Burger King - Pagenstecherstraße in Osnabrück

Laut Maps offen bis 0 Uhr der Laden macht aber um Punkt 22:00 das Licht aus? Komisch oder?

Absolut enttäuschend und unverständlich. Bin extra wegen der neuen Quarter Pounder und Spicy Striker Burger zu Burger King gefahren (die ich bei Lieferando/Volt endeckt habe). Vor Ort stellt man fest: Die Burger gibt’s weder am Terminal noch in der Burger King App. Nur über die Lieferdienste. Warum das nicht ordentlich integriert wird, ist mir ein Rätsel. Dann hab ich über Volt zum Abholen bestellt. Nach ca 30 Minuten Wartezeit frage ich nach. die Bestellung war schon seit 20 Minuten fertig, stand aber nur kalt in der Tüte rum. Der Mitarbeiter meinte ganz lapidar, bei Volt-Bestellungen sei das normal: Die werden zwar direkt gemacht, aber erst viel später durchgeklickt.wieso fragt ihr euch?? weil Inhouse-Kunden Vorrang haben meinte er. Für mich unverständlich sowas ist ein klick im computer und schon hätte er das problem vermieden. Ich hätte gesehen es ist abholbereit und hätte nicht unnötig gewartet obwohl es schon längst fertig ist. Das Ergebnis: Kalte, labbrige Burger. Auf meine Bitte, sie neu zu machen, kam nur: „Stornier das über Volt.“ Burger King, das hat mit Hygiene, Qualität und Kundenservice rein gar nichts mehr zu tun. Traurige Vorstellung.“ Und dann noch der stress mit der volt stornierung was ein time waste

Nach 50 Minuten war unser Essen immernoch nicht fertig, danach haben die nur widerwillig und nach nochmal 15 min rumdröseln doch noch die Bestellung storniert. Nie wieder BK an der Pagenstecherstraße.

Da wir auf der Durchreise waren und zum ersten mal in diesen Laden hier waren war die Enttäuschung gross der Whopper nur lauwarm und bei meiner Frau war er sogar nur handwarm....eigentlich schreiben wir sowas nicht hier im Netz...aber es nervt das bei diesen preisen es nicht machbar ist einen Richtig warmen(heißen) burger zu bekommen....was richtig warmes zu produzieren.... eigentlich hätte man es zurückgeben müssen...aber da es schon 2130 uhr war und das Personal schon erklärt hatte das die Terrasse abgeschlossen ist weil man kein Personal hat....will man auch nicht nochmal warten müssen. Leider ist das bei den "ketten"sehr oft so.... oder gilt dort der satz" wenn man was Warmes will muss man ein Bier bestellen" denke jeder weiss was gemeint ist..

Gutes restaurant, schnelle bedienung

Mitarbeiter unmotiviert, Essen teilweise kalt, Bestellungen fehlerhaft (extra Käse vergessen, aber auf Rechnung), lange Wartezeiten. Einer der schlechteren BK.

Ich habe 2x Plant Based Cheeseburger und 1 Plant based Whopper Junior bestellt. Ich musste über 15 Minuten warten, das schlimme dabei war aber dass alle 3 Burger falsch waren. Ich habe statt 2x Plant Based Cheeseburger 2x Plant Based Chili Cheese Burger bestellt. Die habe ich weggeschmissen. Und das schlimmste -> Ich habe kein Plant Based Whopper Junior bekommen, sondern einen mit Fleisch. Das Fleischpatty wurde an den Rändern extra so abgeschnitten, damit es nach den gepressten Plant Based Patty aussieht. Hier wurde extra ein Schritt durchgeführt um den Kunden zu verarschen. Das man bewusst auf Fleisch verzichtet, aus welchen Gründen auch immer wird komplett nicht respektiert. Die Kette werde ich boykottieren, das ist nicht das erste Mal das dies passiert.

