Burger King in Osnabrück

Coupon 2 x Long Chicken + fries and Cola. Went there 15 minutes before the train left, ordered and waited at the terminal. After 10 minutes I pointed out several times that my train was about to leave. The only offer was whether I wanted to forego the fries that were still in the deep fryer. When I asked if you could give me something else instead, there was no response. I then left without fries.

I'm quite satisfied. The interior is clean and the food is delicious. So far I have never forgotten anything.

As I was passing through Osnabrück, I spontaneously went into Burger King for a burger. The shop is hidden away but they keep it very clean even though it is getting on in years. The food was warm. I had an Ehopöef meal and thought I would get free Doritos which I then ate later on the train. A positive experience for me. If I am ever in the area again, I will gladly stop by. Nice staff, keep it up.

I have never experienced such incompetent staff in my life!! I had a king jr. And mozzarella things. I had to wait 45 minutes for my food. My King Jr. It wasn't fastened properly and I couldn't even really wear it. A customer complained that it was taking too long and there was still a discussion with her.

The experience of ordering from the self-service ordering machine was terrible, my credit card was charged twice but only one order was successfully completed. When I reported this to the waiter, he said he had only received one order and therefore could not refund me or offer me another meal. I spent twice as much money and got only one meal. What a terrible experience! No matter how delicious the food is, I can't feel it at all.

I ordered food and a young man, about twenty to twenty-five years old, took my order. When I said after seven to eight minutes that I had to leave quickly, he went back and spoke to his colleague and said, "Sorry, it's not ready yet." He gave me another small hamburger. I couldn't say anything because I was too late. It's really, really terrible to pay money but not be able to say anything and he thinks no one understands you.

I was recently traveling through with my colleague and we were hungry. So quickly to BK. It was good, the taste was ok and the staff were friendly too. The tables were clean and everything was ok.

Overall, I don't think the store is nice, the women's toilets have been broken for a month or more and only the men can use them and that's totally stupid! But the toilets are also really disgustingly dirty and I don't like going to the toilet because the toilet seat is usually already pissed off! But service is also not good, some employees don't speak German so you have to use your cell phone to translate! But I've also had this happen twice this month where people forgot to put the wrong things or things in the bag! Overall, I don't think it's perfect for the train station, but it's okay!

Guest room always quite untidy and dirty. Food is rarely tasty and is always just a means to an end when you have to wait at the train station.
