Large fries 4.50 euros, really bad fries, and not really big. Expensive, bad, not recommended.

We waited about an hour for two cheeseburgers, half of a chicken and two chicken sandwiches. Cheeseburgers were awful.

Really good. That's just typical wooden spoon and totally ok for me. Definitely better than Burger King or Mecces but what I really liked was the service. It's hard to see in a snack bar like this. You order, the number is called, and you're done. You may find the employees friendly (which is also the case for me). But what I found very good was that one employee first called number 2 times and after he realized that the customer was on crutches, he apologized 3 or 4 times and brought the food to the table. I thought that was really good because the customer wanted to get up. PS: My meal was ready quickly too.

No idea what it tastes like because the service is super unfriendly. :c

The employees there are really unfriendly. If someone has a bad day, they shouldn't take it out on the customers.

Delicious food and friendly employees even when we're stressed. It's just that some customers could be a little more polite and respectful. Actually, this should always be a given when dealing with each other... it would be good for everyone. Of the possible 5 stars, 1 star is deducted because of the well-known toilet problem, which the employees can't do anything about. And two more requests: At times there were two versions of a Hawaiian burger. Unfortunately it has now been removed from the program. Very unfortunate. He was “delightful”. Please bring him back into the program permanently. The second request: could the burger buns also be available in a wholemeal version? There would certainly be corresponding customers. At the beginning, information about this on site and in social media would be useful. It would be worth a try. I'm not the only one who would be very happy about it and would only choose this option permanently. I wish the employees a good time and only nice customers.

An experience of a lifetime and definitely not a good one! A ghost train of staff, every mummy is mentally and physically more advanced than these highly competent specialist staff! You wait forever for the food, half of you don't even eat it and what is served is cold and the taste is about minus 1000! The tables wobble so much that you can play a wobble game on them without moving and the entire ambience has the charm of a ship-in train station toilet! If you want to do something good for yourself, your wallet and especially your gastrointestinal tract, here's my tip... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

After a long time, it was back in the kitchen. Will never go there again. The women's toilets were so disgusting, urine on the floor, trash cans full of a smell that was unbearable. It makes you miss eating.

The taste has decreased a lot in recent years. The staff wasn't that friendly either.

Food was ordered online via Lieferando. Order time, Sunday evening 8:00 p.m. delivery stated 9:00 p.m. At 9:30 p.m. no food had been delivered so I called and asked what was happening with the order. The employee was surprised that the food hadn't arrived yet. Apologized and assured me that the food would be there in about 10-15 minutes. At 10 p.m., no delivery had yet arrived. So called again. Another employee there told me that the order had been lost and that I should cancel the whole thing via Lieferando. Shortly afterwards I discovered that cancellation via Lieferando was not possible. So I called again. The employee there told me about the first phone call. That she can't do anything now and will pass the whole thing on to her boss.

I don't know what brings me back there every now and then... :-/ Unfortunately, there are always extremely long waiting times for preparation. The half-assembled burgers almost always lie at the back of the preparation board for so long that they are already cold when they are handed over. The extra ingredients really aren't worth the price either. €0.60 for 4 jalapeño rings, which are anything but spicy. Sad and way too expensive for that!

Today I've been to Kochlöffel again for a long time. I was so shocked by what was behind it, and also so greasy. (disgusting) -I personally can't find the new ordering system kind - A cheeseburger, a Hawaiian burger, waited over 25 minutes. And then not even really warm. - It used to be better, but today I won't be entering the store anymore. - The staff should be trained in how to deal with customers. - It's a shame what has become of the wooden spoon

The prices are now really too high for the small portions. And then the orders are made incorrectly...

I really enjoy going to this wooden spoon and I also enjoy drinking one or two coffees there every day, but on this one day I was treated so disrespectfully by an employee and thrown out of the store on the grounds that I was being occupied by guests, I was over I left almost 30€ of food and coffee there all day and 15 minutes before I was thrown out I ordered a coffee. That's how you don't deal with guests who spend their money there. The employee in question is named Martina.

Disgusting! I will never come again. I came with my friend. We waited 20 minutes for the food. There was no one there except us. There were small threads on the fries (looked like hair). I came away with two pieces. The sub sauce in the burger was so much it was disgusting. I was putting on my coat and about to leave when a member of staff was already cleaning the floor under the table. The worst thing is that I left the restaurant with a Coke in my luggage. At the bottom of the coke I had an awfully big worm with wings!!! If it fell to me outside it would move or float. They must have a vending machine that dispenses drinks. I threw up everything... 😭

Very good service and friendly staff. Sina and Marcel in particular caught my eye very positively. I just wanted to eat a chicken burger but the two of them are such good salesmen that they sold me a chicken burger, half a chicken with fries and a drink. When I asked if I could have some truffles over the chicken, the two of them flew to France on a jet to get me the best truffles and put them over my chicken. They are both very customer oriented. Since it was my birthday, they lit a candle on half of my chicken. Simply class. When I wanted to go to the toilet, it was cleaned especially for me. When I wanted to go home, they got me a limousine and paid for it with the words, "Customer is king for us." Great team and nice atmosphere. Always my pleasure!!

