the following: we ordered through uber eats (plant-based!!!), what arrived: burgers with meat :/ when we called burger king and described the situation, we were told to “just come here and get something new order” … oh great idea! And should we feed the other burgers to our hamsters or what? I can only shake my head... from now on only go to McDonald's!!!!1!1!

Yes, there was a smell in the entrance area from the direction of the toilets and I also overstayed my lunch break by 30 minutes because a burger just wasn't ready. The Cola machine only had Coke and nothing else.... BUT it was easy to see why... The employees were very hard working and worked piecework. They also tried to be friendly and constantly apologized. It was clear that they did everything they could, but certainly didn't have time to fill the machine, tidy up the restaurant or clean the toilets. There were simply far too few staff... Those who were there couldn't catch up, even though they worked very quickly. So it's no wonder if you get the wrong food in the bag and you could tow cars with the onion rings... Even after further visits you can see improvement. Stopped at a Autobahn BK 2 weeks ago, and lo and behold, the burgers don't always have to be cold, tough and soggy.

Food is OK. Just as you would expect from a BK. The drinks machines are broken or only work for a limited selection. I can't judge the service because there was no interaction other than the order number being called out.

Food is good by default. Staff almost falls asleep when taking the order and only gets half of it. A small number are smart and willing to keep the service flag high. So when I have to discuss what I should and shouldn't have said... that's where the fun ends.

Worse than anything you've ever seen. Just rubbish everywhere, employees just stand around and don't really work, things are forgotten to pack up, let alone not given when asked and finally, even though the food was supposed to be fresh because it was made shortly before we got it, it was sticky and the salad looked like it was once on the floor and left lying there. All in all, this position should be closed!!! It's bad enough that they don't even answer the phone.

6 p.m., there's nothing going on here, all the tables are dirty, drinks machines are broken, the floor is extremely sticky, there's garbage everywhere outside, ordering terminals don't work well because they're so greasy and dirty. At least 6 people behind the counter. The health department should pay a visit here. I hope we stay healthy after this dinner!!!

Really not a good shop. Normal Whopper meal took 20 minutes. While waiting, I could observe what has often been described here - several customers complained about their take-away food because things were missing. About the food itself: The Whopper was well topped, but unfortunately cold. The Cola Zero that I poured looked like Cola, but tasted like water. Apparently there was a problem with the machine. The fries were good. Overall, not a nice experience.

We went to Burger King again after a long time. It's crazy how closed it has become here. Saturday 9:30 p.m., the carts are full of garbage, the tables are greasy deluxe, the waiting time is long and that with 6 orders on the screen. Sry really underground. Fries with no taste, only Diet Coke at the drinks machine and here too it was just unclean. Conclusion: what a shame

This is the second time we have been to this establishment and we have been disappointed twice. 1st visit: The drink was forgotten and we were reluctantly given a cup for the machine. 2nd visit (it was catastrophic here): All the cheeseburgers were cold because they were taken out of the tray too early and the other things weren't ready. We ordered two strawberry flavored milkshakes, but only got vanilla twice. I complained about this, but we only got vanilla again. A Sprite Zero from the machine was just water without syrup (Mezzomix was ok). About the ambience: It is very run down, the artificial leather on the seats is often torn and everything is very dirty. There's dirt lying around, even though there wasn't much to do at the moment (we were the only people in the restaurant). Even without the trash, things seemed very dirty. If you have an alternative, I would recommend going to another branch.

I've just been to the Burger King on Hannoversche Straße in Osnabrück and I can only report enthusiasm. The employee Andi gave me such good advice, helped me find the right burger and accompanied me through my entire decision-making phase until the purchase was completed. I came out of it very satisfied. If it's like this every day here, I'll probably drive the 100km there every day! Thanks Andy.

