Richtig unhöflich Mitarbeiter, man darf sich nicht einmal mit 16 Jahren einen Ballon nehmen ohne von den Mitarbeitern angeschrien zu werden.Jedoch sind die Ballons frei zugänglich und haben keine Altersbeschränkung.Einfach nur unverschämt dieser Kundenumgang(Hab den Ballon trotzdem mitgenommen)

War gerade hier um einen Cappuccino zu trinken. Dieser wurde im Pappbecher serviert, obwohl man beim Tischservice eigentlich eine Porzellantasse bekommt und auch einen Löffel. Als ich den Mitarbeiter nach einer richtigen Tasse fragte, sagte er nur die Spülmaschine sei kaputt. Eine andere Kundin bekam ihr Kaffeegetränk dann allerdings in einer richtigen Tasse serviert, was mich sehr verwunderte und verärgerte. Da ich sehen konnte, dass über der Kaffeemaschine dutzende von Tassen standen, habe ich mich kurzerhand selbst bedient. Nicht sehr schön! Bin in letzter Zeit öfter dort und die Tische sind jedesmal schmutzig und niemand putzt sie. Auch nicht, wenn wenig los ist. Habe immer Erfrischungstücher dabei und putze mir selber den Tisch. War früher mal deutlich besser. Traurige Entwicklung 🫣👎

Ein McDonald's wie er in unserer Region üblich ist. Alles wie gewohnt und gekonnt.

Service war sehr nett. Die Bestellung für zwei Burger hat sehr lang gedauert obwohl nichts los war und sehr viele Mitarbeiter dort waren.

Insgesamt nicht schlecht. Ich würde mir aber wünschen, dass die Burger appetitlicher aussehen und besser bestückt wären.

Wir waren in den letzten 2 Monaten schon merfach dort, und keinmal war die Bestellung von Anfang an in Ordnung. Es fehlen Artikel oder sind schlecht zubereitet. Die Sauberkeit hat Nachholbedarf. Dreckige Tische und Böden. Heute 25.05.2026 war die Krönung. Falsche Artikel und den Tee gab es im Pappbecher trotz vor Ort essen. Der Müll wurde in einem Müllbeutel am Stuhl befestigt gesammelt. Dies ist mein persönlicher Eindruck

Über 10 min warten für ein Eis und das obwohl nicht viel los ist. Seit dem Eckstein weg ist merkt man wie schlecht die Qualität geworden ist. Und über 2 min für ein Glas ohne Getränk. McDonalds sollte den Vertrag dringend überdenken...

Wir wollten uns die Hände waschen, aber es gab keine Seife; wir warteten lange auf unser Essen, und das Personal konnte keine Seife finden. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Der Manager schreit vor Kunden seine Mitarbeiter an. Löscht die Bestellnummern aus der Bestellliste bevor sie fertig sind. Ich hoffe das läuft nicht immer so.

Leider hat Burger King an der Page nachts zu. Zumindest nach 0 Uhr ist das Essen oft Schrott. Kalt oder einfach etwas vergessen

Mc Donald’s Pagenstecherstraße Osnabrück: Nach über eine halbe Stunde warten wollte ich freundlich nachfragen, ob unsere Bestellung Vlt untergegangen war (der Laden war mäßig voll). Als Antwort kam ein stumpfes ‚Nein‘ und mir wurde der Beleg aus der Hand genommen um (wahrscheinlich) die Bestellung zu überprüfen. Ich stand da und hab auf eine Rückmeldung gewartet. Nach weiteren 10 Minuten wollte ich zum Platz gehen um nach der bestell Nummer zu gucken und sehe, dass das Tablet mittlerweile da stand. Abgestellt obwohl niemand da saß. Essen war kalt, Getränke standen nicht drauf und mussten nachträglich gemacht werden und das beste: veggi Bestellung wurde ignoriert und Fleisch bereit gestellt. Auf meine Rückfrage (immernoch geduldig und freundlich) kam nicht mal eine ‚Entschuldigung‘ sondern nur genervte Kommentare wie : Größe Getränk? Der Typ mit der Weste und der Brille hinter dem Thresen macht den Eindruck die Arbeit zu überblicken aber letztendlich hat er nach meinen Beobachtungen (hatte ja genug Zeit dafür) mehr durcheinander gebracht als den Kollegen zu helfen. Fehler passieren aber der Umgang damit ist ausbaufähig

