I was at Burger King today at 7:00 p.m. and saw a mouse on the restaurant's patio. I left my food and immediately left the restaurant. I don't even want to think about how clean the kitchen was. DO NOT GO THERE!!

9/10 The staff are very friendly and respond immediately if you need small things like napkins, dips, or a cup holder. The waitress always asks if you're satisfied or if you need anything. That's definitely not what you're used to from these fast food chains. It's the little things that make the difference!

I was at Burger King today, Hannoversche Str. 74 in Osnabrück. Many thanks to the nice lady at the counter. She was the only one serving at the time of my visit and was under a lot of stress. She was very friendly to me and the other customers and apologized for the "long" wait. She prepared my order and the others' orders very quickly, even though she was alone. I'm used to longer wait times at other restaurants, even though there are enough employees. A big compliment to the lady in black; unfortunately, I didn't remember her name.

Great play area for kids. I find the service difficult, as you order from a vending machine and pick up your food yourself at the counter. Otherwise, everything was fine, as usual at B-King etc.

Cleanliness is fine. Everything is a bit sticky/greasy, but that's not a problem in a fast food restaurant where everything is greasy. A woman from the staff is covered in make-up that ruins her appetite. The location was not completely overcrowded. The food on the tray is simply placed there and no announcement is made that the tray with order number xyz is ready. If we hadn't seen this by chance, it would have gotten cold on the counter.

After Team Wallraff you didn't notice anything. Once again a branch that is completely overwhelmed. No structure, not particularly friendly and the food is expensive too. Why should you spend so much money? First you had to wait a long time at the drive in and then you were told that you can only pay in cash. I'm a big fan of cash, but if you only have the card with you, it's a disgrace. No clues, nothing. Pure waste of time. I was at McDonald's. If I indulge in fast food every six months, then things might go smoothly, but not like this.

I was at Burger King at 2 p.m. Even the public toilets are cleaner and more hygienic than in this restaurant. With all the sticky floors and toilets that are never clean, I don't even want to imagine the kitchen. I don't know how a manager can leave the restaurant in this condition. I will never go to this restaurant again.

I was at the restaurant today around 14:30. The restaurant was not clean, floor was full of rubishes and uncleaned food, tabel were oily and not cleaned. Staff was not welcoming and zero higene. Our order took too long to be prepared. Not recommended !!

I rarely write reviews, but this is more of a warning. Very unfriendly and slow employees. The store wasn't particularly full around 6 p.m. and there was still trash on the tables everywhere. They also haven't seen a rag for a long time. We don't even want to talk about the sticky floor. If that's what the store looks like, I don't even want to see the kitchen. Then we only ordered one fries... You can't go wrong. Was ok. I'm seriously wondering what the health department is there for?

The kitchen is extremely, extremely slow. In the drive-in you can often wait 15 - 20 minutes. The other day I didn't have any cash with me and oh surprise, once again only cash payment in the drive-thru! Here, for over 2 years, there has been a 50/50 chance that you can pay by EC at the drive-in. So I waited 20 minutes until I got out of the queue because there is only 1 lane. Then I went to the store (strangely, EC payment is ALWAYS possible here?!) and then waited a whole 25 minutes until I could finally take my food with me. 45 minutes (!!!!) waiting time in total for a wopper and fries? It was the last time I was here and I advise everyone I know not to go to this store.

The branch is quite a disaster. Printers at the order terminal are empty, you don't get a receipt for the order. Chaos when issuing goods. The competitor not far from this address has these things under much better control.

A solid Burger King. It's always quite crowded there and often children's birthday parties, which means that people can't always keep up with the food. You just have to understand it. The food was warm and as usual. Unfortunately, the Ausserberreich is usually never clean or even usable. Drinks vending machines are often empty or there is hardly any choice and often only one on.

Unfortunately I have to give one star even though it isn't deserved. Ordered today on December 17th, 2024 in the drive-in, when I got home I unfortunately discovered that the patties of the castles were charred and you pay money for something like that. Unfortunately, the store has gone down a lot and there was nothing going on for a solid 20 minutes wait for food. (Such shops are actually called fast food restaurants, aren't they?)

Ordering system takes forever and is completely bloated. No mayo because the wrong replenishment was apparently ordered. Only 20 percent of drinks available in the vending machine. Service no longer available. I long for the good old personal ordering that was possible everywhere 10 years ago. Because I now have to do a lot of the tasks myself that the service used to do, the prices are underground. From the customer's perspective, I don't understand what the app is supposed to do. If I pay for everything with my data, why is it so expensive? Deficient would still be flattering.

Burgers look like shit, parts of the order are forgotten and the current one-piece T-shirt is issued in the wrong size and not exchanged if a complaint is made. This service is absolutely disgraceful.

Staff very hard working, but understaffed. Only 2 employees there on Sunday lunchtime. A simple small order from King Deal took 30 (!!) minutes. No fast food ;-). We actually wanted to save time but next time we'd rather cook ourselves.
