Qualität sehr hoch, aber auch kein Standard-Pizzeria-Preisniveau...

Waren relativ Spät zum Abendessen, Leider war der Service sehr schlecht & unprofessionell, hingegen war das Essen ( Pizza & Pastagerichte) Sehr gut.

Bei meinen 2 Aufenthalte im Dormero Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe habe ich jeweils einen Abend hier gegessen...super lecker 😋 sehr freundliche Bedienung und angenehme Atmosphäre...kann man nur empfehlen...

Essen war sehr gut, nur der Service ist sehr schlecht. Vom Chef kein Grüß Gott keine Verabschiebung, die Bedienung mit max. 10 Tischen total überfordert. Wollte eigentlich meinen 60. Geburtstag dort feiern, das wird jetzt wo anders stattfinden. Schade

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben zunächst einen Cappuccino bestellt, mit der Absicht, anschließend auch dort zu essen. Dazu kam es jedoch nicht mehr. Der Betreiber war uns gegenüber äußerst unfreundlich und forderte uns nach kurzer Zeit in einem sehr unhöflichen Ton auf, den Tisch freizugeben, da andere Gäste warten würden. Der Großteil der übrigen Tische war frei. Offenbar ging es ihm nicht schnell genug, obwohl wir bereits geplant hatten, weitere Speisen und Getränke zu bestellen. Ein freundlicher Hinweis oder eine höfliche Nachfrage hätte völlig ausgereicht. So haben wir uns als Gäste weder willkommen noch wertgeschätzt gefühlt. Aus diesem Grund können wir das Lokal leider keinesfalls empfehlen.

Zu zweit 130 €bezahlt, Essen von der tageskarte. Angeblich selbstgemachte Ravioli als Beilage 1 Stück hart und die Füllung hat man nicht geschmeckt dazu kalbsleber die total trocken war also zu lange gebraten und dann muss man auch noch den Espresso bezahlen. Waren schon oft hier,aber es wird immer schlechter. Schade

Dazu kommen ein schönes Ambiente sowie ein freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, sodass man sich jedes Mal wohlfühlt. Wir können diesen Italiener definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Ein Italiener wie ich Ihn mag! Italien ist für mich - das Leben zu genießen! Wie Italiener es sehr gut können! Es fängt mit der Stoffserviette an!! Man bidert sich nicht an (Anbiedern (sich) bedeutet, sich auf aufdringliche, plump-vertrauliche Weise bei jemandem beliebt zu machen oder einzuschmeicheln. Es bezeichnet ein unterwürfiges oder heuchlerisches Buhlen um Gunst. Synonyme sind einschleimen, hofieren, katzbuckeln oder sich anwanzen)! Man ist stolz, weil frau weis was sie kann und was man bietet! Frische, schmakhafte Ptodukte die auch ein Augenschmaus sind! Was ich an Italien liebe, ist das Temperament und der Stolz der Italiener, der kann auch mal laut und gestenreicht sein. Ich habe noch nie erlebt, das man sich aufgeregt hat, wenn sich ein Kind benimmt, wie es Kinder manchmal machen, laut und mit Bewegungsdrang - frau sieht einfach darüber hinweg und genießt sein Essen' Die Dinge die man nicht ändern muß - werden hingenommen - übrig bleibt ein sehr schöner Abend, der mein Leben lebenswert macht!

Es ist schon etwas her, das Datum weiß ich nicht mehr. Ich war das erste Mal dort, weil mir jemand das Lokal empfohlen hatte. Was hat mich erwartet: Eine nachlässige Bedienung und einer Essensqualität, die in jedem billigen Lokal zu haben ist. Ich war sehr enttäuscht und bin auch nie wieder dort eingekehrt. So kann man ein Geschäft auch kaputt machen!

Wir haben hier regelmäßig bestellt, weil die Pizzen/Pinsa früher wirklich top waren, knusprig und mit frischem Belag. Leider hat sich das in den letzter Zeit deutlich verändert: Die Pizzen wirken labbrig, der Belag ist spärlich und die Zutaten nicht mehr so hochwertig wie früher. Und bei den heutigen Preisen erwartet man einfach mehr Qualität. Sehr schade, denn wir waren lange treue Kunden. Hoffentlich wird die Qualität wieder wie früher!

Die vegane Carbonara war fantastisch!!

Wir sind schon oft mittags dort zum Essen gewesen. Leider sinkt die Qualität der Speisen ( nicht durchgegarter Fisch oder Geflügel, lieblos angerichtet...) aber vor Allem die Qualität des Services. Die beiden Damen die dort bedienen sind unhöflich und patzig. Bei den Preisen erwarte ich mehr. Wir kommen vorerst nicht mehr!

Wir waren dort zu einer Hochzeitsfeier eingeladen. Alles war sehr schön dekoriert und wir wurden hervorragend verpflegt. Das Personal war durchweg sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Eine rundum gelungene Feier. Wir sehen uns bestimmt demnächst wieder☺️

Am 29. Dezember haben wir die Zeremonie und das Hochzeitsessen unseres Hochzeits mit Freunden im Restaurant Amici in Haimstetten gefeiert – und wir hätten keine bessere Wahl treffen können. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Besitzer war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und fantastisch, immer aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Kellner war wirklich hervorragend, sehr professionell und gleichzeitig herzlich – wir haben uns den ganzen Tag über bestens betreut gefühlt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, alles perfekt zubereitet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Atmosphäre war wunderschön, entspannt und zugleich festlich. Wir hatten viel Spaß, und alle Gäste waren sehr zufrieden. Die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des gesamten Teams haben unseren besonderen Tag noch unvergesslicher gemacht. Wir sind sehr glücklich und mehr als zufrieden nach Hause gegangen. Eine wunderbare Erfahrung, die wir von Herzen weiterempfehlen. ❤️

The place is very nice. The pizza is great. The food is good. The service isn't just bad, it's downright grotesque; the lady who works there has absolutely no clue and is unfriendly.

