Habe einige Zeit bei der Konkurrenz Stückchen weiter im Norden bestellt, nachdem ich mal nicht so zufrieden war. Macht es nicht, Burger City ist besser! Ich habe mal wieder bestellt. Hier bekommt ihr riesige Burger, die nicht zerquetscht aussehen mit "frischen" Zutaten. Salat, Zwiebeln und Tomaten sahen zumindest sehr knackig aus. Die Pommes Chips sind immernoch gewöhnungssache, schmecken aber auch sehr gut. Lieferzeit absolut krass: Angegeben wurden 60 min, geliefert wurde schon nach 30 min durch den netten Mitarbeiter - alle waren positiv überrascht!

Bester Koch was war das einfach unglaublich der Fahrer war auch sehr nett, alles perfekt

Ich muss zugeben, dass war der beste Burger, den ich seit langem gegessen habe. Der Service ist super freundlich, wir haben sogar frittierte Zwiebelringe gratis dazu bekommen. Ich komme definitiv wieder.

Wir haben dort gestern das erste mal uns essen geholt und was soll ich sagen es war mega.der Burger ein Traum und so leckere pommes haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gegessen. Falls wir noch mal in berlin sind werden wir und hier nochmal essen holen.

Ich habe bei Burger City Spandau den Hamburger XL und den mexikanischen Hotdog bestellt, und beides war ausgezeichnet. Das Essen war frisch, schmackhaft und gut zubereitet. Besonders gut fand ich, dass man mich nach meinem gewünschten Schärfegrad für den Hamburger gefragt hat. Da ich Wert auf Halal-Gerichte lege, ist es nicht einfach, Lokale zu finden, die sowohl qualitativ hochwertige als auch Halal-konforme Speisen anbieten – dieses Lokal erfüllt diese Kriterien. Absolut empfehlenswert! (HALAL)

Bei eigener Abholung ne große Cola geschenkt bekommen. Sehr sympathische Menschen dort. Es gibt Rabbat, wenn direkt im Laden bestellt wird. Leckere vegane Alternativen. Sehr gute Auswahl und hervorzuheben sind die Pommes. Sehr lecker! 🤤

These are the best curly fries I've ever eaten. So incredibly crispy, even after a 10-minute walk home. The crispy chicken is also super delicious, juicy, and crunchy. Both are absolutely fantastic! I'll be back!

The burger and the sweet potato fries were absolutely amazing.

The drivers were initially a bit negative, but the boss is super nice. I had problems with my order; one order was paid for online, but the other wasn't. The driver told me in an aggressive tone that it was entirely my fault and that I had to pay for both. The second driver called the boss, who then gave me one of the two orders for free. Super friendly, great food, great bosses!

Great shop. The food tastes amazing. Delivery is really fast, and even though I entered something incorrectly in the app, they brought me exactly what I wanted right away. Definitely recommended. I'd be happy to come back anytime.

TOP – we always enjoy coming here. Each employee is nicer than the last (I've never encountered such exceptionally friendly staff in Germany). The food is fresh and always delicious. The portions are HUGE! There's a good selection of vegetarian and omnivorous dishes, drinks are available in the self-service fridge, and card payments are accepted. There are highchairs for small children. The restroom has always been clean. Thank you and see you soon :)

The food was good. But the delivery service was so rude. I transferred a tip via PayPal, and the delivery person gave it to the doorman and said that's how you do it, not giving a tip in cash. I heard this and immediately called him to ask what he was doing! He said he hadn't said it. Then he immediately called the doorman and said how retarded he was, and how he was snitching and insulting. THAT'S UNACCEPTABLE! I won't be ordering from there again.

We spontaneously stopped by last night, following the reviews, and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious, and even the smallest burgers are quite generous. Since we were quite late, the food arrived very quickly. We were very satisfied and can wholeheartedly endorse the positive reviews.

Yesterday, I ordered a burger meal with American coleslaw. Unfortunately, they forgot the fries, but that can happen. I can say that the burger is awesome, and the coleslaw was also great! I'll be happy to continue ordering from Burger City.

