Can someone report this store to the health department?! How disgusting is that?!!! Everything was dirty, the tables hadn't been wiped, the trash hadn't been taken away. Really not nice.

Your food always tastes fantastic and your service is always friendly and courteous. Thank you for the delicious burgers and the pleasant atmosphere in your restaurant. Keep it up, you're great!

Nice Store….clean and the people are very friendly

Ordering system takes forever and is completely bloated. No mayo because the wrong replenishment was apparently ordered. Only 20 percent of drinks available in the vending machine. Service no longer available. I long for the good old personal ordering that was possible everywhere 10 years ago. Because I now have to do a lot of the tasks myself that the service used to do, the prices are underground. From the customer's perspective, I don't understand what the app is supposed to do. If I pay for everything with my data, why is it so expensive? Deficient would still be flattering.

Burgers look like shit, parts of the order are forgotten and the current one-piece T-shirt is issued in the wrong size and not exchanged if a complaint is made. This service is absolutely disgraceful.

I tried the two One Piece burgers today. They were delicious warm and served quickly. The Ruffy burger was exactly my taste and I would order it again. Staff very nice and friendly

Staff very hard working, but understaffed. Only 2 employees there on Sunday lunchtime. A simple small order from King Deal took 30 (!!) minutes. No fast food ;-). We actually wanted to save time but next time we'd rather cook ourselves.

NEVER order here! When we first ordered, only the drinks and fries were delivered to us, everything was okay, it could happen, or the Lieferando driver was an ass. Then I personally went to the store with the incorrect delivery, corrected everything and received additional nuggets as consolation. As an apology I could have even had more, but with 2 people we are already more than full with the nuggets. So it was a great excuse. For the second order, we tracked the Lieferando driver using the intended function. After it stood in the same place for over 10 minutes, the order was canceled. I would have liked to find out what the problem was, but no one is answering the phone. In the event of an accident or something similar, you could have sent another or even the same driver (depending on your condition) with the newly prepared order. Instead there was a cancellation for no reason even though the driver was already on the way and no accommodation other than a refund. Such errors are DEFINITELY the fault of the store, even if Lieferando drivers can often be quite dull. Absolute lack of understanding how such crap can happen twice in a row!

The whole floor was full of leftover food and the tray return was completely overflowing. The food was already very cold. Drink station was apparently also broken as Diet Coke only tasted like water. I used to like to go to Burger King every now and then to buy the plant based nuggets but for some reason they are now inedible!!! Sometimes they just seem to throw a few into the deep fryer several times because they were probably old and lying around, I have no idea. But they are rock hard and you can't eat them!! I thought I would just try the plant based long chicken and the same thing there too!! The patty was rock hard and looked old. Had to throw it away straight away. I don't know what you're doing but how can you sell something like that to people?!

The drive is currently closed. The sauces for the fries are often forgotten and I think there is an internal competition among the staff as to who can pack the fries best, so that when I take out the bag of fries, all the fries fall out and I distribute them in the big brown bag.

None of the orders in the drive fit the last 3 visits. Basically something is forgotten... In addition, there are waiting times that are beyond good and bad. Chilli Cheese Xtra long...without sauce and the meat was cold...no 10min walk home no...I mean cold cold...not lukewarm or something. Fries looked like they had been in the deep fryer for a week, limp and lukewarm at best. Completely wrong all around. Guys, no joke, I paid money to see 4 disappointed faces at home. If anyone needs proof of the worst BK... here you go!!! Update January 16, 2023 I contacted BK customer service via email. The answer was: Well, that's how I understood it. It's your own fault if an idiot goes to eat in the ***** store. No joke, 0815 blah blah everyone always strives for the best etc etc... If you look at the current documentaries about BK, then this branch, plus the reply email from BK customer service, then that's exactly how they want it... Since nothing has changed here for years, from now on you can only go to the Golden Seagull or the chicken fryer, so it should be better that way. That was the last time I was here and at Burger King in general, it's not even worth one star. Fries were burnt and Cola was like drinking water with sugar, carbonation "zero" The food in the trash and my money gone.

