittedly discriminatory employees and customers. “Compatriots” (as it was admitted) were given preference and the employee card for discounts was also pulled out. When I raised the issue of discrimination because I already had decency, the customer admitted that it was the case and I should get lost now. The branch employee then simply talked his way out of it. Measures are definitely necessary here, as something like this cannot be a service.

The branch, although it has a toilet, sends customers to the mall's paid toilet. A restaurant of this size is obliged to offer free toilets.

Went to this branch spontaneously yesterday because we were feeling a little hungry. I would have preferred not to, no matter where you sat down you were besieged by flies, it was really very unpleasant. Then it's better to have some bread at home

It really took ages (35 minutes) until we got our food. Fast food quality, with anything but FAST... Even though we ordered it to the table, we were called (we went straight away) and unfortunately the burgers were still cold. I've never experienced it like that before... Really underground.

Eating McDonald's is typical. Staff have been unfocused for years or have intentionally forgotten to eat. No matter whether you order, in the DriveIn or on site. 1/2-1/3 of all orders are incorrect. I'm now tired of calling and complaining in order to get the missing food for free on my next visit.

I've had to get food here several times at my children's request and EVERY time something is missing. This time it was the Fanta and 2 cheeseburgers. With a large order, it is almost impossible to check in the car whether everything is there. Complaints are not even responded to.

The employee was very friendly when I bought the food there, but the Hamburger Royal TS was topped with meat that was definitely not fresh. It tasted rotten and it pisses me off what some of these chains serve. You drive on and then realize the fries are dry and have been lying around for too long and who's going to drive back? Worst McDonald's in Berlin! Angry employees with dirty hands, a very long wait for the order, as a result everything is cold and tasteless. The visit took place on 08/04/2024 in the evening, I hope the manager will pay attention to the rude workers and take action.

Something is constantly being forgotten. Update April: Chicken burger, bun moldy. Update July: bic mac bacon bought without bacon, instead of preparing new bigmac, a ready-made one was opened and the bacon was removed with my fingers. They all stand in a circle and hope you don't see it. That was the last time I ate here. No matter how much the kids want it, there will be no more McDonald's from now on.

I've been there a few times now and each time my order wasn't complete or as ordered. Very unfortunate and annoying. It takes forever for an order to be ready and you wait an incredibly long time.

Ordered online via the McDonald app and picked up yourself. With 2 menus and 2 junior bags, we couldn't get anything right. 1. Get vanilla shake instead of strawberry shake 2. The fruit (apples) was missing in both junior doors 3. And worst of all for the kids, no toys. I understand that something is not in stock, but you can simply let us know and offer replacement products. I just feel ripped off.

This McDrive is really bad. One person takes orders, takes payments and distributes the food outside his house. Great racing. If there is a queue you can wait longer. And then you can't even properly assign the food. Sorry, there are better organized McDrives. Zero stars!

The burgers looked like someone had sat on them, perhaps to keep them warm. Once I sat down, the fries were cold, even though there wasn't really much going on. Only the Cola Zero was good and cold, as you would expect!!

So I can't recommend this McDonalds. Ordered via UberEats and was scammed. The complete drinks (2xCola and a milkshake) were not delivered. In addition, one burger was wrong and the other had a hard burger bun. Of course I immediately called and complained. Result: Bad luck, they don't have a driver who could deliver. I should just let you know when I place my next order and then I'll get it. A joke! By the way, I also tried... NOTHING. So in the end I paid for products that I never received. 1A. Hence fraud! By the way, when I called again I was left hanging in the air for 20 minutes. After I said what it was about, the phone was put aside and nothing more happened. After more than 20 minutes I hung up. The food is as always at McDonald’s. Unfortunately, the employees weren't allowed to give me a straw - not even the one for milkshakes.

I've never waited as long as I did today at McDonald's - 30 minutes. Even though I was the first car in the drive. I was here regularly until 2 years ago and was otherwise always ok, so I suspect that this McDonald's has new management, the employees have apparently all been replaced, there are no old employees there that I know. I then complained at the front of the restaurant because there was no one to be found in the mc drive, the restaurant wasn't full either, that couldn't have been the problem. Don't come anymore.

By far the unfriendly McDonald's I have ever visited. They simply didn't give me my drink and didn't see the mistake even when I showed the receipt. The reasoning was that it could be fake. All that stress when all I wanted to do was eat after the hockey game. In any case, they lost me as a customer. Everything is better at the town hall.

Was at this MC Donalds on February 18th, 2024 at around 8 p.m. There are 3 women and at least 2 men (MC staff) and it still takes 7 minutes for a medium fries and a burger. There was no salt on my fries. When I asked if I could get salt, the Sinti and Roma lady (who smelled very much like work) said we didn't have any. Then you have to communicate this beforehand, I pay the full price for fries WITH salt, but don't get the full product. To me this is FRAUD. There was tomato on my burger even though I deselected it beforehand. I blame this on the lack of knowledge of German. Disappointing in terms of taste and, above all, the price is not justifiable for me.

Thanks to the app, economical choices can be made. You can buy yourself small snacks by collecting points.

So this is called fast food. Waited over fifteen minutes for a cold, poorly prepared meal, with no compensation whatsoever. This ridiculous shed of a dubious company should be closed immediately.

There is ALWAYS something missing when outputting in Drive in! Overspent 6 times in the last 6 visits. I think this is no longer a coincidence.

Fortunately, only here in an emergency, burgers are almost always without sauce and dry as hell. Always have to complain about it and ask for a new one. At least the people are friendly.

Double cheeseburger menu. 2 small burgers with 2 poor pieces of cucumber. Iced tea just colored water with lots of ice in cup. I didn't feel any taste of pure ice cream. Unsatisfied. But the fries were big and tasty.
