I've never seen such a friendly and courteous server as Heike. Whenever she's working, everything runs smoothly, and you don't even have to check your order. Without her, mistakes happen more often.

I was back at BK after a long time and have to say the quality of the food has declined considerably. The place is clean as always. The women's restrooms, however, need a cleaning after years, and the employees can't do anything about it.

Far too few staff. We waited over 20 minutes. On top of that, the storage areas for the dirty tablets were completely overloaded. Simply far too few employees.

No, we were here about a year ago and I already thought it was dirty. But today it's very borderline. I wanted to leave and go to the big M, but I made up my mind. Food was greasy, atmosphere disgusting. Tables were greasy and cleaned by visitors. Tray trolleys were falling apart, the floor was really bad, napkins were all gone, toilets were abysmal. All in all, that's it. We won't be coming back here. Restaurant service should be clean; if there's a lack of staff, get some. Take a look at the BK at the train station or the MC in Dissen. That's how it should be. Sorry, but never ever. And yes, the outside area reflects a lot of things.

Well, what can I say? I waited 35 minutes for three burgers and three fries. I reordered a coffee and then waited another 30 minutes for the coffee in question. The drink dispenser was "unfortunately empty" except for five varieties, and the burgers weren't that great. Starting up near the zoo with four employees on a Sunday is also more than a little daring. Nothing went right today. That's it for me here for the foreseeable future.

1. A renovation of the interior wouldn't hurt... 2. The service at Burger King is also declining; there's no table service like at McDonald's. 3. But you can go there...

Took too long, didn't get the right food

Burger meat burnt and cold wow, worst Burger King I have visited never again!!

The ordering kiosks weren't working, so we had to order at the cash register. There, they told us they only had chicken and veggie burgers because something was broken in the kitchen. The food arrived quickly, though, and it was delicious.

The excuse was that the grill was broken and only fried food was available. The employee was friendly, though. I then went to McDonald's.

Of course, once again, the packaging was too small for my order, which I unfortunately only discovered at home. Now, never again Burger King.

Freshly prepared hamburgers and other dishes. Not from a warming rack like the competition. Everything is made to your liking, with or without extra tomatoes. I'm happy to wait a few minutes for that. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean.

9/10 The staff are very friendly and respond immediately if you need small things like napkins, dips, or a cup holder. The waitress always asks if you're satisfied or if you need anything. That's definitely not what you're used to from these fast food chains. It's the little things that make the difference!

I was at Burger King today, Hannoversche Str. 74 in Osnabrück. Many thanks to the nice lady at the counter. She was the only one serving at the time of my visit and was under a lot of stress. She was very friendly to me and the other customers and apologized for the "long" wait. She prepared my order and the others' orders very quickly, even though she was alone. I'm used to longer wait times at other restaurants, even though there are enough employees. A big compliment to the lady in black; unfortunately, I didn't remember her name.

The nicest people! I made an order after the establishment was closed, but I was not refused service. The coffee machine was already turned off, so I was offered an alternative. Thank you very much!

Cleanliness is fine. Everything is a bit sticky/greasy, but that's not a problem in a fast food restaurant where everything is greasy. A woman from the staff is covered in make-up that ruins her appetite. The location was not completely overcrowded. The food on the tray is simply placed there and no announcement is made that the tray with order number xyz is ready. If we hadn't seen this by chance, it would have gotten cold on the counter.

After Team Wallraff you didn't notice anything. Once again a branch that is completely overwhelmed. No structure, not particularly friendly and the food is expensive too. Why should you spend so much money? First you had to wait a long time at the drive in and then you were told that you can only pay in cash. I'm a big fan of cash, but if you only have the card with you, it's a disgrace. No clues, nothing. Pure waste of time. I was at McDonald's. If I indulge in fast food every six months, then things might go smoothly, but not like this.

I was at Burger King at 2 p.m. Even the public toilets are cleaner and more hygienic than in this restaurant. With all the sticky floors and toilets that are never clean, I don't even want to imagine the kitchen. I don't know how a manager can leave the restaurant in this condition. I was at the restaurant today around 14:30. The restaurant was not clean, floor was full of rubishes and uncleaned food, tabel were oily and not cleaned. Staff was not welcoming and zero higene. Our order took too long to be prepared. Not recommended !!
