It's been a long time since I've seen such unmotivated employees. There is only as much talk as necessary, but private talk about God and the world goes on throughout the ENTIRE store. The number is called and then the motto is take your food and go with you. Too bad

Very good branch. Thorough and friendly staff, as well as quick and correct preparation. A burger that fell off the table was replaced free of charge, even though it was completely self-inflicted. Everything in the branch was clean and pleasantly air-conditioned.

It has not been possible to pay by card for many months. The service at the drive in is incredibly bad. People speak too quickly and unclearly, sometimes bad German and there is no sign saying that EC payment is only possible in the ambience.

Unfortunately the drive-in was closed again due to a lack of staff. Let's be honest. Why am I going there? Exactly. Drive-in and late time. Just like some other cars in the parking lot, turn around and head home. What a shame!

You can tell that a real effort is being made here. Cleaning was carried out regularly and the tray trolleys were emptied. And the store also left a good impression on a Sunday evening. Unfortunately the food wasn't quite okay. The Whoppers were only lukewarm and the cola was getting worse. But it seems to be a general problem with fast food chains. On the positive side were the fries, I guess I was lucky and they were freshly made. All in all, BK seems to be back on the right track, but looking at the other reviews, it seems to depend a lot on the staff.

Used to be a good shop. Some of the employees are incompetent, but still okay compared to other stores. The fact that the ice machine breaks down again and again in the summer is actually unacceptable. Otherwise, good location.

It's rare to see an employee as unfriendly as I experienced today. It's unbelievable that someone like that actually finds a job at such a renowned and well-known company. In my opinion, he's absolutely incapable of doing his job with people. The employee felt like he had been in the gym all day, so you could fire him immediately.

I have been a regular customer since it opened, about 20 years ago. Over time the service became more and more difficult. On the penultimate visit the drinks were completely left out. After I pointed this out, these were sent later but one was still missing... there wasn't even an apology. Today the waitress at the drive in was AGAIN unfriendly and rolled his eyes and waved his arms around when I asked my children what they wanted to drink. They no longer pack receipts either. Presumably so that you can't rate your visit. From now on I'll go to mcdoof and kfc. - AFTER 20 YEARS OF FAITHFULNESS Edit: tried again. Nothing has changed. You are treated like cattle.

Your employee who looks like he pumps all day is so bad. It's nice to have to wait forever in the drive-thru while chatting with some buddy at the counter, then half your order is wrong (only noticed at home, of course) and you forget the mayo again. Sorry, but the guy doesn't work at all.

Value for money always top # better than McDonalds

The cola was lukewarm. There were no ice cubes. The cheese in the chilli nuggets had already dried up and they were dry and hard (old nuggets, kept warm for longer). When asked, I only got a curt answer but no fresh nuggets.

Service was completely overwhelmed, even though the store only had 3 guests. Food was only received after 10 minutes when asked, even though it was ready behind the counter. Burger poorly constructed, fries fried for too long. The fries were brought back, the service promised to exchange them for new ones, but they didn't deliver. We then left without fries because we ran out of time. Fast food is different!

Only 4, because with large orders, you notice at home that something was always forgotten, but you paid for it. Sometimes a complete menu, sometimes burgers etc.

Something went wrong with an order and I paid too much. The employee then gave me a receipt and said that the amount would be sent to my account. After several phone calls, emails and 4 weeks now, nothing has happened. The "boss" promised me 1. to contact me - didn't happen 2. the money was supposed to be transferred next Thursday - it didn't happen Just sad ...

I'm never going to this BK again. The soft drinks, which weren't refreshing, tasted like dish soap. The sprite was yellow (normally it isn't yellow). The burger was cold and soggy.

One of the worst Burger Kings I've ever been to. Card payments don't work for half a year, then the drive is closed for weeks and I've seen rats on the property

Mega bad, guests' tablets were still on several tables with garbage, other tables were dirty and not just one, I cleaned our table with napkins and disinfectant from the dispenser then an employee felt forced and didn't clean our table either. The floor was sticky The food was slapped on trays, you could look for fries on the tray, fries almost cold, burgers lukewarm and if you eat on site, very poor performance, nobody really needs that

The prices are now the worst thing ever, I was really scared at the dive-in, never again.

Quite often it's not plant-based things that are served, but real meat. If you tell the employees this, they don't care or they deny it. You have to be very careful with this BK.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a really good experience. The “Bing” that notifies you that the food can be picked up is unbelievable. It is far too loud and had a very negative impact on our visit. The chairs in the right corner by the window were super uncomfortable and you couldn't opt ​​out of burgers at the terminal, so everything had to be regulated at the cash register, which didn't have card payment. The service is terrible, you feel the bad vibe when you are talking to the staff, they throw money at you and they are always making a bad face at you, the food is a little delayed compared to other places.

Friendly and quick. Nice ambience, only the floor had a bit of sticking despite it looking clean, definitely too much cleaning agent in the cleaning water. Otherwise everything is great.

Actually very good except for a few initial difficulties with the 3 terminals, which unfortunately didn't work. The service was then very dissatisfied with several people asking whether orders could be made at the checkout. It was quickly resolved afterwards, ours and a few other people were allowed to Order a switch. When everything worked again, the service was a little friendlier. Well, sometimes you can understand the young woman when everything doesn't work properly. The food was really tasty and nice and hot. The toilets were nice and clean.

