2-3 days ago in the evening the employee placed the order incorrectly and responded rudely

Burger buns were very greasy, the taste of the burgers was ok. A bit of spice was missing for our taste. The curly fries and coleslaw were good and crunchy.

The burgers are incredibly tasty and the service is simply great. The best burger ever.

As always, delivered hot and consistently delicious quality!

The tables weren't clean, they only cleaned them when we sat down. The food was great though. The smasvh burger was divine

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food tasted very good, at least when it came to the burgers, fries and curly fries. It's a typical fast food restaurant. Healthy alternatives have no place here. The restaurant was a bit fresh. Probably due to the many delivery drivers coming and going. Furthermore, everything is designed to be discarded. The burger comes on a paper-lined tray, and the fries come in a paper-lined bowl (as you would imagine from America). Wooden cutlery is available upon request. The burger couldn't be eaten with this either. So do it by hand. Unfortunately, I missed a napkin so that you could at least clean your hands a little. Conclusion: To quickly eat a burger that tastes very good, I can only recommend it. But you should leave the white shirt at home.

The citizens are awesome. The sweet potato fries too. Who needs mayo or ketchup? The service was very nice. Even our pinscher Nikkō got water without asking. The location was clean and well furnished. One drawback, there was no toilet.

Danger! The store here lets you simply delete bad reviews. Was deleted from another account: Expensive but the 🍔 tasted better than expected. With the menu (5€ extra) you only save 40 cents compared to ordering fries and a drink separately 🤷‍♂️ In terms of ambience, there was a lot going on here, the delivery men come and go and right next door is a Späti that has the outdoor area on the large Bundesallee shares. It's funny that sometimes you can pay with a card and sometimes you can't 🤷‍♂️

Super nice shop. The food was served relatively quickly and was consistently fresh. The burgers were great, the meat was nice and juicy. For people who are very hungry, it can be mentioned that the portion of fries was certainly a little larger than average; So you'll definitely get full here. We felt very comfortable in the restaurant itself and were served in an extremely friendly and humane manner, even though a lot of deliveries and meals are being processed on site at the same time. Price compared to performance is absolutely top, will come back!

I was there today at 2:00 p.m. I ordered a cheeseburger. I have never been treated so unkindly in my life. Even though we're in a burger joint, you can't expect much. The fries were very, very tasty but the burger was just disgusting. I don't know if they did it on purpose, but in my burger, a fingernail makes me puke. Service is catastrophic, eating is not recommended and they definitely have to do something when it comes to hygiene because it can't continue like this with all fully bearded men long fingernails 🤢🤢🤢 Something like that is not appropriate in the catering industry

The store is in a good location. The food was very tasty and the finger foods were great. The employee was super friendly and the service was very good. The dishes were plentiful and the portions are very large. My girlfriend and I were very satisfied with the food and everything surrounding it. We come here often and order even when we can't come over. I can happily recommend this store.

Restaurant was nice and cozy enough but service was just ok and basic. We ordered Bundesburgers and steaks in them were too thick, dry and tasteless which is a shame because they looked delicious on the outside. Also the lack of condiments for fries was a minus.

We just ordered a cheeseburger and a barbecue burger with curly fries online. The temperature of the food was fine, and the curly fries were good; there weren't too many small parts, but more wrapped just the way we like it. The burgers were OK, but not a hit. The meat had little flavor and was slightly dry, while the sauces dominated the burgers.

The chef is top notch. Meat, bread, salad very tasty and fresh. Fries too crispy. The young customers with the gas bottles are annoying. How can you get so confused and drunk in a restaurant?!? The owner should prohibit this.

Hab hier nornalerweise öffter bestellt aber in den letzten 3 monaten zahlt man plötzlich 5€ mehr für einen cheeseburger mit potato wedges und habanero majo (21,6€) wird langsam etwas teuer für n kleinen abendbrot Snack. gibt leider auch keine menüs.

Leider hat es uns überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Der Burger war trocken, ungewürzt und nicht besonders genießbar. Sehr schade! Die Bestellung über Lieferando, die dann eigentlich Zeit bei der Abholung sparen soll und ja auch mehr kostet, als wenn ich direkt vor Ort bestelle, hat leider ebenso nicht geklappt, da mit der Zubereitung erst begonnen wurde, als ich dann im Restaurant war, obwohl ich der einzige Gast war und mich an die Zeit der Abholung (angegeben von Lieferando) genau gehalten habe.