I was greeted with the friendliest smile and ate some very good food. Considering it's a wooden spoon, you can't complain. Kochlöffel Osnabrück can pat itself on the back.

Very nice location but too small inside, if that were different the ambience would be 5 stars. Very nice employee named Sara, very very friendly, she served me perfectly and very quickly! Was very satisfied and would go there again on Saturdays at any time. Great deal with the cheeseburger menu, was very happy with the portions and was at least full!

A grill like you don't see that often anymore. No kebab, no pizza. But grilled chicken, currywurst, fries 🍟 etc. Price performance ratio, friendly staff, everything is great, there is nothing to complain about.

Clean shop. Unfortunately there is no one in the area anymore, so you always have to drive far.

Today I got a chicken menu with coleslow fries rolls and 0.5l Pepsi. Guys, the chicken was dry, it was 100% from the day before, the coleslow was tasty but far too little. But it's not possible to sell the chicken from the day before and people, that's how it was because at 11 a.m. no one can tell me that it comes off the grill so dry. I'm really disappointed 😞 and all this for 16€ so I can go to the hähmchen stand next time

We were in Osnabrück for the first time and also there in the Kochlöffel. For dinner we had a drumstick box with medium fries (according to the description and the pictures above the counter) It was disappointing how few fries there were in the box. For me it's more of a small portion. And the price of €9.50, for a snack, and the small quantity, is not justified. In other cities we visited, the portions were larger, at Kochlöffel. But I would also like to mention that the employees are not responsible for this, they only work or prepare according to instructions.

Very delicious food, easy way to order through the panels, staff works swiftly and is very kind. Dine here regularly during my lunch breaks.

I still know wooden spoons from before. What happened to it? Mini fries, miserable burger. Burger buns totally sticky. Two people behind the counter, stressed out over 3 meals. Workflows totally uncoordinated. I saw three errors in two meals. Rarely seen anything like that. Not even friendly at work. Went again. Currywurst 3.80 euros. Not normal. And you have to pay extra for rolls. Incredible. That was the last visit

The food at Kochlöffel tastes good, but if you apply there you have to go to a trial job where you are then told that they will get back to you whether it works or not. I've been waiting for 3 weeks now and haven't received an answer yet. So bad service.

I waited 10 minutes for a small burger and some nuggets, the staff (lady with red hair) works very slowly and is not attentive at all. The chicken burger had no taste, just the sauce. The new nuggets are delicious

Why is someone informed that he/she has to order at the terminal and the next person who comes in can order from the staff??? I ordered a menu, otherwise I'm actually satisfied. Today the fries were in the fryer a little too long and weren't freshly prepared because they were cold. But the staff is always friendly and the store is clean.

Sorry...back then wooden spoon was good, nowadays it's just an emergency solution. First of all, I don't understand how you can put such conditions behind it, the older woman looks like she's from a bad movie and that's how she communicates...cruel. For 8.50 a burger with fries and Pepsi, the burger see picture... a laughing pill. The fries were okay and the Pepsi was completely non-carbonated. The customers there are doing whatever they want loudly and are absolutely disruptive and the conditions say nothing. Even when I asked if you couldn't order at the counter, no... I said loudly then we'll have to try it. There wasn't even a question. Can we help you?? I worked in the catering industry (snack bar) for many years but for me the customer was always king. No matter what kind of person was standing there. I think the only advantage why they still exist is that there are only kebab shops...Otherwise Kochlöffel would have been closed for a long time. To the owners of Kochlöffel....do you also look at yourself and talk to the people who hire you beforehand?? If so, then it really hurts...

The young man behind the counter was extremely friendly

it sucks!!!! I bought double cheese cheeseburgers. I was served by a woman with a lip piercing! She gave the wrong order, the burger had a slice of cheese. I asked for a replacement. When I asked for a replacement, she just put cheese on the cheeseburgers with dirty hands that she used to take the money, without gloves!!!!! it sucks!!!!!!!! unhygienic! I don't recommend it to anyone. everything is slow, with mistakes, dirty hands. nightmare

I wouldn't give 1 star. I've been there 3 times over December. The third time is the last straw. Staff a complete disaster. Unfriendly. Just entertaining. And move slower than a toad. do everything wrong. And after 26 minutes still no food. And when you ask where the food is, it's gone, they aren't there, but you sit obediently in front of the counter and wait ridiculously. So ridiculous!!!

