Burgermeister Warschauer Straße in Berlin

I used to love Burgermeister, but the quality somehow got worse and worse over the years. Now the burgers are barely enjoyable and make you feel unwell after. Very sad

Excellent burgers, great fries. The bacon and onion fries were very strong, a bit too much for my taste. Price-wise, the burgers are almost comparable to McDonald's, but taste-wise, they're in a completely different league.

Burgermeister at Warschauer Straße 65 in Berlin Friedrichshain did not disappoint and was absolutely worth the visit. A very nice fast-food restaurant with several seating options inside, decorated in a pleasing color scheme and featuring some visual highlights like the graffiti on some of the walls. I really liked it. I was there on a Friday at lunchtime and didn't have to wait long for my order at all, and my meal was prepared quite quickly. I opted for the "Master of All Classes," a Sticky Rice Mango Shake, regular fries, and the Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie (I was already familiar with the Blueberry Cheesecake and Double Chocolate Peanut Cookie from the Eberswalde Burgermeister at Schönhauser Allee 45 in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin). The burger was absolutely delicious. I thought the patties were perfectly smashed, the bacon was crispy, the lettuce fresh, the sauce tasty and plentiful, and the fresh jalapeños gave it a nice kick. The fries were crispy and had just the right amount of salt for my taste. The ketchup was nicely tomatoey and fruity, but I liked the chili sauce even better with the fries. The Sticky Rise Mango Shake was truly delicious. Refreshing, authentic, and not at all artificial in terms of the mango flavor, and very interesting with the rice grains. I would have liked it to be a touch sweeter, but all in all, it was really great. I thought all three cookies were fantastic, but I think the Chocolate Chip Walnut was my favorite. The service was fantastic! I ordered at the counter, and the staff explained everything to me in detail. They helped me with my selection and were consistently friendly. They even checked in several times afterward to make sure everything was delicious, and we exchanged a few pleasant words along the way. Thank you so much for the excellent service! I always order for delivery and never disappoints. Even, once I put a wrong address and I called, they helped me even if they are not in charge because is a Lieferando thing (Lieferando never replies). The milkshakes are good, the fries with bacon and onions, really tasty and of course the burger, you already now.

Overall, the burger is quite good; I can't find anything to complain about. The only downside is the price. Almost 30 złoty is quite a lot for a burger like this; you could easily get a larger kebab for that price in the area. If the price were lower, I'd recommend it. Taste-wise, it's not the best burger I've ever had, but it's not terrible either.

Best Burgermeister in town. The staff is friendly and accommodating; they even make unsalted fries if you ask, which I highly appreciate. Plenty of seating and convenient self-ordering stations. Only downside is that prices seem to vary depending on the location.

Food quality went so down for Burgermeister. I remember the first Burgermeisters was good but all the « new » opening i went to where just bad. Today i got less fries than usual and the beef was again burn and dry. The cheese was not even cooked. It just looked like Macdonald burger- so disappointing i just used to love the burger here

Our whole team went to Bürgermeister and we had a fantastic evening! 🍔 The food was amazing – fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The burgers were a real highlight, and the side dishes were excellent too. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and they managed everything smoothly despite our large group. The atmosphere is modern and cozy, just right for a relaxed team dinner.

The waiters were super nice and attentive. The food, however, left a little to be desired. The burger was too dry, and the fries weren't anything special. The jalapeños were too raw.

Some of the best burger and fries I've ever eaten, I cannot get enough of them. They're made fresh with fresh ingredients, and taste really good. The bacon and onion fries are horrible for the bloodstream, but an absolute banger for the tastebuds

Update September 4, 2025: Another sharp, almost outrageous price increase. Is that even possible? Back out again. Update: Already more expensive again. Update: Burgers just got a euro more expensive. The new burger shop is right in the middle of it all. System restaurants are and will always be system restaurants, but the burgers definitely taste better than those from the usual suspects. The love of 'building and wrapping burgers' depends somewhat on one's mood on the day, but it's deeply 'human'. Of course, everything costs more than usual, but that's just how it is...

Good chili cheeseburger for €5.90. Good value for money! The patty is thin but has a good roasted flavor. Very modern interior with seating and standing areas. Orders are called by number on the screen. I'll definitely be back. Update 2025: Prices have increased significantly 😕

The burgers are great, but a 16% price increase for the janitor all at once (August 2025) is just too outrageous. Previously €7.59, now €8.80.

Service makers everything fast and polite, but food and else... So s. I can't recommend it.

One of my favourite food places in Berlin, their food never disappoints! The service is pretty fast although it can get a bit slow on more busy days. Located in a cool area with lots of transportation nearby

This is a franchise burger place only found in Berlin, and while it's a bit pricey, it's incredibly delicious. The cheeseburger is delicious, and the Meister Burger has a sweet bulgogi sauce. But I don't recommend the cookies! ㅜㅜ They're expensive and dry🥹

Cannot recommend enough. Tastes so good. All burgers plus everything else on the menu. The only "bad" thing in this store is that the pickles aren't crunchy. I highly recommend the chocolate peanut butter cookie. The milkshakes are also really good, especially the double crumble milkshake. I took all my friends and family and there isn't one person I know who doesn't like the burger there.

It does the trick. I really disliked one employee, she'd have a bad day... otherwise, like any other burgermeister. If you're not into innovation and fancy a decent burger, this is the place.

I know that this is fast food, after all, but the cheese topping is pretty disgusting. Otherwise, the burgers are good. Next time, I'll only order them, without French fries, nor with sauces.

A nice burger joint not too far from the Warschauer Straße S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. A meal for 2 would be around 20 sometime Euro but you receive a decently sized burger and some fries, however be advised that a 330ml drink costs 3.5 Highly recommended if you're passing through and are hungry just looking for a place to sit down and enjoy a nice meal. It's clean, neat and efficient.

I've eaten at Burgermeister many times over the past 10 years. It used to be the best burger in town. Unfortunately, we were disappointed for the second time in a row. The burger quality has declined over the years. The burger and fries were underseasoned, lacked any roasted flavor, and the meat tasted like nothing. Therefore, unfortunately, only 2 stars for the food.

I can't understand the hype about the burgers. I spontaneously stopped in at 2 a.m. after a concert to try two burgers. What can I say, it didn't blow me away. The burgers weren't bad but nothing special either.

Unfortunately disappointing. The burger was extremely greasy - both the bun and the patty were almost dripping. As a result, the actual burger taste was completely lost. The meat was barely seasoned and overall pretty flat in flavor. We have been to the Schlesisches Tor branch several times and have also ordered several times through Wolt - so far we have always been satisfied. This time we were even more surprised that the quality had deteriorated so much. Unfortunately not convincing for the price.

Today again the fries were not cooked through and were very limp. The citizen lukewarm and quite tasteless/boring yet greasy. That went much better! I will avoid the store in the future and prefer to go to the casino for gambling. Plus point for the free mayo.

I've been in Berlin for 3-4 years and I think this might be my favorite burger in Berlin. Not to be confused with other world-famous burger companies, because the meat you eat here is real meat. As for the price, I agree with the comments, it is a bit expensive. An average burger, a drink and a potato costs 15 euros. But this taste is really worth it.

McDonald's level burgers Much too greasy with acceptable but too thin patties Of course €5.9 for the hamburger without anything is OK, but you'd better get a good kebab instead. And with a small surcharge you're stuck with a €9 burger anyway. You get an Ayran with the good kebab and you'll feel much fuller