Ewig lange Wartezeit im Drive. Personal spricht gebrochen deutsch und hört nicht richtig zu oder versteht die Sprache nicht. Die Burger werden lieblos zusammengeklatscht und sehen auch genauso aus. Seit Jahren mal wieder nach Burger King getraut und ich schwöre, dies war das letzte mal, dass uns diese Fastfoodkette gesehen hat. Diese Bude ist ein Fall für das Gesundheitsamt oder fürs Team Wallraff. Ekelbude. Schaut mal vom Drive aus hinter die Theke, storniert die Bestellung und fährt zweihundert Meter weiter nach Mäkkes.

Schlimmste Fastfood Experience meines Lebens - 1:10 Std. Wartezeit für eine Standardbestellung. Man fragt sich ob hier überhaupt gearbeitet wird und was das Ganze noch mit Fast Food zu tun hat. Kann jedem nur empfehlen wo anders hinzugehen, Real Talk 0/10

Würde am liebsten 0 Sterne geben. Absolute Katastrophe!!!! Bestellung 2 mal Falsch raus gegeben, alle Saucen gefehlt, Trinken war pisswarm und komplette Bestellung nach 40 Minuten bekommen!. Kassiererin überfordert, da sie komplett alleine vorne war (mit Drive und Kasse) und sprach kaum deutsch. NIE WIEDER!.

Es ist fast schon Standard, dass die Bestellung erst nach über 20 Minuten kalt ankommt und dann, wenn man sich beschwert, mit der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt wird. Ich werde diesen Laden meiden, wo es nur geht. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass die Angestellten mit irgendwelchen arabischen Wörtern um sich werfen, wenn man versucht, sich mit ihnen zu unterhalten.

Der Getränkeautomat war kaputt, die Limonade war noch heiß und schmeckte schlecht. Früher war es besser, aber das Personal reagierte nicht.

WOW. Selten einen so schönen Burger King in einer Stadt gesehen. Manche sagen es ist ein Ort zum Essen, aber für mich ist es mein zweiter Wohnsitz. Die Mitarbeiter sind wie Freunde von der alten Schule. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind exzellent. Jedoch Aufgepasst!: Die Baklava Churros sind nicht zu empfehlen. Danke Burger King Team für euren Susport

Meine Frau war heute bei euch und hat mitr eine Bigking und einen Xtralong mitgebracht. Ich kann hierzunur sagen 1a mit doppelsternchen.. Aussehen der Burger Perfekt wie auf dem Foto geschmack sehr gut. Soße genau getroffen Ziebeln genau richtig. Ich kann euch nur weitzer empfehlen und sage macht weiter so...

15 Minuten auf eine Bestellung zum Mitnehmen um halb 11 abends gewartet und dann noch nen falschen Artikel bekommen. Irgendwelche Dessertstangen mit Karamellsoße statt Chilli Cheese Fries. Vielleicht müssten von Burgerking die Verpackungen überarbeitet werden, damit man dann beim Packen auch weiß was drin ist, wenn man nicht nachschauen kann...

I've never been served so quickly and in such a friendly manner! Especially since my crispy was still hot. Highly recommended for fast food – nice people!

You get your food in a bag, even though you selected to eat there, not on a tray trolley.

Never again! Waited 5 minutes to place an order, the girl from southern Europe didn't speak German, and if I hadn't said anything, I would have had to wait another 30 minutes. I just left and will never come back.

A really nice branch; the other branches in Osnabrück could learn a thing or two from it.

The food there is amazing, so if you only eat there every three months or so, you should probably go. But the service and the staff are absolutely terrible! If you're at the drive-thru and the person can't even speak German, it's just awful (not!). That was the last time I'll ever go there; it was a complete disappointment, honestly. This place and its staff are just awful. They should all take a language course, sorry, not sorry!

Very dirty everywhere, incredibly cold, almost colder than outside, uncomfortable, food okay, but nothing more, you get the impression that the few customers who were there only went to the competition because it was overcrowded....

The food is delicious! Everything was great, they included everything except ketchup. But those are the only pros; the cons are that two employees speak very poor German and there are no discounts.

Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my visit. The staff was extremely unfriendly and gave a disrespectful impression. During my visit, I even had the impression that they were cursing or using derogatory language in the local language. Furthermore, the fries were ice cold when I received my order, and I had to wait over ten minutes for them, even though the place was barely busy. The ice cream machine wasn't working!!!

You shouldn't expect too much from fast food in general... But in my entire life, I've never been served a burger bun so rock-hard. How the hell could someone think of re-toasting the bun and think the customer won't notice anyway?

Once again, the employees fail to hand the delivery person the bag with the correct name. 4 out of 5 (Uber Eats) orders in the past few months have been incorrect! Cowardly, none of the employees answer the phone. :)

So bad! We waited 12 minutes for our order, not because someone in front of us was too slow – because "wait a minute" – then "I don't understand" German – the burger was cold – really cold – never again.

I ate there on Saturday and ordered a wopper meal with cheese. Shortly after, I received the meal, but instead of the wopper meal, I got a junior wopper meal. I wanted my money back, but I didn't want to pay it back. I threatened to call the police and only then did I get my money back. Never again from this shop; it's better to go to the competition. If you could give 0 stars, this shop would have deserved them.

Waited over 30 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant. The burgers and fries were cold, only the nuggets were warm. The nice lady behind the counter didn't take a single order in 30 minutes. The tables were all dirty. This was the worst meal in a fast-food restaurant.

The woman at the drive-thru was extremely unfriendly and irritated. Last time, a burger was forgotten. Another time, I wanted to change my burger shortly after ordering, but it was supposedly already ready. After 20 minutes, I finally got the burger, and it was still warm. The restaurant isn't clean inside, and the employees aren't in the mood to work.

Something's really happening here. After a long absence, I was back and was pleasantly surprised. Friday evening, 8:30 p.m., it wasn't too busy. My order was placed at the terminal and processed quickly. Everything I ordered was there, the food was hot, and I poured my own drink. The dining room was remarkably clean, which was really noticeable. The chairs were neatly arranged at the tables, and the tables were clean and attractive. Everything around me was in order as well. While I was eating, someone walked through the place, taking care of the order and cleanliness. The furnishings seemed relatively new and in good condition. Even the vending machine was in perfect condition. In the past, I've encountered poor cleanliness and very undisciplined staff here. None of that today. Great service!!! The expected standards were met here at a high level.

I understand that there are occasional problems. Whether the card payment system breaks, the staff asks you to wait a bit, or something is forgotten—it can all happen. But I would never go to this Burger King again. There are always some kind of problem, and nothing has gone well on any visit. If you just want something quick and easy to eat, this is the wrong place. This branch can only be an extreme example; I can't explain Burger King's success any other way 😅 For me, one thing is clear: people only order from the competition at the bell.

Despite the stated opening time, the place was already closed over an hour before closing time, as indicated by a battered, apparently repeatedly used sign on the door. No entry, no food, just strange looks from inside.

A huge compliment to Anwar! She's incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We were really impressed with her positive attitude right from the drive-thru. Anwar took our order very patiently, answered all our questions, and ensured everything went quickly and smoothly. Her warm and professional manner really makes a difference; you feel like you're in good hands with her. Thank you, Anwar, for the great service and for making Burger King a place we want to return to!

We spontaneously went to Burger King today and ordered two mozzarella products. After we had already ordered at the terminal, the employee informed us that the mozzarella patties were no longer available. Instead, we received two slices of cheese on the burger and, instead of the extra product, a few nuggets without sauce. In our opinion, the products should not have been available for purchase. The entire restaurant was very dirty. Most of the tables were unsuitable for sitting. Other diners pointed out that the staff had already been informed but hadn't cleaned. I then asked again, and a few of the tables were cleaned. We also had a caramel iced coffee. Unfortunately, it didn't taste like caramel at all because they used too little syrup. The restrooms were also not good. They were dirty, and one sink and hand dryer were broken.

