Bad experience, I ordered Tortillas beef and they give me BBQ tortillas 😏. And is the second time. Please make sure that you packed the what we asked you. Unfortunately I didn’t went there back because i was running to take a train.

The employee didn't speak German and couldn't take my order. Had to leave the store without food because he didn't understand me. He was also rude... How does someone like that get a job?

Really dirty shop and really slow service. I waited 20 minutes for my little burger and then had to get to the train. I didn't get the money back and neither did I get my burger. Better go to Mc Donnals. The service there was really sluggish and really slow.

Really poor performance from the Burger King staff. There wasn't much going on, ordering wasn't difficult and there was 40 minutes until the connecting train left. The man behind the counter seemed to have a personal problem with us from the start. Orders were processed, new ones were accepted, only those from me and my partner were not processed. After 20 other orders had already been completed and time was running out, it was our turn and the order was ready in just a few steps and seconds. We had to leave urgently, I checked the order at the door... At first glance, everything was wrong. A burger was missing, I didn't know which one and quickly went back in to say one was missing. A crispy chicken was then quickly prepared and given to me, and I thanked him. Now on the train I realize the extent of the order being processed underground. I'll never go there again.

Service at the branch leaves a lot to be desired. I had previously ordered a small menu but the people who ordered after me had all received their menus first. At that time I had already waited over 15 minutes, which is why I had to leave the store without receiving any service despite having paid for the order. The lady at the checkout looked really overwhelmed even though there weren't that many orders outstanding. Unfortunately, there has been a BK branch for a long time where you can't give a +. The system and service there can clearly be expanded.

Because I still had time before I had to get to the train, I wanted to order the king of the month in the menu. Even though there were only 5 guests in the branch, it took almost 5 minutes until I could pay in cash at the checkout. That's still bearable, even if it's borderline considering the low utilization. After paying, I still had 10 minutes until I had to leave - enough time, you would think. Unfortunately I thought wrong, at the end of the 10 minutes there was still 1 order ahead of mine (as a reminder, when I entered the branch there were 5 guests who had already ordered except for 2). End of story, I had to leave the branch without taking the food I had paid for because 10 minutes for a burger, a small fries and a soft drink in a fast food restaurant wasn't enough.

Worst Burger King ever. I had half an hour to get by for my train and in 20 minutes they didn't manage to hand me my 4 small burgers. Even though they had already been in the burger compartment for several minutes. When I asked if they could pack these up for me, I was shouted at. Never again unprofessional like nothing else. I had to give away my burgers to get my train.

I always go there because I live around the corner. Never had any problems so far! Food is always well prepared and tastes good :) Nice service

The food is nothing special for me, but I don't expect anything more here. So at this point my expectations are met. The order terminals didn't work. The staff was apparently not very experienced in the processes, but was highly motivated and very friendly. One employee who helped a couple with no knowledge of German to get the menu they wanted was very remarkable. The dining room is clean, but has the charm of a cold train station hall.

If I were a fan of system catering, I would like to come here again. Bravo! The entire work area that could be seen appeared equally clean, tidy and orderly. 3 stars for the food because I avoid burgers per se. Thank you Burger King for this surprise of the evening!

Burger King at the main station - the food could have been a little warmer, the reusable cup didn't work again and the cutlery for the salad - the one with the extra cucumbers - laugh - was missing again, but everything was sorted out on site without any problems . THE plant-based Whopper is the king.

Very nice & courteous employees! The food came quickly and we were even given cake as a staff member recently had a birthday and there was still some left over. Gladly again ;)

We were there yesterday and there were several problems. There was hardly anything going on, but everything was still a bit problematic. I'm unsure if the plant-based whopper was really vegan. Looked like meat. In addition, the service was rather poor. The employee simply didn't want to listen and then yelled and called for another employee who was helpful and nice. A pity.

Sorry... But: I just ordered (03/10/2024 at 12:12 a.m.) a bacon cheeseburger and fries with ketchup. What did I get? A cheeseburger WITHOUT bacon and the ketchup was missing. I noticed the ketchup and received it afterwards, but I didn't notice the missing bacon until I was eating it. Swath doesn't work at all!!! In addition, “fast food”: there were 12 minutes between ordering at the terminal and being served. Then I'd rather leave the return journey hungry.

