You shouldn't expect too much from fast food in general... But in my entire life, I've never been served a burger bun so rock-hard. How the hell could someone think of re-toasting the bun and think the customer won't notice anyway?

I ate there on Saturday and ordered a wopper meal with cheese. Shortly after, I received the meal, but instead of the wopper meal, I got a junior wopper meal. I wanted my money back, but I didn't want to pay it back. I threatened to call the police and only then did I get my money back. Never again from this shop; it's better to go to the competition. If you could give 0 stars, this shop would have deserved them.

Waited over 30 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant. The burgers and fries were cold, only the nuggets were warm. The nice lady behind the counter didn't take a single order in 30 minutes. The tables were all dirty. This was the worst meal in a fast-food restaurant.

The woman at the drive-thru was extremely unfriendly and irritated. Last time, a burger was forgotten. Another time, I wanted to change my burger shortly after ordering, but it was supposedly already ready. After 20 minutes, I finally got the burger, and it was still warm. The restaurant isn't clean inside, and the employees aren't in the mood to work.

Something's really happening here. After a long absence, I was back and was pleasantly surprised. Friday evening, 8:30 p.m., it wasn't too busy. My order was placed at the terminal and processed quickly. Everything I ordered was there, the food was hot, and I poured my own drink. The dining room was remarkably clean, which was really noticeable. The chairs were neatly arranged at the tables, and the tables were clean and attractive. Everything around me was in order as well. While I was eating, someone walked through the place, taking care of the order and cleanliness. The furnishings seemed relatively new and in good condition. Even the vending machine was in perfect condition. In the past, I've encountered poor cleanliness and very undisciplined staff here. None of that today. Great service!!! The expected standards were met here at a high level.

I understand that there are occasional problems. Whether the card payment system breaks, the staff asks you to wait a bit, or something is forgotten—it can all happen. But I would never go to this Burger King again. There are always some kind of problem, and nothing has gone well on any visit. If you just want something quick and easy to eat, this is the wrong place. This branch can only be an extreme example; I can't explain Burger King's success any other way 😅 For me, one thing is clear: people only order from the competition at the bell.

A huge compliment to Anwar! She's incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We were really impressed with her positive attitude right from the drive-thru. We spontaneously went to Burger King today and ordered two mozzarella products. After we had already ordered at the terminal, the employee informed us that the mozzarella patties were no longer available. Instead, we received two slices of cheese on the burger and, instead of the extra product, a few nuggets without sauce. In our opinion, the products should not have been available for purchase. The entire restaurant was very dirty. Most of the tables were unsuitable for sitting. Other diners pointed out that the staff had already been informed but hadn't cleaned. I then asked again, and a few of the tables were cleaned. We also had a caramel iced coffee. Unfortunately, it didn't taste like caramel at all because they used too little syrup. The restrooms were also not good. They were dirty, and one sink and hand dryer were broken.

The five service points go to the employee who came to the aid of a clearly overwhelmed mother during my visit. The young lady was there with two very young children who were whining endlessly. It happened as expected: one of them vomited like an exorcist. The employee came over without being asked and, super friendly yet quiet, removed the traces, and even smiled. Thanks to the bro🙏

Absolutely unacceptable customer service – never again from this branch! I placed an order at the Burger King branch at Pagenstecher Straße 50a in Osnabrück, which specifically included a specific Naruto figure – which was also offered to me for selection on the ordering terminal. However, instead of the selected figure, I was given a completely different, incorrect figure. After repeated inquiries, I was simply told that my chosen figure was long out of stock. If that's the case, I wonder why it's still displayed as available on the terminal? This borders on fraudulent deception – customers are being offered something that is actually no longer available. I therefore demanded my money back. From this point on, the situation escalated. The shift manager, who persistently addressed me informally throughout the entire conversation (absolutely unprofessional), showed no remorse. Instead of an immediate refund, I was handed a handwritten paper form to fill out with my most sensitive personal information – completely unreasonable. When I asked for his name, he pointedly refused. Transparency? None at all. I was promised my money would be transferred back to me "sometime tomorrow." That's neither trustworthy nor reputable. Conclusion: Incompetent communication, customer unfriendliness at the highest level, and a complete lack of professionalism. I can only strongly advise against visiting this branch. Burger King: This is not how you treat customers.