Very good burger, clear concept!

We recently tried Burger City and can give it a solid four stars overall. The ambience is more like a self-service diner, which is fine for a quick meal. The burgers were well prepared and tasty, but we were missing that certain something, that final kick that really blows you away. One point of criticism is the pricing. We found both the burger prices and the surcharges for extras to be a bit too high for the service offered. We would have liked a better price-performance ratio here. Would we come back? Probably not. There are other burger shops that impressed us more. However, we would like to emphasize that the food wasn't bad and we wouldn't generally not recommend Burger City. If you're looking for a quick, solid burger and don't care too much about the ambience, you can definitely find what you're looking for here.

We've ordered from Burger City several times before, but today I couldn't eat the burger and nuggets. The meat on the burger was completely raw and the nuggets were completely pulpy. Too bad

We were at the Vivantes clinic and walked past Burger City on the way to the car and spontaneously went in because of the good reviews. It was a good idea. Ill start my review with the cons, cause it seems there aren’t many to mention. If I were to nitpick, I’d say they not accepting credit card payments, only cash, and they don’t provide wet napkins are the only two notable ones. Now, onto the pros. List 1. The cheese burger was delicious and generously sized. 2. The fries were crispy and flavorful. 3. The staff was friendly and welcoming. 4. The restaurant was clean and tidy. 5. There was a good variety of options to choose from. 6. The portions were generous. 7. The ingredients were fresh. 8. The restroom was clean and available. 9. While the prices were a bit high, they matched the quality of the food. 10. They offered excellent vegetarian options. 11. There were plenty of seating areas both inside and outside. I highly recommend this restaurant. I usually order from them and enjoy the experience, but today’s visit was even better.

Very tasty food, but unfortunately things were always missing from the last deliveries, like crispy burgers in the 2 for 1 promotion, or the coleslaw for €5.20. The hot dog sausage was cold and seemed to have been sitting for a while. No one can be reached by phone and emails are not responded to. Very, very unfortunate.

When you first open the packaging you are shocked at how big an XL burger is. Unfortunately, the shock wears off quickly after the first bite. A good salty meat is doused with a very sweet sauce that completely destroys the flavor and texture of the meat. Bread is toasted, but what advantage does it have? If you lift the burger it will collapse. So no one! When you write Classic Cheeseburger, I expect a classic cheeseburger. For those of us who have actually visited the States. Be aware that a classic cheeseburger should not be spoiled by two different sauces, lettuce and tomatoes. You should feel the flavor of the meat nestling against the cheese. Not more. Then the fries? This was our first time at Burger City. The food was delicious (burgers with fries). The fries were fantastically crispy and the burger was simply bombastic!!! The reception was friendly and accommodating.

I had the pleasure of trying the Chicken Crispy Burger and I have to say: simply delicious! The burger was cooked perfectly - the crispy chicken fillet was golden brown and crunchy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The fresh ingredients and the delicious sauce rounded the whole thing off perfectly. But not only was the food excellent, the service was also absolutely top! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and made you feel at home straight away. Overall a great experience - I'll definitely be back!

Burgers are average at best. Buns are dry and too thick. This will make the whole burger dry. The patties are nothing special either. Unfortunately, the fries were completely unsalted. The cutlery in the two Ikea cups on the windowsill was completely dirty. There is no salt and pepper on the tables. However, the price of 17 euros (!!!!!) for the small menu is a complete disgrace. This is totally inappropriate. I would have given three stars if the menu had maxed out at €10-12. For €17, however, that's only one star. Definitely not a recommendation!

Food is good, but delivery service is a disgrace. I ordered 2 burgers plus 1x fries. The two burgers were delivered, but unfortunately not the fries. So called. The music in the background was so loud that you could hardly understand anything. The gentleman said it's no problem, we'll send it out again. Great, thank you very kindly. After 1 hour still no fries. 2nd call. Again, super loud. The problem was described and instead of saying that you were sorry, I was assumed behind the flower that I was lying. How can you be so cheeky as if I were lying about a portion of fries. Will never order from there again.
