I ate a crispy tortilla today and can recommend it. The staff is always friendly, the store is clean, the only thing I miss is music.

I was recently traveling through with my colleague and we were hungry. So quickly to BK. It was good, the taste was ok and the staff were friendly too. The tables were clean and everything was ok.

Overall, I don't think the store is nice, the women's toilets have been broken for a month or more and only the men can use them and that's totally stupid! But the toilets are also really disgustingly dirty and I don't like going to the toilet because the toilet seat is usually already pissed off! But service is also not good, some employees don't speak German so you have to use your cell phone to translate! But I've also had this happen twice this month where people forgot to put the wrong things or things in the bag! Overall, I don't think it's perfect for the train station, but it's okay!

Small shop at Osnabrück main station. I popped in here quickly for a Big King on the way to the train You can tell that a real effort is being made here. The store is clean and well maintained.

Really poor performance from the Burger King staff. There wasn't much going on, ordering wasn't difficult and there was 40 minutes until the connecting train left. The man behind the counter seemed to have a personal problem with us from the start. Orders were processed, new ones were accepted, only those from me and my partner were not processed. After 20 other orders had already been completed and time was running out, it was our turn and the order was ready in just a few steps and seconds. We had to leave urgently, I checked the order at the door... At first glance, everything was wrong. A burger was missing, I didn't know which one and quickly went back in to say one was missing. A crispy chicken was then quickly prepared and given to me, and I thanked him. Now on the train I realize the extent of the order being processed underground. I'll never go there again.

Service at the branch leaves a lot to be desired. I had previously ordered a small menu but the people who ordered after me had all received their menus first. At that time I had already waited over 15 minutes, which is why I had to leave the store without receiving any service despite having paid for the order. The lady at the checkout looked really overwhelmed even though there weren't that many orders outstanding. Unfortunately, there has been a BK branch for a long time where you can't give a +. The system and service there can clearly be expanded.

Even though there were only 5 guests in the branch, it took almost 5 minutes until I could pay in cash at the checkout. That's still bearable, even if it's borderline considering the low utilization. After paying, I still had 10 minutes until I had to leave - enough time, you would think. Unfortunately I thought wrong, at the end of the 10 minutes there was still 1 order ahead of mine (as a reminder, when I entered the branch there were 5 guests who had already ordered except for 2). End of story, I had to leave the branch without taking the food I had paid for because 10 minutes for a burger, a small fries and a soft drink in a fast food restaurant wasn't enough.

Worst Burger King ever. I had half an hour to get by for my train and in 20 minutes they didn't manage to hand me my 4 small burgers. Even though they had already been in the burger compartment for several minutes. When I asked if they could pack these up for me, I was shouted at. Never again unprofessional like nothing else. I had to give away my burgers to get my train.

I always go there because I live around the corner. Never had any problems so far! Food is always well prepared and tastes good :) Nice service

Burger King at the main station - the food could have been a little warmer, the reusable cup didn't work again and the cutlery for the salad - the one with the extra cucumbers - laugh - was missing again, but everything was sorted out on site without any problems . THE plant-based Whopper is the king.

We were there yesterday and there were several problems. There was hardly anything going on, but everything was still a bit problematic. I'm unsure if the plant-based whopper was really vegan. Looked like meat. In addition, the service was rather poor. The employee simply didn't want to listen and then yelled and called for another employee who was helpful and nice. A pity.

