The food is good, we have been guests for years but the service is too pushy and arrogant, the lady wasn't that good and I don't want to be served by her again.

I celebrated my birthday there today with my family and friends. Not only were we thrilled with the great service and outstanding food, but the ambiance also made us want to order an extra glass of wine.

Very pleasantly surprised. Friendly service and truly delicious food. Amici is much more than a pizzeria. The menu leaves nothing to be desired. Not cheap, but affordable!

He always made sure we were well looked after and that we lacked nothing. The food was also simply fantastic—a true highlight in terms of taste and beautifully presented. Excellent pizza, highly recommended. I had Calabrese, my wife had Rustica and my cousin Margarita with arugula. . They were really very good. I also asked for spiciness so the very kind waitress brought me peppers in oil which were TOP. We also had a long cola, coffee, red wine for the kids and a bottle of mineral water.

We discovered the restaurant online by chance while we were in the area and craving pizza – and were extremely pleasantly surprised! The food was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and prepared with love. Our children were also completely satisfied with their selection, which isn't always a given. We would particularly like to emphasize the friendly and attentive service, which made the visit even more enjoyable. An all-round successful experience – we would be happy to return and definitely recommend the restaurant!

You'd be hard-pressed to find a better Italian restaurant in the Munich area. Delicious food, albeit at a higher price. Friendly and attentive service, and a pleasant atmosphere.

We ate at Amici in Kirchheim today. We were 100 percent thrilled. We live in Munich and know the best Italian restaurants there. We can honestly say that we've rarely enjoyed such outstanding pizza. My favorite pasta dish, alio olio, was also perfect. Add to that the friendly and knowledgeable service, the great ambiance, and the very reasonable prices... We'd love to come back... A lovely Italian restaurant very close to me—it's right in my neighborhood. I don't have to travel far to enjoy Italian food. While the prices aren't particularly cheap, I think they're justified given the service and the luxurious atmosphere.

Today, after a long day at the trade fair, I was looking forward to a relaxing evening, but unfortunately, things at Amici turned out completely differently than expected. An extra star for the tomato soup, including freshly sliced ​​bread. But the main course was simply annoying: I ordered rigatoni, but I got penne. I don't like penne and deliberately chose not to order it on the menu. When I asked why I got penne and not rigatoni, I received the answer: "That's standard here." The waiter then simply left. I didn't want a big argument after the day, so I ate about a third of the portion. Finally, I pointed out to the waiter again that I hadn't ordered penne and didn't want to eat it. Again, he replied: He was new here, and "that's just the way it is." When I asked him to please inform the manager, there was no response, from anyone. I put down my cutlery and paid for the full meal without another word, without any attempt at an agreement. For me, this was my first and last visit here. PS: The penne were horrible.

After waiting 60 minutes for orders to be taken! for drinks and food, we ordered at the bar and then waited another 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive. The event was already halfway over by then. I wanted to order a pizza without cheese. I then ordered a pizza pane with olives, tomatoes and rocket, which would have cost a maximum of 12 euros. The waitress then charged me for the pizza bruschetta, which cost 14.5 euros and had no olives or garlic. The pizza was delicious. But why did I have to pay 3 euros more to get less? I appreciate that there are marked vegan options, but they would need to be rethought. Tofu looks similar to mozzarella, but it doesn't belong on bruschetta.

Service was ok. Food was very disappointing, the vegetarian “risotto” consists of the cheapest frozen vegetables, too much oil and has little to do with a risotto. Pinsa was also frozen and didn't taste fresh or tasty either. Very bad food, far too expensive for frozen food, not recommended.

Die Salami auf der Pizza Calabrese ist wie sie sein soll, leicht scharf und geschmacklich prima. Die Penne Casalinga war für mich ungewöhnlich aber lecker, wenn auch etwas mutig, weil mit Peperoni gemacht.

We celebrated New Year's Eve here and it was an unforgettable evening! The atmosphere was fantastic – great music that created a great atmosphere. Overall, the food was very tasty, we were particularly impressed with the side dishes and desserts. Unfortunately the meat was a bit dry, but the remaining quality more than made up for that. The service was attentive and friendly, and the decoration was perfect for celebrating the New Year. Thank you for the wonderful start to the new year!