This is definitely the 8th or 9th time - not lying of course - that part of the order (drive in mainly) has not been packed - and that at Hannoversche Straße... No receipt because it was thrown away so quickly by the gentleman at the window, so it was "untraceable" so bad luck. Running, that was 100% the last time at this location

I've never had any problems with eating. What I can definitely complain about is that you should check your order (if it's take-away). I ordered a Whopper and got a Whopper JR. Unfortunately I only noticed it at home. The orders can also take a long time. The longest wait I've had so far was 30 minutes and the store wasn't even really full. It's easy to wait 15 minutes until you get your food. The Burger King is actually good. The only problem seems to be the employees. I have no idea why they are so uncoordinated.

If things have to go quickly, BK is suitable. Tastes better than the competition.

The food was warm, but the seats that were free were extremely littered. Which was just not so great :/ . Otherwise it was okay and the order numbers were called out far too quietly even though the service staff knew how full it was and therefore a bit louder because everyone was talking. But overall it was great there ;) .

We placed a large order for several people. First of all, the service at the counter was absolutely unfriendly and it was difficult to understand them. Secondly, some things were missing such as 3 burgers, fries and 4 King Fusion. (Conclusion totally bad and unfriendly, better not go here anymore)

Unfortunately, the orders are mostly incorrect. Either something is missing or you get meat instead of plant-based... It's best to check your order first and then drive off.

DISGUSTING! The employee who gives out the food coughs into her hands, dances, sings loudly, and obviously shakes her butt at other employees. Washing or disinfecting your hands after coughing is overrated. You get cold food, with my fries in your hand you hug a child running around and then throw the fries on the tray. When the food was tried and the fries were complained about, she spoke to us as guests with a slice of cucumber in her mouth and another in her hand. I am at a loss for words! After less than 1 minute you were served a new french fry, which of course was just as cold as the one before. The only warm thing on our tray were the onion rings... The rest (2 veggie and 2 other burgers, fries, chilli cheese nuggets) were cold, wobbly and barely edible. The floor sticks because of spilled drinks, so you can hardly get your feet off the floor after ordering from the machine. Fast food or not, but I've never experienced anything like it anywhere!

Ab und an mal im Drive. Geht meistens recht schnell und in der Regel sind die Bestellungen auch richtig umgesetzt. Hat mir bisher immer geschmeckt, es war nichts angegammelt oder so und nach den entsprechenden Berichten hab ich mal verstärkt auf den Salat usw. geachtet und da keine braunen Stellen oder so entdeckt. Kann nicht klagen und hatte auch noch keine gesundheitlichen Probleme nach einem Besuch dort.

Der schnellste Burgerking, den ich bisher besucht habe. Und bei meinen zwei Besuchen war das Personal sehr freundlich. Ein Manko: die Cola ist recht dünn, da müsste die Mischung eingestellt werden.

Keine Kartenzahlung im Drive-In, dreckige WCs... Ansonsten Burger King halt...

Leider wie oft einfach kein Plant Based Burger bekommen, sondern ein normalen. Inzwischen auch so dreist und geben nicht mal mehr den Kassenbon damit das nicht nachgewiesen werden kann. Außerdem kann man seit Monaten nur mit Bargeld zahlen. Schade drum dass ich den Burger jedes mal wegschmeißen muss.

Drive in benutzt, personal am Schalter nett, doch leider was vergessen...

Wartezeit 20 Minuten und dann sind die Burger auch noch kalt...Klar gibt es Personal Mangel... aber man sollte das System vielleicht überarbeiten. Am Terminal bestellt, dann wird bezahlt und dann fängt das warten an. Wenn wir nicht schon bezahlt hätten, wären wir gegangen. Mit uns (2Pers)haben bestimmt 20 andere Personen gewartet...Mittagspause, ade!!!

Leider nicht sehr lecker. Die Pommes schmeckten so, als wären sie unterschiedlich lange in der Fritteuse gewesen. Auch der Burger war sehr matschig. Das kenne ich aus anderen Restaurants anders.

Es war einfach sehr laut mit der Stimmung einer Bahnhofshalle. Leider ist es dort nicht gemütlich, das kann Mc...besser. Essen war ganz gut, leider etwas zu kalt. Wir hatten so lust auf Burger King, schade.