Gestern, an einem freien Tag, habe ich McDonald’s besucht. Es waren sehr viele Menschen dort, was ich verstehe. Dennoch wurde meine Bestellung unvollständig geliefert. Zuerst wurde uns der Kaffee nicht gebracht – ich musste extra nachfragen. Danach wurde auch die Pommes nicht serviert, und mir wurde einfach gesagt, ich solle selbst nach vorne gehen und sie abholen. Ich verstehe, dass es an solchen Tagen viel Betrieb gibt, aber das sollte die Qualität des Services nicht beeinträchtigen. Es ist Ihre Aufgabe sicherzustellen, dass Bestellungen vollständig und ohne zusätzliche Aufforderungen an die Kunden übergeben werden. Wenn es aufgrund der hohen Auslastung Probleme gibt, sollte die Organisation verbessert oder mehr Personal eingesetzt werden, damit solche Situationen in Zukunft vermieden werden.

Das Essen ist, was man bei McDonald's erwartet. Nachdem ich meine Cola verschüttet hatte, wurde mir ungefragt eine neue gebracht. Der Service ist top.

Jedesmal wenn ich da bestelle vergessen die etwas oder als ich bei meinem Burger einmal was abbestellt habe haben die es trotzdem drauf gelassen und die Arbeiter sind nicht gerade sehr höflich und es ist sehr dreckig da und jedesmal wenn ich da bin habe ich Angst mich in Müll zu setzen und im Restaurant ist es das gleiche da wird auch sehr oft was vergessen und langsam nervt es

Als ich vor Ort war sagte mir die App das Artikel nicht verfügbar sind, in meinem Fall alle drei. Es kann nicht sein dass das nicht vorher angegeben wird bevor man los fährt.

4 Burger wurden bestellt mit extra Soße. 2€ Aufpreis. Auf keinem Burger war eine Soße drauf. Das mal davor wurde für 80€ essen bestellt und von 7 großen burgern waren nur 2 dabei. Wert wie 25€. Beschwerde brachte nichts, weil es zu voll war und man wurde aggressiv weg geschickt.

