Bad service, if something is missing it is simply left out and then they say there is nothing left! No accomodation from the employees and you had to constantly complain about something because it wasn't the right one! Gossiping behind customers’ backs! Just sad

The service was very friendly. Eat as it is at MC The store is quite small for an MC branch but quite good for the location.

I wasn't served... I arrived 15 minutes before closing time... MA said he was closing now even though the opening time was stated until 10. Asks me the bold question of whether I pay his overtime. If the store is open until 10, you can still expect to be served. Will never order anything here again

Always check to see if everything is inside. Been there twice and always missed a burger. And €3.19 for a cheeseburger is probably not normal either. impudence...

I've never seen such a bad McDonald's. The store is dirty as hell and the employees are totally sick 🤮. I could see an employee enjoying the fries and they were being sold and I could have vomited. But at least he blew his nose afterwards, but one star is a shame that he puts his snot flag in the middle of the counter where the order goes over. Oh, and they've had an EC for 2 weeks, which is sad these days 😅 One star for the fact that the Aral door opens automatically, although it would be better than closing it completely.

Eine Katastrophe Wollten einen Sitzplatz alles verdreckt und verklebt Nach Aufforderung zu reinigen dauerte es eine Ewigkeit bis wer kam. Man musste nochmal auf die Reinigung hinweisen als sie mit dem Essen kamen. Sehr lustlos und unfreundlich

Was very dissatisfied on my last visit. The food was cold and the reusable cup was dirty. I won't go there again.

Rarely go to McDonald's but this was a real disappointment. Luckily we were already back on the highway otherwise I would have carried it back. The fries were definitely beyond where they should be (cold and not crispy). There were no more straws, which are important for the cup. Once again I am reinforced that this fast food chain is no longer worth it. It's better to get off the highway and be surprised in a restaurant, life is too short to spend bad food and good money at a bad American fast food giant 😉

Rude employee with broken German insulted me when I asked at 10.30pm on the weekend why it was already closed and whether there was anything else to eat. For macces and still at the rest area quite early. Above all, such employees have no place in the catering industry. A nice employee from the gas station had to intervene and call him to order.
