Every time I order take out, something is always missing, and now two burgers are missing again, a person has to check the order every time, so I will never go to this restaurant again.

The food and service was great, but the Chai Latte OAT DRINK definitely had regular milk in it. As a lactose intolerant person, I have now paid money to spend the night with a stomach ache. This shouldn't happen and the staff should definitely develop a better awareness of the fact that something like this can have a negative impact on guests.

McDonald's will be boycotted from now on... no matter which store we go to, we always get the order wrong and something is missing. That was here in Kirchheim as well as in Munich and Austria. Same catastrophe everywhere. Staff simply not capable of doing anything right. So it permanently lost us as good customers.

There is poor service that simply offends children.

All employees nice except the manager. He aggressively explained to us that you shouldn't let other people give you Monopoly codes as gifts after we got them as a gift from a nice lady. He also got so close to one of my friends that he felt harassed after we found another code on the floor. After we left the restaurant, the manager said he had to chase us. This ruined the whole experience for me and my friends. Therefore one star.

Big Rösti: was cold. Rösti and bacon not crispy. The sliced ​​cheese was a liquid mush. Too bad about the money. Not nearly what the advertising promises...

Ordered on the screen, barely sat down - the food was on the table. Super fast, everything fresh and delicious. Nice staff and very nice atmosphere with lots of seating. Recommended.

I increase from 3 to 4 stars. The interior is standard modern. It is clean and has enough space. My criticism at the time was cold food and incompleteness. On my recent visits the food was warm, complete and correct. So I increase it to 4 stars. The only point of criticism is that I always have to wait for my food in the drive-in. Now that's not a bad thing. But it's better in other branches

Unfortunately, there is no decent fast charging station despite being close to the motorway, poor service!

McCafe is always closed. When you order coffee you only get the puree from the fully automatic machine. It's a shame the branch used to be good.

We have never experienced such bad service at a McDonald's. They couldn't tell us whether the hot chocolate was lactose-free... then we didn't understand that one was still missing... we had to go back ourselves... and I think the prices should at least be a little full... they were just times 3/4 ..

Fast food as you know it. Here, however, is a clean McDonald's branch where the staff makes an effort to be friendly. Miserable, it couldn't be worse! After a long "burger withdrawal", I visited the local "burger factory" in town, with the result that I will avoid the shop again for an indefinite period of time. The BigMac was completely wrongly topped (never seen anything like that!), the two patties were next to each other, hardly any sauce or salad and there was nothing on the "upper floor" (no meat, no sauce, no salad). There's hardly any sauce on the McRib and it's served pretty carelessly. Everything as always - lukewarm!!! I'm "served" for the next while.

I haven't been disappointed since I was little!!!!!

Lots of cockroaches, I don’t recommend them

We went to McDrive this evening and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We have been traveling with our 1.5 year old child since the morning and wanted to quickly get something to eat. Our order consisted of a Crispy Chicken, a Happy Meal and a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad with Shakin’ Fries. Unfortunately, we got a Crispy Chicken Salad instead of the Grilled Chicken Cesar Salad, and the Shakin’ Fries were completely missing. We noticed this on the highway, but returning was not possible because of the battery range. My husband had to drive to the nearest McDonald's to get the fries, which caused us unnecessary time and double the cost. Overall very disappointing and annoying that we paid for something we didn't get.

You have to wait 15 minutes to order, and at that time three cars are being served!

Food of the best quality...😄🤷🏼 well, good for McDonald's, the right ordering station didn't work for me, it was very annoying, maneuvering and then somehow getting in between the other cars. Not so cool. The food is like in almost every McDonald's.

Sorry and that happens so often there. Honestly, really such stupid people work there? This is simply a systematic scam!!!I cannot recommend this McDonald's!!!!

Very nice and clean restaurant, both inside and outside. About 5 seconds after we spilled something on the floor, someone came with a mop! Great service. The play area for the kids is pretty shabby, so only 4 stars for the ambience.

Food is very expensive for what you get

We have been going to the MC in Kirchheim near Munich for many years. Unfortunately, this branch is getting worse and worse. The toilet facilities are a horror and smell terrible. The whole place is now totally dirty and filthy. Dirt everywhere. Tables, benches, floor, everything was incredibly dirty. Also no 4 color system, let alone compliance with HACCP!! That the MC Group or the trade supervisory authority are doing nothing here?

Just leave it there for 5 minutes at the drive-thru and get mad when you check out because I then drove up. Food is standard.

In my opinion, McDonalds is the best there is

Were there for a birthday. No decoration, no information about the process. 30 minutes before the official end of the celebration we were asked to leave the room. Because another celebration is coming. However, it was never discussed that way. Conclusion. Never again McDonald's. A catastrophic organization. The celebration after us was decorated really well. We only had white paper plates.