I don't really like giving bad reviews, but it has to be done here: maybe it's personal bad luck, but in my last 4 visits the currently advertised promotional product was “sold out” 3 times. It's stupid if you go there specifically for that. The on-site employees tend to appear absent-minded. Service is hardly available at Burger King anyway, but the app and the self-service terminals are far too complicated for so few products. And the prices are sometimes outrageous (70 or 75 cents for a mini dip? €5.20 for a milkshake?). During my last visit the floor was sticky, something was constantly beeping somewhere in the kitchen and I'm actually always happy when I'm out of there. Why am I actually going there?

Today I had the opportunity to visit the Burger King branch on Pagenstecherstraße in Osnabrück with my son. As soon as we entered the branch, we immediately noticed that the inside temperature hardly deviated from the outside temperature, which at that time was only 1 °C. When our food was ready, we decided to keep our jackets on as it was just too cold in the branch. To our dismay, the food wasn't even lukewarm. I could also hear employees in the kitchen complaining about the cold, indicating an obvious problem with the heating. As our visit progressed, my hands became ice cold, which made eating unbearable for us. Both the taste of the cold food and the shivering surroundings significantly diminished the experience. It's not comfortable to eat in jackets and it shouldn't be the norm. I find it extremely worrying that the branch remains open in such temperatures without informing customers in advance of the existing heating problems or at least posting a notice on the door.

Hello everyone, we've been here on and off for years (a few times a year) The employees try their best, I think the management deliberately leaves the store understaffed to save costs! The employees sometimes have no chance of serving the customers! A lot is being prepared so unfortunately the quality is affected! Castles are cold, everything with breading is left prepared for far too long, so it dries out and doesn't taste good! At drive in, every second order we order is missing something or something we want! You always have to check exactly what has been packed, which is very annoying because you know better than the one opposite with the *M* and you know that it can work! Our visit to Burger King was so UNPLEASANT!!! First of all, the gentleman who served us was very polite and really worked. Cleaned and taken care of in between! When we walked into the store, two employees were sitting at a table in the dining area painting each other's fingernails! The man who served us swept everything off the table afterwards - probably remnants of the nails. When the nails were finished, there was apparently a meeting behind the counter where you could admire the new nails and other people, whether employees or not, I can't say, entered the service area, helped themselves to the ice cream machine and had a good time go. Shortly afterwards, a "couple of customers", parents or family of an employee, perhaps also the manager of the branch, because that's how she behaved, but in an unpleasant way! Screamed super loud, gave my kids dirty looks, and called another man into the store who had a pizza. But she had allowed him to do this! I've never experienced anything like this in general in a (fast-food) restaurant, the atmosphere was just super unpleasant! The food was delicious as always and as I said, our waitress was the only responsible person in this store! After our visit, I wasn't at all surprised that there was no one else there to eat! I waited forever for the order in the drive-thru even though there wasn't another vehicle around. Very disappointing!! I went to this branch again after a year (December 29th) to give it a chance to see if it had improved, but unfortunately this wasn't the case. I placed a large order and felt like half of it was forgotten. No fries, no nuggets, just sad and I had to wait ages for the order again today, like a year ago. Sometimes you just can't give a second chance. In addition, I cannot recommend the churros at all or they were poorly prepared because they were rock hard and almost broke my teeth.

EC card payments were not possible in the drive-in. I didn't get the information until I placed my entire order. So I had to go in. I ordered and paid at the terminal and discovered when I got home that one of the fries was missing. I was the only one who ordered and the ladies still couldn't get it done. I have nothing against having fun at work, but the cackles and giggles during preparation ensured that I paid for something I never received. Too bad.