Was just there. Not a single employee spoke German. Then the amount from the customer in front of me was added to my invoice. And when I pointed it out to him with gestures, he still doesn't get it. Completely stupid.

Absolutely underground. The whole team stands at the back and chats with 4 people. You call out “Hello” so that they understand that people want to order something. Take a quick look and nothing happens. Second guest calls "Hello", again nothing happens. Then I went to MacDonalds where you actually get served. Absolute impudence

The food I ordered, although supposedly freshly prepared, was only lukewarm and there was no receipt for what I ordered because the receipt was apparently tangled up at the ordering station and you can't make a copy at the checkout. One employee didn't even speak enough German to understand my request. Overall, a lousy performance coupled with lousy and lukewarm food, I will avoid eating at Burger King in the future.

NIGHTMARE! We didn't even receive our food! We had a little more than an hour of transfer time and thought we'd go over to Burger King. We ordered 2 cokes, 4 cheeseburgers and chili nuggets. So the order itself went quickly. After 15 minutes we saw another order in front of us totally messed up with chili nuggets. But we already suspected that they were ours - (ultimately they should be ours too). They were given to the wrong customer, who complained about them at the front and first the customer, then the cashier (after he grabbed his hair several times...) and then another of the customer's relatives were rummaging around in the bag (she actually wanted hot Wings) Then the bag was put aside... Then a man first kindly pointed out that the machine was defective because the first order was canceled and no piece of paper with an order number was printed out on the second attempt. But the cashier didn't speak a word of German and didn't understand him. The man couldn't speak English and said so. The cashier became increasingly rude in English and then ignored him. Then a VERY unfriendly employee shouted from behind "Either English or leave it!" The man got angry because here in Germany you can't expect everyone to know English and why couldn't the woman listen to his problem since she spoke German. We have NEVER experienced anything as unfriendly as this employee!!! HONEST! We were totally horrified!! The mmnn was simply left standing on the side After we waited another 20 minutes, which is a really long time for a few burgers... our number disappeared from the display and we kindly noted this in broken English at the front. And the cashier was again extremely unfriendly and tried to ignore us. We then gave him our receipt and described it again. Then the rude woman came to the front and told her cashier "she'll do it." Then she took the bag, which had already been grabbed by everyone and had been sitting on the cold plate for several minutes, and placed it on our tray. I'm really sorry but the previous customers REALLY rummaged around in there... We didn't want to eat them like that anymore, they were already extremely cold! And addressed it. "I can't change that now!" -"What should I do?"-"I'm sick of being here". The man standing to the side, ignored, just wanted to ask whether the machine had made the debit and hadn't been given a number - what can you do about it? And she insulted him from the kitchen with some smart sayings... Ultimately his order was charged twice and he didn't receive it because he had to leave too. The employee then gave him his money back. We also said that since our order still wasn't ready after a total of 45 minutes, we would also like our money back because we can't make it in time because our train is coming soon. We got it - without apology but with unfriendly comments - and then hastily left the store but when we went out we only noticed that we got €2 less than we paid! Total juice shop! Just don't go there! We would have preferred to go to the McDonald's next door!

I ordered a Danish King (€2.49) and had a burger with bread, meat, just a little sauce, 1 cucumber and a few fried onions. Fries were cold and only tasted like salt (as if I had done the Salt Chip Challenge). Mayonnaise didn't taste like mayonnaise. The Spreit tasted like water with sparkling water, just like the ChesseBurger (very laby) chili cheeseburger. The only burger The chicken nuggets burger was good.

I highly recommend planning a lot of time. I ordered when it was very empty and then six orders were processed before me, but they had ordered after me. In the end I had to leave so as not to miss my train and I couldn't take the order I had already paid with because it wasn't ready yet. Unfortunately, the employees were not available to answer questions.

