I can't understand the hype about the burgers. I spontaneously stopped in at 2 a.m. after a concert to try two burgers. What can I say, it didn't blow me away. The burgers weren't bad but nothing special either.

The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was pleasant, plus the conditions were great. I'll definitely come by again.

Good burgers at a very reasonable price

One of the better burger chains. Order at the digital screens so no need to talk to anyone. Fast, good burgers, if you eat in it can be busy at peak time.

Nice experience, good burgers, prices OK. The place was very clean, the bathroom was at the first time weird, but then you realize it is their style, and it was very clean !

Unfortunately disappointing. The burger was extremely greasy - both the bun and the patty were almost dripping. As a result, the actual burger taste was completely lost. The meat was barely seasoned and overall pretty flat in flavor. We have been to the Schlesisches Tor branch several times and have also ordered several times through Wolt - so far we have always been satisfied. This time we were even more surprised that the quality had deteriorated so much. Unfortunately not convincing for the price.

A great place for a quick food. The food court is very hygienic and clean. I ordered a veggie burger and within minutes it was on my table. Superb, I’ll surely recommend.

Today again the fries were not cooked through and were very limp. The citizen lukewarm and quite tasteless/boring yet greasy. That went much better! I will avoid the store in the future and prefer to go to the casino for gambling. Plus point for the free mayo.

Update: Prices increased again... Update: Burgers have just become n euro more expensive. The new burger joint is right in the middle. System-Gastro is and remains System-Gastro, but the burgers clearly taste better than those of the usual suspects. The love of 'building and wrapping burgers' depends somewhat on the day, but is deeply 'human'. Of course everything costs more than usual, but that's how it is...

McDonald's level burgers Much too greasy with acceptable but too thin patties Of course €5.9 for the hamburger without anything is OK, but you'd better get a good kebab instead. And with a small surcharge you're stuck with a €9 burger anyway. You get an Ayran with the good kebab and you'll feel much fuller

I've been in Berlin for 3-4 years and I think this might be my favorite burger in Berlin. Not to be confused with other world-famous burger companies, because the meat you eat here is real meat. As for the price, I agree with the comments, it is a bit expensive. An average burger, a drink and a potato costs 15 euros. But this taste is really worth it.

The burger is really very good. This restaurant was an absolute hotspot, but even though it was very crowded, the food was prepared quickly and the restaurant was very clean.

Average price for a fast food, but the quality is much higher. Good service and good food. I spent 11€ for an hamburger and a portion of fries, more than enough to fill up.

A burger station. Yes, buy your ticket at the machine and watch the order on the monitors. When the train, or the burger, is ready, you pick it up at the counter. Then you can unpack it and enjoy it on a comfortable wooden bench or on a stool with a view.

Burgermeister – why did it take me so long to finally test you? 😅 I've often walked past and thought: "I'll go in there someday!" Now I've done it - and honestly, I should have done it much earlier! The burgers? Simply brilliant. Juicy, fresh and really well put together. The ordering process is super relaxed: you go to the terminal, click through the options, and after a few minutes you can pick up your freshly prepared burger. Fast, but without appearing careless – that’s what I call successful! The price is also really fair: you pay between €5.70 and €9.70 for a burger. Given the quality, this feels like a real bargain. The atmosphere is pretty casual – industrial look, a bit urban, but still somehow cozy. My conclusion: If you want a really good burger that is neither boring nor overdone, then you should treat yourself to Burgermeister. It's clear to me: I'll be back! 🍔

There's the best burger in Berlin here - change my mind. 🙂‍↕️ Prices are great for the taste, the service is very friendly and I love that they have terminals for ordering (like at Mcdonalds). Fries with skin on and the cheese sauce are simply unbeatable. Location isn't really my thing but it's a matter of taste. We have often gotten burgers here. ☺️

Good chili cheeseburger for €5.90. Price-performance fits! Patty is thin but with good roasted flavors. Very modern furnishings with standing and seating areas. Orders are called up by number on the monitor. Definitely come back.