Service very bad. Better controlling necessary. Things are constantly being forgotten even though you paid for them. Less nonsense and work better. Bad experiences here.

We waited over 45 minutes. When we wanted to ask for our order, we were ignored by the employees and after another 10 minutes we were given the wrong order... The cashiers also argued with each other behind the counter and tried to make something clear to us in a different language That means fast fast food restaurant.

I only judge the ordering process and the pickup. The rest was not used or looked at. Toilets were clean. The order went quickly and was complete. Service is friendly and the atmosphere is appealing and also clean. Furnishings are very appealing and better than in our branches. Unfortunately there was a lot of rubbish lying around outside despite the rubbish bin. Some people are just stupid.

It's really bad how often something is missing when ordering. Checking at home whether everything is there would be a big mistake.

Milkshake wasn't good and I didn't get a balloon either and I'm very disappointed :(

The order wasn't complete, we pointed this out to an employee, who took the receipt and crumpled it up on the way to the kitchen... We then had to place a new order, which then arrived... cold fries and burgers, meat brutally dry... the toilets were also cleaner... everything leaves a lot to be desired...

Completely incompetent staff. Impossible! The portions are designed to the minimum. A Mcflurry was only half filled with ice cream, there were maybe only three drops of chocolate sauce in it and maybe 10 of the Oreo pieces were visible! And charge €4 for it. An impudence. Super unfriendly staff. Hire new staff because things can't continue like this...

Ich bekomme nur dumme Antworten weil niemand vom Personal deutsch spricht, stattdessen stehen 5 Leute im Halbkreis und glotzen mich mit leeren Augen an. Burger werden kaum richtig gestapelt, meist liegt der Deckel schräg in der Box und die Saucen sind auf der Pappe verschmiert. Als Dankeschön der teuerste McD den ich kenne, Fishmac € 5,- Stand 01/2024. Filiale gehört zu D10.

Food is almost always lukewarm... I was just at a McDonalds in Augsburg I got hot food there! Why doesn't this work in Kirchheim? Today the Royal TS was ice cold! Fries cold and half empty! If I had eaten there I would have returned it!

Update 12/23: Inzwischen ist insbesondere der Spielbereich der gym Club sehr heruntergekommen. Keines der Angebote funktioniert einwandfrei. Es fehlen Pedale. Manche Geräte lassen sich überhaupt nicht mehr anschalten und es fehlt Zubehör, wiw Bälle. Schade, das war hier mal wirklich schön gemacht. Ansonsten eine klassische McDonald's, Filiale. 2020: Schöner moderner McDonalds inkl. McCafe

Der Besuch in der McDonald's-Filiale war leider wenig erfreulich. Zwar wurden die Pommes prompt serviert, doch die Bestellung von drei Erdbeerkuchen dauerte quälend lange, ganze 14 Minuten, und die visuelle Präsentation war alles andere als ansprechend. Die Auslastung der Filiale betrug lediglich 15-20 Prozent, was die mangelnde Attraktivität und Beliebtheit unterstreicht und zu einer eher öden Atmosphäre beitrug. Besonders enttäuschend war der Spielebereich. Die Geräte wirkten veraltet, größtenteils außer Betrieb und waren alles andere als sauber. Doch das absolute Highlight war die Entdeckung des gleichen Eisbechers, den ich bereits vor 8 Monaten auf einem Bild in einer negativen Rezension gesehen hatte. Dies spricht nicht nur für mangelnde Hygiene, sondern auch für anhaltende Vernachlässigung und mangelnde Bemühungen seitens des Managements, die Situation zu verbessern. Insgesamt hinterließ der Besuch einen äußerst unbefriedigenden Eindruck. Es scheint, als wären dringende Verbesserungen in der Servicequalität, der Filialausstattung und vor allem im Spielebereich trotz vorheriger Kritik unberücksichtigt geblieben.

We live in Feldkirchen, and therefore we come to this McDonalds if we feel like eating. The food has always been fresh and we also always found a comfortable seat. The employees also are very friendly and helpful. One thing that I would appreciate, is if the employees would stop smaller children from running around and making a lot of noise.

Sie müssen immer überprüfen, ob bei der Bestellung etwas fehlt. Nicht nur einmal habe ich festgestellt, dass etwas fehlt.

