Typical McDonald's, quite clean, good staff.

Staff overwhelmed and the men's toilet smelled so disgusting that I had to point it out to the manager. The seemingly 16-year-old “manager” just said that they clean regularly. But this smell is the result of days of neglecting real cleaning. Awkward!

Always forget the order. They need to work on the service, this is not the case.

We now know that when you buy something from McDonald's, no matter where, something is always missing from your order. The devices and display boards are broken and the toilets are only clean if you're lucky. But this branch can't even put together a Happy Meal! Entire order thrown into a plain brown bag and done! There were no fries or toys. Of course not napkins either! Even the obligatory Happy Meal box was missing! Unfortunately we had to get to the train and didn't have time to complain! I would never enter the store again!

The women's toilet was so dirty and dirty today that it made you feel really sick. If you have to pay money to use them, you should also check regularly whether they are clean. That would really be a case for the health department. Simply a very, very bad imposition!!!

When I went to order, about half of the displays were broken and the others were understandably occupied! When I finally wanted to order a McFlurry, there were a lot of ingredients left out, such as chocolate sauce or Oreo... Anyway, I ordered a McFlurry with a taxi. It sat motionless for quite a while as the staff preferred to smoke outside. So after a few minutes I got a McFlurry or milk! Not good! A regular McDonald's is much better than this. I can recommend Burger King next door! However, the atmosphere was quite nice and so was the service, apart from the lack of services☺️. However, one of the employees disturbed the ambience a little because he always shouted the order numbers quite aggressively.

It's best not to order there via an app. The food comes with a big delay, almost every time. You definitely can't count on the latest delivery times. It is best to add 30 minutes to the latest arrival time

We went to your branch at 2:30 am to have some food. Unfortunately, we encountered a very unpleasant situation. The store manager, who was wearing glasses, was smoking outside the door. When we went in he made our coffee without washing his hands. He touched our cups with his hands. We felt sick. I will never eat in this branch again. 👍

I ordered a set breakfast at the table and almost didn't get any coffee. When I got it, I started laughing that it was probably the biggest Latte I've ever seen (glass*) 🤣

Very disappointed with the McDonald's app. Three delivery services were offered. With the McRib menu price of €10.94, I was able to spend over €18 in the end (menu, delivery costs and 63 cent tip). What was absurd was the completion of Mc Donalds and the delivery time from Lieferando, which was 23 minutes while I was waiting grew to 66min. Fries were cold, McRib too and the water was pleasantly cool. The only positive thing was the very nice and friendly driver. Sorry, but really, I won't be ordering from them again so quickly!!!

Never order a McFlurry here, so far I've never gotten one that looks normal. They always look like they've already been served to someone. These are always only half full.

Unfortunately, it doesn't help much just to add a portafilter machine for coffee. It should also be able to be operated. I am of the opinion that coffee can also taste good when sold away from home.

Was here with a friend. No note came out of the printer. The staff was extremely unfriendly and didn't believe us even though we spoke to us in a nice and friendly manner throughout. They then sent us away because "We don't know what your order is yet. Go sit down." So we waited until the order was called and not picked up. Ordered a lattemachiato from Mc Cafe via the terminal and waited at the counter. No drink was prepared at Mc Cafe. However, after a long wait at the serving counter, a latte that was no longer hot was available... since I had to get to the train, I didn't have it complained.....sad....the number didn't appear on the display and there was no call.....Mc Cafee paid and standard received

Food cold and dry toilet impossible at the front it makes you vomit at the back which is very disgusting and you have to charge extra money for it

The food comes to the table cold (table service)! The staff was mostly unfriendly and completely overwhelmed. You have to pay to use the toilet! Order at the back of the tray is a foreign concept. Suggestion: Improve yourself in the future and you will get more stars. 👌

It was one of the worst days of my life. My torturous odyssey ended after the timetable closed at 11:30 p.m. in this McDonald's opposite Osnabrück main station because I could no longer reach my place of residence that Saturday. I have never experienced such a peaceful, benevolent and at the same time humorous interaction between many stranded, sometimes poor, alcoholic and other souls who are looking for rest, peace and relaxation in combination with a short-term, filling meal at a McDonald's. Even a simple recovery without food is not at all Problem. Even going to the toilet is a real highlight. It's free. An absolute 24 hour stay. Relaxation oasis with first-class trained psychological staff. It doesn't matter if the store looks like Hempels under the sofa. It's about the warmth of the visitors and staff. I would also like to say hello to Oli, who will never read this review because he is homeless. You really helped me a lot during all these hours. I've talked to you about more things than I've talked to some people in years. You stood by me in one of my hardest hours. You even shared tobacco with me because I had lost my cigarette case in Hanover. I really hope you find your happiness and stability. You're a really sincere cool guy.

Perfect “Beyond Meat” burgers and beautiful salads. I eat green and longevity here. The only thing I miss is the disinfectant when washing my hands. Unfortunately always empty. And the faucet only runs for 3-5 seconds instead of the 20 seconds stated by McD HQ (hygienic-scientific). Thanks. Keep going. Building future.

