Mac is like Mac, everything is delicious, fast, neat.

Ordered from Lieferando and didn't receive a delivery; no one answered the phone at the store.

Absolutely rude, I order takeaway every time, and they still give me my food on a tray. When I politely point this out, they just put a bag on it and say something like, "Pack it yourself."

You charge for using the toilet. I find it absolutely disgusting.

Food was ordered via Lieferando. The food was completely wrong, and no one could be reached by phone. My husband had to drive there himself. The order was swapped, and half of it was missing. The people there were simply incompetent. Never again!

The service at this McDonald's is abysmal. Orders via Lieferando are repeatedly postponed and then reported as delivered at a time that hasn't even arrived yet. The restaurant is also unreachable by phone. This is a complete rip-off.

While placing an order, I was sexually harassed.

Since the franchise changed owners, the quality has declined considerably. It's perfectly normal for products to be left out of the order. Preparation times have also increased, and the restaurant is looking increasingly dirtier...

We had a 70 minute layover in Osnabrück on our way back to the Netherlands from Berlin. Like Moritz mentioned in his excellent review, my spirits immediately lifted when I noticed the 24/7 McDonald's on Google Maps. We made our way over there post-haste and settled in for a very enjoyable 50 minute wait. Being from the Netherlands I absolutely had to order a McRib, which was disgracefully discontinued in my country in 2003. Not being entirely satisfied I also ordered a Habanero Ranch burger (also not available in the Netherlands. Our McD menu sucks!)

It was absolutely filthy there. The tables and toilets were very dirty. The restrooms were so dirty that they were impossible to use. To make matters worse, there was no soap. Employees were arguing loudly among themselves in front of customers. That's completely unacceptable.

It was like a lifesaver at night, thank you.

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers to go. When I got on the train, I was disappointed. Because they gave me a chicken burger, which I don't eat... It's a shame I couldn't go back. I can't stand inconsiderate people.

I ordered a pack of plant-based nuggets because I'm a vegetarian...but in this pack was a real meat nugget, clearly distinguishable from the rest, which were plant-based. How can that happen? Aren't the nugget types kept separately? If you don't eat meat and bite into a surprise like that, it's unfortunately not that great :(

I am deeply disappointed with my visit to McDonald's. I specifically ordered a Big Tasty without bacon because I am Muslim and don't eat pork for religious reasons. Nevertheless, I received a burger with bacon – without any warning or question from the staff. Unfortunately, I only realized it was pork after the first bite – which is not only extremely unpleasant for me, but also religiously unacceptable. I called the restaurant several times until someone finally answered. The response was anything but professional. They offered to replace the product – but only if I picked it up myself. I explained that I didn't have a car and asked if they could deliver it or reimburse me for my travel expenses. Both were flatly refused. What hurt me most was the apparent indifference. The employee on the phone was very unfriendly, showed no understanding, and gave the impression that it "wasn't that bad" that I ate pork – even though I am Muslim. To date, I haven't received a call from the responsible franchisee, even though McDonald's Germany assured me they would. I feel like my concerns aren't being taken seriously – neither as a customer nor as a person of religious beliefs. I would have at least hoped for an apology, a reasonable solution, and respect for my religion. Instead, I felt like McDonald's simply doesn't care about such things. I have consciously decided not to share a video about it on social media – even though many have advised me to. Perhaps that would be the only way to be taken seriously. Very disappointing and unacceptable to me.

I tried the ice cream, it was delicious. Thank you. I visited it on a holiday, it wasn't very crowded.

Ordered a McMuffin with sausage, and there wasn’t sausage…and there’s eggshell in my McMuffin…what?

I ordered two McFlurrys with table service. Both ice creams sat at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to be picked up. When I went over and asked where my ice creams were, she pointed to the two McFlurrys that had been sitting there for 10 minutes. Both ice creams were almost melted, only half full, and both barely had any sauce on them. I can't recommend this McDonald's because this has happened to me several times. I'd rather go to the Burger King next door.

It is not the nicest McDonald's, but it is functional. It has a separate area for McCafe and has several kiosks, which can be set to English, though the receipt that pops out will be in German. The wait was not long, but not fast either for what I ordered and how many were there waiting (which was like three others). The food was overall good, as one would expect from McDonald's. Did not use the restrooms, so cannot comment.