Rude, slow and then saying the wrong thing. Double Chilli Cheese with just one patty. The whole thing twice, one of them completely cold. 14.02, whatever lady was on duty and standing at the drive was not only quiet and rude but also absolutely incompetent.

Irony: The service was very nice and friendly and had really nice words and had a lot of time to take the order. Things went much better at the checkout.

Rarely experienced such poor service. Questions are not attended to. You stand at the checkout. Employees walk past and try to avoid contact because of their lack of language skills.

Update: No labeling and burger in wrong packaging! Still slow! With the chili cheeseburger you would simply forget the cheese 😡 Slow and sometimes unfriendly We were there again today and something was forgotten again, namely the onion rings. I don't bother going there because the km aren't worth it to me.. unbelievably nothing going on and still too stupid to pack.. the worst thing was a shift supervisor in his shirt!!!!!!

War etwas langsam der Service, obwohl gar nicht so viele Besucher, aber im grünen Bereich.

Frau am Drive in super unfreundlich und genervt.

Leider muss man immer genauer gucken ob auch alles vorhanden ist was man bestellt hat. Klar ich hätte eben doch nochmal nachzählen sollen. Aber da die Bedienung selbst am zählen war bin ich davon ausgegangen das die Bestellung ausnahmsweise mal vollständig ist.fehlgeschlagen. wie jedesmal wenn ich mir mal was gönnen möchte fehlt einiges. Am besten man packt die tüte auf dem Tresen wieder aus und sieht nach ob alles da ist. Naja und selbst dann fehlt was. So kann man auch Geld verdienen. Wirklich schade

Man wartet etwas lange aufs Essen aber für die schnelle vollkommen Okey.

So noch Mal da gewesen....service war super nett und am lächeln allerdings essen war tatsächlich nicht lecker was aber zu 100% an den Pommes lag die irgendwie schlecht/gammelig geschmeckt hat! Hoffe das es nur eine Charge war! Ist so in die Tonne gewandert

Kontrolliert eure Bestellung! Immer wenn die etwas ältere Dame (ca. 50, dunkle Haare, Brille) vorne arbeitet, wird irgendetwas in unserer Bestellung vergessen oder durcheinander gebracht. Besonders ärgerlich wenn man zum mitnehmen bestellt und Zuhause erst bemerkt das die Cheesebites für 5€ fehlen oder man anstatt normale Chickennuggets die vegetarischen Nuggets eingepackt bekommen hat. Ist jetzt mittlerweile das dritte Mal, dass etwas mit unserer Bestellung nicht gepasst hat.

Essen kam schnell, war warm. Bedienung war freundlich. Nur der Rattenköder am Eingang sieht nicht einladend aus.

Chickennuggets hart und vertrocknet, Pommes matschig, Burger teilweise trocken. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, die 30€ hätte ich mal woanders investieren sollen.

Freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Geschmacklich auch in Ordnung. Inzwischen aber schon recht teuer. Inflation hin oder her, aber wenn man schon 8€ für einen einzelnen Burger ausgeben soll, dann sollte er auch halbwegs dem entsprechen, was beworben wird. Auf nem BACON King zwei einsame Scheibchen Bacon, während dieser auf den Produktbild reichlich vorhanden ist, ist schon eine Frechheit.

The veggie Menu is really kicking it!!

Sorry, da ist einfach zuviel Luft nach oben, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und Wartezeit sind stark verbesserungswürdig.

Klimatisiert Saubere Toiletten, Nettes Personal. Grosser und gut gegliederter Parkplatz. Ich dachte ich wäre in einer anderen Welt.. Dabei war ich einfach nicht In Essen sondern in Osnabrück. Ach ja! Hier kann man sein Getränk noch selber nachfüllen. Immer wieder! Echt cool!

Habe im Drive In ewig auf die Bestellung gewartet obwohl weit und breit kein anderes Fahrzeug da war.

Der Laden ist meistens sauber. Wenn etwas dreckig ist, dann sind das meistens die Tische. Da sollte man mal schauen, ob man diese nicht öfter mal putzt. Das Essen ist gut und schlägt auch nicht auf den Magen. Vom Service wünsche ich mir, dass sie freundlicher werden. Dazu kann man an den Terminals nichts abbestellen. Wenn man einen Burger ohne Mayo möchte, muss man sich beeilen, dass man dem Personal Bescheid gibt, bevor der Burger in Produktion geht. Das gestaltet sich manchmal schwer, wenn das Personal nicht mit einem redet. Dann bekommt man Ärger, weil der Burger schon fertig ist und man das nicht passend erwähnt hat.

Bin dort sehr gerne essen jedoch gefällt mir das Sitzlayout nicht mehr so gut wie früher

Die Filiale ist selten überfüllt und das Essen ist ganz gut.

Der Burgerking ist ok es gibt viel schlechtere

Die Sauberkeit auf den Toiletten und im Restaurant (Tische) lassen zeitweise zu Wünschen übrig.

Ein wirklich sauberes Restaurant . Es ist sehr gemütlich und alles hat seine Ordnung.
