The woman behind the counter should learn words like please and thank you. Then you can treat her like a reasonable person.

Food ok, service unfortunately not. Only order from the machine even though there are staff there and you want to pay in cash. Unfriendly saying on top.

The worst KFC branch I know. The staff was unfriendly, annoyed and didn't understand German. An hour before closing time there was only one burger left. The fries were sold out. The customer in front of me had gotten the last of his fries. When he asked that he could have mayo instead of ketchup, he was annoyed and responded with rolling eyes. Customers after me were left disappointed because the staff barricaded themselves in the kitchen or said that this KFC had already closed, even though it was long before closing time.

Truly the worst KFC branch I have ever ordered from. The staff seems listless and works at a subpar pace. You are served without a hello, ciao or smile and are punished with an arrogant look because you had the nerve to order a burger.

They removed a listing of this KFC from Google Maps to get rid of all reviews! It was less than 2 stars before! Do not buy buckets. Chicken from it gives food poisoning. Drinks didn’t have gas and were very warm. Sandwiches are mostly fine but some of them leave chemical after taste

One hour before closing time you can only get food that is in stock. I hope that the staff had an early and pleasant evening.

So if they charge 30 euros for 2 mini burgers, 2 x fries and a few pieces of chicken then it should at least taste good...but it doesn't. The mangy burgers had probably been in the warming hell for 3 hours. At least that's how they looked and tasted. Tasteless, limp fries that I can do much better at home and that don't cost 7 euros. The chicken pieces would have been ok if they hadn't felt like they were coming from would have been the day before. And they wanted 30 euros for that. Simply ridiculous. The first time KFC and guaranteed the last time.

The staff member Jacqueline was rude when I tried to use a coupon. She told me i couldnt use the coupon when i used one in the app. She didnt tell me why, and im left confused and scammed. burger was good though. Please work on your employees KFC ! 😡

My visit to Kentucky Fried Chicken in Berlin was an absolute delight from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the mouthwatering aroma of their famous fried chicken. The service was friendly and efficient, making me feel right at home. When I took my first bite, I was blown away by the perfect combination of crispy coating and tender meat, bursting with flavor in every bite. The sides were equally delicious, complementing the main dish perfectly. Whether it was the creamy mashed potatoes or the tangy coleslaw, each component of the meal was executed flawlessly. KFC restaurant in the new mall is a busy restaurant with professional staff, their employees showed quickness and gave us fresh food. I really appreciate their service and the chicken is tasty as always. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Potsdamer Platz new mall.

Worst branch ever. Despite ordering and paying, the desired product is not available. Madame behind the counter just shrugs her shoulders and turns away. She doesn't care. - Not a single person behind the counter speaks German or feels responsible for the customers. We will definitely never order anything here again. I had 3 wings and 1 chicken tender. Whilst eating it I thought: I’m going to regret this later. A couple of hours later I had the worst food poisoning ever. Spend 8 hours in the bathroom. KFC ? Never again. 🤮 (I wished I read the reviews here before I ordered. Teaching moment.)

The employee (Jacqueline) does not speak German. I showed her my feedback. She doesn't speak German and didn't give me any product. She forces me to speak to her in English. She wanted to look at my cell phone and checked it. However, she didn't want to give me feedback product for €1. I called, then an employee came and he gave me the product. Even though I paid, Jacqueline didn't want to give me a receipt. She yelled at me and refused to give me the receipt. In Germany there is a receipt requirement. I have the right to my receipt. I ask for an explanation and instruction to your employees. Best regards KFC regular customer

Das Essen war wie immer sehr lecker! Die Bedienung hatte Probleme uns zu verstehen und wir hatten große Probleme sie zu verstehen. Es fehlten Speisen, alles war durcheinander, es dauerte lange, es war dreckig…

Alles schick und preiswert das Kindermenüe nehme ich immer und soviel trinken wie man will besser geht es nicht

Pese a que existen pocas mesas para comensales y el ambiente se siente poco estrecho, la comida se recibe caliente y da la sensación de ser recién preparada. Solopor esto último vale la pena repetir.

Wenn man die Rolltreppe runter kommt, erkennt man KFC nicht sofort, erst auf den zweiten Blick. Logo fehlt zur Orientierung.

Essen ok, leider fast alles leer. Bedienung nett. Tolle Lage . Leider zu wenig Sitzplätze, Selbstbedienungskassen alle defekt. Abfall wurde nicht geleert, lief über.

Wir hatten insgesamt 5 Burger bestellt und jeder hatte kein erwärmtes Brötchen, Bacon war auch nicht richtig angebraten. Die waren alle so als ob man die aus Aldi geholt hatte und gerade aus der Tüte direkt auf die Burger gelegt hätte, Zerbröselt, auseinander gefallen, hat alles wieder runtergezogen.

Netter Laden... Aber auch sehr klein. Für den Milchshake gab es nicht mal ein richtigen Trinkhalm, trotz Nachfrage.

Los encargados eran muy majos, aunque hubiera mucha gente te trataban bien, con calma pero haciendo el trabajo. El Wrap estaba delicioso !!😊

Das Personal war freundlich und effizient, und das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist typisch für KFC, mit verschiedenen Varianten von Hähnchen und Beilagen wie Pommes, Mais und Cole Slaw. Das Hähnchen war lecker und knackig, und die Beilagen waren auch gut zubereitet. Die Preise sind angemessen für das, was man bekommt. Allerdings gab es ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte. Zum Beispiel war das Servicepersonal etwas überfordert, was zu längeren Wartezeiten führte. Außerdem war das Angebot an Getränken begrenzt, mit nur einer begrenzten Auswahl an Softdrinks. Es gab auch im Moment kein Eistee mehr.

Bedienung spricht nur wenig deutsch, in Berlin. Kiosk Bestellung holprig. Am Ende habe ich an der Kasse bar bezahlt. Burger mittelmäßig... war bei Kentucky in Wiesbaden sehr viel besser.