I eat and these handsome guys drown me

I've often gotten half-full fries when I've had them delivered. Today I picked up meals and was able to choose reusable drinks for transportation. A shift supervisor or something similar decided not to give me bottles because they were only for delivery services. I had to leave the drinks alone, and I didn't mind because it was clear from a quick sip that the Coke was barely carbonated.

Somehow I don't like the taste there.

I have been patient for a long time but my patience has run out. As a former McDonald's employee, I can say that this is the worst establishment I have ever been to.

I enjoyed the food and McCafe here... Ordered and stay a while late night while waiting for the train, I had a nice overall experience here :D

Eckstein should start hiring competent staff. Orders are only delivered half-full, or incorrectly. If you don't want to go to work, you should put yourself out on the street and try your luck there. It's the same thing every time. If you place an order and pay, you should actually get what you pay for. It's unacceptable that you buy a McFlurry and then don't even get half. Cheeky!!! Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The whole place has cucumber slices and other things stuck to the food. There are animals in it, and the employees mixed up our order. When we were asked about it because we hadn't noticed, we had to pay twice for it and were treated rudely. When we then reported the bug or whatever was in the food, we were rudely told that it didn't matter.

I have never seen such a dirty McDonald's before, the tables are dirty, the employee who has wiped the tables beforehand then prepares food without washing his hands, the absolute crowning glory are the toilets, extremely dirty, not a trace of cleanliness, there is no soap, I have never even seen such a dirty toilet in a train station, an impertinence for every guest...

WC: For a “little place” that I have to pay for as a guest, I expect tip-top cleanliness. Unfortunately, the opposite was the case. I refrain from describing the condition I found 🤩

I found the food burned... all the tables were so dirty that it was disgusting to sit down at a table to eat... and the floor was an indescribable mess.

I'm absolutely horrified and still disgusted... My husband and I were there on Sunday lunchtime and we really had to pull ourselves together. Because... After ordering, we were horrified to see that two tables away a woman was behaving in such an outrageous and disgusting manner and none of the staff seemed to care. They saw the woman several times, including what she did and how she behaved. She helped herself to our tray, simply pulled it towards her and took all the napkins. Everything is still bearable. But then... -She goes to scrounge up guests everywhere -is located over tables and benches, so that around 12 guests cannot find a place. - Helped himself to the tray with the leftover food several times. -Spitted under the table and even when lying down she spit out so much That was too much...so get out of there. What horrifies me is that the staff and guests didn't seem to mind. How can something like that be? And why isn't anything being done about it? In the catering industry, no matter where, no one would tolerate something like that. I'm really disgusted I sincerely ask for improvement

For a Mc Donalds at a Train Station, it takes way too long. The Number shows up on the screen, even though the food is not finished. Then you have to wait and listen to be called. I waited 20mins.

I ordered a smart menu with me, went out to run errands, I saw there were no potatoes inside, damn it 😡

We waited 25 minutes for four basic burgers and a fries. Everything was cold and the sauce was missing at the end. The staff moved at a snail's pace and didn't pay any attention to the lengthening queue at the checkout.

Two years ago I gave it 5 stars. But today it is different. Since then, unfortunately, service has slowed down... lately I haven't been able to get my entire order to the table. Since there are still redemption points when ordering online, I order some of the bonus system. Unfortunately, I noticed that I haven't been able to get the items I ordered recently. Unfortunately I forget and only remember it after leaving the store.. 1:0 to McDonald’s 😅 There is also an ambience problem in that the beggars go into the shop and “work” (tax-free) at almost every table. But of course I understand all shops have this problem.

I went to McDonald's today and waited about 15 minutes for my order. Unfortunately, the fries were already cold, which spoiled the enjoyment quite a bit. The new McWrap was no longer warm either. There was a lot of ice in the drink, but there was no straw - which was a bit inconvenient. It's a shame, I was hoping for a better experience. For the prices, the service could be a little more careful.

Very tasty coffee from the portafilter machine. Very friendly staff and customers have the opportunity to use the toilet free of charge. I recommend this branch as a traveler.

The breakfast menu cappuccino with butter croissants was super delicious. Served in a nice porcelain cup and the croissant was fresh too. Top in Ibbenbüren.