We celebrated New Year's Eve at Amici and it was just lovely! The atmosphere was festive, the decorations were beautiful, and you could really tell how much work the team had put into this evening. The food was as usual, very tasty and elaborately prepared: every course was deliciously prepared, tasted to the point and beautifully presented. We were also impressed by the drinks menu and the wine recommendations. The service was consistently friendly and attentive - despite the large number of guests, everything ran smoothly. We felt completely comfortable. In contrast to Frank H.'s assessment, which we absolutely cannot understand, everything was great for us! We can only warmly recommend the restaurant. The evening was rounded off with a great fireworks display and we had a perfect start to the new year. Many thanks to the entire Amici team – we will definitely be back! 5 stars!

We celebrated New Year's Eve at Amici in Heimstetten. We actually made a reservation in Haar and were then redirected to Heimstetten due to a booking error. Unfortunately, and to my greatest regret, as it later turned out. First of all: it was freezing cold from the ventilation in the ceiling above our table. When I asked to reduce the air conditioning or the fan, I was told that this was not possible and that the air was automatically blown into the restaurant from outside. This was completely incomprehensible and incomprehensible to me and seemed more like an excuse about ignorance or not having to take action. This constant pull naturally became physically noticeable the next day. Now to the actual reason why I feel compelled to write this recession. I actually can't remember the last time I ate so badly. The starters were absolutely tasteless. The bacon was cold and dried out, the scallop was slimy, cold and had a very unpleasant smell. A “creamy burrata”, a pecorino mousse or even a porcini mushroom ricotta filling was not recognizable from the taste. The roast beef cannot be named as such because it was completely cooked through. The pumpkin soup was just bland. Instead of the announced baby cuttlefish, there was a single cooked piece of cuttlefish as an insert. A few roasted aromas would certainly have benefited the dish. Then came the pasta! I was wondering why these weren't named on a menu with spaghetti, linguini, fusilli, tagliatelle etc. as usual. In addition, only a spoon was uncovered for this course and not a fork. Now I know why. The pasta was actually a mix of all kinds and the worst thing was that the spaghetti in it was also cut into small pieces. The whole thing reminded me of a bite-sized children's plate. Unfortunately, this dish also lacked spices and the preparation in the Parmesan cheese, which was supposed to give the dish a creamy Parmesan note, only revealed a few lumps of cheese. The main course finally brought tears to my eyes. Not because of joy, but because I felt incredibly sorry for the animal that had to lose its life because of it. How can you destroy such a wonderful product like a veal fillet!? It was completely fried and bone dry... unfortunately inedible! The dessert rounded off the overall picture with a dry brownie and a neutral-tasting mascarpone berry mousse. For this New Year's taste experience package, it's really fun to pay €100 per person. Finally, something positive. The red wine was very good, although served too cold as it was chilled at the same temperature as a white wine. The espresso was absolutely flawless. The service was extremely friendly and tried to apologize for the shortcomings in the kitchen and make up for them with a digestif. Maybe the pizzas at Amici are quite good. In any case, I won't find out anymore.

Since I've been living in Heimstetten (20 years), I've always gone to the current Amici for dinner with my family. The food is good but the service is getting worse. Our waiter today was so unmotivated, his friendliness was limited to a minimum. We have had better experiences there in the past and have always enjoyed being guests!

When I entered the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised, it's nice and it works like that, but the service is a bit slow if you don't speak German, as a tourist I ignore your file, we wanted a table for two to eat, of course we didn't have a reservation, but there were enough places to sit, so we The lady seated us and then she said that we only had an hour to eat, the table was reserved, she could have told us at the entrance before she seated us, so we had a beer, we wanted to have another, but it took 15 minutes before someone noticed (we were sitting a short distance from the bar) that we have empty glasses, we preferred to pay the sli away.

Amici Heimstetten - it's rare that a restaurant fails to get an order for food ready to be picked up 4 times in a row without the wrong food (pizza) being prepared. We don't order any food here anymore, constant hassle and an absolute nightmare about which food you take home, but the main thing is not what you ordered. By the way, the 3 times out of the 4 times so far, not only were we completely amazed at what was happening in the store again, you have to be happy if the order even made it to the kitchen. Thank God there are good alternatives in the area.