I would like to mention the guy who worked in the hall distributing orders and cleaning. In my opinion, the guy deserves a bonus (he is African-American, tall, plump). I was there for 2 hours and this guy was spinning around the room like a spinning top, delivering orders, cleaning, disinfecting, etc. Great worker👍👍👍

Tatsächlich möchte ich eine Beschwerde einreichen, da ich eine sehr schlechte Behandlung vorgefunden habe. Da ist ein kleines Mädchen, und ich glaube, sie kommt aus Polen, und sie hat die Decke geputzt, während wir Kaffee tranken, und ich habe ihr gesagt: „Wir sind hier, du musst nicht putzen.“ Lasst uns austrinken und dann gehen wir.“ Aber leider beleidigte sie uns und sagte: „Das ist nicht wichtig.“ Dass wir hier waren und sie nicht nett war und die Polizei rief und uns Respektlosigkeit vorwarf, was wir aber nicht taten. Ich denke, es lag an der Farbe der schwarzen Haut. Wenn wir so vorgehen, werden wir nicht dorthin gelangen. Ich weiß, dass wir keinen Einfluss hatten, aber wenn das so weitergeht, werden viele davor davonlaufen.

The food is just like in any McDonald's branch. The store is always completely full and the waiting times are therefore long. Stressful atmosphere and there are constant shouting teachers. The tables are usually sticky and full of crumbs. Eating there is not recommended. Either take it with you or leave it

Of course it's McDonald's, so food wasn't anything spectacular, but the 24 hour opening saved the night for me because I was stranded in Osnabrück because of a 2 minute delay and the train didn't want to wait even though it was the last option !

I enjoyed going there for years, because the only employee at the checkout spent a long time talking to a private person instead of serving me as a guest, I missed the train by a long shot. Fast food is something different, at that time I could have eaten at the Italian restaurant next door. I won't be coming back for a while.

I'm giving 5 stars. The food was as expected, consistency is always good. They have a sink outside of the restrooms. So it's easy to wash greasy hands right away, right there in the middle of the restaurant. Super practical. Also, I was there at prime rush hour. Place was totally packed and I still got my burger in 5 min.

Es war perfekt das Essen auch aber die Cola hat nach Wasser geschmeckt und außerdem gab es keine Strohhalme sehr schade 😔 wir haben die Dinge bestellt die uns gefallen sie haben immer wieder Sachen vergessen wir mussten sie immer wieder rufen ansonsten empfehle ich dahin zu gehen die Arbeiter waren sehr sehr nett außer ein Mann. Wir fragten nach einer tüte wir wollten den Rest nicht weg schmeißen weil Essenverschwendung deswegen wollten wir eine tüte der meinte 15ct (nicht teuer) aber dann fragte jmd. anders nach einer tüte und eine andere wollte dann nichts für die tüte weil sie kostenlos war es ist viel zu schade das er uns angelogen hat 😔😔😔

Durchschnittlicher McDonalds, leider waren die Pommes fast kalt und nicht mehr knusprig. Der Big Tasty Bacon war auch mal besser. Bestellen geht relativ flott, auf jeden Fall schneller als bei der klassischen Variante. Der Laden selber ist für einen Bahnhofs McDonalds recht sauber.

Wir haben essen bestellt und es kam ein Chickenburger zu wenig an. Nachdem wir bei diesem Laden angerufen haben ging jedoch niemand an das Telefon.

Ein Cappuccino und ein McSunday waren hier sehr lecker!

Typisch McDonalds: Alles wird teuer, Qualität wird immer schlechter. Die Burger sehen immer aus als hätte sich jemand draufgesetzt. Im Vergleich zur sinkenden Qualität sind die Burger einfach zu teuer, vorallem weil man für 5-6 Euro Burger kriegt von denen man länger satt bleibt und die viel besser schmecken. Nur wenn es wirklich nichts anderes gibt.

Mitarbeiter geht nachdem er mehrere Minuten mit dem Handy beschäftigt war, ohne die Hände zu desinfizieren (o.ä.) direkt ans Essen ran. Zu meinem Besuch war das Restaurant so gut wie leer.

Das schlechteste Rührei, dass ich jemals gegessen habe. Schön Rührei mit Bacon für 4,19€ bestellt. Mit riesiger Vorfreude erwartete ich mein Frühstück. Vorgesetzt wurde mir ein mickriger Streifen Bacon, der mit industriellem Rührei gemischt wurde. Das Rührei war zu salzig, fad im Mund und schmeckte eher nach Holzspänen als nach Ei. Die Konsistenz ist mit Feta zu vergleichen. Frage mich ernsthaft, ob man heutzutage für 4,19€ nicht mal zwei echte Eier erwarten darf. Die Preise für Eier dürften für einen Großabnehmer wie McDonalds nicht mehr als 12Cent pro Ei betragen - je nach Haltungsart. Kaffe war OK. Keine Empfehlung.

Nettes Personal Könnte bisschen sauberer sein aber was will man erwarten von einem Bahnhofs MacDonalds.ich meine damit das die Zeit zum sauber machen fehlt. Die Versuchen ihr bestes und sie können auch Fehler ein sehn. Sehr empfohlen .

Morgens am Wochenende nicht unbedingt der Place to be wen man nüchtern ist. Aber sonst soweit alles gut.

Die Hälfte der Bestellterminals funktioniert nicht, die Abholnummer wird durch das Restaurant gerufen, es ist schweinekalt im Restaurant, die Leute sitzen mit Mantel rum. Kaffee ok.
