Das Essen ist gut, aber die Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig!

Extrem leckere burger und pommes das Personal ist nett und sammelt das Geschirr ein, jedoch sonst viele Restaurants im beriech, deshalb ist sehr laut.

Köstliches Essen und eine offene Küche, alles ist blitzsauber.

Ziemlich enttäuschend. Der Burger bestand fast nur aus dem Brötchen. Zwar schön fluffig und weich, aber das Patty war dünn und völlig geschmacklos. Einfach nur fad. Die Chilisauce war okay, hatte aber einen säuerlichen Beigeschmack von eingelegten Chilis. Warum nicht frische verwenden? Ich hatte Süßkartoffelpommes bestellt, bekam aber normale. Der Laden ist ziemlich schmutzig und unhygienisch. Es ist ein Gemeinschaftsimbiss, und anscheinend kümmert sich niemand um die Reinigung.

Es war unser erster Besuch bei Burger Turm. Vorne weg: der Burger sowie die Pommes waren sehr lecker und sind definitiv zu empfehlen. Der Service wiederum ist sehr ausbaufähig. Die junge Dame an der Kasse mag ihren Job offensichtlich nicht und lässt es den Kunden spüren. Zudem wurde uns zwei warme Colas gegeben, was bei den Preisen absolut nicht in Ordnung ist. Sehr schade, da es den Gesamteindruck doch trotz leckerem Essen sehr gedrückt hat.

Die besten Burger, die wir je gegessen haben! Wir haben eine Weile gebraucht, um das Restaurant zu finden, da es nicht auf der Restaurantliste des Einkaufszentrums stand. Es befand sich schließlich im Food Court.

Ich habe am selben Tag sowohl in dieser Filiale als auch in der in der Mall of Berlin gegessen!!! Hier habe ich das Cheeseburger-Menü bestellt, in der Mall of Berlin einen einfachen Cheeseburger. Die Version hier hat mir viel besser geschmeckt als die andere. Der Burger war so lecker, dass ich ihn mit geschlossenen Augen gegessen habe, um den Geschmack richtig zu genießen. :) Er war so gut, dass ich die andere Filiale ausprobiert habe, um den gleichen Geschmack zu erleben. Leider war ich dort enttäuscht: zu fettig, zu chaotisch, einfach nicht lecker. Seltsam fand ich, dass es in dieser Filiale keinen einfachen Cheeseburger gab, sondern nur den Playce-Cheeseburger. Ansonsten gab es aber Unterschiede in der Speisekarte, was ich sehr gelungen fand. Insgesamt kann ich diesen Laden aber zu 100 % empfehlen. Ich werde ihn auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen, wenn ich in Berlin bin. 🔥😍

Der vegane Burger im Playce war super. Ich hatte den Pilzburger, der sehr saftig war, und der Tofu war auch toll und lecker.

Der Oktopusburger ist okay, nichts Besonderes und sieht überhaupt nicht so aus wie in der Werbung. Den Preis ist er absolut nicht wert. Die Pommes sind super. Insgesamt ist es überteuert.

Ich habe heute nach meinem Lauf einen Cheeseburger und Softdrink gratis bekommen. Mega faire Aktion und vielen Dank dafür!! Der Burger selber hat mir allerdings nicht so gut geschmeckt. Der Bun war schön soft und saftig. Der Patty in Richtung smashed und fast Medium gebraten - soweit ganz ordentlich! Negativ: Der ganze Burger ist sehr sehr fettig, so dass sogar das Burger Papier durchgeweicht war - siehe zweites Foto. Das passt nicht und konnte dann letztlich auch geschmacklich nicht überzeugen. Fazit: Coole Aktion für Sportler, aber der Burger war leider enttäuschend - zumal ich bei den sehr guten Bewertungen eine andere/bessere Erwartung hatte.

Der Burger war sehr fettig, enthielt wenig Fleisch und zerfiel fast. Der Cheeseburger war stark mit Zwiebeln belegt, die auch der einzige erkennbare Geschmack waren. Es gab kaum Gemüse. Der zweite Blauschimmelkäse-Burger war ähnlich. Die Pommes waren die besten von allen. Außerdem fehlten Gabeln. Insgesamt war es weder ein guter noch ein schlechter Burger.

Ich liebe diesen Laden – vor allem den Guacamole-Burger. Die Trüffelpommes kann ich auch empfehlen.