Sehr schlechte Filiale vor meinen Augen als Kunde haben die einen Hamburger, der schon lange fertig lag ausgepackt und einen Cheeseburger daraus gemacht. Während sie Türkisch oder Arabisch gesprochen haben. Was mit den anderen Cheeseburger passiert ist die ich noch bestellt hab, möchte ich erst gar nicht wissen. Danke

Ich musste sehr lange warten. Die Mitarbeitet konnten kein deutsch die haben nur englisch gesprochen. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Die Bestellung erfolgt an Bestellterminals und das läuft reibungslos ab. Auf meine kleine Bestellung, bestehend aus einem Burger und kleinen Pommes, musste ich jedoch über 10 Minuten warten. Das ist bei einem Fastfood-Restaurant deutlich zu lange! Diese Filiale war an diesem Abend unterbesetzt und das Ambiente ist am Bahnhof gelegen ebenfalls nicht so gut. Die Toiletten stanken und ich hoffe einfach, dass dieser Tag eine Ausnahme der Regel ist.

Die Mitarbeiter schienen nicht gut geschult zu sein, waren langsam in ihrer Arbeit und wirkten insgesamt sehr unfreundlich. Ich habe sogar gehört, wie einige von ihnen über Kunden geschimpft haben, was völlig unprofessionell ist. Ich werde diesen Standort definitiv meiden und kann ihn anderen nur abraten. ---

Richtiger ranzschuppen schmeckt alles nicht gut immer kalt und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Das essen sieht so aus ob affen das zubereitet haben.

Ich war Anfang Dezember am Hbf hängen geblieben und musste was essen. In der Nähe vom Hbf ist ein guter kleiner Burgerking. Die Bedienung war gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit. Danke

Wenn das Günter Wallraff wüsste... Das einzige Indiz, dass es keine Mäuse in dem Lokal gibt ist die Tatsache, daß sich die diversen Pommes auf dem Boden während der Zeit unseres Besuchs nicht bewegt haben. In der Woche Abends 18uhr steht nicht nur die Küche (was man von vorne sehen kann) sondern auch der Gastraum vor Dreck. Einzig die Tablett-Troleys werden gelehrt. Das Wort Seife / Soap kannte der Mitarbeiter am Counter nicht, als ich ihn freundlich darauf hinwies, das auf der Gästetoilette eben diese leer sei. Äußerst bedenklich in einem Job, der mit Lebensmitteln tun hat. Handschuhe beim Zubereiten der Burger hat der zuständige Mitarbeiter ebenfalls nicht getragen, habe ich leider erst zu spät gesehen sonst wäre die ganze Bestellung Retour gegangen. Eine Bürde für ein Unternehmen, dass mit seinem Ruf zu kämpfen hat. BK ist mich als Kunden erstmal los.

Super Essen für eine Fastfoodkette, nettes Personal ,sehr hilfsbereit, nur etwas sauberer und ordentlicher könnte es sein.

Ist halt ein Burger King… Preis-Leistung stimmen bei diesen Ketten sowieso nicht. Würde hier auch nur mit Coupons und wenn kein anderer Laden mehr offen hat bestellen. Personal allerdings freundlich. Durch die Lage am Bahnhof ist das Ambiente durch das Klientel etwas gedrückt.

Direkt am Osnabrücker Hauptbahnhof gelegen, die Wartezeit war sehr kurz, das Essen lecker, die Tische waren sauber, und wurden auch zügig gereinigt nachdem der Gast gegangen war. Die Toiletten dagegen sind eine Zumutung für jeden Gast, alle Toiletten waren verdreckt, und es stank dort schon sehr penetrant nach Urin.

Seit Wochen ist der Milch shake Automat defekt. Komisch nur das Vanille Verfügbar ist, aber Erdbeer und Schoko nicht :(

Die Filiale sieht ok aus und hat genügend Sitzplätze. Service passt auch, übergeben ja nur das Essen. Das Essen war geschmackstechnisch aber echt nicht gut.