Left Amsterdam 25 min late and DB decided to add another 12 min to completely change my Sunday and turn it into a Sundae (zwinker zwinker). I was in between emotions of despair and a sudden shower of happiness when it turned out that I would miss my connecting train in Osnabrück, which was supposed to catapult me towards Hamburg, my home. Being extremely hungry and missing my connection turned out to present a problem only one solution can fix for. I dropped by McDonald‘s. Rained on by my happiness shower, I quickly navigated across the Bahnhofsvorplatz, where my suitcase decided to drop one of its four rolls. It didn‘t matter. It didn‘t change anything. It wouldn‘t stop me from entering the world‘s most consistent (and therefore the world‘s best) restaurant. The golden arch was shining and attracting me like a magnet attracts iron. The place was packed. Joy on people‘s faces. All generations enjoying their Sunday evening. I ordered a „smart menu“, comprising a double cheeseburger, Vio water and medium fries. I added six „spicy“ chicken nuggets. The food was quickly delivered to my table, where I would enjoy (and wait) the next 45 minutes. As the picture might implicate to the schooled eye, that wasn‘t all. Still hungry, I continued „sinning“ until my hunger was satisfied. Ignoring ancient Japanese wisdom (fill your stomach only up to 80%), I ordered two regular hamburgers, a small fries, and a Sundae ice cream without any topping. I couldn‘t be stopped. There was a brief moment where my brain noticed thoughts such as „you shouldn‘t do this, this ain‘t healthy“ or „2 years ago, you wouldn‘t have done it like this“ or „get a salad“. But those thoughts faded rather quickly. Contradicting or not, I attribute their fading to the personal growth I‘ve been experiencing lately. Haunted by notions of self-development, I held myself hostage for many years. I‘ve escaped the circle of constant self-control (even though there was never a self to control to begin with) and just let go. My (spicy) yoga instructor would have been proud. Let go. Just let go.

Bottomless procedure to go to the toilet

The worst McDonald's in town. The typical train station crowd creates a latent stench of alcohol, nicotine, sweat and urine in and in front of the entrance area. There is an aggressive atmosphere and provocative young people are hanging around in front of the branch. No thanks.

My order with 2 menus took almost 50 minutes because it was simply canceled. Furthermore, when we asked why it was canceled we were simply ignored and complained about.

The covered seat benches could be replaced again. Price and performance no longer match.

Food and service very good. Ambience is like this - music is a bit too loud for my taste and here and there could use some repairs (see photo). Cell phone charging sockets and power points on the wall next to some tables are great. It's right next to the main train station and therefore very busy and sometimes has a strange clientele - but I wouldn't say that it feels unsafe or that it's very run down. Sometimes a lot of Talahons hang around there and should be driven away if they don't order anything and just stupidly block places and chat loudly. Cleanliness is usually good. There are enough seats outside, although the folding chairs are not very comfortable there - the woven armchairs with seat cushions at many other McDonald's are better (the disadvantage is that they invite you to stay even longer). I often eat there when waiting for the bus/train and have always been satisfied to very satisfied with the service and food.

Ordered 20 Chicken Mcnuggets and received Mc Plant

Food to the table took forever even though it was the middle of the night (almost 1:00am). Toilets stuck like crazy, urinals were unscrewed. Garbage is piled up all over the store. You don't get a receipt to file a complaint directly with McDonalds...

This is an absolute disgrace here in the store. The coupon didn't work and the employees are miserable. I was so angry that I flooded the entire toilet stall with my urine. Merry Christmas

Meat nuggets are sold as plant based nuggets. Toilet stinks of any kind of bodily fluid.

Got breakfast there this morning. At the back of the preparation room, the employee kept coughing all over the food and the workstations. To make matters worse, every time he reached for the wrapping paper and the toast bags, he licked his fingers beforehand so that he could grip them better. Absolute disgust factor. The waitress at the front smiled away a hint about possibly wearing a mask.

Order takeaway today. Order was a burger, fries, nuggets, drink and a flurry. After waiting for the order, it was ready. When I asked for a carrier for the Flurry and the Coke, I was initially ignored until a manager finally gave me a carrier. When I get home I unpack my food. Fries sticky and cold. A hair in the burger :( Nuggets, Flurry and Cola were ok. Very dissatisfied. Please improve

Staff overwhelmed and the men's toilet smelled so disgusting that I had to point it out to the manager. The seemingly 16-year-old “manager” just said that they clean regularly. But this smell is the result of days of neglecting real cleaning. Awkward!