The food itself was average. The Margherita pizza had a very thin base, which, combined with the cheese, was a huge mess, but it didn't taste bad. However, the service and atmosphere were, to put it mildly, inappropriate. The waitress argued with us (our first time there) that we should have memorized the drinks menu and ordered coffee better. She was very unpleasant, and I definitely won't be going back.

Vitello was great BUT: The pizza was a disgrace, completely dried out, and had clearly been sitting around for at least 20 minutes. I complained, and I made my displeasure very clear. The food is truly excellent; everything we ate was perfect. Unfortunately, despite the superb food, we have to reconsider whether we'll go back. The service was incredibly unfriendly… this woman ruined everything. She gave us completely inane answers to our questions, so she definitely doesn't even deserve one star. But kudos to the fantastic kitchen. We would have loved to come more often, but this woman was a real turn-off.

The food was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and prepared with love. Our children were also completely satisfied with their selection, which isn't always a given. We ate at Amici in Kirchheim today. We were 100 percent thrilled. We live in Munich and know the best Italian restaurants there. We can honestly say that we've rarely enjoyed such outstanding pizza. My favorite pasta dish, alio olio, was also perfect. Add to that the friendly and knowledgeable service, the great ambiance, and the very reasonable prices... We'd love to come back... I didn't want a big argument after the day, so I ate about a third of the portion. Finally, I pointed out to the waiter again that I hadn't ordered penne and didn't want to eat it. Again, he replied: He was new here, and "that's just the way it is." When I asked him to please inform the manager, there was no response, from anyone. I put down my cutlery and paid for the full meal without another word, without any attempt at an agreement. For me, this was my first and last visit here. PS: The penne were horrible.

I wanted to order a pizza without cheese. I then ordered a pizza pane with olives, tomatoes and rocket, which would have cost a maximum of 12 euros. The waitress then charged me for the pizza bruschetta, which cost 14.5 euros and had no olives or garlic. The pizza was delicious. But why did I have to pay 3 euros more to get less? We celebrated New Year's Eve at Amici in Heimstetten. We actually made a reservation in Haar and were then redirected to Heimstetten due to a booking error. Unfortunately, and to my greatest regret, as it later turned out. First of all: it was freezing cold from the ventilation in the ceiling above our table. When I asked to reduce the air conditioning or the fan, I was told that this was not possible and that the air was automatically blown into the restaurant from outside. This was completely incomprehensible and incomprehensible to me and seemed more like an excuse about ignorance or not having to take action. This constant pull naturally became physically noticeable the next day. Now to the actual reason why I feel compelled to write this recession. I actually can't remember the last time I ate so badly. The starters were absolutely tasteless. The bacon was cold and dried out, the scallop was slimy, cold and had a very unpleasant smell. A “creamy burrata”, a pecorino mousse or even a porcini mushroom ricotta filling was not recognizable from the taste. The roast beef cannot be named as such because it was completely cooked through. The pumpkin soup was just bland. Instead of the announced baby cuttlefish, there was a single cooked piece of cuttlefish as an insert. A few roasted aromas would certainly have benefited the dish. Then came the pasta! I was wondering why these weren't named on a menu with spaghetti, linguini, fusilli, tagliatelle etc. as usual. In addition, only a spoon was uncovered for this course and not a fork. Now I know why. The pasta was actually a mix of all kinds and the worst thing was that the spaghetti in it was also cut into small pieces. The whole thing reminded me of a bite-sized children's plate. Unfortunately, this dish also lacked spices and the preparation in the Parmesan cheese, which was supposed to give the dish a creamy Parmesan note, only revealed a few lumps of cheese. The main course finally brought tears to my eyes. Not because of joy, but because I felt incredibly sorry for the animal that had to lose its life because of it. How can you destroy such a wonderful product like a veal fillet!? It was completely fried and bone dry... unfortunately inedible! The dessert rounded off the overall picture with a dry brownie and a neutral-tasting mascarpone berry mousse. For this New Year's taste experience package, it's really fun to pay €100 per person. Finally, something positive. The red wine was very good, although served too cold as it was chilled at the same temperature as a white wine. The espresso was absolutely flawless. The service was extremely friendly and tried to apologize for the shortcomings in the kitchen and make up for them with a digestif. Maybe the pizzas at Amici are quite good. In any case, I won't find out anymore.

Since I've been living in Heimstetten (20 years), I've always gone to the current Amici for dinner with my family. The food is good but the service is getting worse. Our waiter today was so unmotivated, his friendliness was limited to a minimum. We have had better experiences there in the past and have always enjoyed being guests!

When I entered the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised, it's nice and it works like that, but the service is a bit slow if you don't speak German, as a tourist I ignore your file, we wanted a table for two to eat, of course we didn't have a reservation, but there were enough places to sit, so we The lady seated us and then she said that we only had an hour to eat, the table was reserved, she could have told us at the entrance before she seated us, so we had a beer, we wanted to have another, but it took 15 minutes before someone noticed (we were sitting a short distance from the bar) that we have empty glasses, we preferred to pay the sli away.

Amici Heimstetten - it's rare that a restaurant fails to get an order for food ready to be picked up 4 times in a row without the wrong food (pizza) being prepared. We don't order any food here anymore, constant hassle and an absolute nightmare about which food you take home, but the main thing is not what you ordered. By the way, the 3 times out of the 4 times so far, not only were we completely amazed at what was happening in the store again, you have to be happy if the order even made it to the kitchen. Thank God there are good alternatives in the area.