Hello, in my opinion the location with its butcher shop and Scharm train station is a bit cold. I also ask myself whether the prices for self-service catering systems are justified. The service was more standard, like at Burger King or McDonald's. The taste is of course debatable, the fries were a plus, the burger was rather average. We had three different burgers, two fries with cheese sauce and two drinks for almost €50.

Clean, tasty, new. I like it so much Update Dec 2024: WTF HAPPENED? Suddenly the taste has changed and the cheese sauce is different, more liquid and without any taste. Oh dear oh dear what a disappointment (I eat Burgermeister every week)

Good burger spot. Came at lunch time and food was prepared fairly quick. Fast food style with ordering machines. Very similar to goldies. Compared to glodies, the patties are not as thin and the taste is not as intense (comparing cheeseburger) but the burger was tasty nevertheless. The fries are good. Bonus point: you can add your own sauce to the fries: mayonnaise l, ketchup or chilli sauce. And it comes at no additional costs. All in all good for a quick burger + fries. Price similar to goldies as well.

You can't go wrong here in terms of taste. The caretaker is highly recommended. The meat was TOP, the rest was all fresh. I personally cannot recommend the cheese in the Cheese Fries. Otherwise the store is very clean for the amount of visitors but also very loud, but that doesn't bother you

Ordered from Burgermeister yesterday and was pretty disappointed. One burger was completely missing the sauce and was extremely dry. The fries were also dry and bland. I had to burp from the meat all evening. Not of the best quality in my opinion. Wouldn't order/eat anything there for the time being. Otherwise I was always satisfied. There are much better burger places.

We weren't served at 3:45 a.m. even though it's open until 4 p.m. Service staff was extremely unfriendly and couldn't give a reason.

Better burgers elsewhere. Fries lacked flavor and tasted like they were frozen. Burger left something to be desired. Pickles had a funky taste and lettuce tasted old. Vanilla milkshake tasted like a protein shake- very artificial and overly sweet. I wouldn’t really recommend

It's a shame that the cheese dip is now poured directly onto the fries. The benefits of the cheese dip were: 1. Self-determination regarding the amount of cheese on the respective pomm 2. Each pomm could get cheese from the dipping process. That is no longer the case, there are fries without cheese coating. 3. Longer shelf life as the cheese dip stays creamy longer. With the pouring method chosen, the fries have a thin film of cheese, which dries out quickly and loses its creaminess. Goldies around the corner doesn't have as good burgers, but still uses the established cheese dip method. We're not mad, we're disappointed.

Quick good burger. Even when it's full, you rarely wait longer than 10 minutes for your order. More seats would be desirable but otherwise a great burger, what can you say.

Ordered 1 chili cheese and 2 cheeseburgers. Chili cheese was like a cheeseburger with 2 slices of jalapenos on it. Meat is generally too flat like a smashburger, so the taste is hardly there. Rolls were very pleasant. The fries are really, really good. It's enough to quickly inhale a burger late in the evening, but there are better and cheaper alternatives.

I ordered a mango shake in the evening, it was ready quickly and incredibly tasty. Namely with rice pudding. That was something completely new, but very, very good. Unfortunately, it was incredibly warm inside, significantly warmer than outside. Very simple furnishings in American style.

Among the cheap and commercial burger chains in Berlin, this should be the best on paper. Very honest price (7.5 for cheeseburger). Very short wait. It is easily ordered on the screens. The sauces are free. The bread is good and soft. The meat is good and not nauseating. The cheese was tasty but unfortunately not very melted (this is the reason for the 4/5). Overall good place. For the price it's more than good. Ah, very good and plentiful chips (3.5).

Not everyone thinks Burgermeister is good, on the one hand some people think that the burgers have become smaller and the patties are pressed so flat to save money... I can't confirm that!!!! Meat juicy delicious, Very well fried, the rolls are very tasty, I usually have a chili burger. YUMMY!!! YUMMY!!!! What I also really appreciate are the employees, who always have a smile on their faces and provide great service. If you love burgers, get in and get out happy!!!