The five service points go to the employee who came to the aid of a clearly overwhelmed mother during my visit. The young lady was there with two very young children who were whining endlessly. It happened as expected: one of them vomited like an exorcist. The employee came over without being asked and, super friendly yet quiet, removed the traces, and even smiled. Thanks to the bro🙏

You want to eat this junk once a year, and then even that ends in chaos. My pre-order was forgotten and only prepared after a long discussion. Even though everything was "freshly" prepared, it tasted like cardboard. You get the feeling that no one has a clue, not even the management.

The employees are often overwhelmed, and items that were on sale/promotion have been out of stock on a number of occasions, which is a shame. Otherwise, everything's fine.

Nobody speaks German, four burgers were missing from our order, and one lady thought it appropriate to relax and chat with her family outside while we waited for 20 (!) minutes. The repairmen thanked us for this first-class service.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service – never again from this branch! I placed an order at the Burger King branch at Pagenstecher Straße 50a in Osnabrück, which specifically included a specific Naruto figure – which was also offered to me for selection on the ordering terminal. However, instead of the selected figure, I was given a completely different, incorrect figure. After repeated inquiries, I was simply told that my chosen figure was long out of stock. If that's the case, I wonder why it's still displayed as available on the terminal? This borders on fraudulent deception – customers are being offered something that is actually no longer available. I therefore demanded my money back. From this point on, the situation escalated. The shift manager, who persistently addressed me informally throughout the entire conversation (absolutely unprofessional), showed no remorse. Instead of an immediate refund, I was handed a handwritten paper form to fill out with my most sensitive personal information – completely unreasonable. When I asked for his name, he pointedly refused. Transparency? None at all. I was promised my money would be transferred back to me "sometime tomorrow." That's neither trustworthy nor reputable. Conclusion: Incompetent communication, customer unfriendliness at the highest level, and a complete lack of professionalism. I can only strongly advise against visiting this branch. Burger King: This is not how you treat customers.

I ordered food and didn't even get what I ordered and I didn't get it sent to me

Here and at other Burger King locations, something should definitely be done about the speakers on the order kiosks in the drive-thru... maybe replace them? This crackling of the speakers, in addition to the broken German of the employees, makes a smooth ordering process almost impossible.

I don't really like giving bad reviews, but it has to be done here: maybe it's personal bad luck, but in my last 4 visits the currently advertised promotional product was “sold out” 3 times. It's stupid if you go there specifically for that. The on-site employees tend to appear absent-minded. Service is hardly available at Burger King anyway, but the app and the self-service terminals are far too complicated for so few products. And the prices are sometimes outrageous (70 or 75 cents for a mini dip? €5.20 for a milkshake?). During my last visit the floor was sticky, something was constantly beeping somewhere in the kitchen and I'm actually always happy when I'm out of there. Why am I actually going there?

I accidentally ordered a burger with meat instead of plant based on one of the displays and then I asked if I could get the same burger from the order in plant based. That was denied, I had to order again and pay again.... She was also extremely unfriendly and not at all customer-oriented or accommodating.

Once again extremely disappointed... Burgers were cold and were only exchanged under protest... the churros were completely fried so they were not edible. Drinks consisted almost exclusively of water... and once again no card payment was possible. This branch is getting worse and worse every week...

Nice Burger King. It's lovely to sit outside in the summer. However, be careful when driving in/through, card payment almost never works within the last 6 months. There have been 15 times in the evenings and no card payment is possible directly as information when ordering as if this was a scam in this regard. 0 stars! Employees sometimes extremely unmotivated. Burgers were carelessly made, some of the meat was extremely cold. The cheese on the burgers wasn't even melted. I wouldn't have ordered this to take away. If they had gotten it back

The food was ok but way too expensive. What made it even more unpleasant was the fact that it was far too cold inside. Even some of the employees are lying around in jackets.

Never again Burger King. 1. There were only 2 employees working. 2.Waited for the food for a very long time 3. Didn't even speak German properly and charged things for goods that were no longer available and finally forgot to pack 2 Whoppers. They don't deserve a star. No wonder it's no longer running there.

