Absolutely disappointing! The patties were flaky and the food overall was disgusting. The staff was friendly, but that didn't make up for the damage. Immediately afterwards I got a brutal shit, was sick for a whole day with fever, headache and everything else. Never again!

Forgot the toy in the Happy Meal and instead of apple pieces we got fruit squeezes. The little one was sad.

My husband and I stopped there and had a hot chocolate and a latte macchiato. Both drinks tasted good, but were only lukewarm. We didn't have to have that. There is no service anymore...at least nothing I would call that. Atmosphere typical McDonalds. Quite okay.

Employees don't even greet you, just hand them the bags and you're done, no hello, no goodbye, unfriendly, not even napkins packed in the bags

New burger variations. The chili cheese burger had chicken burger sauce on it instead of chili cheese sauce. There was only the burger bulette on the cheeseburger.

I just wanted to order a coffee at Mc Café, but I didn't go... I had to go to the machine, they didn't have what I wanted. I also went to another counter to pay. In addition, the ladies were very listless and quite annoyed. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about McDonald's. Then I entered the takeaway machine and paid cash. What came out was a coffee in a glass. I thought it was a shame that I was only allowed to justify myself. Once and never again in this McDonald's. I'd rather go to the nearest McDonald's, even if it's a little further away.

The food is as usual. The employees are nice and quick. But what is a big negative point for us is the lack of a changing table. This should be a given in a family restaurant. Especially if you stop there for that reason. Hunger, pee, cold! You know it. I ended up having to change diapers in the trunk. We probably won't come back. At least not for the next few years. The intern probably rolled my wrap, I should practice that too 😂

Was very nice, even got a hello kitty toy. McFlurry was almost a milk shake but it didn't matter.

Be careful when parking in the neighboring Trinkgut parking lot. McDonald's alternative parking spaces are designated here. Anyone who does not park in the correct parking spaces (6 spaces) will have to pay an increased parking fee from park vision of €47.50! Even on Sunday when the shop is closed!! So if the main parking lot of McDonald's is full you should avoid this place, or it will be an expensive pleasure... McDonald's doesn't feel responsible for it and the neighbor Mr. Bittner from Trinkgut makes the sales of the year. If you can't earn anything from drinks anymore, you have to see how you can get money. Very dubious method.🤷‍♂️

Absolutely a top branch. Modern, stylish furnishings, spacious and with a huge play area for children. Food of the usual quality.

McDonald's... there was a smell of urine in front of the toilets, but not in the toilets. I have no idea how that works... Otherwise, like any other McDonald's, there is the same seating, the same food, and the service was ok. Only the ratio of fries to net potatoes in the net potatoes ordered was questionable (perhaps you should explain the difference to the employee in question again, then he/she doesn't have to do 50/50 out of sheer desperation) no offense though.

Unfortunately, you can only order from the machine. Many orders from obviously well-known people were brought forward (it was a Friday after 11³⁰ p.m.). Only after I was informed that I was waiting did things move forward. I wasn't exactly served politely. The food was carelessly slapped together and anything but hot. I've had much better experiences in other branches.

It's just a McDonalds, but a very good one. The team here has never messed up or misunderstood any of my orders, which is amazing since everyone else in Osnabrück has done that before. Good service, no matter when. Whether early in the morning or in the middle of the night, it's impressive.

You should train your employees. Ordered and paid for 3x McDoble Chili Cheese at the DriveIn and got 3 chicken burgers for it! Basically you ripped me off! And the fact that your charging station hasn't worked for almost a year is also a joke! Maybe the management should change, maybe not only the charging station will work again!

Unfortunately very unfriendly for small children. No changing facilities at all. It's a bit funny that there are high chairs - I wonder who should sit in them if small children are not welcome. Oh - or please don't wrap it? Well - we're going somewhere else.

Food only lukewarm and stickers are only available on certain cups and according to the display there should have been stickers in the order and according to the manager there were not

Delicious citizens. Normal prices. Macdonalds as we know it. Have nothing to complain about. It has my recommendation.

Chic shop, clean - even the toilets! Friendly (young) staff. Unfortunately it's a bit difficult to reach due to the construction site (July 14, 2024). I was just passing through. Otherwise I would definitely come there more often.

Here it actually always takes ~8-12 minutes for your order to arrive at the store.

Today we were in this branch at around 6:40 p.m. And what else can you say, the floor in the children's department was so sticky and dirty. The tables were full of trays that hadn't been taken away. One table was free but we had to clean it first do it because it was so stuck. The conditions were very unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend the McDonald's branch!!!!

