Unassuming from the outside, but the service is friendly and fast, and the food is very tasty.

We were there last time, six months ago, and everything seemed fine, but this time the doner was absolutely tasteless and cold (in winter). Considering that I asked to grill it, they grilled it for 20 seconds, which didn't really help.

Took a chicken burger and Currywurst takeaway at 3am, it was made fresh, nice and soft buns for the burgers, overall good taste and large portion size

I ordered a burger but they brought me a schnitzel and said the beef was over! They didn't even bother to ask if I want Schnitzel or not. They gave a very small and ordinary schnitzel! Eat a hamburger in an American restaurant, not a Turkish one

Easily 10-20€ per person but the quantity and quality is so good and is super filling. Mr. Momo's hospitality was really great 👍🏻

I had the classic cheeseburger. It was large and tasted great. The staff were also very friendly and kind, so I'd love to come back next time I'm in Berlin. The fries were large but crunchy and incredibly delicious. Some people might find the location a little intimidating, but I definitely recommend you go!

Both the patty and sauce are delicious. For here doesn't offer wrappers, so your hands might get greasy, but that's unavoidable, because you're eating delicious food. Bingeing on a giant 🍔 while listening to blaring European music is the best. The fries 🍟 are also crispy and highly recommended. Combo menus include a drink, so feel free to grab whatever you like from the fridge. If you've been eating at something like MAC or Burger King, you won't understand the flavor. 👅 The currywurst is average, and fries are sold separately.

Really good burgers at fair prices. Everything is fresh and delicious, plus the service is incredibly friendly. If we're ever in Berlin again, we'll definitely stop by.

The food is terrible: too much oil, too much salt. Zero service; you have to ask for everything and do everything yourself. There are no restrooms. They don't like credit card payments, are almost aggressive, and the music is extremely loud; I left with a headache. On top of that, it's expensive for what it is. I absolutely do not recommend it.

There were maybe six customers in this burger joint. But the burgers took 40 minutes to prepare! I was sure I'd demand my money back. This is not a place anyone would want to visit. One star is the maximum for a place like this. I recommend the owner motivate his staff better.

The burger is a true 10 out of 10, A flavor explosion! Anyone who hasn't eaten or tried this burger is missing out. The best sight in Berlin, a must-see! 😍😍😍 I received very attentive and friendly service from the lovely Kain. I would eat anything from him, as long as he prepares it!

Absolutely fantastic falafel burger, even in the middle of the night! Super fresh, tender, and flavorful falafel. The fries were also excellent—crispy, well-seasoned, and very large. Friendly service too. Highly recommended!

Nice little fast food restaurant right next to the Park Inn Hotel. The prices are very reasonable for the amount you get. We were there late in the evening, so it wasn't very busy. Therefore, we got our food pretty quickly. The food was delicious, and, as mentioned, the quantity was great for the price. The staff was friendly. All in all, we definitely recommend the Burger Inn for a quick meal in between meals!

Not a good experience. Beyond Burger is no longer available. The falafel burger is the alternative. It's cold and dry. The fries are overcooked. The portion size is quite small for the price. The vegan menu comes with non-vegan mayo as standard. The music is so loud that I couldn't understand the service. It was otherwise good, though. Oh, and I was asked if I could pay with cash instead of card. The reasons are probably obvious.

The burger tasted really delicious. It was worth it despite the somewhat unpleasant surroundings (construction site, heavy traffic, slightly sticky tables). The price would be a bit cheaper. It would be great if the operators of the four food stalls could keep the restroom cleaner. All in all, very tasty burgers for a fast food stand.

I've lived at Alex all my life and have never eaten here—a huge mistake! The burger has the best brioche bread I've ever eaten. It's super soft and gives when you bite into it, not too sweet. The meat is great, the salad is fresh and crisp, and the sauce is delicious and just the right amount. The price is right. Next time, I'll get an extra patty! Keep it up!

Since Alexanderplatz has so many food stalls, we spontaneously went to the Burger Inn. They have 8 menus, and it's hard to choose :D We went for the chicken burger. It was really big and, from the looks of it, homemade (chicken patty). The fries were also homemade and really well seasoned. :) Plus, the man who took our order was totally cool :D. He made a few jokes (e.g., "Yes, the food will be here in 2-3 hours"). Highly recommended!

I was there today with friends and have never eaten such a delicious burger. I can recommend it to everyone. The staff was also great.

We arrived here in Berlin and simply looked for good reviews, and then the Inn chain caught our eye. We opted for the Bürger, which was truly incredibly tasty and, above all, very reasonably priced. The restaurant's very friendly staff and, well, the ambiance complemented the overall experience. "Only" 4 stars due to its location between concrete walls😅, but it's still very nice and cozy. Great guys and girls👍🏽

Super delicious food at a fair price, friendly service!

Chose this place because of the great reviews, but they could not have been more misleading. The burgers were tasteless, with too much ketchup, and the patty was definitely a frozen one which wasn’t even cooked properly. The sweet potato fries were clearly burnt though the owner refused to accept it. Perhaps people come here after hard partying and happy to eat anything they find.

Burger was realy good but when we were ignored by the staf and they were giving food to the photoghapher that they hired.

Not by a long shot is this a 4.8-rated place. A decent burger, with meat that tasted like nothing, in a shabby place with several food stalls packed together, and at a high price (the burger alone is around €10 and the menu is €15). Furthermore, the stall doesn't have tables as such; tables are shared with the other stalls, and there's no waiter service. Not recommended.
