First time and last time! About a week ago, I visited this "pizzeria." The moment I walked in, I noticed the incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional behavior of the staff. They also refused to speak German with me. I took the pizza home—a mistake. The next day, I suffered from severe stomach cramps. My son, who had eaten a slice of this monstrosity, also felt unwell the following morning. What was particularly irritating was that employees simply stormed out of the restaurant while the food was being prepared. Conclusion: Terrible food, terrible staff. Never again.

⭐ One star is way too generous! We ordered at 10:00 PM. By 11:00 PM, nothing had arrived, so we called. We were rudely told on the phone that the food would be here in 15 minutes. In the end, the doorbell didn't ring until 2:00 AM! What kind of service is that?! A three-hour delay is absolutely unacceptable. And the best part: we still haven't received our refund. This is no way to treat customers. Unreliable, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. Never again!

Absolutely outrageous – never again! I placed an order at 10:00 PM (pizza, salad, tiramisu, and a Coke). According to the delivery time estimate, the food should have arrived by midnight at the latest. When nothing had arrived by midnight, I tried calling – no one answered. I then went to sleep, logically assuming the order had been canceled. The next day, I saw a missed call at 1:30 AM – are you kidding me? Instead of canceling the order, the food was simply left at reception without informing me, and now they're demanding full payment. This is absolutely outrageous and completely unacceptable. A total joke. Unreliable, unreachable, and zero service. If I had read the Google reviews beforehand, I never would have ordered from them. That was my last order from this place – and frankly, my last time using Lieferando, because this kind of behavior seems to be encouraged. Stay away from Annita Pizza. Never again.

The food is delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care. You can immediately taste the high quality and the attention to detail. The owner is very friendly, respectful, and treats guests with great kindness. A truly pleasant experience, highly recommended!

Good pizza at reasonable prices. The dough is thin and airy, and the toppings are generous. The staff are a bit quiet but still friendly and helpful. Suitable for a snack or a more substantial meal.

Since when do you get frozen tiramisu delivered? Do you really want to get sick? The pizza tasted incredibly sour. Absolutely inedible. The spaghetti carbonara was also inedible. I'm really disappointed and won't recommend it. What a waste of money. It's not even worth one star.

The worst dump ever. The wrong order came, and the drink was also forgotten. When we asked, all we got was "Oh, I forgot." No apology or anything. It was like, "Tough luck." We ordered penne arrabiata, and what we got was penne with cream sauce and cheese, which was delicious if you're lactose intolerant. After we called, we were yelled at very rudely. We then asked to speak to the manager, who yelled at us just as rudely and demanded we return the incorrect pasta ourselves. I wouldn't recommend anyone order from there. They don't seem to care about their customers.

They gave 6 pieces instead of 10 chicken wings . For garlic naan they sent pizza base . The fries were so bad soaking in oil. Never ever ordering from here. What a waste of hard earned money. The pizza seemed like it was just heated from the freezer. Bad bad bad.

Super Lieferservice! Das Essen ist immer so frisch und den Reis gibt es so nirgendwo zu bestellen. Meiner Meinung nach können die Preise sogar höher sein für die Qualität die geboten wird. Auch die Besitzer sind immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jederzeit wieder !