Ich wurde vergessen und dann noch dumm vom Personal angemacht, habe dann bisschen lauter geredet und wurde fast raus geschmissen. Zudem habe ich gesehen dass das Burger Fleisch mit den Händen angefasst wird ohne Handschuhe, generell wird nicht viel wert auf Hygiene gelegt.

Ich war letzten Sonntag nach der Arbeit das erste mal in diesem Laden, weil ich mir um 20 uhr (eine Stunde vor Ladenschluss) einen Cheeseburger holen wollte. Als ich eintrat habe ich schon gehört, wie ein Mitarbeiter laut gestöhnt hat (wie kann jemand nur EINE STUNDE VOR SCHLUSS noch kommen?) und während ich am Bestellautomaten stand, hörte ich ihn keine 3m von mir weg sagen "Die kriegt keinen Burger mehr". Ich komme auf keinen Fall wieder. Ich selbst arbeite im Dienstleistungsbereich und weiß, wie man mit Menschen umgeht. Das war nicht der richtige Weg

Ein Mitarbeiter hat sichtlich geschwitzt. Ich habe gesehen, wie dieser Schweiß auf das bereits vorbereite Essen getropft ist, und dieses auch ohne Handschuhe angepackt wurde. Beim verlassen des Ladens habe ich die ersten 2 Buchstaben von diesen Mitarbeiter aufgeschnappt und es war irgendwas mit „Ma“am Anfang. Diesen Laden besuche ich nicht wieder.

Auch wenn es sehr voll war, unser Tisch nicht abgeräumt war und wir länger warten mussten, gebe ich eine gute Bewertung weil das alles kein verschulden des Personals oder des Ladens ist. Das Essen war warm, frisch und lecker. Ich möchte aber ein besonders großes Lob an die Mitarbeiterin aussprechen mit den dunklen Haaren und den Lippenpiercings. Respekt an dich, das du heute so einen ruhigen Kopf bewahrt hast und trotzdem sehr freundlich und professionell zu allen gleichermaßen warst. Ich weiß du kannst dir davon nichts kaufen, aber man wird in der Gastro viel zu wenig gelobt. Das war wirklich super und hat meinen vollsten Respekt verdient. Die Kunden zu dem Zeitpunkt im Laden waren nicht die angenehmsten..um es nett auszudrücken..

Einfach nur super. Habe heute hier zwei Currywürste mit Pommes und eine Pepsi Cola gekauft die sehr lecker geschmeckt haben. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr höflich und nett und auch der Preis hat gestimmt. Ich ein echter Magdeburger kaufe jederzeit wieder etwas bei Kochlöffel in Osnabrück wenn ich vor Ort bin.

Bedienung sind so langsam ist nicht normal Menü dauert 20min wo ist das noch Fastfood und dazu ist der Laden fast leer ..3-5 Kunden... Und Freundlichkeit war auch sehr zu vermissen

Geschmacklich Okey aber nichts besonderes

Der Cheeseburger war heiß und die Pommes schön knusprig. Aber die Pepsi hat nur nach Sirup geschmeckt ,Kaum Kohlensäure. Die Bedienung kamm ganz durcheinander mit dem einnehmen von den geld .Es waren 3 Schüler vor mir und sie fragte auch mich was man soll bezahlen .Essen kann man sich am terminal aus suchen und kann man mit den Kassen Zettel zu Kasse gehen und Bezahlen man kann auch am terminal mit Karte bezahlen. Ich habe gesessen am Familien Tisch .Die Lampe war auch sehr staubig leider war da noch das alte Essen von vorgänger und der Tisch nicht sauber .Hab ich dann selbst. Zu den wc es sind ca 20 Stufen nach oben in kleine schmalen Treppen Flur .Die Stufen und das Geländer hätten mal ein putz Lappen benötigt .Und der wc Raum war auch schlecht es roch sehr streng nach Urin .Und es war sehr staubig dort im wc Bereich und Urin auf den Boden .War sehr ekelhaft. Und alle Leute können dieses wc benutzen .egal ob sie dort Essen ,Oder nicht essen . Also eine Öffentliches wc.

Bedienung lehnt bei der Bestellung von 3 Cheeseburgern die Kartenzahlung ab. 2023 schwach.

