Burger Turm in Berlin

I ordered the Plant Based Burger and have to say that the homemade brioche buns are really good and make a difference to many other shops. Unfortunately, the contents of the burger are not convincing at all. The patty has no roasted aroma whatsoever, there is not enough topping so that it is completely lost in the bun and the individual sauce doesn't add any variety either. The burger should be redesigned again.

It's a hamburger restaurant located inside a shopping center. It tastes great I recommend the onion smash burger.

In my opinion, fries were nothing special. Relatively small portions with relatively thick fries🫄. The food was ready very quickly, but I could only pay with a card. Cash was refused, I didn't find any reference to this. You have to know

The Onion Smash Burger is fried to perfection, juicy and tastes excellent. The Cheese Fries are crispy and covered in just the right amount of cheese. A harmonious overall package with good quality. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant. Clear recommendation for anyone looking for a solid burger.

I ordered the "Cheese Please" burger but was instead given the Chili Burger, which I didn’t realize until after the first bite. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff showed me the bill, which listed the Chili Burger. I admit I hadn’t checked the bill earlier, but I’m confident I ordered the "Cheese Please" burger. While they did offer to cook me a new burger, by then I had lost my appetite and didn’t have the time to wait. It would have been great if they had offered a refund or a Gutschein (voucher) for a future order instead.

Eating in a huge hall that looks like you're sitting in the Peek & Cloppenburg warehouse. I don't know, but this is the new food store on Potsdamer Platz. One provider at another. We decided on the Burger Tower. And the decision was good, good burger, fresh fries. Clean environment

overcharged by extra order from their side, accusing me of not paying after payment success, unappologetic apology after checking the order and payment status, followed up by a comment 'if you can't eat it all, pack it and give it to homeless people outside.' seemed like i wasn't the only one with an order mistake. horrid experience.

Really great vegan burger. Individual requests are taken into account. I can only recommend the plant-based burger with BBQ sauce and additional pineapple - a culinary delight. The fries are also very good, although greasy. In general, the atmosphere in this food market is cool and invites you to linger.

The chili cheeseburger menu is decently average in every way. I would have liked more cheese on the burger, and you could also expect a few more fries. Once again a (now typically Berlin) insolence: people automatically beg for tips at the payment terminal. You don't get your food delivered to your table, nor are there any other services provided by the staff. So: of course no tip and a bad review for free.

We tried the Octo burger here. The place is located in Potsdamer foodmarket so we didn't have too high expectations. But we have tried both chewy and well-cooked squid around the world. This is very well prepared. Everyone at the table had a taste and was satisfied with the meat. There are probably some who want different bread and/or filling, but the king of this dish must of course be the octopus... and it is clearly that! Recommended!

Definitely stop in and try their onion smash burger, its delicious. The burger and fries are very generous portions.

Nothing special. The location in the shopping center ruins the ambience.

The ambience was somehow uneasy, being in the middle of a food area. The service was disinterested and didn't really understand us. The two burgers we ordered were rather lower midfield, one burger had the wrong bun used and about a third of the sweet potato fries were way too dark and fell apart when you took a bite... and then the oil/fat ran out of the fry... an absurdity for 7€. One of our two soft drinks (Sprite) was also at room temperature... the Coke was nice and cold. I have no idea how this burger joint got 4.7 stars. It really was the worst burger experience so far... and we've eaten a lot of them and I literally eat everything.

So honest opinion: it doesn't deserve a 4.8*. Not in Berlin. There is a lot of competition and Burger Turm is in the middle of the pack. The selection is large, I was amazed that there are many vegi varieties. But the patty doesn't taste good (spices and firmness). But you can improve. We'll check back in a year.

I've already tried quite a few burgers in Berlin and after a long time I finally ate one that really tastes like a burger and, above all, has meat in it. Nowadays you can't get proper meat in a burger anywhere anymore. I suspect that the bread was also homemade because it was incredibly soft and delicious, really hats off to you!!

After making the order when the food had not even started cooking yet, I had to manually decline the tip when paying with card at the terminal.

Ordered online, food was disgusting and cold, I couldn't eat it. This company has no website, no email address and the phone has an answering machine.

Had octopus burger and truffle fries. Both highly recommended. Dishes are cleared away. Of course, it was noisy in the food court because of children running around.

I had a smash burger, which unfortunately wasn't smashed. It was quite tasty, the bun was quite thick but fluffy. We were served quite impersonally, or efficiently, as you like. All in all ok but too expensive because the ambience doesn't match the supposed demands of the fancy burgers

I recently had the opportunity to try the burger here, I must say it was an unforgettable dining experience. From the first bite I was greeted by an explosion of authentic and balanced flavors. The tender and juicy beef was cooked to perfection, retaining all the juices and having a rich and intense flavor. It is obvious that the ingredients used are of the best quality and is reflected in the perfect taste of every burger.🤤🤤🤤

A MUST-HAVE BURGER IN BERLIN! A restaurant with very nice decoration, clean, comfortable and with a large projector. Very good homemade burgers (even the bread!). The service is quite fast, the welcome is very warm, the servers are smiling and adorable. The waiter even invited us to toast with a shot of typical Berlin alcohol. The servers also speak French! In short, everything was perfect. I recommend 300%

Good selection of food, but it's quite loud and hectic here. The chairs are incredibly impractical.

Served on a pillowy soft bun, with flavourful accompaniments, the burger was pretty good. Although not great, as the meat was a bit over cooked and lacked flavour. Nevertheless a solid burger. The fries were obviously fresh, crispy and very tasty, but lacked seasoning. All in all pretty well rounded, just a couple of downsides that are easily fixable.