Online sind falsche Zeiten angegeben. Im Fenster hängt ein Schild, dass die Filiale nur bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat und als ich heute hingehen wollte, war die Filiale geschlossen

Ich bin schon oft bei Burger King gewesen, aber seit meinem letzten Besuch, werde ich das nicht mehr so oft sein. Das Personal dort ich langsam im Vergleich zu McDonalds und der Mitarbeiter der vorne am Kiosk war, war überhaupt nicht motiviert. Ich habe nur einen Burger und Getränk bestellt und dafür 10 Minuten anstehen zu müssen ist etwas harsch, wenn man berücksichtigt, das andere die später bestellt haben mich vor mir dran kamen. Ist jetzt nicht böse gemeint, aber das geht auf jeden Fall organisierter und schneller!

Bad experience. Late dinner. Order device has not printed bill after payment . Not only mine. Two other people notified staff about same problem. Poor service at order takeout. Display with order numbers was not working, staff shouted the order numbers indistinctly. I‘ve ordered dine-in but server as take out. With my order there were no napkins and wooden pick for me to eat ordered french fries with cheddar sauce. Generally place was unclean. Staff was at stress.

Wir waren dort und habe eine Pommes mit Käse und röstzwibeln bestellt aber Käse war auch nicht wirklich drauf war sehr enttäuschend

Es wurde weder Hallo, Tschüss oder sonst was gesagt. Obwohl nichts los war, waren die Mitarbeiter nicht fähig es dort ordentlich zu halten. Tablettregal war völlig überfüllt und auf den Tischen noch Müll von Vorgängern. Die 4 oder 5 Kunden die sonst noch da waren, sind sich laut am beschimpfen gewesen wo auch nichts gegen gesagt wurde.

Ist halt ein typischer Burger King. Das Bestellterminal hat mir keinen Beleg ausgedruckt und ich fürchte, ich habe am Ende die falsche Bestellung bekommen. Jedenfalls war nicht exakt das drin, was ich bestellt hatte. Allerdings etwas ähnliches und es war frisch und lecker.

Es war ok liegt wahrscheinlich am personal was kein Bock hatte vernünftig zu arbeiten, kann ich verstehen bei dem Lohn Burger bun war innen leider leicht verbrannt (schwarz) Dies hat man leider auch geschmeckt.

Positiv: - bemühtes Personal - Essen schmeckt wie immer gut - alle Bestellterminals haben funktioniert Negativ: - wenig Getränkeauswahl, da schon viel aus war - extrem verdreckte Toiletten trotz persönlichem PIN-Code auf dem Bon - einige Obdachlose kamen immer mal wieder in die Filiale und wollten Geld wechseln Fazit: Bei großem Hunger eine solide Option, aber nicht regelmäßig

Burger kalt, pommes nicht ganz durch. Personal einfach überfordert mit den wenigen Gästen.

Als - berufsbedingt - fast täglicher Gast nichts auszusetzen. Wartezeit je nach Auslastung des Lokals - meist sehr zügig. Essen immer frisch - Sauberkeit ordnungsgemäß. Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend - die Rezensionen hier von wegen kein Wort deutsch etc. sind mir ein Fragezeichen. Bisher wurde immer verstanden, was gesagt wurde. :) Die ein oder andere technische Hürde existiert zwar, beispielsweise keine Bon‘s an den Terminals bzw. aktuell nur an 2 von 3 Kartenzahlung möglich - aber darüber kann man getrost hinwegsehen.

Meine allgemeine Vermutung: Gekündigte Dönerladenmitarbeiter die jetzt BK verkaufen müssen, aber keinen Bock dazu haben.

2 von 3 Bestellterminals kaputt, Käse auch geschlossen. Lange Schlangen vor dem letzten Terminal. Bei der Auswahl auch fast alles dann ausverkauft. Mit Mühe einen Gutschein gefunden der noch akzeptiert wurde. Lange Wartezeiten auf die Bestellung. Wer schnell noch vor dem Zug was zu essen braucht sollte hier besser nicht hingehen.

Unterbesetzte Filiale, die Mitarbeiter kommen den ganzen Arbeiten nicht nach (wie sollen sie auch, wenn sie gefühlt zu zweit sind); Das Management soll sich schämen.

Fast food near a train station. The vegan offerings of burger king is better than mcdonalds. But the atmosphere is not so great. No frills, if you go to burger king you know what you are eating, and why. The (not vegan) bacon at burger king is also really nice.