Heute habe ich eine mittlere Portion Süßkartoffelpommes mit Mayo bestellt. Preis 4,70 Euro. Ich weiß zumindest jetzt, was ich nicht mehr bestelle. Es waren exakt 19 dünne Stäbchen und ein Klacks Mayo, der etwa einer halben Kugel Eis entsprach. Die Servicemitarbeiter waren freundlich, die neuen Bestellautomaten auch gut. Ich bewerte hier die Portion, nicht den Geschmack. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist unfassbar unverschämt für dies Produkt. Da ich das Essen zum Mitnehmen gewählt habe in meiner Mittagspause, war mir eine Reklamation vor Ort nicht möglich. Die Currywurst war ok, die Verpackung ebenfalls.

War super lecker! Das Personal war sehr lieb und hat mir alle fragen zum terminal beantwortet. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Еда мне понравилась, точно не хуже чем в других подобных фастфудах. Покупали уже 3 раза, нагетцы мне больше чем в Макдональдсе понравились. Цены очень доступные. Очередей нет 1,2 человека. Советую для быстрого перекуса.

Ganz ehrlich der beste chicken burger überhaupt(kross chicken) absolut top. Sauberer Laden und die Mitarbeiter sind ein träumchen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Habe dort bestellt, Currywurst Portion war echt unverschämt. Das Hähnchen würde in einer Tüte geliefert, wie soll man bitte Hähnchen in einer papiertüte essen! Das essen gar nicht geschmeckt. Und dafür sind die Preise schon hoch. Also würde nicht mehr dort bestellen.

Meiner Meinung nach das bessere McDonnalds. Die Einrichtung ist nicht der Hammer, aber solange man zum Mitnehmen bestellt, ist der Laden wirklich in Ordnung. Das Brathähnchen hier ist wirklich gut.

War vor ein paar Tagen da. Eine reizende Dame und ein etwas kurpulenter junger Mann haben mich bedient. Schwarz haarige Dame, super freundlich. Kurpulenter junger Mann sehr bemüht etwas unhygienisch, Hose unter der Gürtelinie. Das Ambiente war auch sehr schön und sehr sauber. Im großen ganzen war ich sonst sehr Zufrieden!

Ich bin ab und zu, bei Kochlöffel hier in Osnabrück. Ich mag dort, dass leckere Essen. Und gehe bei Kochlöffel gerne hin. Und ich mag es auch, wie es jetzt aussieht.

Waren in der Filiale etwas essen... Die Filiale ist einfach nur Dreckig. Die Toiletten sehen aus... Richtig spack und Dreck an den Wänden, im Essraum überall klebriger Staub. Da muss dringend Mal komplett mit dem Kärcher durch gegangen werden.

Good service. The drumsticks were tasty but the part above it (thigh?) is dry. I would come back for just the drumsticks.

Hat dort ziemlich gestunken. Essen war in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter waren leicht gestresst. Ich werde nicht nochmal hingehen.

Sehr unsauber das Geschäft, die Toiletten noch schlimmer... Und eine caprisonne für die kinder für 1,60€ ist schon sehr unverschämt.

Meine Tochter hatte kein Hunger, aber die Pommes war gut. Ich selbst empfand es auch gut. Danke bis zum nächsten mal.... fühlt euch gedrückt!!!!

Nicht zu empfehlen. Essen absolut überteuert. Finde es ohnehin schon unberechtigt,die Preise so zu erhöhen. Dafür erwarte ich top Qualität. Fett in der Fritteuse alt. Wurst noch nicht richtig gegrillt. Hähnchen dafür trocken. Sauber war nichts. Toilette kein Papier für die Hände. Leute einfach nur schlecht.

Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Sauberkeit ist unter aller Kanone, verdreckt Tische und Boden, ist schon eine Frechheit.

Einer der wenigen Filialen die uns noch erhalten blieb und hoffentlich auch bleibt. Die Cheeseburger sind der Hammer, meiner Meinung nach machen die die besten Cheeseburger in der ganzen Stadt. Leider wird da die Hygiene nicht so hoch angesetzt, weshalb ich auch keine 5 Sterne-Bewertung abgeben kann. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr nett.

Als großer Kochlöffel Fan wurde ich leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Hähnchen war total trocken, hatte wohl schon ein paar Runden mehr gedreht. Die Burger waren trocken und lauwarm. Die Chicken Nuggets waren sehr trocken. Nur die Pommes waren gut.

Die Currywurst war nicht das beste im Repertoire von diesem Kochlöffel Filiale schaade

Hier wurde auch derbe an der Preisschraube gedreht. Bei der Sauberkeit muss schneller reagiert werden.

Currywurst ganz okay, Cole Slaw-Salat deutlich schlechter als ich ihn vom Supermarkt gewohnt bin.