Sorry... But: I just ordered (03/10/2024 at 12:12 a.m.) a bacon cheeseburger and fries with ketchup. What did I get? A cheeseburger WITHOUT bacon and the ketchup was missing. I noticed the ketchup and received it afterwards, but I didn't notice the missing bacon until I was eating it. Swath doesn't work at all!!! NIGHTMARE! We didn't even receive our food! We had a little more than an hour of transfer time and thought we'd go over to Burger King. We ordered 2 cokes, 4 cheeseburgers and chili nuggets. So the order itself went quickly. After 15 minutes we saw another order in front of us totally messed up with chili nuggets. But we already suspected that they were ours - (ultimately they should be ours too). They were given to the wrong customer, who complained about them at the front and first the customer, then the cashier (after he grabbed his hair several times...) and then another of the customer's relatives were rummaging around in the bag (she actually wanted hot Wings) Then the bag was put aside... Then a man first kindly pointed out that the machine was defective because the first order was canceled and no piece of paper with an order number was printed out on the second attempt. But the cashier didn't speak a word of German and didn't understand him. The man couldn't speak English and said so. The cashier became increasingly rude in English and then ignored him. Then a VERY unfriendly employee shouted from behind "Either English or leave it!" The man got angry because here in Germany you can't expect everyone to know English and why couldn't the woman listen to his problem since she spoke German. We have NEVER experienced anything as unfriendly as this employee!!! HONEST! We were totally horrified!! The mmnn was simply left standing on the side After we waited another 20 minutes, which is a really long time for a few burgers... our number disappeared from the display and we kindly noted this in broken English at the front. And the cashier was again extremely unfriendly and tried to ignore us. We then gave him our receipt and described it again. Then the rude woman came to the front and told her cashier "she'll do it." Then she took the bag, which had already been grabbed by everyone and had been sitting on the cold plate for several minutes, and placed it on our tray. I'm really sorry but the previous customers REALLY rummaged around in there... We didn't want to eat them like that anymore, they were already extremely cold! And addressed it. I ordered a Danish King (€2.49) and had a burger with bread, meat, just a little sauce, 1 cucumber and a few fried onions. Fries were cold and only tasted like salt (as if I had done the Salt Chip Challenge). Mayonnaise didn't taste like mayonnaise. The Spreit tasted like water with sparkling water, just like the ChesseBurger (very laby) chili cheeseburger. The only burger The chicken nuggets burger was good.

Sehr schlechte Filiale vor meinen Augen als Kunde haben die einen Hamburger, der schon lange fertig lag ausgepackt und einen Cheeseburger daraus gemacht. Während sie Türkisch oder Arabisch gesprochen haben. Was mit den anderen Cheeseburger passiert ist die ich noch bestellt hab, möchte ich erst gar nicht wissen. Danke

Ich musste sehr lange warten. Die Mitarbeitet konnten kein deutsch die haben nur englisch gesprochen. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Die Bestellung erfolgt an Bestellterminals und das läuft reibungslos ab. Auf meine kleine Bestellung, bestehend aus einem Burger und kleinen Pommes, musste ich jedoch über 10 Minuten warten. Das ist bei einem Fastfood-Restaurant deutlich zu lange! Diese Filiale war an diesem Abend unterbesetzt und das Ambiente ist am Bahnhof gelegen ebenfalls nicht so gut. Die Toiletten stanken und ich hoffe einfach, dass dieser Tag eine Ausnahme der Regel ist.

Die Mitarbeiter schienen nicht gut geschult zu sein, waren langsam in ihrer Arbeit und wirkten insgesamt sehr unfreundlich. Ich habe sogar gehört, wie einige von ihnen über Kunden geschimpft haben, was völlig unprofessionell ist. Ich werde diesen Standort definitiv meiden und kann ihn anderen nur abraten. ---

Richtiger ranzschuppen schmeckt alles nicht gut immer kalt und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Das essen sieht so aus ob affen das zubereitet haben.

Ich war Anfang Dezember am Hbf hängen geblieben und musste was essen. In der Nähe vom Hbf ist ein guter kleiner Burgerking. Die Bedienung war gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit. Danke

Wenn das Günter Wallraff wüsste... Das einzige Indiz, dass es keine Mäuse in dem Lokal gibt ist die Tatsache, daß sich die diversen Pommes auf dem Boden während der Zeit unseres Besuchs nicht bewegt haben. In der Woche Abends 18uhr steht nicht nur die Küche (was man von vorne sehen kann) sondern auch der Gastraum vor Dreck. Einzig die Tablett-Troleys werden gelehrt. Das Wort Seife / Soap kannte der Mitarbeiter am Counter nicht, als ich ihn freundlich darauf hinwies, das auf der Gästetoilette eben diese leer sei. Äußerst bedenklich in einem Job, der mit Lebensmitteln tun hat. Handschuhe beim Zubereiten der Burger hat der zuständige Mitarbeiter ebenfalls nicht getragen, habe ich leider erst zu spät gesehen sonst wäre die ganze Bestellung Retour gegangen. Eine Bürde für ein Unternehmen, dass mit seinem Ruf zu kämpfen hat. BK ist mich als Kunden erstmal los.

Super Essen für eine Fastfoodkette, nettes Personal ,sehr hilfsbereit, nur etwas sauberer und ordentlicher könnte es sein.