20 Minuten auf Cappuccino gewartet ohne das es voll war und genügend Personal anwesend war

ACHTUNG!!! VERMEIDET DIESEN MC DONALDS! Einer der Mitarbeiter, (rote Jacke kurze Haare) ist in die Kundentoilette reingegangen und seinen Geschäft (welches nach Durchfall klang) erledigt und er hat NICHT die Hände gewaschen!!! Ich habe dann versucht die Aufregung bei den Schichtleiter weiterzugeben und er schaute mich blöd an und sagte mir erstmal „ ich solle nicht so nach kommen“ obwohl ich ihn nett gefragt habe. Dann teile ich das den Schichtleiter mit und er glaube mir nicht und sagte das währe nicht war obwohl ich selber in die Toilette war. Der Schichtleiter hat dann letztens die folgende Ausrede verwendet : „ In der Küche gibt es einen DESINFEKTIONSMITTEL den er „ vermutlich“ benutzt hat. Möchten Sie selber gehen um es zu sehen?“ Ob er die Desinfektionsmittel benutzt hat weiß ich nicht. Aber es ist deutlich wie der Mitarbeiter handelt wenn er nicht mal Hände wäscht nach dem Klo. Und dann ist er gegangen. Die Toiletten sehen schon sehr ekelhaft und mangeln Hygiene. Es ist dann schlimmer wenn die Mitarbeiter da rein gehen und sich nicht waschen. Dabei sind sie noch unfreundlich zu dir und wirken wie Roboter, sehr unfreundliche Roboter. 1. Mitarbeiter geht ins Klo 2.Mitarbeiter wäscht die Hände nicht 3. Schichtleiter ist unfreundlich und verweigert sich mit einen Kunden, einen menschlichen Kommunikation und Aufregung zu führen und Folgen. 4. Ich stehe da als ich das Problem wäre und werde ignoriert. Das kennt man bei jeden Restaurant und jeden Umgang mit Essen. Man wäscht die Hände!!! Desinfektionsmittel reicht nicht! Wenn ihr eine Lebensmittelvergiftung vermeiden wollt dann geht hier bitte nicht essen. Den Mitarbeitern hier Interessiert das nicht. Keine Kundenzufriedenheit und keine gesundheitliche Sicherheit! Leute, ich rate euch dringend davon ab, hier zu essen. Ich habe gesehen, wie ein Angestellter die Kundentoilette betrat, in eine Kabine ging und, wie es klang, Durchfall hatte. Anschließend verließ er die Toilette, ohne sich die Hände zu waschen. Als ich herauskam, schien er gerade Bestellungen einzupacken. Ich bin natürlich Engländer und kann nichts tun, aber jeder, der das liest, sollte dies dem Gesundheitsamt melden und dafür sorgen, dass dieser Laden geschlossen wird, bevor eine Epidemie ausbricht.

Waren dort, essen war kalt, alle Gerichte. Tische und Boden schmutzig. Mitarbeiter unfreundlich u. das an einem Familientag, hat den ganzen Tag versaut. Toiletten schlimmer als die schlimmsten Bahnhofklos die ich gesehen habe in meinem Leben. Dreckig und es stank nach Urin.

Bei meiner Bestellung war mein Rückgeld 10.02 und ich sagte die 2 Cent könnn sie behalten Vom Mitarbeiter hieß es dann ,,die hätte ich dir eh nicht gegeben“

Ich hab vor ca. 4 Stunden bei McDonalds gegessen jetzt ist mir schlecht. Die Tische waren sehr schmutzig und das Personal nicht wirklich Freundlich.

Bringt euren Mitarbeitern Lesen bei, kann nicht sein dass man jedesmal nicht das Bekommt was man bestellt hat, hinzu kommt dass wenn man es beanstanden man nur zu hören bekommt dass man Pech hat, da bezahlt man 20er chicken Nuggets für die Kids weil diese die einfach Lieben und was bekommt man, die Scharfen, ergo geld weg kids haben keine chicken Nuggets wegen unfähigen Mitarbeitern.

Da arbeitete eine Dame Mitte 40, Haare zsm Gebunden in einem Dutt, Mittel blond. Die Dame hat Augenscheinlich ein Problem damit wenn man seine Bestellung nicht schnell genug aufzählt aber zu schnell darf es auch nicht gehen. Passiv aggressiver Ton und klar Stellung wie das Essen heißt hat sie drauf…. Mehr auch nicht ! Man sollte sich über das Wechsel Geld nicht wundern, 8,50€ mussten wir zahlen haben einen 20€ Schein gegeben, ihre Aussage „ Damit sie wissen wie viel sie ausgeben rechne ich es aus“ Falsche Bestellung wurde uns auch noch gegeben.

All the tables were dirty, and during several rounds of inspections, no employee had cleaned anything. Four out of five burgers were cold when we first ordered them. The toilets were covered in urine. The Coke didn't taste like fresh Coke. A replacement burger that we complained about was brought with an unfriendly look. Overall, we should be ashamed of ourselves for taking our family there for a quick meal. €65 for truly poor quality and a complete lack of effort.