A standard mediocre McDonald's restaurant and exactly what you expect when you imagine one. The food is good and is mostly served freshly prepared. The place is clean. The only disadvantage is that staff move relatively slowly, regardless of the number of customers.

Ordered from Mc Drive with my husband We had 2 Mc Smart menus Both of my cheeseburgers had BBQ sauce on them and my husband's chickenburger had a hair in it and the other had hard white particles in it So I think I'm really the worst McDonald's Not recommended at all Apart from that, the employees are totally unfriendly there We were treated like dirt and didn't get €6 back When we asked the lady about it, she said that couldn't be the case We didn't get our €6 because she said she only got €15 from us even though we gave €20!!!!🤬👿 Since the new employees have arrived, I can no longer recommend anyone to go there

Unfortunately I was disappointed once again. The fries and burgers are cold, the chocolate shake is a vanilla shake, and cola tastes like nothing. If you try to talk to the staff you first have to look for someone who understands you. Most employees look at you stupidly and shrug their shoulders. If you find a German-speaking person, you will be helped, but not without saying a stupid thing (example: Coke had no taste, was exchanged with the note: “If it doesn't taste good, you have to go to the doctor.”). Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. If the staff would just step it up a gear, you would have a chance of getting hot food.

Disoriented staff, food took too long to arrive (it wasn't full when I visited). The cleanliness in the restaurant sometimes leaves something to be desired.

So with the red Zora you really hit the jackpot!!! The coffee ACCIDENTALLY tips over and Madame thinks she's got an absolute pinball! She insults you, throws everything at the counter and constantly complains loudly throughout the store! You really caught yourself a treasure! THIS is EXACTLY how the staff should behave! 👏🏻

If you want to wait half an hour for your food and then eat everything cold, this Golf branch is the right place for you. But don't worry, a stupid saying is available for free.

The order came quickly and everything was as expected. I was also able to order and pay for everything including the table via the app. It was clean too.

I ordered an apple turnover. After I ordered, I was told at the counter that they were no longer there. I could either choose something else to spend the money on or I would have to wait for the manager to cash out the money. I wanted my money back and waited over 15 minutes.

I still think McDonald's is pretty good today. We used to be able to easily order at the counter. Still, it's good that these terminals or ordering stations exist. It just takes a little longer. I still really like what is offered to us. Thanks to the employees who look after us every day. A little tip, a little more friendliness wouldn't hurt. After all, that's me too.

Very friendly staff and so far nothing negative has happened there. Cleanliness could sometimes be better. And in winter it was very cold in the restaurant due to the ventilation.

Coffee is always possible. The rest is just McD.

Unfortunately the food took forever and then we had specified and paid for special requests but unfortunately there was no sign of it.... briefly tried to say something but unfortunately there was no reaction from the staff.

Long waiting time, no salt on the fries and unfortunately not the cleanest shop either.

I bought an mc smart with two cheeseburgers and an additional two cheeseburgers (mcDrive) at 9:40 p.m. earlier (March 20, 2024). All cheeseburgers were made with the sweet and sour sauce! I called 3 times to say that someone was preparing everyone's food incorrectly, but no one answered the phone and they hung up/rejected

Within 3 weeks, 4 orders have not gone well. 2 wrong burgers and 2 missing fries. Now I got a free fries. Of which 1 of the 2 menus was only half filled with fries. The Mc Rib spilled all over the bag and the buns were so soggy you could have drunk them. You don't have to expect anything from the service, either they don't understand you because they don't speak German, or they're just incredibly rude and annoyed. Super bad loading. It was the last time we ordered here.

Der McDonald's ist gut 👍 oft alles so wie es sein sollte.. aber ich bin geschockt das Menschen mit langen also wirklich langen Haaren .. ( Lebensmittel Geschäft) lange Haare nicht zu einem Dutt binden, sondern nur einen Zopf tragen ( unverantwortlich) (unhygienisch)

I'm scared. The staff wiped down the reception area. My son slipped violently. Instead of taking care of him, an employee came, put up the slip hazard sign and left again.

Food is good, but when I fell while they were mopping, no one helped me up, they just put up the signs and I had to see how I could get up. Work on your employees!!!

Quality really has room for improvement. Fries and wrap have been waiting for their use for a long time. Cold and limp. The staff didn't seem motivated either.

Ordered to take away, even though it was the only order in the store at the time shortly after 10 p.m. & only one was given out in McDrive, only when the order was already being processed were a few more added, it took a surprisingly long time to get the order was finished. A Double Royal TS was also ordered & a single Royal TS was packed. Unfortunately, the error was only noticed when I got home. It's not worth going back there either. It's not the first time that the wrong product has been released. It's completely understandable that you're tired in the evening and aren't too active anymore, but a little more friendliness would also be good for the employees.