Ich war heute mit meiner Familie bei Bürger Traum und habe so etwas noch nie erlebt. Am Anfang konnte ich ganz normal bar bezahlen und habe Trinkgeld gegeben, aber keine Quittung bekommen. Später wollte meine Nichte bar bezahlen, aber plötzlich hieß es, Barzahlung sei nicht möglich. Als ich sagte, dass ich kurz vorher bar bezahlt habe, wurde behauptet, das stimme nicht. Dann wurde eine Bestellung falsch aufgenommen (zweimal Pommes statt einmal Pommes und einmal Curly Fries). Als wir ruhig gesagt haben, dass das falsch ist, hat die Kassiererin den Fehler nicht eingesehen und weiter mit uns diskutiert, obwohl wir sogar den Kassenbon zeigen wollten. Die Situation ist dann eskaliert. Ein Mitarbeiter aus der Küche wollte meine Schwester angreifen, und nur weil die Kassiererin ihn festgehalten hat, ist nichts passiert. Wir wollten daraufhin einfach gehen und haben gesagt, wir wollen das Essen nicht mehr. Dann ist das Schlimmste passiert: Der Mitarbeiter hat mir absichtlich einen Teller mit Essen auf mein Bein und meinen Fuß geworfen. Meine Hose, meine teuren Schuhe und alles war voller Essen. Dabei hat mich etwas am Fuß getroffen, das bis jetzt noch weh tut. Das ist Körperverletzung. Ich habe sofort die Polizei gerufen und habe eine Vorgangsnummer. Am Montag gehe ich zum Anwalt. So ein Verhalten gegenüber Kunden ist absolut schockierend und inakzeptabel. Ich rate jedem, sich gut zu überlegen, ob er hier essen möchte. Chef löscht !!!!!

I was here today and really enjoyed the food. I was recommended the BBQ Bacon burger, and I ordered a nuggets menu for my girlfriend. You can find similar burgers in town, but I liked that they use a brioche bun and good-quality meat. The nuggets were pretty standard, but still hot and tasty. We were greeted by a friendly cashier. Overall, the place was a bit noisy, but that was probably because it was the weekend.

That was by far the most disgusting experience. Not because of the food, but because of the staff, especially the owner or manager. I've never seen such disrespectful behavior. I was yelled at and insulted. It got to the point where the police were called, all because I asked for a receipt? They refused to give me cash, but not someone else? Is this some kind of illegal employment? When I threatened to call the police after the incident, I automatically got my money back. But I will never go there again, and neither should you!

We were there, and it was a complete disaster. There were problems right from the start: My aunt in front of me was allowed to pay in cash without any issues, but I wasn't. When I politely asked, I was immediately met with rudeness, told they didn't have any change. When I then said I could pay with the exact amount, the employee became even more annoyed and simply said that it still wasn't possible, and asked what I wanted and why I was arguing (I just wanted to know). Such behavior is absolutely disrespectful. Then there was a discrepancy with my other aunt's bill. She calmly and objectively referred to the menu and asked how the total was calculated. Suddenly, the chef approached her in a completely aggressive manner, which was totally inappropriate and frightening. When my aunt returned the plate and said she didn't want to eat there anymore, the chef grabbed the plate and threw it at her with full force. She injured her foot and was soiled. The police had to be called and recorded the incident. Legal action will be taken. Afterwards, they tried to appease us with money after we waited for a police officer to review the video footage. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and completely out of the question. Unfriendly staff is one thing, but physical aggression and the subsequent handling of the situation are absolutely unacceptable. We will definitely never return and strongly advise everyone against it.

I stumbled across this place today and, feeling a bit hungry, treated myself to an Onion Smash Burger. All I can say is it was absolutely delicious. Best burger I've had in a long time!

I recently visited Burger Turm on Alte Potsdamer Straße after watching a YouTube video that gave a very positive review of their truffle fries. The video clearly showed fresh truffle slices on the dish, which naturally raised expectations. However, the portion we received looked quite different. Instead of clearly visible truffle slices, there were only a few dark pieces or shards. If you had gathered all the truffle pieces together and placed them end to end, it might have amounted to half a slice. Visually, it didn't look as high-quality as in the video. The fries themselves were fine, nice and crispy, and well-seasoned. They were served with what appeared to be a truffle mayo, which was creamy but felt rather heavy overall. For €14.90, I expected significantly more in terms of presentation and the amount of truffle. To be honest, at this price, I feel somewhat cheated as a customer. The fries tasted okay, though—nice and crispy and well-seasoned. Maybe it was just a difference in how it was prepared that day, but compared to the version shown the difference was noticeable. The food was okay, but nothing more. I have no idea where the "premium" label came from. The service was very friendly and the food arrived very quickly. The ambiance, or rather the hall itself, offers a multitude of uncomfortable seating options and loud, tinny-sounding music. It's fine for a quick snack, but nothing more.

Visiting from the UK and came across Burger Turm while exploring Potsdamer Platz. The menu had lots of variety including vegan & vegetarian options. I went for the Onion Smash Burger and it was absolutely delicious! Freshly made and filling. Would highly recommend!