Hire more people! What's going on here? It's Saturday evening and 17 people are waiting for their food. Two people are in the kitchen, one handles all the orders. They're doing everything they can. But the fact that there are too few staff in a BK on the weekend is logical and doesn't need to be mentioned, right? A somewhat muscular employee is in a pretty bad mood and this is also reflected in the branch, customers are shouted at, food is literally slammed onto the tray WITHOUT gloves, customers complain loudly about customers! (Maybe the good gentleman doesn't have his muscles completely under control 🤷🏻♂️) A few weeks ago, the whole family with children were in the branch behind the Therese, guessing where the food was prepared, which doesn't make any talk very hygienic... but okay, what do you expect from BurgerKing! But a little respect and attention towards the customer would be nice! And perhaps one or two employees should look for another job where they have less customer contact if that suits them or if they usually react angrily and loudly to every little question and discuss it. 🫡 The food was so well, I've eaten better than that... I think it was a little long in the frying pan, but that can happen. Would I come back and recommend this branch? ... I think at least you have a certain afternoon program in the afternoon between action, anger, hatred towards customers, and warm food! 🙈 which is better than the afternoon program on a TV station 🤣 (you're right in the middle of it instead of just there) As you can see, it all fits together so well that I'm really considering giving it an extra star! Because the prices in Bullermeck for afternoon fun are significantly higher.

You can tell that a real effort is being made here. Cleaning was carried out regularly and the tray trolleys were emptied. And the store also left a good impression on a Sunday evening. On the positive side were the fries, I guess I was lucky and they were freshly made. All in all, BK seems to be back on the right track, but looking at the other reviews, it seems to depend a lot on the staff.

Used to be a good shop. Some of the employees are incompetent, but still okay compared to other stores. The fact that the ice machine breaks down again and again in the summer is actually unacceptable. Otherwise, good location.

It's rare to see an employee as unfriendly as I experienced today. It's unbelievable that someone like that actually finds a job at such a renowned and well-known company. In my opinion, he's absolutely incapable of doing his job with people. The employee felt like he had been in the gym all day, so you could fire him immediately.

I have been a regular customer since it opened, about 20 years ago. Over time the service became more and more difficult. On the penultimate visit the drinks were completely left out. After I pointed this out, these were sent later but one was still missing... there wasn't even an apology. Today the waitress at the drive in was AGAIN unfriendly and rolled his eyes and waved his arms around when I asked my children what they wanted to drink. They no longer pack receipts either. Presumably so that you can't rate your visit. From now on I'll go to mcdoof and kfc. - AFTER 20 YEARS OF FAITHFULNESS Edit: tried again. Nothing has changed. You are treated like cattle.

Your employee who looks like he pumps all day is so bad. It's nice to have to wait forever in the drive-thru while chatting with some buddy at the counter, then half your order is wrong (only noticed at home, of course) and you forget the mayo again. Sorry, but the guy doesn't work at all.

The cola was lukewarm. There were no ice cubes. The cheese in the chilli nuggets had already dried up and they were dry and hard (old nuggets, kept warm for longer). When asked, I only got a curt answer but no fresh nuggets.

Service was completely overwhelmed, even though the store only had 3 guests. Food was only received after 10 minutes when asked, even though it was ready behind the counter. Burger poorly constructed, fries fried for too long. The fries were brought back, the service promised to exchange them for new ones, but they didn't deliver. We then left without fries because we ran out of time. Fast food is different!

After several phone calls, emails and 4 weeks now, nothing has happened. The "boss" promised me 1. to contact me - didn't happen 2. the money was supposed to be transferred next Thursday - it didn't happen Just sad ...

The food was fresh, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, even though the store was packed. Everything worked, and the restrooms were clean. Other branches could learn a thing or two from that. Very good!

Once again, the staff can't or won't listen. I ordered 4 HAMBURGS WITHOUT CUCUMBER, which I can't tolerate. They're always on the lookout for it. Dear Mr. Eckstein, you should remind the staff about the consequences of a food intolerance. It's not worth exchanging the route; it consumes more gas than the cost. I placed a bulk order there via the app because there were a few of us. The delivery time was good, but they still kept to cold fries, forgot the sauce, and then they were missing fries with a double currywurst. I called the place directly and was assured that the driver would come again, but unfortunately, no one came, and of course, the restaurant was no longer reachable by phone. I don't know if there's a branch manager there, but they should check on their team because this isn't the first time they've forgotten something. I'll order from Mecces or something like that instead, where you get more for your money.