I rarely give 5 stars, this one deserves it! Remarkable tender and juicy Angus beef. Freshly made every day, the bun is simply amazing! Its consistency, elasticity and softness perfectly hold the burger till the end. Totally recommendable!

It is located in the food court. Although the clerk's face is smelly, it does not affect the deliciousness of the burger. The meat of the burger is delicious but the bun is ordinary. Overall, it can only be regarded as an ordinary burger, but the fried chicken is quite delicious.

As a Berliner you are not in the manifesto that often. But there are actually very good street food options there. Today I was in the Burger Turm on Turmstrasse. Had the plain cheeseburger and fries. The burger itself was really good, unfortunately the bun was a bit burnt, so the taste suffered a bit, at least in that area. That was a shame. Otherwise the fries were very good than I was satisfied overall.

The burger is very good and the quality of ingredients are also very good. I give 3 stars because I asked for a guacamole burger and it came without guacamole 🤷. My friend's burger also came without or almost none blue cheese

Were here yesterday. I had two different burgers, I had meat and my girlfriend had the vegan one. Both had diarrhea the next day. In terms of taste, it wasn't worth the toilet adventure either. Stay away !

The presentation on the website promises more than reality offers. The lady who took the order seemed unmotivated and could have been a little more fresh and friendly. The burgers listed on the website were not available locally or in the range. The burgers we ordered were poor in taste, the fries were quite simple. The entire dish never lived up to the asking price. We also couldn't find the drinks/cocktails listed on the website. The atmosphere in Manifesto Berlin was also very bad. Uncool atmosphere, cold, dirty, uncomfortable. Two burgers with fries and a drink for a total of €40.00 are always better from various competitors (e.g. Hans im Glück). Even at the most famous fast food chain, McD, we would have enjoyed it more. Conclusion: Unfortunately disappointing. Not recommendable. We won't be coming back.

I saw the octopus burger online and needed to try it. After trying two other Burger Turms i finally found it. Really good but also expensive, close to €30 but it was fun trying. Will try another burger next time. Curly fries also good, just as they should be

Was Visiting Berlin October 2023 and May 2024 called into Burger Turm on both visits for a cheese burger and it was the best cheese burger i have tasted, Staff very quick and friendly, I would Highly recommend this place and the cheese burger.

Yummy burgers. They have specialty burgers on the menu, the ones that you won’t find somewhere else. Avocado and chicken burgers are my favorites. The owner has a special recipe for the burger bread as well and it’s also a factor that give the uniqueness to this restaurant.

Vegan options are not vegan as the vegan burger patties are served on non-vegan brioche’s. You could only find out about this when you asked the waiter. Unfortunately I can't judge the quality of the food. If we were misinformed, that would of course be a shame, as the food didn't look bad per se.

Nice food court, with interesting Options (compared to the one at Bikini Berlin). The Burgers we had were nice and satisfying but somehow packed the punch that would make me come back for more or give a strong recommendation. Seating was okay, for a food court quite nice in total. Service was friendly, spoke English and German. Only weak point would be semi-cold beer from Bavaria instead of cold beer from the area.

Underwhelmed. I was looking forward to burgers and ordered the smash onion burger and the cheese fries. Unfortunately the quality was at McDo level. The smash burger wasn't juicy enough and was generally rather bland. No trace of onion or the classic smash roasted taste. The cheese fries are similar, the cheese sauce is not at all cheesy and generally a taste For the price (just under €20) there are better burgers in the area and Berlin. Not again...

Unfortunately, consistently mediocre. We had 2 normal cheeseburgers, which weren't really great. The patty was even more reminiscent of frozen goods. Unfortunately very tough and tasteless. The only good thing really is the bread. In this regard, €10 for a perfectly normal and rather subpar cheeseburger is simply too expensive. The side dishes (sweet potato fries) are also quite expensive for the size. There are much better shops in Berlin, including at Potsdamer Platz. We won't come back here.

Deze burger Trum zit in een mooie ruim opgezette foodhall. De burgers waren heerlijk en het personeel was vriendelijk het is best druk binnen maar gelukkig is er veel plek. Het leuke aan deze foodhall is dat er verschillende food tentjes zijn om eten te halen voor ieder wat wils en daarna kun je gezellig samen een tafel delen.

Preise sind etwas Hoch, auch was beilagen betrifft. Das Brot ist sehr sehr weich das Fleisch wirkt sehr frisch, schmeckt auch Frisch. Die Süßkartoffeln sind gut und ausreichend. Leider gibt es nicht die Möglichkeit ein Menü zu bestellen nur separat was Teurer wird.

Als Kölner, der vor kurzem den Burger Turm in Berlin besucht hat, kann ich nur sagen, dass ich von meinem Besuch sehr beeindruckt war. Die Atmosphäre in diesem Restaurant ist lebendig und einladend. Die Einrichtung hat eine coole, urbane Note, die gut zu Berlin passt. Was den eigentlichen Star des Burger Turms angeht, die Burger, so kann ich nur sagen, dass sie köstlich sind. Die Auswahl ist vielfältig, und ich habe mich für den "Berlin Deluxe Burger" entschieden, der mit einer saftigen Rinderfleisch-Patty, frischem Gemüse und einer leckeren hausgemachten Sauce kam. Der Burger war perfekt zubereitet und hatte den idealen Geschmack, den ich gesucht habe. Der Service im Burger Turm war ebenfalls erstklassig. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, und meine Bestellung wurde schnell serviert. Ich fühlte mich gut betreut und willkommen. Insgesamt war mein Besuch im Burger Turm in Berlin ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, das ich jedem Burgerliebhaber empfehlen kann. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch, wenn ich wieder in Berlin bin!