Mein Menü war heiß, frisch und wurde mir an den Tisch gebracht. Getränk war ordentlich gefüllt und auch ohne Röhrchen zu trinken. Freundliches Personal. 🙋‍♀️🤗

Keine Strohhalme (aus Pappe) mehr im Mc Drive? Ich musste schon sehr hartnäckig werden, bis man mir doch einen gegeben hat? Was soll das, das ist der Sinn von Fast-Food für unterwegs. Und deswegen hatte Mc Donalds doch auf die Papphalme umgestellt? Und ich muss leider anderen Bewertungen recht geben. Waren letztens mit den Kids mal ausser der Reihe dort frühstücken. Essen war OK, Mc Donalds Standard halt, aber die Sauberkeit... Da muss echt viel mehr geputzt werden. Dreckige Leisten und Lampen, Böden, unter den Bänken..grrr. Oberflächlich einmal drüber gewischt und fertig.

Zum Essen brauch ich ja nichts sagen . Der Laden selber ist sehr groß mit einem mc Café anbei . Das beste ist ein großer Raum in dem die Kinder sich austoben und spielen können wenn ich mir mein Frappé in Ruhe gönne . Wir kommen wieder

Einer der schlechtesten MC die ich kenne. Personal ist gekleidet wie es will, Burger werden ohne Hirn in die Tüten gesteckt, so dass alles auseinander fällt. Und der Strunk von nem Salat gehört auch nicht auf den Burger . Leider kann ich nichts besseres sagen . Aber ich liebe MC !!

Man muss bei Bestellung immer auf Vollzähligkeit der Artikel kontrollieren. Die ÖKostrategie wird MC auf die Füssen fallen...das Essen wird nicht besser aber teurer und der Geschmack in der Ökoverpackung ist murks

Standard Macces mit modernen Terminals und Tischservice Konzept. Beim Mitnehmen vergessen die Mitarbeiter aber gerne mal einen Burger oder die Soßen.

Dieses Mal war unsere Bestellung ausnahmsweise schnell fertig.

Ein Mc Donalds der besonderen Art. Sehr freundlicher Service, Die Burger und Pommes waren sehr gut. Sehr kinderfreundlich; ein extra Raum zum Spielen für der Kinder. Das Restaurant war sehr sauber; auch teilweise Blumendekoration auf den Tischen.

Schick von innen nettes Personal Essen war gut und warm 😅

Komme hin und wieder während der Mittagspause rein. Muss leider sagen, dass ich seit 3 Jahren kein einziges Mal einen sauberen Tisch vorgefunden habe. Da muss ich echt immer schauen welcher am wenigsten dreckig ist. Es ist eigentlich nur die Hygiene die so katastrophal ist.

Was will man Sagen, es ist ein MC Donalds der funktioniert ;-)

Ich bin nun zum 2.mal hier und finde es sehr schön , angenehm👍 Es hat eine schöne Einrichtung, man findet genügend Platz 👍 Man hat genügend Freiraum und das Personal ist auch sehr nett 🍀🙋🏼‍♀️ Ich werde mit Sicherheit wieder hier ein Stopp einlegen, wenn ich in der Nähe bin 🤝👍😄 Die Parkmöglichkeit ist auch gut 👍

Sauberer Mc Donalds. Sauberer Service. Leider ging nicht ein einziges Gerät im Kinderbereich. Das ist schade, wenn man schon so was großes für die Kinder da hinstellt.

Wir waren letzte Freitag in dem McDonald's in Kirchheim bei München und hatten beide im Anschluss 2 Tage lang Magenschmerzen und uns ist bei der Cola auf gefallen das sie nach Putzmittel im nachgeschmack schmeckt. Die Toiletten waren am Boden mit Urin voll und der Boden vom wischen so nass, dass ich fast ausgerutscht wäre. Das war auch nicht das erste Mal das es dort so war, aber sicherlich unser letzter Besuch.

In meinem ganzen Leben habe ich noch nie eine solche Toilette vorgefunden. Nachfolgend sehen sie Fotos vom heutigen Besuch. Selbst die Toiletten am Hauptbahnhof in München sind sauberer. Alles vollgepisst und dreckig . Pfui, das Gesundheitsamt sollte den Laden schließen

Haben hier Kindergeburtstag gefeiert. Wir wurden so nett und zuvorkommend behandelt. Den Kindern fehlte es an nix. Sie durften sogar eine Führung machen und noch einen Burger zubereiten. Es gab schöne deko und gratis Kuchen. Diesee Mc Donalds ist wirklich schön und sauber.

A regular German Mc Donalds Restaurant. YOU will get exactly what you expect There are only 2 toilets, and they where both very dirty when I visited, and it felt like nobody cares for that. It's the closest Mc Donalds to my apartment, so I will come back anyway....

Was nutzt mir ein ultra-modernes MacDonalds mit zwei Macdrive-Spuren wenn ich dann an der Kasse und der Ausgabe Über 5 Minuten zu warten habe. Enttäuschend! Immerhin wurde deswegen mir eine Apfeltasche umsonst hinzu gepackt