Yes, there was a smell in the entrance area from the direction of the toilets and I also overstayed my lunch break by 30 minutes because a burger just wasn't ready. The Cola machine only had Coke and nothing else.... BUT it was easy to see why... The employees were very hard working and worked piecework. They also tried to be friendly and constantly apologized. It was clear that they did everything they could, but certainly didn't have time to fill the machine, tidy up the restaurant or clean the toilets. There were simply far too few staff... Those who were there couldn't catch up, even though they worked very quickly. So it's no wonder if you get the wrong food in the bag and you could tow cars with the onion rings... Even after further visits you can see improvement. Stopped at a Autobahn BK 2 weeks ago, and lo and behold, the burgers don't always have to be cold, tough and soggy.

Food is OK. Just as you would expect from a BK. The drinks machines are broken or only work for a limited selection. I can't judge the service because there was no interaction other than the order number being called out.

Just rubbish everywhere, employees just stand around and don't really work, things are forgotten to pack up, let alone not given when asked and finally, even though the food was supposed to be fresh because it was made shortly before we got it, it was sticky and the salad looked like it was once on the floor and left lying there. Really not a good shop. Normal Whopper meal took 20 minutes. While waiting, I could observe what has often been described here - several customers complained about their take-away food because things were missing. About the food itself: The Whopper was well topped, but unfortunately cold. The Cola Zero that I poured looked like Cola, but tasted like water. Apparently there was a problem with the machine. The fries were good. Overall, not a nice experience.

We went to Burger King again after a long time. It's crazy how closed it has become here. Saturday 9:30 p.m., the carts are full of garbage, the tables are greasy deluxe, the waiting time is long and that with 6 orders on the screen. Sry really underground. This is the second time we have been to this establishment and we have been disappointed twice. 1st visit: The drink was forgotten and we were reluctantly given a cup for the machine. 2nd visit (it was catastrophic here): All the cheeseburgers were cold because they were taken out of the tray too early and the other things weren't ready. We ordered two strawberry flavored milkshakes, but only got vanilla twice. I complained about this, but we only got vanilla again. A Sprite Zero from the machine was just water without syrup (Mezzomix was ok). About the ambience: It is very run down, the artificial leather on the seats is often torn and everything is very dirty. There's dirt lying around, even though there wasn't much to do at the moment (we were the only people in the restaurant). Even without the trash, things seemed very dirty. If you have an alternative, I would recommend going to another branch.

I've just been to the Burger King on Hannoversche Straße in Osnabrück and I can only report enthusiasm. The employee Andi gave me such good advice, helped me find the right burger and accompanied me through my entire decision-making phase until the purchase was completed. I came out of it very satisfied. If it's like this every day here, I'll probably drive the 100km there every day! Thanks Andy.

This is definitely the 8th or 9th time - not lying of course - that part of the order (drive in mainly) has not been packed - and that at Hannoversche Straße... No receipt because it was thrown away so quickly by the gentleman at the window, so it was "untraceable" so bad luck. Running, that was 100% the last time at this location

I've never had any problems with eating. What I can definitely complain about is that you should check your order (if it's take-away). I ordered a Whopper and got a Whopper JR. Unfortunately I only noticed it at home. The orders can also take a long time. The longest wait I've had so far was 30 minutes and the store wasn't even really full. It's easy to wait 15 minutes until you get your food. The Burger King is actually good. The only problem seems to be the employees. I have no idea why they are so uncoordinated.

The employee working on Monday, with Indian appearance, yelled at a guest to get in line, even though he was about to get in line. If you don't feel like doing your job, then you shouldn't do it.

It's nice, you get a parking space, area for kids. We didn't like the fifthly tables and garbage was just laying on some seats.