The food is prepared right in front of you, which is nice to see. Everything was meticulously hygienic. We had the guacamole and BBQ bacon burgers, along with truffle fries. They were all delicious. We also appreciated the complimentary sauce options.

I ate at Burger Turm with a friend yesterday. We both ordered a vegetarian meal with fries and a drink. When my burger was ready, I realized it was a meat burger. Mistakes happen—that's okay. However, the staff's reaction was annoying. Instead of simply correcting the error, I had to spend 5-10 minutes discussing it and explaining repeatedly that I didn't want a meat burger, but the vegetarian burger I had ordered. The food itself was okay, but the way complaints were handled unfortunately soured the experience. I wish they had been much more customer-friendly and understanding.

You're supposed to tip when you pay even though there's no service? You're given a small electronic device that vibrates when the food is ready. The food, however, is really great, very tasty. The atmosphere is just right. It's a supermarket, after all :)

The burgers and fries are AMAZING! The Hawaiian burger was phenomenal and fries are nice and large, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Very mediocre, certainly fine for a quick burger on the go, as the burgers were ready quickly. Taste-wise, however, it was more like a 2.5 out of 5. The BBQ burger only tasted of bacon, and the fries (potato and sweet potato) were super bland. But at least they serve good beer.

I can recommend it. The truffle fries were delicious. The Oriental Burger was also very good for all falafel and halloumi fans. Note: You can only pay by card, but that's normal in this food court. The staff and owner are very accommodating.

There's a wide selection, so there's something for everyone. I highly recommend the truffle fries with their garlic mayo sauce and cheddar cheese. I ate here with a friend, and we were very impressed with the Oriental burger and the chili cheeseburger. The service is very friendly and accommodating; I can highly recommend it.

We ordered burger, fries and fresh homemade lemonade. The burgers were okish, definitely not the best you get around in Berlin. The curly fries were okish, the Guacamole fries were not ok. The worst was the so called fresh homemade lemonade - this tasted like 3-4 weeks old Fanta - it was literally so bad. We obviously gave it back with some feedback. But instead taking the feedback for granted because you can learn, the guy made a real big deal out of. He told us we are the bad guys because everyone else really liked it. He made is feel so bad. Definitely not a friendly behavior and not customer centric at all. Would not recommend because the experience was bad and food wasnt that great!

Good little burger joint inside a food court with lots to see and do. The burger was a big burger, American portions. The chili cheese menu is not a traditional burger with chili on top but more a spicy jalapeño burger. It was still delish and cooked perfectly.

The (fast food!) shop closes at 10 p.m., and we were turned away at 9:30 p.m. with the statement that the store was closed. The staff is extremely unfriendly.

The hamburger was very delicious. When you order fries as part of the menu, the portion is quite small, so I recommend ordering fries and the hamburger separately. Hamburgers cost around 10-12 Euros, fries range between 4-7 Euros, and menus are priced at 14-16 Euros

Relatively difficult to find in the mall, but the food was really excellent and ready to be picked up after about 5 minutes, the service was very friendly and organized and the shop was very clean compared to the competition next door. However, due to the space in the mall, there are no dedicated seats, but the ones in front of the restaurant are not fully occupied, even during rush hour. Some of the pictures here on Maps are outdated and no longer reflect reality. Now the restaurant is very modern and offers a very nice moment of enjoyment for little money!

My child had the kids menu with hamburgers, fries and CapriSonne. For me the cheeseburger menu with fries and Coke. Child was happy. I'll sum it up like this: The cheeseburger was really good and the buns are really something special. I would prefer Goldie's Hypeburgers at any time, very tasty and round in taste. The fries were also good and it's great that you can use your own ketchup and mayo, which gets you extra applause. Service is nice, but since everything is for you to pick up yourself, I can't conjure up more than three stars out of the hat. The people at Burger Turm can't help the loud ambience in Manifesto, it's just a busy food concept and therefore not that cozy. Ergo: both menus get a very, very good 4 out of 5 stars from me, and the price is right too. Recommended!

One of the best burgers I have had in my whole life, the bun was handmade, the meat was delicious, fresh veggies, the juice was fresh made and dessert was a super tasty homemade brownie. Totally recommended.

Located in the food court, we were hungry and the good reviews made us try the burger. The bun was really fluffy, fluffy and soft. However, the combination with the blue cheese is hardly palatable. The meat was very firm rubbery. Things are better in Berlin. Team rather impersonal based on mass processing.

Today I ate a delicious, indescribable burger from a very special chef and ate some fries with a raffle, it was simply incredibly delicious. I can recommend it to everyone, everyone is very friendly and polite when you come by.

12€ for a hamburger, that's extremely expensive

The burgers were ok. But not worth 12 to 14 euros for a long time. Too little meat and too many rolls. The taste was okay but not great.
