Burger Turm in Berlin

I ate at Burger Turm with a friend yesterday. We both ordered a vegetarian meal with fries and a drink. When my burger was ready, I realized it was a meat burger. Mistakes happen—that's okay. However, the staff's reaction was annoying. Instead of simply correcting the error, I had to spend 5-10 minutes discussing it and explaining repeatedly that I didn't want a meat burger, but the vegetarian burger I had ordered. The food itself was okay, but the way complaints were handled unfortunately soured the experience. I wish they had been much more customer-friendly and understanding.

You're supposed to tip when you pay even though there's no service? You're given a small electronic device that vibrates when the food is ready. The food, however, is really great, very tasty. The atmosphere is just right. It's a supermarket, after all :)

The burgers and fries are AMAZING! The Hawaiian burger was phenomenal and fries are nice and large, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Very mediocre, certainly fine for a quick burger on the go, as the burgers were ready quickly. Taste-wise, however, it was more like a 2.5 out of 5. The BBQ burger only tasted of bacon, and the fries (potato and sweet potato) were super bland. But at least they serve good beer.

A burger place with a very high rating. Reality is very very different. The burgers are basic. Don’t taste much and I 1000% wouldn’t recommend this place. Given its high rating, it’s literally disgrace selling so bad burgers … and fries suck as well. Definitely not worth visiting.

There's a wide selection, so there's something for everyone. I highly recommend the truffle fries with their garlic mayo sauce and cheddar cheese. I ate here with a friend, and we were very impressed with the Oriental burger and the chili cheeseburger. The service is very friendly and accommodating; I can highly recommend it.

I can recommend it. The truffle fries were delicious. The Oriental Burger was also very good for all falafel and halloumi fans. Note: You can only pay by card, but that's normal in this food court. The staff and owner are very accommodating.

Guacamole burger for 13.90 was a decent starter bite and I didn't taste much besides bread

Literally one of the best burgers ive ever had!! The owner and the workers were super kind, the food was made very well and i would totally recommend this place to everyone! As my first time being in berlin, this is one of my favourite food spots so far🫶🏻 not to mention the bun was homemade and the meat being halal made the experience very special and enjoyable 🤍

Decent burger place in a cozy and vibrant street food hall. The fries were a bit bland but acceptable. The burger was good, with a tasty and typical patty — nothing above what you’d find in many other places. The kids’ menu with nuggets was a hit. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. We ordered burger, fries and fresh homemade lemonade. The burgers were okish, definitely not the best you get around in Berlin. The curly fries were okish, the Guacamole fries were not ok. The worst was the so called fresh homemade lemonade - this tasted like 3-4 weeks old Fanta - it was literally so bad. We obviously gave it back with some feedback. But instead taking the feedback for granted because you can learn, the guy made a real big deal out of. He told us we are the bad guys because everyone else really liked it. He made is feel so bad. Definitely not a friendly behavior and not customer centric at all. Would not recommend because the experience was bad and food wasnt that great!

Good little burger joint inside a food court with lots to see and do. The burger was a big burger, American portions. The chili cheese menu is not a traditional burger with chili on top but more a spicy jalapeño burger. It was still delish and cooked perfectly.

The (fast food!) shop closes at 10 p.m., and we were turned away at 9:30 p.m. with the statement that the store was closed. The staff is extremely unfriendly.

The hamburger was very delicious. When you order fries as part of the menu, the portion is quite small, so I recommend ordering fries and the hamburger separately. Hamburgers cost around 10-12 Euros, fries range between 4-7 Euros, and menus are priced at 14-16 Euros

Relatively difficult to find in the mall, but the food was really excellent and ready to be picked up after about 5 minutes, the service was very friendly and organized and the shop was very clean compared to the competition next door. However, due to the space in the mall, there are no dedicated seats, but the ones in front of the restaurant are not fully occupied, even during rush hour. Some of the pictures here on Maps are outdated and no longer reflect reality. Now the restaurant is very modern and offers a very nice moment of enjoyment for little money!

Located in the food court, we were hungry and the good reviews made us try the burger. The bun was really fluffy, fluffy and soft. However, the combination with the blue cheese is hardly palatable. The meat was very firm rubbery. Things are better in Berlin. Team rather impersonal based on mass processing.

One of the best burgers I have had in my whole life, the bun was handmade, the meat was delicious, fresh veggies, the juice was fresh made and dessert was a super tasty homemade brownie. Totally recommended.

My child had the kids menu with hamburgers, fries and CapriSonne. For me the cheeseburger menu with fries and Coke. Child was happy. I'll sum it up like this: The cheeseburger was really good and the buns are really something special. I would prefer Goldie's Hypeburgers at any time, very tasty and round in taste. The fries were also good and it's great that you can use your own ketchup and mayo, which gets you extra applause. Service is nice, but since everything is for you to pick up yourself, I can't conjure up more than three stars out of the hat. The people at Burger Turm can't help the loud ambience in Manifesto, it's just a busy food concept and therefore not that cozy. Ergo: both menus get a very, very good 4 out of 5 stars from me, and the price is right too. Recommended!

