❎ Not recommended I love KFC in general, but not this one in particular. During our visit it was really crowded, and we had to wait for more than 20 minutes, and it was hard to find a table and chair to sit (not so many seats were provided). BTW, KFC “hot wings” are awesome! 🤘

My friend and I visited as a group. The service was exceptionally professional, the food was absolutely delicious and tasty, and the entire place was impeccably clean. A wonderful experience overall!😊

I had a wonderful experience with the attendant. She’s dark in complexion with gap tooth. She was exceptionally friendly and professional. She handled everything with great care, kept her station spotless, and made sure my order was perfect. Her warm attitude and attention to cleanliness truly stood out. Excellent service!

The food probably saved the waiting time the most, otherwise I would have reported them. There were few people, but the service was still very slow and on top of that, they were talking and doing nothing.

Unacceptable! First, no help with order problems, then you wait an hour for half an order. When I inquired that the order was incomplete, there was still no cooperation or assistance.

Just ordered fries, and kept waiting for it. There was one pack of fries kept there before I arrived. When I asked the staff for the order, she just handed over that pack. Fries were cold and soft.

If you order there, it's no better than other reviews here. Ordered fries with ketchup. Of course, they came without ketchup! Ordered corn on the cob. I looked in vain for butter and salt. The word for this is "incompetent staff!"

Burger ordered was not as good as available in India. Good thing is they have unlimited refill on cold drinks.

This restaurant should be very carefully inspected by the health and epidemiological services. We were there today with our children and saw a large brown cockroach crawling across the table and napkins in the cash register area. The cashier, of course, killed it with a straight face. There were other families with children in the dining room. If cockroaches are running around near the cash register, it means there are plenty of them in the kitchen as well. This was my last visit to this restaurant. Two people were obviously overwhelmed today. They served the food, took the money, and mopped the floor when a glass of Coke was spilled. The wait for the cappuccino was also very long. After my wife finished the cappuccino, she suddenly got a stomach ache, as if the milk wasn't fresh. I strongly advise against eating here! This restaurant definitely needs to be inspected!

Ours was missing an entire box and a side dish. When we asked, we were told it was in one of the other boxes. But it wasn't. Coleslaw was missing, fries were missing, and the Bucket for One was missing.

I had to ask again about the size of the fries; it was so confusing. I ordered a large, but they looked so small that I had to ask. And yes, it turned out that it really was the large one. ;) Almost €4 for a portion like that, and with dip, almost €5 just for fries! And then they don't even taste good. Completely tasteless, unsalted, super dry, and just plain boring. Never again

The tables were extremely greasy and covered in crumbs. The restroom smelled awful, and there wasn't even soap for handwashing. Absolutely not recommended!

The food was OK... the staff were OK too... however, if a product is no longer available, it should be removed from the menu or blocked!!... my mother wanted a simple salad that was no longer available, and we were ripped off on top of that... we were told we would get three coleslaws... and we only got two... motivation was also lacking... never again!

Total juice shop here. Fries were not crispy at all, the “pepsi” tasted more like water than pepsi. The iced tea has a layer of oil on top and tastes like soap. Despite ordering sauces, none were included with the order and cost extra. RESPECTLESS!!! lg

THE WORST!!!! I’ve been in thousands of restaurants my whole life and I’ve never seen something like this. I waited for my food almost 1 hour. On my order was a Mais as well and the rude lady on the register (Marabeja) told me you can have Freis instead (which I already ordered) or a salat. And I full kindly told her, its okay don‘t worry just give me a refund for the Mais and I‘ll take the rest of the order. And she said no I‘m not going to give you a refund for the Mais. And she was the whole time making fun of me because she told her Colleague to make a Mais that was gonna take more than 30minutes to make and she was gonna leave me there to wait. I asked her many times after 50 minutes of waiting for a full refund so I can go home and she wouldn‘t give it to me. My food stayed there at the counter almost 1 hour until the Mais was done. On the display showed the order is done but I was still waiting for it the whole time. I‘ve never seen someone as rude as that on a costumer service. She should be as soon as possible fired if you want to keep any costumer coming on this location. The restaurant was discussing Nasty with papers, pepsi, food on the floor. I will never come back and I hope someone takes this complaint seriously if you‘all care about your costumers. I got everything on Video and I got proof for everything I‘ve just said.

The food was fresh and very warm. However, there were far too few tables and totally overwhelmed staff who couldn't keep up at all (in order to pay at the checkout you had to wait a few minutes for the employee to come). You also had to wait a long time for the food even though there wasn't much going on

I generally think the food at KFC is good, if you're talking about fast food. But the service is catastrophic. I've never waited so long for my food at KFC. Afterwards, a loud “hey” would be addressed when the food was ready.

Small and nice KFC shop. There are only a few seats, but that's okay because the shopping arcade offers some seating where you can eat in peace. There is a deduction for service. The employee obviously didn't feel like working and was also very unfriendly.

Not recommended. 50% bones in fried chicken, old hard breading and full of fat. The shop was probably marked as closed on Google Maps by the boss, even though it was open. After criticism of the fried chicken, something was added.

This place is awful. They said that they have no food because it's already 7.30 pm but they can give me pieces of chicken and some bites instead of 8 normal wings and 8 crispies. But I couldn't even realize that it's equal to 3 small pieces. What a scam??? And also I received 3 small 🍟 instead of 4.

The worst KFC branch I know. The staff was unfriendly, annoyed and didn't understand German. An hour before closing time there was only one burger left. The fries were sold out. The customer in front of me had gotten the last of his fries. When he asked that he could have mayo instead of ketchup, he was annoyed and responded with rolling eyes. Customers after me were left disappointed because the staff barricaded themselves in the kitchen or said that this KFC had already closed, even though it was long before closing time.

Truly the worst KFC branch I have ever ordered from. The staff seems listless and works at a subpar pace. You are served without a hello, ciao or smile and are punished with an arrogant look because you had the nerve to order a burger.

They removed a listing of this KFC from Google Maps to get rid of all reviews! It was less than 2 stars before! Do not buy buckets. Chicken from it gives food poisoning. Drinks didn’t have gas and were very warm. Sandwiches are mostly fine but some of them leave chemical after taste

So if they charge 30 euros for 2 mini burgers, 2 x fries and a few pieces of chicken then it should at least taste good...but it doesn't. The mangy burgers had probably been in the warming hell for 3 hours. At least that's how they looked and tasted. Tasteless, limp fries that I can do much better at home and that don't cost 7 euros. The chicken pieces would have been ok if they hadn't felt like they were coming from would have been the day before. And they wanted 30 euros for that. Simply ridiculous. The first time KFC and guaranteed the last time.

The staff member Jacqueline was rude when I tried to use a coupon. She told me i couldnt use the coupon when i used one in the app. She didnt tell me why, and im left confused and scammed. burger was good though. Please work on your employees KFC ! 😡