Hello everyone, we've been here on and off for years (a few times a year) The employees try their best, I think the management deliberately leaves the store understaffed to save costs! The employees sometimes have no chance of serving the customers! A lot is being prepared so unfortunately the quality is affected! Castles are cold, everything with breading is left prepared for far too long, so it dries out and doesn't taste good! At drive in, every second order we order is missing something or something we want! You always have to check exactly what has been packed, which is very annoying because you know better than the one opposite with the *M* and you know that it can work! You have lost our family as a customer! We wish you continued success and hope that you can improve something from the comments!

Today I had the opportunity to visit the Burger King branch on Pagenstecherstraße in Osnabrück with my son. As soon as we entered the branch, we immediately noticed that the inside temperature hardly deviated from the outside temperature, which at that time was only 1 °C. When our food was ready, we decided to keep our jackets on as it was just too cold in the branch. To our dismay, the food wasn't even lukewarm. I could also hear employees in the kitchen complaining about the cold, indicating an obvious problem with the heating. As our visit progressed, my hands became ice cold, which made eating unbearable for us. Both the taste of the cold food and the shivering surroundings significantly diminished the experience. It's not comfortable to eat in jackets and it shouldn't be the norm. I find it extremely worrying that the branch remains open in such temperatures without informing customers in advance of the existing heating problems or at least posting a notice on the door.

Self's service is running! Cleanliness needs improvement. Music was so loud that you couldn't hold a conversation. Otherwise, the veggie version of the menu is very tasty.

The food is OK. The speed of work and preparation of the dishes still needs to be significantly improved. Nevertheless, you should dress sensibly. People work here in sweatpants, which I don't think is appropriate. As a small note, you should check your order every time you receive it. Our visit to Burger King was so UNPLEASANT!!! First of all, the gentleman who served us was very polite and really worked. Cleaned and taken care of in between! When we walked into the store, two employees were sitting at a table in the dining area painting each other's fingernails! The man who served us swept everything off the table afterwards - probably remnants of the nails. When the nails were finished, there was apparently a meeting behind the counter where you could admire the new nails and other people, whether employees or not, I can't say, entered the service area, helped themselves to the ice cream machine and had a good time go. Shortly afterwards, a "couple of customers", parents or family of an employee, perhaps also the manager of the branch, because that's how she behaved, but in an unpleasant way! Screamed super loud, gave my kids dirty looks, and called another man into the store who had a pizza. But she had allowed him to do this! I've never experienced anything like this in general in a (fast-food) restaurant, the atmosphere was just super unpleasant! The food was delicious as always and as I said, our waitress was the only responsible person in this store! After our visit, I wasn't at all surprised that there was no one else there to eat! I thought the lattice fries didn't taste good because they were flabby

I ordered something from the store with a friend on Thursday evening. We were allowed to wait half an hour. The food was ice cold and it upset both of our stomachs

I waited forever for the order in the drive-thru even though there wasn't another vehicle around. Very disappointing!! I went to this branch again after a year (December 29th) to give it a chance to see if it had improved, but unfortunately this wasn't the case. I placed a large order and felt like half of it was forgotten. No fries, no nuggets, just sad and I had to wait ages for the order again today, like a year ago. Sometimes you just can't give a second chance. In addition, I cannot recommend the churros at all or they were poorly prepared because they were rock hard and almost broke my teeth.

I think a lot of things have changed in terms of taste. The milkshake 🍓 tastes totally like A... But that's my opinion, maybe someone will say something completely different.

EC card payments were not possible in the drive-in. I didn't get the information until I placed my entire order. So I had to go in. I ordered and paid at the terminal and discovered when I got home that one of the fries was missing. I was the only one who ordered and the ladies still couldn't get it done. I have nothing against having fun at work, but the cackles and giggles during preparation ensured that I paid for something I never received. Too bad.

Not being able to put 2 extra slices of cheese on it leads to a debate between the employees and this proves their incompetence. Was my last time here.
