We were there today and wanted a Coke with our meal. They offered us water when we handed over our meal, and then we were given the unfriendly comment, "The machine is broken, but it costs the same." The entrance door was also broken, and the land itself was very dirty. Never again.

I've been to the Möserstraße branch several times now and have been completely satisfied every time. The employees are friendly, attentive, and always well-organized, despite the often busy schedule. The food arrives quickly, is freshly prepared, and tastes as expected – simply delicious! I particularly like how clean and tidy the store is, and the restrooms are always in good condition. The central location is ideal, especially if you're downtown and want to take a quick, tasty break. In my opinion, this is one of the best BURGER KING locations in the region – keep it up!

I especially want to highlight the fries – they were simply fantastic! Crispy, hot, and perfectly salted. For me, they are the best fast-food fries I've had in a long time. Since I'm plant-based, I was curious about the vegan options. And I have to say: they were great! I tried the plant-based Whopper, and it was super delicious and juicy. It's great to see Burger King keeping up with the times and offering really good vegan alternatives. The service was also very friendly and fast, and the branch felt clean and inviting. My first visit was definitely a success, and I'd love to come back!

I also thought it was cool that everything was freshly made and not just from a warming drawer. All the restrooms were clean, as was the entire Burger King. Worst fast food experience in a long time. Order was incorrectly ordered, tables were full of junk. I asked an employee for a disinfectant wipe or something similar, but they said they didn't have one. Men's restroom broken, and the handicapped restroom was out of soap and disinfectant. Shut this shitty place down immediately.
