It doesn't taste good and the staff are rude. Wouldn't recommend it.

The menu is wrong, there are no burgers, pasta or pizza and what was there just tasted bad

You can sit outside in the front area, and you can sit outside in the back! Disgusting... the garbage bags are piling up! No dumpster, but a tool shed where the smelly garbage bags are stacked up! The food, which wasn't tasty either, is gone! Never again... the public order office will be informed!

Really glad that they finally have opened a shop in north Berlin. Amazing food, super friendly service, very decent prices. Honestly the best lahmacun in Berlin, just like at the other shop. Don't mind pictures out reviews from more than a few months ago, it's thankfully a new place.

Ordered because of the good reviews, hoping there would finally be a place nearby that offered a bit more quality. This was by far the worst delivery service I've ever had. An hour-long wait, which is fine, it's a Saturday. But then I got pasta that was so soft it fell apart, tasted of nothing, no seasoning, with a watery light sauce, not much of it, and it didn't even come close to cream sauce—plus three pieces of broccoli. The pizza should have been left in the oven for at least 5 minutes longer. And that was 16.20. I could have gone to Dun dun, it would have been cheaper, and it would have tasted better even there. This is outrageous.

This was by far the worst Adana kebab I've ever eaten. The meat had a disgusting taste and didn't seem fresh or high-quality. As for hygiene, it was an absolute disaster. The cooks worked in an extremely unhygienic manner and didn't adhere to any cleanliness standards. One of them dipped his hand in the sauce and then touched the countertop with his sauce-stained palm as if nothing had happened—simply disgusting. The entire restaurant was dirty and unkempt. The ayran tasted like dishwater—no salt, no flavor, just plain water. I absolutely cannot recommend this place and will definitely never return.

One chef makes really tasty and great food. And then there is the other one. He somehow did everything wrong that could possibly be done wrong. Food was overcooked, bland, and simply not edible or tasty. And instead of reflecting and doing better, you get called at an impossible time with hidden numbers. So there is a good edis kitchen somewhere. Improve or just leave it.

An expired batch of food that was placed next to a good batch of food is a good reason for a service inspection!

FRAUD!!!!! The purest lie from this store I ordered and never saw anything about it. The delivery person is said to have been there after 2 hours after the order was placed even though they have 1 hour to deliver. I didn't get the money or the pizza and the boss just insults him in an unfriendly way. He also asks his employee to leave, with whom I was at least able to talk. The store doesn't know how to deal with customers. I looked at a lot of reviews and what happened to me seems to have happened very often so it's best not to order. EVERYTHING FAKE!!!!!!!

I really enjoy ordering here, the food is warm when it comes and always tastes delicious, I walk past it every day, it's a small, inconspicuous shop that has everything from rolls to warm dishes that fill you up well. Large selection. Always my pleasure :) Big recommendation to the tortellini al forno.

Once expired beer was delivered. Later I ordered lasagna, which had a sour aftertaste. Today I looked at tiramisu and there was mold on it. So I had a bad experience 3 times, so never again.

Unfortunately, I just ordered shortly before closing time😬But the boss is so nice. He just said: no problem brother!!! To be honest, I often order from Edy's. Lots of choice, tasty and good quality. Prices are reasonable 🫡🇹🇷

Catastrophe...forgets my food, has to wait 2 hours...normally you give the customers something as compensation...but unfortunately they have no idea about customer satisfaction!! We will never order from you again!! Thanks for nothing!!!

Short version: Several orders went wrong. I wanted to make sure everything worked out with my last order. This was taken as a complaint and I was insulted and threatened with a report. (Good food when you eat what you get and shut up if something is wrong or not delivered). Long version: I've ordered there several times but with the last 3 orders there were always problems with the dips not being delivered or the burgers slipping completely (could also be the driver's fault). In the second to last order (March 19, 2024) the dip (aioli dip) was missing again. The driver from Edis Kitchen promised me that next time I would get 2 aioli dips, meaning 1 dip because I paid (€0.90) and 2 for free. Then today, March 22nd, 2024, I ordered again to get the dip and also specified this situation in the order. So that there were no misunderstandings, I called again to say that they had promised me that I would get this dip. However, the person on the phone didn't really take me seriously and said "yes, I have to talk to the driver". When my order arrived I received 3 dips which I couldn't eat because of their taste or digestibility and the driver immediately scolded me as to why I was complaining so much. I just wanted to make sure that I didn't pay €0.90 three times without getting the things I paid for. When I said that they were the wrong dips, he said what he should do, the people in the kitchen don't speak German and whether he should go back for the dip, to which I replied yes. Finally I chose this dip specifically and didn't pay for any others and also for this one. To which he replied whether I was stupid. I then said he could take everything back with him and I wouldn't pay. He took the burgers and finger food boxes back and threw them into the delivery bag so that they opened and everything flew loose in the bag and insulted me because I had refused an order that I did not order. When I thought it was all over, the shop (the kitchen) called me to insult me, although they spoke German very well but supposedly couldn't understand me and that they were going to report me. When I asked why they wanted to report me, all I heard was insults. Whereupon I meant that I would report the store for fraud and mortgages (attack on my dignity) and he then hung up. When I wanted to call again to give him another chance to apologize, my number was already blocked. So I have to say I understand if something is missing from an order, but three times within a week I find it insulting and outrageous. Conclusion: PayPal refunded my order and I filed a police report and will be ordering elsewhere from now on. P.s. Fraud charges will probably be dropped because I can only prove one delivery where something was missing and unfortunately not all of them. It's probably around €5-€10 that they ripped me off within a year.