Today I ate a delicious, indescribable burger from a very special chef and ate some fries with a raffle, it was simply incredibly delicious. I can recommend it to everyone, everyone is very friendly and polite when you come by.

The burgers were ok. But not worth 12 to 14 euros for a long time. Too little meat and too many rolls. The taste was okay but not great.

I had the chili burger on the menu. Visually a treat but taste-wise a disappointment. The citizen just tasted like old fat to me. There are far too many rolls, the contents are completely lost and there was no hint of spiciness. My fries were so salty that I had to leave them. There wasn't much going on, so it couldn't have been due to the Hecktick. Sorry, that could be much better.

It's a hamburger restaurant located inside a shopping center. It tastes great I recommend the onion smash burger.

I ordered the Plant Based Burger and have to say that the homemade brioche buns are really good and make a difference to many other shops. Unfortunately, the contents of the burger are not convincing at all. The patty has no roasted aroma whatsoever, there is not enough topping so that it is completely lost in the bun and the individual sauce doesn't add any variety either. The burger should be redesigned again.

The Onion Smash Burger is fried to perfection, juicy and tastes excellent. The Cheese Fries are crispy and covered in just the right amount of cheese. A harmonious overall package with good quality. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant. Clear recommendation for anyone looking for a solid burger.

I ordered the "Cheese Please" burger but was instead given the Chili Burger, which I didn’t realize until after the first bite. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff showed me the bill, which listed the Chili Burger. I admit I hadn’t checked the bill earlier, but I’m confident I ordered the "Cheese Please" burger. While they did offer to cook me a new burger, by then I had lost my appetite and didn’t have the time to wait. It would have been great if they had offered a refund or a Gutschein (voucher) for a future order instead.

Really great vegan burger. Individual requests are taken into account. I can only recommend the plant-based burger with BBQ sauce and additional pineapple - a culinary delight. The fries are also very good, although greasy. In general, the atmosphere in this food market is cool and invites you to linger.

The chili cheeseburger menu is decently average in every way. I would have liked more cheese on the burger, and you could also expect a few more fries. Once again a (now typically Berlin) insolence: people automatically beg for tips at the payment terminal. You don't get your food delivered to your table, nor are there any other services provided by the staff. So: of course no tip and a bad review for free.

We tried the Octo burger here. The place is located in Potsdamer foodmarket so we didn't have too high expectations. But we have tried both chewy and well-cooked squid around the world. This is very well prepared. Everyone at the table had a taste and was satisfied with the meat. There are probably some who want different bread and/or filling, but the king of this dish must of course be the octopus... and it is clearly that! Recommended!

Nothing special. The location in the shopping center ruins the ambience.

The ambience was somehow uneasy, being in the middle of a food area. The service was disinterested and didn't really understand us. The two burgers we ordered were rather lower midfield, one burger had the wrong bun used and about a third of the sweet potato fries were way too dark and fell apart when you took a bite... and then the oil/fat ran out of the fry... an absurdity for 7€. One of our two soft drinks (Sprite) was also at room temperature... the Coke was nice and cold. I have no idea how this burger joint got 4.7 stars. It really was the worst burger experience so far... and we've eaten a lot of them and I literally eat everything.

So honest opinion: it doesn't deserve a 4.8*. Not in Berlin. There is a lot of competition and Burger Turm is in the middle of the pack. The selection is large, I was amazed that there are many vegi varieties. But the patty doesn't taste good (spices and firmness). But you can improve. We'll check back in a year.

I've already tried quite a few burgers in Berlin and after a long time I finally ate one that really tastes like a burger and, above all, has meat in it. Nowadays you can't get proper meat in a burger anywhere anymore. I suspect that the bread was also homemade because it was incredibly soft and delicious, really hats off to you!!

I had a smash burger, which unfortunately wasn't smashed. It was quite tasty, the bun was quite thick but fluffy. We were served quite impersonally, or efficiently, as you like. All in all ok but too expensive because the ambience doesn't match the supposed demands of the fancy burgers

A MUST-HAVE BURGER IN BERLIN! A restaurant with very nice decoration, clean, comfortable and with a large projector. Very good homemade burgers (even the bread!). The service is quite fast, the welcome is very warm, the servers are smiling and adorable. The waiter even invited us to toast with a shot of typical Berlin alcohol. The servers also speak French! In short, everything was perfect. I recommend 300%

Good selection of food, but it's quite loud and hectic here. The chairs are incredibly impractical.

Served on a pillowy soft bun, with flavourful accompaniments, the burger was pretty good. Although not great, as the meat was a bit over cooked and lacked flavour. Nevertheless a solid burger. The fries were obviously fresh, crispy and very tasty, but lacked seasoning. All in all pretty well rounded, just a couple of downsides that are easily fixable.

I rarely give 5 stars, this one deserves it! Remarkable tender and juicy Angus beef. Freshly made every day, the bun is simply amazing! Its consistency, elasticity and softness perfectly hold the burger till the end. Totally recommendable!