The dirtiest Mcdonald's I've ever seen (3 visits here). I almost fell over once - so much sticky ground! Disgusting. The service (at the counter) was terribly unfriendly. I ordered the wrong sauce, I was told "that's what you ordered". I can't swap, this is the first time I have such a problem. The food - as you can see. The sauce only on one side, the dough folded the wrong way round. I work nearby, that's the only reason I was here. Probably better to go a little further to Burger King. The only positive thing - a lot of comfortable seats.

Hello to everyone else...was there today...food was great but everything was a bit complicated...and what we 4 people...noticed and not much at all...cleaning machines were used and what was absolutely blatant was a service employee or Even the manager...made the slat blinds between the aisles with a feather duster...amongst all...the health department would have to come by.

Branch on Hannoverschestr: the children's playroom looks like pork steel. Dust, dirt. Violent. Toilets moldy.

Freundlicher Service, Speisen sind ok, reichlich kostenlose Parkplätze, in der wärmeren Jahreszeit auch viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich.

Toll zwei Apfeltaschen bestellt und der mir das Essen gab sagte auch noch Apfeltaschen und zu Hause festgestellt keine in der Tüte. Danke das ich sie bezahlen durfte und keine bekommen habe. Und es war Grad nicht viel los das man sagen kann zu viel los da kann man was vergessen.

Wie fast immer bei McD war alles okay.

Mir hat der Service nicht gefallen. Ich habe ganz freundlich was gefragt und Sie daraufhin "Was?" 1. es heißt "Wie bitte" und nicht so unfreundlich. Und dann finde ich euer Geschirr nicht sehr sauber. Bitte drauf achten...ansonsten verlange ich ein neues bis mein Geschirr sauber ist. Dann gibt es noch ein weiterer Punkt was mir aufgefallen ist. Zwischen Tisch und Stuhl kann man sich nicht vernünftig hinsetzen. So fühlt man sich nicht sehr wohl, bei euch zu essen.

Essen ok. Waren bei Außentemperatur-2 Grad im Restaurant- ziemlich zugige und frische Angelegenheit.... Keine Ahnung woran das gelegen hat, "Gemütlich" geht jedenfalls anders. Sauberkeit und Ambiente McDonalds üblich.

Ist halt ein gewöhnliches McDonald's Restaurant. Man kann ab und zu dort mal essen. Man kennt es ja.

Ich wurde von einer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin auf einen E-Parkplatz eingewiesen, da es sehr eng dort war. Toller Service. Aber, warum darf ich kein Trinkgeld geben?

Ich muss um ehrlich zu sein sagen, dass das einer der am besten aussehenden McDonalds ist, in denen ich je war. Innen so wie Außen sieht dieser echt gut aus. Die Mitarbeiter waren echt freundlich und haben guten Service geleistet. Bis auf die kalten Pommes, war das Essen auch echt Lecker (was man bei einem McDonalds jetzt nicht unbedingt behaupten kann)

Ich war schon in verschiedenen Filialen, doch Diese hat mich überzeugt. Bei meiner Ankunft habe ich mich über den großzügigen Parkplatz gefreut. Im Inneneren des Restaurants war die Sauberkeit über den Erwartungen. Regelmäßig ging das Personal durch die Filiale um zu sehen, ob alles sauber und in Ordnung ist. Mein Essen wurde schnell zubereitet und am Ende war ich satt und zufrieden. Weiter so!

Schneller Service trotz vollem Haus. Das Essen und der Service waren gut, leider war das Restaurant sehr dreckig. Tische & Bänke nahe der Spielecke. Im Spielbereich wurden leider Schuhe getragen. Der Tischservice war gut, was allerdings am Terminal nicht auszuwählen geht ist die Überraschung für die Kinder.

Seit langen ,und vielen McDonald's ,endlich mal wieder top Service und kundenfreundlich wird großgeschrieben ...fehlerloses essen bekommen

Отличный Макдональдс. Если ехать с детьми только в этот так как это самый лучший в Оснабрюке. Внём есть детская комната очень удобная и функциональная для детей это супер. Много столиков три зала где можно сесть и покушать. Хорошая бесплатная парковка и тут можно сделать заказ не выходя из машины. 🇺🇦🇩🇪

Normaler McDonalds. Die Touch Teile sind 10/10 für jeden der es nicht mag mit Menschen zu interagieren bei Bestellungen (so wie ich lol). Gehe dort seit Jahren hin und hatte bloß 1x eine Vertauschung bei der Bestellung.