The waiter was very unfriendly. We ate and drank for 206€ and didn't even get the three espressos on the house. I find that really sad, something like that is just normal when you eat at an Italian restaurant like you eat ouzo at a Greek restaurant.

Unfortunately, I was ignored here too. If you like to pay a lot, eat well, don't value service and can live with the feeling of not being welcome, this is the place for you.

Servicepersonal sehr unterschiedlich, zwischen sehr nett und absolut unhöflich wegen Kind; Kinder sind anscheinend nicht sehr willkommen, obwohl wir 7,50 € für eine Miniportion Nudeln bezahlt haben und das Kind sich keineswegs schlecht benommen hat. Schade, gingen sehr oft hin, aber so macht es wenig Freude.

Sehr gutes Essen Service etwas unaufmerksam und etwas unfreundlich, aber wir waren auch eine sehr große Gruppe. Sie haben es geschafft alle Gerichte gleichzeitig zubringen obwohl sehr verschieden riesen plus hierfür. Preis Leistung ist im oberen drittel vor allem die Getränke wirkten viel zu Teuer.

Vor 3 Jahren war ich von diesem Restaurant begeistert, weshalb ich es wieder besuchte und leider enttäuscht wurde. 😞 Es waren um ca. 16:30 Uhr nur wenig Gäste (10) anwesend. Die beiden Kellner waren viel mit sich selbst beschäftigt. Als das Essen, Carpaccio mit Steinpilzen, kam, war ich über den Anblick begeistert. Doch leider konnte ich die Steinpilze nicht essen, denn sie schwammen im Fett. Und es war kein Olivenöl. Der ganze Teller war unter den Steinpilzen so ölig, dass ich mit dem Brot das Fett aufsaugen musste. Als ich die Kellnerin darauf ansprach, meinte sie nur, in der Pfanne gemacht. Ich sagte ihr, dass in der Pfanne gebraten wird und nicht im Fett gekocht. Das war dann auch die einzige Reaktion ihrerseits. Ich glaube nicht, dass sie den Koch informiert hat. Schade, das Ambiente ist wirklich sehr schön. Hier kehre ich nicht mehr ein.

Located in the middle of Heimstetten's pedestrian zone and surrounded by plants is the modern restaurant and the spacious outdoor area. Nice, varied menu, we particularly like the selection of starters, which are generous in size and taste very good. Pasta, meat and meat are also recommended, some of the pizzas are not our thing. The food and drinks arrive quickly, and even a table with several people is delivered very quickly.

It may be that the last two times in the last two months were only a temporary phenomenon, but it has already subsided a lot. The food was only roughly as in the menu, the poor service was excessive, the floor was already very dirty. . In short, for the prices, you can expect more. Again, sorry for the review. It's a shame, it should have been a relaxed, enjoyable evening. But the initial unfriendly reception also suggested that this expectation would probably not be fulfilled. It was only afterwards that we found out that the service was rated unprofessionally by our social environment as a whole... Amici: Train your people or even better, use professionals! You're not a corner bar.

Reservierung von OpenTable war beim Empfang im tablet nicht eingetragen. Haben mit Glück noch einen Tisch im Außenbereich bekommen. Rest war ok. Bedienung könnte sich Stress ersparen (war nämlich gestresst), wenn sie den Grundsatz "Bedienung geht niemals leer" beherzigen würde.

Durst braucht man nicht haben! Die Pizza war sehr dunkel und schwer zu schneiden!

Good, tastefully decorated Italian restaurant in Heimstetten. The pizza from the stone oven is really good and the mixed starters from the display case are very classic but tasty. It doesn't always have to be fancy. Price and performance are right, I'll definitely come back again. Ideal for passing time when the children are in the MAXXARENA or in the Poing Wild Park :-)

I think the food is great, but the staff is rude, inattentive and one of the ladies in particular is unbearable to the guests. She even seems to be the boss, or at least appears that way. But I would like to emphasize that there are also positive examples here.