U need to wait for 2 hours for a pizza and 2 cheese, then the stuff aren't polite or professional at all

Everything there is extremely expensive! 2.90 euros for a börek stick that was extremely dry and tasted absolutely like nothing. 2 euros for a water is also brutally expensive!

The pizza is just great :) nice service but the other things are also delicious. The sandwiches with cheese salami are also great. Price wise it's totally okay. Always genre

Great food, great portions, it took a bit of a long time to arrive, but it was completely understandable at that time in the evening Pasta perfect! Only recommended!

Ich hab mir essen bestellt und muss wirklich sagen . Es war top angefangen vom lieferanten mit seinem netten auftretten bis zum essen (ich hatte nudeln) die sehr gut geschmeckt habe . Als dessert hab ich mir ein zitronen kuchen gegönnt und der war noch fluffig locker so wie er sein soll . Mein fazit es lohnt sich hier zu essen .

Meine Frau und ich waren gestern (2.4.2023) kurzentschlossen gegen 21:45 bei Edis essen. Es gab eine Classic Cheeseburger als Menü mit Getränk und Pommes und eine Portion Pommes zusätzlich. Insgesamt haben wir 15,20 € bezahlt, waren satt (was nach nem Halbmarathon gar nicht so einfach ist) und geschmacklich positiv überrascht. Hier können sich die Systemgastronomen gerne eine Scheibe abschneiden und lernen. Gerne wieder 🤙

Geschmacklich ist es okay. Aber trotzdem, für den Geschmack ist es viel zu teuer. Verglichen mit anderen Restaurants.

5 Sterne habt ihr auf jeden Fall verdient. Es gab einen kleinen Fehler, der aber so schnell es ging behoben wurde. Was bei vielen lieferdiensten leider nicht der Fall ist !!! Es wurde sich mehrmals entschuldigt und man ist uns mehr als entgegen gekommen . Ein super freundliches Team und sehe sehr leckeres Essen. Wir bestellen auf jeden Fall wieder 👌👍🏻

Das Essen war lecker und reichhaltig. Lieferung superschnell, Fahrer freundlich. Bei Edi`s kann man auch Nachts bestellen und bekommt leckeres Essen schnell geliefert. Empfehlenswert.

Nach dem Bildern bei Google dachte ich mir ja kann man probieren ! Angerufen bestellt sehr höfliches Personal am Hörer sehr sympathisch. Lieferungszeit war super für einen Freitag morgen um 3:15 angerufen um 3:40 war das Essen da warm und gut Riechend wie bei Mama zuhause 😇 Preislich super fair 💪🏽 Und das Essen mega lecker 🤤 1000% empfehlenswert und wenn ihr das ein oder andere schlechte Kommentar liest macht euch selber ein Bild vom Laden gebt ihn wenigstens die Chance ;D Danke euch Edi‘s Kitchen

Lieferant(Chef) war nett! Bei der Pasta ist die Soße ausgelaufen,über den Burger der dann sehr matschig war. Habe trozdem bezahlt plus trinkgeld. Essen hab ich natürlich weggeschmiesen. Konnte Nichts essen davon so wie dass aussah!

Ich bin so überrascht und happy... das veranlasst mich eine Bewertung abzugeben. Man erwartet um 1 Uhr Nachts nicht viel und dann kommt das: Die Nuggets lecker zart, der vegetarische Halloumi Burger war so frisch. Sowas leckeres hatte ich lange nicht mehr hier in Reinickendorf. Edis ist gerade Wunder in meinen Augen hier im Norden. Man könnte denken ich bin bekifft und freue mich übers essen. Bin ich nicht ;) aber es schmeckt so! Danke und Daumen hoch (Y)

Der Milchreis ist ganz toll, den Kichererbsensalat kann ich auch empfehlen. Die Lieferzeit ist manchmal sehr hoch.

Tolles Ambiente und das Essen ist top!

Meine Erfahrung ist wie folgt: es ist 2 Uhr Morgens ich habe echt hunger aber keine lust was zu machen (wer kennts nicht) trotz bedenken bei Edis bestellt. (bedenken weil miestens kriegt man um diese Uhrzeit und bei einem laden der mehrere spezialitaeten anbietet nicht so "tolles" essen) Und was soll ich sagen ich wurde sowas von eines besseren belehrt, die Burger waren Sehr Gut ! Frisch lecker und ich behaupte mal liebevoll gemacht . Besser als bei Namenhaften Burgerlaeden und das für weniger Geld. Nie kamen Pommes so heiss udn knusprig an an wie bei Edis die waren Sehr sehr gut. Das Nudelgericht war Perfekt gewürzt und Portionstechnisch super fair. Also alles in allem mit die Positivste Erfahrung die ich je geamcht hab beim bestellen )vorallem bei dieser Uhrzeit !