The burger was good, otherwise standard. The lights in the restroom go out after a short time, so please hurry, otherwise it'll be dark 😀

I waited 30 minutes for my food today, even though I wanted to take it away. After asking the first time, unfortunately, no one on the service team understood me properly due to the language barrier. I finally got help on my second attempt. I was very disappointed that the service was so poor and that I had to chase after my order myself.

The service was abysmal and unfriendly. I ordered a hot chocolate pastry, which was apparently too much. There weren't any more ready-made ones in the warming tray. Completely exasperated, they finally fetched one from the back, made it, and then, with an eye roll and a slightly aggressive demeanor, shoved the bag into our hands. "Now you have everything you need," they said, without any eye contact. Their body language was quite clear. Thanks, this will definitely be my last time ordering from them.

The cleanest McDonald's I've ever seen. The tables are wiped down immediately, the floor is mopped twice in twenty minutes, and all the trash cans are empty and not overflowing.

Food was cold, both menus. Nuggets were missing. We ordered one sauce each for both pairs of nuggets (one BBQ and one sour cream), but for the non-existent nuggets, we received four sour cream sauces (for some reason). Oh, and the burger wasn't just cold, it was also hard and slapped in like garbage.

The toilet is so disgusting, my colleague had to throw up because all the food came out. The other toilet was even worse. People were pooping all over the toilet like filthy animals. I almost threw up myself. I got PTSD!

The lady at the McDrive couldn't explain to me what the McPlant meant in the McWrap. Now I had to try it. It's no longer meat, but it's still called "Chicken." It doesn't taste good at all. Why not give it a new name? "Chicken" is probably chicken.

I was there again yesterday. As always, delicious, clean, and friendly staff.

The staff is always very friendly, fast, and thorough. I always got the right order quickly. The points system is fun. Particularly worth mentioning are the two intercoms available for the Drive-Up, which speed up service. The McDonald's appears clean.

I ordered strawberry cake at Mc Café today. Ordering from a vending machine isn't yet ingrained in my head, as I don't go to Mc Café often. The lady was very friendly and took me with her and entered the order details into the vending machine for me. I consider that to be truly friendly service; I was very surprised. Thank you again. The cake was delicious!

Today, August 13, 2025, I ordered a Maxmart meal + a Big Mac. When I got home and didn't check what was in it, I found one Big Mac and one cheeseburger. It should have been two cheeseburgers, since I had paid for everything. And this staff error isn't the first time! Please take action!

Bigger than expected. The charging station is tucked away in the back corner of the parking lot. Relatively quiet, and the service at the table is correspondingly quick.

Went there for breakfast around 8:00. A grumpy employee brought our food to our table. My scrambled egg wrap was cold. I complained and was told that it was the usual way it was served. I didn't accept that. Eventually, they made me a new wrap. Again, it was brought to the table without much ado. This time, it was fine. The faux leather upholstery is worn and full of holes. It doesn't look good.

It's very dirty there, the tables and floors are rarely cleaned, and let's not even get started on the restrooms! The toilet seats are hanging at 7:30 and the urinals are overflowing. The toilet floor looked and smelled terrible! The food is more like mashed potatoes and not really hot! The cheese on the burgers doesn't even melt.

Everything's as usual... But it's a shame that the children can run from the terrace onto the road. The sliding gate is open.

Pagenstecher Straße is a top location. In the restaurant you can order via display (order tray), via app and at the checkout. This means older customers can also order. MyMcdonalds points can be collected and coupons can be used when ordering from the app. The food will be brought to the place. The restaurant is relatively small, but we never had any problems getting a table. There is a small outdoor area. As with almost all McDonalds, there are two order takers for the McDrive, which is why the waiting time is shortened. Unfortunately, the seats on the benches in the McCafe are badly worn and the backrests are defective. There are parking spaces around the building. Hello, I have something I want to get off my chest. I'm currently here in Osnabrück on Pagenstecher Straße at McDonald's. I had a Mac Chicken, or rather a large Chicken Double, brought to me, and I got a burger patty made of meat. The packaging said exactly what I wanted. I paid for it, but it went completely wrong. I got something completely different than what I ordered. After driving here and bringing it back from Wallenhorst, I wanted my money back, but they just wanted to sell me something else. I said no, I don't want it. I want my money back immediately.

Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ I was at your place today around 5:57 PM and, among other things, ordered a cheeseburger without onions. The packaging correctly stated "NO onions," but when I opened it, there were still some under the patty (see attachment). I personally don't have an allergy, but I'm seriously wondering: What if someone is allergic or extremely sensitive to it? Then a small mistake like that can be really dangerous. I realize there's a lot going on in the kitchen, but if someone explicitly orders something without an ingredient and it's labeled as such, it should be taken seriously. It would be nice if a little more care was taken here.

I ordered a chai latte, chicken burger, and a strawberry cake Chai Latte: It only tasted like milk, I was told it had to be that way 😂 Chicken burgers: tasted like they were 3 years old Strawberry cake: The fruit on the cake was rotten So never again, it's much better to go to Hannoverische Str and eat at Mecces!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Except for one employee, very unfriendly and everything has to happen incredibly quickly. Not a nice place to eat something. Very hectic. Older people go there and are probably not welcome. The toilets are extremely small and you can hardly turn around. Not recommended.

Unfortunately the visit was disappointing. It was pretty dirty - the tables weren't clean, the floor was sticky, and overall the restaurant felt unkempt. In addition, we had to wait a long time for our food, even though there was hardly anything going on. The combination of lack of cleanliness and long waiting times means that you don't feel comfortable there. I'm actually used to something different from McDonald's.

I'm usually there 3-4 times a week and the food is ALWAYS COLD. Recently, when ordering in the drive-thru, I asked for hot food. The employee then said that the food was always hot knocked on the door and said that this thing was missing. I got a rude answer: we don't have it anymore. Franchise branch of Mc Donalds, presented like any other branch. Measly outdoor seating area with lots of play equipment for the kids. Very tight small parking lot, if there is a line at McDrive (which is not uncommon), you unfortunately cannot leave the parking lot until the line has cleared or another parking space is free to get to the exit side. I won't talk much about the burgers 🍔 and the nuggets etc because it should be well known. What is more interesting is the service, which usually leads to long waiting times. At least there is currently a friendly young man working at the McDrive counter who has apparently replaced the unfriendly lady. In addition, there are no shakes for sale in this branch - according to the menu and staff, they have been sold out for more than a year!

Were there late in the evening, hectic staff blaming each other. The constant beeping of kitchen appliances is driving the restaurant crazy. My wife liked it because I don't like fast food. Thank the Lord for my renunciation.

The staff were friendly. Despite obviously being understaffed and under stress. Unfortunately, I always find that you have to wait a long time for orders. My number to pick up is often no longer visible on the display before I get it.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with an employee who turned out to be extremely unfriendly and incompetent. The lady, who may be of Indian origin on the outside and appears to be the team leader (although I cannot understand how she achieved this position), had a very negative impact on my visit. My drive-thru order was accidentally given to someone else - a mistake that can happen. However, instead of trying to find a solution politely and professionally, the employee reacted passive-aggressively. She tried to convince me that I had placed the order incorrectly and made me feel that she had no interest in correcting the mistake. What was particularly shocking was her threat that I should “not be so cheeky”, a completely inappropriate and disrespectful statement to a customer. Such behavior may be acceptable in private life, but it has no place in customer service. The employee appeared aggressive, unprofessional and was unable to process simple orders correctly. Her interactions with her colleagues also appeared disrespectful and inappropriate, which reflects poorly on the entire team. I strongly advise management to stop using this person in customer contact as it will significantly impact the quality of service. Such behavior damages the company's reputation and does not meet the standards expected of a professional service.
